- 0:00Speaker 1: No matter how lonely you feel, sometimes you will never
- 0:04Speaker 1: be alone. There will always be an amazing person in
- 0:07Speaker 1: your life willing to give you a hand.
- 0:23Speaker 2: What's going on, everyone, Emily Evadi Here. You are listening
- 0:26Speaker 2: to episode two hundred and seventy four of Hurdle, a
- 0:30Speaker 2: wellness focused podcast where I connect with everyone from your
- 0:32Speaker 2: favorite athletes to top experts and industry CEOs about their
- 0:36Speaker 2: highest highs, toughest moments, and everything in between. We all
- 0:40Speaker 2: go through hurdles in life, and my goal through these
- 0:43Speaker 2: discussions is to empower you to better navigate yours and
- 0:46Speaker 2: move with intention so that you can stride towards your
- 0:49Speaker 2: own big potential and of course have some fun along
- 0:54Speaker 2: the way. For today's episode, I am chatting with Deanna Flores.
- 0:58Speaker 2: She is the captain and quarterback of the Mexican national
- 1:01Speaker 2: flag football team, a World flag football champion, and the
- 1:07Speaker 2: newest addition to the global ambassador roster at Under Armour.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I have been wanting to sit.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Down with Deanna since last Super Bowl when I caught
- 1:17Speaker 2: one of her story, as did hundreds of thousands of others,
- 1:21Speaker 2: thanks to a viral NFL commercial featuring her putting the
- 1:26Speaker 2: moves on a whole bunch of celebrities, showcasing not only
- 1:29Speaker 2: her unbelievable talent and athleticism, but also her sports. For
- 1:34Speaker 2: those of you that are unaware of flag football is
- 1:36Speaker 2: actually really big in a lot of countries that are
- 1:39Speaker 2: in the United States, and now as of twenty twenty eight,
- 1:45Speaker 2: it is coming to the Olympics.
- 1:47Speaker 3: That's right.
- 1:47Speaker 2: The first time it's going to be a sport in
- 1:49Speaker 2: the Olympics is in twenty twenty eight in Los Angeles.
- 1:52Speaker 3: And to say that Diana is.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Excited about that, while that would be a major understatement,
- 1:58Speaker 2: after becoming familiar with Yanna's story, I knew I had
- 2:02Speaker 2: to get her on the show, and today she gives
- 2:05Speaker 2: it to us all soup to nuts. She talks about
- 2:07Speaker 2: getting involved in sport at a young age, skipping things
- 2:11Speaker 2: like dance class and gymnastics to favor picking up a football.
- 2:16Speaker 2: She gives us the rundown on the difficulties that came
- 2:19Speaker 2: hand in hand with choosing a male dominated sport and
- 2:23Speaker 2: playing on a woman's team where she was the youngest
- 2:26Speaker 2: person on the roster. Now getting the opportunity to know
- 2:30Speaker 2: Dianna through this conversation, it is no surprise to me
- 2:33Speaker 2: that not only did she thrive despite her age, but
- 2:37Speaker 2: then she became the quarterback and to this day taking
- 2:42Speaker 2: that passion for sport and using it to help ignite
- 2:46Speaker 2: a flame within other young women, knowing that sometimes in
- 2:50Speaker 2: order to be her, you have to see her in
- 2:52Speaker 2: Deanna while she's stepping up to the challenge. A huge
- 2:56Speaker 2: thank you to under Armour, her sponsor for connecting us
- 2:59Speaker 2: with this conversation. And she's in a global campaign that's
- 3:01Speaker 2: launching tomorrow for you, A's heat gear collection, something that
- 3:06Speaker 2: I lean into a lot come the winter months. Definitely
- 3:10Speaker 2: check it out. I will link it in the show notes.

- 3:54Speaker 2: Let's get to hurdling.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Today.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I am sitting down with Deanna Flores. She is a
- 4:08Speaker 2: Mexican flag football player. How are we doing today, Dianna.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I am so happy to be here with you today,
- 4:15Speaker 1: so thanks for daking invite.
- 4:18Speaker 3: I am good.
- 4:19Speaker 1: How are you?
- 4:20Speaker 3: I'm good, I'm good.
- 4:21Speaker 2: You said that you were a practice before and it
- 4:23Speaker 2: was a little bit chilly, which isn't necessarily what I
- 4:25Speaker 2: think about when I think about Mexico.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I know, I know everybody thinks that it's always super
- 4:32Speaker 1: shiny and warm here, but no, today was freezing in
- 4:36Speaker 1: the morning. I trained from six am in the morning
- 4:39Speaker 1: to nine am, so yeah, it's got a little hard
- 4:43Speaker 1: at that time of the day.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Someone hears you say that you train from six to
- 4:48Speaker 2: nine that insinuates that you're a morning person. Would you
- 4:52Speaker 2: say that, they'd be right.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I think that I'm used now to be a morning person.
- 4:57Speaker 1: But if it was up to me, I love.
- 5:00Speaker 3: To sleep, I mean much rather stay in bed.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Well, I'm so excited that we're able to sit down
- 5:06Speaker 2: here today and chat a little bit. I became familiar
- 5:09Speaker 2: with your story like so many last year when you
- 5:14Speaker 2: made headlines and hit our TV screens during the Super Bowl.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Talk to me a little bit about how life has
- 5:22Speaker 2: changed for you since gaining a little bit of momentum
- 5:26Speaker 2: about a year ago.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Well, this year has been a dream totally from the beginning.
- 5:33Speaker 1: After winning the gold medal last year, everything started to
- 5:36Speaker 1: change so so fast than the Super Bowl commercial. It
- 5:40Speaker 1: was an amazing moment, not only to me. I have
- 5:45Speaker 1: to say I never imagine something as big as that
- 5:49Speaker 1: could happen one day to a Mexican girl who fell
- 5:53Speaker 1: in love with every American sport in Mexico City. It
- 5:56Speaker 1: was a big step forward for flat football. It was
- 6:00Speaker 1: shown at the biggest station in the world. But also
- 6:03Speaker 1: to have the opportunity to remind the world how the
- 6:06Speaker 1: power of sport can keep empowering, women can break any
- 6:10Speaker 1: kind of barriers, cultural warriors, gender warriors, and at the
- 6:15Speaker 1: end of the day, sending a message of unity and
- 6:18Speaker 1: love through sport has been the biggest blessing to me.
