- 1:40So there's a lot going on here at America Out Loud News.
- 1:45That's right, America Out Loud News, the place where America, that means you and me and others like us could get out loud and share with people things that really count.
- 1:55So again, I welcome you aboard to uh Peace Through Strength, America's Navy.
- 2:00So how about this, folks?
- 2:02How about we proceed with today's topic?
- 2:05I call today's topic, do or die.
- 2:08Now, who in the world am I addressing when I use such language as do or die?
- 2:14I am presenting the doodie language to the government of Iran.
- 2:19Those creeps, those thugs, those people who are so evil, who execute their very own citizens for doing nothing but crying out for freedom.
- 2:30I was told years ago by Israeli military personnel that America needs to learn that you don't negotiate with terrorists.
- 2:39And I believe that.
- 2:50Contrary to what the mainstream media want you and me to believe, contrary to our liberals and progressives want you and me to believe, the fact of the matter is is that the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Department of War, Department of the Navy, all our military leaders, as well as the President of the United States and the Secretary of War, Pete Heggseth, want to prevent a major, major war.
- 3:14Want to prevent this war from expanding.
- 3:16They want the Iranian government to come to the peace table.
- 3:20But the Iranian government doesn't want to do that in my view.
- 3:23But I hope and I pray that through all of the efforts that the President and this administration has made towards them that somebody, somebody in the Iranian government, will come to their senses and say, you know, we better sit down with America because they mean business.
- 3:39And I've also shared time and time again on this broadcast, on other broadcasts, on nationally televised networks.
- 3:47I've shared with uh uh all of the listeners because I know that the Iranian government personnel, as well as the Chinese Communist Party, and perhaps every enemy of the United States of America monitor just about every single broadcast in this country, in our country, the United States of America.
- 4:05They do, I believe that.
- 4:07That's how they collect intelligence and information.
- 4:11It's called uh open source information.
- 4:13Uh a lot of information and intelligence one could reap from listening to what we call open source channels.
- 4:21That would be your news networks, newspapers, magazines, etc.
- 4:25But since I know that they do that, again, I have news for them.
- 4:30Either you do what the president of the United States is telling you to do, or you will die.
- 4:36I believe that.
- 4:37We've got enough military hardware in the Mid East that could ensure that the leadership of the Iranian government, the present leadership, will follow to the grave the others that have gone to.
- 4:52And we must keep one thing in mind, and I'm sure our government, the United States of America and our leaders, keep in mind that the people of Iran want us to do what must be done to take those shackles off of them, to return to them a free country.
- 5:08My goodness, they went out there and they marched.
- 5:11They died for their country.
- 5:13Not marching against America, not saying death to America, like they were forced to by this this terrible, terrible regime, but they're saying long live America.
- 5:23And now we're hearing long live the American Navy.
- 5:26They know our ships are out there.
- 5:29They know the United States Navy is engaged in a very, very tough situation in a war, though, that we have already won, as far as I'm concerned.
- 5:38Now, the next step is to free them.
- 5:40And we leave that up to the diplomats.
- 5:42We leave that up to our government leaders who are elected to office, and we do exactly what we are trained to do, exactly what we gave an oath to do, and that is to carry out the policies of the people who we elected to office.
- 5:58So I must tell you that after several weeks of employing a whole load of strategies to encourage Iran to engage in negotiations to resolve this ongoing war, their leadership persists.
- 6:11They just don't give up in rejecting key components that would facilitate an end to this crisis, an end to it.
- 6:19They don't want an end to it.
- 6:21They don't want an end to it because they know at this point that they are in a state of total despair, that they have lost their Navy, lost their Air Force, lost any army that they had.
- 6:33All they got is a bunch of gangsters running around trying to figure out what they're going to do as far as the next step.
- 6:39And they're trying everything to hinder the ability of the United States of America to move forward and again to take complete control of their country.
- 6:50They know the Navy's out there.
- 6:52You know, they're doing a lot of bragging these days about how they're gonna sink a couple of Navy uh warships, and they're gonna kill Americans if the Marines uh land on the beaches.
- 7:02They're doing a lot of talking, but no action and any action they have taken hasn't gotten them very much.
- 7:10In fact, it's backfired on most of what they have been doing.
- 7:14But they persist in rejecting anything that we try to advance, and now again we hear they want to come to the table and talk.
- 7:22Remember, at least I remember what I was told years ago, you can't negotiate with terrorists.
- 7:28Let's see how far we're gonna go before we teach them another lesson.
- 7:32So rather than negotiating with Americans to resolve the conflict, what do they do?
- 7:37They now confront the world's most powerful Navy.
- 7:40That's what they do.
- 7:41I can imagine what they're thinking when they take a pair of binoculars on one of their coastal beaches and they stare at the most powerful warfighting fleet in the world.
- 7:53What are they gonna be?
- 7:54What are they thinking?
- 7:55I mean, they can't be thinking, gee, can we really sink that ship?
- 7:58We can really sink that ship.
- 8:00Oh, we could take out that carrier.
- 8:02They're crazy.
- 8:03They're out of their minds.
- 8:05And their generals and their military personnel.
- 8:08Hey, if any of you are listening from one military officer, meaning me, to you, give it up.
- 8:16Give it up, get a hold of your generals, get a hold of your military, and how about you guys do something about the problem?
- 8:23You guys convince the civilian leadership in Iran, those dogs to give it up.
- 8:28Save your own lives, save your souls, save your families' lives.
- 8:33Believe me, what we would with the what the United States Navy, with the power and might of the United States Navy can do to you and your country, is is something that you can't even conceive.
