- 1:13Speaker 1: Bad, but what did you expect.
- 1:16Speaker 6: It's a podcast called twenty five wist Souls.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Everybody blow it. Thank you, there's a lot of places
- 1:25Speaker 1: to start. Congrats to Kevin's doing the Patriots for one
- 1:28Speaker 1: of the game last years.
- 1:29Speaker 7: Oh boys, thank you, and congrats to you guys, because
- 1:31Speaker 7: that keeps us alive.
- 1:32Speaker 4: It's our New England Patriots at this point.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Well, we bought them in the league and we only
- 1:37Speaker 1: lost a little bit because they kept us from losing
- 1:40Speaker 1: a lot. Yeah, yeah, so we owe a lot of
- 1:42Speaker 1: money in that league.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Were number now Yeah, it's probably let's talk about later.
- 1:47Speaker 1: We probably like five thousand dollars.
- 1:49Speaker 7: I just been ex Brandon. Sorry, we just started off
- 1:52Speaker 7: on a great foot here Patriots winning and Brandon's like,
- 1:55Speaker 7: how much you guys?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Oh, by the way, he didn't make anything worse. Well, yeah,
- 1:58Speaker 1: I question you run from reality doesn't mean reality doesn't
- 2:01Speaker 1: exist right there. So, but you had to feel good
- 2:03Speaker 1: because it was an ugly game. It is a boring game.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Very who cares? When you win the game?
- 2:08Speaker 4: You win?
- 2:09Speaker 7: Defense looked great. I'll take that and I'll take a
- 2:12Speaker 7: win all day. Drake may had his moments, for sure,
- 2:14Speaker 7: but man, he had a couple of great moments dropping dimes.
- 2:18Speaker 1: His nickname is growing on me. Did Drake Drake may
- 2:22Speaker 1: May Drake Drake may May. Yeah, d Like, he doesn't
- 2:25Speaker 1: need a nickname, it's his own name. It's so good. Yeah, Drake,
- 2:28Speaker 1: Drake Maye, Drake Yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Hey, yeah, whatever.
- 2:30Speaker 5: It's hard to say.
- 2:30Speaker 7: That's why I don't really say it, but yeah, it's cool.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I guess man, those boys are getting knocked around last night.
- 2:34Speaker 1: The into the game, those quarterbacks, both of them. Oh
- 2:36Speaker 1: I felt at the end. I legit felt bad for Herbert.
- 2:39Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 2:39Speaker 7: I was like, oh man, if you're like his family member,
- 2:41Speaker 7: I'm like, you.
- 2:42Speaker 1: See, okay he was taking some shot. Yeah, dude, we
- 2:45Speaker 1: can roll through the games quickly. Eddie didn't get to
- 2:48Speaker 1: watch the Jags and Bills at all.
- 2:49Speaker 4: I didn't, dude.
- 2:50Speaker 8: I was so we were dealing with some family drama.
- 2:53Speaker 8: I had to call up a family pow wow meeting
- 2:55Speaker 8: and it was like, I know that this is probably
- 2:57Speaker 8: gonna I'm gonna miss thirty minutes of the game, but
- 2:59Speaker 8: we should do this.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Dude ended up going three hours, Like we talked about,
- 3:02Speaker 4: so much. And then I look, I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 3:05Speaker 4: I missed the entire Bills Jaguars game.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It's a good game, so good. When they picked him
- 3:10Speaker 1: up and like tush pushed him into the in zone
- 3:13Speaker 1: so crazy, that was crazy. It ended up being a
- 3:14Speaker 1: yard short, but they they were fourth and one, trying
- 3:17Speaker 1: to toush push them, and their offensive line basically picked
- 3:20Speaker 1: up and carried him all the way into the in zone.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Was this the very yards? Yeah?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's when I made the joke. And you
- 3:24Speaker 1: didn't laugh at it because I don't think you saw it.
- 3:26Speaker 8: No, No, I mean a couple of things, like I
- 3:28Speaker 8: didn't laugh at that because I didn't watch the game.
- 3:30Speaker 8: And then you guys posting your betting slips. Guys, I'm
- 3:32Speaker 8: trying to take a little break from gambling, just a
- 3:34Speaker 8: little break, and that's almost like you guys posting like
- 3:37Speaker 8: if I'm a drug addict and trying to quit posting like.
- 3:39Speaker 1: A drug bag coke.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Yeah, dude, like I'm not looking at that.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I hit a big parlay like a nine. It's not
- 3:47Speaker 1: a gamer because I hit it. I was doing a
- 3:49Speaker 1: leg prop bets, yeah nine leg uh. And then I thought, oh,
- 3:53Speaker 1: this is all extra money anyway, So let me try
- 3:54Speaker 1: to catch up. And I bet a big one last
- 3:56Speaker 1: night the Eagles, and I needed two more rushing yards
- 4:00Speaker 1: from McCaffrey and two more passing yards and I would
- 4:04Speaker 1: have hit for thousands of dollars. I could have cashed out,
- 4:08Speaker 1: because I think I got like four hundred bucks on
- 4:10Speaker 1: that one to win close to four thousand. I could
- 4:12Speaker 1: have cashed out like eight hundred, and I'm like, I
- 4:14Speaker 1: just need two more yards.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Yeah, it's a lot.
- 4:16Speaker 4: You're thinking you're gonna get that.
- 4:17Speaker 1: It didn't hit. That was the closest I've ever been
- 4:20Speaker 1: to a big one without hitting it.
- 4:22Speaker 4: And you did you have a scratch on that one too?
- 4:24Speaker 4: A Kittle?
- 4:24Speaker 1: Yeah, because Kittle went down in the first half towards Achilles.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Yeah, dudeeah brutal.
- 4:28Speaker 7: That early exit is legit though, I mean such for
- 4:31Speaker 7: Kittle obviously, but as a better it's.
- 4:32Speaker 8: Like, okay, and that's got it happened before the half, right, Yes, yes,
- 4:36Speaker 8: draft Kings with the early exit was legit.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Yes, so games Rams and Panthers Panthers.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Oh we almost had that, dude.
- 4:44Speaker 1: At first you thought it was all Rams. Then the
- 4:46Speaker 1: Panthers got back in the mix, and not only that,
- 4:48Speaker 1: then you thought the Panthers were gonna win the game.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Yeah, they had. I thought they had the last drive.
- 4:52Speaker 1: And then Rams pull it out.
- 4:55Speaker 8: It's like you said, though, dude, Like when it comes
- 4:57Speaker 8: down to the last two minutes and there's a kickoff
- 4:59Speaker 8: and that they don't make it in that zone, they're
- 5:01Speaker 8: gonna be in field goal range in two plays.
- 5:05Speaker 4: That's kind of what happened.
- 5:06Speaker 5: Have you officially stopped pounding?
- 5:08Speaker 1: I have stop pounding. I stopped right after the game.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But I was proud moral victory. Not a big moral
- 5:13Speaker 1: victory guy. But for the Panthers, they were ten point dogs.
- 5:16Speaker 1: That was a good game. I think you feel good.
- 5:17Speaker 1: They took Bryce Young's fifth year option in his contract,
- 5:20Speaker 1: so they're not they're not not taking it. They're not
- 5:23Speaker 1: offering him a new deal right now, but they're gonna
- 5:25Speaker 1: take us fifth year. I mean, I think he's their guy.
- 5:28Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I don't think they draft a quarterback one more year. Yeah,
- 5:32Speaker 1: as far as the t if he's your guy guy
- 5:34Speaker 1: like long, I don't think they draft a quarterback in
- 5:36Speaker 1: the first couple a few rounds.
- 5:37Speaker 7: No, No, because they have other stuff that they're like Okay,
- 5:39Speaker 7: well we can get this far if we draft a
- 5:41Speaker 7: I don't even know another running back or something like that,
- 5:43Speaker 7: that'll take us the next step.
- 5:44Speaker 1: They just updated if you guys have nor NFL money,
- 5:48Speaker 1: can we wait?
- 5:49Speaker 4: Let's just get it?
- 5:50Speaker 5: Why?
- 5:50Speaker 8: Because it just puts me in a bad mood. It
- 5:53Speaker 8: puts me in a different mental space.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You got to be stronger. You got a compartmentalize, dude.
- 5:59Speaker 8: That number is so big, gig that when you say
- 6:01Speaker 8: it out loud, my mind just starts drifting to like
- 6:04Speaker 8: second job.
- 6:05Speaker 1: We are at mina lawnmower at minus five thousand dollars right.
- 6:08Speaker 7: Now, So I mean, that's like the best weekend we've
- 6:11Speaker 7: had in a long time.
- 6:13Speaker 1: We only lost the hundred on one team. Well, we
- 6:16Speaker 1: have a game tonight. Oh shoot, so one up being
- 6:19Speaker 1: minus fifty one, what do we need tonight?
- 6:21Speaker 4: Is there?
- 6:21Speaker 1: It doesn't matter both teams. So, but it's twenty five
- 6:24Speaker 1: for me and twelve five for each of you. We
- 6:26Speaker 1: need the Patriots to keep winning.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Yes we did. Yeah, we didn't win the Super Bow.
- 6:29Speaker 7: Yeah, and then they play the winner of the game tonight.
- 6:31Speaker 7: So do you guys have a.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I picked Pittsford to win because everybody else is not
- 6:36Speaker 1: picking Pitts parkh to win. Everybody else picked the Texans.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I would rather than play Pittsburgh me too, because Pittsburgh
- 6:41Speaker 1: kind of sucks. Yeah, they came from a week division.
