Spray Paint Vandalism at New Metro Stop | Greece News
A brand new metro station opened Friday — one of five new stops — but that same night, someone spray-painted the elevator at Aretsou station, a cruel move targeting accessibility for people with mobility issues. The vandalism was quickly cleaned up by Thema, the metro operator, but the timing — right after the station’s grand reveal — makes it all the more jarring. It’s a sobering reminder that even well-intentioned public upgrades can be swiftly disrespected — and hopefully, justice will follow.
