- 0:16Speaker 1: I'm Kelly Clauren bensonosh I do Part two. We are
- 0:21Speaker 1: on the hunt for finding Love. On our second chapter,
- 0:25Speaker 1: we are here with Holly Slam, who is an amazing
- 0:28Speaker 1: TikTok creator on menthrow Apology. She's teaching us everything about
- 0:36Speaker 1: who men are and what they like. Holly give us
- 0:40Speaker 1: some insight and tell us some tips on some of
- 0:44Speaker 1: the questions that we should be asking men on dates.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Well, I mean, if you want to get straight to
- 0:50Speaker 2: the heart of things, if you ask.
- 0:52Speaker 3: A man, why are you like this? Or like, why
- 0:54Speaker 3: are men like this? And if they get offended, that's
- 0:58Speaker 3: a really good tign that he's it a weirdo.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Like it shouldn't be offensive. It's that defensive thing again,
- 1:04Speaker 2: like why are you getting defensive over this? Like the
- 1:07Speaker 2: nine silly question.
- 1:09Speaker 3: I think being.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Really like straightforward and blunt has like really served me
- 1:15Speaker 2: really well because because you really just get to, like
- 1:21Speaker 2: I ask things that you're not supposed to ask, uh,
- 1:25Speaker 2: because it just it it either either people find you
- 1:29Speaker 2: amusing and they'll play along and they'll answer directly, or.
- 1:34Speaker 3: They'll get offensive or they'll get offended.
- 1:36Speaker 2: And then you'll realize, like this is not not good
- 1:40Speaker 2: this person's trying to hide something.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I mean, I ask men on the street like are
- 1:44Speaker 3: you rich? I'll just ask bank account? Do you have
- 1:50Speaker 3: an ans?
- 1:52Speaker 2: So many guys think it's really funny, and that's what
- 1:55Speaker 2: you want.
- 1:57Speaker 3: It's supposed to be funny and playful.
- 2:00Speaker 1: It must be like kind of like a double edged sword,
- 2:02Speaker 1: because on the one I mean, because you are beautiful,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and then you're asking these like provocative questions, they're kind
- 2:08Speaker 1: of like, wait what, And I'm sure that they're really
- 2:11Speaker 1: like they really much, really really like you. I mean,
- 2:14Speaker 1: it's just that is like that is crazy.
- 2:20Speaker 3: They want to stay in chat. But then they're like.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you're like no, no, no, coming's over. It was
- 2:26Speaker 1: thirty seconds. Sorry, I got my clip, Bye, I got
- 2:32Speaker 1: my f You're fantastic viral.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I know. I'm like, oh, how did I end up
- 2:40Speaker 2: in a position where I'm like chasing around men trying
- 2:42Speaker 2: to get them to be mean to me on camera?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Mean, be an asshole? Please? Oh god?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Why do you think the guys want to date these
- 2:52Speaker 1: young I'm stuck on the I'm the younger though, I mean,
- 2:55Speaker 1: because i've date I'm I'm fifty seven.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Actually I had a birth.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Excuse me fifty there, I just my age.
- 3:02Speaker 3: See, don't lie.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I'm okay, thank you, But you know, I mean I
- 3:09Speaker 1: never lie about my age. First of all, I can't
- 3:11Speaker 1: because maybe all you to do is google me and
- 3:13Speaker 1: you'd be like, I am old you are, And I
- 3:15Speaker 1: wouldn't want to anyway. But I had my assistant put
- 3:19Speaker 1: me on the hinge and he put me as ten
- 3:21Speaker 1: years younger and he's like, well, you look ten years younger,
- 3:24Speaker 1: and I'm like, but I'm not ten years younger.
- 3:27Speaker 2: And is that probably just to get a path, because
- 3:30Speaker 2: you know, people said they're age limits. And I think
- 3:32Speaker 2: so many men think that a woman in her forties
- 3:36Speaker 2: or fifties is like gross and washed up, and then
- 3:40Speaker 2: they meet you and they're like, oh, you're super hot and.