- 8:46But we haven't done that.
- 8:48And contrary again to what you and your government in Iran and what a lot of the mainstream media out here is trying to lead people to believe, we do not target civilians.
- 8:58We don't target people who are innocent, and as I said over and over again, if we have a military target in our sights and we believe that there will be massive civilian casualties, we don't attack.
- 9:10We've never done that, we haven't done that, and we won't do that.
- 9:14And for those of you in Iran, and I understand some way, somehow you get broadcasts, and I'm hoping some of you are getting one of mine somehow, somehow, and some of my colleagues, we ain't giving up on you, and you're not being targeted by the American government.
- 9:29You're not being targeted by the U.S.
- 9:31Navy.
- 9:32We pray for you, and we do everything we could to defend you against that evil, evil regime that is controlling your lives.
- 9:40But keep everything in prayer, keep your faith in God Almighty and keep your faith in us.
- 9:44My faith is in us in God and in the United States Navy.
- 9:48And I believe, as we have demonstrated in history, we always win, and our enemies always lose.
- 9:57Now, a considerable number
- 10:00Number of individuals in our country and around the world, they're looking in some way somehow to learn about the rationale behind the naval blockade that we now have near Iran.
- 10:13And they're telling me a lot of people I ran into tell me that they just do not fully grasp the definition of what a naval blockade is.
- 10:21They hear about it on the news, on TV and radio, in the press, everybody's talking about a naval blockade, but most Americans don't know what that is.
- 10:30Well, I could tell you that this broadcast, right here.
- 10:35Peace through strength, America's Navy.
- 10:37We offer an opportunity to deliver information that clarifies the key aspects of the who, the what, the when, the where, and the why of military operations worldwide.
- 10:49Specifically, the segment that you're listening to now of this broadcast will address the activities of the United States Navy in the Strait of Hormose.
- 10:59I will now share with you what we mean by naval blockade.
- 11:04Now, a naval blockade, all right?
- 11:06Now, such as the current operation at the Strait of Hormoz, it exemplifies the peace through strength strategy.
- 11:13Remember, we've talked about peace through strength a few times.
- 11:16And what's it doing?
- 11:17It's deterring our adversaries, in this case, the Iranian government, without the need for military engagement.
- 11:24We're deterring them without the need for us to bomb the living daylights out of them again.
- 11:29Peace through strength.
- 11:30Remember what I just said a second ago?
- 11:32They get a pair of binoculars, they look out to the ocean from their coast, and they see the most powerful warships on the face of the earth.
- 11:39You'd think they would use their brains if they have any.
- 11:42Let's forget their brains.
- 11:44They don't have brains.
- 11:44If they had brains, we all means they'd be ending this war.
- 11:48Uh surrendering, if you will, to the will that we are wanting to impose it on them.
- 11:53And our will is freedom and liberty.
- 11:56But getting back to getting to them to uh understand that this this peace through strength strategy is a methodology that we're using to deter them from turning their backs on negotiations.
- 12:11It isn't working.
- 12:12It should have worked by now.
- 12:14When you're dealing with people with common sense, when you're dealing with people who get it, they don't get it.
- 12:20And this approach clearly communicates the consequences for noncompliance with established demands.
- 12:28We have established demands.
- 12:30No nuclear weapons in your country.
- 12:32None.
- 12:33And there are a few other demands in there.
- 12:35Like uh, you know what?
- 12:36Put an end to your supporting of the other killers and murderers and animals called Hezbollah and Hamas and all these other terrorist organizations.
- 12:45I mean, come on, they got the whole world against them.
- 12:49And the fact of the matter is, the whole world is now slowly taking some time, coming together, and they're looking at the United States Navy fleet out there, and they're saying, you know what?
- 12:59Let's let's maybe help them out.
- 13:01That's the winning side, not Iran, not the empty threats, not the nonsense, but the real, real meat of the situation is right there, right there off the coast of Iran.
- 13:13So peace through strength, and maybe a message is getting through to our allies saying, look it, we've got the power, we've got the might, come on, nobody's gonna hurt you.
- 13:20We'll protect you.
- 13:22And that what is going on right now, at least in my view.
- 13:26Now, this isn't the first time that I've heard about a naval blockade.
- 13:30I've heard some others going on throughout my lifetime, but the biggest one, the most powerful one, the most effective one, was in 1962.
- 13:37And some of you who were around then and old enough to listen to the news and understand and live through, listen to this, folks, for those of you who have not lived through that time, who lived through the possible end of the world.
- 13:49That's right.
- 13:50I'm not talking about a science fiction movie.
- 13:52I'm talking about the real deal.
- 13:54And you know why it was almost the end of the world?
- 13:57It was because during that time, there was a Cuban missile crisis going on.
- 14:02The United States of America found Soviet nuclear missiles being placed in Cuba.
- 14:08That's 90 miles off our coast.
- 14:10Why in the world would the Soviet Union want nuclear missiles right off our coast?
- 14:17Well, that escalated what we called a cold war.
- 14:21Now, a cold war is a war going on without fighting shots, bullets, bombs.
- 14:26Cold war is a lot to do with propaganda, intelligence, information, not kind of hugging, maybe shaking a hand once in a while, but it was a cold war.
- 14:36And it was a standoff between the United States and the Soviet Union.
- 14:39Now, to counter this, to counter these Soviet ships coming into Cuba, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy imposed a naval blockade to halt all Soviet ships transitioning to Cuba that were carrying missiles and military shipments to Cuba.