- 6:21Speaker 1: So exciting times and I just feel so blessed to
- 6:26Speaker 1: be part of this momentum and this movement of change.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Yeah, well, dive into talking a little bit about that
- 6:33Speaker 2: momentum and the movement in a little bit, but I
- 6:35Speaker 2: do want to start us off by asking the question
- 6:38Speaker 2: that I'm sure you get all of the time, why
- 6:41Speaker 2: flag football?
- 6:42Speaker 3: What drew you to flag football in the first place?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Why flag football? Well? I started playing eighteen years ago
- 6:51Speaker 1: when I was an eight years old in Mexico City,
- 6:54Speaker 1: and the reason I started was my dad. My dad
- 6:58Speaker 1: used to play tackle football when he was in high
- 7:01Speaker 1: school in a little bit in college, so he was
- 7:04Speaker 1: the one that introduced me to this amazing world. He
- 7:07Speaker 1: took me from ballet and gymnastics and dancing to this
- 7:13Speaker 1: new sport and I totally fell in love with it
- 7:16Speaker 1: since the first time. I think it was I know,
- 7:19Speaker 1: the magic of the team work, senergy. It is a
- 7:22Speaker 1: sport that has been challenging me during all these years
- 7:26Speaker 1: to always pursue the best version of myself, but also
- 7:30Speaker 1: challenging me to go and to do things I never
- 7:34Speaker 1: think I was capable of.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 7:37Speaker 1: It just gave me the opportunity to feel like me.
- 7:39Speaker 1: They're real me on the field.
- 7:41Speaker 2: That's really beautiful the way that you talk about team.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Do you remember your first introductions to team and what
- 7:49Speaker 2: that relationship did for you.
- 7:54Speaker 1: My first introduction, well, when I started, it was a
- 7:58Speaker 1: different time than now. Flaffoball was not a well known sport,
- 8:03Speaker 1: so we didn't have a lot of opportunities to practice it.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I started at the age of eight, but playing with
- 8:09Speaker 1: girls that were sixteen or seventeen years old because we
- 8:13Speaker 1: didn't have jud categories or girls teams or anything like that,
- 8:17Speaker 1: so that was the way I could practice the sports.
- 8:21Speaker 1: So I became being the youngest girl on the team,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and it was challenging. I feel so blessed and happy
- 8:28Speaker 1: to have not only my mom and my dad my
- 8:31Speaker 1: family that supported me, but also a coach that trusted
- 8:35Speaker 1: me since the very first time. I think he saw
- 8:37Speaker 1: just something on me. I don't know if it was
- 8:41Speaker 1: just determination or passion or joy for the game, but
- 8:46Speaker 1: everybody on the team really trusted on my capabilities, even
- 8:50Speaker 1: if I was the youngest, even if it was harder
- 8:53Speaker 1: some way for me to compete against the older girls.
- 8:57Speaker 1: And I think that trust in that really from others
- 9:01Speaker 1: just helped me to step forward for myself to prove others,
- 9:05Speaker 1: but prove myself that I was capable to do anything
- 9:08Speaker 1: I wanted. So that's how I started, and at the
- 9:11Speaker 1: age of eight, a very age, at the age of ten, sorry,
- 9:16Speaker 1: I became a quarterback and that's when my journey, my journey,
- 9:21Speaker 1: and my compromise with this sport really started.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I can't even imagine what it's got to be
- 9:26Speaker 2: like being six to eight years younger than everyone you're
- 9:31Speaker 2: playing with. Aside from maybe your stature, would you say
- 9:35Speaker 2: that there were other difficulties about being the youngest person
- 9:38Speaker 2: on the field.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I think that helped me to grow in a mental
- 9:43Speaker 1: part faster than if I were in a different situation.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It was to learn to be disciplined since a very
- 9:53Speaker 1: young age, because I knew that the only way I
- 9:56Speaker 1: could earn a spot on the field by was by
- 10:02Speaker 1: being the best doing something. So I had to find
- 10:06Speaker 1: my strengths instead of focusing on my on the things
- 10:10Speaker 1: that I didn't have or the things that were harder
- 10:12Speaker 1: for me to fight with you fight like with the
- 10:15Speaker 1: other girls. Those lessons, I would say had helped me
- 10:20Speaker 1: during all my career and had shaped me to who
- 10:24Speaker 1: I am today. So I think for me it was
- 10:27Speaker 1: the lessons of discipline, resilience, to have determination, and mentality.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Mental toughness. For sure.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Would you say that today you're the kind of person
- 10:39Speaker 2: that's hard on yourself.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I have to say that's something I'm working on. I
- 10:43Speaker 1: feel that as an athlete, you always focus so much
- 10:47Speaker 1: on being as much perfect as you can be because
- 10:53Speaker 1: that's the only way you can keep improving, because you
- 10:56Speaker 1: have to keep moving all the time. So yeah, yes,
- 11:00Speaker 1: for sure, that's something I'm working on. I'm working on
- 11:02Speaker 1: being more empathic with myself, which I've improved a lot
- 11:07Speaker 1: during all these years. I'm working on knowing that we're
- 11:11Speaker 1: all humans and that we all we all have mistakes
- 11:15Speaker 1: and that it is okay, and that important thing is
- 11:18Speaker 1: just to how you react to those mistakes and what
- 11:21Speaker 1: you do after them. So yeah, I think it is
- 11:25Speaker 1: a whole process, and I am proud to to see
- 11:29Speaker 1: how much I have improved.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I was listening to you talk about coming up and
- 11:34Speaker 2: being the youngest and having to be disciplined and work
- 11:36Speaker 2: extra hard, and I can't help but think that a
- 11:41Speaker 2: younger version of yourself, when you were going through the
- 11:43Speaker 2: motions of trying to prove yourself, especially then transitioning to
- 11:46Speaker 2: this quarterbackslot. Probably really could have used the wisdom and
- 11:51Speaker 2: the advice that you just dropped on having compassion for yourself.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Yes, yes, since I started, as just said, with the jungles,
- 11:58Speaker 1: then being the younger again at the national team years
- 12:02Speaker 1: later at the age of sixteen, it was tough because
- 12:06Speaker 1: I remember I always had this feeling of proving others,
- 12:09Speaker 1: proving others that I was capable of proving others that
- 12:12Speaker 1: I belonged to this sport that I've heard during all
- 12:16Speaker 1: my life, No, it is a sport for boys. You
- 12:18Speaker 1: are too young, you're too small, You're going to get
- 12:20Speaker 1: anywhere through this sport, all those knows, so very long
- 12:26Speaker 1: part in my life was about proving others. But then
- 12:30Speaker 1: after years and experiences, I have realized that it is
- 12:35Speaker 1: not about proving others. It is about proving yourself. It
- 12:38Speaker 1: is about finding your why. Why do you do what
- 12:42Speaker 1: you're doing right now? What's your reason?
