- 0:00Speaker 1: Scrubbing In with Becca Tilly and Tanya rat An iHeartRadio podcast.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing.
- 0:11Speaker 1: In corub a dub dub in the tub atub dub.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Wow, another wedding episode. Before we begin, though, you had
- 0:22Speaker 2: a celebrity interaction regarding the wedding.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Yes, but is this like too much wedding talk?
- 0:31Speaker 2: I think this is what the people want? Yeah?
- 0:32Speaker 3: Not enough?
- 0:33Speaker 1: Oh wow. The thing that I realized, I was like,
- 0:35Speaker 1: I never realized until I was planning my wedding how
- 0:38Speaker 1: many things you have to think about until I was
- 0:40Speaker 1: like in it. So if you are planning a wedding
- 0:43Speaker 1: or in the future we like to get married, it
- 0:45Speaker 1: might be nice to here's some of these rands've.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Been on this journey with you for a very long time,
- 0:51Speaker 2: so I think this is very exciting. And they can't
- 0:53Speaker 2: physically be at the wedding, so this is this is great.
- 0:57Speaker 2: And then like, we're gonna do a wedding recap, so
- 1:00Speaker 2: if you don't want to hear about wedding stuff, then
- 1:02Speaker 2: come back in listen to old episodes, episodes, and we'll
- 1:08Speaker 2: be back in late March.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Yeah, so we To me, this was just so sweet
- 1:17Speaker 1: because we invited Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle Jonas
- 1:20Speaker 1: to our wedding. I have felt obviously I have this
- 1:23Speaker 1: connection to them. I also felt very sentimental because I
- 1:27Speaker 1: was talking to him the night before I got engaged
- 1:29Speaker 1: about getting engaged, and he was like, when's he gonna propose?
- 1:31Speaker 2: And did da da?
- 1:32Speaker 1: And then it happened literally the next day, so like
- 1:34Speaker 1: he was involved, and like everybody that was at the
- 1:37Speaker 1: Jonas Brothers concert with me like had told him, like
- 1:40Speaker 1: she's getting engaged tomorrow, so like he just feels it's
- 1:44Speaker 1: part like a part, a part of the journey. And
- 1:48Speaker 1: they tried so hard to like make it work. Like
- 1:50Speaker 1: he was constantly reaching out I like remind asking us
- 1:53Speaker 1: to remind him of like where and when, and like
- 1:55Speaker 1: he just kept saying like to both me and Robbie,
- 1:57Speaker 1: like we're really trying to make it work. We're really
- 1:58Speaker 1: trying to make it work, which I thought was like
- 2:00Speaker 1: so sweet. Turns out they can't make it because, as
- 2:04Speaker 1: you've heard, Jonas con is like literally like they just
- 2:07Speaker 1: have so much going on and he just like couldn't
- 2:09Speaker 1: make it work, which I was not even expecting them
- 2:12Speaker 1: to at all, But the fact that he picked up
- 2:15Speaker 1: the phone called Robbie to let him know that like
- 2:19Speaker 1: they're so sorry they can't make it. They really wanted
- 2:21Speaker 1: to make it work. Then picked up the phone and
- 2:22Speaker 1: called me separately to say he's so sorry. They really
- 2:25Speaker 1: wanted to make it work, like we love you guys.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I thought that was so classy and just like so nice.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Like I'm like I have people that I see literally
- 2:33Speaker 1: every day that just didn't even call me, text me,
- 2:35Speaker 1: just went on the website and like RVP, no, do.
- 2:39Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Like literally I see every day like just like no.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I was like, oh dang, like no text so sorry,
- 2:46Speaker 1: like not even in the collects, you know, like Ben
- 2:48Speaker 1: and Jess couldn't make it, and they wrote like we
- 2:49Speaker 1: just you know, we try to make it work, but
- 2:51Speaker 1: like we just had a baby and we love you guys. Congratulations.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Like yeah, like I'm like nothing, And Kevin Jonas picks
- 2:58Speaker 1: up the phone and calls both of us, not just
- 3:01Speaker 1: like a text of the two of us, like picks
- 3:03Speaker 1: up the phone and like speaks to us. Yeah, And
- 3:05Speaker 1: I feel like that just shows you, like the character
- 3:08Speaker 1: and the kind of guy that he is that he like.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Did that so nice.
- 3:12Speaker 1: It was so niceful and so thoughtful. It makes me
- 3:15Speaker 1: I love them even more.
- 3:16Speaker 2: A stand up human, stand up guy who will not
- 3:19Speaker 2: be at the wedding. Correct, but they did their best.
- 3:22Speaker 1: They did their best, which is all that matters.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Well, a lot of our scrubbers wrote in asking questions
- 3:28Speaker 2: for you, so I feel like we should get to them.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Let's get to tak some of them.
- 3:33Speaker 2: No no for three minutes, and let's not do that commercials.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Okay, okay, okay.
- 3:41Speaker 4: They're all screaming like no, no, more's fish.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, my brain is not really here.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Yeah. Let me let me an easty hand and handle
- 3:52Speaker 2: the breaks, and you just relax and answer the questions.
- 3:54Speaker 1: All right, give it to me.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Okay. First question is simple, what are you most looking
- 3:59Speaker 2: forward to?
