- 0:04Speaker 1: NFL Game Review is a production of the NFL in
- 0:06Speaker 1: partnership with iHeartRadio.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Right Along the Game Debut, presented by Mercedes Vince Patrick Clayland.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Back here with Greg Rosenthal and Cynthia Freeland to welcome
- 0:18Speaker 2: this guy back to the United States of America. When
- 0:21Speaker 2: you're back, Greg, We're glad to.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Have I'm home and I'm just ready to jet lag
- 0:25Speaker 3: get to what's next. I am a little jet lag,
- 0:27Speaker 3: but that's I think that helped out my picks last week.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Okay, being all a plane, it's good for the brain.
- 0:32Speaker 2: In fact, let's let's check out the picks standings as.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Of right now. Six.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Greg Rosenthal goes fourteen and oh, Cynthia and I come
- 0:42Speaker 2: up with twelve and two.
- 0:44Speaker 4: So it's not just to welcome back. What do you mean?
- 0:47Speaker 4: What is this? Greg? Is this?
- 0:48Speaker 5: What are you thinking about?
- 0:49Speaker 4: Props? Yeah?
- 0:50Speaker 3: We got ready two one, Oh my god.
- 0:54Speaker 5: Four that is amazing.
- 0:56Speaker 4: We've gone multiple seasons.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Tell me somebody going fourteen and oh or just undefeated
- 1:02Speaker 2: on an entire slate, Greg rose Thal.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 1:05Speaker 3: I want to thank all the favorites that came through
- 1:08Speaker 3: with me and not taking many chances. I also want
- 1:12Speaker 3: to thank our producers for not finding the last time
- 1:14Speaker 3: someone went undefeated, because it was me. It was like
- 1:16Speaker 3: three years ago, but I think it was me three
- 1:18Speaker 3: or four.
- 1:19Speaker 5: I net even remember it. Yeah, well, I do whatever.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm sure you're right.
- 1:22Speaker 2: If you need somebody to victory lap something from multiple years.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Ago, that's me.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Here's the guy speaking of confetti.
- 1:28Speaker 2: We got a Super Bowl fifty eight rematch between the
- 1:30Speaker 2: Chiefs and the Niners, and time now for active mic
- 1:33Speaker 2: presented by v Wells Fargo Active Cash credit Card. Well,
- 1:36Speaker 2: Patrick Mahomes has those rings now he's got two of
- 1:39Speaker 2: them against Kyle Shanahan. We're getting a cheese forty nine
- 1:42Speaker 2: Ers rematch on Sunday. Casey as five and zero. Do
- 1:45Speaker 2: the Niners end their wind streaks ATIA?
- 1:48Speaker 5: Nope?
- 1:48Speaker 1: I still have a Kansas City winning this one twenty
- 1:51Speaker 1: five to twenty three, which is exactly the same that
- 1:53Speaker 1: I projected for their last Super Bowl matchup, which is
- 1:56Speaker 1: wild to me. But I want to talk about Travis
- 1:59Speaker 1: Kelcey in this matchup. Something really interesting that's going on
- 2:02Speaker 1: this season. Usually you think nine, you think yack. Well,
- 2:05Speaker 1: the actual what's going on this year is that now
- 2:08Speaker 1: it's Patrick Mahomes plus YAK and rock Perty doesn't do
- 2:11Speaker 1: the yak right, He's the least percentage of YAK, whereas
- 2:14Speaker 1: Patrick Mahomes has the most. So you're telling me that
- 2:16Speaker 1: you don't have an advantage here with eighty seven in
- 2:19Speaker 1: space because I think now that we've seen all of
- 2:21Speaker 1: these different formations using multiple tight ends, this is another area,
- 2:25Speaker 1: another key area where they're going to have mismatches with
- 2:29Speaker 1: Travis Kelcey and be able to take advantage of it.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Andy Reid coming off of bye Am, I.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Right, You're absolutely right.
- 2:35Speaker 3: And I've been wrong about the Chiefs all season long
- 2:38Speaker 3: picking against them.
- 2:39Speaker 5: This time, I'm not going against them again.
- 2:41Speaker 3: They get to win in Santa Clara this week, and
- 2:44Speaker 3: the reason why they're going to be doing some more
- 2:46Speaker 3: confetti this week is Chris Jones. Look, Chris Jones is
- 2:49Speaker 3: the biggest reason maybe they won that Super Bowl. He's
- 2:51Speaker 3: a big reason why they won that game against the
- 2:53Speaker 3: forty nine ers, if you remember a couple of seasons
- 2:55Speaker 3: ago in the regular season, had a big performance there.
- 2:59Speaker 3: He is second in the NFL in pressures from defensive tackles.
- 3:02Speaker 3: He is second in pressures. So these are quality pressures
- 3:06Speaker 3: where there's basically no chance for the quarterback to get
- 3:08Speaker 3: out of the way. Brock Perty's excellent evading pressure and
- 3:12Speaker 3: making plays. But ultimately, I think the Chiefs are getting
- 3:15Speaker 3: better and better offensively in the forty nine ers defense.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Not as good as they were in previous years.
- 3:20Speaker 4: Yeah, better and better offensively.
- 3:22Speaker 2: You guys got twenty five and twenty seven points for
- 3:24Speaker 2: the Chiefs, and I'm glad you do, because the games
- 3:26Speaker 2: where they've scored the high twenties have been against three
- 3:28Speaker 2: teams in the bottom ten.
- 3:30Speaker 4: In terms of total scoring defense.
- 3:32Speaker 2: So I'm gonna take the forty nine Ers in this
- 3:34Speaker 2: one in a revenge game, and I'm not necessarily picking
- 3:38Speaker 2: it just for revenge purposes, because I'm looking at how
- 3:40Speaker 2: the Chiefs have managed to score like scoring against the
- 3:43Speaker 2: New Orleans Saints. They did that with four tight ends
- 3:47Speaker 2: on the field. Sometimes if you count Juju Smith Schuster
- 3:49Speaker 2: in that, which I do, then I'll go ahead and
- 3:51Speaker 2: get five tight ends.
- 3:53Speaker 4: And Fred Warner playing really good right now. Fred Warner
- 3:56Speaker 4: on a Hall of Fame track.
- 3:58Speaker 2: In a defensive MVP type track season. In terms of
- 4:01Speaker 2: fumbles force, He's allowed five receptions for just forty five
- 4:04Speaker 2: yards while also picking off two passes and defending two
- 4:08Speaker 2: other passes on nine targets this season. I think you
- 4:12Speaker 2: want to run out a host of tight ends against
- 4:14Speaker 2: the forty nine ers defense, that might be the spot.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Despite the fall off, which I do agree, the forty
- 4:19Speaker 2: nine Ers can get the advantage.
- 4:20Speaker 4: So yeah, I'll take the stray bah on this one.
- 4:22Speaker 2: For the home defending NFC champions from the undefeated Chiefs
- 4:25Speaker 2: to the undefeated Vikings, Minnesota gonna have their hands full
- 4:28Speaker 2: Sunday because Cynthia's.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Lions are coming to town.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Lions Vikings the two top teams in the NFC North,
- 4:35Speaker 2: one of the best divisions in football, Minnesota at five
- 4:38Speaker 2: and zero with Detroit just a game behind.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Who wins it? Greg?
