- 0:01Speaker 1: To bless us this first day of the month of March.
- 0:05Speaker 2: We have god chosen servants in our midst God that's
- 0:10ordaining for a moment like this to bless alive all
- 0:14the way from Abuja. Help me welcome God's servant Apostle
- 0:21Joshua Selman to.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Bless our lives.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Go ahead and celebrate the grace of God upon this life.
- 0:27Go ahead, Go ahead, celebrate the grace of God upon
- 0:31his life.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Go ahead. Allelujah, Good evening, everybody.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Let me start by communicating my honor and greetings to
- 0:46His Excellency the Governor and her excellency. Thank you so much,
- 0:50and all protocols duly observed. I bless the Lord for
- 0:54this privilege, and I trust that the moments that we
- 0:58have to share would be most profitable. In Jesus name,
- 1:01shall we pray, Father, thank you, Thank you for your grace.
- 1:05The Bible declares that the entrance of your world give
- 1:09a light and even understanding to the symbol. We have
- 1:13come to learn. We have come to increase in knowledge,
- 1:18and I pray that you will grant us access to
- 1:21the truths of the Kingdom and let our lives show
- 1:25In the name of Jesus, we pray, O God, that
- 1:28whilst you do this, you will continually lift this state,
- 1:32that a quaibum will become a sign and a wonder
- 1:36in this nation and even to the nations of the earth,
- 1:40that you are people that have been marvelously.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Helped of God. In Jesus' name, I pray.
- 1:48Speaker 3: I must take a minute or two to sincerely commend
- 1:51this entire prayer project. I was very humbled when I
- 1:56got to find out that this is a sacrifice that,
- 1:59without fail happens in this state. It is not something
- 2:05to just sweep under the carpet. The Bible is very
- 2:08intentional about what happens to a people and leaders who
- 2:13are very vocal about God. In fact, the Bible says
- 2:16this about Whosiah. He said that for as long as
- 2:20he sought the Lord, the Lord made him to prosper allelujah.
- 2:26And so I truly want to commend his excellency for
- 2:28the courage.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I believe it takes a.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Lot of that to see to it that this project
- 2:34continues to happen, and sad the Lord honor you and
- 2:37also appreciate all who have stood.
- 2:39Speaker 1: By him on this wise. In the name of Jesus.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I'm teaching very briefly on the subject of prevailing prayer.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I believe that.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Prayer has to be taught for believers to effectively pray.
- 2:58We are a people of prayer. We are a nation
- 3:01of prayer. Africa is a continent of prayer. But I
- 3:05submit to you that with reference to the intelligence that
- 3:09Scripture provides, most people have not been able to contend
- 3:13for the kind of prayer that produces results. We see
- 3:18this in the life of the disciples. There were first
- 3:21disciples of John before a number of them became the
- 3:25disciples of Jesus. And they noticed that there was a
- 3:29way and a manner that Jesus prayed that made him
- 3:33to have results. And so in their frustration they opened
- 3:36up to him and they said, teach us to pray.
- 3:39You find that in Luke chapter eleven, from verse one,
- 3:42teach us to pray. This was not an issue of prayerlessness.
- 3:49This was an issue of unprofitable, resultless prayer.
- 3:53Speaker 1: They were not prayer less people.
- 3:55Speaker 3: They noticed that there was a way they approached prayer
- 3:58that didn't produce results, and so they beckoned on Jesus
- 4:03and said, teachers to pray. Like John, also taught his
- 4:07disciples Allelujah, so prayer can be taught.
- 4:11Speaker 1: The consolation for the believer.
- 4:13Speaker 3: In prayer is that you are confident that in prayer
- 4:18you will receive and not just that you receive body
- 4:21to be made manifest.
- 4:23Speaker 1: It is my considered opinion that no.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Believer will truly become and remain prayer less if you
- 4:30know how to get results in prayer, because nobody leaves
- 4:33what works.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 4:36Speaker 3: The prayerlessness of many believers is an attestation to the
- 4:39frustration that many have received in an attempt to communicate
- 4:44with this God who has communicated.
- 4:48Speaker 1: His love and his desire to reach down to people.
- 4:51Speaker 3: We pray using all kinds of formulas, and sadly, for
- 4:54many believers, it's becoming a ritual that does not have
- 4:58any potency any results. So my assignment within the moments
- 5:04that we have is for us to look deeper from
- 5:08God's world to help construct our understanding about the kind
- 5:12of prayer that works away Together.
- 5:14Speaker 1: For reference, let's look at James chapter five.
- 5:18Speaker 3: I'll begin my reading from verse thirteen and then will
- 5:20end at eighteen.
- 5:22Speaker 1: James chapter five.
- 5:26Speaker 3: He said, it's any among you afflicted, let him pray
- 5:31so upfront the Bible, the scriptural recommendation for affliction is prayer.
- 5:37That every time you find out that things are going
- 5:41in your life as it shouldn't be, the biblical recommendation
- 5:46to manage that situation is to pray. Is any one
- 5:51of you afflicted, the Bible says, let him pray, is
- 5:54any Mary? Let him sing Psalms to eighteen. Now he says,
- 5:58it's any sick among you. Let him call or the
- 6:00elders of the church, and let them pray over him,
- 6:03anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
- 6:06Then he says, the prayer of faith shall save the sick.
- 6:09So prayer can save you. See the character of prayer
- 6:13demonstrated here. Prayer is not an empty spiritual exercise. It
- 6:18sustains the power to save, in this case the sick.
- 6:22But it is not only the sick that prayer saves.
- 6:25Prayer has the character of salvation. Are we together, it says,
- 6:29And if he had committed any sins, they shall be
- 6:33forgiven him.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I plead that we read verse sixteen together.
- 6:37Speaker 3: If you can see ready, it says, confess your faults
- 6:41one to another, and pray for one another, that ye.
- 6:45Speaker 1: May be healed. Now my point of emphasis one to read.
- 6:49Speaker 3: The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man have failed much.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Let's just pause here for a moment. He's giving us
- 6:58a very interesting information.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Number one, that whoever praised this prayer has to be
- 7:05a righteous man. And then it says, the effectual and
- 7:12fervent prayer of a righteous man have vailed much in
- 7:19terms of its delivery, in terms of the result that
- 7:23it produces. Now, you see, the character of scripture is
- 7:26that every time God presents a thought, he does not
- 7:29leave you in confusion as to the dynamics of the
- 7:33idea he's presenting. Usually, he will look for an individual
- 7:38in scripture who personifies his idea and force you to
- 7:42understanding that individual to become.
- 7:44Speaker 1: The reference for understanding that thought. Are we together?
- 7:48Speaker 3: So if he's teaching you on prayer, just leaving you
- 7:51in the dark as to this might not bring thorough understanding.
- 7:55The next verse, now is God protracing on the point,
- 7:59and he uses is an individual to personify.
- 8:02Speaker 1: His idea, in this case Elijah.
- 8:06Speaker 3: That means Elijah is the personification of all that has
- 8:10been said. Now, if you study Elijah and the character
- 8:14of his approach to prayer, you would learn something from
- 8:17it that would make your prayer effectual.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It's God helping us already, he says.