- 14:58Which means, guess what?
- 15:00They, meaning the Soviet ships were going to be stopped, they were going to be boarded, and if they didn't allow us to board them, we were going to sink them.
- 15:08And of course, the Soviet Union said that if you sink one of our ships, we're going to be launching nuclear missiles from the Soviet Union.
- 15:15Which led to us telling them then we'll be launching missiles from not only here in the United States, but from Europe, and we will destroy the entire Soviet Union.
- 15:25So there, we were close to World War II, World War III, folks.
- 15:28And I've got to tell you, it was a frightening time.
- 15:32People all over America, they would stop in front of stores, look at the TV sets in the stores, and get uh up to the minute the news flashes as to what was happening down there in the Caribbean, close to Cuba.
- 15:45But Kennedy did that.
- 15:46He imposed a naval blockade, and it worked.
- 15:50We're still here, folks.
- 15:52It worked.
- 15:53Not a shot was fired, and the Soviets, they turned their ships around.
- 15:57They got just so far, Kennedy told them where the red line was, you cross that line, and we're gonna sink you if we don't board you and seize your ship.
- 16:06And Nikita Khrushchev, the premier of the Soviet Union, brought his ships right up to that red line, and then they heard the voice of the President of the United States, John F.
- 16:18Kennedy and others, turn your ships around, do or die.
- 16:24They did and they didn't die.
- 16:26Although years later, President Ronald Reagan and his term of office helped facilitate, if not lead the fall of the Soviet Union.
- 16:36It worked.
- 16:37There were people in the Soviet Empire who had some common sense.
- 16:42There were military leaders who used their brains and clearly understood that we can destroy them in minutes.
- 16:50Yeah, they would do a lot of damage to us, maybe destroy us, who knows?
- 16:53But everybody understood it would be the end of this world.
- 16:56A nuclear holocaust, never seen before, would never be seen again, because no one would be left.
- 17:04And believe me, if we allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon like the Soviets did, it's a replay of 1962.
- 17:14So a naval blockade, for those of you now who I hope are learning something here, it restricts the movement of vessels, not only ships now, big ships and small ships, but also aircraft to and from an adversary's ports, their airfields, and their coastal regions.
- 17:31That's what it does.
- 17:32It prohibits them from transitioning back and forth.
- 17:35They just can't go anywhere, folks.
- 17:36Not into the country, not out of the country, on land, sea, or air.
- 17:40And it serves, these blockades serve as a as a strategic military and economic measure to do what?
- 17:48Designed to disrupt supply chains, which we're now doing in Iran, impede commercial activity, definitely doing that, and potentially compel changes in leadership without necessitating full military operations.
- 18:03That is exactly what we're doing.
- 18:06That is what we want to see work.
- 18:08But again, it's going on, it's happening.
- 18:13Instead of the Iranians coming to the table, they decided to put, for lack of a better illustration, a toll booth in the Strait of Hormos.
- 18:22And here's the toll booth.
- 18:24You got a few Iranian ships, all right?
- 18:27Not their warships, they got nothing left but a few small boats.
- 18:30They're hanging around over there at the strait, and they're making it known that you got to pay a fee.
- 18:36I think it's five million dollars for an oil tanker.
- 18:39You give them five million because they need cash, they're going broke, they're going bankrupt.
- 18:44I mean, deeper than bankrupt.
- 18:45Their economy is really getting bad.
- 18:48Give them five million, you could go through without worrying about being sunk.
- 18:52But if you're going to go through without paying the five million, which happens to be blackmail, by the way, uh, we're going to sink you.
- 19:00That's what the Iranian government has resorted to.
- 19:03They are charging people a fee to go through the strait so that they can get the oil to other countries.
- 19:10Well, we put a stop to that because now we're controlling the state of Hormoes.
- 19:15And we're making it clear that no ship is going to get by without, without us, the United States of America, checking on them, making sure that they're not bringing stuff into Iran and making sure that they're going from one place to another through the strait without the necessity of stopping in Iran.
- 19:36We want to check you out before you use those straits.
- 19:40We check you out, you get a stamp of approval, you don't get charged a fee, you go for free.
- 19:45How do you like that?
- 19:46International law being enforced, right?
- 19:49Freedom of the high seas, they call it.
- 19:51Since one do you charge someone to go on the ocean?
- 19:55Which leads me just a little bit off the uh side here.
- 20:00Why in New Jersey do we have to pay a fee to go to the beach?
- 20:03I go to other states around the country.
- 20:06You go to the boardwalk, you have a cup of coffee, ice cream, you want to go down the beach, you go to the beach, you're on the sand, you're near the beach.
- 20:13In New Jersey, in many places, not in all.
- 20:16There are a few freebies there.
- 20:18You gotta pay a fee to go to the beach.
- 20:21Well, I know I went off on a little tangent, but it just came to my mind, folks.
- 20:26And I thought I'd mention that for whatever reason.
- 20:28It's nice to have a little fun on a broadcast, isn't it?
- 20:31I mean, everything is serious, serious, serious, and it needs to be serious.
- 20:34And we need to address things that are serious.
- 20:37But there's nothing wrong with kind of taking a step back every once in a while and say, you know all this serious stuff.
- 20:43We have it under control.
- 20:45The mainstream media would lead us to believe it's out of control.
- 20:49I have enough confidence and enough faith in the United States Navy and our military commanders, army, navy, marines, air force, space force, coast guard.
- 20:58Enough faith and confidence in them that they know exactly what to do and when to do it.
- 21:04They know the who, the what, the when, the where, and the why.