- 6:43Speaker 1: The Texans defense is really freaking out.
- 6:44Speaker 7: Yeah, the Texans defensive line. I mean the Chargers saw
- 6:47Speaker 7: what they did to the Patriots. That that Texans will
- 6:49Speaker 7: that defense will worry me.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Packers and Bears a really good game.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Great so good.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Ugly at first, so not a good When I say
- 6:55Speaker 1: really good game, the end of the game was really good. Yeah,
- 6:58Speaker 1: and the Bears were down that fourth down that Caleb
- 7:01Speaker 1: Williams to was it Roma Dunze?
- 7:03Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, that was it.
- 7:05Speaker 1: That was the play that was nasty.
- 7:07Speaker 8: That just seems to be the way the Bears played
- 7:09Speaker 8: all yearn just come from behind and win the game.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Lived by the sword, died by the sword. They just
- 7:15Speaker 1: haven't died by the sword yet. But there's only max
- 7:18Speaker 1: three more swords to even try to live by.
- 7:20Speaker 3: I know.
- 7:20Speaker 9: I just couldn't believe all the fourth downs Ben Johnson
- 7:23Speaker 9: was going for, especially early, and wasn't a man.
- 7:26Speaker 7: Oh yeah, there's a couple early, Like dang, dude, what do.
- 7:28Speaker 4: You think about Ben Johnson and his handshake.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I think, here's my honest opinion. I think they're manufacturing
- 7:34Speaker 1: a little rivalry here.
- 7:36Speaker 3: And I don't know.
- 7:37Speaker 1: They obviously don't like each other, the Packers and Bears.
- 7:40Speaker 1: That's been one hundred year right, Oh yeah, no doubt.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I think the fact they split. I think the fact
- 7:44Speaker 1: that the Bears are kind of getting good again because
- 7:46Speaker 1: the Packers have been killing them over the last fifteen years.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Aaron Rogers owned them, he said, so I own you
- 7:56Speaker 1: like he so whenever Ben Johnson got the job, in
- 8:01Speaker 1: his press conference, he was like, I can't wait to
- 8:02Speaker 1: beat Matt Laflour twice a year. And he did well,
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yeah he did now in the playoffs, one on one
- 8:09Speaker 1: regular season, and that's what he was referring to. Yeah,
- 8:11Speaker 1: but you know they had short handshakes. Once Laflour hit
- 8:15Speaker 1: him on the back, then it was another quick one.
- 8:18Speaker 1: It's kind of douchebaggy. But I think I just think
- 8:20Speaker 1: it's manufactured. I think they are purposely like, hey, look.
- 8:24Speaker 8: I'm gonna act like I don't want to shake your hand, right,
- 8:26Speaker 8: but they made that firing Laflour.
- 8:27Speaker 7: Now there, I saw this morning that they're trying to
- 8:30Speaker 7: work a new deal, actually to extend them. They're trying
- 8:32Speaker 7: to keep them.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Oh they are.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I thought they may move on.
- 8:34Speaker 7: That's what That's what a lot of people are saying.
- 8:36Speaker 7: But now they're going the opposite way and like, oh,
- 8:38Speaker 7: we're gonna try keep him around and signed to an extension.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Good for him. I think he's a really good coach.
- 8:42Speaker 7: He is, but man, they blew it.
- 8:44Speaker 4: You think Michae would have played, They would have won
- 8:46Speaker 4: that game.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Probably, it's easy to say. It's easy to say, but
- 8:49Speaker 1: probably because he'd have been the best player on the
- 8:51Speaker 1: field period.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I want to say that, but yeah, probably.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Charges of Patriots. Patriots.
- 8:57Speaker 7: When Bill Jaggs, I missed the night his Eagles game,
- 9:00Speaker 7: you did.
- 9:01Speaker 5: Yeah, it was a really good game.
- 9:03Speaker 7: I know, Well I miss the second half, the part
- 9:05Speaker 7: that's fun.
- 9:06Speaker 4: You know.
- 9:06Speaker 7: No, I was on a date night. I was like,
- 9:08Speaker 7: she's like, come on, just like one game. Okay, we
- 9:10Speaker 7: can go for one. We miss one game football. Yeah,
- 9:12Speaker 7: but then the Patriots were coming and I knew she knew,
- 9:16Speaker 7: like after that time, once that game started, it was
- 9:18Speaker 7: all Patriot football from then. So I gave her a half.
- 9:22Speaker 1: It's really good.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a really good game, dude, maybe the best.
- 9:26Speaker 1: We just tell each other when we missed it.
- 9:30Speaker 4: It was a bunch of really good games, Like Sunday
- 9:33Speaker 4: was really good to the end.
- 9:34Speaker 7: Saturday was great too.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I I you know, I bet the forty nine ers
- 9:37Speaker 1: a few weeks ago as my future. They gave me
- 9:40Speaker 1: good enough odds to be invested, So I bet a
- 9:43Speaker 1: thousand bucks on that game or on that on them
- 9:45Speaker 1: to win. So it's up. It's twenty three thousand. My
- 9:48Speaker 1: cash outs is not that good yet because they have
- 9:49Speaker 1: to play Seattle next. If they beat Seattle, I think
- 9:52Speaker 1: they can get to the super Bowl because I think
- 9:53Speaker 1: they can. Yeah, but they Seattle just served him some yeah,
- 9:58Speaker 1: terrible mubby medicine. I have a feeling it'll it probably
- 10:01Speaker 1: won't be the pretty. The story about the forty nine
- 10:04Speaker 1: ers and that that power plant that's near them. It
- 10:07Speaker 1: is crazy because Kittle got hurt again. Yeah, because he
- 10:10Speaker 1: has been hurt, but this he is really hurt. Like
- 10:12Speaker 1: his achilles they tore again.
- 10:14Speaker 7: Right, Yeah, you see it again.
- 10:15Speaker 1: So I sent this to Kevin last night. I'd heard
- 10:17Speaker 1: about this all last week. The forty nine ers are
- 10:22Speaker 1: statistically the most injured team in the NFL over the
- 10:26Speaker 1: past decade, And so the story came out that there
- 10:29Speaker 1: is like what do they call that place next to
- 10:32Speaker 1: it a power plant?
- 10:33Speaker 7: Is basically no, no, it's I don't know about nuclear.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It's like it's just power.
- 10:39Speaker 7: It's not extremely low frequency magnetic field.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Oh my. Yeah.
- 10:45Speaker 1: And like the average is that like some fractional number,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but what they have is so much higher, and they
- 10:51Speaker 1: think that there's probably a causation that white people are
- 10:57Speaker 1: getting injured and San Francis go more than anywhere else.
- 10:59Speaker 7: Yeah, because it says that it like it impacts your
- 11:02Speaker 7: collagen on your body, and so all these injuries that
- 11:06Speaker 7: they're having your like collagen rich injury, so like your achilles,
- 11:09Speaker 7: your tendons.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Whoa, yeah, they all suffered far more full achilles and
- 11:13Speaker 1: pateller tendon ruptures than league average, along with recurrent Grade
- 11:17Speaker 1: three hamstring and calf tears and high ankle sindemosis. I
- 11:22Speaker 1: probably say that wrong, injuries tearing the ligaments containing the
- 11:25Speaker 1: shin bones. No other franchise even running those identical schemes
- 11:29Speaker 1: on the same hybrid turf because it was always turf
- 11:32Speaker 1: turf turf turf, but now they're looking at teams that
- 11:34Speaker 1: have the same turf and it's not the same with them.
- 11:37Speaker 4: Yeah, and I think they play on grass, don't they?
- 11:40Speaker 1: In early twenty twenty five, they may practice on turf
- 11:42Speaker 1: though the grass is.
- 11:43Speaker 4: The practice there near Levi Stadium.
- 11:46Speaker 7: Yeah, it's right, Yeah, it's there. It's like in between
- 11:49Speaker 7: the plant and the stadium basically.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Oh damn, I know that.
- 11:51Speaker 1: In early twenty twenty five, forty nine Ers guard retired
- 11:54Speaker 1: John Fliciano. Lets slip a locker room theory that has
- 11:57Speaker 1: circulated among players for years. Players have joked around about
- 12:01Speaker 1: there being an electrical substation right next to the practice
- 12:03Speaker 1: field and how that has led to the niners injury problems.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So what about this? When you read it makes you
- 12:09Speaker 1: think it could probably be true.
- 12:12Speaker 7: That it's something scientifically that is way above my head.
- 12:17Speaker 7: But it all makes sense in the same time. So
- 12:19Speaker 7: I don't understand exactly what they're talking about as far
- 12:21Speaker 7: as the frequency and the numbers and all that. But
- 12:24Speaker 7: this guy literally who did this article, his name is
- 12:27Speaker 7: Peter Cowan. He has a video out there where he's
- 12:29Speaker 7: on the field measuring the frequency and he's saying like, hey,
- 12:33Speaker 7: this is normal. Like two whatever, but these are at nine. Yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 7: milli goths it means what it's called.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Guy, it's right there, yeah, mili gos.
- 12:41Speaker 1: I've never heard of milligss before I saw this. Me neither,
- 12:44Speaker 1: but yeah, it was like it's between like seven, like
- 12:48Speaker 1: like between one and two is normal, and they already
- 12:50Speaker 1: they would always find this is between seven and nine.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Yeah, that is crazy, guys.
- 12:55Speaker 7: And the practicing on that, I mean, and even when
- 12:57Speaker 7: you're not practicing, you're around it.
