- 0:00[SPEAKER_03]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_03]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_03]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_03]: For years, they told us that the most dangerous threat facing America was white supremacy.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_03]: They put it in mailers, they put it on billboards, they put it in congressional testimony, they put it in FBI briefings, and they told everyone who would listen, that without the southern poverty loss under the SPLC standing in the breach,
- 0:42[SPEAKER_03]: The clan would be running the country.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_03]: George Clooney believed them, wrote a $1,000,000 check, apples Tim Cook believed them, also wrote a $1,000,000 check, JP Morgan Chase wrote them a $1,000,000 check.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_03]: And now we're finding out thanks to a grand jury indictment that every single dollar of it.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: Every single dollar was allegedly going straight into the pockets of the very people and organizations that the SPLC told us they were fighting.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_03]: They just got caught red handed, concocting the very hate they used to fill their own coffers.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_03]: And now the organization that once insinuated, that Elon Musk was a Nazi, is finding out they're not going to be able to smear their way out of this one.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_03]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve Yorepager, professor enjoying it another glorious day in the Trumpian golden age that you made possible back in November of 2024.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_03]: So if you want a front row seat on how you continue to change the world, one indictment at a time in ways you never even imagined, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_03]: The new acting attorney general Todd Blanche just showed us precisely what he's made of with one of the most significant takedowns yet.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_03]: We're witnessing one of the most extraordinary and damning scandals in the history of American civil society, the federal indictment.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_03]: of the Southern Poverty Law Center, the organization that for decades served as the left's premier instrument of reputational destruction against conservatives, Christians, and anyone who dared to disagree with the progressive agenda.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_03]: And the indictment reveals not just corruption, not just fraud, but something far darker.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_03]: a deliberate decade-long scheme to manufacture the very hate they claimed to be fighting to keep the fire burning so they could keep collecting the money to put it out.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_03]: And when you see how deep this goes from Charlottesville to the Biden White House,
- 2:56[SPEAKER_03]: to the targeting of Catholic parents across America, you're going to understand that this was never about fighting hate.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_03]: This was about producing it.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_03]: Let's start with the raw facts of what the Department of Justice has just unveiled on live on TV because they are breathtaking in their audacity.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_03]: So the DOJ filed an 11-count federal indictment charging the SPLC with wire fraud,
- 3:23[SPEAKER_03]: and conspiracy to launder money and prosecutors alleged that from 2014 to 2023, the SPLC quietly siphoned over three million dollars in donor funds not to fight white supremacy, not to fund lawsuits, not to expose extremists.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_03]: but directly into the pockets of KKK clansmen, neo-Nazis, Aryan nation bikers, American Nazi affiliates, and the very organizers of the 2017 United the Wright rally in Charlottesville.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the acting attorney general, himself.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: I just want to make sure I understand you're alleging that the Southern Poverty Law Center was paying the leaders of KKK and other groups to continue
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: There are operations, is that?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not alleging it.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: The grandeur of return and indictment that says that.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: And so what the investigation found according to the indictment that was returned today is that they were paying.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_02]: So Southern Poverty Law Center is raising money, asking folks to give them money, to dismantle racism, and over a very long period of time.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_02]: They were using some of the money they raised from donors to pay to they called them field,
- 4:42[SPEAKER_02]: For information, for access, to just pay them for certain, to do certain things, and so yes, that's exactly what the indictment charges.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_03]: And the mechanics of how they allegedly did this are extraordinary.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_03]: So going back to the 1980s, the SPLC built what prosecutors described as a covert network of field sources, some already embedded inside hate groups, others infiltrated the SPLC
- 5:13[SPEAKER_03]: through a labyrinth of shell bank accounts created under fictitious names, including the Center Investigative Agency, Fox Photography, Northwest Technologies, Rare Books, Warehouse, with funds routed through prepaid cards and cut out accounts with false information fed to banks about who actually controlled the money.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_03]: As one analyst plainly put it,
- 5:44[SPEAKER_03]: This is what terrorist organizations do.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_03]: So one field source tied directly to the national alliance, which is a neo-Nazi organization, allegedly received over a million dollars.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_03]: Another source who was, according to the grand jury indictment, a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the United Right rally in Charlottesville, he was paid over 270,000 by the SPLC in secret payments between 2015 and 2023, all of the SPLC's own website and fundraising mailers screened help us dismantle white supremacy.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_03]: The DOJ's conclusion is unsparing.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_03]: The SPLC was not dismantling hate.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_03]: They were manufacturing it.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_03]: they paid the arsonist to keep the fire burning, so they could keep raising money to put it out.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_03]: Now, the SPLC's defense is that these payments were legitimate intelligence work, shared with federal law enforcement.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_03]: That defense is collapsed, every collapse almost immediately, because the DOJ and the FBI stated explicitly, they were never informed of this network of covert payments.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_03]: So the SPLC's only cover story is one that the government of the United States says is simply not true.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_03]: Now, here's where this story moves from a corruption scandal into something that shakes the very foundations of the last decade of American political history.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_03]: And that involves the United Right rally in Charlottesville, okay?