- 12:44Speaker 3: Why?
- 12:44Speaker 1: Is it because you love the game? Is it because
- 12:47Speaker 1: you love representing your game? Is it because your teammates?
- 12:50Speaker 3: Your why?
- 12:51Speaker 1: And that just helps you to overcome all the obstacles
- 12:55Speaker 1: in life and helps you also to find the best
- 12:59Speaker 1: version of yourselves. It is about proving only yourself.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, Really showing up for yourself and knowing your
- 13:06Speaker 2: why is what's going to help you keep going during
- 13:09Speaker 2: those hard times. I know a big part of your
- 13:12Speaker 2: why is not only your teammates, but your family. Talk
- 13:15Speaker 2: to me a little bit about your family's role in
- 13:18Speaker 2: supporting you as you've come up in sport.
- 13:22Speaker 1: My family, my family is my everything. They have been
- 13:25Speaker 1: the ones that have supported me and trusted me since
- 13:27Speaker 1: the very very first time. I can say that they
- 13:30Speaker 1: are the ones that have been pushing me forward, even
- 13:34Speaker 1: on my lowest I remember seeing my mom, my brother,
- 13:38Speaker 1: my sister at every practice since I was little, even
- 13:42Speaker 1: my dad after he got out the job, practicing for
- 13:47Speaker 1: a half an hour more after training, teaching me how
- 13:51Speaker 1: to throw the football. All those little little things that
- 13:56Speaker 1: have shaped me. I'm so grateful with them, and today
- 13:59Speaker 1: they are, as you said, another reason for me, another
- 14:02Speaker 1: why for me, another extra motivation to just keep growing,
- 14:07Speaker 1: keep finding and shaping the best version of myself.
- 14:11Speaker 2: So when did you know that you were going to
- 14:14Speaker 2: put your focus solely on your sport.
- 14:18Speaker 1: It was a long journey and there are many reasons why.
- 14:22Speaker 1: One of the biggest is the lack of opportunities as
- 14:25Speaker 1: a female in the sport, especially in the world of
- 14:30Speaker 1: football flat football. When I started playing this sport, I
- 14:34Speaker 1: already told you there were not a lot of teams.
- 14:39Speaker 1: We didn't have a lot of opportunities even to grow,
- 14:42Speaker 1: not only as an athlete playing the game, but also
- 14:46Speaker 1: as a professionist student. There were not a lot of opportunities.
- 14:51Speaker 1: I feel so lucky and blessed that years later I
- 14:59Speaker 1: got to be one of the first female flat football
- 15:03Speaker 1: athletes to earn a full scholarship by my college, to
- 15:07Speaker 1: keep pursuing my dream as an athlete, but also to
- 15:13Speaker 1: have a professional career. And I could say there was
- 15:19Speaker 1: not a specific time that I decided I'm going to
- 15:22Speaker 1: put everything on this because it has always been. Nothing
- 15:26Speaker 1: was secure and still isn't. I just feel blessed to
- 15:32Speaker 1: be happy until now, to keep doing what I do,
- 15:35Speaker 1: to keep being part of the national team for the
- 15:38Speaker 1: past ten years, to be able to finish my professional career,
- 15:42Speaker 1: to be able to be starting my masters, and to
- 15:45Speaker 1: be am bessador for the NFL, and if right now
- 15:48Speaker 1: helping to grow the game not only on the field,
- 15:50Speaker 1: but outside the field, So there was not a specific
- 15:53Speaker 1: moment in time, but just situations pretty much.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Life that have.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Given me the many opportunities to keep giving back and
- 16:04Speaker 1: it is only passion. I am so proud and happy
- 16:08Speaker 1: to see where we are today in terms of the
- 16:11Speaker 1: growth of the sport, in terms of how many girls
- 16:14Speaker 1: now are playing flag football. Flavvoball is now an Olympic
- 16:17Speaker 1: sport for twenty twenty eight. That's the biggest to dream ever,
- 16:21Speaker 1: not only for me but for all the flaffoorable community
- 16:24Speaker 1: in the world. But I keep also dreaming big and
- 16:28Speaker 1: looking forward for all the opportunities that are yet waiting
- 16:33Speaker 1: to be open for the next generations so they one
- 16:37Speaker 1: day can pick this sport.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I love your excitement over flag football becoming an
- 16:44Speaker 2: Olympic sport. Where were you last October when they made
- 16:48Speaker 2: this announcement, Oh, I was.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I was in Indianapolis actually for work. I traveled for
- 16:54Speaker 1: work there and I remember they had this meeting in Mumbai,
- 17:00Speaker 1: I think it was, but in Indianapolis it was like
- 17:04Speaker 1: three am in the morning when they were voting. So
- 17:08Speaker 1: I turned my laptop on and I was watching all
- 17:11Speaker 1: the session online. I waited until four thirty am in
- 17:15Speaker 1: the morning, just excited to hear it like officially flock
- 17:19Speaker 1: will be coming an Olympic sport.
- 17:21Speaker 3: And it was.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Because it was such a special moment because we have
- 17:25Speaker 1: worked on this for so long. I mean all the
- 17:28Speaker 1: people that was involved in this. Of course all the
- 17:31Speaker 1: players worldwide that keep doing this sport as great and
- 17:35Speaker 1: amazing as it is, but also the NFL I have
- 17:39Speaker 1: we have been working on this for more than a
- 17:41Speaker 1: year now, going on meetings and a lot of things.
