Speaker 1: What's up, everybody, and welcome to the program. Look, we're
0:03
Speaker 1: just gonna jump right into it today. All right down
0:07
Speaker 1: in Florida, another investigation, this time run by the state itself,
0:14
Speaker 1: has decided that there was no criminal wrongdoing in Jeffrey
0:19
Speaker 1: Epstein getting that sweetheart of a deal. Nobody committed any crimes. Oh,
0:26
Speaker 1: we got preferential treatment, folks, but nobody committed any crimes.
0:31
Speaker 1: I mean, did you really think that an internal investigation
0:36
Speaker 1: was going to unearth anything. It's an absolute joke. This
0:43
Speaker 1: is the State of Florida's version of Leon Black having
0:50
Speaker 1: the I'm using quotes here air quotes the independent law
0:55
Speaker 1: firm look Out, Apollo Global. That's what this is right here.
0:59
Speaker 1: So the state's investigate itself, Huh, that always works out
1:02
Speaker 1: so great. They're gonna expose themselves for being complicit in
1:09
Speaker 1: giving Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal. That's exactly what we
1:12
Speaker 1: should have expected from this investigation. Right, It's a joke.
1:17
Speaker 1: The investigation's a joke. The State of Florida is a joke. Hell,
1:21
Speaker 1: the whole entire justice system in the nation is a joke.
1:26
Speaker 1: And continuously we see shit like this happen. And if
1:33
Speaker 1: what they did wasn't against the law, then perhaps, maybe,
1:39
Speaker 1: just maybe, some more laws need to be put on
1:41
Speaker 1: the books to hold these prosecutors responsible. Let's jump into
1:48
Speaker 1: this article from the Palm Beach Post and let's see
1:51
Speaker 1: what the author, Jane Musgraves, has to say. Jeffrey Epstein
1:58
Speaker 1: Florida probe finds no crime and how case was handled
2:01
Speaker 1: that is just so ludicrous on its face. Just the
2:04
Speaker 1: headline alone is enough to launch me into orbit. This
2:09
Speaker 1: shit is aggravating time after time, day after day. The
2:15
Speaker 1: federal government just gets in the way of bringing people
2:18
Speaker 1: like Epstein to justice. Oh but don't worry, they have
2:21
Speaker 1: no problem kicking in your door if they think you're
2:24
Speaker 1: a drug dealer. The whole entire world is upside down, folks.
2:30
Speaker 1: And I swear to God, I swear to you. I
2:33
Speaker 1: feel like we're living in a simulation at this point.
2:35
Speaker 1: This can't be real life, right, Like I said. This
2:40
Speaker 1: article was authored by Jane Musgrave and yet another blow
2:46
Speaker 1: for survivors of serial child molester Jeffrey Epstein. Florida's top
2:51
Speaker 1: law enforcement agency on Monday said have found no evidence
2:54
Speaker 1: of wrongdoing in the way Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies
2:57
Speaker 1: or the state's attorneys handled the wealthy Palm Beach Residen's case. Well,
3:03
Speaker 1: whoever came to that conclusion should be put on a
3:07
Speaker 1: ship right along with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
3:10
Speaker 1: and sent to the furthest island chain that is uninhabited
3:15
Speaker 1: in the Pacific Ocean, so that they can't meddle in
3:18
Speaker 1: anybody else's life anymore. I mean, are you kidding me?
3:21
Speaker 1: How could you sit on one of these bodies with everything
3:24
Speaker 1: you know and come to the conclusion that that non
3:28
Speaker 1: prosecution agreement was legit, It was all above board, it
3:31
Speaker 1: was kosher. The travesty of this whole entire thing is
3:41
Speaker 1: beyond words, folks. Honestly, it is beyond words. In three
3:48
Speaker 1: separate reports that were the product of a nearly two
3:50
Speaker 1: year investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said it
3:54
Speaker 1: found no proof Epstein's riches or influence with powerbrokers won
3:59
Speaker 1: himself special treatment. No, none at all, Nope, had nothing
4:03
Speaker 1: to do with it. Barry Krisher was just you know,
4:05
Speaker 1: Barry Krisher is just an attack dog of a prosecutor, right, folks,
4:08
Speaker 1: just we can really rely on him to do the
4:10
Speaker 1: right thing. How can anyone think or say that this
4:17
Speaker 1: was above board, that this was acceptable, because it was
4:22
Speaker 1: literally none of those things. It was not above board,
4:25
Speaker 1: it was not acceptable, and it's literally a travesty of justice.
4:30
Speaker 1: I honestly have no idea how the people in Florida
4:34
Speaker 1: who looked at this case can say to themselves or
4:37
Speaker 1: us with the straight face that there were no laws
4:40
Speaker 1: broken here. We need to fix this shit asap. And
4:49
Speaker 1: the current crop of politicians in Florida and elsewhere, well,
4:54
Speaker 1: they certainly don't seem to be the guys or the
4:56
Speaker 1: gals to do it, folks. The agency dismissed allegations that
5:02
Speaker 1: former state Attorney Barry Krisher bowed the pressure from Epstein's
5:05
Speaker 1: high powered legal team to help craft a plea agreement
5:08
Speaker 1: that has been widely criticized as the deal of the century.
5:12
Speaker 1: I mean, were the investigators high, And I don't mean
5:16
Speaker 1: on marijuana, right, I'm talking about high. Were they like
5:21
Speaker 1: hitting the K two? Maybe that leak eleak getting a
5:24
Speaker 1: little wet, because nobody who's sober can come to this conclusion,
5:30
Speaker 1: nobody with a brain that's working at even half capacity.
5:34
Speaker 1: But yet here we are with some of the smartest
5:37
Speaker 1: people in the room, the elected officials and the appointed judges,
5:42
Speaker 1: and all of these jerkoffs who make up the political
5:45
Speaker 1: class who think they can lord over us. Frankly, folks,
5:49
Speaker 1: I have had a belly full of these people. Further
5:55
Speaker 1: investigators said they found no evidence deputies allowed the self
5:58
Speaker 1: described financier file to have sex with two young women
6:02
Speaker 1: when he was allowed to leave the county stockade on
6:05
Speaker 1: work release. Well, Denise George begs to differ, and well,
6:13
Speaker 1: looking at all the stuff in this case and how
6:16
Speaker 1: things were handled in Florida, I have zero confidence in
6:19
Speaker 1: Florida as a law enforcement type of place. Okay, so
6:23
Speaker 1: throw all the shit you hear from Florida out the window.
6:26
Speaker 1: It's all tainted in garbage, especially after this ruling. So
6:33
Speaker 1: it's Florida is just a shit show, folks. I don't
6:37
Speaker 1: even know what to say about that place. Why anyone
6:40
Speaker 1: would live there is beyond me. If this is the
6:42
Speaker 1: way that the state prosecution is going to conduct itself,
6:46
Speaker 1: and then after they're exposed for obvious wrongdoing, they don't
6:51
Speaker 1: even get baptized for it. Yeah, you can miss me
6:55
Speaker 1: with that shit. I'll be avoiding Florida at all costs.
7:02
Speaker 1: While investigators didn't discount the allegations in two ongoing civil
7:05
Speaker 1: lawsuits that Epstein molested two young women in his office
7:09
Speaker 1: in downtown West ponm Beach, Florida, they said deputies who
7:13
Speaker 1: were guarding him were unaware of it. So again their ignorance.
7:18
Speaker 1: Wasn't their job to make sure that they kept people
7:21
Speaker 1: safe from Jeffrey Epstein. Wasn't that what they were doing,
7:24
Speaker 1: but they weren't aware if he did that? What really
7:28
Speaker 1: were they doing? My guess is they were living the
7:32
Speaker 1: life of luxury, all kinds of great meals with their
7:36
Speaker 1: new boy, Jeffrey. And you know what's the big deal?
7:39
Speaker 1: They'll look the other way. A couple of girls come
7:41
Speaker 1: through dad, No big deal. When it comes to drug cartels,
7:47
Speaker 1: it's plato or promo, either silver or lead, meaning you
7:51
Speaker 1: take the bribe or you get the lead. In America,
7:55
Speaker 1: they don't even have to threaten the lead. These dudes
7:57
Speaker 1: are just taking the bribes. Probably, I'm so fed up
8:02
Speaker 1: with the broken, disgusting Department of Justice and the whole
8:11
Speaker 1: entire situation that we find ourselves in. Does anyone have
8:15
Speaker 1: any confidence in the institutions? And then when decisions like
8:19
Speaker 1: this are rendered. How can they expect anybody to believe
8:24
Speaker 1: in what they got going on or to believe the
8:26
Speaker 1: narratives that they're pitching to US agents find no financial
8:33
Speaker 1: intelligence that crimes were committed. Oh, no financial intelligence. Well,
8:39
Speaker 1: first of all, you'd have to have some intelligence to
8:42
Speaker 1: search for the intelligence, you bunch of boops. Second of all,
8:47
Speaker 1: nobody believes anything that's coming out of the office of
8:49
Speaker 1: anyone in Florida. Okay. Fdl E agents also said they
8:55
Speaker 1: uncovered no financial intelligence that any of the ninety one
8:59
Speaker 1: deputies who were paid a total of one hundred and
9:03
Speaker 1: twenty eight one hundred and thirty six dollars to watch
9:06
Speaker 1: Epstein traded money for favors. The money for Epstein's security
9:10
Speaker 1: detail at the Florida Science Foundation was paid to the
9:13
Speaker 1: Sheriff's office and then distributed to deputies. Investigators said, yeah,
9:18
Speaker 1: I'm sure that there was no little something something on
9:20
Speaker 1: the side, right, give me a break, man. Guess what.
