All right, let's begin. Enjoy this episode Kara Goodwin: Welcome, Michael. I'm so excited to have you here. Thank you so much for coming on Soul Elevation Michael André Ford(.com): thanks for having me on Kara Goodwin: Well, we had an amazing discussion last week on your podcast, and I've really been looking forward to diving more into your story because I have heard you on other podcasts, and it was... It's just, it's a beautiful, fascinating... I mean, you are beautiful, fascinating. You, uh, interacting with you is amazing. So I'd like to begin with your, your origin story, if you will. Like, how did you get into this? Were you always communing with spirits and angels, um, or did that develop over time? Michael André Ford(.com): Well, I'm an American. I'm an East Coaster originally, in the middle of Texas for the last probably 12 to 14 years. Um, and I did lose two parents. So in 1970 when I was two, my dad passed away,
• 3:00
US Navy. It was his time to go. He had just turned 25 or 26, and he passed in an F-4 Phantom Fighter off of Italy. Uh, buried in Arlington maybe 28 years later. And then as I was turning 23, my mom passed away, uh, aneurysm. It was her time to go as well. Hundreds of people have gotten to see them, chat with them, so it's not as big deal today. But what I heard from angels was I had to go through that, had to have that experience to be able to be on this path to help others somehow. Um, and so I've lived a pretty... Kara Goodwin: go too much further, I'm, I'm sorry to get you out of the flow so soon, but where was your father? Because I lived in Italy, and it, if it was off the coast of Italy, I was in the northern central part. But I'm always curious when Italy comes up Michael André Ford(.com): off of Naples, Italy. He was on the USS, uh, Roosevelt, an aircraft carrier back then flying with the Black Aces. And, uh, I've got a photo of my parents. I'm putting it up. They're awfully young in the photo, but that's how they were back then and when he
• 4:00
passed. And, um, Kara Goodwin: sweet Michael André Ford(.com): it's something where he signed up to leave early, and, uh, I can't really explain many more details. Uh, it-- literally, angels are available. You can ask them anything, and you can get your backstory filled in, which is what makes this so interesting. But you asked about, uh, growing up, and I would just say, sure, there were little moments of, like, intuition, but I wouldn't have never known that expression. Uh, I could maybe call doubles in backgammon before I threw them or do it two or three times in a row. And at college in Middlebury, I went to Andover for four years outside of Boston, boarding school. Middlebury, I had an internship at an ad, ad, ad agency, and it's by the waterfall there downtown, and I think I was there maybe ten minutes before I asked if they had any ghosts there. And I was always asking about ghosts, uh, Nantucket, elsewhere. And so I was kind of on the peripheral for all that. Maybe ha- I did have an experience at that ad agency. I saw a cat run by. It's a C-shaped office, but there was a very
• 5:00
large bathroom. I saw a cat go from one side of the building into that large bathroom. I followed it, and there was nothing in there, and there's no place to go. Uh, so I had little experiences, but I'm, um, look, I had blinders on big time, and I think I had blinders on all the way to I was about forty-two or so years of age. So I did two years on Wall Street, and then public re-relations career where I was so creative. I got to connect people on one side who are experts to journalists, world-class business experts, and put people on the front page of The Wall Street Journal, put them on CNN, back when the business media was very normal. Uh, and that connecting skill is kind of what I do today. It's, uh, it's loving beings of, you know, one background or another or angelic, and then humans on the other side. So it's really the same job that I had before back in New York City for twenty years. Kara Goodwin: Oh, I love that. You're like br- you're like this mediator, this bridge between the two worlds. When you talk about your, uh, like, those kind of
• 6:00
intuitive ways that you wouldn't necessarily describe it as intuition, was that anything that you shared with your mom? Did she have those types of... Did she have that proclivity when she was alive, considering that they're helping you now? Michael André Ford(.com): She was an artist, and she was fantastic at connecting people. So whether they were gonna become best friends or get married, uh, that was a super skill of hers on the side. No, this whole thing was outside my vocabulary. I, I did mess it up in one interview. I've done about 100 interviews in the last four years. I mentioned Oprah being my local Baltimore newscaster. She looked like a completely different person back then in the late '70s, early '80s, and she changed. She's a completely different person today. But, uh, whether it's Super Soul Sunday, Eckhart Tolle, religious this, Buddhist that, I would still probably fail any exam today. There's a lot of termin-terminology. There's probably 30,000 little organizations of all different types, all different backgrounds. So I'm really just about