- 21:09I've been with many of them.
- 21:10They plan things out perfectly.
- 21:13This is why we have the strongest military on earth.
- 21:18Common sense, compassion, strategic thinking, tactical thinking, pulling it all together into one one big plan.
- 21:27That not just one or two people put together, but a whole lot of smart people put together.
- 21:33And that is why we are the greatest country on the face of the earth, and we have the greatest military on the face of the earth.
- 21:41Now, some of our naval ships that are involved in what they call a close blockade, all right.
- 21:47These are our naval ships that either patrol or remain stationed just outside enemy territory, aiming to intercept any vessels coming or going, including merchant ships and oil tankers.
- 21:59So that's that's pretty pretty uh uh I'm sorry, that's uh kind of a uh more than close, they're a little bit more than some other ships that are closer to the uh shores of Iran.
- 22:11Now, certain U.S.
- 22:12Navy vessels are carrying out what I originally shared with you, close blockade missions, okay?
- 22:19Those are the ones that are stationed directly outside Iran's ports, very close to their ports, very close to their their border, okay, their beaches, if you will.
- 22:28Meanwhile, the other Navy ships are assigned at a greater distance to monitor what?
- 22:34Hostile aircraft, other ships, and submarines.
- 22:38So that's what they're doing.
- 22:39Now, the blockades are not an attack.
- 22:42Group of people they don't want to attack.
- 22:44If they have to, they will.
- 22:45I mean, they'll certainly defend themselves, but they're not there to attack on the territory of Iran, unless they have to.
- 22:52But rather, they are working on what we call maritime restrictions.
- 22:56They're checking on the ships, they're seeing who's coming and going, and if they have to signal to take uh tough military action, they will.
- 23:04So what's the goal here?
- 23:05We always hear the new Ah, what's the goal?
- 23:07What's this?
- 23:07Why are we there?
- 23:08Well, the goal is to starve the adversary of resources by doing what?
- 23:13By controlling the sea lines of communication.
- 23:16It is simple.
- 23:17Every time I hear some expert, so-called expert, quote unquote, uh, get on the air.
- 23:22Well, there is no plan.
- 23:23Well, you don't know the plan, a, because you haven't sit in on the plans, and B, the president, the joint chiefs of staff, U.S.
- 23:30military personnel, Department of the Navy, on and on and on.
- 23:33They're not going to broadcast the plan for goodness sake.
- 23:36You should know better.
- 23:37And we have retired military people going on these mainstream media networks, sharing that kind of stuff.
- 23:44They want to know what the plan is.
- 23:46They should know better.
- 23:47And then, of course, there's what they call legal standing.
- 23:51A lot of going on, right?
- 23:52With all kinds of uh politicians and the Congress and on and on.
- 23:56Oh, is it legal?
- 23:56Is it legal what we're doing?
- 23:58Well, to be valid, a blockade must be declared, formally announced, and effectively maintained to prevent entry or exit, rather than just being a paper blockade.
- 24:09That's it.
- 24:09There's your legal standing.
- 24:11It is valid.
- 24:12It was declared, and it was formally announced.
- 24:15Right?
- 24:16Our government announced, I think, a week ahead of time.
- 24:18We're coming, Mr.
- 24:19and Mrs.
- 24:20Iran.
- 24:20No, Mrs.
- 24:21Iran's in there, the way they treat women.
- 24:23What a shame, huh?
- 24:24Another issue about them.
- 24:26But uh the dogs over there in Iran, they were they were told we're coming.
- 24:30And we got there.
- 24:32So again, this is what a blockade is.
- 24:35All right.
- 24:35Now, the U.S.
- 24:36Navy, we're using this strategy to stop oil exports in this case by intercepting ships that are paying those tolls and aiming to freeze, guess what?
- 24:47The adversary, in this case, Iran's economy.
- 24:50We're not only freezing it, folks, we're taking it down.
- 24:54Those are going to be like big, big blocks of ice that we're gonna chip away at.
- 24:59And then they're gonna melt and become part of the Strait of Homoes.
- 25:03So, where we are now?
- 25:06What are we up to now?
- 25:07What's the ultimate, ultimate mission?
- 25:10It's the mission is to get them to the table, and if they don't come to the table, again I go back to the original theme of this broadcast.
- 25:18Peace through strength, America's Navy, this particular broadcast, message to Iran is do or die.
- 25:27Psalm 234.
- 25:29Yay, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
- 25:34For you are with me.
- 25:36God bless America, and God bless the United States Navy and all of our armed forces.
- 25:44Thank you.
- 25:45Until next time, I'm Lieutenant Commander Steven Rogers.
- 25:49This is Dr.

- 30:21Well, this is the second half of our broadcast.
- 30:23And during the second half, I share with you information and news of all kinds of things, except any news or other things, if you will, that are created by man.
- 30:38Hmm.
- 30:39Sounds like a science fiction, doesn't it?
- 30:41Well, it's not.
- 30:42I'm talking about the things that come from the creation of God Almighty.
- 30:46The things that are written in the Holy Word of God, the Bible, known as the book of life.
- 30:51I'm talking about what reams and reams and reams of paper that have printed on those reams and reams and reams of paper.
- 31:01Words that were written by people many, many years ago, thousands of years ago, written by people indeed, but inspired by the Holy Spirit of God, which tells me that everything written in the Bible, everything written on those pages, has come from the mouth of God.
- 31:21Have come from Him.
- 31:23It's His Word.
- 31:25Now, if you don't believe that, well, that's your problem, not mine.