9:26
Speaker 1: I don't trust the police either, Okay, I don't trust
9:29
Speaker 1: any of the institutions in this nation. Can I be
9:32
Speaker 1: any more clear? And I don't know how anyone does.
9:38
Speaker 1: Just take a look at TV for five seconds. Just
9:40
Speaker 1: read some articles in the news and you'll see the
9:44
Speaker 1: way these people conduct themselves to think that these guys
9:47
Speaker 1: would be above getting a few bucks on the slide
9:50
Speaker 1: from Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, stop it. Oh well, it
9:52
Speaker 1: wasn't on their taxes. It cautioned that the findings were preliminary,
9:59
Speaker 1: but it's based on its review of available information, no
10:03
Speaker 1: crimes were committed. Further, even if additional evidence is uncovered,
10:07
Speaker 1: given that more than a decade has elapsed, the statue
10:10
Speaker 1: of limitations as long past, and there it is. The
10:13
Speaker 1: devil's in the details. Folks, kick the can down the road.
10:17
Speaker 1: Let's get the statue of limitations kicked in so nobody's
10:21
Speaker 1: ever held accountable and the dance goes on. Meanwhile, the
10:30
Speaker 1: survivors are left once again holding the bag. I hope
10:34
Speaker 1: you feel good about yourselves, Florida, and I hope the
10:37
Speaker 1: FDLE who conducted this garbage ass investigation feels good about
10:42
Speaker 1: themselves too. Sheriff Rick Bradshaw, who asked Governor Ron DeSantis
10:48
Speaker 1: in August twenty nineteen to order FDL to investigate his
10:52
Speaker 1: deputy's conduct after news of Epstein's cushy treatment exploded applauded
10:58
Speaker 1: the findings. You know, Ron de Santa, this is another
11:00
Speaker 1: one strikes me as a weirdo. I don't trust any
11:04
Speaker 1: of these dudes. I wonder how many parties he was
11:07
Speaker 1: hanging out with with his boy Matt gets. After an
11:13
Speaker 1: extensive investigation, FDL determined that there was no inappropriate or
11:18
Speaker 1: criminal activity on the part of any PbSO member with
11:21
Speaker 1: respect to their participation in Epstein's work release or the
11:25
Speaker 1: permit detail. He said in a written statement. As if
11:28
Speaker 1: this is getting them off the hook, right, this is
11:31
Speaker 1: his mia kulpa. See, we did nothing wrong. Why because
11:35
Speaker 1: your friends in another government agency said so sorry? How
11:39
Speaker 1: about an independent board takes a look at this, not
11:42
Speaker 1: one of your friends, not a law firm who you
11:45
Speaker 1: have ties to, A real independent investigation. I'd be calling
11:50
Speaker 1: for a federal investigation. But Merrick Garland doesn't know his
11:54
Speaker 1: ass from his elbow, so that's out as well. But
12:02
Speaker 1: he said, the state agency won't have the last word.
12:05
Speaker 1: An ongoing internal affairs investigation will determine whether deputies violated
12:10
Speaker 1: any department policies. The results are expected soon, he said, Yeah, okay,
12:15
Speaker 1: I have a lot of confidence in that. Meet the
12:19
Speaker 1: new boss same as the old boss. If you think
12:21
Speaker 1: anything's different that now that Merrick Garland's in there, though
12:24
Speaker 1: when Barr was in there, you're wrong. Maybe it's package different, right,
12:28
Speaker 1: But it's all the same shit. These people all have
12:30
Speaker 1: the same goal in mind. Neither Krisher nor the State
12:36
Speaker 1: Attorney's office responded to phone calls or emails about the
12:39
Speaker 1: fdl's findings. The probe cast a shadow over Krisher, a
12:43
Speaker 1: respected sixteen year state attorney who won awards and accolades
12:47
Speaker 1: for his work on behalf of young victims of sexual
12:49
Speaker 1: assault before he left office in two thousand and nine.
12:52
Speaker 1: Talk about a joke, So let's just put it into perspective, okay,
12:58
Speaker 1: And I don't care how you feel about Russia Limbaugh,
13:00
Speaker 1: all right, This same prosecutor, Barry Krisher, tried to put
13:06
Speaker 1: Rush Limbaugh on jail for a billion years because of drugs,
13:09
Speaker 1: but at the same time is giving Epstein a sweetheart deal.
13:16
Speaker 1: It's bullshit, it's garbage, And I'm sick of these disgusting
13:19
Speaker 1: prosecutors not treating this stuff as with the seriousness that
13:23
Speaker 1: it deserves because it's one of their buddies or somebody
13:25
Speaker 1: who contributed to their political campaign or their boss's political campaign.
13:34
Speaker 1: The trampoline effect is severe. His departure came six months
13:41
Speaker 1: after Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges, even
13:44
Speaker 1: though Palm Beach police said he had learned dozens of
13:47
Speaker 1: teens to his mansion for massages that many said led
13:51
Speaker 1: the sexual assault. Two state charges. Folks, just remember that
13:54
Speaker 1: two state prostitution charges with underage girls. By the way,
13:58
Speaker 1: and there's no longdoing on the behalf of the state
14:03
Speaker 1: for giving him this sweetheart deal. I try and come
14:07
Speaker 1: to terms with that. I know there's no way that
14:10
Speaker 1: anyone can justify this to me. He served twelve months
14:16
Speaker 1: of an eighteen month sentence and was allowed to leave
14:19
Speaker 1: the stockade for twelve hours a day, six days a week.
14:22
Speaker 1: Imagine that kind of sweetheart deal for some scumbag child molester.
14:28
Speaker 1: I honestly have no idea how anyone finds it acceptable.
14:35
Speaker 1: This dude's in there. All these little girls came forward
14:38
Speaker 1: and said he was touching them and abusing them and
14:40
Speaker 1: assaulting them. And he's able to leave six days a
14:44
Speaker 1: week for twelve hours a day. Why because he has
14:47
Speaker 1: to go to work. What does that even mean? So
14:53
Speaker 1: is el Choppo able to leave six days a week.
14:57
Speaker 1: Was gas Pipe Casso allowed to do that? What about
14:59
Speaker 1: the UNI A bomber? Hell, maybe we should let David
15:03
Speaker 1: Berkowitz out for a weekend retreat to run around the
15:06
Speaker 1: streets of Yonkers again. I'm telling you everything is upside down, folks.
15:11
Speaker 1: I don't even know what to say at this point.
15:14
Speaker 1: I'll tell you this much though this article has me heated,
15:18
Speaker 1: I'm just so disgusted by all of it, the whole
15:21
Speaker 1: entire thing. Everything we witness on a daily basis just
15:25
Speaker 1: compounds and compounds and builds, and it's like shoving five
15:29
Speaker 1: pounds ten pounds of shit into a five pound bag.
15:36
Speaker 1: After Epstein was charged by New York prosecutors in twenty
15:39
Speaker 1: nineteen with child sex trafficking, the case became a global sensation,
15:43
Speaker 1: in Epstein in international pariah. He was found in a
15:47
Speaker 1: Manhattan jail cell shortly after he was arrested and denied bond.
15:53
Speaker 1: US attorney alex Acosta resigned from cabinet job over controversy.
15:58
Speaker 1: So if alex Acosta resigned, and he should have, how
16:01
Speaker 1: is it that Parry Krisher and the rest of those
16:03
Speaker 1: assholes escape any punishment? So it's all Acosta's fault, right, Sorry,
16:10
Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm not gonna let them off that easy.
16:12
Speaker 1: We're not just gonna escapegoat one guy. So all of
16:14
Speaker 1: the higher ups can skirt no way, not here, not
16:17
Speaker 1: on this podcast. Never mukaesion down all of them, the
16:22
Speaker 1: whole entire lot of them. And that's on the federal side.