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm definitely looking forward to just like all the people
- 4:03Speaker 1: that I love so much, being in one space. I
- 4:07Speaker 1: Our wedding shower that we had other night was one
- 4:09Speaker 1: of like the best nights of my life. I think
- 4:11Speaker 1: it because it was my family, his family, and like
- 4:14Speaker 1: our closest closest friends, and so the fact that that
- 4:18Speaker 1: was like one of the best nights of my life,
- 4:19Speaker 1: I'm like imagining that the wedding is going to be
- 4:21Speaker 1: like that time's a hundred h So that's what I'm
- 4:24Speaker 1: most looking forward to. I love that.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a good crew, it's a good squad. It's
- 4:30Speaker 1: a good squad, all right.
- 4:32Speaker 2: So this next one, I feel like, oh, this is
- 4:33Speaker 2: probably a sentiment that a lot of the scrubbers feel
- 4:36Speaker 2: and radio listeners feel. But the question is does it
- 4:40Speaker 2: feel surreal? I followed your journey from the beginning, and
- 4:42Speaker 2: I'm super excited for you.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Like it honestly feels out of body. And it's so
- 4:47Speaker 1: funny because I was talking to my makeup artist, who
- 4:50Speaker 1: Liz if for people that are listening that don't know,
- 4:53Speaker 1: she does makeup and glam for E And so when
- 4:56Speaker 1: Ryan when we were on the morning show at Wilshire,
- 4:59Speaker 1: like are different in the E building. So I've known
- 5:02Speaker 1: Liz since I was like twenty one twenty two whenever
- 5:05Speaker 1: I started, and she'd always seen me in the hallway,
- 5:08Speaker 1: so she's like been on this journey with me too,
- 5:09Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like she's known me since then,
- 5:12Speaker 1: and she was like, you're the epitome of like you
- 5:14Speaker 1: know those little girls I always dream about their wedding.
- 5:16Speaker 1: She's like, that is you, Like, that's that's what I
- 5:19Speaker 1: think of when I think of those little girls, Like
- 5:20Speaker 1: I envisioned you as like a little girl.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So, like it's so crazy that it's like happening. Yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 1: it's crazy, and not even just like the wedding, just
- 5:29Speaker 1: like the fact that like I'm going to be married,
- 5:33Speaker 1: I know, a missus, a missus and like we've been
- 5:36Speaker 1: together for five years, you know what I mean, Like
- 5:38Speaker 1: I feel like it's been so much there's been so
- 5:41Speaker 1: much time in our relationship already that I'm like, I
- 5:43Speaker 1: can't believe I waited five years to do this, Like
- 5:47Speaker 1: I was ready after the first month.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Yeah, you were, which I'm glad y'all didn't do that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: You never know.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Okay. The next one is what has been the hardest
- 5:58Speaker 2: and best part of this whole wedding season.
- 6:04Speaker 1: The hardest part for me as I think I've realized
- 6:07Speaker 1: I'm just not a good I'm not a very decisive person.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I've learned that about you too.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I'm a I'm a worker bee, you know
- 6:16Speaker 1: what I mean, Like I am good if you I
- 6:18Speaker 1: show up to my job, I know what I need
- 6:19Speaker 1: to turn in every night. I know what I need
- 6:21Speaker 1: to do every morning, Like give me a task and
- 6:23Speaker 1: I can do it. When I'm forced to make decisions,
- 6:26Speaker 1: I am like I I go back and forth and
- 6:29Speaker 1: I think I agonize over like every decision. So I
- 6:31Speaker 1: think the decision making process has been like very hard
- 6:34Speaker 1: for me.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I also think that'd be hard for me. And
- 6:37Speaker 2: I think it's decisions that are things that, like in
- 6:39Speaker 2: the big scheme of things, they don't matter, so you're
- 6:41Speaker 2: kind of like it could go either way and I'm fine.
- 6:44Speaker 1: And the thing is, there's pros and cons to like
- 6:45Speaker 1: every decision, you know what I mean. There's pros to
- 6:48Speaker 1: doing a destination wedding. There's cons to doing a destination wedding.
- 6:50Speaker 1: So I think that like the pros and cons to
- 6:53Speaker 1: both is like very hard for somebody that's indecisive like myself. Well,
- 6:58Speaker 1: we got here, yes, yes.
- 7:01Speaker 2: By all means and by all agonizing decisions.
- 7:04Speaker 1: We already.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Okay. Well, what was the best part of the wedding planning?
- 7:09Speaker 1: The best part was seeing how involved Robbie was the
- 7:12Speaker 1: whole process, Like he's been on every single email, every
- 7:15Speaker 1: single text message, like even last night when they were
- 7:17Speaker 1: doing the hair and makeup trial with me. Like he
- 7:19Speaker 1: was like, oh yeah, like you're going to do that
- 7:21Speaker 1: with this dress, and like Liz was like the fact
- 7:23Speaker 1: that he even knows that is so cute. So it's
- 7:26Speaker 1: like been really cool and fun. I didn't realize he
- 7:28Speaker 1: was going to be as involved as he has been.
- 7:30Speaker 2: He's just an involved human.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Yeah, he wanted to be involved in this podcast before
- 7:35Speaker 1: the wedding, but he's just been so slammed at work
- 7:37Speaker 1: that he couldn't swing it.