- 4:41Speaker 3: I am going with Cynthia's Lions twenty eight to twenty seven.
- 4:45Speaker 3: But in an upset, you know, you think about Jared
- 4:47Speaker 3: Goff and you think, Okay, he's going to struggle a
- 4:49Speaker 3: little bit against the Blitz.
- 4:51Speaker 5: He's not great against pressure.
- 4:52Speaker 3: How about how he handled Brian Flores in this Vikings
- 4:55Speaker 3: defense a year ago in two matchups he was over
- 4:57Speaker 3: seventy percent completions, three touchdowns, no picks, almost three.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Hundred yards per game.
- 5:03Speaker 3: They put up the in both of those games, I
- 5:05Speaker 3: say they win twenty eight to twenty seven. Yeah, he's
- 5:09Speaker 3: the more trustworthy quarterback in this game.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Sam Darnold, everyone oh mvpmvv.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Like the last couple of weeks he's been taking on
- 5:15Speaker 3: a little struggles.
- 5:18Speaker 5: I'll just put it that way.
- 5:19Speaker 3: And I know Detroit's not going to be as good
- 5:20Speaker 3: upfront without Aiden Hudginson, but I think this is an
- 5:23Speaker 3: offensive game and I'm taking the quarterback that I trust more.
- 5:26Speaker 5: It's Jared Goff on the road against Vikings.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I very much considered asking for like the ASPCA commercial
- 5:32Speaker 1: where the puppies l are looking sad, because that's how
- 5:33Speaker 1: I feel about losing Aden Hutchinson. But I'm not going
- 5:36Speaker 1: to be sad because my model picked the Lions twenty
- 5:39Speaker 1: four to twenty three. It is kind of my personal nightmare. However,
- 5:43Speaker 1: I think that the run game here is the real
- 5:45Speaker 1: reason why the Lions are able to pull this off.
- 5:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna show you some David Montgomery, who has one
- 5:50Speaker 1: of the longest touchdown streaks, as in, he's tied with
- 5:52Speaker 1: Kyroen Williams for the longest touchdown streaker currently. But when
- 5:55Speaker 1: I'm looking at his ability to break, to break tackles,
- 5:58Speaker 1: to get yards after contact, and Jamiir Gibbs the two
- 6:01Speaker 1: hundred monster in the run game. With this line that
- 6:05Speaker 1: helps Kate take more ball control and keep it on
- 6:07Speaker 1: the side of the Lions and helps to somewhat ease
- 6:10Speaker 1: a little bit of the pain of losing Aiden Hutchinson.
- 6:14Speaker 1: No ESPCA commercial for me. We're gonna be happy little
- 6:17Speaker 1: Lions and we're going to win one three.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Well, I'll go ahead and take the home team again
- 6:22Speaker 2: on another straight on and take the Minnesota Vikings here
- 6:26Speaker 2: a considerable difference in terms of the total score. I
- 6:28Speaker 2: think this is going to be a lower scoring game.
- 6:30Speaker 2: But the player that I do think scores and the
- 6:32Speaker 2: player that has traditionally had a lot of success against
- 6:34Speaker 2: the Detroit Lions, arguably one of the best players in
- 6:37Speaker 2: the entire NFL. Justin Jefferson has played eight games against
- 6:41Speaker 2: Detroit in his career.
- 6:42Speaker 4: He has one thousand.
- 6:43Speaker 2: And seventy three receiving yards at one hundred and thirty
- 6:46Speaker 2: four yards a game, and four touchdowns. The hutch injury,
- 6:49Speaker 2: as Cynthia pointed out, as about as depressing as it
- 6:52Speaker 2: can get for a super Bowl contender, but I agree
- 6:55Speaker 2: with Greg. Jared Goff wins the quarterback matchups, but you
- 6:59Speaker 2: gotta bother Sam and I don't know how much McNeil
- 7:01Speaker 2: and company can bother Sam in this and I think
- 7:05Speaker 2: the Minnesota Vikings win it in a close one.
- 7:07Speaker 4: We go from a game with two.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Veteran quarterbacks to one featuring two up and covers, Drake
- 7:11Speaker 2: May and Trevor Lawrence. Let's get ready for a great
- 7:14Speaker 2: London finale This Sunday live from Wimbley Stadium in London,
- 7:20Speaker 2: watches the Patriots face off against the Jags. Rise, Shine
- 7:23Speaker 2: and watch Sunday nine thirty am Eastern only on NFL
- 7:26Speaker 2: Network and streaming on NFL Plus. Subscription is required for
- 7:30Speaker 2: NFL Plus. Let's discuss that game, this one in Wimbley Stadium.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Drake May gets his second career start, both teams looking
- 7:37Speaker 2: to turn things around. Who gets on a plane in
- 7:40Speaker 2: a happy mood on Sunday?
- 7:41Speaker 3: Okay, two people do well, two organizations. One for the Jaguars,
- 7:45Speaker 3: They're gonna win this game twenty three to twenty. But
- 7:47Speaker 3: also Drake May fans, Drake May fantasy owners. Everywhere I
- 7:52Speaker 3: went in London last week, just people coming up to
- 7:54Speaker 3: me saying, are we really gonna get to see Drake
- 7:56Speaker 3: May live? Yes, you are at Wembley Stadium. Look at
- 7:59Speaker 3: the big place. He threw up there last week against
- 8:02Speaker 3: a much tougher defense, the Houston Tech. Drake May showed
- 8:05Speaker 3: he can get to his second his third read. The
- 8:07Speaker 3: accuracy not always consistent, but the excitement in terms of
- 8:11Speaker 3: his running ability, make plays outside the pocket, but also
- 8:15Speaker 3: make some plays where like I said, he went through
- 8:17Speaker 3: his reads very next level. I thought he was a
- 8:20Speaker 3: better prospect than Jayden Daniels. We'll see if that works
- 8:22Speaker 3: out over time, but I do think he showed enough
- 8:26Speaker 3: to believe that when he plays a bad defense like
- 8:28Speaker 3: the Jagguarts, he's going to put up some touchdowns. He's
- 8:30Speaker 3: going to put up some entertainment for the fans in
- 8:33Speaker 3: London and on NFL Network.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Oh I like that. Yeah, love that.
- 8:37Speaker 2: I'm taking for some reason, despite getting absolutely steamrolled by
- 8:40Speaker 2: them the entire season. The Jacksonville John Warris again in
- 8:44Speaker 2: this one. I have a twenty to eighteen win for
- 8:46Speaker 2: Jacksonville after doing it last week. For some reason, I'm
- 8:49Speaker 2: out here again because for the second week in a row,
- 8:51Speaker 2: Trepp played pretty Well, Trev's playing great at the quarterback position,
- 8:56Speaker 2: just like he did against the Indianapolis Colts.
- 8:58Speaker 4: One place he's really.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Throwing the ball well is outside the numbers, where his
- 9:01Speaker 2: passer rating is over one hundred and one. All that
- 9:04Speaker 2: has to happen is the Jags receivers actually catch the ball.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I guess they'll do better. There's nowhere to go but up.
- 9:10Speaker 2: In terms of that, I think they get the win.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Cynthia like too.