- 12:58Speaker 8: Let me tell you this, This plan is double the
- 13:01Speaker 8: size of the stadium.
- 13:02Speaker 1: His mechanism claim non thermal EMF weekends, collagen integrity over time,
- 13:08Speaker 1: making routine football loads more likely to produce catastrophic soft
- 13:11Speaker 1: tissue failure.
- 13:13Speaker 4: I'm sold.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Didn't take much.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Didn't take much. I had no idea.
- 13:17Speaker 8: I mean they it's where there's normally a parking lot
- 13:21Speaker 8: at the stadium.
- 13:22Speaker 4: There is a power plant.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yeah, we have a map.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Yeah, we're studying the map in the topology.
- 13:30Speaker 7: And they also he was also saying that they're like,
- 13:33Speaker 7: oh it was tested, like it got you know, it's official,
- 13:36Speaker 7: it's okay. Ball while they're safe, but those same numbers
- 13:39Speaker 7: or whatever tests they do were like approved in the nineties.
- 13:42Speaker 7: This is thirty plus years later where it's like, okay,
- 13:46Speaker 7: can we redo these tests again?
- 13:47Speaker 5: Right?
- 13:47Speaker 8: That's like you know when they have those schools where
- 13:50Speaker 8: like teachers and students are getting cancer and they're like,
- 13:53Speaker 8: there's got to be something in this area.
- 13:55Speaker 1: And it ends up being something in the water they
- 13:57Speaker 1: don't know, or something like electromagnetic.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Yeah, are you guys worried about when we go?
- 14:03Speaker 1: Well, we're there quick, okay, and we won't be on
- 14:05Speaker 1: although I don't think an he's going just don't walk.
- 14:09Speaker 4: The hell are you guys talking about? What? Oh? Sorry,
- 14:12Speaker 4: what are you all talking about?
- 14:14Speaker 1: Well, if we're going to the super Bowl, you guys
- 14:16Speaker 1: are going to the super Bowl for an other show, right,
- 14:18Speaker 1: not the game?
- 14:19Speaker 7: Not the game?
- 14:20Speaker 1: Who knows if we go to the game.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Three of you guys are going to the super Bowl.
- 14:23Speaker 4: And no one told me this.
- 14:25Speaker 1: But all three of us work is that up there?
- 14:27Speaker 5: That's weird.
- 14:28Speaker 1: All three of us work on lots to say.
- 14:30Speaker 8: No, I get it, but you none of you guys
- 14:32Speaker 8: told me you were going to the super Bowl. Not
- 14:34Speaker 8: one Bobby, I'm not going on. I cannot believe you
- 14:37Speaker 8: didn't tell me you're going to Super Bowl.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I don't know that I'm going to go to the
- 14:39Speaker 1: game this year. Oh okay, same, okay, but we're going
- 14:43Speaker 1: to go and do interviews. Yeah, so that's what he means.
- 14:46Speaker 1: We're going up there for media day.
- 14:47Speaker 7: Yeah, we're still going, like you're not going last year.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I don't know what we're going to say, don't know.
- 14:51Speaker 7: I don't know about the game game.
- 14:52Speaker 8: I think I think Kevin thinks you were going to
- 14:54Speaker 8: you guys are going to the game, because.
- 14:56Speaker 7: The way he no we're going to the super like
- 14:58Speaker 7: we're going to Brandon saying we're going to San Francisco
- 15:01Speaker 7: And what are we going to the San Francisco for
- 15:02Speaker 7: the Super Bowl?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Yeah, it really wasn't a thing. We were keeping it.
- 15:06Speaker 8: Promise you guys would tell me. You guys would tell
- 15:10Speaker 8: me if you go to the Super Bowl.
- 15:11Speaker 7: Yeah, I'll show you. I'll send you a picture when
- 15:13Speaker 7: we're there.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Dude, what if the Patriots make it?
- 15:15Speaker 7: I know this is I know, I'm trying not to
- 15:17Speaker 7: get ahead of myself, But if they make it and.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You got to pay all that money for NFL league
- 15:20Speaker 1: and then you're gonna try to buy Super Bowl tickets.
- 15:22Speaker 4: A jeez, man, you know, what do you do there?
- 15:26Speaker 1: You know what kind of card you have? You did
- 15:30Speaker 1: see last year where the tickets dropped like crazy the
- 15:33Speaker 1: closer I got to the game?
- 15:35Speaker 7: Yeah, and yeah, and.
- 15:38Speaker 1: If your own team is in it, have you ever
- 15:39Speaker 1: been with all your wins?
- 15:41Speaker 3: Heck?
- 15:41Speaker 7: No, when you No, No, I have. I don't even
- 15:45Speaker 7: think I've ever even been.
- 15:46Speaker 4: To a playoff game for the Patriots.
- 15:48Speaker 7: The Patriots. I'm saying, yeah, for the Patriots, so it
- 15:52Speaker 7: would Yeah, it's definitely a thought that's crossed my mind already.
- 15:57Speaker 7: You're trying to get ahead of myself here.
- 15:58Speaker 4: You're gonna be there already though, I know.
- 16:00Speaker 1: If I'm already there, then it's kind of like you
- 16:01Speaker 1: got to focus on the Steelers or exactly the Texans
- 16:04Speaker 1: first exact.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Keep you focus on the game.
- 16:05Speaker 7: And a one game at a time, guys.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Okay, you know it's going to end up being the
- 16:10Speaker 1: Bills and Patriots again, right.
- 16:12Speaker 7: I'm down with that.
- 16:13Speaker 4: That would be cool.
- 16:14Speaker 1: And then we get them at home, which is good
- 16:15Speaker 1: because they split. Right.
- 16:16Speaker 7: Yeah, the last game they beat you guys pretty good. Well,
- 16:19Speaker 7: we were up twenty one to nothing and then they
- 16:21Speaker 7: came back. Yeah, and then they kind of ran away.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, they beat you.
- 16:23Speaker 4: They beat you.
- 16:25Speaker 7: Yeah, one to one at the end of the game,
- 16:27Speaker 7: they beat you.
- 16:28Speaker 1: We'll come back and talk college football. Andy Staples in
- 16:30Speaker 1: just a second, one of my favorite. We get into
- 16:32Speaker 1: concerts as well, so we'll talk with Andy Staples next.

- 18:01Speaker 1: with national college football reporter Andy Staples. Andy covers college
- 18:04Speaker 1: football for on three Sports and has his own podcast
- 18:07Speaker 1: called Andy and Ari on three which you can listen
- 18:09Speaker 1: to what you can watch on YouTube. One of my
- 18:11Speaker 1: favorite guests also a big music fan. So let's get
- 18:14Speaker 1: over now here. He is Andy Staples. All right, we're
- 18:17Speaker 1: joined now by Andy Staples, one of my favorites, and
- 18:20Speaker 1: you have so many, and I'm going to do a
- 18:23Speaker 1: quick promo here. But you've got Andy and Ari, which
- 18:25Speaker 1: I listened to and watch on YouTube. But then you
- 18:27Speaker 1: have Andy Staples on three, which is just solo. I've
- 18:30Speaker 1: not heard the solo pod.
- 18:31Speaker 3: No, no, no, that's that's the old show. Oh that was good.
- 18:33Speaker 3: That's why before we before we stole Ari and brought
- 18:37Speaker 3: him back into the fold, I was going, solo, see
- 18:42Speaker 3: what you do on the on on this podcast, God
- 18:45Speaker 3: bless you. I don't. I don't do solo well. And
- 18:49Speaker 3: I know, like on your on your show, you have
- 18:51Speaker 3: you have your your team to help you. And that's
- 18:53Speaker 3: that's what I needed Ari for.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Well, it felt like such a casual because I was like,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I don't know that one. I listened to the other one.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So okay, good, I don't feel like such a casual anymore.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Yeah. Now that was the first year when when I
- 19:04Speaker 3: was just floating by myself and saying, where'd my friend go?
- 19:09Speaker 3: What happened? And contracts are contracts and we took care
- 19:12Speaker 3: of that.
- 19:12Speaker 1: So well, let's start with talking about the National Championship
- 19:15Speaker 1: Game of it. Do you think there's anything to it?
- 19:18Speaker 1: Since it's in Miami and it is basically a home
- 19:20Speaker 1: game for Miami. Do you think that will affect anything, Well.
- 19:24Speaker 3: If Miami were a more traditional college football crowd, maybe,
- 19:30Speaker 3: but I'm looking at the price of these tickets. I
- 19:32Speaker 3: think the Indiana people are having an effect on that too.
- 19:35Speaker 3: And I was also at the Peach Bowl, which is
- 19:37Speaker 3: the most dominant I've ever seen one fan base take
- 19:41Speaker 3: over a Bowl game. I mean it was it felt
- 19:43Speaker 3: like an Indiana home game. And I'm pretty sure the
- 19:45Speaker 3: Falcons crowd has never gotten that loud in that building.