- 7:39Speaker 2: It's okay, maybe he'll come on the recap. Maybe we
- 7:41Speaker 2: can squeeze him in on the recap.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I think at the end of I think he
- 7:45Speaker 1: has a gets in the weeds. But yeah, something closing
- 7:48Speaker 1: at the end of March.
- 7:49Speaker 2: We already answered this. Someone said, how did the Boudoir
- 7:51Speaker 2: photo book turn out? It's great? And she she ordered
- 7:54Speaker 2: a book that did you style how the pages looked?
- 7:58Speaker 2: Or was that like pre mating You just say to
- 8:00Speaker 2: the photos.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It's pre made. There's like six different like you either
- 8:04Speaker 1: make it like a rectangle or a square or like
- 8:07Speaker 1: the page. Yeah, you can decide which. Oh you took
- 8:10Speaker 1: a great job, thank you. Yeah, it's gorgeous. Do you
- 8:15Speaker 1: have any last minute things you want to do or
- 8:17Speaker 1: moments you want to have before you become a wife.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Oh that's a good question, Like is there.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Anything like as before being a wife that you haven't
- 8:25Speaker 2: done that you're like, I gotta squeeze this in before
- 8:27Speaker 2: the wedding.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Like what like one last fling before the ring?
- 8:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 8:30Speaker 1: No, nothing sounds worse. No, literally, nothing.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Like seeing one last wien.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Who's what I see. I don't want to see any
- 8:43Speaker 1: other one literally nothing. I'm so excited, Like I would
- 8:48Speaker 1: marry him tomorrow.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I think you would have married him two
- 8:51Speaker 2: years four years ago?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, actually four.
- 8:54Speaker 2: This is a good question. I think we've ever talked
- 8:56Speaker 2: about this on the podcast. How do you feel about
- 8:57Speaker 2: being Robbie's second bride slash wife?
- 9:00Speaker 1: So it's interesting because it's something that I used to
- 9:03Speaker 1: get really hung up on in the beginning of our relationship,
- 9:06Speaker 1: you know, like not being the first with him and
- 9:08Speaker 1: it being the first for me. But he has expressed
- 9:12Speaker 1: to me he's like, because when Robby and I met,
- 9:14Speaker 1: he didn't want to ever get married again. He was like,
- 9:16Speaker 1: if I never get married again, I am aokay, Like
- 9:19Speaker 1: he didn't need to get married again. He wanted to
- 9:22Speaker 1: get married again, and so there's a huge mentality shift
- 9:29Speaker 1: from when at that time, Like I think a lot
- 9:33Speaker 1: of people will sometimes get married because they feel like
- 9:35Speaker 1: that's what they need to do at the time, because
- 9:37Speaker 1: that's what everybody's doing and it's like so ingrained in
- 9:39Speaker 1: like your culture. And now he's doing it because it's
- 9:44Speaker 1: like he wants this is like what he really wants,
- 9:47Speaker 1: and it's like so different and so special because he's like,
- 9:50Speaker 1: my kids are going to be there, you know, like
- 9:52Speaker 1: there's nothing more special to him than the fact that
- 9:54Speaker 1: like his kids are going to be there, and so yeah,
- 9:58Speaker 1: it's just like a totally it's just a totally different experience,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and I think I think in the beginning of the relationship,
- 10:04Speaker 1: I couldn't differentiate, but now it's like very easy to see.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I feel like you both did such a great job
- 10:11Speaker 2: at navigating this, because I do remember having conversations where
- 10:15Speaker 2: it was something you were hung up on, and I
- 10:17Speaker 2: feel like Robbie did a great job at making sure
- 10:20Speaker 2: that you felt validated in how you were feeling, but
- 10:22Speaker 2: also reassured that it was a totally separate experience for
- 10:27Speaker 2: him and it wasn't like he was comparing the two
- 10:30Speaker 2: or anything that like he wanted to have he wanted
- 10:33Speaker 2: to marry you because he wants to be married to you.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's doing things this time that like he
- 10:39Speaker 1: wants in his way, and like we're doing things that
- 10:41Speaker 1: like feel right and you know what I mean, Like
- 10:43Speaker 1: it just it's very different. And I was feeling the
- 10:46Speaker 1: same way about kids too, Like I was like so
- 10:48Speaker 1: hung up on that for a while, and then I
- 10:49Speaker 1: was like, actually, this is a blessing that he's done
- 10:52Speaker 1: this before, because I'm such a worry war and I'm
- 10:54Speaker 1: like so in my head about stuff that it's going
- 10:57Speaker 1: to be such a blessing to have him because he
- 10:59Speaker 1: just like keeps me and he's already done it. Yeah,
- 11:01Speaker 1: So like I know, I'm gonna lean on him a lot.
- 11:05Speaker 2: You brought this up, but how will the boys be
- 11:08Speaker 2: part of the wedding.
- 11:09Speaker 1: They are best men and ring security, so they're going
- 11:13Speaker 1: to be walking sunny down the aisle and then best
- 11:17Speaker 1: men as well.
- 11:19Speaker 2: That's really cute. Do did you have any trouble with
- 11:24Speaker 2: the guest list? Since you know so many people in
- 11:26Speaker 2: the entertainment industry.
