Transcript
- 0:47Speaker 1: Hello everybody, and happy Monday. I hope everyone had a
- 0:53Speaker 1: great weekend and that you are ready for this week.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I know for some of you if you have kiddos,
- 0:59Speaker 1: it's bring break. So if that you enjoy all of
- 1:03Speaker 1: your time with your littles because they grow up to
- 1:06Speaker 1: day fast. I am Erry true Crime and welcome to
- 1:10Speaker 1: Midday Missing, where we highlight current missing person cases that
- 1:15Speaker 1: need more attention. Now, Midday Missing is part of the
- 1:20Speaker 1: TCWT media group and we are dedicated to raising awareness
- 1:25Speaker 1: for missing person cases. That means every Monday and Wednesday
- 1:29Speaker 1: at noon Central Texas Time, and my case, we go
- 1:33Speaker 1: live with different cases. And now True Crime and Wind
- 1:37Speaker 1: Time is airing every Thursday instead of every other Thursday
- 1:42Speaker 1: at eight pm Texas Time, and we are offering weekly
- 1:46Speaker 1: deep dives into shocking true crime cases. And if you're
- 1:52Speaker 1: new here, we're also pairing it with wine. Okay, because
- 1:55Speaker 1: that's my thing. Now, before I introduce today, Dick Guest,
- 2:01Speaker 1: I need to do a little housekeeping, Okay. I've gotten
- 2:05Speaker 1: several messages over the last couple of months as to
- 2:09Speaker 1: why I have social media listed under terry true Crime
- 2:13Speaker 1: and one for personal which means they've tried to look
- 2:16Speaker 1: at my personal and they can't because it's lockdown, and
- 2:20Speaker 1: I like to be transparent, so I wanted to respond
- 2:23Speaker 1: here and I will also respond on social media later today,
- 2:28Speaker 1: because in all honesty, guys, there are several reasons why
- 2:32Speaker 1: I keep my personal social media lockdown. And it is
- 2:37Speaker 1: not because I'm trying to hide anything or because I
- 2:40Speaker 1: pretend to be one thing as Terry True Crime and
- 2:45Speaker 1: I'm something else. Because what you see on any of
- 2:49Speaker 1: our YouTube podcast shows or what you hear on the
- 2:53Speaker 1: podcast apps is me. Okay. I don't have the bandwidth
- 2:59Speaker 1: to be faith and stop and think, oh am I this. No,
- 3:03Speaker 1: what you see is what you get, okay. Now. I
- 3:07Speaker 1: keep my personal one private, mostly because I have two
- 3:11Speaker 1: amazing grandkids. Yes, I talk about monkey Butt and Axion Jackson,
- 3:17Speaker 1: but I do not share their photos or their real
- 3:19Speaker 1: names anywhere but on my private social media. They are
- 3:24Speaker 1: kids and it is not my place to share their
- 3:28Speaker 1: photos for everyone to see. It's just not okay with
- 3:33Speaker 1: me now. The other is because I do have a
- 3:36Speaker 1: day job. Guys. I am in HR for a global
- 3:40Speaker 1: company and I do not want to share my coworkers
- 3:45Speaker 1: with the world. Because I do go on trips with them.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Some of them are friends because they have a right
- 3:50Speaker 1: to their privacy as well. Now, I do occasionally share
- 3:55Speaker 1: pictures of my oldest adult son, Jeffa, and that's because
- 3:59Speaker 1: I have his consent and he is a friend of
- 4:03Speaker 1: the show, and in fact, we will be having him
- 4:06Speaker 1: on the show in the future to discuss his challenges
- 4:10Speaker 1: with being part of the LGBTQ plus community. Okay, Now
- 4:16Speaker 1: another thing, Like I said, they've accused me of being fake.
- 4:20Speaker 1: They even said I'm not married. Well let me put
- 4:24Speaker 1: that to rest. I am happily married and I will
- 4:27Speaker 1: be celebrating my twenty first wedding anniversary with DOUBLEH this August. Now,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I don't say his name, and I use his nickname
- 4:36Speaker 1: because he too has a career and he wants and
- 4:39Speaker 1: needs his privacy respected. Occasionally I will share a picture
- 4:43Speaker 1: of him. He will be at our in person live
- 4:46Speaker 1: show in May, so he's not trying to hide, okay.
- 4:50Speaker 1: But the final reason is because I like to have
- 4:54Speaker 1: some privacy and keep some things just between me, my
- 4:59Speaker 1: family and my friends. And for all of y'all that
- 5:02Speaker 1: want to judge me, too bad, because it's okay, And
- 5:07Speaker 1: it's kind of like the families with our missing they
- 5:11Speaker 1: want to get their loved one stories out there. They
- 5:14Speaker 1: put theirself out on social media and they need our help.
- 5:19Speaker 1: But that does not mean we have a right to
- 5:22Speaker 1: everything that goes on in their life. They deserve our
- 5:26Speaker 1: respect and their privacy. Even the families that I have
- 5:31Speaker 1: talked to and I get to know, they tell me
- 5:33Speaker 1: things that I will never share because it's not my place.
- 5:37Speaker 1: They deserve their privacy. Okay. Well, with that said, today
- 5:44Speaker 1: we have the sister of Wan murlos On with us,
- 5:48Speaker 1: and he went missing in August of twenty twenty four.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Wan is a veteran who is thirty six years old
- 5:55Speaker 1: and his story has not gotten the exposure it needs.
- 6:00Speaker 1: So I am tasking all of us to let's get
- 6:04Speaker 1: his story out there. We will have his flyers posted
- 6:07Speaker 1: on Midday Missing and on Terry True Crime. Please share them.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Also share this video. Okay, and now I would like
- 6:17Speaker 1: to welcome Jackie, who is the younger sister of Wan
- 6:21Speaker 1: who went missing. Welcome Jackie, Hi, thank you for having me. Oh,
- 6:27Speaker 1: thank you for joining us today because we're I mean,
- 6:30Speaker 1: we're honored to share one's story and to help get
- 6:35Speaker 1: his story out to as many people as possible. I mean,
- 6:39Speaker 1: he is a veteran and most want to thank him
- 6:42Speaker 1: for his service. So now we can do service for
- 6:46Speaker 1: him and for you and the family and share the
- 6:51Speaker 1: hell out of his missing person flyers and get them
- 6:55Speaker 1: out there. Okay, now, Jackie, before we get into Wan's story,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I wanted to let our viewers and listeners know that
- 7:03Speaker 1: we are doing something we have not ever done before
- 7:06Speaker 1: on Midday Missing and that is we are sharing your
- 7:11Speaker 1: family's go fundme page. Okay, all donations will go directly
- 7:16Speaker 1: to the search for Wine. So if you can give
- 7:19Speaker 1: even a dollar, thank guys. If everybody gave a dollar,
- 7:23Speaker 1: that adds up. The family is having to fund and
- 7:27Speaker 1: pay for everything to locate wand on their own. As
- 7:31Speaker 1: the police have said, there's nothing more they can do,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and you all know what I'm about to say, that's bullshit,
- 7:38Speaker 1: because there is always something that can be done. I
- 7:43Speaker 1: will also share that link on our social media later today.