• 7:00
opening, openness, compassion and, and all of that. People have to have it their way. It's like that Burger King commercial from the '80s. You gotta have it your way. Um, so I always want to oblige. I don't wanna change anybody's thinking or their belief system. Um, but what's kinda cool is I've been able to sort of, uh, skate through life to 58 now, where, uh, I'm a huge blank. Uh, I think athletics is a great way to put it, the flow state or letting go or art. When you're a painter, uh, if it took half an hour and it usually takes an hour for that watercolor painting, you did something right. You were here. And so whenever you let go, you're in your heart, um, you're, you're one with all. And it-- I think the light switch on the wall is the best example. You flip a light switch. You're not applying the same level of analytical or judgment that you would if it was about career, relationships, health, being harsh about yourself. You just flip the light switch, the light goes on, you go on with your day. And yet that's a big part of your day is all the unconscious tasks. So
• 8:00
half of every day, 80% of every day while you sleep, you're in the zone. You're in your heart. You're actually more at peace and doing intercom without giving yourself any credit for it. And imagine what happens if you let your ego, judgment, logos, rationale, complexities kick in. You would be analyzing every light switch. Before you approach, you'd sort of get binoculars, take a look. You'd wonder, when you flip the light switch, did the lights truly come on at the right time? Do you have the right light bulbs? You'd have to get five different electricians. You could start writing books about light switches. I mean, the analytical, it's, it's unlimited how much complexity you could inject into the faucet, the light switch, everything. Thank God we don't do that that much. We just beat ourselves up on paying the bills, health, what that other neighbor is doing, and so on. Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Well, so when this did start, I think you, did you say at 42 was when this sort of, that your world opened up to this? was the
• 9:00
impetus for that? Michael André Ford(.com): I had bought a home in Austin, Texas while I was still working in New York, and it was kinda like being Kurt Russell. I always say this in the inter- in the interviews. It's like being Kurt Russell, um, the character out of Escape From New York. I, I wanted out. I wanted more, uh, nature, trees, stuff like that. Austin, Texas, loved it from the first second I put a foot on the ground and got the house, but it took a couple more years to be able to make the shift. It was Lehman Brothers. Um, I was at a billion-dollar law firm, their head public relations person worldwide. I had peaked out at 1,100-plus interviews in a single year that I had set up, sat in on. Um, they were paying me $230,000 a year. It was awesome. I was busy. I think I did 27 interviews in one day as a, as a peak moment. Uh, but Lehman also was the downfall because, uh, 72 of us in a third round of stealth layoffs, we got an hour's notice. I was the only one excited 'cause I finally had a reason to leave New York. And, uh, second I got to Austin, Texas, I had to kinda-- I had a very empty house. I had to
• 10:00
fill it. I had a bunch of events start happening. I hired two people to clear the house. It was a perfectly good house, good land, um, definitely some energy around, and it was the universe stepping in to help me own the bigger picture, that there's more going on than what we typically allow for in our day or in our year or in our life, and that the universe is always bigger than we think it is 'cause it's not about thinking. It doesn't mean that I suddenly learned something back then and that the learning stopped. It's still a work in progress right now. But the bottom line was, um, I learned that spirit guides exist, angels exist, galactic figures, figures from India, deities, Native American chiefs, Plato, fairies, you name it, uh, passed over loved ones, pets. Uh, it's not you just wink out, and that's it. And so what's amazing about it all is just love, and if I had to try to sum it up, I'd say, um, a quote from Mary: "Love is everywhere. Love is a constant. Open your eyes to find love." And I think that almost says it as well as
• 11:00
Winnie-the-Pooh. Uh, when Piglet asks Winnie-the-Pooh, "How do you spell love?" Winnie-the-Pooh says, "You don't spell it. You feel it." Uh, and I think that's the core message is we're all ready for a little bit more kindness, gentleness, um, compassion, walking a smoother path, happiness, and it's only obtained when you're doing a little less thinking, and we're only talking 10% less daily. That's it. Uh, thinking's not going away for all of us. Kara Goodwin: So yeah, I love that. That's beautiful. When... So you started to open up to that reality of, of love being the foundation of everything, and you had your, you had your house cleared, so you were definitely more open to the invisible influences and forces that we're contending with here in the third dimension, third, fourth dimension. how did that then translate into communing with angels, seeing angels? Because you've got photos of angels, like real actual photos of angels,