- 11:28Speaker 1: There are a couple people that we didn't invite that.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I have a little bit of regrets about I'd say
- 11:36Speaker 1: a handful. There's like a handful of people. But when
- 11:39Speaker 1: we did the guest list, we like were really really like,
- 11:43Speaker 1: these are people that have either like we didn't want
- 11:46Speaker 1: anybody to meet one of us for the first time
- 11:49Speaker 1: at our wedding. Like, have you ever been to a
- 11:50Speaker 1: wedding where you're like meeting one of the brighter groom?
- 11:53Speaker 1: Have you ever done that?
- 11:55Speaker 2: I think I got invited as a guest one time.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I felt weird about it. Yeah, like we didn't
- 12:00Speaker 1: want any of that, this intimate celebration.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I just went to a wedding in December where
- 12:05Speaker 4: I met the groom there, right, Yeah, And it was
- 12:07Speaker 4: it was weird.
- 12:08Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And because it's destination, we were like and because it
- 12:11Speaker 1: was like we already knew going in, we wanted it
- 12:12Speaker 1: to be like on the smaller side. So we were like,
- 12:15Speaker 1: these are just going to be like, are tried and
- 12:17Speaker 1: true people that we do life with that know us
- 12:20Speaker 1: really well. Like there's not a single person at our
- 12:22Speaker 1: wedding that like doesn't know us really well. Yeah, So
- 12:26Speaker 1: it was kind of hard, but like, and I really
- 12:28Speaker 1: have just like a handful of like two or three
- 12:30Speaker 1: people that I wish I would have invited that I didn't,
- 12:34Speaker 1: but that's it.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Someone elked about you doing a first look, which we've
- 12:37Speaker 2: already talked about, But was that a because I know
- 12:40Speaker 2: a lot of the decision when people do the first look,
- 12:42Speaker 2: it's to have a moment together before it's just like chaos,
- 12:47Speaker 2: and to kind of get the photos handled, like to
- 12:50Speaker 2: get the bridle photos so that once the wedding part,
- 12:53Speaker 2: the ceremony's over, you can just go to the reception.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I told our or our wedding photographer, I said, I
- 12:59Speaker 1: already know after the ceremony, I'm gonna be a total mess,
- 13:05Speaker 1: like I'm gonna look so distraught and like it's just
- 13:09Speaker 1: gonna be tears. So I said, I want to do
- 13:13Speaker 1: every single photo that we possibly can before the ceremony.
- 13:16Speaker 1: That's why we're doing the cocktail hour before because we
- 13:19Speaker 1: don't need it after because we're not gonna do any
- 13:20Speaker 1: photos after the ceremony. We're gonna do like two or
- 13:23Speaker 1: three like a handful, like ye there, and then we're
- 13:27Speaker 1: gonna go straight in.
- 13:28Speaker 2: The thing though, is that you will have a makeup
- 13:31Speaker 2: artist there so even if you cry and you get
- 13:35Speaker 2: I'm telling you they can. They can turn it around quick.
- 13:37Speaker 1: You think, so oh yeah, oh wow, I'm like, god
- 13:41Speaker 1: speed to Liz because it's gonna be It's gonna be
- 13:44Speaker 1: a water works.
- 13:45Speaker 2: But beyond the convenience of makeup and photos and stuff,
- 13:49Speaker 2: was that a decision? Was that hard for you, like
- 13:51Speaker 2: in terms of zero heart? Oh?
- 13:53Speaker 1: Okay, like literally like the easiest decision on the planet.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Okay. The next question is are you going Are you
- 14:01Speaker 2: doing anything to surprise Robbie on the day of the wedding?
- 14:04Speaker 2: But first, I think we should take a break before
- 14:06Speaker 2: we get to that. Oo all right, So before the break,
- 14:28Speaker 2: I asked someone else, are you doing anything to surprise
- 14:31Speaker 2: Robbie on the day of the wedding?
- 14:33Speaker 1: I am giving him his boudoir album. Yes, that's the
- 14:37Speaker 1: only surprise he's getting.
- 14:38Speaker 2: So here's my question. You're waking up, which I know
- 14:41Speaker 2: we don't have a timeframe of like when you're starting
- 14:43Speaker 2: to get ready or whatever.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Do we I have a little bit. I think that
- 14:46Speaker 1: David and Liz are gonna like be setting up by
- 14:49Speaker 1: like ten thirty.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Okay, So you wake up with Robbie, y'all? Do the
- 14:53Speaker 2: Bourdoir book and then.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I don't know if I'm gonna do like
- 14:56Speaker 1: right when we wake up, or like I should when
- 15:00Speaker 1: we wake up right just like have it in the bed,
- 15:02Speaker 1: I have him wake up, yeah, or like I was
- 15:07Speaker 1: thinking about they deliver coffee to your room, like you
- 15:10Speaker 1: tell them, like we're gonna get up at seven thirty,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and they had they bring like a little basket with
- 15:14Speaker 1: coffee to the room. So I was thinking of putting
- 15:16Speaker 1: it in the basket with the coffee. So he just
- 15:17Speaker 1: like sees it in there and he's like, what's this.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Oh, that's cute that reaction. I like that. Yeah, and
- 15:29Speaker 2: then you all will separate until the wedding.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Once I start getting ready.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Yeah, he's out of there, out of there, banished from
- 15:37Speaker 2: the room.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Banished from the dungeon.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Are you having any Serbian traditions involved? And are y'all
- 15:43Speaker 2: doing any Jewish traditions.