- 9:13Speaker 1: We'll make it a We have a meme alert here
- 9:15Speaker 1: because I also have the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- 9:18Speaker 5: We're not confident to eighteen, clearly, don't.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Yeah, we have the Patriots covering. We love you too,
- 9:23Speaker 3: all three of us exactly.
- 9:25Speaker 1: It's clearly a huge dealer. Anyways, when I'm looking at
- 9:28Speaker 1: this matchup, it really is Tank Bigsby. That makes me
- 9:31Speaker 1: kind of pushed over the edge on this. Why we
- 9:33Speaker 1: have one hundred and forty three yards after contact?
- 9:36Speaker 5: That is a big deal.
- 9:37Speaker 1: You were watching it right here. He was tackled maybe
- 9:39Speaker 1: twice or maybe one and a half times there and
- 9:41Speaker 1: he ends up in the end zone. Well, this defense
- 9:44Speaker 1: he's going up against in the Patriots, they've allowed the
- 9:46Speaker 1: third most one hundred and thirty one yards two such runs.
- 9:49Speaker 1: So for me, a little bit more stability in the
- 9:51Speaker 1: run game. That kind of helps with some of the
- 9:53Speaker 1: weirdness we've seen from either quarterback. I feel more confident
- 9:56Speaker 1: about this ability to run as I do the other side.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And so there's the competit's coming.
- 10:01Speaker 5: For me, I could see, well.
- 10:02Speaker 4: No, it's coming. For the fans, this is there.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Take the meme alert at that point if we're all
- 10:09Speaker 2: on the wrong side of this one matrix.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Fans used to different confetti. This is just nextually, this
- 10:14Speaker 3: is better. This is my undefeated week confetti. I'm gonna
- 10:16Speaker 3: take out again. Yeah, go Jags.
- 10:18Speaker 2: At this point, oh good, buddy, touchdowns and group hugs.
- 10:21Speaker 2: It's time for the drive the Excellence presented by Mercedes Benz.
- 10:24Speaker 2: The Texans and the Packers at Lambeau Stroud versus love
- 10:28Speaker 2: two of the best young quarterbacks in the game. And
- 10:30Speaker 2: I'll start this one off, guys, because I'm taking the
- 10:32Speaker 2: Green Bay Packers in this one twenty six to twenty three.
- 10:36Speaker 2: As the offense is now back with its starting quarterback
- 10:38Speaker 2: for multiple weeks and the play caller Matt Lafleur is
- 10:41Speaker 2: in his bag all season callin plays. Let's just watch
- 10:46Speaker 2: some of this screen game where I got Tucker Craft
- 10:48Speaker 2: going down, the sideline rush, coming in, ball coming out,
- 10:51Speaker 2: more Tucker Craft underneath. They get Melton as well as
- 10:55Speaker 2: Josh Jacobs involved in the screen and by the way,
- 10:58Speaker 2: Jordan Love plus forty eight on EPA on play action
- 11:01Speaker 2: passes since becoming a starter top five, and the in
- 11:04Speaker 2: that it.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Also helps these aids head coach the whole time. I
- 11:07Speaker 4: got the Packers.
- 11:08Speaker 3: I have the Packers as well in this game. And
- 11:11Speaker 3: I'm gonna talk about something that they don't usually tell
- 11:13Speaker 3: you about on television that the Packers defense. Yes, this
- 11:17Speaker 3: side of the ball matters too, and it's not just
- 11:19Speaker 3: Xavier McKenney. A couple of things I noticed with them lately. Obviously,
- 11:22Speaker 3: they're turning the ball over a lot, the pass rush
- 11:24Speaker 3: not consistent. But you're watching two rookies who have stepped up,
- 11:27Speaker 3: Edger and Cooper at linebacker and Evan Williams at safety.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Here's what good coaching staffs do. They evolve over the
- 11:34Speaker 3: course of the season, these two rookies getting more and
- 11:36Speaker 3: more playing time as the season wears on. I think
- 11:38Speaker 3: Cooper's turned out to be their best linebacker position where
- 11:42Speaker 3: they need some help. They have a couple of young
- 11:43Speaker 3: safeties out there. Evan Williams was fantastic last week. So
- 11:47Speaker 3: it's a young group at certain spots. They're still figuring
- 11:50Speaker 3: out where they are at their best. But I think
- 11:53Speaker 3: they're gonna get better and better as they get more
- 11:56Speaker 3: used to this defense. And it's playing against a Texans
- 11:59Speaker 3: offense that CJ. Stroud is great, but it's not always cohesive.
- 12:03Speaker 3: I like the pass to win this game. Twenty seven
- 12:05Speaker 3: to twenty. They cover that three point number.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Let's go go, so you have a field goal, you
- 12:10Speaker 1: have a touchdown.
- 12:11Speaker 5: I have the upset.
- 12:12Speaker 1: I think Houston wins this one Prime Numba twenty five
- 12:17Speaker 1: to twenty four. Why because now we've seen that Joe
- 12:20Speaker 1: Mixon is back, baby, and when he's in the game,
- 12:23Speaker 1: things make a big difference for what CJ. Stroud in
- 12:26Speaker 1: this offense can do. What I feel better if Ygo
- 12:28Speaker 1: Collins were there, Heck yeah, I would, But I still
- 12:31Speaker 1: think that the opportunity that they have with Mixin and
- 12:34Speaker 1: of course when he's healthy, he's had over one hundred
- 12:36Speaker 1: rushing yards in a touchdown in each one of those starts,
- 12:38Speaker 1: which is helpful, but also it's just those early downs
- 12:42Speaker 1: keeping CJ. Stroud ahead of the chase. Now, defenses are
- 12:44Speaker 1: really starting to come up with game plans for CJ.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Stroud specifically, so he's ready to take it to the
- 12:49Speaker 1: next level of quarterbacking, which is he'll have to adapt
- 12:52Speaker 1: and I think that this is a game where you'll
- 12:54Speaker 1: start to see that adapting happen.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Well, he and his Texans have won three straight going
- 12:58Speaker 2: into Sunday's matchup against the Packers.
- 13:00Speaker 4: But you guys know who's won four straight games. That
- 13:02Speaker 4: would be the depending Envy and the Baltimore Ravens.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Since the Week two upset somehow by Gardner Minshew and
- 13:08Speaker 2: the Raiders, lamarn Company have knocked off the Cowboys, Bills, Bengals,
- 13:12Speaker 2: and Commanders on their way to first place in the AFC.
- 13:14Speaker 4: North.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Jackson has ten total touchdowns only one interception came on
- 13:18Speaker 2: a tipball last week against Washington. Now the Ravens go
- 13:22Speaker 2: down to Tampa for Monday Night. Lamar Jackson and Baker
- 13:25Speaker 2: Mayfield two MVP candidates. Great he hates Yeah. Tampa put
- 13:30Speaker 2: up a fifty burger against the Saints. Can they score
- 13:32Speaker 2: enough to beat Baltimore.
- 13:34Speaker 3: No, I mean, we can recognize Baker Mayfield is fine
- 13:37Speaker 3: without just calling people MVP candidates for no reason.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Lamar's the real MVP candidate.
