winning with winans: Hey, look, know there's been a lot of talk about how bad the Nevada economy is and how bad Vegas is. And I I'm being facetious here, but constantly. Well, take a wild guess. We're having some big money being dumped into the Las Vegas Strip. First off, Caesars just got sold last la actually last week for $18 ⁓ billion. then and behold, by the way, here's the article in the paper. But then lo and behold, here we are. I opened up the world today. Guess who else is in play? Grand. And is by a gentleman named Barry Diller, longtime private financier. Again, folks, a lot of money coming into our valley from ⁓ all over place. And I do think it's money that was going to go into other places that became so anti-business, so hard to do business with, and quite frankly, with the disruptions around the world. I think a lot of people are saying, you know, Nevada is a good place to be.