- 15:45Speaker 1: We will be doing one Jewish tradition during the ceremony,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and then we will be doing like the horror, which
- 15:52Speaker 1: is a traditional like the chairs in the in the
- 15:56Speaker 1: air dance, and then there's a traditional Persian song where
- 16:02Speaker 1: you throw like white basically our wedding planner. After we
- 16:05Speaker 1: get married, underneath like the hoop bush, She's gonna go
- 16:07Speaker 1: and like literally rip all the rose petals off of
- 16:10Speaker 1: all the roses so that we can have flowers to
- 16:13Speaker 1: like throw, kind of like at that luncheary, everybody was like,
- 16:18Speaker 1: throws and then we'll do one serbian song too as well. Love.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Yeah, sided, what color of the bridesmaids were? Let me
- 16:30Speaker 2: tell you it's a champagne ivory adjacent to color, which
- 16:36Speaker 2: I when when Tonya was sending me the dresses, I
- 16:41Speaker 2: was like, this is too white, Like you are the bride,
- 16:44Speaker 2: this is too white. How are we supposed to be
- 16:46Speaker 2: in like a color this close to white?
- 16:48Speaker 1: I envisioned you all like basically in white.
- 16:51Speaker 2: Is anyone else shocked by this?
- 16:53Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 16:53Speaker 2: Okay, it's gorgeous. I just knowing how much white has
- 16:57Speaker 2: meant you. I think it's still and white. I know,
- 17:00Speaker 2: taking away from my gorgeous gown, I know we're not.
- 17:03Speaker 2: We could literally never believe me with some of the
- 17:06Speaker 2: dresses I've tried on. We could never take away from
- 17:09Speaker 2: what I'm just saying. It was every time you're seeing
- 17:14Speaker 2: me dressed, and I was like, no, it's too white.
- 17:17Speaker 2: And then when I saw everyone's color, I was like, oh,
- 17:19Speaker 2: they're like close to white.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Yes, yes, I wanted that.
- 17:23Speaker 2: No, well, the photo examples you showed me there, it's gorgeous.
- 17:26Speaker 2: They're like yeah, and especially at the setting, the setting
- 17:29Speaker 2: we're going.
- 17:29Speaker 1: To be in, and I think it's so pretty.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I yeah, And I can't wait till I find mine.
- 17:35Speaker 1: The same she said yes to the dress.
- 17:38Speaker 2: I can't wait to say yes to the dress. Are
- 17:42Speaker 2: you letting Robbie see you in your dress before the wedding? Yes,
- 17:47Speaker 2: but look I know, but nothing before then.
- 17:50Speaker 1: No, I hasn't seen it.
- 17:51Speaker 2: He knows nothing about any of your dresses, just.
- 17:53Speaker 1: The wedding dress. He's seen all the rest of them.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Oh, you saw your reception dress.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, my god, I know. I was too excited.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'm like, well, I was trying it on. I had
- 18:08Speaker 1: Reggie at my house, like like I had things happening
- 18:11Speaker 1: and he was there, so I was like.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Yeah, but when we were doing the drawers, we banished
- 18:15Speaker 2: him to his room.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Yes, that is true.
- 18:18Speaker 2: You were just too excited.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I was.
- 18:20Speaker 2: We already talked about the playlist vibes just like girly
- 18:22Speaker 2: empower wedding vibes. Did you find something borrowed?
- 18:27Speaker 1: No?
- 18:28Speaker 2: Oh, are you going to find something?
- 18:30Speaker 1: No?
- 18:31Speaker 2: Are you borrowing earrings jeweler?
- 18:34Speaker 1: Yeah, borrowing them from a jeweler.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Yeah, you're borrowing. That's borrowed. Okay, great, something borrowed. Someone
- 18:41Speaker 2: said they're confused by your comment about no seated dinner.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Oh so, so we're kind of doing stuff at our
- 18:52Speaker 1: wedding that we typically don't like to do at other weddings.
- 18:56Speaker 1: And one of the things that I really don't enjoy
- 19:00Speaker 1: is sitting down for a very long, plated dinner while
- 19:04Speaker 1: my buzz is like wearing off listening to like a
- 19:06Speaker 1: lot of speeches. So we were like, we still want
- 19:10Speaker 1: to have the speeches, and we want to have those
- 19:11Speaker 1: moments with like the people that we love, and so
- 19:13Speaker 1: we're doing that all the night before. We're the only
- 19:17Speaker 1: speech you will hear at our reception is just from
- 19:20Speaker 1: Robbie and myself.
- 19:21Speaker 2: And.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The the seated dinner I feel like takes away. We
- 19:28Speaker 1: just want people dancing. We really just want the dance
- 19:30Speaker 1: FLD to be like the spot And I feel like
- 19:33Speaker 1: when you have a plated dinner, like nobody's getting up
- 19:35Speaker 1: and dancing until they eat their dinner. But because we
- 19:38Speaker 1: have such like a we have a lot of food
- 19:40Speaker 1: at the cocktail hour, so we don't even think people
- 19:42Speaker 1: are going to be super hungry when they get to
- 19:44Speaker 1: the reception. So we just wanted to have the food open. Basically,
- 19:46Speaker 1: there's gonna be like stations and they're gonna be like barbecuing,
- 19:49Speaker 1: like live on the spot, you know, so like if
- 19:52Speaker 1: you go up there and you're like, I want a
- 19:53Speaker 1: piece of that, they'll cut it right off the thing.