- 31:30But if you do believe it, get ready, because what you're about to hear may affect you in some way somehow.
- 31:38May affect the destiny of your life.
- 31:39That's why I love the second half of this broadcast, because this half of the broadcast doesn't bring you gloom and doom, doesn't bring you a lot of the news that kind of makes you feel like, oh my God, the sky is falling.
- 31:54I know that happens during the first half.
- 31:57But I always make sure that during the first half that you get at least some relief that you're getting to understand and learn that as the world goes around and around, you're in this world, you're part of this world, and you can help make change.
- 32:13But now, during this portion of the broadcast, you could help make significant change in this world going round and around in your life.
- 32:23Your life, not anybody else's life, but your life.
- 32:26So listen up.
- 32:27Listen up, and I hope and pray that what I'm about to share with you does have profound positive impact on you and delivers you from the challenges and the problems and the worries that you may be facing right now.
- 32:42Before I continue, I want you to know I know I have uh uh three broadcasts, I'm sorry, two broadcasts, okay.

- 33:29What do you think of that, folks?
- 33:30I just I didn't write that as a script, it just came to my mind.
- 33:34Not bad, huh?
- 33:35Not bad.
- 33:35Well, let's get to the word of God.
- 33:39Let's talk about one or two things that I hope and pray will impact your life.
- 33:44Now I know I've said this and shared what I'm about to share with you many times at the opening of many of these broadcasts, but um I want to do it every once in a while, especially when people ask me to repeat what I said about the Bible for the benefit of those who are new listeners.
- 34:04So, here we go.
- 34:07What is the Bible?
- 34:09Well, it's the word of God.
- 34:12The Bible reveals the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers.
- 34:23Its doctrines are holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and its decisions are immutable.
- 34:32Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy.
- 34:38It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you.
- 34:43It's a traveler's map, the pilgrim staff, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword, and the Christian's charter.
- 34:51Here, paradise is gained, heaven opened and hell disclosed.
- 34:57Christ is its grand object, our good, its design, and the glory of God, its end, it shall fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet.
- 35:06Read it slowly, frequently and prayerfully.
- 35:10It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory and the river of pleasure.
- 35:16It has given you in life, will be opened in the judgment and be remembered forever.
- 35:21It involves the highest responsibility, promises the highest reward for labor, and condemns all who trifle with its sacred contents.
- 35:31That is the Bible.
- 35:33That is the word of God.
- 35:34And I would venture to say that the overwhelming majority of you have Bibles in your homes.
- 35:44Maybe it's time to kind of take it off of that bookshelf or wherever it's been there for years and shake the dust off of it and open it up.
- 35:52Take a look at it.
- 35:53In fact, I'm going to ask you to take a look at the 103rd Psalm.
- 35:57Oh, yeah, I got one all figured out already, folks.
- 36:00And there's a reason why I bring up the 10th Psalm.
- 36:04Because occasionally I visit a monastery.
- 36:08And you know what I do in that monastery?
- 36:11I have conversations with God.
- 36:12Yeah, yeah, that's correct.
- 36:14I I speak with him.
- 36:16Now you may wonder, does he respond?
- 36:18I mean, come on.
- 36:20Does he respond?
- 36:21Are you telling us that you're getting a voice out of heaven?
- 36:24No.
- 36:24But he does respond.
- 36:26Oh, yeah, he does.
- 36:28And the fact of the matter is is that I'm not experiencing hallucinations or hearing voices unexpectedly.
- 36:35Also, lightnings are not coming down and the earth is not shaking.
- 36:39However, after I express gratitude for the blessings that I've received in my life and making a few more requests during my conversations with him, which happen to be the way I pray.
- 36:51You see how I'm talking to you?
- 36:53I'm speaking with you.
- 36:55That's the way I pray.
- 36:57I've said to people over and over again, I'll pour a cup of coffee, five o'clock in the morning, get my dog, my German Shepherd Bear, he sits next to me.
- 37:05I'll sip that coffee and I begin to talk.
- 37:08Now, Bear must be wondering what the heck is this guy doing?
- 37:10Did he flip his lid?
- 37:12Well, I mean, you never know.
- 37:15You know, animals are smart.
- 37:17He looks at me, he does.
- 37:18I wonder what he's thinking about.
- 37:20My point is, folks, is that I'm talking to God.
- 37:23I'm having a conversation with God.
- 37:26And yes, me talking to him.
- 37:28I don't hear any voices, like I said, out of the heavenly realm.
- 37:31But I've got to tell you, after I have this conversation with God, things do happen.
- 37:36And it's happened in the monastery several times.
- 37:39And what I do is after I make a few requests and talk to God, I proceed to a Bible that's in the monastery.
- 37:46It's right out there on top of a podium.
- 37:48It's located near the altar where I have these discussions with God.
- 37:53And I'll kind of leaf through the Bible and I'll always go and just sleep through the book of Psalms and then suddenly randomly stop.
- 38:03And then I see a psalm that I'm led to.
- 38:07Now, why do I say I'm led to?
- 38:09Because I don't purposely go to like a particular psalm and look for it and search it and say, gee, this is the one I wanted to read.
- 38:15I'm glad I'm here.
- 38:16No.
- 38:17I just stop.
- 38:19And each time that I stop, I begin to read that psalm.
- 38:22And I believe it is the Holy Spirit that led me to that psalm, because God just heard my prayer.
- 38:30I just had a conversation with God.
- 38:32Show me thy way, O Lord, is what I say to him.
- 38:35Please show me thy way.
- 38:37Teach me thy path.
