Two men arrested in D.C. face first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Aaron Brown on July 11th. Abdoulie Jawneh, 25, was taken into custody July 23rd, followed by Daniel Foxworth, 23, the next day — both charged with premeditated murder while armed.