- 19:55Speaker 2: And like, oh, some sounds amazing.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna be good. So but it'll be open
- 19:59Speaker 1: from like for two hours. So if you're not hungry
- 20:02Speaker 1: when the reception starts, it's fine. You can like dance
- 20:04Speaker 1: for an hour and then you can get food. So
- 20:06Speaker 1: we just wanted people to have flexibility to like eat
- 20:08Speaker 1: when they want, drink when they want, like you know,
- 20:10Speaker 1: dance when they want love instead of being tied to
- 20:13Speaker 1: the to their chair, we're free.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Everybody's free, free to roam about. Is there anything different
- 20:20Speaker 2: or non traditional that you're most excited about for the wedding?
- 20:25Speaker 2: Would that be it? Maybe?
- 20:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm excited to see that my one of my
- 20:31Speaker 1: best friends is performing are our first dance, and I
- 20:35Speaker 1: think that's going to be like I can't even listen
- 20:37Speaker 1: to invisible surprise for the guests.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Well no, yeah, I mean you just instead of just
- 20:44Speaker 2: saying her name, oh.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Sophia, yeah yeah, yeah, No, I mean it's not like
- 20:48Speaker 1: I mean, I think it will be a surprise to
- 20:50Speaker 1: most of the guess.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Like very excited, Like if I'm a fan of the
- 20:53Speaker 2: podcast knowing that Sophia is performing.
- 20:56Speaker 1: And she's like doing a different arrangement, like she's like
- 20:59Speaker 1: really yeah, she's like really like treating it very like
- 21:04Speaker 1: in a special way, and she like won't tell me
- 21:06Speaker 1: like what she's doing. I know, you do what is
- 21:11Speaker 1: she doing?
- 21:13Speaker 2: You'll have to find tune into your wedding to find out.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I can't even listen to that song without crying. So
- 21:20Speaker 1: like the fact that she's going to be singing it
- 21:22Speaker 1: and it's our first dancer, I'm going to be like
- 21:24Speaker 1: just a puddle. Yeah, I'm going to be like the
- 21:27Speaker 1: ugly cry.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Like this is going to be the busiest she's ever been.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I told her, like, you're gonna be You're gonna be
- 21:33Speaker 1: on your toes.
- 21:34Speaker 2: So Sonny is coming, What will she be doing post ceremony,
- 21:39Speaker 2: where's she going to be.
- 21:41Speaker 1: So we have a friend coming that is on sunny duty.
- 21:48Speaker 1: So we have a sunny handler who will be helping
- 21:53Speaker 1: and assistant house the whole weekend. But our goal is
- 21:57Speaker 1: we want to have her at the welcome party for
- 21:59Speaker 1: like a litle little bit, just like at the beginning.
- 22:01Speaker 1: We want to like take pictures with her and stuff,
- 22:03Speaker 1: but she'll probably mostly be in the room and then
- 22:06Speaker 1: she definitely has like her task. She's in charge of
- 22:08Speaker 1: the rings, which is like really important, sonny, Oh yeah,
- 22:11Speaker 1: yeah yeah. But then after the ceremony, like she's not
- 22:14Speaker 1: coming to the reception. It's a little too late for her.
- 22:16Speaker 1: So I think, go to bed. She'll go to bed.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Yeah, well she have her bed like her little crate here.
- 22:22Speaker 1: No, it's okay, yeah, so rage she will rage.
- 22:29Speaker 2: They're like there's a noise something, a barking dog.
- 22:35Speaker 1: We might have to we might have to give her
- 22:37Speaker 1: a little gardening. Yeah, guard her a little bit, so
- 22:40Speaker 1: just chill her out. But but yeah, I could not
- 22:45Speaker 1: pack her crate. I was like, I just can't do this.
- 22:49Speaker 2: They might have something that you could check that's like
- 22:51Speaker 2: fold like that folds down, you know what I'm saying.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Her crate does bold. We just have like one of
- 22:56Speaker 1: those like creat crates like flat.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I would try to bring it, put it in
- 23:01Speaker 2: like a plastic bag and just check it. I mean,
- 23:03Speaker 2: because she'll probably just chill and sleep there. Loves her
- 23:06Speaker 2: care if it's if it goes flat, I would try
- 23:09Speaker 2: and pay your checks.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Like what are those it's like the yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 23:13Speaker 1: just like one of those, Like.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I would try look into up. I think it would.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I think it would give you a.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Peace of mind.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Yes, that's my thought. All right, what are play What
- 23:24Speaker 2: are songs for the playlist for the dance floor? Like
- 23:26Speaker 2: must plays them? Do you have a do not playlist?
- 23:29Speaker 2: We do have a do not playlist?
- 23:31Speaker 3: What is on there?
- 23:32Speaker 2: I always get robbed of one.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Song y M C A No, oh that's on there. Uh,
- 23:40Speaker 1: I don't shuffle. It's on the do not play. Wow,
- 23:46Speaker 1: I don't want any of those like oh no, none
- 23:50Speaker 1: of those. And then I think die with a Smile
- 23:55Speaker 1: is also on the do not play?