- 13:42Speaker 3: In this game, thirty four to twenty seven, the Ravens
- 13:45Speaker 3: win in a shootout. You want to know why Patricks
- 13:47Speaker 3: in such a good mood every week, It's because his guy,
- 13:49Speaker 3: Lamar Jackson is getting supported by great wide receivers like
- 13:53Speaker 3: Zay Flowers. Heck, this week, Troy Aikman was on the
- 13:56Speaker 3: radio clowning the Cowboys receiver, saying what a good job
- 14:00Speaker 3: they did. He said they should be better route runners
- 14:02Speaker 3: like the Ravens wide receiver. Yes, Zay Flowers has taken
- 14:06Speaker 3: a huge step from year one to year two. He
- 14:08Speaker 3: reminds me a little bit of Jaden Reed in Green
- 14:11Speaker 3: Bay in that you don't see them as a traditional
- 14:14Speaker 3: number one receiver, and yet they're building a passing game
- 14:17Speaker 3: that starts with Zay Flowers. He gets opened deep, he
- 14:20Speaker 3: gets open in the intermedia area. He is really sharp,
- 14:24Speaker 3: and he busts out when they snap the ball. He
- 14:27Speaker 3: is so quick off the line of scrimmage. He gets
- 14:30Speaker 3: opened so quickly that Lamar Jackson is seeing open receivers.
- 14:33Speaker 3: It's not just Flowers, it's also with Shad Bateman. The
- 14:35Speaker 3: best offense in the league by far. The Buccaneers cannot
- 14:38Speaker 3: stop them.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gonna be I think there will be a
- 14:41Speaker 2: lot of points in this game. I've got Baltimore winning
- 14:44Speaker 2: twenty seven to twenty five, just by a pair, because yes,
- 14:47Speaker 2: Baker Mayfield does lead.
- 14:48Speaker 4: The NFL in touchdown passes right now with fifteen grig Well,
- 14:51Speaker 4: we'll see if that continues.
- 14:53Speaker 2: But I just want to shout out one of those
- 14:55Speaker 2: receivers for the Baltimore Ravens.
- 14:57Speaker 4: It's with Shad Bateman.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Yeah, oddly enough, having a solid season in terms of
- 15:02Speaker 2: the way things have gone.
- 15:04Speaker 4: Much maligned Rashad Bateman. Other than the loss.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Of the Raiders, He's had four average jars of separation
- 15:09Speaker 2: in every single game game he taught. He caught every
- 15:11Speaker 2: single one of his targets against the Bills and the Commanders.
- 15:14Speaker 2: A lot of stars to deal with on the Ravens,
- 15:17Speaker 2: and Rashad is right now easing into his role.
- 15:19Speaker 4: I got them by a pair on Monday.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Cynthia, Well, I have a much closer game forecast in
- 15:23Speaker 1: this one. I have Baltimore winning but just by one
- 15:25Speaker 1: point twenty five to twenty four because of that MVP
- 15:28Speaker 1: candidate Baker Mayfield, who I clearly love and who clearly
- 15:31Speaker 1: loves me very much. My relationship with him is much
- 15:35Speaker 1: like his relationship with the game last week, as he
- 15:38Speaker 1: started off pretty poorly with three picks to start the game,
- 15:41Speaker 1: but things ended up coming around. Baker's just put up
- 15:45Speaker 1: some number. Yeah, Greg, Yeah, Greg. So ultimately, when I'm
- 15:49Speaker 1: looking at the opportunity to this team in general, that
- 15:51Speaker 1: was like a bounce Listen, it's a bounce pass. You've
- 15:53Speaker 1: never seen a bounce past before. Come on, you watch basketball.
- 15:56Speaker 4: The way he got there, that was the work that
- 15:57Speaker 4: he did on this exactly.
- 16:00Speaker 1: But hey, look, this is an offense that's finding solutions.
- 16:03Speaker 1: They're finding which is the run game. And you know what,
- 16:05Speaker 1: Baker Mayfield, the MVP candidate, is absolutely making sure that
- 16:10Speaker 1: this happens.
- 16:11Speaker 4: The look you just gave me, sheesh.
- 16:13Speaker 5: I mean, you don't have to do this.
- 16:15Speaker 2: If we will this in new existence, Greg Watos forever,
- 16:18Speaker 2: it's like, it's fine.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Just you could just say he's good. He's good. He's
- 16:21Speaker 5: better than he.
- 16:22Speaker 2: Was coming up the Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams romance is back,
- 16:26Speaker 2: baby will. They picked up right where they left off
- 16:29Speaker 2: and saved the Jets season. We got a huge matchup
- 16:32Speaker 2: Sunday night in Pittsburgh. Who's gonna win? The universe decides.
- 16:35Speaker 2: We'll tell you what we think next.
- 16:42Speaker 4: We're back on game debut.
- 16:43Speaker 2: The Jets made a splash earlier in the week, trading
- 16:46Speaker 2: for Davante Adams. The move reunites Adams with his old
- 16:49Speaker 2: pal Aaron Rodgers. The duo played together in Green Bay
- 16:53Speaker 2: from twenty fourteen to twenty twenty one, connected for sixty
- 16:56Speaker 2: eight touchdowns. Here's what Adams and Rogers had to say
- 16:59Speaker 2: about the trade.
- 17:02Speaker 6: It's been a roller coaster, for sure. It's it's a weird.
- 17:07Speaker 6: It's a weird thing to say, you know that that
- 17:09Speaker 6: I'm I'm happy, but you know, obviously it was time
- 17:12Speaker 6: for a change, and uh, you know, this whole thing
- 17:14Speaker 6: kind of transpired a little, a little weird. But it's
- 17:17Speaker 6: at the end of the day, I'm you know, we
- 17:18Speaker 6: we're in a better place. I think that Raiders are
- 17:20Speaker 6: in a better place as well, and uh, you know,
- 17:22Speaker 6: everybody can kind of move on.
- 17:24Speaker 7: Looks like he's drunking the elixir from the Fountain of Youth.
- 17:27Speaker 7: As I watched some of his clips. We went back
- 17:30Speaker 7: and watched some old twenty fourteen stuff when he was
- 17:33Speaker 7: a rookie, and I lovingly call him fat Tay because
- 17:37Speaker 7: he was, you know, over two twenty. Then he got
- 17:40Speaker 7: real serious about his diet and his health and got
- 17:42Speaker 7: down to under two ten, and you know, Speed came
- 17:45Speaker 7: back and became, you know, the dynamic player that he
- 17:49Speaker 7: is today. So it's been a you know, strange twenty
- 17:52Speaker 7: four hours, but uh, but really fun to see my friend.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Hey camp trip to get to the Fountain of Youth
- 17:58Speaker 2: paying off for the Jets that they got the Steelers
- 18:00Speaker 2: Sunday night, Gang Green clearly pushing all their tips in
- 18:03Speaker 2: the middle of the table. Steelers still haven't officially announced
- 18:06Speaker 2: their starting quarterback as the time we're doing this. Interested
- 18:09Speaker 2: to know if that decision plays a role in your pick, Greg.
- 18:12Speaker 5: A little one.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Yes, I would trust Justin Fields more than Russell Wilson.