• 12:00
um, and, and other spirits. Like, how, how did that come about? Michael André Ford(.com): Well, and I, uh, I did grab a SureShot camera early on, and I was taking a lot of photos. I used to hand the camera to folks. Um, pretty quickly, you could see directly, like out a window if you were semi-comfortable or down the block, you could see a figure waving hi. And so that doesn't make the photos obsolete. They're great stepping stones for people to let go. Photographs that we know are historical, like of Audrey Hepburn, an angel. She'll wink, smile, eyebrow goes up, shoulder waggle, and we know photos can't move. So this is a little bit of that non-duality/duality thing or brain/heart. Heart, the photo moves. You see her smile more in a photo or a wink, and the brain says, "I didn't just see that." And the heart's like, "Oh my God, that's so pretty. Do it again." And so same thing with the photographs of, uh, angels in light energy form or energy light form. I have a photo of Joy. I'm putting up pink ball of light. If you're just listening, you can check out the visual of this or go to my website.
• 13:00
Uh, and then Min, my guardian angel, only complex name out of hundreds of angels, but there's a silhouette of an angel and sort of an orange background. Those are on my website as well. Uh, people can check that out. So a lot of photos of angels, Plato, fairies. They're not orbs, uh, different shapes, sizes that go beyond the concept of orbs. Um, and if that's not good enough for you, then again, you can see directly. You can have them show up as humans on your path. It's really a sushi menu of what will you allow for. As you go further down the menu, it gets bigger and bigger and more direct and more physical. Um, so I've seen angels, uh, even not knowing that I was gonna be, uh, moving to Austin. Yeah, before I moved to Austin, I was having experiences with angels. I just didn't know it, in human form, paying visits. So, uh, I might just mention, when I got to Austin, moved in, and I started to kinda go down the slippery slope, uh, the pink ball of light, Joy, the emotion joy, cosmic angel, uh, our ambassador for helping us let go. If you're
• 14:00
jumping on a tennis court, she can hop in your arm. You can hit a winner. Don't tell anybody. Um, and she's a lot of fun, great laugh. She appeared as a Roman candle out of my living room floor. I somehow was just standing in my living room. They s-- They always know how to time the moment. Uh, but she was a column of pink light that whooshed, like out of a Disney animated film, like out of the floor, through the ceiling. My jaw dropped. No one else is around. I'm like, "What the?" And I hear a, "Hello, I'm Joy." And then a second later, another column of pink light, just to completely ruin me mentally. Um, but I was just dumbfounded, and what a great intro. And I, I do believe angels, like the very first time they say hi, I think they do like to make a splash. I think that's super cute Kara Goodwin: So were you invoking her, uh, an angel? Were you, or were you just, you, you had no idea that something like that was gonna happen? Had you invited it in, or Michael André Ford(.com): Nope, didn't know a thing. Kara Goodwin: from Michael André Ford(.com): it, b- angels, it
• 15:00
was Plato, three Native American chiefs. I got broken in very gently. Um, yeah, I, I got stuck at one point wondering if, uh, uh, ghosts exist. That's where I was at initially. I just was thinking, "Oh my God, um, red alarm, Defcon 4." I got very worried when I started hearing, seeing, feeling. I think everybody goes through that, uh Kara Goodwin: that related to when you moved into your home in Austin? Michael André Ford(.com): Yeah, I had little things happening, and I was like, "Okay, what's going on?" Now, back in, uh, New York City, I had had stuff go on right before I moved to Austin also trying to get me to open up. Um, and again, a lot of details. I think it's the sensational stuff. It's not really that important. I needed the lesson. I needed the butt kicking a little bit. I needed just to relax more and allow more, and, uh, that's exactly what... It, it'll happen one way or the other. It's like anything else, the divorces people go through, the car wreck, the illnesses. It doesn't have to be that drastic. Just the stages in life you go through, the
• 16:00