- 7:48Speaker 1: If you are unable to give, which I understand, I'm
- 7:52Speaker 1: going to ask you to please share the GoFundMe link
- 7:55Speaker 1: when you share his missing person flyer. Jackie and her
- 8:01Speaker 1: family have done a lot. Jackie's mom has even she
- 8:08Speaker 1: goes out still and drives the path of where Juan
- 8:12Speaker 1: was last seen and puts up missing person flyers all
- 8:15Speaker 1: out of their own pocket. Guys, they have paid private
- 8:18Speaker 1: investigators out of their pocket and then with some help
- 8:21Speaker 1: from the gofunt me. So when I say they are
- 8:25Speaker 1: doing what they need to do, they are doing everything
- 8:29Speaker 1: we recommend to families to do. So let's try to
- 8:33Speaker 1: help them out that way. Now, Jackie, could you describe
- 8:38Speaker 1: tell us about Yan's personality? And I just want you
- 8:42Speaker 1: to tell us what was so great about him as
- 8:45Speaker 1: an older brother.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Well, Wan was the oldest of five and we came.
- 8:51Speaker 2: My mom was fifteen when she had them, so she
- 8:55Speaker 2: came to the immigrant when she came. She was got
- 8:57Speaker 2: her citizenship now, but she was mom for a while.
- 9:02Speaker 2: And he was our father like figure. He was a
- 9:04Speaker 2: dedicated big brother. He would make our macaroni and cheese.
- 9:07Speaker 2: He'd keep us inside. You know, my mom be worried
- 9:09Speaker 2: stick because it was the time we didn't have phones.
- 9:11Speaker 2: So he we'd be in a trailer and he'd be
- 9:13Speaker 2: like dad number one on one. He was really disciplined.
- 9:19Speaker 2: He was a free thinker and he loved electronics. That's
- 9:22Speaker 2: what he had. He got his computer engineer degree when
- 9:29Speaker 2: he went to the Marine Marine Corps. He loves music
- 9:33Speaker 2: and he loved music festivals.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Sal you always want to go into the Marines? Was
- 9:40Speaker 1: that something he grew up wanting to do?
- 9:43Speaker 2: Honestly, I'll be honest with you. Know, Juan was seventeen
- 9:46Speaker 2: years old when he left because it was his only way.
- 9:49Speaker 2: He thought that he could do something without having to
- 9:53Speaker 2: spend mom's money. He thought, you know what, I'm going
- 9:56Speaker 2: to be somebody. I'm going to do something for this
- 9:58Speaker 2: country that gave us new life, and I'm going to
- 10:03Speaker 2: do it without out my mom's expense, and I'm going
- 10:05Speaker 2: to do my own dedication and my own physical and
- 10:08Speaker 2: mental That's what he did.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Okay, that just gave me goosebumps. I mean, I think
- 10:15Speaker 1: militaries fifty to fifty fifty percent grow up wanting to
- 10:18Speaker 1: go in. Maybe they have a family member, you know,
- 10:21Speaker 1: that's just how they're taught. And then the other I
- 10:23Speaker 1: think go in because they truly see it as a
- 10:27Speaker 1: stepping stone to have a better life and at the
- 10:31Speaker 1: same time serve their country. And to be honest, I
- 10:34Speaker 1: respect those individuals even more because if you don't have
- 10:40Speaker 1: or come from a family with a large military background.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I don't think you know what you're getting into.
- 10:45Speaker 2: He didn't.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Yeah, he didn't. Was was it a shock to him?
- 10:50Speaker 2: It was? He left. He graduated in two thousand and five,
- 10:53Speaker 2: and he joined the marine until seventeen years old. And
- 10:57Speaker 2: he was always, you know, the one in charge. So
- 11:01Speaker 2: now going to where you're not in charge. And it
- 11:06Speaker 2: broke him in a different way, that did. It changed
- 11:08Speaker 2: him and molded him differently.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I will say the thing I remembered from when you
- 11:13Speaker 1: and I were talking because I thought about him this
- 11:16Speaker 1: weekend when you said he didn't like to sweat and
- 11:19Speaker 1: be outside, and I said, and they sent him to Afghanistan.
- 11:23Speaker 1: That is his version of hell in that heat. And
- 11:27Speaker 1: I thought about it this weekend when I went to
- 11:29Speaker 1: complain that it was a tad bit warm, I was like,
- 11:32Speaker 1: I can't do that because all of those soldiers that
- 11:35Speaker 1: went to Afghanistan, I need to shut up and not complain.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Yeah, he did, he went, and I remember he would
- 11:43Speaker 2: send his letters and pictures of him in boot camp,
- 11:46Speaker 2: and then when he was actually out there in Afghanistan,
- 11:48Speaker 2: it just really it turned his world. It shook him
- 11:53Speaker 2: because he did things that many soldiers have to overcome,
- 11:58Speaker 2: things are very proud of.
- 12:01Speaker 1: And I don't know if you feel this way. I do,
- 12:05Speaker 1: so it's my opinion. I don't think our Veterans Association
- 12:09Speaker 1: and I don't think in America we do a good
- 12:12Speaker 1: job of taking care of our soldiers who come back
- 12:16Speaker 1: because they do have to do things and see things
- 12:20Speaker 1: that were not equipped to. And I almost feel like
- 12:24Speaker 1: it should be mandatory two years the heavy therapy when
- 12:28Speaker 1: you first come out because the trauma the PTSD from that.
- 12:34Speaker 1: We did that as a country to them and we
- 12:37Speaker 1: asked them to step up. We need to then step
- 12:39Speaker 1: up to them.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Yeah. I remember I reached out to the Veterans when
- 12:44Speaker 2: he went missing Association and they just told me that
- 12:48Speaker 2: they'll refund me his funeral if we ever found them.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And that's all they offered. Yeah, I am so sorry.
- 13:02Speaker 1: That just breaks my heart. I am so sorry. Now,
- 13:07Speaker 1: can you tell us where was one working and where
- 13:11Speaker 1: was he living at the time of his disappearance, because
- 13:13Speaker 1: I believe he had just come back to Texas, right.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Yes, he just came back from California. He stayed there
- 13:19Speaker 2: when he went to Camp Puddleton, He stated, since it
- 13:22Speaker 2: was because it was the Marines. And he came back
- 13:25Speaker 2: two years ago, almost almost two years ago, to come
- 13:29Speaker 2: back home with mom. He started living with Mom in Huntsville,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and then my uncle offered him to stay in his
- 13:37Speaker 2: place and cut and Shoot. It's like in Montgomery County
- 13:42Speaker 2: past Conroe, and he started working with my uncle and
- 13:47Speaker 2: a pipeline like a superintendent position where he would oversee
- 13:51Speaker 2: the workers for him.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I will say, people who are from Texas or lived
- 13:56Speaker 1: in Texas, everybody knows where Conroe and Cutting is. I
- 14:00Speaker 1: will tell you I've had people ask me when I've
- 14:03Speaker 1: lived in other states. They're like, is there really a
- 14:06Speaker 1: cut in Shoote Texas? And I'm like, yes, it's really
- 14:10Speaker 1: called cut in Shoe Texas. Okay, now tell us what
- 14:17Speaker 1: was going on in Wan's life at the time he
- 14:21Speaker 1: went missing, because I'm going to say it wasn't just
- 14:24Speaker 1: Swan's life, it was your entire family.
