Siv co-founded Padco, a sanitary pad factory under the MENstruation Foundation with a goal to fight period poverty in South Africa, where over 7 million girls/women miss school, work, or sport due to lack of access to menstrual products. Factory produces up to 200,000 pads a day and creates jobs for women in local communities.