universe has a way of delivering just what you need for as long as you need it to start paying attention more, and eventually that will happen. Some of us are really good at delaying it for decades or even a whole lifetime, but most of us will pay attention within a year or two Kara Goodwin: Wow. Well, let's go back to the, the little breadcrumb that you left with the angels in physical form. Because in the time that I've spent with you too, you... this has come up about, you know, they, they will sh- maybe show up and you go and grab a coffee with them. And, um, I w- I would love to hear a story of how they showed up for you and, and what that was like. Michael André Ford(.com): Um, I had a book editor for my-- I think I was meeting for my Glow Stick Zen book, it's a ginormous book, when I was popping or opening up or awakening. I had jammed out a thirteen hundred page book. I think on some devices it'll be like three thousand page, pa-pages. Kara Goodwin: my word Michael André Ford(.com): But it's a beautiful cover, and I, I recommend only having to read the, uh, one page, uh,
• 17:00
prologue. It's twenty-two books on Amazon. It's a two hundred dollar book on, um, on Apple. It's a b-- it's a beautiful book. It helps you jettison thinking and to get to your heart, and to go through your sort of own awakening process. But I'm meeting with my book editor, and I'm in a Starbucks in Northwest Austin, and a woman's just staring at me drinking coffee. And in my mind's eye, the memory, it feels like it's two hundred feet away, but no Starbucks is that big. It's, uh... Here's a blue ball light named Charlotte, an angel in light energy form. It was her showing up as an angel, and I'm holding it up to the screen right now. Um, it was her showing up in human form, just sort of bookmarking, saying hi. She was sipping coffee the whole time, elegant, did not take her eyes off of us. We were at an elevated table back then. They had those round ones. I'm, I'm sitting with the book editor. I even commented about her. She's facing the wrong direction in the window and very well put together, just sipping coffee, and somehow that's all she did. I don't have another memory of how she came in, if she left. Um, but I
• 18:00
asked the important questions of angels later. It's not who killed Kennedy, but do they drink the coffee when they're here? And the answer is yes. So if you do have a cup of coffee with them, they'll be drinking coffee, or at least it'll look like it. You'll be convinced that they're drinking coffee Kara Goodwin: Wow. So, so y- you didn't, you didn't necessarily interact with her, but she kept looking at you, but then you said she was looking the other way? Michael André Ford(.com): Uh, she was looking at us the whole time, and, uh, I just got that backstory from her later. The ones that I've interacted with would be there's an angel who makes hearts in her photographs, Heather. Even her name is the word heart rearranged with a few extra letters. And so I have many more hearts on my website. Um, uh, more defined hearts in the photographs, and I, I will try to find one right now. But, uh, she showed up in Sweden. I was there a little bit early for the St. Erikstorpet, uh, a half marathon in Stockholm, and I needed to get over to a stadium or a track to just turn over my legs, and they did not lock up their eigh-- their 1912 Olympic stadium, probably UNESCO
• 19:00
World Heritage Site. Looks like a Viking castle. Uh, in Europe, they don't lock up their stadiums, their, uh, tracks. You've got access. Every high school in America, it's locked up. Uh, I get in there, I don't see a single human. I'm doing my repeats, and in walked a UCLA track star, uh, wearing an outfit, um, definitely in good shape. I was super shy back then. I'm probably thirty years old or so. It's around 2000. And, um, she started the conversation about fifteen minutes later, and it made my whole trip. Uh, and that was Heather. The real UCLA track star was probably back in LA, but that was her saying hi. Here's another photo where there's an actual heart made out of light directly. I mean, the original one is a heart if you just turn it a little bit. Um, and that was over a Japanese torii in my backyard. But I've dozens and dozens more of those. Uh, and I've seen her at an Austin, uh, bookshop in Hawaii. She was a Portuguese ballerina taking time off from life. I got to surf with her. I'm a bodyboarder. I mean, right there, that's a giveaway it was an angel. No surfer will talk to a
• 20:00
bodyboarder, especially in Hawaii. Um, and then other places, Vegas, New York, uh, long stories for all of those. But I think the point is, what will you allow for? And that's the rub for all of us if we toss the spirituality topic, just ditched angels, ditched the woo, woo, woo. Uh, most of us are in a rinse-repeat stage daily, uh, the rat race. We're doing a lot of thinking, a lot of knowing, a lot of judging, um, the knowing that precludes possibility. And it's, um, what we will allow for when you can-- you get to a more open spot, you're opening openness. That's when all the fun starts to happen in life. You start to appreciate being here more. And again, if you're looking for any sort of change, whether it's financial, health, relationships, stuff like that, most of this has to do with getting back into your heart or embodiment, as a lot of people like to say, or just allowing more and not taking life so seriously. Well, good, good luck with that, um Kara Goodwin: Well, you brought up Heather, and you brought up, and you showed us the hearts, and I was ac- I actually started looking