- 3:42Speaker 3: They're like, oh my god, I heard your fifties.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Like their mind explodes, like they can't understand that, like
- 3:49Speaker 2: we're we're we're hot, Like, yeah, that's not it's not
- 3:55Speaker 2: We're not these like grandma's that they grew up watching.
- 3:58Speaker 3: On TV portrait in the you know, seventies.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I think it's mostly older men that think older women
- 4:05Speaker 2: are gross, and it's younger men understand that that's not
- 4:10Speaker 2: the case. You should date younger men. That's my advice
- 4:13Speaker 2: to all women, especially just all women.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Just date younger men. These old guys like we don't
- 4:21Speaker 3: want them.
- 4:22Speaker 1: No, no, I mean I definitely I don't mind older.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I just don't like grump.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Or no grump, no cheap no either.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I mean, I think it's just like a total misconception.
- 4:35Speaker 2: I think they just don't I think they're completely confused
- 4:38Speaker 2: and they have no idea. And then there's also the
- 4:41Speaker 2: fact that like if a man is insecure or if
- 4:45Speaker 2: he feels, you know, somehow insufficient, a younger woman maybe
- 4:53Speaker 2: will not notice as many of his flaws.
- 4:56Speaker 1: So is there a time of day that you do
- 4:59Speaker 1: these interviews, because I'm just wondering if you find like
- 5:02Speaker 1: that hotter guys are out like in the morning getting coffee,
- 5:05Speaker 1: or if they're like done with work, and like I'm
- 5:09Speaker 1: just wondering, like, is there a time of day. I mean,
- 5:12Speaker 1: we talked about the age.
- 5:15Speaker 3: I'm just trying to.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Get specific here. I just want to know exactly what's
- 5:19Speaker 1: going on. I'm very good at following directions.
- 5:22Speaker 2: I've tried to go to a lot of man events,
- 5:27Speaker 2: so I go to motorcycle rallies. I go to you know, conventions,
- 5:37Speaker 2: I go to like X games, I go to F one,
- 5:40Speaker 2: and I go to like stuff where there are going
- 5:42Speaker 2: to be a lot of dudes. Monster truck rallies like
- 5:45Speaker 2: just that that mostly as kids actually, so don't don't
- 5:49Speaker 2: find men a monster truck rallies unless you want a
- 5:53Speaker 2: five year old.
- 5:54Speaker 3: No.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Yeah, So just I got like, I try not to
- 6:01Speaker 2: go out in the morning too much. I like later,
- 6:04Speaker 2: a little later in the day, and like Saturdays are
- 6:08Speaker 2: the best of course because just people are out.
- 6:13Speaker 1: So then I've another question. I'm jumping all over the
- 6:15Speaker 1: places because like my like brain is like you know,
- 6:18Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be following questions, and I'm just like
- 6:20Speaker 1: so intrigued. So when you're at like when you're out
- 6:25Speaker 1: at bars with your friends, right and you see a
- 6:28Speaker 1: girl that's struggling, you know that's struggling. I mean you've
- 6:31Speaker 1: seen this many many times. What do you what is
- 6:33Speaker 1: it that she's doing and why is she doing that
- 6:37Speaker 1: if she sees that the guys aren't responding, what do you.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Mean if she's struggling?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Like meaning like shell, you can see you can see
- 6:45Speaker 1: when a girl is looking for guys. You can see
- 6:48Speaker 1: there's you know, you can see when they're like actively
- 6:50Speaker 1: pursuing men at bars and then they're just not getting
- 6:55Speaker 1: the results. What do you think that they're doing. Do
- 6:58Speaker 1: you think it's because they're like trying to be too sexual?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Is there is there some kind of like are you
- 7:05Speaker 1: seeing any kind of trends with women that are not
- 7:09Speaker 1: being well received?
- 7:11Speaker 2: I think it's like a maybe it's an energetic because
- 7:14Speaker 2: like the energy of desperation is so repellent, So if
- 7:19Speaker 2: you're really like you know, desperate to find somebody, it's
- 7:24Speaker 2: just not going to happen. I think just being very
- 7:27Speaker 2: like happy within yourself and secure within yourself. If you're
- 7:32Speaker 2: just like having a great time with your girlfriends and
- 7:34Speaker 2: you're not like desperately seeking men, men will come to you.