- 8:22Speaker 3: Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are,
- 8:28so he already takes away any superstition around Elijah. He's
- 8:32telling you that Elijah was framed with the limitation that
- 8:37comes with the fallen man. Nothing spectacular to him, he says.
- 8:41And then the Bible says, yet he accessed his secret
- 8:44and he prayed endlessly that it might not rain, and
- 8:49it rained not on the earth by the space of
- 8:53three years and six months.
- 8:55Speaker 1: What a man.
- 8:57Speaker 3: So the power of that result was not not necessarily
- 9:00the man, but an understanding he had.
- 9:03Speaker 1: He approached prayer in a way that produced a global results.
- 9:07Speaker 3: This is what the Bible is saying, not just a
- 9:10state result, not just a regional result. That one man,
- 9:14from one point accessed the secret in prayer, and he
- 9:18engaged that secret, and the whole earth was affected by
- 9:22the quality.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Of his understanding about prayer.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Next verse, the Bible says, he prayed again. Please say
- 9:30after me. Again again means mastery. Again means you are
- 9:35not trying to lend the principles you have held it
- 9:39anything you cannot reproduce again and again you.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Have not gained mystery. And you see the idea of God.
- 9:46Speaker 3: In building the Saints is to bring us to a
- 9:49point where we gain mastery over the things of the kingdom.
- 9:53It was Paul who was speaking to his son in
- 9:55the Gospel Timothy. He says, he that strives from mastery
- 9:59is not crowned. Accept his strifes lawfully. It is not
- 10:05God's desire for us to continue to shadow box over
- 10:09spiritual principles in hope that one will work. God wants
- 10:13us to gain thorough understanding. And by the way, may
- 10:17I tell you sincerely from the world of God, that
- 10:19you can gain mastery in handling the truths of the Kingdom.
- 10:23With the mastery of a chef, with the mastery of
- 10:27a consultant, with the mastery of an architect. You can
- 10:30hold on to distruths of the Kingdom, and they can
- 10:34become predictable in your life. He prayed again, meaning he
- 10:39was not in confusion as to what he did the
- 10:41first time. He prayed again, and the Bible says, and
- 10:46the heaven gave ray, and the earth brought forth her
- 10:50fruit back to our context, the phavant and effectual prayer
- 10:57of a righteous man. If feel it much seen in
- 11:00the life of Elijah, who prayed.
- 11:03Speaker 1: And the heavens were shot over a territory, and.
- 11:06Speaker 3: He prayed again and the heavens were open praise the
- 11:10name of the Lord. In Luke chapter eleven, we looked
- 11:14at that a few minutes ago from verse one, and
- 11:18it is to verse ten. I may not have the
- 11:20time to talk in details, but now verse one this
- 11:24is the disciples were asking Jesus to teach them to pray.
- 11:29Then he began his discuss on the subject of prayer.
- 11:32We may not watch this, but let me just read.
- 11:34We're reading verse two. End at ten.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Verse two.
- 11:38Speaker 3: He said, unto them, when you pray, say now, I
- 11:43may just maybe make a comment, or to us we passed,
- 11:46but my focus is really Verse nine to ten, he says,
- 11:50when you pray, this should be your understanding. It was
- 11:53not just about reciting this like a chance.
- 11:57Speaker 1: There was an understanding behind it.
- 11:59Speaker 3: He says, when you approach God, you must approach him
- 12:02as father.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The word father is from the word appa.
- 12:07Speaker 3: It means your source, your sustainer, your protector, your defender.
- 12:11You do not approach God as though they were an alternative.
- 12:15He's saying, this must be your construct as you approach.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Him in prayer.
- 12:19Speaker 3: For as long as you have an alternative, you cannot
- 12:22secure God's participation. His jealousy will not allow you to
- 12:26put him alongside any other thing our father. Number two,
- 12:31he said, which act in heaven? That means it will
- 12:33require faith in prayer because he's in a rem that
- 12:37is not physical.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Are you getting the idea now?
- 12:39Speaker 3: He's telling you that this father you are dealing with
- 12:42he recites in a rem and a dimension that will
- 12:45require an agency to connect with him. This is where
- 12:49faith comes in. Number three, he said, hall Lord be
- 12:51your name. That means approaching with the spirit of reference.
- 12:55Do not allow the confidence you have based on the
- 12:59access he's giving Christ to sponsor this honor. He is
- 13:02still God even though he's your father. So you are
- 13:05approaching with the spirit of reverence. Hallowed be your Name.
- 13:09Then next sentences that Kingdom come. It means in order
- 13:14of priority, the context of your prayer should be that
- 13:17His governing authority be super imposed.
- 13:21Speaker 1: In your life and your territory. Do you know why?
- 13:24Because most of what you will be.
- 13:25Speaker 3: Asking else as symptoms of a principal deficiency. That his
- 13:30kingdom has not yet come. That's why you even have
- 13:33to pray for daily bread. That in order of priority.
- 13:36If his kingdom meaning his culture, his life, his atmosphere,
- 13:41the kingdom of God represents and is fair where his
- 13:44values are respected. That if his values are respected within,
- 13:48that's fair. There are many other prayers you would not
- 13:50need to pray again. Many other prayer points are there
- 13:55are subsets of a principal deficiency. So in as much
- 14:00he is benevolent enough to respond to those smaller requests,
- 14:04his ultimate desire is that his kingdom would come. And
- 14:08he tells you how his kingdom comes by his will
- 14:12being done.
- 14:13Speaker 1: That everywhere the will of the Father is allowed to
- 14:16find expression, his kingdom comes.
- 14:20Speaker 3: So to ask his kingdom to come means to allow
- 14:24to permit his will to be done. What is his will?
- 14:28His will represents his intent for you. And the Bible
- 14:32is already declared that God is a good God. He
- 14:34does not think evil of us. I know the thoughts
- 14:37that I think towards you Jeremiah twenty nine and verse eleven,
- 14:40thoughts of peace and not of evil, to bring you
- 14:44a future and unexpected end. By that understanding, it sponsors
- 14:49our confidence in asking for his will, because our interest
- 14:53is captured.
- 14:54Speaker 1: In his will.
- 14:54Speaker 3: When we are afraid to ask for the will of
- 14:56God is proof we don't trust him a will.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Learning that your will be.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Done in Earth. Notice he never said let it be
- 15:07done on earth. He says in earth, that first Earth,
- 15:11being you the earthen vessel. So the will of God
- 15:15be done in.
- 15:16Speaker 1: This earth, and then my territory, not just earth, like
- 15:21the territory you, the earth, the Earth and vessel.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Verse three, it says, give us this day our daily bread.
- 15:31This is a revelation of the character of God that,
- 15:34in his benevolence, he's so meticulous he pays attention to
- 15:38you a day.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Give us this day.
- 15:43Speaker 3: He knows that supplies must be consistent. Give us this
- 15:48day our daily bread. Do you know what this means?
- 15:52I wish I had the time. Daily bread does not
- 15:55just mean food. Bread means every provision that means for
- 15:59your survi So daily bread can mean the connections that
- 16:04will keep you moving. It does not always mean food.