- 18:15Speaker 3: I don't think it's a smart decision. I expect it
- 18:17Speaker 3: to be Russell Wilson. But either way, I'm taking the
- 18:19Speaker 3: Jets to win this game twenty one to seventeen. There's
- 18:23Speaker 3: nothing better than adding a Hall of Famer in the
- 18:26Speaker 3: middle of your season. Well, I guess you could have
- 18:29Speaker 3: done it before the season started. That would have been nice,
- 18:31Speaker 3: Like he probably was available.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Then you gotta fire your coach first.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but here's what I know about Devanta Adams. He's
- 18:38Speaker 3: still a top ten receiver. If you want a little
- 18:40Speaker 3: litmus test to see who's like phoning in their job
- 18:44Speaker 3: as an analyst, it's the people that are saying, oh, you,
- 18:47Speaker 3: DeVante Adams is on the decline and he's past his
- 18:50Speaker 3: prime and you're just adding an old, aging wide receiver.
- 18:53Speaker 3: He's still a top ten guy. He's still getting wide open.
- 18:55Speaker 3: He's still one of the best receivers at the catchpoint.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Him and Garrett Wilson are one of the best one
- 18:59Speaker 3: to two receiver combinations in the league. I think it's
- 19:02Speaker 3: a mismatch against this Steelers second twenty one seventeen.
- 19:05Speaker 5: Let's go Jets. I can't believe I just said that.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Okay, Well, I also say let's go Jets twenty one
- 19:10Speaker 1: to twenty a little bit closer for me, Why because
- 19:14Speaker 1: I'm looking at this change to probably Russell Wilson, and
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'm thinking that we'll get more volatility here. Russell Wilson
- 19:20Speaker 1: is very likely to pass the ball more often than
- 19:22Speaker 1: we saw Justin Fields. This was the second most run
- 19:25Speaker 1: heavy team in the league with Justin Fields under center.
- 19:28Speaker 1: So I'm expecting some of those deep gashes, some of
- 19:31Speaker 1: those intermediate things, some of the things we've seen from
- 19:33Speaker 1: characteristic Russ. I don't think he's going to be that
- 19:35Speaker 1: rusher that we saw, that scrambler that we saw from
- 19:39Speaker 1: Justin Fields. So to me, when you have a little
- 19:41Speaker 1: bit more of that like home run capability, it keeps
- 19:43Speaker 1: the score a little closer because there's this element of
- 19:45Speaker 1: surprise that could potentially come up against this very good defense.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Okay, well there I've got a surprise. What is the show?
- 19:52Speaker 2: I'm taking the home team on a stray on once again.
- 19:55Speaker 4: I've got the Pittsburgh Steelers here.
- 19:56Speaker 2: As with Greg, I would prefer Justin Field's start for
- 19:59Speaker 2: the purposes of this pick and picking the Steelers. But
- 20:02Speaker 2: then I thought about what it took for the Jets
- 20:05Speaker 2: to score twenty points against the Bills. It was a
- 20:07Speaker 2: hail Mary Aaron Rodgers getting sacked four times on seven pressures.
- 20:11Speaker 2: There was also Garrett Wilson on a great toe touch
- 20:14Speaker 2: in the back of the end zone on third down.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Ajfanesse and Greg Russo get replaced by Alex high Smith,
- 20:20Speaker 2: who's back and TJ.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Watt.
- 20:22Speaker 2: I don't necessarily trust this Jets offensive line, and I agree.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I think back to another aging wide receiver playing for
- 20:28Speaker 2: the Raiders getting traded to an AFC East team and opportunity.
- 20:32Speaker 4: I think they could do that.
- 20:33Speaker 2: It's just a tough spot against Pittsburgh. I got the
- 20:36Speaker 2: Steelers here, so yeah, the betting public is not expecting
- 20:40Speaker 2: a ton of points and this one. Let's take a
- 20:41Speaker 2: look at the rest of the lowest over unders for
- 20:45Speaker 2: the week. Right behind the Jets Steelers is the Titans, Bills,
- 20:48Speaker 2: and then the Cleveland Browns found their way on this graphic.
- 20:51Speaker 4: Once again, the over undersitting.
- 20:53Speaker 3: There over Patriots Jags in London. I'm feeling that two
- 20:56Speaker 3: terrible defenses.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Okay, there's an extra fock pick. It's time to get
- 20:59Speaker 2: to some more quick picks. We got the Titans and
- 21:01Speaker 2: the Bills again expected to be low scoring. Buffalo traded
- 21:04Speaker 2: wide receiver are Mariy Cooper on Tuesday? Do they extend
- 21:07Speaker 2: their win streak to.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Tuson They do by nine points. I have twenty seven
- 21:10Speaker 1: to eighteen. Let's talk about what Amari Cooper is right,
- 21:12Speaker 1: He's one of the best route runners, most reliable route
- 21:15Speaker 1: runners in the entire NFL. He has a number four
- 21:18Speaker 1: hundred and seventy three. That's how many yards that he
- 21:20Speaker 1: would have had on Aaron Targets this year as a Brown.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Let's call it that. That's a nice way of doing it.
- 21:26Speaker 1: There will be less errant targets when he is a
- 21:29Speaker 1: Bill and when you talk about he's not a burner,
- 21:31Speaker 1: he's not going to let Tyreek kill you, but he's
- 21:33Speaker 1: going to be exactly where he needs to be and
- 21:34Speaker 1: create the separation that that Bill is the offense needs.
- 21:37Speaker 2: We're all on the Buffalo Bills go to the Panthers
- 21:39Speaker 2: and Commanders. Jayden Daniels squad came up short last week
- 21:42Speaker 2: against the Ravens, who they bounced back.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Greg, Yes, they do.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I think it's going to be a high scoring game,
- 21:46Speaker 3: thirty to twenty three. Panthers get a lot of points,
- 21:48Speaker 3: but Terry McLaurin gets more. Look, the Washington Commanders have
- 21:53Speaker 3: a top three offense by any metric, and almost their
- 21:57Speaker 3: entire passing game is built out of Terry McLaurin he
- 22:00Speaker 3: is getting over fifty one percent of their total air
- 22:03Speaker 3: yards going to this one man. That is the highest
- 22:06Speaker 3: percentage on any team to any receiver in the entire league.
- 22:10Speaker 5: And it's working.
- 22:11Speaker 3: So for all those Terry fans out there that said,
- 22:14Speaker 3: like this guy can be not just a one receiver,
- 22:16Speaker 3: but a one receiver dominating a top tier offense, this
- 22:20Speaker 3: has been a beautiful year. He keeps it going against
- 22:23Speaker 3: the Panthers.
- 22:23Speaker 2: He deserves it because he's had some guys playing quarterback
- 22:27Speaker 2: for Let's go to the Rams and Raiders that so far,
- 22:29Speaker 2: I think Sean mcvay's squad gets their second win of
- 22:32Speaker 2: the season here, winning at twenty two to seventeen. That's
- 22:34Speaker 2: seventeen probably only coming via Brock Bowers, who is now
- 22:38Speaker 2: the team fun ad, and O'Connell fact he has zero scrambling.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Now in his entire career. Now the Rams running the
- 22:43Speaker 4: ball won't be a problem.
- 22:45Speaker 2: On the other side, the Raiders missed sixteen tackles against
- 22:47Speaker 2: the Broncos. Saw Naji have the best game of his
- 22:50Speaker 2: season last week. Coming into the game. They're the number
- 22:53Speaker 2: thirty rush efficiency defense in the league.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Gimme Sean and the Boys. But yeah, ain't O'Connell stat
- 22:58Speaker 4: is bananas.