- 17:45Speaker 3: So to hear it.
- 17:47Speaker 1: By first time being officially on the Olympic calendar, it
- 17:53Speaker 1: was just amazing.
- 17:55Speaker 3: What did that work look like?
- 17:56Speaker 2: You talk about, you know, being diligently involved in this
- 17:59Speaker 2: product us, What did it look like, that build up
- 18:02Speaker 2: and that effort for you.
- 18:03Speaker 1: First of all, growing the game, growing the game by
- 18:09Speaker 1: bringing awareness not only in my country but in the
- 18:13Speaker 1: States and worldwide. Then I got to be part of
- 18:17Speaker 1: this process with the IOC and the Olympic Committee of
- 18:23Speaker 1: LA to kind of talk about the sport and see
- 18:28Speaker 1: how flaffable would look like in LA twenty eight. So
- 18:33Speaker 1: it was a lot of that and that's why I
- 18:36Speaker 1: say that when you get to see all the people
- 18:40Speaker 1: involved in this to make it possible to all the
- 18:44Speaker 1: people that trusted and yeah, trusted in this sport and
- 18:48Speaker 1: the future that it holds. It just made me feel
- 18:53Speaker 1: super blessed and grateful.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Yeah, totally understandable and such an amazing accomplishment, so exciting
- 18:59Speaker 2: and clearly bringing that awareness to the sport. A huge
- 19:02Speaker 2: part of that was that commercial during such a major
- 19:06Speaker 2: moment here in America. Talk to me a little bit
- 19:10Speaker 2: about that process and how it felt for you when
- 19:13Speaker 2: you got that first initial reach.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Out like hey, we have this thing that we're thinking. Wow.
- 19:20Speaker 1: So one day, Okay, I've been ambassador for the NFL
- 19:23Speaker 1: for the past year, now, year and a half something
- 19:26Speaker 1: like that, so I was kind of close with them.
- 19:30Speaker 1: But one day in December last year, I received a
- 19:35Speaker 1: call from from Tim alis So and he was like, Hi, Tiana,
- 19:42Speaker 1: how are you? And I was like, okay, Hi, how
- 19:44Speaker 1: are you? So? Here's Tim Elis and I want to
- 19:48Speaker 1: chalk with you. We are planning about the super Bowl
- 19:52Speaker 1: commercial for this year, and we wrote this story about you.
- 19:59Speaker 3: And we were.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Wondering if you would like to be part of the
- 20:04Speaker 1: super Bowl commercial. What can you imagine receiving one call
- 20:09Speaker 1: one day, I was at home and I was like,
- 20:11Speaker 1: is this really this is something trying to make a
- 20:16Speaker 1: joke with me or stuff like that. Of course I
- 20:18Speaker 1: say yes, like just yes, right the second after and
- 20:23Speaker 1: then I started to chalk with Marisa Solis, who was
- 20:28Speaker 1: another who was this who had like a big role
- 20:32Speaker 1: planning all of this. He has also Latino roots. So
- 20:39Speaker 1: it was super special because we know, we knew the
- 20:42Speaker 1: importance of showing the culture in that in dark commercial,
- 20:47Speaker 1: and we knew all the people involved. We knew that
- 20:51Speaker 1: the message behind that spot was super powerful. It was
- 20:54Speaker 1: a message of women empowerment, as I said, of unity
- 20:58Speaker 1: of breaking vary. So it was a very very special
- 21:03Speaker 1: moment to be part of that.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I cannot even I mean, I've had emails come
- 21:08Speaker 2: through that kind of knock me off my seat and
- 21:11Speaker 2: are exciting, But an email like that, that's not one
- 21:14Speaker 2: you get every day. I know, Oh my gosh, so
- 21:20Speaker 2: so special. So I know that a huge part of
- 21:24Speaker 2: the campaign and also the work that you do is
- 21:27Speaker 2: this concept of striving for more, right, looking for more,
- 21:31Speaker 2: seeking equality and also educating others on your culture. What
- 21:35Speaker 2: does the concept of strive for more really mean to you?
- 21:44Speaker 1: Well, For me, I always think that everything we do
- 21:55Speaker 1: has a bigger impact than for yourself. Whenever you're doing
- 22:00Speaker 1: what you're doing because you're passionate about it, has a
- 22:04Speaker 1: bigger impact to the people around you. And the fact
- 22:10Speaker 1: that I've been lucky enough to find my passion, I
- 22:14Speaker 1: know that there are probably a lot of people out there,
- 22:18Speaker 1: a lot of women that haven't find their passions, either
- 22:22Speaker 1: because they are on that journey or because they think
- 22:27Speaker 1: they are not allowed to live their dreams, you know,
- 22:30Speaker 1: because because of society, because of the rules that we
- 22:36Speaker 1: kind of have yet that have to be broken, or
- 22:40Speaker 1: because they haven't seen somebody they can feel related with
- 22:46Speaker 1: that keeps that light of dream burning inside their hearts.
- 22:50Speaker 1: So for me, that's.
- 22:56Speaker 3: My why.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Also, I've been lucky enough to have amazing people through
- 23:00Speaker 1: my journey that have pushing me to achieve all my goals,
- 23:05Speaker 1: to achieve my dreams. But during all my life, I
- 23:09Speaker 1: never had someone to look up that looked like me,
- 23:13Speaker 1: someone that I feel related with. I grew up watching
- 23:17Speaker 1: the NFL, I grew up learning from this amazing NFL players,
- 23:21Speaker 1: NFL allegiance, but I always felt that I didn't belong.
- 23:26Speaker 1: I almost felt like an intruder to this world. So
- 23:31Speaker 1: right now, to be able to be somehow that person
- 23:37Speaker 1: others can feel related with, that seed of inspiration or
- 23:43Speaker 1: motivation for them just makes me feel super blessed because
- 23:50Speaker 1: this supports changed my life. And I never dreamed about this,
- 23:54Speaker 1: and not because I didn't want it to, but I
- 23:57Speaker 1: never thought it was possible. So right now I just think, wow,
- 24:03Speaker 1: like where are all of the next generations are gonna get?