- 16:08Bread has the character of keeping you alive. So in
- 16:11this prayer you are saying, Lord, you have given me
- 16:14a blank day, and you are the only one who
- 16:16knows what it takes for this day to be fruitful.
- 16:19So give me my daily bread. Means who ordnate to
- 16:22be within my rich all that it will take for
- 16:25my efficiency.
- 16:26Speaker 1: This is prayer.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Now next verse forgive us our sins, and he leaves
- 16:34you with an understanding, for we also forgive everyone that
- 16:39is indebted to us.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Do you know what this means?
- 16:41Speaker 3: It means that for as long as you are alive
- 16:44on a daily basis, there will always be.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Someone hunting you.
- 16:48Speaker 3: And it says that while you obtain forgiveness, let the
- 16:51forgiveness of Christ towards you.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Always be a reminder that, like He has.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Done so for you, you must leave a space in your
- 16:58heart to reach out to people.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Next verse, are we still together? Media? Verse six?
- 17:07Speaker 3: Okay, no verse five. Now he said unto them, which
- 17:11of you shall have a friend? Now you see the
- 17:16character of scripture again. He's taught something on prayer, but
- 17:20he now wants to personify that idea in a story.
- 17:25The story is my point of emphasis. He said onto them,
- 17:31which of you shall have a friend, And shall go
- 17:34to him by midnight and say to him friend, lend
- 17:38me three loaves verse six. For a friend of mine
- 17:44in his journey is come to me, and I have
- 17:46nothing to say before him, And he from within shall
- 17:51answer and say, trouble me not. The door is now shut,
- 17:56and my children are with me in bed. I cannot
- 17:59rise and give thee. Understand the context, someone outside is
- 18:03about to be embarrassed, shame and reproach seems imminent on
- 18:07someone who is.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Outside, and he's beckoning on help.
- 18:11Speaker 3: You can see that it takes humility to pray, because
- 18:15prayer demands that you comeing to a point where you
- 18:17know that honor assisted, you cannot help yourself. The highest
- 18:21demonstration of humility is prayer. That every time you pray,
- 18:27it stems from an understanding that I am unable to
- 18:32help myself unassisted. This is the story here. And so
- 18:36he said, look, I need supplies, but that supplies is.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Not within my reach. It is with you.
- 18:42Speaker 3: And the man with them says, do not distop me
- 18:45by reason of timing.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I am asleep. Wait, and he's showing you what prayer
- 18:50can do.
- 18:52Speaker 3: He from within shall say, trouble me not, for the
- 18:55door is now shot and my children are with me.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Men, I cannot rise and give thee.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Eight, I say unto you, Jesus is speaking, though he
- 19:08will not rise and give him a quieber because of
- 19:12his importunity. The word importunity means persistence. He's taking power
- 19:18and determination. Yet because of his importunity, he will rise
- 19:23and give him how much.
- 19:27Speaker 1: As many?
- 19:28Speaker 3: The man was only asking for three loaves, but he
- 19:31said the energy that comes from.
- 19:32Speaker 1: What he's doing can move beyond three loaves to as
- 19:36many as he needs. This is prayer.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Are we learning? He will give him as many as
- 19:48he needed. So prayer is very powerful. It is able
- 19:53to produce results.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Verst. Nine. Let's read to ten, and I say unto you.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Ask and it's shall be given to you amplified, says ask.
- 20:02Speaker 1: And keep asking and it shall be given to you.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Seek and you shall find it, says knock, and it
- 20:11shall be open onto you. Here is the spiritual law
- 20:14that governs prayer. First, tend for everyone, Please say everyone.
- 20:20The advantage of prayer is not for preachers. The advantage
- 20:25of prayer is not for a particular race. There are
- 20:28regions that have certain things that may seem to be
- 20:30an advantage for them, but that prayer can set everyone
- 20:34on common ground to receive it says for every one
- 20:38that asked, receive it, and he that secret find it,
- 20:45and to him that knocked it shall be open. That
- 20:48means if you do not receive it is because you
- 20:51didn't ask. You may say, I verbalize my intention. Asking
- 20:55is more than verbalizing your intention. Now I want to
- 21:00share with you, maybe in the next five or ten minutes,
- 21:03the rules of engagement in prayer. You will be seeing
- 21:06here the reason why many believers.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Do not receive answers in prayer.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Let's go to the Book of James James, Chapter four Apostle.
- 21:17James began to give us an understanding as to the
- 21:22dynamics of prayer that as simple as prayer looks as.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Keen and receiving.
- 21:28Speaker 3: By the way, maybe I should say this prayer is
- 21:33very powerful, but we have to understand that prayer has jurisdictions.
- 21:38Prayer does not do everything. Prayer must be involved in everything,
- 21:45but prayer does not do everything. Prayer, like all the
- 21:49other keys in the Kingdom, has defined our locations to
- 21:53what they are able to bring to the life of
- 21:55the believer. Please understand what I'm saying. Prayer has to
- 22:00be involved in everything. Why because the Bible says be
- 22:03anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication.
- 22:08It says to make your request known onto God. But
- 22:11prayer is not the key to everything. Jesus was speaking,
- 22:15and he said, I will give you the keys this
- 22:19beautiful facility, here, this auditorium. I look around, and I
- 22:23see a number of rooms. You can have the key
- 22:27to the main door. Main door is not the only door.
- 22:32Main door is a major door, but it is not
- 22:35the only door. As small as the door to the
- 22:37restroom is. If you do not have the key there,
- 22:41the key you have to the main door can leave
- 22:43you frustrated.
- 22:44Speaker 1: When you need to ease yourself. I want you together now.
- 22:47Speaker 3: So the understanding that prayer is the only key a
- 22:51believer needs, it's not accurate.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Prayer must be involved.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I would always say, in this way, where prayer is
- 22:58not the key, it becomes the and that holds the key.
- 23:01Speaker 1: In any case, you will still need prayer.
- 23:04Speaker 3: But that in addition to prayer, there are other spiritual dynamics.
- 23:08So when we say a believer is a robust are
- 23:10matured in the things of God, it means you have
- 23:13been able to bring together within your reach the keys
- 23:17of the kingdom. These are the keys that grant you
- 23:20access to command dominion. In experience, dominion is not an importation,
- 23:25is the resultant effect of your comprehending the truths of
- 23:29the kingdom having the keys of the kingdom. So, for instance,
- 23:35the prayer ministry, according to Scripture, only achieves the platform.
- 23:40Prayer is a platform to achieve just four things. You
- 23:43would be surprised. I may not have the time, but
- 23:45let me mention it since I've spoken about it. According
- 23:49to the authority of Scripture, prayer is a platform that
- 23:52grants you access to achieve four things.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Principally number one.