• 21:00
through my photos because the first time you and I met, uh, Heather came through, and, um, and we talked about the hearts. And that evening, I taught a meditation class, and when I walked out, I don't know how well you can see it, there was a heart-shaped cloud in the, in the sky. And this was just... Like, by the time I actually took a picture of it, it started to disseminate. But you can imagine that was what I just showed on camera, was, you know, even when it started to break apart. Um, so it was even more obvious before that. But could you see the heart when I was, when I... Michael André Ford(.com): Yes, absolutely. It came through just great. Kara Goodwin: Yeah Michael André Ford(.com): I, should add, uh, I know most people like to close their eyes to listen in America, um, but you can leave your eyes on the photo. The photo will move, change colors. You can get other sensory experiences while you're
• 22:00
interacting. And then, uh, closing your eyes is great, especially for the mind's eye and allowing her to come in the way she would prefer you to see her. She's got two ways you can see her. It's, like, out of an African village or out of the Amazon, uh, as sort of a jungle warrior, almost like Wonder Woman a little bit. But, but some people have gotten both. So I never like to try to kind of pigeonhole an angel. They can show up any way they want. Um, Joy showed up at a Mega Institute for two or three women. They jointly saw her down a hill by the main hall, uh, as a brunette. She mostly shows up as a blonde. Uh, and that's what I was talking about. You look out a window. If you're up in the brain, like, "When's it gonna happen? When's it gonna happen?" It's like looking for a shooting star, and you never see one. Um, same thing. If you're nervous about it, look 20 houses down. I just-- I help a person drop out of their head what they know into their broader selves that they're tapping for cooking, yoga, sleeping, whenever they're letting go, taking a hot shower, petting the cat. Um, that's when the heart
• 23:00
is already plugged into everything and has all the skills. So that's when you let go, and you actually get the direct connection. And angels handle the rest. They'll, they'll help you get any answer to any questions, all languages spoken. They also know how to navigate your personality or your, your value system, so they say everything just right. So that's w-- also why I try not to tell anybody very much. Um, I'm just another human being who would be adding to what you're hearing externally, the noise. And, uh, it's a lot easier when you're dealing with galactic figures, loving figures, your passed over loved ones, even your dog passed over, or you can hear your living dog. It's better to practice on your pooch first here. Uh, I think most pet owners have an amazing connection. They just don't appreciate how much bigger it can get. And you can see light on everything too, including your pets. So there's something going on where you're able to appreciate and allow for more that's already in existence, and all this is, is sort of ripping the cover off the sports car
• 24:00
or polishing the gem that's your heart, all the little facets. Some of them just got a little cloudy. You know, childhood, you were wide open, some adulting or some rough patches in life, and then you're off the saddle. And this is just about getting, uh, back on the saddle again and riding in one direction, which is, uh, forward. Kara Goodwin: Hmm. Yeah. That's beautiful. So, so when I have interacted with your work, it's, it's very interactive, and it's very fast. And so it's, you know, it's kind of like I'm gonna do this, and then you might feel this, or you might notice this, and there might be, like, five different things to, like... May- it might be this, it might be that to kind of, like, potentially experience. it's so fast that it can be, you know, it gets your mind working in a different way, right? Because you're, like, trying to kinda k- keep up, but then you're also trying to have this
• 25:00
inward viewpoint of, like, what am I, am I perceiving? Is there a method behind that? Michael André Ford(.com): Uh, yes, I'm a big believer in direct experience. If I didn't have to talk at all, I'd sign the contract right now. If you're having direct experiences, you're off to the races. And, and that was back to the light switch point earlier. You're having those direct experiences all day long. You give yourself no credit. People think there's something external they need to go and do. And this is more about just slowing down, almost the India meditation, mindfulness, breathwork practice area. Um, it's, it's slow down the doing. Um, you've already got it all within, and it's, it's tapping something you definitely had as a child, you probably have in certain areas of your life. If you're an athlete, an artist, when you sing, you have to let go. And so this letting go is, is no more than the letting go you do to fall asleep on the pillow at night, on a good night, or to take a hot shower and enjoy it while you're listening to music in the bathroom. Um, there's