- 24:09Speaker 1: Knowing that this is possible, that this already happened. So
- 24:14Speaker 1: that's that's the most important thing to me.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Your excitement is contagious, s Tianna. And it also beckons
- 24:22Speaker 2: the question just because you can make it look easy,
- 24:27Speaker 2: which you do effortlessly, talk about the joy that you
- 24:30Speaker 2: have being a role model for other people, being this
- 24:34Speaker 2: source of inspiration. Just because you make it look easy
- 24:38Speaker 2: doesn't mean that it doesn't come without challenge. So as
- 24:42Speaker 2: a follow up, my question for you is is there
- 24:46Speaker 2: difficulty that comes with being the first here?
- 24:50Speaker 3: Well?
- 24:50Speaker 1: Yes, I feel that Since I started my journey years ago,
- 24:55Speaker 1: I learned the power of no. No, this is sport
- 25:02Speaker 1: is not for you. No you're too young, No you're
- 25:05Speaker 1: too small, No you're not going to handle the pressure
- 25:09Speaker 1: no no, no, no no, but to embrace that power
- 25:16Speaker 1: of no have helped me to how can I say it,
- 25:22Speaker 1: like upgrade my power of will. So I feel that
- 25:26Speaker 1: that has helped me to overcome all of these challenges
- 25:30Speaker 1: in life. But not only that, As I said, I've
- 25:34Speaker 1: been lucky enough to connect with amazing people coming from
- 25:40Speaker 1: of course my family, my first coach, but also my
- 25:43Speaker 1: team at Team Mexico. We created something super special last
- 25:49Speaker 1: year winning the gold medal, and after that amazing people
- 25:53Speaker 1: at the NFL at i F and now under Armoor
- 25:58Speaker 1: that had helped me to pop all this dreams and
- 26:02Speaker 1: some how pave the way not only to me, but
- 26:07Speaker 1: for the next generations of women Earth and the women
- 26:10Speaker 1: that are already building their careers or building their dreams.
- 26:14Speaker 1: So yes, it has been challenging, but also what kind
- 26:20Speaker 1: of I can tell you what I've learned is that
- 26:22Speaker 1: no matter how lonely you feel sometimes, you will never
- 26:26Speaker 1: be alone. There will always be an amazing person in
- 26:29Speaker 1: your life willing to give you a hand.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Taking a break from today's episode to talk to you
- 26:39Speaker 2: about my sponsor at Element. Element makes no bs electrolytes
- 26:44Speaker 2: with everything you need and nothing you don't. It is
- 26:48Speaker 2: science backed and it cuts out sugars, fillers, gluten, and
- 26:52Speaker 2: other dodgy ingredients that are in a lot of those
- 26:55Speaker 2: sports strengths you're reaching for when you go to your
- 26:57Speaker 2: bodega or your local market. As much as I love
- 27:01Speaker 2: drinking my Element before, during, and after my workouts this
- 27:06Speaker 2: time of year, I cannot get enough of their chocolately
- 27:10Speaker 2: flavors after dinner. That's why Element is now my go
- 27:13Speaker 2: to dessert. I make a cup of hot water, I
- 27:17Speaker 2: pour in a stick of that chocolate caramel Element.
- 27:20Speaker 3: I top it with a little coconut whip and.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Wow, five calories, So delicious, and I'm taking care of
- 27:26Speaker 2: my body while seriously indulging. Talk about the perfect stocking stuffer.
- 27:32Speaker 2: I know right now we're trying to think about what
- 27:34Speaker 2: to get everyone on our holiday lists, and I'd say
- 27:38Speaker 2: that this is a safe bet. Of course, we have
- 27:40Speaker 2: an awesome deal for the hurdle listeners. Head on over
- 27:43Speaker 2: to drink Element dot com. That's drink l mnt dot

- 28:08Speaker 2: I love the concept of the power of no and
- 28:10Speaker 2: owning your no, especially because oftentimes when we own our
- 28:14Speaker 2: know and say no maybe the things that don't feel
- 28:17Speaker 2: right for us, it opens up all of these other doors.
- 28:19Speaker 2: It opens us up to be in alignment to pursue
- 28:23Speaker 2: the opportunities that really excite us. I'm sure, since not
- 28:28Speaker 2: only winning that gold medal, but then of course, as
- 28:31Speaker 2: we spoke about this Super Bowl commercial, there have been
- 28:34Speaker 2: many inquiries that have come your way, opportunities to collaborate,
- 28:40Speaker 2: interview requests, I mean, the list goes on, right.
- 28:42Speaker 3: So how have you been.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Able to stay true to what's right for you with
- 28:47Speaker 2: this influx of attention over the past year.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Well, I think first staying true to myself, to my dreams,
- 28:56Speaker 1: and as I said, and I'm going to repay it,
- 28:58Speaker 1: to stay true to my why why I do what
- 29:01Speaker 1: I do, and to be aware also that all the
- 29:05Speaker 1: actions we have, everything that I do is for something,
- 29:10Speaker 1: for a purpose bigger than me. You know, being at
- 29:13Speaker 1: the Super Bowl commercial it has a biggert purpose. It
- 29:16Speaker 1: is not only about being in the that spotlight. To
- 29:20Speaker 1: be offensive coordinator at the Pro Bowl games, showcasing flat
- 29:24Speaker 1: football at the biggest station till now, it had a bigger.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Purpose, you know.
- 29:30Speaker 1: So it's just it just made me feel blessed to
- 29:34Speaker 1: be able to be part of those moments where I
- 29:38Speaker 1: know that I have something valuable to give, either it
- 29:41Speaker 1: is my experience or my passion or the love that
- 29:46Speaker 1: I have for the sport to create something way bigger
- 29:51Speaker 1: later on, To be the first flat football athlete to
- 29:54Speaker 1: have items at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, again,
- 29:58Speaker 1: it is for a bigger purpose. It was breaking or
- 30:02Speaker 1: opening that door for the next women that are going
- 30:05Speaker 1: to have their jerseys later on the upcoming years at
- 30:11Speaker 1: the Pro Football Hall of Fame. So I think staying
- 30:14Speaker 1: true to myself and knowing that there's a bigger purpose
- 30:18Speaker 1: that to all the people I connect with, they also
- 30:23Speaker 1: know this. I mean, either where it is my team's mac,
- 30:27Speaker 1: my teammates in Mexico, or all the allias that I
- 30:31Speaker 1: have got during this journey, we all connect with the
- 30:36Speaker 1: reason why and for me that just create and make
- 30:42Speaker 1: possible impossible. And that's the way we're able to create
- 30:45Speaker 1: magic in different fields.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Create magic in different fields.