- 23:56Speaker 3: The first assignment of prayer and the assignment of prayer.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Is as a tool and a platform for transformation.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Look chapter nine and verse twenty nine when you read
- 24:08the Bible says, when you read twenty eight and twenty nine,
- 24:11he took Peter, James, and John, the Bible says he
- 24:13went to pray. And then verse twenty nine, as he prayed,
- 24:18the Bible says, the version of his countenance was altered
- 24:22and his raiment was white and glistering. So prayer, the
- 24:26primary and principal assignment of prayer is to provide the
- 24:30platform that makes for transformation, evolving into a superior spiritual
- 24:36version of yourself.
- 24:37Speaker 1: The assignment of.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Prayer more than just petitions. Prayer really affects you, not
- 24:44just things. That means you can pray yourself to a higher, stronger,
- 24:49more dex terrorist version of yourself. Number two, the second
- 24:53assignment of prayer is as a platform to make requests
- 24:57and obtain promises. That every time you need to make
- 25:01requests and obtain promises, the authorized platform to make that
- 25:06happen is prayer. Mark chapter eleven and verse twenty four.
- 25:11Jesus was teaching on faith, and he here to help
- 25:14them understand the subject of prayer. Is that therefore I
- 25:17say unto you what things soever ye desire? When not if?
- 25:22When ye pray, it says, believe that thou receivest them.
- 25:26Speaker 1: And thou shalt have them. Allelujah.
- 25:32Speaker 3: We read Philippians chapter four, from verse six and seven.
- 25:37To be anxious for nothing the word careful. There is
- 25:40the word anxious. But in everything by prayer and supplication
- 25:45garnished with thanksgiving, that you let your requests be made
- 25:49known onto God. Don't assume he knows. Let your requests
- 25:52be made known onto God. Verse seven says the God
- 25:56of Peace, the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding,
- 26:00will garrison your hearts and your mind through Christ Jesus.
- 26:04The third assignment of prayer in the life of the believer,
- 26:07as revealed to Scripture, is as a tool for spiritual legislation.
- 26:12That means we are able to make decrease and create
- 26:16possibilities in our lives through the platform of prayer job
- 26:20chapter twenty two and verse twenty eight.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Here's what the Bible says.
- 26:25Speaker 3: It says Job twenty two and verse twenty eight, Thou
- 26:30shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established
- 26:35onto the who is the deed, the one who made
- 26:37the decree. So prayer is not only talking to God.
- 26:41Prayer is a tool for creation. You can create possibilities
- 26:45in your life. The Bible says, Let the redeemed of
- 26:48the Lord say so. Let the blessed of the Lord
- 26:52say so. Let the favor of the Lord say so.
- 26:56Let the anointed of the Lord say so, not just
- 26:59think so, say so. Are we blessed? Very important numbers
- 27:07Chapter fourteen and verse twenty eight. Still on the third
- 27:10point the assignment of prayer.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I thought to quickly chip that in numbers chapter. Oh dear,
- 27:19I'm not sure I got that.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Please just leave that number four Welfare and intercession. The
- 27:26fourth assignment of prayer is as a tool for warfare
- 27:31and intercession. Now I can spend the whole night teaching
- 27:36on this, believe me, John ten Ten. The thief comment
- 27:40not that means you'll never see the thief around anywhere
- 27:43except there is something to kill, there is something to steal,
- 27:47and there.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Is something to destroy. Do you know what this tells you?
- 27:51Speaker 3: It means Satan himself is a verification system.
- 27:54Speaker 1: That you are valuable.
- 27:57Speaker 3: That every time you want to verify whether you are valuable,
- 28:01you check and see whether.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Satan leaves you untouched.
- 28:04Speaker 3: If Satan has a particular interest in you, is a
- 28:07confirmation that there is something he has seen in your life,
- 28:10even if you.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Do not know the thief.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Commet not means he is busy, determined, looking for specific
- 28:18people and things, And if you happen to be one
- 28:20of such people, it's already an information to you. You
- 28:24do not see an arm robber struggling to entire heart.
- 28:28The labor versus the reward is not commensurate. But when
- 28:31an arm robber is struggling to court a security barricade.
- 28:35He knows that what he will receive would be a
- 28:36worthy reward for that labor. So who did be why
- 28:40the devil seems to be determined about you? There is
- 28:43something that is so valuable he would rather face you.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Than a thousand other people.
- 28:50Speaker 3: The thief comment, not but for to steal, to kill,
- 28:55and to destroy the trinity of his operations. You can
- 28:58verify that set has visited a place by looking for designs.
- 29:04Speaker 1: If you do not see killing, stealing, and destruction, it
- 29:08was not satan. It is signature.
- 29:12Speaker 3: It says, but I am come that you may have
- 29:14life and to have it more abundantly, and we'll still together.
- 29:19First John, chapter five and verse nineteen. First John, five
- 29:23nineteen Apostle John is teaching us something. He's giving us
- 29:27an information, and it says, and we know that we
- 29:30are of God and the whole world, not.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Just a quibumb, not just Nigeria.
- 29:38Speaker 3: When it has to do with wickedness, the rich extends
- 29:41to the entire globe. That means there is no physical
- 29:44space you will go that sustains immunity in itself against wickedness.
- 29:50There must be a system of advantage you build to
- 29:53superimpose this reality.
- 29:56Speaker 1: He says, the whole world lies in wickedness.
- 30:02Speaker 3: One last scripture, first pit Touchapter five and verse eight.
- 30:06First pit Touchapter five and verse eight, just bothressing on
- 30:09the fact that prayer is a platform that allows for
- 30:12warfare and intercession. This is a dimension that many believers
- 30:16do not understand or understand properly. It says, to be
- 30:20so bad, be vigilant. Be vigilant means be discerning. This
- 30:25is a security expression. Because your adversary, the devil, as
- 30:31a roaring lion, walked about seeking whom he may devour.
- 30:38Chances are excellent that he will find you, because the
- 30:41Bible says he's.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Moving around and seeking whom he may devour.
- 30:47Speaker 3: So transformation number one, Number two obtaining requests and promises.
- 30:53Number three creating possibilities in your life.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Number four warfare and intercession.
- 30:59Speaker 3: This is the jurisdiction of the prayer ministry in the
- 31:02life of the believer. Now, very quickly, let's go to
- 31:06the rules of engagement James Chapter four ID said earlier.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Will start from verse one.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Apostle James is teaching us how to receive answers to prayer.
- 31:16Now James four will start from verse one, verse one, can.
- 31:25Speaker 1: You help us media?
- 31:26Speaker 3: Verse one James four and one Let me talk to
- 31:30it quickly for sake of time. James, Chapter four and
- 31:37verse one.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Here's what it says.
- 31:38Speaker 3: From whence comeent wars and fightings among you come there
- 31:45not hence even from your losts that war within your members.
- 31:51Next verse year lost and have not ye kill and
- 31:55desire to have and cannot obtain Ye fight and war,
- 32:00yet ye have not? Because he acts not very interesting rendition,
- 32:05Do you know what.
- 32:05Speaker 1: James is saying.
- 32:06Speaker 3: He's saying many fights are unnecessary if you understand that
- 32:10prayer can give.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Equal platform for reception.
- 32:13Speaker 3: He's saying that most of the jealousy and the envy
- 32:16that we experience in a world is a report card
- 32:20from the secret frustration of people who have tried to
- 32:23receive things and have not found. Are you getting want
- 32:26insteaching us here?