16:26
Speaker 1: When we're talking about the state people, Krisher, Krista Marx,
16:31
Speaker 1: all of those people, and none of them are helped responsible. Huh.
16:35
Speaker 1: Everything was above board, folks. It was a quality investigation.
16:40
Speaker 1: You guys all had Epstein red wrong? Okay. In an
16:45
Speaker 1: attempt at damage control, former South Florida US Attorney Alex
16:49
Speaker 1: Acosta sought to blame Krisher for a controversial non prosecution agreement.
16:54
Speaker 1: Under the agreement, federal prosecutors agreed the shell of the
16:57
Speaker 1: fifty three page indictment they had prepared again to Epstein
17:00
Speaker 1: if he pleaded guilty to state charges. So again, it's
17:04
Speaker 1: all about Acosta, right, Barry Krisher sliding on through. I
17:09
Speaker 1: wonder if this guy has pictures of somebody with a
17:11
Speaker 1: goat or something, how the hell do you avoid this
17:14
Speaker 1: kind of scrutiny? This kind of pressure must be nice
17:20
Speaker 1: to be part of the big club. The Palm Beach
17:25
Speaker 1: County State Attorney's office was ready to let Epstein walk free,
17:29
Speaker 1: no jail time, nothing, Acosta said during a nationally televised
17:33
Speaker 1: press conference. Prosecutors in my office found this to be
17:36
Speaker 1: completely unacceptable. So you have his story, you have Chrishier story,
17:40
Speaker 1: and then the truth is somewhere in the middle. Right,
17:42
Speaker 1: one thing is certain, both Christier and Acosta both assholes
17:47
Speaker 1: who need to be reprimanded for their role in this.
17:54
Speaker 1: Chrisher pushed back. He issued a statement saying Acosta was
17:57
Speaker 1: distorting the facts and misrepresenting how the system works. Boy,
18:01
Speaker 1: talk about an oxymoron, breaking news, Barry Krisher, This system
18:06
Speaker 1: does not work, okay, so spare us your nonsense. Mister
18:12
Speaker 1: Acosta should not be allowed to rewrite history, Chrisher said
18:14
Speaker 1: in the statement, I can emphatically state that mister Acosta's
18:18
Speaker 1: recollection of this matter is completely wrong. So this is
18:22
Speaker 1: what happens, right when you have scumbags who were involved
18:25
Speaker 1: in something like this get called to the carpet, they
18:28
Speaker 1: start finger pointing and blaming, and in reality they're all
18:34
Speaker 1: to blame. In my opinion Acosta on down. Every single
18:36
Speaker 1: one of these people that had anything to do with
18:38
Speaker 1: this non prosecution agreement should never ever collect a state
18:43
Speaker 1: pension or work for the state ever, again, point blank period.
18:51
Speaker 1: The explosive press conference was largely blamed for costing Acosta
18:55
Speaker 1: his cabinet post as US Labor Secretary under President Donald
18:58
Speaker 1: Trump to resign the next day, as he should have.
19:02
Speaker 1: He should have never been put in that position in
19:04
Speaker 1: the first place. However, in an investigation in late twenty nineteen,
19:10
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach Posts found that only one of Epstein's
19:14
Speaker 1: survivors was called to testify before the grand jury that
19:18
Speaker 1: indicted Epstein. So again, all of those allegations, all of
19:21
Speaker 1: those girls, why only call one to testify before the
19:25
Speaker 1: grand jury? Also, why assail her credibility in that very
19:29
Speaker 1: grand jury room? Why call her a prostitute? Why say
19:33
Speaker 1: that she was drinking smoking weed? All this other bs
19:36
Speaker 1: that the prosecution should be fighting against. They're joining in
19:40
Speaker 1: on the part of the chorus. But no, they did
19:42
Speaker 1: nothing wrong. They really have people's best wishes at the
19:50
Speaker 1: forefront of their mind. And if you're a parent in Florida,
19:53
Speaker 1: you can feel real safe that the state cares about
19:55
Speaker 1: your children, said nobody ever. Further, rather than treating the
20:03
Speaker 1: team as a survivor, Chrisher's prosecutors focused on her social
20:06
Speaker 1: media postings, where she talked about drinking liquor with boys
20:10
Speaker 1: and talking about sex. There you have it, folks, That's
20:12
Speaker 1: exactly what the prosecutors are supposed to do. Boy, I'll
20:15
Speaker 1: tell you what, lucky, this isn't my daughter. We'll just
20:19
Speaker 1: leave it at that, because I would be howling. You
20:23
Speaker 1: think I got a big fat yap. Now, boy, you
20:26
Speaker 1: ain't seen nothing yet. Her posts had been provided to
20:31
Speaker 1: Krisher's office by Epstein's top tier lawyers, including Harvard law
20:35
Speaker 1: professor Allen I kept my underpants on Dershowitz. Rather than
20:39
Speaker 1: treat her as a victim, she was portrayed as being
20:41
Speaker 1: eager to participate in Epstein's lords schemes. Sources told the
20:45
Speaker 1: paper and the jerk offs in the grand jury room,
20:48
Speaker 1: if the people who sat on that grand jury, what
20:51
Speaker 1: a bunch of idiots, What a bunch of morons. Interview
21:00
Speaker 1: with FDLE investigators, Chrisher acknowledged that only one team testified
21:04
Speaker 1: before the Grand jerry, even though he said three were
21:07
Speaker 1: summoned imagine that only one. So we only have the
21:11
Speaker 1: testimony of one girl, one little girl, about this Epstein case,
21:16
Speaker 1: and they could have had a bunch more, but they
21:18
Speaker 1: decided not to. Krisher recalled. One witness was out of
21:25
Speaker 1: town and the other victim's mother did not want her
21:28
Speaker 1: to testify. Investigators wrote, so one was out of town.
21:31
Speaker 1: How about postpone the grand Jerry till she gets back.
21:34
Speaker 1: What do you say? Former Palm Beach police Chief Michael
21:41
Speaker 1: Ryder told the investigators that Chrishier's office told him they
21:44
Speaker 1: wouldn't prosecute Epstein for crimes if the teens were sixteen
21:48
Speaker 1: and over and it involved extraordinary circumstances, meaning intercourse. FDL
21:54
Speaker 1: agents wrote, you know, I mean, I don't know how
21:58
Speaker 1: many ways I can say this. Okay, I'm gonna say
22:01
Speaker 1: a bad word here, so you might want to cover
22:03
Speaker 1: your ears. The state of Florida and the whole entire
22:09
Speaker 1: justice system down there is absolutely fucked disappointed that Chrisher
22:17
Speaker 1: wasn't vigorously pursuing the case. Writer asked the FBI to investigate.
22:21
Speaker 1: That ultimately ultimately led to the involvement of federal prosecutors
22:25
Speaker 1: and the infamous non prosecution agreement, Krisher acknowledged that he
22:30
Speaker 1: and Writer were at odds. Investigators wrote, with some of
22:33
Speaker 1: the teams scared and giving conflicting statements. Krisher said he
22:37
Speaker 1: didn't believe the case was as strong as Writer did.
22:41
Speaker 1: I mean what, you didn't believe the case was as
22:44
Speaker 1: strong as Rider? Did? You have a bunch of little
22:46
Speaker 1: girls coming forward and telling you that this happened. But nah,
22:50
Speaker 1: this isn't a strong case. Is there ever gonna be
22:53
Speaker 1: a forensic investigation into the finances? Are we gonna see
22:57
Speaker 1: if Epstein paid any of these people off? Or we're
23:00
Speaker 1: not gonna even bother ask those questions as investigators. Writers
23:08
Speaker 1: assessment of the strength of the case did not conport
23:11
Speaker 1: to our assessment of the strength of the case, Chrisher
23:13
Speaker 1: told investigators. After interviewing Krisher, prosecutors who were involved in
23:18
Speaker 1: the case, judges and police FDL agents said they found
23:22
Speaker 1: no evidence that any laws were broken. Yeah, okay, sure
23:25
Speaker 1: they didn't. We interviewed all of the lawyers and all
23:28
Speaker 1: the people that were on the hook to get in trouble. Oh,
23:31
Speaker 1: I'm sure they spun themselves a nice story. They've had
23:33
Speaker 1: plenty of time to concoct one. No evidence was developed
23:42
Speaker 1: to substantiate a criminal predicate that would warrant FDL to
23:45
Speaker 1: continue a criminal investigation into the matter at this time,
23:48
Speaker 1: it concluded. Attorney Bradley Edwards, who represented more than a
23:53
Speaker 1: dozen of Epstein's survivors, didn't return a phone call or
23:56
Speaker 1: email to comment. Edwards convinced the US District Judge Kenneth
24:01
Speaker 1: Morrow that federal prosecutors violated the Crime Victim Rights Act
24:05
Speaker 1: by not letting them know about the non prosecution agreement
24:08
Speaker 1: until it was too late to change, but he said
24:11
Speaker 1: there was nothing he could do because Epstein was dead. Again,
24:14
Speaker 1: the system is so fubar, folks. Because he's dead. Let's
24:18
Speaker 1: drop the case. Let's just forget about all of it.