- 14:28Speaker 2: So a year before he went missing, our father father
- 14:35Speaker 2: all five wass so we have the same father. He's
- 14:37Speaker 2: actually Juan Junior. So Kwan Senior was killed. He was
- 14:42Speaker 2: ran over by a car in Los Angeles, so we
- 14:45Speaker 2: all had to travel to go bury. My father and
- 14:48Speaker 2: give it funds for him. And it was the struggle.
- 14:51Speaker 2: We all grieved together, all five of us did on
- 14:53Speaker 2: July fourth and twenty twenty three. It was a year
- 14:58Speaker 2: of us trying trying to get the together, started to
- 15:01Speaker 2: become closer as a unit because it was hard for
- 15:04Speaker 2: us to lose our dad. And then in July eighth,
- 15:08Speaker 2: four years, I mean four days a year and four days,
- 15:12Speaker 2: my sister was she died in the hurricane Barrel. She
- 15:17Speaker 2: was in a car accident and she got ejected out
- 15:19Speaker 2: the vehicle, the youngest of those five. So that really
- 15:24Speaker 2: pour us apart. And the thing is that I had experienced,
- 15:29Speaker 2: I had experienced on how to do a funeral from
- 15:33Speaker 2: a year before with my dad, because nobody knew what
- 15:36Speaker 2: to do, and I was figuring that out. She had
- 15:40Speaker 2: two small children and my brother Juan, he was very sensitive,
- 15:45Speaker 2: hyper sensitive because of his PTSD, and he was just
- 15:49Speaker 2: trying to figure itself out too. I almost felt like
- 15:52Speaker 2: the big sister myself at this point because Juan was
- 15:57Speaker 2: it was debilitated with his his trauma, right. He cried
- 16:02Speaker 2: so hard. I remember I was hugging and he just
- 16:05Speaker 2: felt helpless. Then two days after my sister's death. We
- 16:11Speaker 2: were figuring out the funeral. My brother Oscar was diagnosed
- 16:15Speaker 2: with kidney cancer and we just didn't know. I just
- 16:18Speaker 2: I was gonna lose them all, and I took it
- 16:24Speaker 2: upon myself to figure out Karen's funeral. We had help
- 16:28Speaker 2: from a lot of people, and without the help from everybody,
- 16:33Speaker 2: I couldn't have done it. Juan was just so he
- 16:40Speaker 2: kind of like backed off. He started staying and cutting
- 16:42Speaker 2: you more, disiliting mom once a week because he was
- 16:45Speaker 2: grieving pretty pretty hard. Yeah, with all of us grieving,
- 16:50Speaker 2: we just kind of it was hard to reach out,
- 16:52Speaker 2: you know. But he did come around, and then he
- 16:56Speaker 2: had a breakup with a young lady and after that
- 17:01Speaker 2: he went to work and never showed up.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I mean, even if you're not dealing with PTSD after
- 17:14Speaker 1: serving in the military, that's enough to break any person.
- 17:19Speaker 1: That's a lot, and especially if you're the big brother.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I can only imagine he probably felt like it was
- 17:26Speaker 1: his responsibility to take care of everybody, make sure everybody
- 17:29Speaker 1: was okay, and then to have to see you to
- 17:32Speaker 1: step up to play in the funeral. Probably I can
- 17:36Speaker 1: only imagine made him feel less and that he wasn't
- 17:41Speaker 1: you know, doing good. Now, he wasn't in a good place,
- 17:46Speaker 1: but he was still going to work and stuff. But
- 17:50Speaker 1: then on a Monday, he didn't go to work, right.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. He did go to work the day
- 17:59Speaker 2: he disappeared. He went to work to think it was
- 18:05Speaker 2: called Pope. I'm not sure what the city was called.
- 18:09Speaker 2: It was somewhere. Yes, He went to Porter and to
- 18:13Speaker 2: go see that, see the group of guys that are working.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And then he had to go back to Houston by
- 18:19Speaker 2: the airport. My uncle lived to change the truck out
- 18:22Speaker 2: because his truck was messing up. It was a work truck,
- 18:26Speaker 2: and he went to change the work truck out, came
- 18:30Speaker 2: back to cutting and shoot at one o'clock and left
- 18:33Speaker 2: at four and kept driving. We don't know why. I
- 18:37Speaker 2: don't know. We don't know why. He was just took
- 18:39Speaker 2: off driving to it.
- 18:41Speaker 1: We don't y'all didn't find that out till later. So
- 18:44Speaker 1: I stopped so people. No, So he didn't show up
- 18:47Speaker 1: for work the next day, and your uncle, his boss
- 18:50Speaker 1: was like, you know, he's dealing with a lot, not
- 18:53Speaker 1: going to bother him or anything. So the rest of
- 18:56Speaker 1: the week went by, and then when he didn't show up,
- 18:58Speaker 1: at your mom's house on saturd I believe he told
- 19:01Speaker 1: me y'all called the police, and that's when you knew
- 19:04Speaker 1: something wasn't right. And that's when y'all found out he
- 19:08Speaker 1: took off on it in somewhere. Yes, Now did he
- 19:14Speaker 1: mention going anywhere? I know he was supposed to go
- 19:18Speaker 1: somewhere in August to go to California to go see
- 19:22Speaker 1: some old friends, go to a fund rave, But besides that,
- 19:26Speaker 1: had he mentioned that he was going to be going anywhere.
- 19:29Speaker 2: No, he told me, he said, sister, I'm you know,
- 19:33Speaker 2: going to I'm gonna start dating again. I'm gonna, you know,
- 19:37Speaker 2: get out there again. Maybe you know, I'm living my
- 19:40Speaker 2: life not correctly after losing Karen. Maybe I need to
- 19:43Speaker 2: do something else. And I told him, I said, And
- 19:46Speaker 2: he told me, I'm going to go to Wasteland this
- 19:48Speaker 2: this music festival on the thirtieth. I'm gonna fly out
- 19:52Speaker 2: on the twenty eighth. Okay, he disappeared on the twentieth
- 19:55Speaker 2: twenty first. Oh, he was excited for that. He had
- 19:59Speaker 2: a flight. If you had a flight, you wouldn't just drive, right.
- 20:04Speaker 2: It's he missed the flight and and the girl with
- 20:08Speaker 2: his friends at Jasmine and Alex like gole say their
- 20:11Speaker 2: last name, but yeah, they're going to the festival with him.