- 24:00Speaker 3: Do Not Want to Be Next to You popular? That's
- 24:04Speaker 3: the number one song in the list.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Yes, oh, like all the vendors that like all like
- 24:09Speaker 1: we have uh strings that are playing for the ceremony,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and they only have a certain amount of songs that
- 24:15Speaker 1: they like know how to play that's on the list.
- 24:17Speaker 1: The band, there's only a certain amount of songs that
- 24:19Speaker 1: they like, know how to play that's on the list. Interesting, Yeah,
- 24:22Speaker 1: I'm like, take it off.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I always get robbed of the Cupid shuffle, always on
- 24:26Speaker 2: the do not play Sadly, I love watching people if
- 24:30Speaker 2: I love watching people with no rhythm get up and
- 24:32Speaker 2: get to dance this song and feel confident in what
- 24:35Speaker 2: they're doing because they're just being told what to do.
- 24:37Speaker 1: No, it's not gonna happen.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Something wholesome about it.
- 24:40Speaker 1: But I was making the DJ playlist and it's like
- 24:42Speaker 1: so random. It's like Timber Pitbull to like to like
- 24:46Speaker 1: Whitney Houston to Tina Turner to.
- 24:49Speaker 3: Tease take requests.
- 24:52Speaker 1: Yes, as long as there's as long as it's on
- 24:54Speaker 1: the not on the do not playlist, he will take request.
- 24:56Speaker 3: How is Desposito looking?
- 24:58Speaker 1: So the band is going to do that? Yeah, that's
- 25:01Speaker 1: on the van's list.
- 25:02Speaker 2: All right, you've made up keep a shuffle with Timber? Look?
- 25:06Speaker 1: Yeah, comes on.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Okay, are you gonna have a late night snack?
- 25:12Speaker 1: No?
- 25:13Speaker 2: Okay, there is Robbie wants to jump in the ocean.
- 25:16Speaker 2: That's like a huge thing for him. So what's what's
- 25:19Speaker 2: the update on that.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Okay, so we didn't do the late night snack actually
- 25:22Speaker 1: wasn't even offered. But I think because we're doing the stations,
- 25:28Speaker 1: we have more variety and there's gonna be so much
- 25:30Speaker 1: food that I'm like, I don't think people are gonna
- 25:34Speaker 1: need anything late night, but maybe something to think about.
- 25:37Speaker 1: And then Robbie has this like he really wants everybody
- 25:41Speaker 1: to jump in the ocean at the end of the night.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I know it's like his only wish, and I'm like,
- 25:47Speaker 1: don't put that on our guests, Like, I am your wife,
- 25:49Speaker 1: I will do it with you, and then anybody that
- 25:51Speaker 1: would like to join in can join in. But I'm like,
- 25:53Speaker 1: I don't want him to put it on anybody, like
- 25:55Speaker 1: I need you all to like jump in the ocean
- 25:57Speaker 1: because some people have expensive you know, like some people
- 25:59Speaker 1: don't want to do that.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Like I'm not more scared of sharks.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Oh not, No, it's not actually close. We're not gore
- 26:06Speaker 1: like a hoe.
- 26:07Speaker 2: You don't You're not on shark TikTok.
- 26:08Speaker 3: It seems if he's like let's all jump in the ocean.
- 26:12Speaker 3: It's just him.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Like, I don't even I don't even want to jump
- 26:16Speaker 1: in my dress. So I'm bringing like a little slip
- 26:19Speaker 1: that I got on Amazon because I'm like, ain, no way,
- 26:22Speaker 1: I'm jumping in the ocean in this thing. No vivia
- 26:25Speaker 1: us no, no, no, no, no no. She is not
- 26:28Speaker 1: touching the ocean salt.
- 26:31Speaker 2: What combo of face? Wait, we're gonna take a break. Okay,
- 26:35Speaker 2: and then we have like three more questions. It's gonna
- 26:37Speaker 2: be it's gonna be rapid fire. We'll be right back.
- 26:57Speaker 2: All right, we are back. These are our final questions
- 27:01Speaker 2: before we leave you again. People want to know if
- 27:04Speaker 2: I'll if I'm able to update throughout the weekend because
- 27:07Speaker 2: they there was a suggestion to put in a live
- 27:10Speaker 2: feed of the wedding where from the scrubbers put it?
- 27:15Speaker 2: Where in the Facebook group?
- 27:17Speaker 1: Who's going to do that?
- 27:18Speaker 2: They were just like, shit, let's suggest it. And then
- 27:21Speaker 2: people are like, let let's let Tanya have her space.
- 27:23Speaker 2: But people are like, please, like give us updates on
- 27:26Speaker 2: the wedding. But I'm like, I'm gonna I don't ever
- 27:29Speaker 2: do live updates of anything really anymore. So I feel like,
- 27:32Speaker 2: I wait, I don't want to. I want everything to
- 27:35Speaker 2: be on your timeline and i'd rather.