24:21
Speaker 1: As if there were no co conspirators. Here's an idea,
24:24
Speaker 1: drop a rico net over all of them, and we
24:27
Speaker 1: wouldn't have to have this conversation. Last month, a deeply
24:34
Speaker 1: divided Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, for a
24:36
Speaker 1: second time, said federal prosecutors didn't violate the Act. It
24:41
Speaker 1: found the law didn't apply because federal prosecutors didn't indict
24:44
Speaker 1: Epstein themselves and instead relied on Krisher to do so.
24:48
Speaker 1: Was that by plan? Did they do that with the
24:51
Speaker 1: intent purpose knowing that they would be able to concoct
24:55
Speaker 1: this get out of jail free card for themselves if
24:57
Speaker 1: they were ever caught. I know that's a cynical way
24:59
Speaker 1: to look at things, but do we really trust these people?
25:06
Speaker 1: As a state prosecutor, Krisher wasn't bound by federal law.
25:10
Speaker 1: Edwards expressed disappointment on behalf of his clients, who have
25:13
Speaker 1: fought for more than a decade to have their voices heard.
25:16
Speaker 1: He vowed to take the fight to Congress and convince
25:18
Speaker 1: lawmakers to close loopholes in the law that kept Epstein's
25:21
Speaker 1: young survivors in the dark. In the end, the upshot
25:25
Speaker 1: of multiple investigations in lawsuits is that Bradshaw eliminated work release.
25:31
Speaker 1: Many criminal defense lawyers said it helped those who committed
25:33
Speaker 1: nonviolent offenses by being allowed to leave jail to work,
25:37
Speaker 1: They can make sure they had a job waiting for
25:39
Speaker 1: them after they had served their sentences. Look, I'm not
25:42
Speaker 1: against that, honestly. If we're talking about nonviolent offenders, right,
25:48
Speaker 1: that doesn't mean sex offenders. Okay, we're talking about nonviolent
25:51
Speaker 1: offenders I'm all about rehabilitation, folks. I don't want people
25:54
Speaker 1: to rot in prison. I want people to be rehabilitated
25:58
Speaker 1: those who can be. But those those who are a
26:01
Speaker 1: menace to society, those who can hurt the people we love,
26:04
Speaker 1: they need to be locked up. In the wake of
26:10
Speaker 1: the controversy over Epstein's lenient treatment, Bradshaw asked the county's
26:14
Speaker 1: Criminal Justice Commission to review its merits. After the advisory
26:19
Speaker 1: board found no benefit to the agency, Bradshaw dismantled the program.
26:24
Speaker 1: So the moral of the story is you can get
26:27
Speaker 1: away with all sorts of bullshit if you're a federal prosecutors.
26:34
Speaker 1: Sorry about that, folks had some dogs barking real quick.
26:37
Speaker 1: But it comes down to the situation of so you
26:40
Speaker 1: can get do all of this stuff right, be involved
26:43
Speaker 1: in cutting these sweetheart deals, and the only penalty when
26:47
Speaker 1: all is said and done, is that this work release
26:51
Speaker 1: program is cut. How can anyone justify that? But like
26:59
Speaker 1: with this whole entire case from the very beginning, down
27:05
Speaker 1: is up, left is right, right is left, and the
27:09
Speaker 1: federal government remains inept. If you'd like to contact me,
27:14
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
27:17
Speaker 1: That's bo bb Y c ap you Cci at ProtonMail
27:22
Speaker 1: dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at

27:31
Speaker 1: that go with this episode can be found in the
27:33
Speaker 1: description box. All right, folks, I'll be back later on
27:37
Speaker 1: or tomorrow morning, depending. I hope you all have a
27:40
Speaker 1: fantastic night. Let's jump into this article from the Palm
27:43
Speaker 1: Beach Post and let's see what the author, Jane Musgrave
27:48
Speaker 1: has to say headline. Local law officials couldn't get past
27:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's wealth pro reveals, and it's sad but true. Right,
28:00
Speaker 1: we don't need an article to tell us that. We
28:02
Speaker 1: don't need an insider or a whistleblower or anything like
28:05
Speaker 1: that to tell us that Jeffrey Epstein's wealth was a
28:09
Speaker 1: huge impediment for these survivors getting justice. Palm Beach County
28:16
Speaker 1: State Attorney Barry Krisher couldn't get past the notion that
28:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein showered dozens of teens he molested with money
28:23
Speaker 1: and gifts, which the prosecutor believed turned girls as young
28:27
Speaker 1: as fourteen into prostitutes. Look, there's no such thing as
28:33
Speaker 1: a fourteen year old prostitute. All right, that's called a
28:36
Speaker 1: child sex worker who's being abused and manipulated into that situation.
28:45
Speaker 1: You know, I don't even understand how they can look
28:49
Speaker 1: themselves in the mirror with this sort of narrative. There's
28:55
Speaker 1: no way know how anyone's going to convince me. I
28:58
Speaker 1: don't care what gifts her exchange that a fourteen year
29:01
Speaker 1: old knew exactly what was going on here with a
29:04
Speaker 1: fifty two year old man. Look, we're not talking about
29:06
Speaker 1: a fourteen year old with an eighteen year old a
29:08
Speaker 1: freshman with a senior, Right, that's different. There'd be an
29:12
Speaker 1: argument to be had there. We all know dudes are
29:14
Speaker 1: stupid as hell. Guys don't mature till they're I don't know,
29:17
Speaker 1: thirty or something. But this isn't any of that. This
29:22
Speaker 1: isn't some you know, high school senior who is with
29:25
Speaker 1: some freshmen in high school. This is a very powerful,
29:29
Speaker 1: very wealthy man who had the core four underneath him
29:34
Speaker 1: to help groom these girls and prepare them for his abuse.
29:37
Speaker 1: Point blank period. That's what was occurring. And Barry Krisher,
29:41
Speaker 1: the state prosecutors and all the other bitch ass punks
29:45
Speaker 1: who were involved down there, knew what was occurring, and
29:48
Speaker 1: they chose to look the other way because Epstein and
29:51
Speaker 1: his powerful attorneys flexed on these boys. So rather than
29:59
Speaker 1: charge this self described financier pedophile with child molestation as
30:03
Speaker 1: Palm Beach police wanted, he charged Epstein with two counts
30:07
Speaker 1: of solicitation of prostitution. And that, right there, folks, launched
30:11
Speaker 1: it all into orbit, right, got everything moving for Epstein
30:14
Speaker 1: to refurbish his image once he got out of quote
30:18
Speaker 1: unquote jail. Oh, it was only look, I was soliciting
30:22
Speaker 1: a prostitute. Come on, I was just a john guys,
30:24
Speaker 1: what you know. It happens sometimes a guy has an
30:27
Speaker 1: urge and a guy has a need and he goes
30:29
Speaker 1: to get himself a prostitute. That's basically what those charges say, right,
30:35
Speaker 1: And as a society we look at it. We're like,
30:37
Speaker 1: you stupid asshole out there trying to get go pick
30:40
Speaker 1: up a prostitute, and you get nailed, you dumb moron,
30:43
Speaker 1: and that's usually the end of it. Right. So that's
30:46
Speaker 1: why they were shooting for a prostitution charge and not
30:49
Speaker 1: the other charges, because these other charges, well, us society
30:54
Speaker 1: we look at them, and we look and see a monster, okay,
30:57
Speaker 1: not a guy who made a mistake. And that's the
30:59
Speaker 1: image we should get when looking at Jeffrey Epstein. And
31:02
Speaker 1: that is the image that they hid with these silly ass,
31:07
Speaker 1: cheap ass, weak ass charges that they slapped on them.
31:10
Speaker 1: In Florida, Top County Sheriff's officials couldn't get over Epstein's
31:16
Speaker 1: enormous wealth, which they believed would allow him to either
31:19
Speaker 1: bribe fellow inmates or become a target of extortion, creating
31:24
Speaker 1: a security risk in the jail. So stupid, that's their excuse. Huh.
31:30
Speaker 1: So you had all of these years to come up
31:31
Speaker 1: with an excuse for why you gave this dude this
31:34
Speaker 1: kind of deal, and that's what you came up with.
31:36
Speaker 1: H the security at the jail, give me a break.