- 30:49Speaker 2: And what an amazing opportunity to be that coordinator for
- 30:53Speaker 2: the Pro Bowl.
- 30:53Speaker 3: How was that experience for you?
- 30:56Speaker 1: It was amazing. Imagine I got to be offensive coordinator
- 31:00Speaker 1: for the AFC and Peyton Manning was the head coach.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I know ray Lewis was the defensive coordinator. And I
- 31:08Speaker 1: have to tell you that I've admired Peyon Manning since
- 31:12Speaker 1: I was little. I remember I used to watch NFL
- 31:16Speaker 1: games with my dad, watching him playing and trying to learn,
- 31:20Speaker 1: you know, from him and everything. I remember even when
- 31:24Speaker 1: I was fourteen. One time, I want to or ther
- 31:29Speaker 1: Lance to the Super Bowl twenty twelve to play the
- 31:33Speaker 1: National FA Football Championships. And you know, there's this they
- 31:36Speaker 1: call it Super Bowl experience, like an expo with NFL
- 31:40Speaker 1: players and things like that. So I was there with
- 31:42Speaker 1: my family and suddenly I started to listen like people
- 31:47Speaker 1: saying like Peedi Manning is here, Pedaman is here. He
- 31:49Speaker 1: was there for a press conference or something like that.
- 31:52Speaker 3: So I started.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Running with my dad through all the expol like just
- 31:57Speaker 1: round that, let's go, starting to find him. And when
- 32:00Speaker 1: I finally found him, he was living like literally he
- 32:03Speaker 1: was like waving at the people. I remember just staying
- 32:06Speaker 1: there shouting his name, like Peida trying just to have,
- 32:12Speaker 1: you know, like a look from him, and I couldn't.
- 32:14Speaker 1: I remember at that moment I started crying. My dad
- 32:17Speaker 1: told me, like, don't worry. Maybe on the future you're
- 32:21Speaker 1: gonna have the opportunity to meet him. So I'm telling
- 32:24Speaker 1: you this is sorry because now you have like context
- 32:27Speaker 1: on how amazing it was to know that I was
- 32:31Speaker 1: not only I didn't have only the opportunity to meet him,
- 32:35Speaker 1: but to work with him, and he was super opened
- 32:39Speaker 1: to hear my ideas and to learn how I felt
- 32:45Speaker 1: this sport and how I learned and how I looked
- 32:50Speaker 1: at the sport of flag and we created something amazing together.
- 32:54Speaker 1: It was just an amazing and amazing time. Also to
- 32:58Speaker 1: be able to connect with all this amazing guys, the
- 33:01Speaker 1: NFL players, They were super professional, they were super excited
- 33:05Speaker 1: also to play flat football by first time, and I
- 33:07Speaker 1: think that's what made that moment so magical, so cool.
- 33:12Speaker 2: I'm going to pivot a little bit, and I want
- 33:14Speaker 2: to talk about where we were heading before, about young
- 33:18Speaker 2: women in sport and girls in sport. I'm going to
- 33:22Speaker 2: read you a statistic forty three percent of girls who
- 33:25Speaker 2: once considered themselves sporty drop out of sport after primary school.
- 33:31Speaker 2: When I read that for you, how does that make
- 33:33Speaker 2: you feel sad?
- 33:37Speaker 3: Sad?
- 33:37Speaker 1: Because I know, yes it is. It is a reality,
- 33:41Speaker 1: and somehow I've been through that also growing with my
- 33:47Speaker 1: teammates when I was little, and then right now knowing
- 33:51Speaker 1: that I am the only one that still plays flag,
- 33:56Speaker 1: not almost none of the.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Players that I grew up with.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Kept playing the sport because again, we didn't have the opportunities.
- 34:08Speaker 1: That's why I said, I feel super lucky and blessed
- 34:11Speaker 1: to be able to to reach or to find those
- 34:17Speaker 1: opportunities that have helped me to be where I am today.
- 34:21Speaker 1: But I think it is something super sad because it
- 34:23Speaker 1: is not because of lack of talent. It is not
- 34:26Speaker 1: of lack because of lack of passion or compromise. It
- 34:33Speaker 1: is because the lack of opportunities. On one hand, it
- 34:39Speaker 1: makes me feel sad, but on the other the fact
- 34:43Speaker 1: that this is something we are talking about more and more,
- 34:50Speaker 1: this is a topic that we all are putting on
- 34:52Speaker 1: the table more and more. I think it is somehow
- 34:56Speaker 1: helping to create one awareness in second opportunities, to let
- 35:04Speaker 1: people know that yes, we have lots of thing to change,
- 35:09Speaker 1: but we can all start from ourselves in supporting women's
- 35:13Speaker 1: in sport to know that we have a bright future
- 35:16Speaker 1: no matter what sport it is, we have a bright future,
- 35:18Speaker 1: and we have showed up in the recent years like
- 35:22Speaker 1: breaking records of assistance and all these amazing things. So
- 35:27Speaker 1: I am excited to think that this is only to
- 35:30Speaker 1: start for a brighter future for women's in sports.
- 35:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really exciting, especially you know, coming off of
- 35:38Speaker 2: the heels of the US Women's National League Soccer championship
- 35:42Speaker 2: game was one of the most attended games in recent history.
- 35:46Speaker 2: Just so special to see women finally getting the attention
- 35:49Speaker 2: they deserve. But that attention has arguably been around for
- 35:54Speaker 2: a while. It's really like the dollars behind women in
- 35:57Speaker 2: sport that can be such a barrier, at least for
- 36:00Speaker 2: professional sports.
- 36:01Speaker 3: Right.
- 36:02Speaker 2: I know that the statistic I sided was talking about
- 36:04Speaker 2: young women in sports, So it is so special that
- 36:08Speaker 2: so many young women now they are getting the opportunity
- 36:12Speaker 2: to turn on the TV and see women that not
- 36:16Speaker 2: only represent their interests, but in many cases look like them.