- 19:48Speaker 3: So I've got a feeling that there's gonna be plenty
- 19:51Speaker 3: of Indiana fans there too. Now, like the Nebraska fans
- 19:54Speaker 3: will tell you from from way way back in the
- 19:56Speaker 3: day when they would play they would play Miami and
- 19:58Speaker 3: the Orange Bowl a lot of times with the national
- 20:01Speaker 3: title on the line. Are one of them trying to
- 20:02Speaker 3: win a national title? That would be, you know, a
- 20:06Speaker 3: Miami home game, and it would feel like Miami had
- 20:09Speaker 3: an advantage. So maybe, But I would imagine that the
- 20:13Speaker 3: Indiana folks, because of how rare this is, because you know,
- 20:17Speaker 3: they've been through so much. This is one of the
- 20:19Speaker 3: losingest programs in college football history. I think they are
- 20:22Speaker 3: going to come out in very strong numbers, and I
- 20:25Speaker 3: don't think it's gonna feel like anybody's home game. In particular,
- 20:29Speaker 3: I think I think the numbers are going to be
- 20:30Speaker 3: a little bit even.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Do you credit that to Indiana having such a large
- 20:34Speaker 1: alumni base the largest or the fact they've never had
- 20:37Speaker 1: good football both?
- 20:39Speaker 3: I think it's both. I think this group's been activated.
- 20:41Speaker 3: I mean, they've been dying for this. They've always had
- 20:44Speaker 3: well always is not for they had great basketball for
- 20:47Speaker 3: a long time that they would tell you it's not
- 20:49Speaker 3: been as good as they want it to be in
- 20:51Speaker 3: the last few years. But they've never had this in football.
- 20:54Speaker 3: They've never experienced this. So this is such a new
- 20:57Speaker 3: thing because for the Indiana fans, like none of this
- 21:00Speaker 3: has ever happened in their lifetimes. They are gonna soak
- 21:03Speaker 3: up every moment of this. Now, I'm watching Kurt Sinnety
- 21:06Speaker 3: do this, and I think they're probably going to be
- 21:08Speaker 3: doing this for a few years as long as he's there.
- 21:12Speaker 3: But if I'm them and I've waited this long, I'm
- 21:15Speaker 3: snapping it up. I don't care how much the tickets carousing.
- 21:18Speaker 3: It's funny, Bobby, because that same Stadium. About a year ago,
- 21:22Speaker 3: Taylor Swift was finishing up the Eras tour and I
- 21:25Speaker 3: my daughter, you know, was dying ago and she's like,
- 21:28Speaker 3: I get it, the tickets are too expensive. My wife
- 21:31Speaker 3: wakes up the morning of the show in Miami. We
- 21:34Speaker 3: live five and a half hours from Miami, and she's like,
- 21:38Speaker 3: the tickets dropped overnight. We're going you're buying the tickets now.
- 21:43Speaker 3: And you know what, I'm so glad I did because
- 21:46Speaker 3: my daughter got to meet Taylor Swift's mom and had
- 21:49Speaker 3: the time of her life. And my wife and my
- 21:51Speaker 3: daughter had this incredible experience. If you're an Indiana fan,
- 21:55Speaker 3: you can have that experience. You know, think about all
- 21:57Speaker 3: the fathers and sons and mothers and daughters who grew
- 22:00Speaker 3: love and the Hoosiers who get to experience this now.
- 22:03Speaker 3: So I bet they're not gonna let a little thing
- 22:05Speaker 3: like a very expensive ticket stop them.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Did you go to the Taylor Swift show or just
- 22:09Speaker 1: your wife and daughter?
- 22:11Speaker 3: I had to work. I was pissed because I'm the
- 22:14Speaker 3: swiftie of the parental unit. I'm the swiftie. My wife's not.
- 22:17Speaker 3: And she's like, yeah, she's got some pretty good songs.
- 22:20Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, come on, what did your wife think
- 22:23Speaker 1: about the show?
- 22:24Speaker 5: Loved it? Loved it.
- 22:26Speaker 3: She said it was, you know, one of the best
- 22:27Speaker 3: concerts she's ever been to. You know, she's she's partial
- 22:31Speaker 3: to the Garth Brooks show she saw at the Swamp
- 22:33Speaker 3: at Florida in twenty nineteen. But that that's just because
- 22:36Speaker 3: she's partial to Garth, I think. But yeah, it's It's
- 22:39Speaker 3: one of those things where I was dying inside because
- 22:43Speaker 3: I had to work and I'm getting the text updates,
- 22:45Speaker 3: and but I was so glad that my daughter got
- 22:48Speaker 3: to experience it because it was something that she and
- 22:51Speaker 3: her mom are going to, you know, share forever.
- 22:53Speaker 1: I'll get back on sports here, although I could talk
- 22:55Speaker 1: concerts for like two hours. Oh yeah, if we go
- 22:58Speaker 1: over and we love at Indiana this year and a
- 23:01Speaker 1: lot of people again it's recency possibly biased where they're
- 23:04Speaker 1: comparing it to the Burrow LSU Tigers, you know, when
- 23:06Speaker 1: they had Justin Jefferson and Jamar Chase. The team is
- 23:09Speaker 1: as good as that team? Is this Indiana team as
- 23:11Speaker 1: good as that team? Or is that just we're looking
- 23:13Speaker 1: at it now so we want to talk about it.
- 23:15Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know if any team could
- 23:17Speaker 3: be as talented as that team in this era. I
- 23:20Speaker 3: think it's gonna be hard. We'll have to see how
- 23:23Speaker 3: does Elijah Surratt do in the NFL, how does Omar
- 23:25Speaker 3: Cooper do in the NFL to get a sense of
- 23:28Speaker 3: exactly how talented this team was. But I think it's
- 23:31Speaker 3: harder to create a team as deep as that team
- 23:34Speaker 3: was because remember that was pre changing the transfer rules,
- 23:39Speaker 3: like if you were an undergrad you had to sit
- 23:40Speaker 3: out of here if you transferred. You could only transfer
- 23:43Speaker 3: and play right away if you're a graduate student. And
- 23:45Speaker 3: so it was pre and il it was very different.
- 23:48Speaker 3: It's crazy because it's only been six years since that season,
- 23:53Speaker 3: but it may as well be two different sports in
- 23:55Speaker 3: terms of roster building.
- 23:56Speaker 1: What's the best concert you ever been to?
- 23:57Speaker 4: Andy?
- 23:58Speaker 3: Oh?
- 23:58Speaker 1: God, Yeah, it's a tough one already for that one.
- 24:00Speaker 3: That is a tough one. That is a tough one. Well,
- 24:03Speaker 3: I mentioned, So I also had to work. I was
- 24:08Speaker 3: the SEC invited us to referee or officiate the Georgia
- 24:12Speaker 3: Spring game. So I was the line judge in the
- 24:15Speaker 3: Georgia Spring game, with an actual SEC line judge showing
- 24:18Speaker 3: me what to do. And what not to do on
- 24:20Speaker 3: the day that Garth played the Swamp, which I had
- 24:22Speaker 3: a ticket for and couldn't go. But I did see
- 24:25Speaker 3: him at the Orlando Arena when I was fifteen years old,
- 24:27Speaker 3: and that was spectacular. My first concert ever, Bobby was
- 24:32Speaker 3: a Jimmy Buffett show at Carol Wins which is the
- 24:34Speaker 3: amusement park on the North Carolina South Caronta border. I
- 24:37Speaker 3: was four years old. I fell asleep. Can't imagine what
- 24:40Speaker 3: might have made me drift off to sleep, if what
- 24:42Speaker 3: aroma in the air might have done that. But then
- 24:45Speaker 3: in college I got to go see Jimmy in Tampa
- 24:47Speaker 3: and that was spectacular for me because I grew up
- 24:51Speaker 3: a parent heead and like my dad would make fun
- 24:55Speaker 3: of me because you, like you fell asleep at Jimy
- 24:56Speaker 3: Buffett concert, so I had to I had to make
- 24:59Speaker 3: up for that. So those are probably my two favorites
- 25:01Speaker 3: that I've been to.
- 25:02Speaker 1: The coolest thing about a Garth Brooks show is he
- 25:04Speaker 1: plays all the hits, like, even if he has stuff out,
- 25:07Speaker 1: he makes sure there may be one or two new maybe,
- 25:10Speaker 1: but it is all hits when you watch Garth.
- 25:13Speaker 3: So my twentieth fifth anniversary is in July and I
- 25:17Speaker 3: was talking to my wife about this. We actually have
- 25:18Speaker 3: to figure out if our kids' schedules can sync up
- 25:21Speaker 3: on this. But we're in July. But in late June
- 25:25Speaker 3: in Hyde Park in London, there is a Garth Brooks
- 25:28Speaker 3: and Zach Brown band show, and I was thinking, maybe
- 25:31Speaker 3: that's how we celebrate our anniversary.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Yeah, that would be cool. I didn't know you're such
- 25:35Speaker 1: a Garth guy. My favorite Garth story on April Fool's Day,
- 25:40Speaker 1: like four years ago. I got a call and I
- 25:43Speaker 1: know Garth a little bit because we've done some stuff together,
- 25:45Speaker 1: and I got a call from a number that I
- 25:47Speaker 1: didn't recognize so didn't answer it, and then I got
- 25:48Speaker 1: a text from that same number that was like, Hey,
- 25:50Speaker 1: this is Garth and it's April Fol's Day. So I
- 25:53Speaker 1: had a Garth cell in my phone, but it wasn't
- 25:57Speaker 1: that number and it's April Fol's Day. So he's like, Hey,
- 25:59Speaker 1: I want to ask you to come open for me
- 26:01Speaker 1: at one of my stadium shows. Are you around? And
- 26:03Speaker 1: this is for sure in April Fols prank, Oh, no doubt.
- 26:05Speaker 1: So I'm like, hey, oh, oh my god, I'll call
- 26:08Speaker 1: me in like two hours I'll be off the air,
- 26:09Speaker 1: I'll be home and so it's like okay, and so
- 26:11Speaker 1: I tell my wife, Hey, somebody's trying to get me.