31:40
Speaker 1: Put this guy in his own cell, lock the key,
31:43
Speaker 1: leave him in there for twenty three hours a day,
31:46
Speaker 1: just like they do with the Arian Brotherhood or the
31:48
Speaker 1: Mexican Mafia or any of anyone else who might be
31:51
Speaker 1: a problem in jail. This is all bs, folks, This
31:56
Speaker 1: narrative right here all trash. So they decided to give
32:02
Speaker 1: him his own private television and house him in an
32:05
Speaker 1: unlocked cell. In the county stockade, which he was eventually
32:08
Speaker 1: allowed to leave for twelve hours a day, seven days
32:11
Speaker 1: a week. Just before his sentence was up. He was
32:14
Speaker 1: even allowed to spend two hours a day at his
32:17
Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion. Ah, you know, why not return to
32:20
Speaker 1: the scene of the crime and all head back home.
32:23
Speaker 1: Must be nice to be Jeffrey f And Epstein. Huh. Meanwhile,
32:27
Speaker 1: back in reality the rest of us, nobody's getting that
32:31
Speaker 1: kind of deal. Go ahead and commit a crime and
32:33
Speaker 1: see if you get that kind of deal. Go ahead
32:37
Speaker 1: and sell crack and see if you get that kind
32:39
Speaker 1: of deal. But a few traffic human beings and basically
32:45
Speaker 1: enslave human beings, No big deal. We're gonna hook you up. Bro,
32:48
Speaker 1: he's hang out in the stockade, got your own cell,
32:50
Speaker 1: got yourself a TV. We'll let you go out fourteen
32:53
Speaker 1: hours a day, twelve hours a day. Hell, you can
32:55
Speaker 1: even go to your house for a couple hours a day.
32:58
Speaker 1: Does that sound like justice to you? Does that sound
33:01
Speaker 1: like a deterrent from anyone doing this ever? Again? And
33:04
Speaker 1: you wonder why Jeffrey Epstein continued on his path. The
33:11
Speaker 1: findings the product of a nearly two year investigation by
33:15
Speaker 1: the state's top law enforcement agency confirmed Epstein was treated
33:19
Speaker 1: far differently from other less wealthy people ensnared by the
33:23
Speaker 1: criminal justice system. Yeah, no, shitt he was. But there
33:27
Speaker 1: was no laws broken. It was just improper. These people
33:34
Speaker 1: need to be reined in. They have unchecked powers and
33:40
Speaker 1: it is obviously a detriment to the rest of us. However,
33:47
Speaker 1: in lengthy reports released this week, investigators for the Florida
33:50
Speaker 1: Department of Law Enforcement said no laws were broken, destroyed
33:56
Speaker 1: sheriff's records, conflicting memories, the death of a key witness,
34:00
Speaker 1: and the refusal of some of Epstein's young survivors to
34:03
Speaker 1: talk hampered the investigation that was ordered by Governor Ron DeSantis.
34:08
Speaker 1: FDL agent said, again, look, kudos for initiating the investigation,
34:16
Speaker 1: but did anyone really think that we were going to
34:20
Speaker 1: get the answers that we were looking for here? When
34:23
Speaker 1: it's the state once again investigating themselves. Why is it
34:26
Speaker 1: always these people, these entities, these groups that are called
34:31
Speaker 1: on the carpet are allowed to investigate themselves. There needs
34:37
Speaker 1: to be some sort of independent investigation done, and again
34:41
Speaker 1: I would call for the federal government to initiate that investigation.
34:45
Speaker 1: But does anyone have any confidence in anything that they're doing.
34:49
Speaker 1: At this point, they can't even protect critical infrastructure from
34:55
Speaker 1: cyber hackers. But even if additional information surfaces, more than
35:02
Speaker 1: a decade has passed since Epstein's Luered activities exploded into
35:06
Speaker 1: public view, any crime they might uncover would be barred
35:10
Speaker 1: by the statutes of limitations, they said, And that was
35:13
Speaker 1: always the plan, right, kick the ball down the court,
35:16
Speaker 1: kick the can down the court long enough for the
35:18
Speaker 1: statue of limitations to kick in and make it all
35:21
Speaker 1: a moot point, so that they can ride off into
35:24
Speaker 1: the sunset in their Bugatti with the drop top down
35:27
Speaker 1: and both middle fingers up like they always do, right,
35:31
Speaker 1: the bad guys always riding off into the sunset in America. Frankly,
35:36
Speaker 1: I'm tired of it. I'm really really tired of it.
35:39
Speaker 1: And all of these federal agencies, the FBI, these prosecutors
35:44
Speaker 1: who are supposed to make sure shit like this doesn't happen, well,
35:49
Speaker 1: they're all in on it. People talk about how corrupt
35:53
Speaker 1: places like Mexico is, and blob man, it's corrupt here too.
35:58
Speaker 1: You really think, to go on a bit of a
36:01
Speaker 1: different subject for a moment, do you really think the
36:03
Speaker 1: Sackler family over at Purdue Pharmacy Pharma, I mean, should
36:08
Speaker 1: have only been slapped with what they were slapped with.
36:11
Speaker 1: If they didn't have all of those political connections that
36:13
Speaker 1: they had, all of those powerful lawyers working for them,
36:16
Speaker 1: you really think they would have been able to slither
36:19
Speaker 1: out of that shit. The whole entire system is corrupt.
36:23
Speaker 1: It's about who you know and how much money you're
36:26
Speaker 1: paying your attorneys, because you're not only paying for them
36:28
Speaker 1: to defend you, you're paying for their political clout. The
36:35
Speaker 1: conclusions further inflame those who believe the serial child molester
36:38
Speaker 1: received a gift from chrisher and the inexplicably cushy treatment
36:42
Speaker 1: from the sheriff's office. Yeah. I'll be the first to
36:46
Speaker 1: say this shit enraged me. Obviously, I don't speak for
36:49
Speaker 1: anybody else, but personally speaking, this kind of stuff really
36:52
Speaker 1: really gets me launched into orbit and fired up because
36:58
Speaker 1: they're basically just lying to as we know that it
37:03
Speaker 1: was more than just people being ignorant. These people were
37:09
Speaker 1: They were swayed by Epstein's power, his influence, and the
37:13
Speaker 1: extreme power of his legal team. Look think about being
37:17
Speaker 1: a state prosecutor or a federal prosecutor here. You don't
37:20
Speaker 1: think they go over their heads. You don't think anyone
37:23
Speaker 1: went to Mukasey. Stop it, stop it right now. Attorney
37:31
Speaker 1: Jack Scarolla, who represented some of Epstein's victims, called the
37:34
Speaker 1: report a whitewash. Further, he said the States Agency's conclusions
37:39
Speaker 1: that it was hamstrung by expired statues of limitations was disingenuous. Yeah,
37:45
Speaker 1: that's they're built in, right. They always have to have
37:48
Speaker 1: their built in safety valve, their firewall. Oh well, we
37:52
Speaker 1: can't give you information about this because it's an ongoing investigation.
37:58
Speaker 1: And then in a situation like this, oh well, there
38:02
Speaker 1: was some impropriety, but no crimes were committed, and even
38:05
Speaker 1: if they were, well, the statue of limitations would have
38:09
Speaker 1: been passed already. And once again they begin the sweeping
38:16
Speaker 1: under the rug. But this time they're not going to
38:20
Speaker 1: get away with it. There are too many people who
38:23
Speaker 1: are interested in this case, in the independent media and elsewhere.
38:27
Speaker 1: They're not going to be able to kick the can
38:29
Speaker 1: down the road this time. All right, Maxwell's going to trial.
38:33
Speaker 1: Shit's going to come out, and there's a long time
38:37
Speaker 1: between now and November, folks. Who knows what else is
38:41
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe. That was a foregone conclusion, he said,
38:49
Speaker 1: noting that Epstein, who is now dead, was arrested and
38:53
Speaker 1: incarcerated more than fifteen years ago. No answers for why
38:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein got a slap on the wrist. US Representative
39:02
Speaker 1: Lois Frankel, who has pushed for a congressional investigation into
39:06
Speaker 1: how Epstein's case was handled by both state and federal prosecutors,
39:10
Speaker 1: voiced similar views. I mean, is anybody going to really
39:16
Speaker 1: push for these investigations? I mean, stand up in conference
39:19
Speaker 1: and say to their colleagues, look, I'm going to make
39:22
Speaker 1: sure that I stopped the next bill dead in its
39:24
Speaker 1: tracks unless we have a hearing on Epstein. It's as
39:28
Speaker 1: simple as that. If one of these people on these
39:30
Speaker 1: strong committees would do that, then we'd get the hearings.
39:33
Speaker 1: But like usual, they do not care. It's all lip service.