- 36:20Speaker 2: You talk so eloquently about so many of your role
- 36:23Speaker 2: models from an young age being men in the National
- 36:27Speaker 2: Football League right, a very different example than the one
- 36:30Speaker 2: that you are setting today. When you are reached out
- 36:35Speaker 2: to by young girls, whether it be over social media
- 36:39Speaker 2: or email or when you're out and about, how does
- 36:41Speaker 2: it feel for you for these people to tell you
- 36:44Speaker 2: that you're inspiring them to show up and show out.
- 36:48Speaker 1: It is the biggest blessing for me, as I said,
- 36:53Speaker 1: only to be able to be part of this, of
- 36:57Speaker 1: this movement of change that we are all doing for
- 37:00Speaker 1: were women's in sport, and I feel super blessed to
- 37:05Speaker 1: to connect with with people, as I said, that have
- 37:10Speaker 1: this mindset. Also back in August, I joined the onunder
- 37:14Speaker 1: Our More team as global ambassador. That was something, as
- 37:19Speaker 1: I said, I never I never imagined could be possible
- 37:24Speaker 1: for me. And the reason of this partnership it it
- 37:28Speaker 1: didn't only started because of the rush of the Super
- 37:31Speaker 1: Bowl or the gold medal or anything. It was because
- 37:37Speaker 1: they knew also the importance of representation, the new importance
- 37:42Speaker 1: of opening opportunities, of giving the platform, of giving a
- 37:45Speaker 1: boys and that's I feel that that's where we all
- 37:49Speaker 1: have to start. I mean, if you open more opportunities
- 37:53Speaker 1: and you give the platform to the to the athletes
- 37:58Speaker 1: that are now having the in their respective sports. Then
- 38:03Speaker 1: you're gonna start building from their down, you know. Then
- 38:07Speaker 1: you're gonna build awareness, You're gonna build interest, You're gonna
- 38:11Speaker 1: give them an opportunity to make a living from the
- 38:15Speaker 1: sport they love. Then you're gonna bring more opportunities for
- 38:18Speaker 1: women to have scholarships to pursue not only their dreams
- 38:22Speaker 1: on the field, but also as professionists. Then you're gonna
- 38:25Speaker 1: build opportunities for women seeing high school to find their passions.
- 38:32Speaker 1: And it goes like that. So I just feel super grateful,
- 38:36Speaker 1: as I said, to be part of this movement and
- 38:39Speaker 1: super excited to to see what steal is yet to come.
- 38:44Speaker 2: How does it make you feel when you read the
- 38:46Speaker 2: criticisms over flag football? I know that I was even
- 38:49Speaker 2: scrolling through your page before we hopped on this recording,
- 38:54Speaker 2: and they're coming to you and they're telling you right
- 38:58Speaker 2: where you are exactly how they feel about flag football,
- 39:01Speaker 2: not just as a sport, but it also making the Olympics.
- 39:04Speaker 1: You know, my thoughts are wait until you see it,
- 39:09Speaker 1: you love it. I mean, I know that's that comes
- 39:13Speaker 1: from the lack of knowledge about the game. It is
- 39:17Speaker 1: because they haven't been close to it. They haven't seen
- 39:19Speaker 1: it at the biggest stages. They haven't seen it at
- 39:22Speaker 1: the screens, And I think it is kind of a
- 39:26Speaker 1: normal thing to expect when a sport is started. It's
- 39:31Speaker 1: been like the first time it is it is starting
- 39:34Speaker 1: just getting to get into these major platforms. So for me,
- 39:42Speaker 1: it is only a matter of time, a matter of
- 39:45Speaker 1: more people having the opportunity to connect with the sport
- 39:49Speaker 1: and see how fun it is to play, how fun
- 39:52Speaker 1: it is to watch, and and that it is even
- 39:56Speaker 1: if it is very similar to football, because I know
- 39:59Speaker 1: that's a most of the times people do, it is
- 40:04Speaker 1: a totally different sport. If I had to describe it, yes,
- 40:08Speaker 1: it has the best of football, but in a more
- 40:11Speaker 1: condensed style. It is faster, It is about agility, it
- 40:16Speaker 1: is about creativity. And then the best thing for me
- 40:23Speaker 1: it is that it is such an inclusive sport. No
- 40:26Speaker 1: matter who you are, no matter where you're from, no
- 40:29Speaker 1: matter your strengths or your qualities, you will find and
- 40:34Speaker 1: spot inflavotable. So I feel that allows more people to
- 40:39Speaker 1: feel related with flappable athletes because then you have a
- 40:44Speaker 1: bigger spectrum of athletes in there. So for me, it's
- 40:51Speaker 1: just a matter of time. I'm super excited for the
- 40:53Speaker 1: people for the world to see the greatness of this sport.
- 40:56Speaker 2: I love your optimism and like your approach to that.
- 40:59Speaker 2: It's not like screw them, it's like just wait and see.
- 41:02Speaker 2: So you're so kind to them, and I really appreciate that.
- 41:06Speaker 2: I think it says a lot about who you are
- 41:08Speaker 2: and your approach to life as a whole. With that said,
- 41:13Speaker 2: there have been more eyes on you specifically over the
- 41:17Speaker 2: last year as you've taken on this role of really
- 41:19Speaker 2: being an ambassador for your sport and speaking of the
- 41:23Speaker 2: great things of flag football and of course encouraging women
- 41:27Speaker 2: to take on sports. With that said, what's been the
- 41:32Speaker 2: most difficult part of the past year for you?
- 41:38Speaker 1: The most difficult part personally to find a balance between everything,
- 41:44Speaker 1: a balance between spending time with my family and with
- 41:50Speaker 1: my loved ones, with my friends, and also keep working
- 41:56Speaker 1: on my career as an athlete representing my country, because
- 41:59Speaker 1: you know, as an athlete, this never stops. You have
- 42:02Speaker 1: to always keep working and improving. And on the other hand,
- 42:09Speaker 1: to be this ambassador or make this job as ambassador
- 42:13Speaker 1: the best I can, trying to bring awareness to different
- 42:18Speaker 1: parts in the world, about the sport being everywhere and
- 42:22Speaker 1: just jumping from one country to the other during these
- 42:26Speaker 1: past months. I mean, it has been super exciting and amazing,
- 42:30Speaker 1: but sometimes you need to to find this balance between everything.
