Tauranga City Council's coming under fire from residents demanding to know more about the circumstances surrounding its chief executive's resignation. The council has refused to say why Marty Grenfell stood down or whether he will receive a payout. Mt Maunganui Ratepayers Association president Michael O'Neill spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
