1102: Delegate, Automate, Eliminate
Today on the podcast, we are talking about personal assistants. This isn't about clinical assistants, business managers, or anything like that. The topic today is around when and how to hire a personal assistant whose sole job is to make your life easier. Alastair and Ashlee get into ad placement, determining who is right for the job, and how to delegate tasks to them in a way that really does free up your life.
During the show, they cover:
Using the data to determine when it's time for an assistant
Finding people from other industries
Filling in your weaknesses
The art of explicit directions…