- 22:59Speaker 5: Listen.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I would like someone. I'd even take a man's bleen
- 23:02Speaker 1: of this one. Why is that happening? Please tell me?
- 23:04Speaker 1: I just need to know.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Keep it going, hand plating it to me.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I don't understand it.
- 23:08Speaker 4: Well, see if you can take it your whole career.
- 23:10Speaker 4: I want to watch. It's time for more or less.
- 23:13Speaker 2: All hands on hands here as we talk about some
- 23:16Speaker 2: player props for the London game, Cynthia more or less
- 23:19Speaker 2: than two hundred and four passing yards for Drake may Oh.
- 23:22Speaker 5: We're starting with a less oh boo.
- 23:24Speaker 1: It's not because I think he's gonna have a bad
- 23:26Speaker 1: game or that I think that somehow the Jags defense
- 23:28Speaker 1: is going to get really, really, like considerably better. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: just think this game will have fewer possessions. I think
- 23:33Speaker 1: they're going to run the ball a little bit more
- 23:34Speaker 1: on both sides of it. And I just think one
- 23:36Speaker 1: hundred and ninety five is where he lands in my model.
- 23:39Speaker 1: So I think that's a little bit less than two
- 23:40Speaker 1: and four and a half.
- 23:41Speaker 2: All right, starting with a less Greg trev one and
- 23:44Speaker 2: a half passing touchdowns?
- 23:46Speaker 4: What do you see?
- 23:47Speaker 5: I am not going double least, let's go more.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Look, this Patriots defense has been the most disappointing aspect
- 23:54Speaker 3: to this season. They've lost a lot of key pieces,
- 23:57Speaker 3: but even then, undisciplined guys not really containing their rush lanes,
- 24:01Speaker 3: wide open receivers really by anyone not covered by Christin Gonzalez,
- 24:07Speaker 3: Trevor Lawrence as Patrick Mention has played pretty well the
- 24:09Speaker 3: last two weeks, So I do not think they're going
- 24:12Speaker 3: to have trouble moving the ball.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Like I said, I like more points in this game
- 24:16Speaker 5: than expecting.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Yeah, let's get the highest scoring London game of all
- 24:18Speaker 2: time points traditionally down over there, I'll take the last
- 24:21Speaker 2: one more or less than fifty four receiving yards for
- 24:24Speaker 2: Brian Thomas Junior, and I think BTJ goes north of
- 24:27Speaker 2: that number, because yes, I think the Jags pass catchers
- 24:30Speaker 2: will do the second part of that and catch the
- 24:32Speaker 2: ball this week, not like they did against the Bears,
- 24:35Speaker 2: and Brian Thomas Junior having an exciting, probably the most
- 24:39Speaker 2: promising thing for the Jags season.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Here in twenty twenty four.

- 25:11Speaker 2: Walker and Bijon at the top, but then Drake London,
- 25:15Speaker 2: DK Metcalf and Darnell Mooney behind them. Looking forward to
- 25:18Speaker 2: this when the Battle of the birds.
- 25:21Speaker 4: We have a few in the NFL.
- 25:23Speaker 2: The Falcons coming into this game winning three straight. On
- 25:26Speaker 2: the other side, the Seahawks dropping three in a row.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Who I guess figures out the right side of a
- 25:31Speaker 2: streak this time.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I mean I have a four point win for Atlanta
- 25:35Speaker 1: in this matchup. You just give me a thumbs down.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't like your pick. Wow, that's kind of
- 25:41Speaker 3: giving away my pick later.
- 25:43Speaker 4: That's passion right there.
- 25:45Speaker 5: I like Gino. You know, there's a lot of go whatever. Sorry.
- 25:47Speaker 1: When I'm looking at this match, I'm looking at Kirk Cousins'
- 25:50Speaker 1: ability to connect with Drake London. This has been one
- 25:53Speaker 1: area that has been quite consistent when I'm looking to see, Okay,
- 25:57Speaker 1: this a ligne the run game. What have they done
- 26:00Speaker 1: for Kirk Cousins. Well, when they keep him clean, he
- 26:02Speaker 1: really has a great opportunity to connect with Drake London.
- 26:05Speaker 1: This is an area where I know that we're talking
- 26:07Speaker 1: about some increased health for Seattle's defense, which has been
- 26:10Speaker 1: very decimated to injury. If they do get some of those,
- 26:14Speaker 1: it's okay. They will find the mismatches with Drake London
- 26:16Speaker 1: somewhere else. End zone for Drake Lennon.
- 26:19Speaker 2: All right, Greg, I guess get your thumb ready, because
- 26:22Speaker 2: I too like the Falcons here, I see him with
- 26:24Speaker 2: the rushing defense of the Seahawks can provide. In the
- 26:27Speaker 2: last few weeks, the answer is not very much. The
- 26:30Speaker 2: Seahawks saw the Niners go for two hundred and twenty
- 26:32Speaker 2: eight yards, and the week before Tyrone Tracy Junior had
- 26:36Speaker 2: his coming out party, the Giants go for one hundred
- 26:38Speaker 2: and seventy five on the ground. Tyler Alzier and Bijohn
- 26:41Speaker 2: Robinson both playing good football.
- 26:43Speaker 4: Right now.
- 26:43Speaker 2: I fear that the Hawks might be playing catch up
- 26:46Speaker 2: in this one, and the run game keeps Gino on
- 26:50Speaker 2: the sideline, Greg, but I think I know you're a
- 26:52Speaker 2: pick here.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Yes, yes, you're gonna pick look Atlanta. No, it was
- 26:56Speaker 3: nothing personal here. I'm just sick of this Falcons team.
- 27:00Speaker 3: They are the team this season. To me, it's like
- 27:02Speaker 3: they can't keep getting away with this. How do they
- 27:04Speaker 3: win these games where Kirk Cousins doesn't move. They're not
- 27:08Speaker 3: going to on Sunday, Let's give it the just Greg treatment.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Seahawks on the road win by a touchdown their offense.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Gino is going to be so excited throwing a dk
- 27:16Speaker 3: Metcalf because finally he gets to face a team that
- 27:19Speaker 3: doesn't really get much pressure on him. He can be
- 27:22Speaker 3: back there and pocket with some time, and this is
- 27:24Speaker 3: a bit of a squeaky wheel game. Not that dk
- 27:26Speaker 3: Metcalf is complaining, it's quite the opposite. He apologized for
- 27:30Speaker 3: some mental mistakes he said he made in the last game.
- 27:33Speaker 5: He doesn't need to apologize.
- 27:34Speaker 3: It's more that I feel the matchup physically against this
- 27:38Speaker 3: Falcon secondary and in a week where he was kind
- 27:41Speaker 3: of the main character, everyone's blaming him for a bad week.
- 27:44Speaker 5: I think he responds.
- 27:45Speaker 3: They get to win twenty seven to twenty and yes,
- 27:48Speaker 3: this is not a team in Atlanta that I think
- 27:50Speaker 3: really should be winning four straight, and.