- 26:13Speaker 1: So I put it on speakerphone and this person who's
- 26:16Speaker 1: acting like Garth is like, hey, I want you to
- 26:18Speaker 1: come and open up this show. I'm from Arkansas. So
- 26:20Speaker 1: it was Razorback Stadium and he's like, be the main
- 26:22Speaker 1: support before I go on. And I'm like, okay, who
- 26:25Speaker 1: is this really and he goes literally, it's Garth. And
- 26:27Speaker 1: my wife's like, you need to chill out. That's freaking
- 26:29Speaker 1: Garth Brooks.
- 26:30Speaker 3: And it was.
- 26:30Speaker 1: It just happened to me on April Fool's Day, so wow,
- 26:33Speaker 1: in front of one hundred and twenty thousand people because
- 26:36Speaker 1: they allowed the grounds ye field, Yeah we got to
- 26:40Speaker 1: I got to play at and Garth was so cool.
- 26:42Speaker 1: He said before he went on, he said, hey, you
- 26:44Speaker 1: can have the whole stage because he does that in
- 26:45Speaker 1: the round and mostly when there's when an opener hits,
- 26:49Speaker 1: they don't get the whole stage. You get your little
- 26:51Speaker 1: section and Garth's like run all the way around. It
- 26:53Speaker 1: was super cool. So I'm a big Garth guy as well,
- 26:55Speaker 1: So I hope you guys get to go to that show.
- 26:56Speaker 1: His live show is unbeaielvable.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Funny story about that. So my co worker Brett McMurphy
- 27:02Speaker 3: had on three who I worked with years and years
- 27:04Speaker 3: ago at the Tampa Tribune. Brett and Garth went to
- 27:07Speaker 3: the same high school, so Garth was the quarterback and
- 27:10Speaker 3: Brett was the running back, and so they know each
- 27:13Speaker 3: other very well. And I ended up interviewing Garth for
- 27:18Speaker 3: Series XM when they announced that stadium tour that that
- 27:20Speaker 3: we're both talking about. And it was funny because my
- 27:23Speaker 3: coast that name was Jeff Schwartz, the former offensive lineman
- 27:26Speaker 3: and played at Oregon, and he's like, I don't really
- 27:28Speaker 3: know any Garth Brooks songs. I listened to edms, so
- 27:30Speaker 3: you just gonna handle all the questions and so, you know,
- 27:33Speaker 3: I had Brett feed me stuff and but it was
- 27:36Speaker 3: funny because you know, on those you never know. And
- 27:38Speaker 3: Garth was doing a junket across you know, a bunch
- 27:41Speaker 3: of different serious XM channels, and I think they were
- 27:43Speaker 3: introducing the Garth Channel that day too. But you never
- 27:47Speaker 3: know with somebody if they really because like Garth is
- 27:50Speaker 3: an experienced performer, he knows when to be on and
- 27:53Speaker 3: how to do it. So you never know if they're
- 27:54Speaker 3: really interested in the thing that your channel talks about
- 27:57Speaker 3: or not. But I did with him because I asked
- 28:00Speaker 3: him an Oklahoma State question. Obviously, for those who don't know,
- 28:03Speaker 3: Garth was a javelin thrower at Oklahoma State and it's
- 28:07Speaker 3: still a huge Oklahoma State fan. But you never know
- 28:09Speaker 3: how big a fan somebody is. And this is when
- 28:11Speaker 3: Taylor Cornelius was the Oklahoma State quarterback if he was
- 28:14Speaker 3: only the starter I think for one year. And I
- 28:17Speaker 3: asked Garth an Oklahoma State question and he's like, well,
- 28:20Speaker 3: you know, corn Dog had a pretty bad game that
- 28:22Speaker 3: and I was like, okay, you know, you know Taylor
- 28:24Speaker 3: Cornelis is called corn Dog. You are a ballner here.
- 28:27Speaker 3: So we're we're in a safe space now and we
- 28:30Speaker 3: had the most fun interview, except that got in trouble
- 28:32Speaker 3: with my wife, Bobby, because I got a little flustered
- 28:37Speaker 3: because I said, my wife's gonna be the show. I
- 28:39Speaker 3: can't be the show. He goes, what's your favorite song?
- 28:42Speaker 3: I said the dance. The dance was my mom's favorite.
- 28:45Speaker 3: The River is my wife's favorite song. I was like,
- 28:48Speaker 3: oh god, I messed that up, and I knew I
- 28:51Speaker 3: messed it up as soon as it came out of
- 28:52Speaker 3: my mouth.
- 28:53Speaker 1: There are only three people that I feel our next
- 28:57Speaker 1: level in making you feel like you're the only person
- 28:59Speaker 1: in the room that I've dealt with. When they come in,
- 29:02Speaker 1: you're convinced that they know you and love you. Garth
- 29:04Speaker 1: is one. I think Taylor went to the Garth school
- 29:06Speaker 1: of that because Taylor is just like that as well.
- 29:09Speaker 1: When she comes in, she is so equipped because they've
- 29:11Speaker 1: told her who she's talking to. She looks you in
- 29:13Speaker 1: the eyeballs and she like makes you feel again like
- 29:17Speaker 1: you've heard that about Bill Clinton and stuff like when
- 29:18Speaker 1: he would talk to you'd feel like the only person
- 29:20Speaker 1: in the are Yeah, and Dolly. Those are the three
- 29:22Speaker 1: that I've spent time with where you leave going that's
- 29:24Speaker 1: my new best friend.
- 29:25Speaker 3: It's interesting because there are some coaches that are like that.
- 29:28Speaker 3: There are coaches who and you can tell that they
- 29:30Speaker 3: recruit that way. I give you an example for one,
- 29:32Speaker 3: Dan Quinn, the Washington Commander's coach. He's like that. When
- 29:36Speaker 3: you meet dan Quinn, you feel like you have known
- 29:38Speaker 3: him for your entire life and you may have just
- 29:41Speaker 3: met him five minutes ago. And that's why he was
- 29:43Speaker 3: very briefly a college coach. He was the defensive coordinator
- 29:45Speaker 3: at Florida under Will mus Champ. And I've told athletic
- 29:48Speaker 3: directors time and time again, I'm like, look, I know
- 29:50Speaker 3: he's got an NFL head coaching job. He's probably not interested,
- 29:53Speaker 3: but if your job opens, you should at least call,
- 29:56Speaker 3: because there will be no better recruiter in the world
- 29:59Speaker 3: than this guy comes to college head coach.
- 30:01Speaker 1: That's interesting. Who else? Because I've spent some good time
- 30:04Speaker 1: with Shane Beemer and I really like Shane and I
- 30:06Speaker 1: felt like Shane and I were best friends.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Oh Shane connects.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yes, Yeah, it's that that trade. Who else have you
- 30:10Speaker 1: met that you feel that way about?
- 30:12Speaker 3: I mean the guy that just left Arkansas, Sam Pittman.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Sam Pitman is one of the most genuine people you'll
- 30:17Speaker 3: ever meet. He's awesome and and Kirby Smart's like that too.
- 30:21Speaker 3: If you're a football player like that, I think, look
- 30:24Speaker 3: with Kirby and with Nick Saban. If you are not
- 30:28Speaker 3: a player, if you don't, if you not earned their
- 30:30Speaker 3: respect as a football player, you don't get the same
- 30:34Speaker 3: level of engagement. But if you are a player, that connection,
- 30:39Speaker 3: you can see it immediately.
- 30:40Speaker 1: How was Saban when he recruited because did he just
- 30:43Speaker 1: recruit off I'm Nick Saban? Or again, was there like
- 30:46Speaker 1: you're talking about that connection with recruits or recruits and parents.
- 30:49Speaker 3: No, I think I think Nick is one of those
- 30:51Speaker 3: people who is going to do his homework. Is you
- 30:55Speaker 3: know exactly who he's talking to. You know, you've seen
- 30:59Speaker 3: him in action. He's not He doesn't have the conventional
- 31:04Speaker 3: social skills that say, like a Garth Brooks or a tailor,
- 31:08Speaker 3: like a performer has. But when he is talking about
- 31:11Speaker 3: the thing he does, the thing he loves, he is
- 31:15Speaker 3: so engaging and so smart and everything he says like
- 31:22Speaker 3: he's thought it through and he has every question ready
- 31:26Speaker 3: to be answered, you know by mom. And he can
- 31:29Speaker 3: engage with parents and engage with players. He can certainly
- 31:32Speaker 3: engage with players because they like he understands them on
- 31:35Speaker 3: a visceral level. But it's interesting because you know, Nick
- 31:40Speaker 3: Saban probably would have been I've asked him this and
- 31:44Speaker 3: he laughs when I ask him, what would you have
- 31:46Speaker 3: been if you hadn't been a coach, Because you know
- 31:48Speaker 3: he was going to go take over the service department.
- 31:50Speaker 3: I think at at a car dealership, and I think
- 31:53Speaker 3: he would have probably been the largest owner of car
- 31:55Speaker 3: dealerships in America. Like remember that Bill Hurd. There's to
- 31:59Speaker 3: be Bill heard in every major Southern city. That would
- 32:03Speaker 3: have been Nick Saban, except with probably you know, luxury brands,
- 32:06Speaker 3: because he likes he likes the nice cars. But yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 3: it's it's amazing because he can connect on that level
- 32:12Speaker 3: and it's interesting in the way he speaks. So I know,
- 32:15Speaker 3: we're this is probably not where you thought this was going.