- 20:15Speaker 2: And he called her. She told me he called her
- 20:18Speaker 2: at like two or something in the morning and she
- 20:21Speaker 2: didn't pick up because it was late, right, she was
- 20:23Speaker 2: probably asleep. And that was the last phone call that
- 20:26Speaker 2: he put made out.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Was it abnormal for him to call her at two
- 20:30Speaker 1: thirty in the morning or was that a normal thing?
- 20:32Speaker 2: It was abnormal?
- 20:33Speaker 1: Abnormal? So something. Now y'all found out that his truck,
- 20:40Speaker 1: you know, was recorded passing through a toll on Iten
- 20:44Speaker 1: in Segovia, Texas at five o'clock on that day.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Actually the picture to the license plate reader in Anthony, Texas.
- 20:57Speaker 1: In Anthony, Texas.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Now Phobia then got to Anthony, Texas.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Does he know anybody up in that area?
- 21:05Speaker 2: No, ma'am, he didn't know anybody, now him on a
- 21:11Speaker 2: dating side or something or right?
- 21:14Speaker 1: I mean, Now he found out that he had withdrawn
- 21:17Speaker 1: around five hundred dollars from his bank account. Was that
- 21:21Speaker 1: unusual or would he do that because he was planning
- 21:24Speaker 1: on going to California on the twenty eighth? Was that
- 21:27Speaker 1: in preparation of that or was that unusual.
- 21:30Speaker 2: I think was hon He was trying to make more
- 21:34Speaker 2: money so he could go have fun, but he would
- 21:36Speaker 2: take it out usually not that much. I mean, I
- 21:41Speaker 2: know he seemed like a lot to everybody, but he
- 21:44Speaker 2: was actually struggling a little bit, so that much money
- 21:48Speaker 2: was kind of odd for us for him to take out,
- 21:51Speaker 2: especially the transactions he was making. He was like when
- 21:57Speaker 2: they when they subpoenaed his chase. Now they saw that
- 22:01Speaker 2: he was just going to love gas stations and paying
- 22:04Speaker 2: for fuel. He paid for fuel and El Paso he
- 22:08Speaker 2: paid for fuel in Anthony, Texas, and for some reason
- 22:11Speaker 2: on the twenty fourth, the last I want to say,
- 22:16Speaker 2: the withdrawal was at the Loves and l passol. Wow.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Now, and for those that don't know Anthony texts, So
- 22:29Speaker 1: did he go to Anthony, Texas because he also went
- 22:31Speaker 1: up through New Mexico.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Correct, Anthony, Texas and New Mexico was like the same
- 22:35Speaker 2: city with two different states.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Oh, it's one of those sun things, Okay, So it's
- 22:41Speaker 1: part Texas, part New Mexico. Now, given one had been
- 22:46Speaker 1: diagnosed with PTSD, was he undergoing any treatment or counseling
- 22:51Speaker 1: at the time.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Not. At the time he went missing, he was doing
- 22:55Speaker 2: more meditation and more like. He started becoming more zin
- 22:59Speaker 2: with him. I'm not sure if anybody knows about like holistically, Yeah,
- 23:04Speaker 2: he started becoming more He changed a lot. Okay, so
- 23:08Speaker 2: when he came back, he used to be very direct,
- 23:10Speaker 2: very strict, very you know. Now he became more more sweet,
- 23:15Speaker 2: more loving, more giving, more I need to find peace
- 23:19Speaker 2: within myself. So he started doing a really good He
- 23:22Speaker 2: was being really different and good. He you know he
- 23:24Speaker 2: would he wasn't the same anxious man he used to be.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Now, did y'all ever have any concerns or thoughts that
- 23:34Speaker 1: made you worried about his mental health, that he would
- 23:36Speaker 1: hurt himself or anything.
- 23:38Speaker 2: No, Juan never gave any indication that he everyone had
- 23:43Speaker 2: heard could kill himself ever. Of a three spirit, be happy,
- 23:52Speaker 2: find happiness in what you.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Have, and considering everything your mom had been through, I
- 23:59Speaker 1: can't imagine. I mean, it would shock me if that
- 24:02Speaker 1: thought was in his mind after all the loss that
- 24:05Speaker 1: your mom went through and the fact that he was
- 24:08Speaker 1: close to her, still want to see her every Saturday.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Yes, he helped her. That was one of his main people.
- 24:17Speaker 2: If anybody would know about him would be her. He
- 24:21Speaker 2: would share with her, I'm going to go here for
- 24:22Speaker 2: a while, and if she didn't want her to tell anybody,
- 24:25Speaker 2: she wouldn't tell nobody, you know, So he would confide
- 24:28Speaker 2: with her if he was going to leave somewhere.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Did he have any other close friends or confidence beside
- 24:34Speaker 1: your mom?
- 24:35Speaker 2: Yeah, he had a friend, a really good friend. Her
- 24:37Speaker 2: name was Amy and California. She's actually one of the
- 24:41Speaker 2: ones that contacted me when he wasn't responding to her
- 24:45Speaker 2: and when we started alerted us that he was basically
- 24:48Speaker 2: like something was wrong. You know. She was really really
- 24:53Speaker 2: sweet lady. I actually got to know her and talk
- 24:55Speaker 2: to her, and she helped me so much through this.
- 24:57Speaker 2: But she just wouldn't, you know, do her thing. It's understandable, Yeah.
- 25:03Speaker 1: I mean it says to me a lot about people
- 25:06Speaker 1: if friends start texting someone and they don't respond, Like
- 25:10Speaker 1: I have a couple of friends that are bad at responding,
- 25:13Speaker 1: so I wouldn't panic. But my friends that I text
- 25:16Speaker 1: and they get back to me within an hour or so,
- 25:20Speaker 1: if they didn't get back to me, I would be panicked.
- 25:23Speaker 1: So it sounds like he had that kind of relationship,
- 25:25Speaker 1: which is good.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Did with me. We would we would talk back and forth,
- 25:31Speaker 2: but like it was funny, like tiktoks and memes and
- 25:34Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 25:35Speaker 1: You know, that's still communication in my book.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Yeah, so with communications. The last time I talked to
- 25:41Speaker 2: him was a day before he disappeared, and he he
- 25:45Speaker 2: was just telling me how proud he was of me
- 25:48Speaker 2: and telling me to stay strong and they loved me,
- 25:51Speaker 2: and he'll see me at moms you know. So I
- 25:54Speaker 2: was like, Okay, I'll see at Mom's because I live,
- 25:58Speaker 2: you know, far from a moment about two hours away,
- 26:01Speaker 2: So I would we'd meet each other in the weekends,
- 26:03Speaker 2: me and him, Right.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that y'all would go see mom on Saturday.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I mean, I'm that fairy tale girl that I wish.
- 26:14Speaker 1: We used to watch that show Blue Bloods and they
- 26:16Speaker 1: all had family together, you know, family dinner every Sunday.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I have that fairy tale girl. I wish my kids
- 26:22Speaker 1: lived close enough, my grandkids and that we could do
- 26:24Speaker 1: that every Sunday. But the fact that y'all did it
- 26:28Speaker 1: and went to see your mom is just amazing. Now,
- 26:33Speaker 1: can you tell us about the dating apps he went on?