- 27:52Speaker 5: It's not a team in Seattle that should be losing
- 27:54Speaker 5: four straight. So there we go. Just Greg it up.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Falcon Social, Please do something about this, because you have
- 28:01Speaker 1: a great social team. Please do something about this. And
- 28:03Speaker 1: all these stumbs down.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Give me that aerial you know, stadium shot.
- 28:06Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, to hype up the fans. Get everybody going.
- 28:09Speaker 4: It's Greg. I hate this Falcons team. That was the
- 28:11Speaker 4: season for cens sports book.

- 28:37Speaker 2: They got Kyler and the Cardinals on Monday Night. Who's
- 28:39Speaker 2: got the edge. We'll tell you right after this break.
- 28:42Speaker 5: It was Jim Harbaugh and the Bears back of the day.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Yeah, oh body, I love that. Shout out to the Cardinals.
- 28:54Speaker 2: The Bolts who take on the Cardinals in the desert
- 28:56Speaker 2: the second to two games Monday Night Herbert versus Kyler.
- 28:59Speaker 2: It should be fun. It's the Monday night game too, Cynthia.
- 29:02Speaker 2: What do you see taking place?
- 29:03Speaker 1: I love Mona eight games, but I'm taking the Chargers
- 29:06Speaker 1: here twenty three to twenty. I just want to talk
- 29:08Speaker 1: about one trend for Justin Herbert that's really fascinating overall.
- 29:12Speaker 1: He's thrown the ball two point eight six seconds. It's
- 29:14Speaker 1: like ten facet but when he throws it in under
- 29:17Speaker 1: two point five seconds, things are good. Eight yards per attempt,
- 29:21Speaker 1: five point eight air yards per attempt, both ranked number
- 29:24Speaker 1: two in the league. And by the way, this Arizona
- 29:26Speaker 1: defense they allow seven point three air yards allowed. Sorry
- 29:30Speaker 1: per attempt. English not my first language, but then I'm
- 29:33Speaker 1: walking to this opportunity here, and I think it's a
- 29:36Speaker 1: good one for them to really just you know, lad
- 29:38Speaker 1: maconk it up.
- 29:39Speaker 5: Wait, so what is your first language?
- 29:40Speaker 4: Math?
- 29:41Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 29:41Speaker 1: Yeah, Math is language universal language.
- 29:45Speaker 5: Numbers.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Everybody knows numbers.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Okay, So I looked at the numbers two and I'm
- 29:49Speaker 3: with you justin Herbert to me, looked better last week,
- 29:51Speaker 3: but you have already talked about him. Let's talk about
- 29:53Speaker 3: this side that doesn't get a lot of love. It's
- 29:55Speaker 3: the Chargers defense, and they should get more love. They're
- 29:57Speaker 3: leading the NFL in points allowed. They have not given
- 30:02Speaker 3: up twenty points in a game this season, twenty or.
- 30:05Speaker 5: Fewer each week.
- 30:06Speaker 3: So I've got actually the Cardinals right at that number,
- 30:08Speaker 3: twenty three to twenty. The Chargers win, and look, part
- 30:12Speaker 3: of it has been the schedule. They haven't faced the
- 30:14Speaker 3: best offenses in the league, but most of it is
- 30:16Speaker 3: they're just very technically sound. When you watch them, Jesse
- 30:19Speaker 3: Minners defense does not give up a lot of big plays.
- 30:22Speaker 5: Very tough.
- 30:23Speaker 3: They're getting production out of players that didn't cost a
- 30:26Speaker 3: lot in free agency, like Poona Ford, and they pick
- 30:29Speaker 3: up a guy like Elijah Molden and he's making plays.
- 30:32Speaker 3: So I think it's really good coaching the Chargers. They
- 30:34Speaker 3: won't give you anything easy. I think they get the win.
- 30:37Speaker 2: I have the Arizona Cardinals right around that twenty point
- 30:40Speaker 2: as well, twenty one points, and.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Then I have the Chargers getting twenty.
- 30:43Speaker 2: I've got the Arizona Cardinals in this game, And how
- 30:46Speaker 2: do you get to this Chargers defense? Will I was
- 30:49Speaker 2: watching bow Knicks last week average ten yards of carry
- 30:53Speaker 2: on the ground, and so what's up next, Kyler Murray.
- 30:57Speaker 2: The way that this Cardinals defense gives up points is
- 31:00Speaker 2: through the explosive plays. They are in the bottom ten
- 31:03Speaker 2: in the NFL in giving up explosive plays. Well, now
- 31:06Speaker 2: you're playing a Chargers team that's not really piloting explosive
- 31:10Speaker 2: plays up.
- 31:10Speaker 4: Yeah. JK.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Dobbins can get loose for a couple of plays, but
- 31:13Speaker 2: it's not like Greg Roman is threatening deep play.
- 31:16Speaker 4: After play after play.
- 31:18Speaker 2: I got the Cardinals winning on a fun Monday night
- 31:21Speaker 2: game this week.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Yeah, well do, but they're all home like this. This
- 31:26Speaker 1: is a really smart He's strategic, Ladies and gentlemen. He
- 31:31Speaker 1: is strategic.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Occasionally a thought runs through this empty sailboat fuel head
- 31:36Speaker 2: of mine as we get to some more quick picks
- 31:38Speaker 2: here on Game Day View, the Eagles and the Giants
- 31:41Speaker 2: at MetLife, Saquon's first.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Game against his old team.
- 31:44Speaker 2: E Lakue neighbors back at practice for the g Man
- 31:46Speaker 2: to Saquon get revenge, Cynthia, I don't.
- 31:48Speaker 4: Know what revenge is.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Yeah, he has a really good game twenty four to twenty.
- 31:52Speaker 1: The Eagles win this one in a very convincing as
- 31:54Speaker 1: in more convincing than three points fashion. Saquon Barkley's opportunity
- 31:58Speaker 1: behind an O line that ranks no worse than tenth
- 32:01Speaker 1: in any computer vision metric when it comes to running,
- 32:03Speaker 1: and that is, by the way, kind of double what
- 32:06Speaker 1: he had in his best situation as a Giant. It
- 32:09Speaker 1: was like eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth and that in those same metrics.
- 32:12Speaker 1: So yes, Saquon a lot of revenge or just another
- 32:16Speaker 1: good game at met Life because he has most yards there,
- 32:18Speaker 1: like he just this is where he lives. This is
- 32:20Speaker 1: his home. You're bringing him home and he's not.
- 32:22Speaker 5: Gonna run all over the way.
- 32:23Speaker 3: The real revenge game is Makai Beckton, who says I
- 32:25Speaker 3: did not enjoy playing in that yeah, that turf when
- 32:28Speaker 3: he was a member of the Jets. I just hope
- 32:30Speaker 3: the Eagles win this game, because no team has less
- 32:33Speaker 3: fun when they win games than the Eagles. Like Dick Siriani, right,
- 32:38Speaker 3: it's clear.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I have anointed myself like the chief cringe officer, and
- 32:42Speaker 1: that is heat flag on that play that that was
- 32:45Speaker 1: a little cringey, Little Cringey, throw the cringe flag.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Yes, let's get to the Bengals and the Browns. Kevin
- 32:50Speaker 2: Stefanski sticking with the Shan Watson. Does that get a win?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Gren?