39:37
Speaker 1: Until I actually see people up in front of Congress
39:39
Speaker 1: being sworn in under oath and shit, I'll look at
39:42
Speaker 1: it as lip service once again. Jeffrey Epstein's survivors get
39:49
Speaker 1: no answers for why he got a slap on the
39:51
Speaker 1: wrist for sexually abusing multiple young girls, said Frankel, a
39:55
Speaker 1: West Palm Beach Democrat. The finding of no criminal conduct
39:59
Speaker 1: on the park of law enforcement in the handling of
40:02
Speaker 1: Epstein's case is a diversion from finding the truth. Hallelujah,
40:07
Speaker 1: Lois Frankel. And if you're going to be the lady
40:10
Speaker 1: who is going to spearhead this and get investigations, I
40:14
Speaker 1: will surely support you, because, folks, we need answers here.
40:21
Speaker 1: All we get are more questions. All we get are
40:24
Speaker 1: is more obfuscation. It's time we get some truth. Attorney
40:38
Speaker 1: Michael Dulce, a sexual abuse survivor who specializes in child
40:42
Speaker 1: molestation cases, said he was astounded by the conclusions drawn
40:46
Speaker 1: by state agents. I think it's inherently preposterous to say
40:50
Speaker 1: that there was no preferential treatment to mister Epstein based
40:54
Speaker 1: on his wealth, he said. I've never seen a case
40:57
Speaker 1: of preferential treatment on this level, particularly when it involved
41:01
Speaker 1: crimes against children. The only difference is is wealth. Yeah,
41:07
Speaker 1: no shit, that's the real privilege, folks. You know, they
41:11
Speaker 1: talk about this privilege and that privilege, and this person
41:14
Speaker 1: has more privilege than that person, and then they have
41:17
Speaker 1: the middle class and the lower middle class arguing about
41:20
Speaker 1: who is more privileged or not. Bro, you know who's privileged,
41:23
Speaker 1: People like Epstein. The rest of us are doing the
41:26
Speaker 1: same thing as the neighbor that we have next door.
41:30
Speaker 1: Up every morning, tie on our shoes, heading now to work,
41:34
Speaker 1: trying to provide for our families because ketch up sandwiches
41:37
Speaker 1: are not an option. Meanwhile, these scumbags don't have to
41:42
Speaker 1: do shit but sit around, steal, get involved in money laundering.
41:45
Speaker 1: Oh and let me add molest children as well. But
41:49
Speaker 1: yet they're the ones who catch the great deals. They're
41:51
Speaker 1: the ones who are getting all kinds of hooked up,
41:54
Speaker 1: making sure they don't go to jail. That's privilege, folks,
41:57
Speaker 1: and that comes with money and wealth. While refusing to
42:03
Speaker 1: find fault with either Krisher or the Sheriff's office, investigators
42:07
Speaker 1: acknowledged that unusual decisions were made. The case was ultimately
42:12
Speaker 1: settled by a rare and once secret non prosecution agreement
42:16
Speaker 1: crafted by federal prosecutors and endorsed by Krisher. And again
42:21
Speaker 1: it goes back to the heart of the conversation. Sure
42:24
Speaker 1: Acosta is a scumbag and needs to be outed. Sure
42:27
Speaker 1: Krisher's a scumbag, and he needs to be outed. How
42:31
Speaker 1: come none of these articles ever ever mentioned Mukasey. I mean,
42:39
Speaker 1: we're not gonna go all the way to the top here.
42:41
Speaker 1: We're gonna act like this decision was made in a
42:43
Speaker 1: vacuum by a lowly state prosecutor. Huh okay. Three times
42:50
Speaker 1: during their analysis of the Sheriff's office handling of Epstein,
42:54
Speaker 1: FDL FDL E agents said the tycoon received differential treatment
42:59
Speaker 1: can to other inmates, but they cushioned their words, saying
43:03
Speaker 1: the decisions were justified. Of course they did. This was
43:07
Speaker 1: not about finding what occurred here, folks. This was about
43:11
Speaker 1: refurbishing the image of the state prosecutors of Florida. That's
43:15
Speaker 1: what it's always about. Oh, you think it's about justice.
43:20
Speaker 1: It's all political theater at all times with all of
43:24
Speaker 1: these people. And that's the environment that we find ourselves
43:28
Speaker 1: in with political politicians in general. For instance, Epstein was
43:36
Speaker 1: moved from the jail to the stockade because sheriff's officials
43:39
Speaker 1: worried about the safety of housing him in an open
43:42
Speaker 1: cell block. Not only could he bribe or be extorted
43:45
Speaker 1: by fellow inmates, but they said they worried they couldn't
43:49
Speaker 1: protect him if angry friends of his accusers were housed
43:52
Speaker 1: in the same area of the jail. Investigators wrote, you
43:56
Speaker 1: don't have to just worry about friends of the accusers.
43:59
Speaker 1: Let me be very clear, inmates have a very special
44:04
Speaker 1: code of their own. And while the people that are
44:07
Speaker 1: housed in these jails and prisons are usually the worst
44:10
Speaker 1: of the worst, the very bottom wrung is reserved for
44:15
Speaker 1: people who are at women and children, and that is
44:19
Speaker 1: where Epstein would find himself. That said, with his money,
44:23
Speaker 1: he could have bought protection for himself if he would
44:26
Speaker 1: have ended up in general population, he could have bought
44:29
Speaker 1: protection from some group like the Arian Brotherhood. Plenty of
44:33
Speaker 1: plenty of routes that he could have went. And they're
44:35
Speaker 1: not wrong saying he would have been extorted. He would
44:37
Speaker 1: have been, and he probably would have been assaulted at
44:40
Speaker 1: some point and maybe even killed. That is not bs,
44:45
Speaker 1: that's not hyperbole. That's just the facts of the matter
44:49
Speaker 1: when it comes to prison in America and these sorts
44:52
Speaker 1: of charges. So I could see them moving hto that stockade, right,
44:57
Speaker 1: but not for him to leave all them hours. I
44:59
Speaker 1: would have put him in that cell for twenty three
45:01
Speaker 1: hours a day. You get out one hour a day
45:04
Speaker 1: for a little exercise, get your shower time, whatever that is,
45:08
Speaker 1: and that's the end of it. Bro. You're eating in
45:10
Speaker 1: that jail cell, you're working out in that jail cell,
45:12
Speaker 1: that eight by ten bocks. That's your whole life from
45:16
Speaker 1: now on. Enjoy no stockades, no going out during the
45:22
Speaker 1: day while you're an inmate, none of that shit. When
45:26
Speaker 1: they moved Epstein to the stockade, Sheriff's officials said they
45:30
Speaker 1: were obligated to give him the same privileges he would
45:32
Speaker 1: have had in jail. TV installed for Jeffrey Epstein to
45:37
Speaker 1: mimic conditions for other inmates. Other inmates at the stockade
45:41
Speaker 1: were locked in their cells for disciplinary reasons, but since
45:45
Speaker 1: Epstein was there for his own safety, Sheriff's officials said
45:48
Speaker 1: they decided to keep the door of Epstein's cell open
45:51
Speaker 1: so he could wander around as he would have been
45:54
Speaker 1: able to in the jail. Oh, yeah, that's exactly what
45:57
Speaker 1: you want to do. Just let him wander around, wants.
46:00
Speaker 1: Go ahead, Jeffrey, you have run of the keep. It's yours, buddy.
46:03
Speaker 1: Should have just given him the keys to all the
46:05
Speaker 1: other cells too, so you can go around and be
46:07
Speaker 1: the King of Siam like usual. Nothing wrong here, folks,
46:11
Speaker 1: nothing to see. I wonder if Khalif Browder would have
46:14
Speaker 1: been afforded the same kind of stay in this stockade somehow,
46:21
Speaker 1: I don't think so. They also installed the television to
46:26
Speaker 1: mimic jail conditions. It was turned away from other prisoners
46:30
Speaker 1: who weren't allowed to watch TV. Investigators said, oh my,
46:33
Speaker 1: so this guy's in the stockade. All of these other inmates,
46:37
Speaker 1: you're in there for disciplin discipline reasons, right, none of
46:41
Speaker 1: them are allowed to watch TV. But Epstein's bitch ass
46:44
Speaker 1: is sitting there watching the view. It's almost like in
46:47
Speaker 1: law abiding citizen when Gerard Butler's character asks for the
46:50
Speaker 1: bed the steak and then he stabs his inmate in
46:55
Speaker 1: a cellmate with the steakbone. This is also ludic, Chris,
47:00
Speaker 1: I don't know how any governing body can look at
47:02
Speaker 1: this and say, yeah, everything's cool. Everything was above board here. Likewise,
47:10
Speaker 1: while federal prosecutors chafed at the decision to give Epstein
47:13
Speaker 1: work release, investigators said he was entitled to leave the
47:16
Speaker 1: jail to work at his nonprofit Florida Science Foundation. Must
47:20
Speaker 1: be nice, Must be nice? Huh? In there for child
47:24
Speaker 1: sex trafficking, go ahead, get yourself a little bit of
47:27
Speaker 1: a day trip, Old Jeffy. As part of his plea deal,
47:34
Speaker 1: he was forced to register as a sex offender, but
47:36
Speaker 1: at the time, departmental policy didn't bar sex offenders from
47:40
Speaker 1: work release. Investigators said, yeah, I had to a file
47:44
Speaker 1: as a sex offender everywhere but New Mexico. It was
47:49
Speaker 1: just a coincidence that he put that house in Zoro,
47:51
Speaker 1: by the way, just a coincidence. He had no idea
47:55
Speaker 1: that he wouldn't have to register there as a sex
47:57
Speaker 1: offender or anything. It should be noted that a review
48:03
Speaker 1: of PbSO records identified three instances in which inmates were
48:07
Speaker 1: authorized to participate in the work release program who, like Epstein,
48:11
Speaker 1: were designated sexual offenders. FDL agents wrote, that's the problem,
48:17
Speaker 1: all right, The law was the problem. Epstein or those
48:20
Speaker 1: other three should have never been granted work release as
48:23
Speaker 1: sex offenders, and anybody who says or thinks otherwise is
48:28
Speaker 1: obviously suffering from a critically critically damaging blow to the head.