- 32:28Speaker 1: From whence come this on necessary things?
- 32:33Speaker 3: He's saying, the simple reason why you do not have
- 32:36is not because your neighbor has. Your neighbors has nothing
- 32:40to do with your not having. It is just a
- 32:44human thing that if I have and you do not have,
- 32:47chances are excellent. You will believe it is my having
- 32:50that is stopping you're not having. And James is saying
- 32:53that it's unnecessary. You fight and war, yet ye have
- 32:59not play because you ask not. Now verse three, he says,
- 33:05some of you have gone so that to ask, and
- 33:08shockingly you did not receive. He's diagnosing the condition, and
- 33:13he's revealing that there is a certain condition where you
- 33:17can ask and yet not receive. He says, ye ask
- 33:20and receive not Why because ye ask a miss.
- 33:27Speaker 1: That ye may consume it upon your lost?
- 33:30Speaker 3: So apostle James here is helping and strengthening our prayer
- 33:35that just because you are asking does not guarantee that
- 33:38you will receive.
- 33:39Speaker 1: There are rules of engagement.
- 33:41Speaker 3: There are principles that if not kept, you can be
- 33:44sure you will not have it. He says, the possibility
- 33:47exists that a believer, even though well intentioned, can ask amiss. Now,
- 33:53what does it mean to ask a miss? To ask
- 33:58a miss has three expressions. One of it is this
- 34:03written here that you may consume it upon your lost.
- 34:07Speaker 1: That means wrong motive.
- 34:09Speaker 3: The first expression of asking amiss is that your desire
- 34:13for wanting it is already corrupt when a believer, ask amiss.
- 34:19Speaker 1: It means that you desire it for your own loss.
- 34:23Speaker 3: But let's go to James very quickly for further explanation
- 34:28James chapter one, and will go to verse five asking amiss.
- 34:32Speaker 1: This is what we're discussing now.
- 34:33Speaker 3: So the Bible identifies asking amiss as the major.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Secret for not receiving in prayer.
- 34:41Speaker 3: That asking amiss as an expression of number one, asking
- 34:45for the wrong motive, the wrong motive number two.
- 34:51Speaker 1: If any of you lack, don't worry about what you lack.
- 34:56Speaker 3: If any of you lack, it could be wisdom in discontext,
- 35:00or any other thing else. That if the moment you
- 35:04find out that there is deficiency or insufficiency of any
- 35:08provision in your life, it says, let him ask of God,
- 35:12and that God is a giver. Are we together now
- 35:16that the moment you see that there is lack in
- 35:19your life, lack of favor, lack of opportunities, lack of
- 35:23open doors, in this case, lack of wisdom, it says
- 35:27to ask of God that give it to how many men?
- 35:31Speaker 1: And how far does he give liberally? Are we together?
- 35:35Speaker 3: And or prayed not? And it shall be given to
- 35:39him quickly? He brings a disclaimer. Verse six, it says,
- 35:43but let him ask in faith. So here we find
- 35:47one of the keys again that expresses praying amiss. That
- 35:51when there is no faith to your prayer, it is
- 35:54praying amiss. There is no guarantee for an answer. It's
- 35:57God helping us this night. So one, praying a miss
- 36:00refers to praying for the wrong motif number two, that
- 36:05there is no faith in that prayer equation. And then
- 36:10the Bible says, let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.
- 36:14Speaker 1: For he that wavered is like the wave of the sea.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Toast with the wind and toast Verse seven.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Very tragic statement. For let not that man think.
- 36:28Speaker 3: That he shall receive anything of the Lord. Praying a
- 36:34miss means number one. Let me structure it for you. Now,
- 36:39praying without a scriptural backing. Number two, praying with and
- 36:45for the wrong motif number three, praying without faith.
- 36:50Speaker 1: This is very powerful praying amiss.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Do you know if you do not pray with the
- 36:58backing of scripture, the Bible guarantees that you do not
- 37:01have an answer.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Why?
- 37:03Speaker 3: Because you see, the Word of God is the basis
- 37:06for God's commitment to the believer. As mighty as God
- 37:10is he cannot be committed to the believer outside of
- 37:14the provision that the Word allows.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Are we together now? Yes?
- 37:19Speaker 3: This is very powerful. God is almighty. Yet he has
- 37:23bound himself with principles as far as his relationship with
- 37:27the believer is concern in Isaiah forty one and verse
- 37:31twenty one, about to pray now Isaiah forty one and
- 37:35verse twenty one. Isaiah forty one. Never forget the scripture
- 37:41if you are seeing it for the first time, or
- 37:43for some of you. This is a reminder. It says,
- 37:45produce your cosse, sayth the Lord. Bring forth your strong reasons.
- 37:51Why should I lift you? Why should I give you longevity?
- 37:56Why should I honor you like Daniel? Why should I
- 37:59live like Joseph? He says, produce your cause. Don't just
- 38:03ask me to do it. I am committed. There has
- 38:07to be a basis for it.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 38:13Speaker 3: The Word of God is the basis of our confidence,
- 38:17the basis of our faith. In first first John, chapter five,
- 38:26First John five, fourteen and fifteen. Please First John five,
- 38:30the Bible says, this is the confidence that we have.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Please say, I have this confidence.
- 38:38Speaker 3: This is the confidence that we have in Him that
- 38:42if we ask anything, and it is in accordance to
- 38:46his will.
- 38:47Speaker 1: What is his will? His word? You see that now
- 38:52his will.
- 38:53Speaker 3: If it is in accordance with his word, he gives
- 38:56us a guarantee that he heard us verse fifteen. And
- 39:00we know if we know that he hears us whatsoever
- 39:03we ask, we.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Know that we have our petitions.
- 39:07Speaker 3: So we can begin to rejoice even before it manifests.
- 39:10Why the same way a doctor will give a patient
- 39:14injection and not as a patient to stay in the
- 39:17hospital there on it till he's fine, you can say go.
- 39:19You are fine with that confidence. You know why he
- 39:23spent years in college learning the dynamics of what he
- 39:26put inside that patient. He is aware of what will
- 39:29happen to the patient. So when we pray, we can know.
- 39:35When we say God, bless a quible, open doors of favor,
- 39:38we can say amen and begin to rejoice with confidence
- 39:44because we have found in his world. Can I tell
- 39:47you as loving as God is, if there is no
- 39:50scriptural basis for your discussion with him, there is no
- 39:53guarantee for answer. It's as simple and as honest as
- 39:57that blessed Some one thirty eight and verse two. Very
- 40:03interesting Scripture, as will prepare to pray Some one thirty
- 40:07eight and verse two it says, I will worship towards
- 40:11thy holy tempo and praise thy name for thy loving
- 40:16kindness and for thy truth.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Let's read the remaining sentence.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Ready read, for thou hast magnified thy word above your name.
- 40:26His name means his office. That he has lifted his word.
- 40:30That means if my office compromises the word, do not
- 40:34regard my office. That's how far God has gone with
- 40:37his word. So when you say, Lord, lift me, he says,
- 40:42I desire to.
