  the surface of Mars eventually. 100 people at a time we will be

  launching from our mother earth to the red planet of Mars via a

  SpaceX Starship spaceship now. Starship is still in its

  beginning, testing phases, right now.

  There's Mark 1 Boca Chica, Mark 1 was on display when Elon Musk.

  Did his Starship presentation about a week and a half ago?

  And the thing is, colossal, it looks amazing.

  And apparently there's some testing that will be going on

  pretty freaking soon. So, October 23rd.

  Will be the day, October 23rd, possibly October 24th.

  And maybe October 25th, because the County Judge Eddie Trevino,

  ship, testing in Boca Chica on those days, 23rd, 24th, and 25th

  of October. So here let me read it to you,

  approved in order authorizing County, Judge, Eddie Trevino

  the future, So that's just saying as guy has the right to

  Junior has ordered the temporary closure of access to Boca Chica

  Beach as well as State Highway for from FM 1419, Oklahoma

  Avenue to the entrance of Boca Chica Beach due to anticipated

  test launch activities for SpaceX.

  Now, what's going to happen here, and this is just the

  beginning of the, of the press release.

  Now, what's going to happen with Starship?

  Usually, what happens with something like this.

  Is that they do a rocket fire test?

  They make sure all the rockets work that's probably what's

  going to happen. They want to make sure that

  everything works before they actually try to fly the thing.

  So they want to make sure that All the rock is propelled

  properly, nothing blows up and then if all those work the next

  test will be a hover test of Starship.

  So that's called a static fire test, what I was talking about

  before and then next up will be a hover test which will be in a
• 5:36
  couple feet off the ground. Couple inches than a couple
• 5:38
  feet. Then from there, you know, 100
• 5:42
  feet, 500 feet, a couple miles and then eventually they'll get
• 5:46
  to orbit And those will happen from Boca Chica in Texas.

  This is huge, huge news because Ilan said they're going to start

  testing this thing soon. And with rocketry rockets are

  hard, like it's a really hard there, it's a very difficult
• 6:05
  thing to do. So when somebody announces that
• 6:07
  they're going to be testing their new spaceship, That
• 6:13
  usually takes years, you know, they they say okay we're going
• 6:17
  to test this thing out but it might take years for them to
• 6:19
  build it and then years for them to test it.

  But since SpaceX found a way to do this relatively fast, they
• 6:28
  can literally build a Starship in an abandoned lot.

  They don't need a huge facility for it's made out of steel.

  So they can make the make the Starship.

  This prototype in a vacant lot. Which they have done and then
• 6:43
  they can strap some rockets on it.

  I know it's not that easy but they strap some rockets on it

  and then from there they do their tests.

  Then they make sure that everything works fine before
• 6:53
  they actually launch it into the air.

  Now they're clearing this area because Rockets are super

  dangerous. It's basically a controlled

  explosion underneath. You know, a giant steel frame

  and if something were to happen, something catastrophic were to

  happen, you know? Then it's very dangerous for

  that metal to be flying everywhere.

  So that's why they close this place off the clothes off the

  beach because I don't want people on the beach.

  Basically, you know, shrapnel by the Starship.

  So here, let's go on and this is the meat and potatoes of this

  press release. Says I have ordered the closure

  of Highway for and Boca Chica Beach for the purpose of

  protecting public health and safety.

  During SpaceX testing activities on October 23rd. 2019 between 12

  p.m. central Time and eight pm of the same day.

  It in the alternative on October 4th 2019 around 12 p.m. central

  Time and 8 p.m. or October 25th 2019 from 12 p.m. central Time

  and eight pm of the same base. We have three days 24th 25th and

  then it says should SpaceX not complete, its test launch
• 8:10
  activities on October 23rd. Then SpaceX may use the
• 8:13
  alternative date to complete, its test launching activities.

  So you have three days, possibly three days.

  You can't go to the beach because SpaceX is going to be

  trying their new rocket out 23rd 24th and 25th of this month.

  fast SpaceX wants to do an orbital test by early next year

  possible. There was static fire test clean

  everything up to a hover test. I'm not sure.

  possible to get all the data back that quickly and move that

  fast because that's that seems to be quite fast.