- 26:36Speaker 1: Because I know he was getting back out there. Did
- 26:38Speaker 1: he mention plans to meet up with anyone, or that
- 26:42Speaker 1: he had made a match. I don't know exactly what
- 26:45Speaker 1: it's called on the apps, but had he made a
- 26:46Speaker 1: connection with anyone?
- 26:48Speaker 2: No, he didn't mention anything to me. I know that
- 26:51Speaker 2: he was after the breakup he had with a recent
- 26:54Speaker 2: girlfriend that he really cared about. He he wasn't going
- 26:57Speaker 2: to try nothing serious, was anybody.
- 27:00Speaker 1: So I get that.
- 27:01Speaker 2: So he was like, you know, I'm gonna do casual
- 27:03Speaker 2: And he didn't tell me any matches or he just
- 27:06Speaker 2: was excited like oh yeah, you know, I'm ready, And
- 27:10Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, brother, you know you're not sister brothers?
- 27:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Now I'm assuming he had a cell phone with.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Him, Yes, and here was an Android user. He was
- 27:21Speaker 2: the only Android user in her family.
- 27:23Speaker 1: We won't hold that against him because I know a
- 27:25Speaker 1: lot of people that are that way, But we won't
- 27:27Speaker 1: hold it against him. Now, what steps have been taken
- 27:32Speaker 1: by law enforcement?
- 27:35Speaker 2: Well, they subpoened his cell phone records, just the calls,
- 27:38Speaker 2: and he only subpoenaed like the calls from the nineteenth,
- 27:41Speaker 2: like just the day before. And it was kind of
- 27:43Speaker 2: odd to me. But why did he I know I
- 27:46Speaker 2: would subpoena I don't know. The only answer we got
- 27:49Speaker 2: is the phone call he made the Jasmine told free
- 27:53Speaker 2: calls from like a debt collectors, and and that's it.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Like and did they do his tower drop to see
- 28:00Speaker 1: where his phone pinged?
- 28:01Speaker 2: No, they didn't do that. I'm just so confused, Like
- 28:06Speaker 2: I'll see these crime shows and I don't know why
- 28:08Speaker 2: they wouldn't do that, And maybe it's just because he's
- 28:10Speaker 2: not a homicide or something right now, But.
- 28:12Speaker 1: No, they do it for missing person cases. We hear
- 28:15Speaker 1: about it all the time. So I'm going to tell
- 28:18Speaker 1: doctor Detective mcclin talk in Montgomery County, could you maybe
- 28:24Speaker 1: answer my calls what I call and tell me why
- 28:27Speaker 1: y'all didn't do this. Not shaming you, because there could
- 28:30Speaker 1: be a very good legitimate reason. I like to be
- 28:33Speaker 1: educated and know why, because we have talked to families
- 28:37Speaker 1: of missing and they've done that and it helps them
- 28:42Speaker 1: know the last place that phone pinged, and that gives
- 28:45Speaker 1: you an idea did their phone die, because if he
- 28:48Speaker 1: was in his truck, I bet you had a phone charger,
- 28:51Speaker 1: so if his phone died, it might give you an
- 28:53Speaker 1: idea of where he was. Yeah, the last ping, So
- 28:59Speaker 1: just let people know. El Paso, if you're not familiar,
- 29:04Speaker 1: borders New Mexico, but it also borders Mexico. A lot
- 29:07Speaker 1: of people go across the war as done it a
- 29:10Speaker 1: lot of times. I don't know if I would do
- 29:12Speaker 1: it today, but they did check with Homeland Security, I believe,
- 29:17Speaker 1: and his truck, or at least his truck with his
- 29:20Speaker 1: license plate, did not cross into Mexico. So the only
- 29:25Speaker 1: way it went into Mexico is if someone changed the
- 29:27Speaker 1: license plate. Am I Is that right?
- 29:31Speaker 2: Yes? I mean like they didn't change the license plate,
- 29:35Speaker 2: because we suspect everything. Maybe someone changed the license but
- 29:38Speaker 2: maybe they just chop shop the truck. Maybe you know,
- 29:41Speaker 2: maybe they from the side of a canyon. Like with
- 29:44Speaker 2: the possib we just think.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So possibilities are endless. And that's why that last ping
- 29:51Speaker 1: would be so good to have, because what if the
- 29:55Speaker 1: last ping is over in Mexico, then you would know
- 30:00Speaker 1: one hundred percent that at least the phone went there.
- 30:03Speaker 1: So I'm still trying to reach Detective McClintock, so maybe
- 30:07Speaker 1: he will talk to me, and I keep wanting to
- 30:09Speaker 1: call him doctor because I have a doctor named doctor McClintock.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Now you and your family have done a lot in
- 30:17Speaker 1: the search of one. Will you share with us what
- 30:21Speaker 1: all you, your mom and your family have done.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Well. First we hired a PI, and the PI went
- 30:30Speaker 2: to his house to look at what he could find,
- 30:33Speaker 2: and they found a used condom in.
- 30:36Speaker 1: His dating app was working.
- 30:39Speaker 2: Apparently they just they looked through his trash. I mean
- 30:44Speaker 2: things that just I guess they do. They called around,
- 30:49Speaker 2: like to the mental hospitals everywhere, you know, on toll
- 30:52Speaker 2: truck places, and to think that I did myself and
- 30:58Speaker 2: they had they even knew the jerome to go to
- 31:01Speaker 2: it from days to when the areas that he went
- 31:04Speaker 2: missing looking for him, looking at the fields.
- 31:09Speaker 1: They police ever go through his house like a crime
- 31:13Speaker 1: scene and look for anything.
- 31:15Speaker 2: No, ma'am, really, no, ma'am.
- 31:20Speaker 1: The amount of times officers to not go through family
- 31:25Speaker 1: members' homes or an individual's home when they go missing
- 31:28Speaker 1: is so shocking to me. Because they're the experts. They
- 31:34Speaker 1: might have been able to see something or find something.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I think the only thing that the cop said is, oh,
- 31:45Speaker 2: looks like the cobwebs on his on his like marijuana thing,
- 31:50Speaker 2: because he did recreational sometimes, like looks like he you know,
- 31:54Speaker 2: had been here a while, and I was like, okay.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Or maybe he just hadn't used it in a while.
- 31:59Speaker 1: I mean, if he's using it recreational, he may do
- 32:02Speaker 1: it once in a month. Now what else, Because I
- 32:06Speaker 1: have to tell you when we were talking about everything
- 32:08Speaker 1: I've done, and your mom does, tell us what your
- 32:11Speaker 1: mom does.