48:37
Speaker 1: Other inmates were also allowed to leave the jail to
48:40
Speaker 1: go to work for long periods. The decision to allow
48:43
Speaker 1: Epstein to work from home during the last two months
48:45
Speaker 1: of thirteen months he served was also a privilege granted
48:49
Speaker 1: to other inmates. Investigators said, well, that's fine and well,
48:52
Speaker 1: and I think it should be a case by case basis. Right,
48:55
Speaker 1: I'm not completely against a work release for inmates. You
48:59
Speaker 1: know you're in there for some Look, man, you guys
49:01
Speaker 1: should all know how I feel by now about the
49:04
Speaker 1: prison system. I'm all about rehabilitation and I am all
49:09
Speaker 1: about fixing our prison systems. But that said, no child molester,
49:13
Speaker 1: no toucher, no diddler should ever be given work release.
49:22
Speaker 1: Work release did not prohibit an individual who was self employed,
49:25
Speaker 1: who or who was the owner of a business to
49:28
Speaker 1: participate in the program. Investigators wrote, inmates were eligible to
49:32
Speaker 1: participate in work release even if their office was at
49:36
Speaker 1: their personal residence. Again, not against any of that, but
49:40
Speaker 1: it has to be applied correctly. Guys like Epstein should
49:44
Speaker 1: never be granted that waiver. Sheriff Rick Bradshaw, who asked
49:50
Speaker 1: a scientist to order the investigation, isn't mentioned in the report. However,
49:55
Speaker 1: his now retired right hand man, Chief Deputy Michael Gager
50:00
Speaker 1: Geger or whatever, defended the agency's actions. The chief reiterated
50:05
Speaker 1: that the decisions were made in order to ensure Epstein's
50:08
Speaker 1: safety as an inmate in their custody. Investigators wrote, So
50:12
Speaker 1: you know they're gonna latch onto the whole safety thing, right,
50:14
Speaker 1: considering how Epstein ended up, So they'll use that to
50:19
Speaker 1: their advantage here by putting it in there. Well, we
50:21
Speaker 1: had him like that because of his safety, and as
50:23
Speaker 1: you can see by what occurred in New York, we
50:26
Speaker 1: did the right thing. It's basically what they're trying to say.
50:31
Speaker 1: The chief, who described Epstein as a model prisoner in
50:34
Speaker 1: a video release shortly after the Money managers twenty nineteen
50:38
Speaker 1: arrest on child sex trafficking charges in New York, told
50:41
Speaker 1: The Palm Beach Post that the PbSO was bound by
50:45
Speaker 1: Epstein's plea agreement, and once again the plea agreement rears
50:49
Speaker 1: its ugly head. That thing is the biggest impediment when
50:53
Speaker 1: it comes to finding justice in this case that we
50:57
Speaker 1: have ever come across, and the sick twisted Eleventh Circuit
51:03
Speaker 1: Court of Appeals and their horrid decision making has made
51:07
Speaker 1: things even more difficult, it said Epstein. The NPA would
51:16
Speaker 1: receive the benefits and privileges of all other inmates. To
51:20
Speaker 1: violate this would place us in a position of great
51:22
Speaker 1: liability and in violation of our policies, accredation standards, and
51:27
Speaker 1: court precedent, the Chief said in a statement. To deny
51:31
Speaker 1: him a television would violate his civil rights as an inmate,
51:34
Speaker 1: no matter his heinous crimes. To keep him locked in
51:37
Speaker 1: a cell and kept in isolation would violate again his
51:41
Speaker 1: civil rights. No, I don't believe that. Sorry. There are
51:47
Speaker 1: plenty of people who are in jail prison that are
51:50
Speaker 1: only that are in their cells for twenty three hours
51:52
Speaker 1: a day. You would have to go and get the waiver.
51:54
Speaker 1: You'd have to do some legwork, you'd have to fight
51:56
Speaker 1: against his high powered attorneys, but it's doable. The thing
52:01
Speaker 1: is the prosecutors in the state, they didn't have the
52:04
Speaker 1: backbone for it, point blank period. There were cowards, there
52:07
Speaker 1: were scoundrels, and an effect, they played a part in
52:11
Speaker 1: any girl being abused after this first arrest. So how
52:16
Speaker 1: fun sleeping at night?

52:51
Speaker 1: FDL agents also said they could find no evidence that
52:54
Speaker 1: Epstein had sex with two women while working at his
52:56
Speaker 1: downtown office or while he was at home. Two women
53:00
Speaker 1: who declined to talk to investigators filed suit in New
53:03
Speaker 1: York City claiming they were flown to West Palm Beach
53:06
Speaker 1: by Epstein associates with the promise of working for his
53:10
Speaker 1: Florida Science Foundation. Now, again, how many situations do we
53:20
Speaker 1: have here? Why these women wouldn't speak to the investigators?
53:26
Speaker 1: I don't know. I have no idea. Do I wish
53:30
Speaker 1: they would have? Yeah? Probably, But there's a lot that
53:33
Speaker 1: goes into it. Probably comes down to the fact that
53:35
Speaker 1: they don't trust what's going on in Florida or the
53:38
Speaker 1: prosecutors down there. We all know Florida is a shit show.
53:41
Speaker 1: We all know when people are looking to get involved
53:43
Speaker 1: in crimes off the Florida they go, oh, you want
53:46
Speaker 1: to open up a pill mill Florida it is you
53:49
Speaker 1: want to start transporting some cocaine? Maybe, Oh, let's hit
53:52
Speaker 1: thuds go to Florida. So it doesn't shock me that
53:55
Speaker 1: all of this shit went on in Florida, and we
53:57
Speaker 1: all know that West Palm Beach is absolutely corrupt. Off
54:04
Speaker 1: duty deputy guards paid after Epstein paid PbSO instead both
54:09
Speaker 1: claim and ongoing lawsuits they were sexually assaulted by Epstein,
54:13
Speaker 1: while ninety one deputies were paid a total of one
54:16
Speaker 1: hundred and twenty eight one hundred and thirty six dollars
54:19
Speaker 1: to guard Epstein while he was working at the foundation.
54:23
Speaker 1: Investigators said they found no evidence any law enforcement officer
54:27
Speaker 1: was bribed or coerced to look the other way. All right,
54:30
Speaker 1: Well again, there's no evidence that points that way, right,
54:35
Speaker 1: at least that I've seen. But you mean to tell
54:37
Speaker 1: me of the ninety one deputies, all of them were
54:40
Speaker 1: squeaky clean. None of them wanted to take that plata. Hey,
54:48
Speaker 1: come on, give me a break. We all know how
54:51
Speaker 1: people are, We all know people have bills, and we
54:54
Speaker 1: all know that salaries aren't always up to snuff. So
54:58
Speaker 1: while I don't know, oh, if anyone took a bribe
55:01
Speaker 1: to look the other way, I think a real look
55:04
Speaker 1: into that has to occur. Right. In fact, they weren't
55:10
Speaker 1: in Epstein's office, agent said, instead, the deputy stayed in
55:13
Speaker 1: the lobby of the suite while Epstein's visitors were required
55:17
Speaker 1: to sign in. The logs were destroyed as part of
55:20
Speaker 1: the Sheriff's regular records retention policies. Agents said against destroyed records,
55:26
Speaker 1: the missing emails, it's all coincidence. It's all part of policy. Sorry,
55:31
Speaker 1: I don't believe any of that. It's all part of
55:33
Speaker 1: your policy to cover up for your powerful friends. Is
55:36
Speaker 1: that what you mean, because that's certainly what it looks like.