- 38:38Speak to me.
- 38:39Let me know what direction should I go in life.
- 38:43How can I solve this problem?
- 38:45How can I tackle this challenge?
- 38:47I do that, folks.
- 38:49And he does answer me through his word through the Bible.
- 38:53Happens in my house.
- 38:55Happens wherever I go.
- 38:56Sometimes I do carry a little pocket testament with me.
- 38:59I travel back and forth to Washington, D.C., I'm on a train.
- 39:03I bring a Bible with me, little one in my pocket or bigger one in my briefcase.
- 39:08Or actually I have one on my phone, an app called Bible on my phone.
- 39:14But after chatting with God, like I did recently, I begin to get led to the Bible near that altar.
- 39:26And recently, I was led to 103rd Psalm.
- 39:30You know how I was led to that psalm?
- 39:32When I went up to the podium where that Bible was, it was opened to the 13rd Psalm.
- 39:39Now, as I read this Psalm to you, I'm going to ask you to apply it to your life.
- 39:44I did.
- 39:45And I realized that the words spoken in this Psalm were directed to me at that point in time in my life.
- 39:50And now I tend to believe that at this point in time in your life, this is God's message to you.
- 39:57Using me as a vehicle as he uses other.
- 40:00As vehicles to reach me.
- 40:02And here's what that psalm says.
- 40:04You ready?
- 40:05Think about you now and your life.
- 40:07Think about you.
- 40:09Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me.
- 40:14Bless his holy name.
- 40:17See?
- 40:17Reverence to God right away.
- 40:19Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.
- 40:23That's right.
- 40:24Let's not forget all that he's done for us.
- 40:26Ten times we tend to do that.
- 40:28Then a lot for you, then a lot for me.
- 40:30Let's not forget that.
- 40:32Who forgiveth all thine inequities, who healeth all thy diseases.
- 40:37Greatest disease he heals all of us from is our sins.
- 40:40Oh boy, I've committed sins in life.
- 40:43Sometimes a little here and there now, you know, but not like I used to.
- 40:47Oh no.
- 40:48The reason why I tell you a little here and there, well, the fact is we're all sinners, right?
- 40:52We're all sinners.
- 40:54Bible says all are sinned, all are sinners, but God forgives us of our sins.
- 40:59So we should thank him that he forgives us our inequities in that great disease called sin.
- 41:06Who redeemeth thy life from destruction, who crowneth thee with loving kindness and tender mercies.
- 41:12You ever on a road to disruption?
- 41:15Road to destruction.
- 41:16I'm sorry, a road to destruction.
- 41:19Does he take that destruction and just put it aside?
- 41:23And he crowns you with his loving kindness and his mercies.
- 41:27It's happened to me a few times in my life.
- 41:29I was on my way to hell, folks.
- 41:31I'm telling you.
- 41:32On my way to hell.
- 41:34But he picked me up.
- 41:3640th Psalm says, I cried and I cried.
- 41:39The Lord bent over and heard my cry.
- 41:42He pulled me out of the miry clay.
- 41:44And he established my life on a rock.
- 41:47And that rock happens to be Jesus Christ.
- 41:50That's what he has for you.
- 41:53This 103rd Psalm goes on to say, who satisfieth my mouth with good things, so that thy youth is renewed like the eagles.
- 42:03I've prayed for quite some time.
- 42:05Lord, I want the vigor of my youth, the strength of my youth.
- 42:08As time goes on, I'm running out of time.
- 42:10And God is saying, You ain't run out of time, buddy.
- 42:13This is just the beginning.
- 42:16And he began to renew my strength.
- 42:18Some of you are weak out there, depressed and weak, you feel lonely.
- 42:21I get it, I've been there.
- 42:23I mean, King David, he's been everywhere.
- 42:26Jesus Christ saw it all.
- 42:28Nothing new to God.
- 42:31You're not new to God.
- 42:32He loves you.
- 42:33He will renew your strength.
- 42:36Like an eagle.
- 42:38You're gonna mount up, the Bible says, mount up with the wings of an eagle, and fly, my friend.
- 42:46That's what he has for you.
- 42:47You know what's exciting right now when I'm thinking about?
- 42:50Somebody out there is listening to this, realizing that this is really a message from God to them.
- 42:56He has heard your prayer.
- 42:57He is answering that prayer.
- 43:00Whether you're on a warship somewhere around the world, whether you're on the ground in the U.S.
- 43:05military somewhere, whether you're that cop, that firefighter, that custodian, that that cashier, uh, whoever you are, wherever you are, maybe you're unemployed, you're going through a living hell right now, help is on the way.
- 43:19Help is on the way, for goodness sakes.
- 43:22Pastor once said to me, you know what, Steve, the longer you look at the problem, the bigger the problem gets.
- 43:27But the longer you look at the Savior, the bigger he gets.
- 43:34The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
- 43:39He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
- 43:45If he, my friends, made his ways known to Moses, and his acts unto the children of Israel, and the Bible says the Lord is the same today as he was yesterday.
- 43:58Yes, who is going to make his ways known to you.
- 44:04What was good for Moses, according to the Bible, is good for you.
- 44:09The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plentiness and mercy.
- 44:14He will not always chide, neither will he keep his anger forever.
- 44:18Yeah, I've gotten anger from him, boy.
- 44:20Woo-hoo!
- 44:21And I thank God he hasn't kept it forever.
- 44:23In fact, he probably keeps his anger towards me in a minute or two when I know I fell up.
- 44:28But boy, I tell you, it feels like a long time.
- 44:30But I get the message.