- 32:12Speaker 2: And all the way to California once a month, sometimes twice,
- 32:17Speaker 2: you go through the same roads in access he goes through,
- 32:20Speaker 2: looks out. I'm talking about my mom drives the whole way.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I'm worried about her. I have her own life three
- 32:26Speaker 2: sixty I'm over here looking at her. She had my
- 32:29Speaker 2: uncles go with her or a friend go with her,
- 32:32Speaker 2: and she just she'll take pictures, she'll look, she'll put
- 32:35Speaker 2: flyers in the hop and at the hospitals, at the
- 32:38Speaker 2: at the gas stations. He'll go to the churches. She'll
- 32:42Speaker 2: talk to the law enforcement. Law enforcement Anthony New Mexico
- 32:47Speaker 2: side was very helpful. They actually did a search and
- 32:51Speaker 2: rescue for him. They did, like three of them volunteers
- 32:54Speaker 2: on the weekends. Then't find nothing. They went through a
- 32:59Speaker 2: huge area. Uh didn't find anything.
- 33:03Speaker 1: But they went and looked. I mean that's more than
- 33:06Speaker 1: Texas has done dogs.
- 33:08Speaker 2: You know, they had drones. You know. We also got
- 33:17Speaker 2: another PI in New Mexico, this time not in Texas
- 33:21Speaker 2: and to go to New Mexico side and they went
- 33:24Speaker 2: and they saw like that he had like there was
- 33:26Speaker 2: a surveillance in the Loves and Anthony where he went
- 33:30Speaker 2: inside and there was the actual witness and the guy's name,
- 33:34Speaker 2: you know, his little dude, I'm called him a He
- 33:36Speaker 2: was attended a gas station. Attended that actually called Tective
- 33:41Speaker 2: mcclintalk and gave him a tip, like, hey, I saw
- 33:43Speaker 2: this guy, but he called him September and I didn't
- 33:46Speaker 2: get that information until October because I kept calling bombarding him.
- 33:50Speaker 2: He's like, oh, yeah, I was this guy called in
- 33:51Speaker 2: he want his number, and I'm like, yeah, so I
- 33:55Speaker 2: called this guy.
- 33:56Speaker 1: He told me, like, did McClintock ever call the guy
- 33:59Speaker 1: and talk to him?
- 34:00Speaker 2: No, he did it. He said he wouldn't answer him,
- 34:02Speaker 2: but he answered me. You know. So it really has
- 34:06Speaker 2: been so frustrating for me because I don't know if
- 34:08Speaker 2: I'm just being asking for too much or you're not.
- 34:13Speaker 2: You're not.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I'm going to just tell you I want to do it.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Pissed the guy off and he'd just be like, oh whatever,
- 34:18Speaker 2: you know, Like.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Well, I mean, it would be different if he would
- 34:22Speaker 1: answer the phone and tell you, hey, nothing's going on,
- 34:28Speaker 1: or but I mean to tell you that a tip
- 34:30Speaker 1: came in. I would have my expectation, Hey, this guy
- 34:34Speaker 1: called in a tip. I've called him trying to talk
- 34:37Speaker 1: to him, not just give me the information to do
- 34:40Speaker 1: your job for you.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I did. I called him though. I went ahead
- 34:45Speaker 2: and called him and he said he saw my brother.
- 34:48Speaker 2: He went inside that day at three in the morning
- 34:51Speaker 2: if he worked a night shift, so it makes sense
- 34:54Speaker 2: with a timeframe, you know, right, he said, he walked in,
- 34:58Speaker 2: he was serious, He went to the bathroom. He was sweating,
- 35:01Speaker 2: and then he came back and he just was like
- 35:03Speaker 2: he remembered his face because we have a distinctive nose,
- 35:07Speaker 2: you know, And he said, are you okay, you know,
- 35:11Speaker 2: because he was sweating, and he was like, I'm just hot,
- 35:14Speaker 2: And that's all my brother said to him. And he
- 35:16Speaker 2: paid for his guests and he left. They don't have
- 35:19Speaker 2: outside surveillance though, and they looked outside.
- 35:21Speaker 1: His truck wasn't out there, and he was he alone.
- 35:26Speaker 2: He was alone, They said he was alone. But on
- 35:29Speaker 2: the picture you could see there's a pillow. I don't know,
- 35:32Speaker 2: there's a pillow behind him in the picture or something,
- 35:35Speaker 2: you know. And I've looked a picture so long trying
- 35:39Speaker 2: to figure out what the deal and what is it?
- 35:42Speaker 1: Like, Yeah, I'm gonna have to study that too.
- 35:48Speaker 2: That my uncle. He wouldn't just take my uncle's truck
- 35:51Speaker 2: and run.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Away, you know, right, And that was the other thought.
- 35:53Speaker 1: It didn't belong to him. I mean, almost makes me wondering.
- 35:58Speaker 1: And this is gonna sound crazy, but I wonder if
- 36:01Speaker 1: your uncle reported it stolen.
- 36:03Speaker 2: They wouldn't let him.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Oh, they wouldn't let him. I was like, maybe then
- 36:06Speaker 1: they would at least look for the truck.
- 36:07Speaker 2: They have a bolo, will be on the lookout for
- 36:10Speaker 2: the truck. But they wouldn't let him report it stolen
- 36:14Speaker 2: because he was already reported as a missing person.
- 36:17Speaker 1: I mean, it's sad that my first thought is that
- 36:20Speaker 1: they would look for the vehicle more than a person.
- 36:23Speaker 1: And I'm not saying all law enforcement, not all counties
- 36:25Speaker 1: are that way, but some lead me to that. And
- 36:30Speaker 1: I mean, and it is August. So even at three
- 36:33Speaker 1: o'clock in the morning in August in New Mexico, it
- 36:36Speaker 1: was probably still ninety nine or close to one hundred.
- 36:40Speaker 1: I lived there one summer, and let me tell you,
- 36:43Speaker 1: it is hot. I mean it's hot, so him sweating.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Because at first when you had told me that, I
- 36:49Speaker 1: was like, ooh, what was going on? But then I
- 36:53Speaker 1: got to think, and it was hot. It's still hot even,
- 36:56Speaker 1: I mean I'm assuming the truck had air conditioning.
- 37:00Speaker 2: That's one hundred in the picture like that. I thought
- 37:03Speaker 2: it was gonna be somebody else that stole his truck
- 37:06Speaker 2: or something, but it was it's actually him. It has
- 37:08Speaker 2: his chin everything. My mom for a while was like,
- 37:10Speaker 2: that's probably not him, but it's my brother.
- 37:13Speaker 1: It's him. Has there been any other sightings reported.
- 37:19Speaker 2: That last the last UH witnessed, There was no sightings.
- 37:24Speaker 2: There's no even there's not even more l LPR like
- 37:27Speaker 2: the license plate readers, like none anywhere. So if I
- 37:31Speaker 2: feel like the truck is there like an it's either
- 37:34Speaker 2: El Paso or in Anthony, Texas, it hasn't left. If
- 37:37Speaker 2: you know, with the license plate, of course it wouldn't change.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Right, So so they didn't see it going again from
- 37:46Speaker 1: Anthony to l Passo because that's only you know, I
- 37:49Speaker 1: think like an hour or something. Now, is there anything
- 37:55Speaker 1: that you think the public should know about Wand that
- 37:59Speaker 1: may help us and assist him, because like I'm gonna
- 38:03Speaker 1: ask everybody if you have any groups in New Mexico, Alpasso, Texas,
- 38:08Speaker 1: West Texas share his flyers and information in this video there.