- 32:17Speaker 3: But there's a service called ASAP Sports and they transcribe
- 32:21Speaker 3: press conferences and they have it's kind of each transcriptionist
- 32:27Speaker 3: is kind of regional. So there's a lady who handles
- 32:30Speaker 3: most of the ones in the South, and they bring
- 32:32Speaker 3: her in and so the coach is talking and she
- 32:36Speaker 3: is transferred. She's like a court stenographer essentially, and she
- 32:39Speaker 3: can transcribe the conversation in real time. And so one
- 32:44Speaker 3: time I was on a shuttle bus with the lady
- 32:47Speaker 3: who does the ASAP Sports for Florida, and she was
- 32:52Speaker 3: talking about the various coaches that have come through events
- 32:55Speaker 3: she's done and she's like, this this is urban Meers
- 32:57Speaker 3: coaching at Florida. Jimbo Fisher's at Florida State, so she's
- 33:00Speaker 3: urban Meyers. He never completes a sentence, Jimbo Fisher. She's like,
- 33:04Speaker 3: he talks two hundred miles an hour. It's so hard
- 33:07Speaker 3: to keep up. I said, what about Nick Saban? And
- 33:08Speaker 3: she goes, that man has perfect diction. And then and
- 33:15Speaker 3: then I started listening to Nick saban interviews differently, and
- 33:17Speaker 3: it's true. The man speaks in perfect complete sentences. I
- 33:21Speaker 3: can't write them as well as he speaks them.
- 33:24Speaker 1: I'm not sure your relationship or the experiences with Dan Lanning,
- 33:27Speaker 1: but we went up to Oregon and I spent some
- 33:28Speaker 1: time with him, and I'll get a text for him
- 33:30Speaker 1: occasionally referencing Arkansas, like we're you know, my school, and
- 33:33Speaker 1: like don't give up hope yet. Yeah, And Dan Lanning
- 33:36Speaker 1: is definitely younger than a lot of the coaches that
- 33:39Speaker 1: I talk with. What do you think of Dan Lanning
- 33:41Speaker 1: as a person. Do you feel like he's a connector.
- 33:43Speaker 1: I definitely feel like he's a connector. I feel like
- 33:45Speaker 1: he's he's excellent connecting with a lot of people.
- 33:47Speaker 3: He's he's got it's more than just the this is
- 33:50Speaker 3: football I'm your coach. Thing. You can tell he's got
- 33:52Speaker 3: kind of a mischievous side, and you've seen that with
- 33:55Speaker 3: some of the stuff he's done with the recruits. And
- 33:58Speaker 3: you know, I was there the other night at the
- 33:59Speaker 3: Peach Bowl. I covered the peace and listening to him
- 34:01Speaker 3: talk about his team in that moment, which is a
- 34:04Speaker 3: terrible moment for a coach. You've just gotten blown out.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Everything you worked for is over and you lost it
- 34:10Speaker 3: in the most embarrassing fashion. And he's sitting there next
- 34:13Speaker 3: to Dante Moore and Rice Betcher, one of their linebackers,
- 34:16Speaker 3: and he's talking about the contributions that the seniors to
- 34:21Speaker 3: that team had made and how it hurts him that
- 34:24Speaker 3: when they get whether finally going that those guys won't
- 34:27Speaker 3: still be with them, but they will have laid the
- 34:29Speaker 3: foundation for it and they will have gotten so much
- 34:31Speaker 3: closer than anybody else ever has. And he talked about
- 34:34Speaker 3: how this is a good kind of pain because it
- 34:36Speaker 3: means you got this far and you didn't quite make it,
- 34:41Speaker 3: but you did get this far. You put in the
- 34:43Speaker 3: work to get that far, and you're gonna learn something
- 34:45Speaker 3: from it, and you're gonna carry something with you for
- 34:46Speaker 3: the rest of your life, and in that moment, you're like,
- 34:49Speaker 3: I would send my kid to.
- 34:49Speaker 4: Play for this guy.
- 34:50Speaker 1: What do you think the Oregon fan base feels now
- 34:53Speaker 1: a disappointment? But are they upset at the situation at all?
- 34:57Speaker 3: So I was cruising the message where Scoop Duck is
- 35:00Speaker 3: are organ sided on three and it seemed like it
- 35:04Speaker 3: was a very small minority that was concerned about Dan
- 35:08Speaker 3: Lanning's ability to ever get them to the national title.
- 35:11Speaker 3: It seems like most of the fan base understands, Hey,
- 35:13Speaker 3: this guy's getting us there pretty much every year. He's
- 35:16Speaker 3: getting us to the doorstep pretty much every year. He's
- 35:18Speaker 3: gonna get through eventually. And I think that's the right
- 35:21Speaker 3: way to look at it. I said this about Kirby
- 35:23Speaker 3: Smart for years and years. When you know it gets
- 35:26Speaker 3: to the national title game, they lose on second and
- 35:28Speaker 3: twenty six, Then they lose in the SEC Championship game
- 35:30Speaker 3: in Alabama. Then the next year they smoke by LSU
- 35:32Speaker 3: in the SEC Championship game and it's like, Oh, is
- 35:35Speaker 3: he ever gonna get there? Or was that second and
- 35:37Speaker 3: twenty six is gonna be as close as he ever got? Well,
- 35:39Speaker 3: if you keep putting your team in that position over
- 35:42Speaker 3: and over and over again. Eventually you have the right roster,
- 35:45Speaker 3: the right chemistry, the right everything. And he did. He
- 35:49Speaker 3: had it two years in a row. And I think
- 35:50Speaker 3: Dan Lanning's gonna have that. I said this on my
- 35:52Speaker 3: show the other day. I think Dan Lanning is going
- 35:54Speaker 3: to win a national title at some point in the
- 35:56Speaker 3: next five years.
- 35:58Speaker 1: I want to talk about quarterbacks for a second, where
- 36:00Speaker 1: we'd let you go and I'll go to DJ Lagway.
- 36:02Speaker 1: At first it was yeah, he's gonna got a Baylor order,
- 36:04Speaker 1: but then Ole misses in the mix. Where does he
- 36:05Speaker 1: end up?
- 36:06Speaker 3: I still think he's gonna end up at Baylor. The
- 36:08Speaker 3: Ole miss thing is interesting because a lot of this
- 36:10Speaker 3: depends on Trinidad Shambliss and what happens with his eligibility.
- 36:14Speaker 3: The NCAA denied his appeal for another year of eligibility,
- 36:19Speaker 3: which I figured they are. I figured they would. I
- 36:21Speaker 3: figured they deny the way. I'm sorry, not his appeal.
- 36:23Speaker 3: He hasn't appealed yet. They're gonna sue in Mississippi State Court,
- 36:27Speaker 3: and I think the hope there is not that they
- 36:29Speaker 3: win the case, is that the judge grantson injunction that
- 36:32Speaker 3: says hey, you can play while this case is being
- 36:35Speaker 3: fought out in court, which, given how slow the legal
- 36:38Speaker 3: system tends to move, would allow him to play this season,
- 36:42Speaker 3: so that part of it could play out in the
- 36:44Speaker 3: next couple of weeks, and so Lagway's talking to Ole
- 36:46Speaker 3: miss Ole miss has gotten a commitment from Deuced Knight,
- 36:49Speaker 3: who was at Auburn this past year. He's from Mississippi.
- 36:53Speaker 3: He was a big time quarterback recruit, was originally going
- 36:55Speaker 3: to go to Notre Dame flip to Auburn on signing day.
- 36:58Speaker 3: We actually got to see him plays Mercer this year
- 37:01Speaker 3: because they were trying to save Ashton Daniel's redshirt at Auburn,
- 37:04Speaker 3: and Duce looked pretty dang good. So I'll be curious
- 37:07Speaker 3: to see how that all plays out. But the Deuce thing,
- 37:11Speaker 3: I think the feeling is they maybe weren't ready for
- 37:14Speaker 3: him to be the starter right now and they're hoping
- 37:17Speaker 3: they have Trinidad for another year and then Duce can
- 37:18Speaker 3: slide in there. But if they don't have Trinidad, then
- 37:22Speaker 3: DJ becomes an option. But I still I still think
- 37:25Speaker 3: DJ probably winds up at Baylor where it's a more
- 37:26Speaker 3: sure thing, like you're gonna be the guy.
- 37:28Speaker 1: What about he has committed Orgon. Just before we started
- 37:32Speaker 1: doing this.
- 37:32Speaker 3: He committed organ So see now now I'm not sure
- 37:36Speaker 3: when this when this show is dropping today, So the
- 37:39Speaker 3: the Yeah, the situation and and even even within hours,
- 37:42Speaker 3: the situation may change. I think I think this means
- 37:47Speaker 3: Dante Moore staying at Oregon because I think the the
- 37:49Speaker 3: Rayola decision had a little bit to do with the
- 37:52Speaker 3: idea that he could do what Dante Moore did, where
- 37:55Speaker 3: he got to sit behind Dylan and Gabriel for a
- 37:57Speaker 3: year and learn. And I think that's an interesting way
- 38:01Speaker 3: of looking at it because Dante Moore made a fairly
- 38:03Speaker 3: unusual decision there, which is why even though Dante more
- 38:06Speaker 3: could be a very high NFL draft pick, I don't
- 38:09Speaker 3: know that he's going to make the conventional decision, which
- 38:11Speaker 3: would be go to the NFL. So we'll see if
- 38:13Speaker 3: Dante says he's coming back, and maybe that Dante says, hey,
- 38:16Speaker 3: I'm going to the NFL and Dylan's going to be
- 38:18Speaker 3: Oregon's starter. But it also this says to me, there's
- 38:22Speaker 3: a chance Dante comes back. He's the starter and Dylan's
- 38:25Speaker 3: waiting behind him.