- 44:32We all go that way.
- 44:34He has not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our inequities.
- 44:39For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
- 44:45That word fear is not a fear in the sense that you're scared to death of him.
- 44:49That word fear is translated for those who respect him, who love him.
- 44:54Yep.
- 44:56Great is his mercy towards you, my friend.
- 44:58What are you waiting for?
- 44:59Talk to him.
- 45:01Have a conversation with him.
- 45:03He's gonna talk back to you.
- 45:05You're gonna hear from him.
- 45:06You're hearing from him right now, simply my voice, me, I'm just a vehicle.
- 45:12Go right to his word, right to his Bible, like I've done.
- 45:16As far as the East is from the West, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
- 45:22Man, I tell you, when I read that over and over again, I used to think, man, I did things bad.
- 45:27I did things that I shouldn't have done in life.
- 45:31I remembered them, and maybe others remember those things.
- 45:34But guess who forgot about them?
- 45:37Jesus Christ did.
- 45:39The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
- 45:41Forgot about him.
- 45:42He forgave us.
- 45:42That's it.
- 45:43Done over with.
- 45:43Finito, don't worry about it.
- 45:45It's gone over with.
- 45:46What are you worried about?
- 45:47I always say that Christian people, those of us who love Christ and who are, you know, work hard to be the best Christians we can.
- 45:53We don't forgive ourselves.
- 45:56He does.
- 45:57So if God forgives you, what are you running around feeling guilty about this and that?
- 46:01It's over and done with.
- 46:02You did it, done with it.
- 46:04You have a new heart, a new soul.
- 46:07A new spirit cleanse by the blood of Jesus.
- 46:12That's right.
- 46:15Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
- 46:21For he knoweth our frame, he remembereth that we are dust.
- 46:26You know what that means, folks?
- 46:27God knows us.
- 46:28You know, the Bible says that God knew us in the womb of our parents.
- 46:35That God knew us before he put us in the womb of our mother.
- 46:39Hmm.
- 46:40But that's in a bit.
- 46:42He knows us all.
- 46:43He knows us longer than we know ourselves.
- 46:45As for a man, his days are as grass as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
- 46:52As I've gotten older, folks, I realize what that says.
- 46:55His days are as grass.
- 46:57Grass don't live long.
- 46:59You know what?
- 46:59We get up in years and we begin to look at the grass and the flowers and nature.
- 47:04I'm beginning to do that more so than I've ever done in life.
- 47:07I began to appreciate everything around me now.
- 47:10My younger years, I was there, I took it for granted, it'll always be there.
- 47:14Well, it'll always be there.
- 47:16But you get to a point in life when you realize that you won't always be there.
- 47:22Where you're gonna be, where you're gonna go.
- 47:26I had planned on going to a better place.
- 47:28Oh, yeah, I'm gonna get there.
- 47:30And that's heaven.
- 47:32My job now is to share with people everything I know about the Savior, my friend, my buddy, God Almighty, the Holy Spirit.
- 47:40I remember sharing with people, I've been asking God for years.
- 47:43What do you want?
- 47:43What can I do for you?
- 47:45And I finally realized in the Bible through his word, that you wants one thing.
- 47:49One thing.
- 47:50Nah, you don't want, you don't care.
- 47:52You know, I'm not gonna say you don't care, but he likes the idea you go out and help people, and you do this and you that, and maybe you give here and give there.
- 47:58That's great.
- 47:59You're a good person.
- 48:00You pray.
- 48:01He loves that stuff.
- 48:02He wants you to do that.
- 48:04But he wants really one thing from you, and that which encompasses all of that.
- 48:10You know what that is?
- 48:12He wants you to be his friend.
- 48:15That's it.
- 48:17Be God's friend.
- 48:20And how you are God's friend is by doing the things that he wants you to do.
- 48:27He wants you to pray, communicate with him, love thy neighbor, right?
- 48:32Love thy neighbor, commit no sins, and when you do, just ask for forgiveness, repent.
- 48:39In fact, all of the things he wants you to do, wrapped up in ten things.
- 48:44Got it, folks?
- 48:45Ten, the number ten.
- 48:46Remember that?
- 48:47Any of you remember that?
- 48:48What does the number 10 mean to you?
- 48:51I'll give you 10 seconds.
- 48:52Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.
- 48:58Here you go.
- 48:59The Ten Commandments.
- 49:01Some of you are saying, Oh, I knew, thank God, I knew, I knew.
- 49:03Others are saying, Oh my God, I forgot.
- 49:05Oh my goodness.
- 49:07Listen, you're not no penalty, no penalty involved, okay?
- 49:12No penalty involved.
- 49:14And I'm not talking about the Constitution of the United States and the bill of rights.
- 49:19All right.
- 49:20I'm talking about maybe the bill of freedom.
- 49:23How about that, folks?
- 49:24The Ten Commandments of God.
- 49:26All right.
- 49:28But he said, for he knoweth our frame, he remembereth that we are dust.
- 49:35And that's what we are, we're dust.
- 49:37But to him, we're his loving children.
- 49:39Remember that.
- 49:40As for a man, his days are as grass, as a flower of the field.
- 49:47I just share it to you what that means.
- 49:50For the wind passeth over it, and it's gone.
- 49:52And the place thereof shall know it no more.
- 49:56Oh, that hits hard, don't it?
- 49:58For the wind passeth.
- 50:00Over it.
- 50:01How about the wind passing over us?
- 50:03And we're gone.
- 50:04Whoosh, that's it, gone.
- 50:06And the place thereof shall know it no more.