- 38:13Speaker 1: But is there anything else that you think that can
- 38:16Speaker 1: help us and Huarez?
- 38:18Speaker 2: I'm not sure if there was foul pay and play
- 38:21Speaker 2: and he was crossed over, you know Wang, so one
- 38:26Speaker 2: would never go to Mexico unless it was against his will.
- 38:29Speaker 2: I mean, one never had no interest in that. You know,
- 38:34Speaker 2: we had no family were if we're out Salvadoran's discent,
- 38:37Speaker 2: we're not Mexican descent, right, so no family there or nothing.
- 38:42Speaker 2: If there's anybody that they know anything in HuaaS, maybe
- 38:46Speaker 2: if this is an anonymous tip, don't even have to
- 38:47Speaker 2: tell who you are. Just let us go. So because
- 38:52Speaker 2: if he's with us, we could have him home. If not,
- 38:55Speaker 2: we could bury it.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, y'all need answers and need to deserve
- 39:00Speaker 1: you deserve.
- 39:01Speaker 2: That military bird.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, unfortunately, I hate to say it, but
- 39:09Speaker 1: when you get up to those border towns, there's no
- 39:13Speaker 1: telling what can happen I mean, for all we know,
- 39:16Speaker 1: he met a girl on one of those apps, Zenel Passo,
- 39:21Speaker 1: and he decided, you know what, I have just realized
- 39:24Speaker 1: that I need to live life. I just lost my sister,
- 39:27Speaker 1: my brother's been diagnosed with cancer. I'm gonna go do this.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I need to live life. And then something nefarious happened.
- 39:35Speaker 1: And that's the thing that we try to tell everybody.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Even if he did, you know, say, hey, I'm going
- 39:41Speaker 1: on a drive. I need to get away for a week.
- 39:45Speaker 1: Still something nefarious could happen. And that's why we need people.
- 39:50Speaker 2: God like, you know, I don't believe in this stuff.
- 39:52Speaker 2: I even like contacted the pye Age, Yeah I did,
- 39:56Speaker 2: and I was like, what in the world will happened?
- 40:00Speaker 2: And she just freaked me out with what she said.
- 40:03Speaker 2: And I was like, oh, let me not go that
- 40:05Speaker 2: route because I'm already in the dark place.
- 40:07Speaker 1: So long, Yeah, let's not go there. But I mean,
- 40:10Speaker 1: I even want to tell people if you've seen his
- 40:12Speaker 1: truck at a chop shop, if it came into your
- 40:14Speaker 1: chop shop, you don't have to tell us how it
- 40:17Speaker 1: got there. Just call in a tip and say that
- 40:22Speaker 1: the truck came through. So then that gives one more piece,
- 40:27Speaker 1: because a missing person case is like any other case,
- 40:30Speaker 1: there is all of these puzzle pieces. Who's not to
- 40:34Speaker 1: say that that one little piece of information couldn't help
- 40:38Speaker 1: give you guys the answers right now? How is his
- 40:45Speaker 1: disappearance impacted your family? I mean and your mom as
- 40:50Speaker 1: a mom my heart, I just want to give your
- 40:56Speaker 1: mom and you a big old hug.
- 41:00Speaker 2: My mom is torn. She lost half of her kids.
- 41:07Speaker 2: We have so from all five of us, one of
- 41:10Speaker 2: the oldest, then Nelson's a severe autistic disabled. He's at
- 41:15Speaker 2: home with her forever. Then Oscar had diagnosed with cancer.
- 41:19Speaker 2: That that threw her for a loop. There's me and
- 41:23Speaker 2: then Karen. You know, she's gone. So my mom is
- 41:28Speaker 2: torn into pieces. I try to keep it together for her.
- 41:31Speaker 2: I try to give her answers. She always questions, She
- 41:35Speaker 2: always asks me what would have been done? She just
- 41:37Speaker 2: doesn't speak too good English, so it's almost like she
- 41:40Speaker 2: just like it's behind me, like you know, like asking me,
- 41:45Speaker 2: shaking me for answers, and I just I understand her
- 41:48Speaker 2: because I have sons myself, and I love my brother
- 41:50Speaker 2: and she and that was her. You know, your oldest
- 41:54Speaker 2: child is always the one that goes through things.
- 41:56Speaker 1: With you, especially when you're a young mom. Yeah, what together.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Boy means the world to her and she's so proud
- 42:05Speaker 2: of him, and she just doesn't want him to be gone,
- 42:07Speaker 2: doesn't want to accept that. If you tell her any
- 42:10Speaker 2: of these ideas, she would say, he's out here, He's
- 42:13Speaker 2: out here, gonna find him. She's not giving up, but
- 42:16Speaker 2: it has torn pretty hard. Days. I can't even wake
- 42:22Speaker 2: up without messing up my makeup twice. My son loves
- 42:28Speaker 2: him so much. My son wants to be him. He
- 42:31Speaker 2: holds his picture, he loves them. All the kids love him,
- 42:36Speaker 2: and it just he was Easter Bunny. He was the
- 42:38Speaker 2: one that wore the Easter eggs and the Eastern hat
- 42:42Speaker 2: and he had the snacks taped on him and he'd
- 42:44Speaker 2: run and the kids would chase him, like, oh my god,
- 42:47Speaker 2: I love all of the holidays. I mean nothing to
- 42:54Speaker 2: us right now. I my marriage too, is My husband
- 43:02Speaker 2: struggles so hard because I just some days I've just
- 43:06Speaker 2: shut down.
- 43:09Speaker 1: And that's what people don't understand is when somebody goes missing,
- 43:13Speaker 1: it's not just that person. And if somebody did dake
- 43:17Speaker 1: him or do something, have some decency because it affects
- 43:22Speaker 1: an entire family and community. For God's sake, it's a veteran,
- 43:29Speaker 1: you know, not saying they're better than anyone, but they
- 43:33Speaker 1: gave their lives. I mean, he could have potentially been
- 43:36Speaker 1: killed over there. He gave up in some ways, there's sanity,
- 43:41Speaker 1: saw things that a human should never have to see.
- 43:44Speaker 1: We owe him to find him. I'm just gonna say
- 43:48Speaker 1: we all owe him that because of the service he
- 43:53Speaker 1: did for us. We owe him that. Now I want
- 43:57Speaker 1: everyone I know we've shown the picture, but while he
- 44:00Speaker 1: was last scene in A two thousand and nine, it's
- 44:02Speaker 1: a blue Chevy Silverado if you're not into trucks, but
- 44:08Speaker 1: the truck was last seen in Segovia, Texas. But we
- 44:11Speaker 1: do know it was also in Anthony, New Mexico. Went
- 44:16Speaker 1: to Opass, so you can go back and forth across
- 44:20Speaker 1: from there, so it's like going from Houston to Conroe
- 44:24Speaker 1: and back and forth. I mean, it's just right there.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Now.