- 42:36Speaker 1: What has make that easier, as I said, is to
- 42:40Speaker 1: find the correct people around me, whether it is as
- 42:44Speaker 1: I said, my family and my team at SMACK, my
- 42:48Speaker 1: teammates on drum routine, the alias at Cabo now we
- 42:54Speaker 1: have a partnership with them that are focused on bringing
- 42:57Speaker 1: awareness of wellness. You know, all these people, all these
- 43:04Speaker 1: entities have their purposes that's somehow aligned with the process

- 43:27Speaker 1: objectives of the people I've met aligned with mine and
- 43:32Speaker 1: it is just a matter of making the right connections.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Surrounding yourself with the right people is a huge key
- 43:39Speaker 2: for you when it comes to finding balance and maintaining balance.
- 43:43Speaker 2: When someone goes to your Instagram page, they see a
- 43:48Speaker 2: very happy athletic flag football player, someone that is so
- 43:52Speaker 2: proud of not only being a warrior in her sport,
- 43:55Speaker 2: but paving the way for young women everywhere.
- 43:58Speaker 3: When you look in the mirror, Deanna, what do you see.
- 44:04Speaker 1: Hm hmm, I see. I see a passionate woman that
- 44:13Speaker 1: is on her personal journey to build her best version
- 44:19Speaker 1: as an athlete, as a woman, as a professionist, and
- 44:24Speaker 1: that has the dream of bringing this set of motivation,
- 44:31Speaker 1: bringing the seed of or planting. I can say more

- 45:10Speaker 2: you see yourself doing with that?
- 45:12Speaker 1: To be honest, one of my biggest dreams I have

- 45:23Speaker 1: Bleak come true so that women that me can make
- 45:27Speaker 1: a living while playing the sport. We love to keep

- 45:38Speaker 1: males and women's in sport. So that's a dream to
- 45:42Speaker 1: me that I hope to accomplish in the next upcoming years.
- 45:48Speaker 1: So I hope that everything that I'm doing right now
- 45:52Speaker 1: as an athlete, as an ambassador now talking about my masters,
- 45:56Speaker 1: I know that all these little little pieces are gonna

- 46:15Speaker 1: when the next opportunity is knock the door, and to
- 46:18Speaker 1: be able to keep giving back and create something bigger
- 46:22Speaker 1: with the people around me.
- 46:24Speaker 2: I think you're doing a really great job of it
- 46:27Speaker 2: right now. You have an opportunity, Dianna, to tell yourself
- 46:31Speaker 2: a younger version of yourself, give her a piece of advice,
- 46:34Speaker 2: knowing what you know now, thinking about the journey that
- 46:38Speaker 2: you've been on.
- 46:39Speaker 3: What do you tell your younger self.
- 46:43Speaker 1: To my younger self?
- 46:44Speaker 3: How you tell her?
- 46:49Speaker 1: Do never forget that you're powerful, that you're strong, and
- 46:56Speaker 1: you're capable to do anything you want, yeh. Do not
- 47:01Speaker 1: listen to the people around you that wants to bring
- 47:05Speaker 1: you down. Do not listen to all those nos. Do
- 47:10Speaker 1: never let the world make you doubt of yourself, because
- 47:18Speaker 1: you're powerful and that power lives in your self confidence.
- 47:24Speaker 1: Just keep working hard, keep feeling passionate about what you do,
- 47:31Speaker 1: because I promise that life is going to become even
- 47:36Speaker 1: bigger and brighter than what we ever imagine.
- 47:41Speaker 2: Before I let you go, I've got to ask you
- 47:43Speaker 2: for someone that feels as though life is getting them down,
- 47:47Speaker 2: that people are telling them a lot of know they
- 47:50Speaker 2: are struggling to find that light. What advice do you
- 47:54Speaker 2: offer them to maybe get their chin up a little bit?
- 48:00Speaker 1: What advice I could give them?
- 48:04Speaker 3: First?
- 48:06Speaker 1: Listen, Listen to your heart, Listen to what makes you
- 48:12Speaker 1: feel excited, to what makes you feel happy. That's the answer,
- 48:17Speaker 1: no matter what it is. Stay true to yourself, stay
- 48:23Speaker 1: true to that purpose. And I promise you that whenever
- 48:30Speaker 1: you're feeling that you don't know the way, whenever you're
- 48:34Speaker 1: feeling that you're not going anywhere, just trust on that.
- 48:41Speaker 3: Trust on that.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Dream you have, and sooner or later you will find
- 48:50Speaker 1: you will find the answer. It comes in different ways.
- 48:53Speaker 1: You just have to keep positive. You just have to
- 48:57Speaker 1: make sure you keep your mind open so you can
- 48:59Speaker 1: see those opportunities or those were the people that is
- 49:04Speaker 1: in your life to help you to achieve those goals.
- 49:07Speaker 1: Never doubt on yourself and dream big, because dreams come true.
- 49:13Speaker 2: I love that idea of keeping your mind open right
- 49:16Speaker 2: because there will be moments that it feels hard and
- 49:18Speaker 2: that you quote unquote fail. But if you keep your
- 49:21Speaker 2: mind open, then you're allowing whatever happens.
- 49:25Speaker 3: For you to come in.
- 49:26Speaker 2: You're allowing yourself to show up and to dream big
- 49:29Speaker 2: and to try new things and know that whatever happens next.
- 49:32Speaker 3: It's all going to be okay.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Dianna, I'm so happy that we're able to find the
- 49:36Speaker 2: time to make this happen. Tell the hurdlers if they
- 49:38Speaker 2: don't follow you just yet, how do they follow along
- 49:42Speaker 2: with you?
- 49:42Speaker 3: How do they keep up with you?
- 49:45Speaker 1: We can stay connected through Instagram, unlike Deanna Flores thirty
- 49:51Speaker 1: three floors without the oh TikTok the same the same
- 49:55Speaker 1: user name. I'm looking forward to see either.
- 49:58Speaker 3: I love it.