- 50:10The place where we are in life.
- 50:13Not only will we know not know anymore, but as time goes on, people will forget.
- 50:22You'll forget years from now that Steve Rogers was on the air talking to me about Jesus Christ, about a relationship we should all have with God.
- 50:35You'll remember, and then you won't remember.
- 50:39Somebody will ask you one day, hey, did you hear a guy on the radio on a podcast talking about God and you know, relationship with Christ.
- 50:49You remember who he was?
- 50:51Nah, I don't.
- 50:54The point is, God remembers, and that's what's important.
- 50:58All things on this earth are temporary, folks.
- 51:00Oh, everything, believe me.
- 51:03But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him.
- 51:08Again, that word fears respect and his righteousness unto children's children.
- 51:14To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
- 51:20So he remembers.
- 51:25We're accountable for every word that comes out of our mouth.
- 51:28We're accountable even for the things that are deep in our heart.
- 51:33But we could correct all these things.
- 51:35And I'm going to share with you how you can do that in a few minutes.
- 51:39We need to keep his covenant.
- 51:41And to those that remember his commandments, he remembers them.
- 51:46The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom ruleth over all.
- 51:51You know, I tell you, I think about all the leaders today.
- 51:54And uh, you know, they're gonna do this, they're gonna do that.
- 51:59They're gonna solve our problems, your problems, everybody's problems.
- 52:03They promise this, they promised that.
- 52:06They're long gone before they can fulfill any of those promises.
- 52:10The only one who could fulfill his promises.
- 52:15The only one who truly rules over all of us, even those so-called big shots and powerful people on earth who have no power at all.
- 52:24No power at all.
- 52:24It's only that God allows them to have power, not for their purposes, but for his God rules even over them.
- 52:33Bless the Lord, ye his angels that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
- 52:41I get a kick out of this part.
- 52:43You know why?
- 52:44This part of the scripture?
- 52:45Blessed the Lord, ye his angels.
- 52:49Yeah, I believe in angels, folks.
- 52:51The Holy Spirit of God is a powerful angel.
- 52:54Guardian angels, I'll bet they're all over the place.
- 52:58I believe that.
- 53:00I don't know if he assigns one angel to every, you know, one end, every everybody a personal angel.
- 53:06I don't know if he does that or not.
- 53:08I couldn't believe he does.
- 53:09Well, scripture in the Holy Bible that kind of points in that direction.
- 53:13But here's one that says, you know what?
- 53:15Bless the Lord, ye his angels that excel in strength and do his commandments, hearkening unto what?
- 53:23The voice of the Lord.
- 53:25Mm-hmm.
- 53:26Bless ye the Lord, all ye his host, his ministers of his that do his pleasure, the minister of his that do his pleasure.
- 53:35You, me, all of us who are Christians who believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior, we're ministers of his.
- 53:44Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion.
- 53:48Bless the Lord, oh my soul.
- 53:51What do you think of that, folks?
- 53:53Now, how do you get there?
- 53:56Step one, most important step.
- 53:59Receive Jesus Christ into your life.
- 54:02Have a chat with him, a conversation with him.
- 54:05Confess to him that you are a sinner.
- 54:08Why?
- 54:09Because you are, like I am.
- 54:11Let him know you're a sinner.
- 54:13And you know some of the sins you've committed, some of them you justify.
- 54:16There's no justification in sim.
- 54:18Let him know, tell him.
- 54:20You could even say, Lord, I don't know if I sinned or not, if this is bad, if this is good or what, but I confess it to you.
- 54:28And I want you to know I'm sorry for doing it if it's offended you.
- 54:32And I ask that you forgive me.
- 54:35And you have that conversation with him.
- 54:37And then you let him know that you believe that he came to this earth, was crucified, and shed his blood so that those sins of yours would be forgiven.
- 54:48Now, a lot of people say to me, Yeah, I could say it, I don't understand it all.
- 54:52Let him know.
- 54:53Just say it.
- 54:54Confess it to him.
- 54:55He knows your heart.
- 54:56Sometimes things that come out of our mouth are not necessarily the greatest things that could explain how we feel.
- 55:03He knows that.
- 55:04Let's just tell him.
- 55:06I know people have said to me, gee, they prayed to God, and I've said it at times when I pray, you know, Lord, I don't understand how this works, but I believe it works.
- 55:15I trust in you and have faith in you that it works, so I pray it.
- 55:20So accept him then, as your friend, as your buddy, as your savior.
- 55:25Let him know he's your God, he's your Lord, not money, not any boss, politician, nobody but him.
- 55:34The Bible says, for he is a jealous God.
- 55:38Yep, he loves you, he wants to take care of you.
- 55:41And as I said earlier, he really just wants one thing.
- 55:46Be his friend.
- 55:48You do that, and he's a friend who has promised I will stick closer to you than a brother.
- 55:54Come to me, you who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
- 55:58And I will give you peace that far passeth understanding.
- 56:03That's what he has ready for you.
- 56:05Now you tell me, are you listening to this broadcast because you plan to by accident?
- 56:11Well, you're listening to this part of the broadcast because God wanted to speak to you through me this time.
- 56:20Next time, somebody else, next time there'll be somebody else at work, at home, somewhere somehow, somebody you're gonna run into that's gonna speak to you about the word of God Almighty.
- 56:31And remember what I said to you.
- 56:34We're merely vehicles, and then he will use you one day to be a vehicle to bring his word to someone else.
- 56:41That's it.
- 56:42God bless you all until next time.
- 56:45Have a great and wonderful day.