• 26:00
no complexity level here. This isn't gymnastics and the triple somersault dive into a pool where you gotta get a ten, ten, ten. Um, you can belly flop this, and it still counts as opening. Uh, there's a million ways to get to your heart. There's about forty million ways that say, "No way, Jose." Um, so back to your question. Um, I move kinda fast at times, one way or the other, depending on the person, to get around their structure, their intake process, their processing, their ego. Uh, everyone has a Julie McCoy, the nineteen eighties Love Boat fun director with a clipboard and pen. We could do a more modern example. Everybody has sort of a control valve that's a filter that's blocking pure happiness in the now. Um, so happiness itself or anything that we're talking about is obtained in the absence of ego. Uh, so you can't be upset. I'll do the Wayne Dyer example. You can't be acce- upset and taking a hot shower and enjoying it at the same time.
• 27:00
You can't be half pregnant. You can't be da, da, da, da, da, da. There's a million ways people like to say it. Either you are or you are not. So it's, you're in your heart, I'm pointing at my heart, or you're in your head. Now, most of us are up top, and that's the way it is, uh, most of the day. Uh, but it's just appreciating more, allowing more, getting into your heart to allow the experiences. The universe will take care of the rest. And if you wanted one takeaway right now, uh, people can just turn, look up at the sky if you want for the first few years until you get over it. Uh, just be like, "Hey, angels, get in here. Help me out of my head. Get me into my heart. Thanks." That's my only rule. Set your intent, ask for a little help, ask for help to get out of what you know into your broader you, and, you know, own it with an amen, rock and roll, Om Sairam if you're from India. And if you need to tack on more like, "Hey, I need help with finances, my sales quota, um, this illness, my cousin Vinny," um, just ask for it and allow, and then let the universe do its job. You might be surprised at all the little stuff that comes in right away. Kara Goodwin:
• 28:00
I love that. That's really, really powerful, just that, th- of all, ask, ask for help, and then the surrender piece, and let the universe do its job. That's really powerful, um, because it is easy to, to be so in our heads and to feel that we, we are, you know, having to direct toward all our outcomes. So it's, it's really... That's beautiful. Um, you mentioned, you've mentioned a couple of times galactics, and sometimes when we are really focused on angels, then the ET more galactic stuff can be, um, like confusing or like, "Well, wait, what do they have to do? Like, how are they connected? What do they have to do with each other?" What, what can you share about that? And Michael André Ford(.com): first... Kara Goodwin: by the way, Michael André Ford(.com): Yeah
• 29:00
Kara Goodwin: with galactics and ETs and so forth, but we-- I just am curious on your take. Michael André Ford(.com): Uh, I'm gonna quote a Jesus quote, uh, he gave maybe 10 years ago or so. It was like, "Love is love. Uh, details are not so important. Uh, a new consciousness emerges, and details are not so important." But, um, many angels have diverse backgrounds. Some have done stints as humans here. I know there's a huge contingent of folks who are like, "Angels could not possibly ever have been human." But, um- I think the way I'd like to describe it is there's universe, the dimensionality, the interdimensionality of everything. It's layers of consciousness, trillions of layers of consciousness in both directions, lower frequency, the David Hawkins scale in a way in one sense. Um, but there's a lot of fun happening, and there's a bigger plan going on with planet Earth right now. A lot of love, a lot of support. So angels started sharing their origin stories a couple years ago. Now, I've been doing this since, like, twenty eleven, twenty twelve. I don't think back then I could have
• 30:00
handled hearing all the galactic woo, woo, woo stuff again about that. Uh, but I did get it when I was ready to hear, like, joy as a very cosmic figure, like archangels. Um, the blue ball light that I put up, one of my business managers, Charlotte, has an Orion background. And the way I always introduce her is she's sorta like your favorite third-grade teacher with words meant to help you expand. Not Mrs. Wilson, the one who got you in trouble, or if you're in Canada right now listening, third form, um, but the really nice one. So that's the way she'd prefer people to perceive her. Uh, she'll come across in her late forties, fifties, sixty years old. Looks like Audrey Hepburn's sister, New Mexico garb, turquoise jewelry, very elegant. But she also might have done a stint as Nefertiti in ancient Egypt, bringing compassion to the Egyptians back then. That's something where if you're having trouble swallowing that, have the conversation directly with her. Again, details aren't so important. But if you're wide open, you're ready to receive a lot more detail on this front, that front.