- 38:26Speaker 1: I did not see that we were in the middle
- 38:27Speaker 1: of doing a little broadcast here.
- 38:30Speaker 3: So this this never stops. It's crazy. Try try planning
- 38:34Speaker 3: a daily show around around especially if you have a
- 38:37Speaker 3: timestamp everything.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Yep, if you end up going to that show in London,
- 38:42Speaker 1: let me know. I have friends both of those guys,
- 38:44Speaker 1: So if you and your wife go, let me know.

- 40:42Speaker 1: have I saw pop up in the news and I'm
- 40:45Speaker 1: just surprised that it's still a thing. Is the guy
- 40:47Speaker 1: that played offensive line Matt Khalil. Yes, he was married
- 40:53Speaker 1: you can divorce and she was on a podcast talking
- 40:57Speaker 1: about how his wiener was so big and now he's
- 40:59Speaker 1: suing her.
- 41:00Speaker 4: Why would you suit for though?
- 41:02Speaker 1: Matt Collo's ex wife, Haley Bailey? And is she a
- 41:05Speaker 1: big influencer?
- 41:06Speaker 7: Like that name sounds I think she was on a
- 41:08Speaker 7: reality show.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Is that what it is? I'm pretty sure it's pushing
- 41:12Speaker 1: back against his lawsuit against her. Her lawyer filed a
- 41:15Speaker 1: motion to dis missed the suit, and it was that
- 41:17Speaker 1: she said his winger was so big that it was
- 41:20Speaker 1: made their life.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Deve wow, made their life difficult, and.
- 41:23Speaker 1: That he was he was embarrassed. He's like, I'm suing
- 41:25Speaker 1: like to share my personal information?
- 41:27Speaker 4: Uh yeah, I mean big or small?
- 41:29Speaker 1: Do you find the quote a small? Bee way worse?
- 41:31Speaker 7: She said, it's it's the size of the two coke cans.
- 41:34Speaker 4: Yeah, Like, where's the cocaine?
- 41:37Speaker 7: That's a big cocaine?
- 41:38Speaker 4: Wow? Wow?
- 41:38Speaker 1: Man, I mean think of a Cocacan.
- 41:41Speaker 4: That's two of them.
- 41:42Speaker 5: Dang ouch.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I can see how that's difficult.
- 41:46Speaker 1: He's a big dude though, But this is wife ex
- 41:48Speaker 1: wife ex wife. The ohther' getting a divorce or they
- 41:50Speaker 1: just got a divorce.
- 41:51Speaker 4: You know, it's difficult when you start dating.
- 41:53Speaker 7: I think he's remarried now too, Oh he is.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Yeah, that's weird. Then why is she talking about that?
- 41:57Speaker 1: If he has a new one, that's terrible.
- 41:59Speaker 7: She was a Sports Illustrated swim shoot, swim suit issue
- 42:03Speaker 7: model or competition.
- 42:04Speaker 4: It's terrible.
- 42:05Speaker 8: So yeah, but kind of cool that everyone knows though, right.
- 42:09Speaker 8: I know it's private. I get it.
- 42:11Speaker 1: I would be so irritated if another one, if I'm
- 42:13Speaker 1: if I'm married to a dude, another woman's even sex
- 42:15Speaker 1: wife is not talking on a podcast about intimate things
- 42:17Speaker 1: about my now husband.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Yeah, what happens.
- 42:21Speaker 8: People just get on podcasts and they think they could
- 42:23Speaker 8: just like say whatever they want.
- 42:24Speaker 4: No one's listening. Yeah, guys, they just.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Want to be a good guest. Yeah they're just saying crap, Right,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I need more of those guests they just say. But
- 42:34Speaker 1: it comes in so guarded. I gotta like ding ding
- 42:38Speaker 1: like get away. There was a story about the Buffalo
- 42:40Speaker 1: bill Stadium because they are moving a new stadium and
- 42:43Speaker 1: they're auctioning off some of the things that were auctioning off.
- 42:45Speaker 1: One of the big truff yeournals that everybody you stand
- 42:49Speaker 1: just pee into it. Would you want that?
- 42:50Speaker 4: No way?
- 42:52Speaker 1: It's disgusting and I love memorabilia.
- 42:54Speaker 8: Yeah, that sounds gross. Did they put ice in that?
- 42:57Speaker 8: Because that's always cool to me when they put yeahs.
- 43:00Speaker 8: Do you watch Yeah, but you're trying to melt and
- 43:02Speaker 8: you do no damage. It's like, come on, I.
- 43:05Speaker 7: Can do more than that. He starts feeling your name.
- 43:09Speaker 1: You had a bad weekend gambling this weekend because you
- 43:11Speaker 1: already told you couldn't gamble. No, I didn't gamble at all,
- 43:14Speaker 1: so you are taking a break. This was my first
- 43:16Speaker 1: weekend with pure no gambling. It's tough, man, it's tough.
- 43:19Speaker 1: You're telling I was like looking at game I was
- 43:22Speaker 1: watching games. I'd be like, this is the live bet
- 43:24Speaker 1: right now. Indiana love live betting. I would have lost
- 43:27Speaker 1: in the Indiana.
- 43:27Speaker 4: I would have live betted Indiana. Yeah, I would have betted.
- 43:30Speaker 4: I would have been I would have bet Oregon for
- 43:33Speaker 4: sure live to come back. YEA so good thing. I
- 43:35Speaker 4: didn't gamble on that.
- 43:37Speaker 8: Some of the other ones, though, like the Bears, I
- 43:39Speaker 8: would have done money line for sure to win that game,
- 43:42Speaker 8: the Niners, to win that game just because I hate
- 43:44Speaker 8: the Eagles.
- 43:44Speaker 7: No, he's peeling off all his wins.
- 43:48Speaker 1: He never he never went.
- 43:51Speaker 5: He's like, I had to stop because I kept losing.
- 43:53Speaker 7: But if I were what I would have done.
- 43:56Speaker 8: I did rub it into my wife and be like, look,
- 43:58Speaker 8: I would have hit that beat. Totally would have hit
- 44:01Speaker 8: that bet. She's like, well, what are you bet five dollars?
- 44:03Speaker 8: Its like yeah, but still Kevin had plays were good.
- 44:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:06Speaker 7: Yeah. We were talking about earlier with the early exit
- 44:08Speaker 7: with George Kittle. He was involved in both of them.
- 44:10Speaker 7: But I won both of them. I had a Goddard
- 44:12Speaker 7: and Kittle touchdown, so just counted for the Goddard, but
- 44:14Speaker 7: I won. And then, like a five legger would that
- 44:17Speaker 7: Niners Eagles game, McCaffrey touchdown, a couple other things without
- 44:21Speaker 7: watching the.
- 44:21Speaker 4: Game, you bet on it? Yeah, that's crazy.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Well he bet on it and then didn't watch the game.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, I just I usually don't like the
- 44:28Speaker 4: bet on games I'm not watching.
- 44:30Speaker 7: It was a little less stressful, actually, I felt like
- 44:32Speaker 7: because I didn't know. And then I looked after the
- 44:34Speaker 7: game and I'm like, oh, and I won. That's great.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Oh you didn't like watch it while you're on your
- 44:37Speaker 1: date to see if you would hit?
- 44:39Speaker 5: No? No, no.
- 44:40Speaker 7: But if I'm at home watching the game, I'm also
- 44:42Speaker 7: watching my phone, you know, as we all do.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Did you watch Cocaine quarterback?
- 44:46Speaker 4: Awesome?
- 44:47Speaker 1: He's not a quarterback.
- 44:48Speaker 4: Did you watch it now?
- 44:49Speaker 1: But I castle played with them, they're on the team.
- 44:51Speaker 1: At the same time, I think.
- 44:52Speaker 8: Owen Hanson can't believe it is his name. He was
- 44:55Speaker 8: not a quarterback. His story is crazy because and this
- 45:00Speaker 8: is the beginning of the of the documentary, so I'm
- 45:02Speaker 8: not giving anything away. But he was a volleyball player,
- 45:06Speaker 8: Like he was a beach where he lived by the
- 45:07Speaker 8: beach in Rodondo Beach growing up, so he played volleyball.
- 45:10Speaker 8: He got a scholarship to play for USC as a
- 45:13Speaker 8: volleyball player, but his I guess after his first year there.
- 45:17Speaker 4: He didn't play at all.
- 45:18Speaker 8: And his coach is like, if you don't get stronger
- 45:20Speaker 8: and jump higher and like look bigger, you're not going
- 45:24Speaker 8: to make this team next year, so you might as
- 45:26Speaker 8: well just quit. So he started roiding it up and
- 45:28Speaker 8: he got so jacked that a trainer in the weight
- 45:32Speaker 8: room was just like, you play football, dude.
- 45:33Speaker 4: He's like, I've never touched football in my life.
- 45:34Speaker 1: Wait, that's how he got on the football team.
- 45:36Speaker 8: Yes, that's The trainer is like, you need to try
- 45:40Speaker 8: out for the football team. He's like, dude, you don't understand.
- 45:42Speaker 8: I've never touched a football in my life.