- 40:43Speaker 1: But what is the basis for your lifting?
- 40:46Speaker 3: Then you go to scripture and says your word says
- 40:49Deuteronomy twenty eight from verse one and two, that it
- 40:52shall come to pass if I diligently happen to the
- 40:54voice of the Lord, to do and observe all that
- 40:57you have commanded me this day, that I shall be
- 40:59a insulted above the nations of the earth, and that
- 41:02all these blessings shall come upon me and overtake me.
- 41:05Now you have brought a scriptural basis that becomes the
- 41:09platform for your lifting. For instance, the Bible says the
- 41:13path of the jost is as a shining light that
- 41:16shines ever brighter onto the perfect day, that can become
- 41:20the basis for committing God to your rising.
- 41:25Speaker 1: This is where the mistake of prayer.
- 41:27Speaker 3: In Africa and even this our dear nation, we pray
- 41:31a lot of superstitious, emotionally consoling prayers that do not
- 41:36have a scriptural basis for answer. God, will you keep
- 41:40watching me like this? Are you not the one exalted?
- 41:43That is a very emotionally comforting prayer, but based on
- 41:47the rules of engagement, there is a guarantee that the
- 41:51best you will only receive from that prayer is an
- 41:54emotional consolation that you have expressed yourself to a deity
- 41:58that you believe is higher than you. But as first
- 42:00ansize concern, the Bible assures you already to not be
- 42:04surprised if it does not come, I will learn something tonight.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Jesus was don't fasting and praying. Please look up.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Jesus was don't fasting and praying for forty days, according
- 42:25to Matthew chapter four, and the Bible says Satan came
- 42:28to him immediately three temptations.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Temptations number one, he says.
- 42:35Speaker 3: If you are truly the son of God, turn this
- 42:37stone to prayer. You would think Jesus would say, I've
- 42:40been praying, leave me. No, Satan seem to not even
- 42:45respect his prayer and fasting. What gave credence to his
- 42:48prayer was his honor for the world. It is written,
- 42:52not I am saying. It is written. The basis for
- 42:57the victory is not what I am saying. It is
- 42:59that it is written. Man shall not leave by bread alone.
- 43:03Jesus the word had to use. It is written as
- 43:06his system of defense. Satan took him to a holy mounting,
- 43:13a holy temple, and it's a fall down after all,
- 43:17the Bible says, he will put his angels chat over you.
- 43:21You see how Satan switched to and Jesus said, it
- 43:24is written.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Finally, he took him into.
- 43:29Speaker 3: An exceeding high mountain, the Bible says, showed him the
- 43:32glories of the world and said, bow to me, and
- 43:34I will give you because all this has.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Been given to me. It is written.
- 43:38Speaker 3: So your prayer is only powerful to the degree to
- 43:42which the content of that prayer is consistent with what
- 43:45is written. When what is written becomes what you are speaking,
- 43:51then you are praying. Let me say it again, when
- 43:55what is written becomes what you are speaking, then you
- 43:59are pray. But if you are just speaking, I'm speaking
- 44:04my mind. Oh God, of course He's merciful. Many answers
- 44:08happen at the platform of messy, because if God is
- 44:11to answer is based on what we're saying.
- 44:13Speaker 1: The truth is that many people may not receive.
- 44:15Speaker 3: They may receive one answer per decade or one answer
- 44:18per year. So we're about to pray for his excellency
- 44:26and an excellency. We're about to pray for the prophetic
- 44:29destiny of acquible. My question is, have you found in
- 44:33scripture where God has vowed to defend you? Have you
- 44:36found in scripture where God has vowed that this government
- 44:40will continue to rise? Have you found in scripture where
- 44:44He has pledged his commitment that if people seek him corporately,
- 44:48he will defend them.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Just knowing it is there does not bring results.
- 44:53Speaker 3: You must find it and you must engage Him.
- 44:57Speaker 1: When you engage scripture.
- 44:59Speaker 3: Now you have come within the jurisdiction the boundary of
- 45:03answered prayer.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Are we blessed onto the that answers prayer shall all
- 45:13flesh come?
- 45:16Speaker 3: We have confidence when we pray because we know that
- 45:19we're not praying and miss our motive remains to see
- 45:23Jesus glorified.
- 45:25Speaker 1: I can tell you this.
- 45:26Speaker 3: When I stepped in here and I sat down, I
- 45:28was just thinking, I said, my God, it takes a
- 45:30heart for God to do this. You know, sometimes it's
- 45:33easy to see leaders do spectacular things. I think they're
- 45:36just doing it. It is very difficult to be vocal
- 45:39about certain things in certain positions.
- 45:43Speaker 4: And.
- 45:46Speaker 3: I really wish other states that were professing states had
- 45:51these kinds of thing.
- 45:54Speaker 1: It is not vain to seek God.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Go and read your Bible and see there are the
- 45:59blessed of this that you are doing may not necessarily
- 46:03come on many people now in its weightiness. It is
- 46:06the third and fourth generation God. Because God, you see,
- 46:09is a covenant keeping God. You will find out that
- 46:12years after that, when the devil wants will come and
- 46:15destroy the state, you will find out that a particular
- 46:18government has lifted a prayer.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Garrison to cover the destiny of that state.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Most times, you see, when you are involved in prophetic intercession,
- 46:27you must look beyond your personal comfort.
- 46:30Speaker 1: At the moment. It is a sacrifice you are making
- 46:33for other people.
- 46:36Speaker 3: Allelujah. So we're going to pray. I believe in the
- 46:44power of prayer. I have come firstified my life and
- 46:48the bit that God has done in and through my
- 46:50life on account of prayer. I did not come from
- 46:54a background that provides any significant advantage by default.
- 46:58Speaker 1: I know what prayer can do. You can evolve.
- 47:01Speaker 3: Into superior versions of yourself in and through prayer. So
- 47:07I know that we have prayed. The Man of God
- 47:09who came so powerfully led us. You see the character
- 47:12when he was leading through the prayer, the scriptures that were.
- 47:15Speaker 1: As simple as this is.
- 47:17Speaker 3: Your first assignment in wanting to pray is to put
- 47:21together the scriptural arsenals that become the basis of your
- 47:25engaging the Almighty. I'm tired of my child behaving this way.
- 47:32I want him to improve. Oh God, do something that's
- 47:35not prayer. Your first assignment is to be like a
- 47:37spiritual archeologist. Go to scripture and find where has God committed.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Himself to lived and to bless you.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Then you go to some one twelve blessed is the
- 47:48man that heared, the Lord that delighted greatly in his commands.
- 47:52He said his seed shall be mighty upon earth. Now
- 47:55you go to God in prayer. Lord, I delight myself
- 47:58in your world, and I hear you. By the grace
- 48:00you have invested in me, my.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Seat should not be small. That becomes the basis of
- 48:05your defense. Are you saying that? Now? It says the
- 48:09generation of the upright shall be blessed.
- 48:12Speaker 3: Then it says wealth and riches shall be in his house,
- 48:15and yet his righteousness end us forever.
- 48:18Speaker 1: That becomes the basis.