• 31:00
So I love helping people get their answers, and I think forty-nine pages is the record over nine hours. I just checked in every couple hours. I tee up-- It's like the public relations job that I did before. I get, you know, one horse, another horse, bring them to water, and I hope they'll drink the water. I can't make anybody do anything. Free will is paramount. But I definitely play the violin and try to get them drinking water together. That's an angel, a human, get a good interaction going. And back to the galactic stuff, yeah, Arcturians exist, Lyrans exist, Pleiadians, um, Andromedans, uh, Orion. Light beings, the way I'd try to describe light beings would be if dolphins are-- angels are dolphins, then light beings are like whales, just broader, broader, broader. But I would have thought until a year ago that there's no way a light being could squeeze into human form to show up at your coffee shop. Uh, and I heard from an, uh, light being named Grace, whose enthusiasm... No, she can squeeze into human form. So that, that
• 32:00
whole concept went out the window, um- There's very little you can know. I, I'll tell you the three things or five things that I've learned in fifteen years, and this is it. There's very little I can remember, but I've done pretty well today. Um, angels exist. Trust that this is so. And your answers, hugs, seeing, and the rest of the smorgasbord will come forward Okay. And then the other two are pretty easy because they're reflexive phrases. Um, how you spend your energy is how you spend it, and where you wanna put your focus is where you put it. So congratulations. Welcome to being human. We do a lot of thinking. It's like the Daytona 500, and telling anybody about any of this is like trying to put a ticket on the windshield for speeding while they're still in the race. I mean, that ticket's five hundred feet up in the air and the gusts from all the cars going by. So you really can't tell anybody anything. I've seen gajillions of organizations set up on thirty to forty thousand different fronts, whether it's religious, spiritual, breathwork, meditation, a consciousness research institute. Um, imagine
• 33:00
what happens if mankind, human beings individually, were truly curious as a species, truly interested in listening. Uh, Archangel Uriel, Raphael, Uriel said-- I gotta get this right. Yeah, Uriel said about ten years ago, "If more people would listen, less conflict would result in any given situation." I love that quote. But imagine what happens if people just wanted to listen for their daily life. Uh, and I think you do. I think your intuition, the little voice in your head, um... Thomas Magnum had it in that 1980s Magnum PI show. Uh, he had the little intuitive voice. It was actually a spirituality show. There's a lot of those on TV, uh, if you look closer. Uh, but that little voice, half of that is, is not you. I think it's your grandmother coming through. I think it's your angels. I think you're getting influenced. Uh, your higher self as well, your soul And so the part that says, "Hop in that Jag," that's not your Jaguar, "and go 120
• 34:00
miles or 140 kilometers down the road," that, that's the complexity side. Um, but you're getting, you're getting in- intuition, you're getting guidance all the time. And I think my favorite example is you're playing a community golf tournament. You're good at golf. You're on the 17th hole, you know you've got this one in the bag, and you're getting ready to hit it, and your little voice comes in and says, "Let's smack this ball," or whatever you say to, like, really drive this one extra. If your grandmother came in in her voice and said, "Let's smack this ball," you'd probably freak out, drop the club, and leave the club, and go right for psychiatric help. So there's a reason why you're not getting interfered with more directly. Um, and we're outbounding all the time, whether we know it or not, and it's kinda like laser beams on the complex, lower frequency side when we judge, "Why did that person do that? I hate... Why is this happening to me?" Um, we're firing off negativity quite a bit, uh, and there's nothing wrong with that. E- everyone's good where they are. These are gonna sound like completely contradictory statements, but there, there's always
• 35:00
