  Speaker 1: Apoche Production.
• 0:07
Speaker 2: All right, quick look at the final round of the year. Broncos,
• 0:24
Speaker 2: almost disappointing how well they played against the Bulldogs.
• 0:27
Speaker 3: Like, it was... Just showed you what they are capable of.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: What we all know as fans they're capable of, and
• 0:32
Speaker 1: they just weren't able to do for most of the year.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: Billy Slater coming back. Mate, what a difference he's made
• 0:37
Speaker 1: to the team. Anyway, so it was nice to finish
• 0:39
Speaker 1: with a win against the Bulldogs. Dolphins only just beat
• 0:44
Speaker 1: the Titans by four points.
• 0:45
  Speaker 3: That was interesting.
• 0:46
Speaker 1: There was a lot of points on the weekend, really.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: 50 points in that Rabideau's Roosters game was massive.
• 0:52
Speaker 3: Warriors 31-30 on the Seagulls, so....
• 0:57
Speaker 1: Didn't really help their points differential, and that really mattered
• 1:01
Speaker 1: in the end because the final game of the round
• 1:04
Speaker 1: was Panthers taking on the West Tigers, and the Panthers
• 1:08
Speaker 1: put on 38 points to 10, so that was enough
• 1:12
Speaker 1: to get them to the top of the ladder in
• 1:14
Speaker 1: the minor premiers once again. So the Panthers once again
• 1:18
Speaker 1: look like the team to beat, but man, I hope.
• 1:20
Speaker 3: It's the Warriors. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that is all
• 1:25
Speaker 3: she wrote for the regular 2026 season. Congratulations to the
• 1:33
Speaker 3: Penrith Panthers. Crowned the minor premiers for 2026. But we
• 1:40
Speaker 3: all know what happened to the minor premiers last year.
• 1:43
Speaker 3: The Canberra Raiders went out in straight sets. Lost the
• 1:47
Speaker 3: Broncos in round one. So... And that epic game in
• 1:53
Speaker 3: Canberra last year where they lost that game, won that game,
• 1:58
Speaker 3: lost the game, won the game, lost one, all of
• 2:01
Speaker 3: the above anyway. Congratulations to the Penrith Panthers. Up there
• 2:06
Speaker 3: with one of the more consistent teams this season. Probably
• 2:11
Speaker 3: started the year off where they looked like they were
• 2:14
Speaker 3: never going to lose a game. Highlights. Highlights. Of the
• 2:19
Speaker 3: last round. Well done Thursday night. The Broncos. That was
• 2:24
Speaker 3: the way we should have been playing. All year. But
• 2:28
Speaker 3: in saying that still. Looking at certain parts. Of that game.
• 2:34
Speaker 3: You could see some things. That probably highlighted. The year
• 2:39
Speaker 3: that we had. But good effort. Great way to finish
• 2:42
Speaker 3: the year. Well done Bronx Thursday night. Another highlight. For the.
• 2:49
Speaker 3: weekend definitely would have to be Melbourne Storm. They did
• 2:56
Speaker 3: such a great job to hang in there in that game.
• 2:59
Speaker 3: Their try to finish off the game, the Harry Grant
• 3:03
Speaker 3: flick pass, absolutely incredible, absolutely amazing and well done to
• 3:08
Speaker 3: them for finishing the way they did. The two teams
• 3:12
Speaker 3: that played in the grand final last year, no they
• 3:15
Speaker 3: did not make the finals but they finished off their
• 3:17
Speaker 3: season really well and You know what? They can put
• 3:21
Speaker 3: that one behind them. They can move forward. The worst
• 3:24
Speaker 3: part about finishing early is you start early. These boys
• 3:28
Speaker 3: and some of these lads will be back training on
• 3:31
Speaker 3: the 1st of November. So that's going to be tough going.
• 3:34
Speaker 3: Another highlight, Kobe Black for the Canberra Raiders. You know,
• 3:42
Speaker 3: it's absolutely hilarious. I love him. sitting back, watching, listening
• 3:47
Speaker 3: to everyone speak and talk about, oh, the Broncos let
• 3:51
Speaker 3: him go. I went to Townsville for 16 years, and
• 3:56
Speaker 3: I was the kid that the Cowboys let go. At
• 4:00
Speaker 3: the end of the day, I do not have the
• 4:02
Speaker 3: career I have unless I leave Townsville and sign with
• 4:07
Speaker 3: the Broncos. Maybe this may be the same case for
• 4:11
Speaker 3: Kobe Black. Go to Canberra. Has been absolutely fantastic in
• 4:18
Speaker 3: the New South Wales Cup. Coached by Ricky Stewart. One
• 4:24
Speaker 3: of the game's greatest halves at the end of the day.
• 4:30
Speaker 3: And that's who you want to be coached by as
• 4:32
Speaker 3: a halfback. Probably got some great mentors down there that
• 4:36
Speaker 3: are helping him out, steering him in the right direction
• 4:39
Speaker 3: as well. So well done to him. Great coach. debut.
• 4:46
Speaker 3: Do I think this is one that the Broncos let
• 4:48
Speaker 3: go too early? No. At the end of the day,
• 4:53
Speaker 3: I'll put a full stop right on that because he
• 4:56
Speaker 3: didn't get a chance and a crack at the Broncos
• 4:58
Speaker 3: because he wasn't ready. By watching him play for the
• 5:04
Speaker 3: Canberra Raiders, he was definitely ready. Could he come back
• 5:07
Speaker 3: at some point in time in the future? Definitely could. Anyway,
• 5:12
Speaker 3: Make sure you tune in because we'll be talking these
• 5:14
Speaker 3: topics and more throughout the week. How good? Semi-final footy
• 5:18
Speaker 3: next week. Can't wait.