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: Charlottesville was not just a news event.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_03]: Charlottesville was a political weapon.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_03]: The single most powerful cudgel that the American left wielded to define the Trump years.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_03]: to paint half the country's white supremacists and ultimately to launch Joe Biden's 2020 presidential campaign.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: You saw Charlottesville, and then the president, when the rest of the world was looking for condemnation and we were, when those good decent people came and said, who were fighting against him, not in supporting him and there was a clash.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: What did he say when asked, he said there were good people, some good people on both sides.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_03]: Biden actually came out and said repeatedly that he ran for president precisely because of Charlottesville.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_03]: And now we have a federal grand jury alleging that the SPLC had a paid offered in bed in the leadership chat group that planned the event.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_03]: That chaotic gathering of protesters and counter protesters that descended on Charlottesville back in August of 2017 was a concocted event fabricated to politically damage President Trump and enrich the SPLC in the process.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_03]: You see, within days of the event, Apple, JP Morgan, Clooney, and a number of others had collectively pledged $2.5 million to the SPLC specifically because of Charlottesville.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_03]: The blood shed was a financial windfall for the very organization that according to federal prosecutors had a paid operative helping coordinate transportation to the event for several attendees.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_03]: But what happened next is even worse.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_03]: This is going to absolutely blow your mind.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: But first gang, let's face it.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_03]: You had a number in your head, right?
- 9:26[SPEAKER_03]: The number of you thought would be enough to retire and then the price of life went up.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_03]: And up, and up, and now the question isn't whether you saved, it's whether what you saved can still buy the retirement you planned for.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, think about what's happening right now.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_03]: Warflering up oil spikes, and then everything gets higher.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_03]: Gas, groceries, insurance, bills.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_03]: We've seen this before.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_03]: We're watching a structural shift in the global economy where inflation isn't temporary.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's embedded.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_03]: And historically when that happens, purchasing power doesn't recover.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_03]: It erodes.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_03]: Your dollar buys less, your savings carry less.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_03]: And people who are counting down to retirement, they start wondering if they got to push it back all because the cost of living moved the finish line.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_03]: that was my wake-up call.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_03]: I knew there had to be something else I could do to protect what I built.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_03]: So I researched and that's when I found Augusta precious metals.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_03]: And gang, they taught me things I didn't even know where possible.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_03]: I had no idea you could move your IRA or 401k into physical gold tax-free penalty free, a real asset that's held its value through war, oil spikes, and market chaos.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_03]: And that changed everything for me.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_03]: I've spoken with Augusta's education team.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_03]: These guys know their stuff and they explain it so clearly.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_03]: So here's what I recommend you do right now.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_03]: Go to turlybyschool.com or text turly to 35052 to get Augusta's free gold IRA guide.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_03]: That's turlybyschool.com or text turly to 35052 because the retirement you dreamed of is still possible, but only if you protect it.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_03]: Here's what makes this even more extraordinary.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_03]: In the immediate aftermath of Charlottesville when voices on the right raise the possibility that something wasn't right here that something was clearly staged that the event had been deliberately agitated.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_03]: The SPLC led the charge in calling those concerns a quote ludicrous conspiracy theory that only proved the dangerous length between the conspiratorial extreme right and the racist alt right.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_03]: The organization allegedly running the false flag operation was simultaneously the loudest voice insisting that anyone who suspected a false flag operation was themselves an extremist.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_03]: Gang, that's not ironing.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_03]: That is the very definition of a con.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_03]: And the way this con works is absolutely key to understanding the SPLC and its role in the modern left, particularly its business model role for the modern left.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_03]: And fortunately a number of outlets have previously exposed the SPLC for weaponizing race and bigotry for their own profit.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_03]: And the key here is the way they manufactured racism for their own financial gains.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_03]: So first you start by creating or intensifying the very danger you publicly claimed to be fighting.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_03]: Money flows quietly into radicals, making them louder and more active.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_03]: The public sees a bigger threat, you point to that threat, and you collect more donations, more moral authority, more media-deference, and more political leverage.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_03]: And you just repeat the cycle.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_03]: The institution stokes the danger and then the danger and turn feeds the institution with diagnosis and narratives which diagnosis and narrates the danger and as long as a portion of the money they're getting makes sure that the fire never fully goes out they'll continue to collect to the tune of millions of dollars.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_03]: but the SPLC perfected this business model by weaponizing racism and racist labels.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_03]: So what they were so effective in doing was taking out members of the political right by effectively smearing them with labels such as racist, extremist, terrorist, conspiratorialists, which functioned as tools
- 13:45[SPEAKER_03]: a political isolation, so nobody wanted to be associated with you if you were publicly seen as a racist or a bigot by the SPLC.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_03]: So left wing interest groups paid the SPLC big bucks to personally assassinate the characters of their political opponents.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_03]: So for example, one of the groups at the SBLC Stigmatize was none other than TPUSA.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_03]: Charlie Kirk's organization, a Christian organization was labeled by the SBLC officially as a hate group.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_03]: same with traditionalist Catholics, same with concern parents who showed up at school board meetings.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_03]: So it wasn't just simply funding hate groups to justify their own existence.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_03]: It was weaponizing that justification by tarring and feathering perfectly innocent people and organizations solely to profit off that weaponization.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_03]: They monetize the fear that they manufactured into direct political
- 14:48[SPEAKER_03]: And now it's all coming crashing down.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_03]: This was never just a fundraising scam.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_03]: The SPLC was central to the means by which the political left most particularly the Biden administration targeted American citizens.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_03]: That political machine has just been exposed.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_03]: The indictments have been filed.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_03]: The donors are being named.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_03]: The shell companies are being documented.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_03]: The Democrat ties are being made public, and the American people, the Catholic targeted mass, the parents labeled extremists for attending school board meetings, the conservative smeared as white nationalist for opposing open borders, everyone who ever had their name placed on that map now knows that the organization doing the labeling was allegedly writing checks to the clan the entire time.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they were paying someone to light it.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_03]: It's now the SPLC that's about to find out what it feels like to be on the wrong side of the federal indictment labeled, exposed, and unable to smear its way out.