- 32:54Speaker 6: No?
- 32:55Speaker 3: But I want to speak about the Browns positively. They're
- 32:58Speaker 3: gonna cover the points spread home. They won't win the game,
- 33:01Speaker 3: but they're gonna cover Bengals twenty four to twenty. But
- 33:03Speaker 3: they have mister Browns. Nick Chubb is back on the
- 33:06Speaker 3: field last see. One of the best running backs of
- 33:11Speaker 3: the last twenty years and has had to overcome so
- 33:14Speaker 3: much because of this injury. Wrote a beautiful letter on
- 33:17Speaker 3: the Players Tribune this week, and I want to believe
- 33:20Speaker 3: in a world where Nick Chubb not only has an
- 33:22Speaker 3: emotional return I'm sure he's gonna get embraced by the
- 33:25Speaker 3: fans like no other, but produces against a bad Bengals
- 33:29Speaker 3: rush defense. I'm not convinced that one game against the
- 33:33Speaker 3: Giants means this defense is back. I think the Browns
- 33:35Speaker 3: are too big an underdog here. They keep it close
- 33:38Speaker 3: because Nick Chubb does amazing things on the field, and
- 33:41Speaker 3: he does it on Sunday.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Yes, and he just deserves it. We were rooting for
- 33:46Speaker 2: Nick Chubb in this one. But yeah, we're all on
- 33:48Speaker 2: the Cincinnati Bengals here as that offense playing some pretty
- 33:52Speaker 2: good football.
- 33:52Speaker 4: Defense played better last.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Week as well to the Dolphins and the Colts in Indianapolis.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Anthony Richardson expected back at quarterbacks. Sorry, Flipper, We're all
- 34:03Speaker 2: at least the Colts eighteen to sixteen in this one.
- 34:07Speaker 4: Yes, it is a meme alert.
- 34:09Speaker 2: And I'm looking over at a wide receiver now a
- 34:12Speaker 2: note on Alec Pierce did miss practice on Thursday, but
- 34:15Speaker 2: playing really good football late in games, especially last week.
- 34:19Speaker 2: I'm looking up at Joe Flacco throw deep targets to
- 34:22Speaker 2: Alec Pierce.
- 34:22Speaker 4: He's open. They couldn't make the.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Connection going, but time and time again, Alec Pearce is
- 34:27Speaker 2: opened deep. I think either one of these quarterbacks can
- 34:30Speaker 2: hit them. And yeah, sometimes Anthony Richardson misses, but when
- 34:33Speaker 2: he hits with Pierce, it's good for sake.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Don't forget age hand. Put him in your lineup. He
- 34:39Speaker 1: will be in the end zone. Just don't forget. He
- 34:41Speaker 1: wasn't there last time. Then they had a bye week,
- 34:43Speaker 1: so this could be some fantasy move. Put him in
- 34:44Speaker 1: your lineup right.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Now, Sneaky big game in the AFC, because I think
- 34:48Speaker 3: one of these teams is going to get their act
- 34:50Speaker 3: together down the stretch, and if they win this game,
- 34:52Speaker 3: the record is looking just find.
- 34:53Speaker 5: Despite not really playing their best. So one of these
- 34:55Speaker 5: teams big game.
- 34:56Speaker 4: One of these teams will be better after this game.
- 34:59Speaker 2: Time now for write this down as we get to
- 35:01Speaker 2: some predictions for Week seven, as we're glad.
- 35:04Speaker 4: To have Greg Becken backing to write this down. Game.
- 35:07Speaker 4: Give it to the people.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Yes, but I'm going back over to London at least
- 35:10Speaker 3: in terms of my picks.
- 35:11Speaker 5: I'm feeling great with this right down.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Drake May is getting over twenty nine and a half
- 35:17Speaker 3: rushing yards in this game.
- 35:19Speaker 5: Here's how the game is gonna go.
- 35:20Speaker 3: The Jaguars are gonna get quick pressure because they have
- 35:23Speaker 3: some very talented pass rushers and the Patriots offensive line
- 35:27Speaker 3: is one of the worst units in NFL history. Drake May,
- 35:30Speaker 3: who's athletic as hell, is gonna get out of the
- 35:33Speaker 3: way and rush for about I'm gonna go fifty sixty
- 35:35Speaker 3: yards and I'm gonna give you a free little write
- 35:37Speaker 3: this down here.
- 35:38Speaker 5: I like the over in this game.
- 35:40Speaker 3: They're going over forty three points to whatever it is
- 35:42Speaker 3: Jaguars Patriots, both these defenses struggling. I think it's gonna
- 35:46Speaker 3: be a high scoring game. We have a lot of
- 35:48Speaker 3: fun in London this week.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Do you usually make people pay for your write this downs? Anyways,
- 35:53Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you both of mine for free. I'm
- 35:55Speaker 1: gonna add one too. I think Kyrine Williams scores a
- 35:58Speaker 1: touchdown against the Raiders. This one feels like taking money
- 36:01Speaker 1: from a baby or king a baby. He's done now
- 36:04Speaker 1: in eight straight games. I think we now make it nine.
- 36:07Speaker 1: And then also in this game, that guy, that tight
- 36:09Speaker 1: end who every time I say he's gonna get in
- 36:11Speaker 1: the end zone, he doesn't, And then the one week
- 36:12Speaker 1: I don't say he does, he's on the other end
- 36:14Speaker 1: of this matchup. He's a rookie. He went to Georgia.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say his name, but he's gonna end
- 36:17Speaker 1: up in the en zone.
- 36:18Speaker 4: Two.
- 36:18Speaker 1: And that one was also for free, because all of
- 36:20Speaker 1: my righte this downs are for free.
- 36:22Speaker 4: Yes, mine are all free.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Having experience now with multiple children taking candy from them
- 36:27Speaker 2: is a lot more difficult than some people will imagine.
- 36:29Speaker 2: But one thing that I don't think is difficult is
- 36:32Speaker 2: Jordan Love running for over seven yards against the Houston Texas.
- 36:36Speaker 2: I initially saw the number, it was a little bit different,
- 36:39Speaker 2: but then when it comes back to me at seven yards,
- 36:42Speaker 2: I'm thinking, okay. Jordan Love has run the ball nine
- 36:44Speaker 2: times this season. He's gone over seven yards in two
- 36:48Speaker 2: of those games. One game he didn't run the ball
- 36:51Speaker 2: at all. That was in the opener, and then against
- 36:53Speaker 2: Brian Floor. Is this team where he's coming back playing
- 36:55Speaker 2: a little hurt. He only runs the ball one time.
- 36:58Speaker 2: I think he runs enough to get seven yards and
- 37:01Speaker 2: keep my right this down street going.
- 37:02Speaker 3: I love that one because it can be broken on
- 37:04Speaker 3: any play. You just gotta stay locked in opportunity.
- 37:07Speaker 5: That's right.
- 37:07Speaker 1: You just gotta keep watching. Everything's gonna be good.
- 37:09Speaker 5: It's gonna be a lot of fun.
- 37:10Speaker 4: Keep watching us. We'll be back next week.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Enjoy Week seven and we'll see you and we'll sweep
- 37:15Speaker 2: up this confetti.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Thanks for watching.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Thumbs up for you, thumbs down for Greg.