- 48:21Speaker 3: If you are accessing the world of God, and it
- 48:24looks like you are going down, you have a right
- 48:26to go to God and petition him in prayer. You
- 48:29see that now in Job chapter twenty nine. Remember what
- 48:32Job said, all that I was in the days of
- 48:34my youth when his.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Light was upon me.
- 48:37Speaker 3: It is impossible for his light to be upon you,
- 48:39and then darkness surrounds you everywhere. There are two kinds
- 48:42of light, the one that shines on your head and
- 48:45the one that shines on your feet. The one that
- 48:47shines on your head gives you illumination and intelligence.
- 48:51Speaker 1: The one that shines on your feet gives you direction.
- 48:53You need both.
- 48:56Speaker 3: It says, on account of that the young men saw
- 48:59me and ste the elders, he began to express the
- 49:02kind of results that came from that life. Any believer,
- 49:06including the dear people, see that he's headed by his excellency,
- 49:10can become a uniquely distinguished.
- 49:13Speaker 1: People on the strength of the truths that we know.
- 49:17Speaker 3: It is my desire to see the glory of the
- 49:22Lord rise even within the city and even within the state.
- 49:26You have vocally expressed your love for Jesus, and I
- 49:30can tell you give him a chance to prove once
- 49:34and again what he can do with the people who.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Love him and honor him greatly.
- 49:41Speaker 5: From the rising of the sun to the setin of
- 49:48the same, your name is to be hallo.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Ah.
- 50:00Speaker 5: From the rising of the sun to the city, say.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Your name is to Ah.
- 50:22Speaker 3: We can change things in prayer. We can create the
- 50:26spiritual climate in prayer. We can fight crime in prayer.
- 50:31Thank God for the judiciary, Thank God for the police
- 50:35and the military. What my Bible says, accept the Lord,
- 50:38duilty house, It says the label in vain that builded
- 50:42accept the Lord watches over a city. He said the
- 50:46watchman watched, but in vain that it is vain to
- 50:50wake up early in the morning and to sleep late
- 50:52in the night, only to eat the bread of sorrow.
- 50:55But that he can leave his beloved sleep. Sleep means rest.
- 51:00You're ready to pray. Thank the Lord for this word.
- 51:03That's the first prayer point given this knight, please lift
- 51:06your voice unless pray thanking him for the abundance of
- 51:09his world. The Bible declares that the entrance of his
- 51:13word gives light and even understanding to the simple. Someone
- 51:18is saying, thank you to Jesus for opening your eyes
- 51:21to see and to understand. Efficiency of the one plus
- 51:26eighteen says, having their understanding darkened, it has been alienated
- 51:31from the life of God through the ignorance that is
- 51:35in them because.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Of the blindness of their minds. Thank you, Father for
- 51:40your word.
- 51:41Speaker 3: You have brought your word to teach me what it
- 51:44means to pray. The kind of prayer that prevails the
- 51:48pavot effectual prayer of the Aquaibum citizen, the fathet and
- 51:55effectual prayer of the Aquiebumb state government can pre fail
- 52:01and can produce power dynamic in its working.
- 52:13Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. In the name of
- 52:16Jesus Christ.
- 52:18Speaker 3: Now I'll just lead us through three prayer points if
- 52:20you allow me, and then will be done. The first
- 52:24prayer point has to do with our personal lives and.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Our personal results.
- 52:30Speaker 3: I believe that territorial transformation starts from personal transformation. If
- 52:35you do not experience growth and advancement and increase, chances
- 52:40are excellent that you will not have the strength to
- 52:43sit with that your territory becomes that Heaven is that
- 52:47true God desires for us to do well and to prosper.
- 52:52It says, I wish above all things that thou may
- 52:56as prosper and be in health, even as.
- 52:59Speaker 1: That or prosperate.
- 53:01Speaker 3: So we're going to pray for ourselves as individuals, and
- 53:05to pray as the entire theme of the government, that
- 53:08God himself would visit individuals and cause that individuals excel.
- 53:14The state can excel corporately, and yet individuals may not
- 53:18be doing well.
- 53:19Speaker 1: It is God's desire that.
- 53:20Speaker 3: We do well distinctly, and then it speels over to
- 53:24the state.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Is someone ready to pray?
- 53:26Speaker 3: I like you to lift your voice and begin to
- 53:28ask the Lord to lift you, ask the Lord to
- 53:31bless you, asks the Lord to honor you.
- 53:33Speaker 1: The Bible says.
- 53:34Speaker 3: The path of the trust is as a shining light
- 53:38that shines ever bright. And if someone pray. We're praying
- 53:42to the God that answers prayers. Lift your voice and
- 53:47pray to the God that answers prayers.
- 53:58Speaker 1: We're praying to the God that I sirs prayers.
- 54:06Speaker 6: Thank you Jesus labor lacked serf pridaas, Thank you Jesus.

- 54:27of a Quaibo, it said, it is the Lord that
- 54:31advanced Moses and Eron and brought your fathers out of
- 54:36the land of Egypt. Who advances men? That means when
- 54:40you see people moving forward and accomplishing strikes, It says,
- 54:45there is an invisible hand that can push men. Men
- 54:48do not just move forward. It takes more than intention
- 54:52and a good hard to advance.
- 54:54Speaker 1: It says, it is the Lord that advanced Moses.
- 54:57Speaker 3: It is the Lord that advances ex see, it is
- 55:01a lord that advances you.
- 55:02Speaker 1: You are going to pray and make it declaration.

- 55:33Speaker 3: I decree and declare in the name of Jesus Christ.
- 55:37I advance by the mighty hand of God.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Allelujah. Still on advancement.
- 55:58Speaker 3: Sum eighteen and first eighteen, Please very quickly, you have
- 56:02about five or so minutes.
- 56:04Speaker 1: Pm. Eighteen and Verse twenty nine.
- 56:06Speaker 3: It says, for by thee I have run through the truth,
- 56:10and by my God I have lived over a war.
- 56:13It is not normal to lip over a word, but
- 56:15not when God is holding you.
- 56:17Speaker 1: When that invisible hand holds you, you can scale any war.
- 56:21Speaker 3: Is someone ready to pray, Lord, I obtain chrace to advance.
- 56:25Speaker 1: If it means me leaping over a world, If it means.
- 56:28Speaker 3: Me moving over a troop, I you obtain that grace
- 56:31in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Someone is praying.
- 56:36By day, I have run through a troop. By my God,
- 56:41I have lived.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Over a wall.
- 56:43Speaker 3: No limitations in my advancement in the name of Jesus
- 56:47and by the power of the Holy Spirit, hallelujah. Genesis
- 56:56twenty four and verse one. Genesis twenty four and verse one,
- 57:01the Bible says, and Abraham was old and well stricken
- 57:05in age.
- 57:06Speaker 1: Help me read the remaining part.
- 57:07Speaker 3: And the Lord had blessed him in all things.
- 57:11Speaker 1: All things. Now man, the captain of the Syrian.