- 45:44Speaker 1: And he made the team as a tight end.
- 45:48Speaker 8: Nah, he really didn't even play. Maybe he was a
- 45:50Speaker 8: tight end listed, but he never played. He I think
- 45:52Speaker 8: he played a couple of special teams plays.
- 45:54Speaker 4: He's a gunner or something.
- 45:55Speaker 7: He did dress out though, but he dressed dude.
- 45:57Speaker 8: He was part of the national championship team at you see,
- 46:00Speaker 8: and that's the height of his life. Then he took
- 46:03Speaker 8: some wrong directions, dude, and it gets crazy.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Is it good? Is it good? I feel like the show?
- 46:11Speaker 3: Is it good?
- 46:11Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 46:12Speaker 8: Yes, overall it's good. I feel like the first episode.
- 46:14Speaker 8: There's three episodes. The first episode was kind of cheaply done.
- 46:19Speaker 8: You can tell that they didn't have a lot of
- 46:21Speaker 8: money whoever was producing this, but the story is so
- 46:23Speaker 8: good it didn't really matter the production level when season two,
- 46:27Speaker 8: when episode two and three comes out, is way better.
- 46:30Speaker 1: So was he selling drugs?
- 46:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean everything had doing drugs everything.
- 46:35Speaker 8: I mean it went from like I can get you steroids,
- 46:37Speaker 8: you know, like football team geting steroids.
- 46:39Speaker 7: You were like, yeah, well I never finished it, but
- 46:42Speaker 7: I started it on it.
- 46:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 46:45Speaker 7: I just felt like it just kept dragging a little bit.
- 46:48Speaker 7: That's how I felt.
- 46:49Speaker 4: Nah for three episodes.
- 46:50Speaker 1: I think it's perfectly I get I get the instead
- 46:52Speaker 1: of gambling, Eddie's watching cocaine cor set, gambling is drugs.
- 46:57Speaker 8: Dude, it is so good you must watch it. Maybe
- 47:00Speaker 8: it's really good, you'll like it.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Maybe maybe. Okay, we got a game tonight of Steelers
- 47:05Speaker 1: feelers for the sake of us having the Patriots.
- 47:11Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Indiana looks so good though too.
- 47:13Speaker 7: Yeah, Like, my my sister and mom were at that
- 47:16Speaker 7: game the other night in Atlanta because she went to
- 47:17Speaker 7: orgon my sister and they said it was like the
- 47:20Speaker 7: scariest thing just being in that environment with all those
- 47:23Speaker 7: Indiana fans. I mean, there have never been to anything
- 47:26Speaker 7: like that before.
- 47:27Speaker 8: The Oregon section was so small, Yeah, like it's a
- 47:30Speaker 8: corner of of the stadium.
- 47:32Speaker 1: Yeah, really, far away to be fair, Yes, yeah, for
- 47:35Speaker 1: the other side of the country. But in Indiana just
- 47:38Speaker 1: buys every ticket. Now they're so pumped it exists and
- 47:41Speaker 1: they're awesome. And there was just a bunch of unfortunate
- 47:44Speaker 1: plays for Oregon at the beginning. They just couldn't bounce
- 47:45Speaker 1: back from Yeah, that picked six at the beginning of
- 47:48Speaker 1: the game. You're like, yeah, but then they score a
- 47:51Speaker 1: touchdown the next drive, so you're going, Okay, we're in
- 47:53Speaker 1: the mix. We're in the mix. I say week because
- 47:55Speaker 1: I bet Organ. I bet Oregon like plus three. I think, yeah,
- 48:00Speaker 1: not not near enough. And then that fumble and then
- 48:03Speaker 1: it was just down off.
- 48:06Speaker 8: You know what, dude, I'm starting to shift on Fernando.
- 48:12Speaker 1: Shift as then he's thrown more touchdowns to take completion
- 48:15Speaker 1: n I kind of like him more.
- 48:16Speaker 3: Oh got it.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Yeah, he's he's consistently like lovable.
- 48:20Speaker 4: He stopped the yelling, which is great. He stopped looking
- 48:22Speaker 4: at the camera.
- 48:22Speaker 8: You can tell he tries to not look at the
- 48:24Speaker 8: camera now, like somebody told him, dude, stop look at
- 48:26Speaker 8: the camera.
- 48:26Speaker 4: But I think that that's just him. I agree. I
- 48:30Speaker 4: think that that's just him.
- 48:32Speaker 8: And he's a little quirky I agree, and I'm liking him.
- 48:35Speaker 1: More his he's from Miami, so they're going to go
- 48:38Speaker 1: play that game. He would have gone to Miami.
- 48:41Speaker 4: Yeah, what about his little bro?
- 48:43Speaker 1: I don't know what's gonna happen to him because I
- 48:44Speaker 1: think they signednother quarterback, didn't they Indiana for next year?
- 48:46Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 48:47Speaker 7: I haven't seen that.
- 48:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:49Speaker 1: I don't think his little bro's like the air Apparent. No,
- 48:52Speaker 1: I think his little bro is like Giannis's brother. Like
- 48:55Speaker 1: you just see the last name his two brothers. Now
- 48:57Speaker 1: they're on the team of Milwaukee.
- 48:59Speaker 5: Oh yeah, you see you QB Josh Hoover and.
- 49:02Speaker 7: They paid Yeah, and he's really good.
- 49:04Speaker 4: He's really good. Yeah, good luck with that man. Yeah.
- 49:07Speaker 1: I think the Mendoza was we'll take him to part
- 49:10Speaker 1: of the deal. Yeah. I think Mendoza's dad played high
- 49:16Speaker 1: school football with the head coach was Crystal Ball, the
- 49:18Speaker 1: head coach of Miami.
- 49:19Speaker 5: Oh really, I saw that. That was crazy.
- 49:21Speaker 1: It was from Miami and his dad played. I saw
- 49:25Speaker 1: Kevin's head on that camera glitched the camera went down
- 49:28Speaker 1: and gave you perfect bald head? Right, How often do
- 49:30Speaker 1: you shave your head with a razor?
- 49:32Speaker 4: Looks good?
- 49:33Speaker 1: And I just did it.
- 49:34Speaker 5: That's why.
- 49:35Speaker 1: Yeah, because the camera went right down on its bro
- 49:41Speaker 1: I was wondering where you're looking.
- 49:42Speaker 7: I was like, I got some of my face due
- 49:44Speaker 7: they went right to the top of your head. I
- 49:46Speaker 7: usually do it like once a week, but I'll trim
- 49:48Speaker 7: it with the electric electric yeah, trimmer a couple of
- 49:52Speaker 7: times a week.
- 49:53Speaker 5: Do you have one of those trimmers that shapes to
- 49:56Speaker 5: your head like it's.
- 49:58Speaker 3: Yeah or yeah.
- 49:59Speaker 7: It's got like six prong things that it just mold
- 50:01Speaker 7: you guys?
- 50:02Speaker 5: Yeah, what do you do?
- 50:03Speaker 3: You have?
- 50:03Speaker 4: Five? Five electric?
- 50:04Speaker 1: Same thing? You put it on your head?
- 50:05Speaker 4: Yeah? Wow, Yeah, I'm a couple of days without doing
- 50:08Speaker 4: it three days.
- 50:09Speaker 1: Do you have to do shaving cream?
- 50:11Speaker 6: No?
- 50:12Speaker 1: Not with that, No, in general.
- 50:13Speaker 7: Yeah, if you shave once a week, you do shaving cream.
- 50:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:15Speaker 5: It feels good.
- 50:16Speaker 8: Though I haven't done the razor yet ever. Ever, I'm
- 50:18Speaker 8: a little scared to do the razor on my head.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Do you ever cut your head?
- 50:21Speaker 4: Ah?
- 50:22Speaker 7: Yeah, like a month or so ago, right before Christmas
- 50:25Speaker 7: party for the work Christmas party, just bleeding out of
- 50:27Speaker 7: the I was like, oh great, but luckily it was
- 50:30Speaker 7: dark in the room, so nobody noticed.
- 50:32Speaker 1: We speeding speed shaving.
- 50:34Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, because I was trying to get ready and
- 50:35Speaker 7: trying to yeah, get things going, and then I was like, oh, corrap,
- 50:38Speaker 7: and then it just doesn't stop bleeding.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Speed shaving gets me on my face and I'm doing
- 50:41Speaker 1: that and then yeah, bleeds forever.
- 50:42Speaker 7: Yeah, and you stick a little piece of tissue on
- 50:44Speaker 7: it whatever, and it just doesn't even do anything.
- 50:46Speaker 1: All right, that's it, Thanks to Andy Staples. Thanks to
- 50:50Speaker 1: you guys. Thanks to you, man, I didn't do anything.
- 50:53Speaker 5: Thank you so much.

- 50:59Speaker 1: make it so good.
- 51:00Speaker 9: We're studying the the EMF transfers of the substation.
- 51:04Speaker 5: If you want to go, I mean.
- 51:06Speaker 4: The first stop is the power plan.
- 51:09Speaker 1: We all go, and we come back with rupture to
- 51:11Speaker 1: kill you.
- 51:12Speaker 4: We did nothing.
- 51:13Speaker 1: Theory of us come back on crutches. Everybody comes out
- 51:16Speaker 1: of the super Bowl limping, everybody.
- 51:18Speaker 5: Substation freet yeah sure, yeah, and.
- 51:19Speaker 1: They're still denying you. No, no, no, it's a it's coincidence,