- 44:28Speaker 1: He does have a large skull tattoo with a butterfly
- 44:32Speaker 1: under his left arm, and he was last seen wearing
- 44:35Speaker 1: a black shirt and black pants. And I want to
- 44:40Speaker 1: beg and plead if anyone has any information regarding wand
- 44:46Speaker 1: or his truck. Please call the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office
- 44:51Speaker 1: at nine three six seven six zero five eight zero
- 44:56Speaker 1: zero and you can do option three and you can
- 45:00Speaker 1: refer to his case number which is two four A
- 45:04Speaker 1: two four three four eight one two, or you can
- 45:09Speaker 1: just tell them Terry True Crime said it's Jan Murlows.
- 45:12Speaker 1: You don't. They don't need the number. They can just
- 45:15Speaker 1: look it up in their system. Okay. I also want
- 45:18Speaker 1: to ask everyone to please share the missing poster flyers
- 45:23Speaker 1: that we have up on our social media and share
- 45:27Speaker 1: this episode with anyone in everyone you know, if you
- 45:32Speaker 1: know veteran groups where you live, if you know people
- 45:35Speaker 1: in New Mexico, Texas, Mexico, let's share it. Okay. I
- 45:41Speaker 1: also want you to think about donating to the GoFundMe
- 45:44Speaker 1: account if you can. If you can't, let's please share
- 45:49Speaker 1: it and get it out there so that this family
- 45:52Speaker 1: can get more money. I mean, guys, her mom is
- 45:55Speaker 1: driving that many hours once or twice a month in
- 46:01Speaker 1: delivering flyers. Guys, let's think about the financial cost of
- 46:06Speaker 1: making those flyers, the gas, getting food on top of
- 46:11Speaker 1: the emotional cost. So let's please share that and donate
- 46:17Speaker 1: if you can. Okay, and Jackie, I want to say
- 46:24Speaker 1: thank you to you. My heart hurts for you and
- 46:29Speaker 1: the family. I wish I had a magic wand I
- 46:33Speaker 1: wish I could hit it. Every case hurts me. Your
- 46:38Speaker 1: family has gone through so much in such a short
- 46:43Speaker 1: amount of time. I can't, for the life of me
- 46:47Speaker 1: imagine that you're not in bed every day. The fact
- 46:51Speaker 1: that you're still getting up, raising your boys, trying to
- 46:54Speaker 1: be a wife, do all of these things. I applaud you,
- 47:00Speaker 1: and you have my respect because I don't know if
- 47:04Speaker 1: I'm that strong, and I'm glad your husband's trying to understand.
- 47:09Speaker 1: It takes a toll on everyone, and I will tell
- 47:13Speaker 1: you our community may be small, but they're mighty. We
- 47:16Speaker 1: will share it and do what we can. Thank you, so,
- 47:21Speaker 1: thank you again for coming on with us. I do
- 47:24Speaker 1: appreciate it. Okay, now, guys, I want to thank you
- 47:31Speaker 1: all again for joining me today. And I do have
- 47:35Speaker 1: to say. It looks like my monkey butt is in
- 47:37Speaker 1: the chat room because she is at home with the
- 47:39Speaker 1: flu instead of at my house because she has the flu.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Hello monkey Butt, I hope you're feeling better. I want
- 47:48Speaker 1: to say I look forward to seeing you all again
- 47:51Speaker 1: on Wednesday for our next episode of Midday Missing. I
- 47:55Speaker 1: want to remind you that we do now have a
- 47:57Speaker 1: Midday Missing Facebook page where we share all of the
- 48:03Speaker 1: missing poster flyers. We also share other flyers that we
- 48:07Speaker 1: have verified that they're not scams and that they are
- 48:11Speaker 1: real missing person flyers. Okay. You can also stay connected
- 48:16Speaker 1: with us on our True Crime and Wine Time page.
- 48:19Speaker 1: That's the page where we talk, chat and do things
- 48:23Speaker 1: like that. You can also find me, like I said earlier,
- 48:27Speaker 1: on all social medias as Terry True Crime. You can
- 48:30Speaker 1: message me, chat with me anything like that. If you
- 48:35Speaker 1: have a tip and you don't want to call the
- 48:37Speaker 1: police because you don't trust them, feel free to message me.
- 48:42Speaker 1: I will be more than happy to get it into
- 48:45Speaker 1: the right hands. Okay. I also want to remind you
- 48:50Speaker 1: that True Crime and Wine Time this Thursday, we will
- 48:54Speaker 1: have James Altgeldt, who is retired law enforcement officer on
- 48:58Speaker 1: and we are going to ask him questions about what
- 49:03Speaker 1: it's like being in law enforcement behind the badge, the
- 49:07Speaker 1: effects it takes on him, and I've got a lot
- 49:10Speaker 1: of questions to ask him. Okay. Also on Sunday, we
- 49:16Speaker 1: will be back for episode two of our Zizzy and
- 49:19Speaker 1: Cult special. Guys, it's Bunny Boiler, batshit crazy. If you
- 49:26Speaker 1: know nothing about it, you need to come and listen
- 49:29Speaker 1: because producer Terror has done a great job along with
- 49:33Speaker 1: the rest of the team, researching and breaking it down
- 49:36Speaker 1: to help us understand. Okay, now, you can catch all
- 49:41Speaker 1: of our shows right here on YouTube and Facebook. I
- 49:45Speaker 1: do know that our episode today there was problems. It
- 49:48Speaker 1: did not stream live on Facebook. I will go and
- 49:52Speaker 1: upload it to Facebook. For those who normally see it
- 49:58Speaker 1: on Facebook can still see it. Now. For those of
- 50:02Speaker 1: you that want to see me and JT in person live,
- 50:07Speaker 1: we are going to be at the Hamilton Pool Vineyard
- 50:10Speaker 1: and Farm, Austin, Texas on May third. Okay, guys, we
- 50:15Speaker 1: are going to be in person on the stage doing
- 50:19Speaker 1: our normal stuff, but we are going to be covering
- 50:22Speaker 1: the shocking case of the Texas Yogurt shop murders. If
- 50:27Speaker 1: you're from Texas live in the Austin area, this case
- 50:32Speaker 1: is a big, unsolved case and the tickets are officially
- 50:37Speaker 1: on sale now. There is a discount code through March
- 50:41Speaker 1: fifteenth to get money off. So I want to tell
- 50:46Speaker 1: you all thank you for joining me. Please Let's share
- 50:49Speaker 1: this story, get the flyers out, share the video, and
- 50:53Speaker 1: I want to ask you all to please until next time,
- 50:58Speaker 1: stay safe, day aware, and please let's help these families
- 51:04Speaker 1: bring their loved ones home. Bye, guys, I'll see you
- 51:08Speaker 1: on Wednesday.