- 57:14Speaker 3: Army had some things, but let prosy still remained. And
- 57:19the slave girl. Through the ministry of that slave girl,
- 57:22he received perfection.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Someone is about to pray.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Lord, you have helped me in this area, but this
- 57:28other area, by the spirit of prase, grab me all around.
- 57:31Speaker 1: Rest.
- 57:32Speaker 3: If someone praying all things, he says that God, when
- 57:36he blesses men, he blesses them in all things, He
- 57:39does not bless your finances and leave your health. He
- 57:43does not bless your end of one leaves your finances.
- 57:47If it is God he blesses in all things, Please
- 57:50leave your voice and pray.
- 58:04Speaker 4: Allexuia prays alone.
- 58:07Speaker 3: Now let's prey for a quibum second Chronicles fifteen and
- 58:11verse three. Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen and US three. Now
- 58:17for a long season, Israel had been without the true God,
- 58:23and without a teaching priest, and without law Verse four,
- 58:30it says, but when they in their trouble, because trouble
- 58:35will be imminent in any.
- 58:37Speaker 1: City that does not have these critics.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Number one, the recognition of the One True God. Number two,
- 58:43teaching priests models that help to shape the spiritual and
- 58:47the moral.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Convictions of people within a territory.
- 58:51Speaker 3: If a territory is bankrupt of such people, there will
- 58:55be imminent moral decadems. And then number three laws are
- 59:00the three things that keep any society the consciousness of
- 59:03the authority that is above them in heaven. Number two
- 59:07the presence of teaching priests, men and women who help
- 59:11to shape the spiritual and the moral convictions of the people.
- 59:17The spiritual health of the average individual within any geographic
- 59:22region is a report card as.
- 59:24Speaker 1: To the quality of the teaching priests within that territory.
- 59:29Speaker 3: And then number three know nor when a people are lawless.
- 59:34When a territory is lawless, thecadems is imminent, the Bible says,
- 59:39But when they, in their trouble did turn to the
- 59:42Lord God of Israel and sought him, the Bible says
- 59:45he was found of them.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Are you ready to pray?
- 59:48Speaker 3: Father that acquire them will continue to acknowledge Jesus as
- 59:53the head over the state, that you will continue to
- 59:56honor the ministry of teaching priests, men and men of
- 1:00:00God's spiritual leaders, and all of that, and that when
- 1:00:03it has to do with the law and those who
- 1:00:06enforce the law, grant wisdom. And we pray, please lift
- 1:00:09your voice and pray over the State, that continually Jesus
- 1:00:17will be lifted and glorified over the states.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: Continually, continually, continually lifted and glorified over the States, lifted
- 1:00:32and glorified over the States.

- 1:00:41verse one and two. Wrapping up now, First Demotive, Chapter two.
- 1:00:45I exhorte therefore that first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions,
- 1:00:53and giving of things be made for all men, but
- 1:00:57particularly for kings and for all that are in authority,
- 1:01:02Why that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life
- 1:01:06in all godliness and honesty. We have a responsibility to
- 1:01:12pray for the leaders led by His Excellency and Her Excellency,
- 1:01:17And I want us to pray. We're going to use
- 1:01:19them as a point of contact and cry that in
- 1:01:22the name of Jesus, that God himself will find the
- 1:01:27excellencies alongside all the members that make the executive cabinets
- 1:01:32and all who are involved in the affairs of the state.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Were going to pray that they remain malliable.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: Versels for the purposes of God to find expression within
- 1:01:42the state. Are you in agreement? Live to avoide in

- 1:02:04Were wrapping up your pray.
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: Now that they will continue to prosper.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: Allelujah. Last scripture, Second Chronicles twenty six. I'll read from
- 1:02:33verse three to five, Second Chronicles twenty six. Sixteen years
- 1:02:38old was Usiah when he began to raid, and he
- 1:02:43reigned fifty and two years in Jerusalem. His mother's name
- 1:02:48was Jacolia of Jerusalem. The Bible says he did what
- 1:02:52was right in the sight of the Lord, according to
- 1:02:55all that his father Amasiah did verse five, and his
- 1:02:59son God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding
- 1:03:04in the visions of God, and as long as he
- 1:03:07sought the Lord God made him to prosper as long
- 1:03:13as he soorts the Lord. We're going to pray still

- 1:03:50Speaker 1: Amen, Please let me just play for a minute.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: The Holy Spirit just put a scripture in my heart
- 1:03:56that I want us to look at Proverbs chapter twenty four.
- 1:03:59I believe twenty four from US three and four. The
- 1:04:03Lord said, we have to pray this over. A quibo
- 1:04:06through wisdom is a house builded by understanding.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: It is established by knowledge. Shall the chambers be.
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: Filled with all pressure states wisdom, knowledge understanding. Inasmuch as
- 1:04:24we are spiritual people when it has to do with
- 1:04:27bringing policies and dealing with the cosmos, we need our
- 1:04:31spirituality to translate into a context of wisdom, a context
- 1:04:35of understanding and knowledge that becomes it becomes evident to
- 1:04:41the state. I am convinced that spirituality must translate into
- 1:04:45a context that produces a level of intelligence.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: That our territory can relate with are in agreement on that.
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: So final prayer Point Lord, for this state, for the leaders,
- 1:04:56and for everyone who is part of this state, Your wisdom,
- 1:05:00understanding and knowledge upon them.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Please lift your voice and pray.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: Lift your voice and pray wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: For those in government, for.
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: As citizens in this state, for men and women of God,
- 1:05:20for politicians, the judiciary, the police, the law enforcement agents.
- 1:05:27We pray for wisdom the ability to translate spiritual truth
- 1:05:32to a context that can improve and better society.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: By the privilege of priesthood and by the privilege of
- 1:05:42the election of Grace, I led my voice with every
- 1:05:45man of God, every minister of the Gospel here represented
- 1:05:49and in this state.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: And I joined my faith with you to speak.
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: Over the state that in the name that is above
- 1:05:55all names, let it be a new season for this state.
- 1:05:58In the name of Jesus, I pray for its excellency
- 1:06:02and all the cabinet members. I decree and declared supernatural
- 1:06:06wisdom from the Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 1:06:10I pray for all who are part of this state.
- 1:06:13It will only be for you from glory to glory.
- 1:06:16By prophecy, we fortify the spiritual borders over a quai bomb.
- 1:06:20Darkness terroorism will never penetrate this system. We command the
- 1:06:24head to judge the evil to us in the name
- 1:06:27of Jesus Christ.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Let the decline.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: Let there be a multiplied decline in moral decadems. In
- 1:06:36the name of Jesus Christ. Let the young men and
- 1:06:38women in this state continue to be responsible people. I
- 1:06:42decree and declare that aquai bomb will only go from
- 1:06:45glory to glory and grace to grace. Let it be
- 1:06:49so in the name of Jesus. Let it be so
- 1:06:51in the name of Jesus, that decades after now a
- 1:06:55quibum will not look like a shadow of itself. It
- 1:06:58will only be an improvement from glory to glory. In
- 1:07:02Jesus' name, I pray thank you once again for the
- 1:07:05honor to bring the ward. The Lord bless you in
- 1:07:07Jesus Nay