55:42
Speaker 1: Further the deputies weren't paid directly, but rather by the
55:46
Speaker 1: Sheriff's office after it received money from Epstein's nonprofit. Yeah,
55:50
Speaker 1: I could see that, but why is the nonprofit giving
55:52
Speaker 1: him money? And Furthermore, was that Leon Black's money that
55:55
Speaker 1: Epstein was paying out. Again, I'm just asking these questions, folks,
56:00
Speaker 1: wondering what the investigators are doing. One of the most
56:05
Speaker 1: stunning parts of the report deals with Krisher's explanations about
56:08
Speaker 1: his role in the investigation, said Scrolla, a former state prosecutor.
56:14
Speaker 1: In two thousand and six, Palm Beach police prepared documents
56:17
Speaker 1: to charge Epstein with lewd and lascivious molestation in connection
56:22
Speaker 1: with his molestation of a fourteen year old. They also
56:26
Speaker 1: said they had evidence to charge him with four counts
56:28
Speaker 1: of unwonted sexual activity with a minor. Those charges were
56:32
Speaker 1: based on allegations that had penetrated four girls. That he
56:36
Speaker 1: had penetrated four girls under the age of eighteen with
56:40
Speaker 1: both his fingers and his penis two thousand and six.
56:45
Speaker 1: Now right, this is all information that the investigators had.
56:50
Speaker 1: This is all information that Barry Krisher had. But let's
56:54
Speaker 1: remember only one witness was brought before the grand jury,
56:58
Speaker 1: and that witness had had her credibility destroyed by none
57:02
Speaker 1: other than Barry Krisher and his office. But there's nothing
57:06
Speaker 1: to see here, folks. Everything was above board. The five
57:13
Speaker 1: teens were among seventeen survivors identified by police. Eventually dozens
57:19
Speaker 1: more would be discovered. Chrisher told investigators he was troubled
57:23
Speaker 1: that the teens had been paid by Epstein, who lured
57:25
Speaker 1: the girls to his home for massages, which from most
57:29
Speaker 1: led to sexual assault. And we talked about this. That
57:32
Speaker 1: was all part of the plan. What you don't think
57:33
Speaker 1: Epstein and his lawyers knew the laws. If we pay them,
57:37
Speaker 1: we can call them prostitutes. Therefore, we give ourselves some
57:40
Speaker 1: deniability and some cover. You do not have to be
57:45
Speaker 1: any sort of great investigator like Sherlock Holmes to figure
57:49
Speaker 1: this out. You don't even need to be inspector gadget.
57:55
Speaker 1: Under the state law at the time, it was a
57:57
Speaker 1: crime for teens to offer to commit, or to commit
58:00
Speaker 1: or to engage in prostitution, lewdness or assignation. To Krisher,
58:05
Speaker 1: that meant that the girls had committed the crime of prostitution.
58:10
Speaker 1: Krisher should be brought up on charges for that alone.
58:13
Speaker 1: These are children, They cannot be prostitutes. I don't understand how.
58:19
Speaker 1: It's not much more clear than that. The law was
58:24
Speaker 1: changed in twenty sixteen when state lawmakers agreed the miners
58:28
Speaker 1: who legally cannot consent to sex can't be charged with prostitution. Well,
58:33
Speaker 1: no shit, huh, what do you know how about retroactively
58:36
Speaker 1: and going back and fixing that, Just like when they
58:42
Speaker 1: legalize marijuana, how they go in and expunge records. They
58:47
Speaker 1: have ways to do it, they just don't have the will, folks.
58:53
Speaker 1: While Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder pushed Chrisher to
58:55
Speaker 1: charge Epstein with sex crimes, Krisher decided to take the
58:59
Speaker 1: case to the grand Krisher indicated that he would have
59:03
Speaker 1: recommended taking the case in front of the grand jury
59:05
Speaker 1: to see how the young survivor presented in front of
59:08
Speaker 1: a jury, and to also see what concerns the grand
59:12
Speaker 1: jury had with the case, so they could try and
59:14
Speaker 1: rebut those issues at trial, agents said, and that's pretty typical, right,
59:22
Speaker 1: They like to use the grand jury for that exact reason.
59:26
Speaker 1: But we all know that the saying goes, you can
59:29
Speaker 1: get a ham sandwich indicted in front of a grand jury.
59:32
Speaker 1: So what happened here? Why was Krisher so obstinate? Why
59:38
Speaker 1: didn't he want to bring more girls forward? Investigators noted
59:44
Speaker 1: that the grand jury was delayed several times. On at
59:47
Speaker 1: least one occasion, it was rescheduled after Epstein's lawyers gave
59:51
Speaker 1: Chrisher copies of the teen social media accounts where they
59:55
Speaker 1: talked about drinking with boys and having sex. Oh, the humanity,
59:59
Speaker 1: young girl talking about drinking and having sex with boys?
1:00:02
Speaker 1: What's next? You're gonna tell me that astrophysicists are talking
1:00:06
Speaker 1: about space. During one of the delays, one of Krisher's
1:00:12
Speaker 1: prosecutors offered Epstein a plea deal he would plead guilty
1:00:16
Speaker 1: to aggravated assault and be placed on probation for three years.
1:00:20
Speaker 1: Epstein rejected the offer. Finally, when the Grand Jerry finally
1:00:24
Speaker 1: convened in June, Epstein was indicted on a single charge
1:00:28
Speaker 1: of solicitation of prostitution. Only one survivor was called to testify. Later,
1:00:34
Speaker 1: after an angry chief writer went to the FBI, federal
1:00:38
Speaker 1: prosecutors got involved. As part of the non prosecution agreement,
1:00:43
Speaker 1: Krisher added a charge of solicitation of a minor for prostitution.
1:00:48
Speaker 1: Assistant US Attorney Marie Villafauna said the charge would force
1:00:52
Speaker 1: Epstein to register as a sex offender, something she described
1:00:55
Speaker 1: as essential to the non prosecution agreement. Oh yes, you
1:00:59
Speaker 1: know everywhere but New Mexico. And what did it really
1:01:03
Speaker 1: mean when he was a sex offender? Did that really
1:01:06
Speaker 1: stop him from doing anything? Folks ask yourselves that where
1:01:13
Speaker 1: was there a secret plea deal? Email uncovered by the
1:01:16
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Post showed Krisher was in contact with Epstein's
1:01:19
Speaker 1: lawyers about the controversial and one secret plea deal, but
1:01:24
Speaker 1: FDL E agents said they found no indication that Krisher
1:01:27
Speaker 1: had significant input into the signed federal non prosecution agreement,
1:01:32
Speaker 1: not plausible deniability given to him by his friends at
1:01:36
Speaker 1: the FDL. E must be nice to be part of
1:01:39
Speaker 1: the big club, huh, folks. Ultimately, Epstein's defense counsel was
1:01:47
Speaker 1: allowed to choose the criminal statute for which he would
1:01:50
Speaker 1: be required to register as a sexual offender, and that
1:01:53
Speaker 1: he would serve as sentence in the county jail, not
1:01:56
Speaker 1: a split sentence in federal incarceration. In state sanctions, agents wrote,
1:02:01
Speaker 1: Epstein's defense counsel was allowed to choose the criminal statute.
1:02:05
Speaker 1: That right there is all you need to hear. That's
1:02:08
Speaker 1: a mic drop moment. Okay. I don't know anyone who's
1:02:13
Speaker 1: allowed to pick the criminal statute that they're allowed to
1:02:16
Speaker 1: serve under, unless we're talking about mafioso inside of Mexico
1:02:21
Speaker 1: or something. Scrolla said the FDLE investigation was a disappointment.
1:02:29
Speaker 1: He said he didn't believe rank corruption allowed Epstein to
1:02:32
Speaker 1: escape serious punishment, but I do think there was a
1:02:35
Speaker 1: gross dereliction of duty. He said. Those issues could have
1:02:39
Speaker 1: and have been addressed, and should have been addressed. It
1:02:42
Speaker 1: is extremely disquieting that an investigation that took two years
1:02:46
Speaker 1: produced such a shallow examination, he said, the report raises
1:02:50
Speaker 1: more concerns than it ever attempted to answer, No doubt
1:02:55
Speaker 1: about it. We have more questions than answer always in
1:03:00
Speaker 1: this case, and hopefully with the trial we'll get some
1:03:04
Speaker 1: of those answers. But on the way there, there is
1:03:08
Speaker 1: still a lot more to uncover, folks, and I have
1:03:12
Speaker 1: a funny feeling we have not heard the end of
1:03:16
Speaker 1: the situation in Palm Beach and the ridiculous non prosecution
1:03:21
Speaker 1: agreement that came right along with it. If you'd like