- 7:39Speaker 3: They will flock to you.
- 7:40Speaker 2: It's an energetic of like you know, attracting rather than
- 7:44Speaker 2: like going out and seeking, because something about that pushes
- 7:49Speaker 2: away the men energetically.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like no, no, what about so just like
- 7:56Speaker 1: you should like act like you don't.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Care or I don't think it's and act like you
- 8:00Speaker 3: don't care thing.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I think it's about like, you know, staying in your
- 8:05Speaker 2: own world and like focusing on yourself. I think it's
- 8:10Speaker 2: like an inside job. I just think like the more
- 8:13Speaker 2: you're focused on yourself and your own thing.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Your yourself and your wealth and your health and your.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Like health, like living your best life.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Without worrying about what the men are.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Doing, that's gonna be the most attractive thing two men
- 8:33Speaker 2: for sure, and like just the most attractive thing at
- 8:37Speaker 2: the most magnetic thing just in the world with everything.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, it's interesting because when I was down
- 8:53Speaker 1: in Palm Beach because I was filming and I was
- 8:57Speaker 1: working at the same time, Like I was kind I was,
- 8:59Speaker 1: you know, I was a little busy, but you know,
- 9:02Speaker 1: I'm still out and you know, after we worked, you know,
- 9:05Speaker 1: I went with some of my friends like bars and
- 9:07Speaker 1: restaurants and stuff, and I met this one guy and
- 9:11Speaker 1: I just was like, I just want to you know,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just from like I was just like, I've got to
- 9:15Speaker 1: tell these people I'm only here for two months, because
- 9:17Speaker 1: you do not want them to think that I'm like here.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So I was like, listen, I'm just you know, I'm
- 9:24Speaker 1: only I'm filming the show. I'm only here for two months.
- 9:27Speaker 1: And they were just like you are an awful person.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I can't believe that you're trying to like bait me
- 9:35Speaker 1: and trying to like make me like you. I'm like,
- 9:38Speaker 1: oh no, no, no, I was just being blunt and clear
- 9:42Speaker 1: that like I'm only here for two months. So if
- 9:45Speaker 1: you want like that like summer love and vacation fun vibe,
- 9:50Speaker 1: I'm here for but then I have to go back
- 9:52Speaker 1: to my New York life. I'm not moving here.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:57Speaker 1: They were like, these guys so aggressive with me, and
- 10:03Speaker 1: then they would be mad. They were mad. They were
- 10:05Speaker 1: like they were mad because I'm not going to be there.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm sorry that I'm not wildly available for you,
- 10:10Speaker 1: like genuinely angry, genuinely angry, like like like texts like
- 10:17Speaker 1: I was like whoa, whoa.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Wait, guys plural.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Several guys got really like they're like you know little Yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 1: they got really upset.
- 10:25Speaker 3: I mean there's that male entitlement like.
- 10:27Speaker 1: What I'm like, I told you would, I would you
- 10:31Speaker 1: want me to not say anything?
- 10:34Speaker 3: That's so bonkers?
- 10:36Speaker 1: I know what.
- 10:38Speaker 3: See, this is why I have a show.
- 10:39Speaker 2: That works because I'm so crazy because men are crazy.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I love it. I love that you. I love that
- 10:47Speaker 1: you're so outgoing and that you're asking these people these questions.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I love that you're putting it out there. I love
- 10:53Speaker 1: that people are responding to you in such different ways
- 10:56Speaker 1: like I love that. I love that you know, people
- 10:58Speaker 1: are just so real with you. I mean, I was
- 11:00Speaker 1: just like, I'm like listening. I was like, are they prompted?
- 11:06Speaker 4: What?
- 11:07Speaker 3: So many people are like, please let this be satire.
- 11:09Speaker 3: I'm like, no, it's all I don't know real, It's
- 11:13Speaker 3: all real.
- 11:15Speaker 1: This is you telling you Yeah, yeah, why we should?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Oh my god. Well, Holly, you are so smart and