- 27:37Speaker 1: I had a full conversation yesterday because I am bringing
- 27:40Speaker 1: Ashley out for social media purposes. So we were kind
- 27:43Speaker 1: of going through stuff and I was like, I don't
- 27:47Speaker 1: want to like I want her to just take all
- 27:50Speaker 1: the content and I want to have it, but I'm like,
- 27:51Speaker 1: I don't want to be like looking and approving and
- 27:55Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And that's why because I
- 27:56Speaker 1: just want to be so in the moment. So I
- 27:58Speaker 1: don't know, but I think I'm gonna be so excited
- 28:01Speaker 1: that I like, there's no way I'm not gonna post
- 28:03Speaker 1: anything either, do you know what I mean?
- 28:05Speaker 2: Maybe on like Sunday, Yeah, oh.
- 28:07Speaker 1: My god, son, I'm gonna be looking through everything. I've
- 28:09Speaker 1: got that plane like free living every.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Moment Sunday, you'll probably have the capacity to go through stuff.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:16Speaker 2: But I also want to be able to just be
- 28:18Speaker 2: present and enjoy myself and I don't want to be like, oh, tonya,
- 28:20Speaker 2: can I post this? Like I don't want to have
- 28:22Speaker 2: to be like having that dialogue while we're just trying
- 28:26Speaker 2: to But.
- 28:26Speaker 1: It's funny because I'm still like trying to figure out,
- 28:29Speaker 1: like now what I want to do, because she was like,
- 28:32Speaker 1: if you want to go dark and you just want
- 28:33Speaker 1: to like enjoy the moment, that's totally fine.
- 28:35Speaker 2: But like you know, I was like, so the answer
- 28:39Speaker 2: to this question is I will go by Tanya's what
- 28:42Speaker 2: Tanya wants. I will take it so much content, but
- 28:45Speaker 2: in terms of what I'm posting, we'll just be Tanya's discretion.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Wow, the queen.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Okay, we're wrapping up.
- 28:54Speaker 1: We had one last question come in for you guys,
- 28:56Speaker 1: So I'd like to read that one.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Okay.
- 28:58Speaker 1: It says what are Becca and east still looking forward
- 29:00Speaker 1: to about the wedding?
- 29:03Speaker 3: Oh my god?
- 29:04Speaker 4: What am I not looking forward to? It's a shorter list.
- 29:07Speaker 4: I just I just can't wait. I think about this
- 29:09Speaker 4: so frequently. I can't wait to just see you on
- 29:12Speaker 4: that day, Like after all this, seeing how you are
- 29:15Speaker 4: and watching your face, I'm really.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Excited about that.
- 29:17Speaker 2: I just can't wait to see you. I know, I
- 29:21Speaker 2: made it through all these Easton. It's also your first
- 29:25Speaker 2: time in Mexico.
- 29:26Speaker 3: My first time in Mexico.
- 29:27Speaker 1: I mean, I'm so honored to pop your Charry. That's
- 29:31Speaker 1: the last thing I want to do. Before a couple
- 29:33Speaker 1: of wives.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that I'm just so excited to have
- 29:45Speaker 2: the moments of like getting you ready and like watching
- 29:50Speaker 2: you like put on your dress. And I literally cannot
- 30:00Speaker 2: wait until I'm facing the view of you coming down
- 30:05Speaker 2: the stairs and getting to watch Robbie's face is what
- 30:09Speaker 2: I'm really excited about. And I just feel like this
- 30:12Speaker 2: moment has been such a lead up in our friendship
- 30:15Speaker 2: and like I think about all the like I was
- 30:17Speaker 2: thinking about all the funny moment, like so many funny moments,
- 30:23Speaker 2: but also so much so many moments of like you
- 30:28Speaker 2: yearning for this moment and this day. And I think
- 30:31Speaker 2: it's like it's.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Just it was so much sadness. Like I feel like
- 30:34Speaker 1: as much like laughy taffy and like fun as I
- 30:37Speaker 1: like would make it, there was so much sadness in
- 30:40Speaker 1: that season too, you know.
- 30:42Speaker 2: So I think it's just it's hard to even grasp
- 30:46Speaker 2: that we're about to have like that is coming. Like
- 30:49Speaker 2: we're getting we're getting a husband.
- 30:51Speaker 5: Yeah, no, we're getting a husband that's in our group
- 30:55Speaker 5: chat with the PREDIENTE was like, we're getting married next week.
- 30:59Speaker 2: I was like, we all come yat of gars.
- 31:01Speaker 1: It's true though it's like so crazy, and I feel
- 31:04Speaker 1: like Robbie's become such like a part and like fabric
- 31:07Speaker 1: of like the people in my lives lives, you know.
- 31:10Speaker 2: I just feel like he is everything that I wanted
- 31:18Speaker 2: for you as a best friend, but also even more
- 31:22Speaker 2: that you wanted in a partner. Like I feel like
- 31:24Speaker 2: he's been able to be the type of guy and
- 31:29Speaker 2: the type of teammate for you that I literally was kind.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Of like.
- 31:36Speaker 2: She's got to lower her expectations for a while, and
- 31:40Speaker 2: it's to me, it was like wow, I was It
- 31:42Speaker 2: made me realize, like to all the girls and guys
- 31:46Speaker 2: and anyone who's out there that's in the single season,
- 31:49Speaker 2: like keep your standards high, because like it, it is
- 31:52Speaker 2: worth it when you find that person, because I've gotten
- 31:55Speaker 2: to watch you like have someone who meets you so