opportunity for more growth. It's where are you putting yourself in each moment? Are you here? Is everything your opportunity for growth? Or are you up here complaining, judging? Uh, again, the normal currency for science, the normal currency for most organizations, the normal currency for world politics right now. Is it ballistic missiles, control, putting billions of dollars into your bank account to end a war? Uh, it's, it's unbelievable the levels of other stuff that mankind engages in when it's all much more simple if we wanted to take a breath, smile, relax a little bit more, and just allow. Um, and that goes for each one of us individually on our life path as well. Kara Goodwin: Hmm. That's beautiful. Thank you. And I'm, I'm glad you, you snuck in some multidimensionality, um, parts into that because it reminded me that before we started recording, we were talking about... You were saying that a lot of your clients right now are wanting to...
• 36:00
There's a, there's a, um, kind of timeline/multidimensionality aspect to that, and I want to talk about timelines and, and multidimensionality and how you see that, um, how you understand it, how you're seeing that playing out in your own life and in clients' lives, and, um, if it sparks any stories for you Michael André Ford(.com): Well, you're thinking, and that's-- I'm pointing up at my head, the brain, the logos, the ego, or your awareness or your love down in your heart, or your unlove up top and your love down below. There's different flows, and that's the basis of everything, is where are you putting yourself in each moment? Uh, the flow of love is where all the fun happens in your life, everything. You've never had a great moment when you're up in the brain. I'm sorry to break the news on that, but we still spend a ton of time, for some reason, up in the brain. Um, and that directly impacts time. We think it's linear, we think it's the boss, and it's anything but. And I can only give a couple quick examples
• 37:00
that prove it categorically for all of us, 'cause we've all had these examples. There's a class, high school, college, university. So you're at uni, and you've got a professor for an hour, and it's either the best professor or worst professor. And that class that's one hour felt like fifteen minutes. It just flew by. You wished it was longer. Or it felt like four hours. You couldn't get out of there. And that may be the time you stared at the row ahead of you, someone's head two rows down, and you saw an aura for the first time. You checked out, and you went to a different state of consciousness. There's trillions of layers of consciousness and states and flows, and that's all this is about, is what frequency, what, what are you allowing for? Where are you putting yourself? How broad are you allowing yourself to go? And so you've experienced two different timelines there, uh, and it could be the same teacher. That teacher's boring two Wednesdays from now, and it's a different im-impact. Or it's the trip to Bermuda. You went for a month to, um, uh, one of the Keys. And so long story short, that month felt like all
• 38:00
summer. Best vacation ever. You go back the next year, and that month went by in a week. You're already getting back on the plane, and you're like, "What happened?" Uh, and I think we experience that one way or the other. It could be relationships too. We have a way of, uh... It's your entire approach to everything, your career, your health. And then getting to dimensionality itself and time lapses, reality shifts, stuff disappearing, um, parallel universes. Look, the bottom line is, on this is, when you're in your heart, you're connected to many more layers of consciousness that are around you, and angels reside in those other dimensions. So do loving beings, galactic figures, and so on. So how about I do it a different way? I have, since April, been looking out a window in my house, there's a second story, and looking to the north, in north San Antonio, probably fifty miles away, and I'll get Pleiadian lights in the sky. I've had it happen about twenty times now. It's not quite as formal as those Arizona Phoenix lights from thirty years ago. Those were a little boring too. They just stayed steady and maybe winked out, then reappeared.
• 39:00
These are, like, a lot more fun, showing up a little brighter, dim, gone, but at least doing some fun stuff. And I'm, I'm doing a little bit of chatting, and, uh, it's pretty consistent. But I think they made the comment in the last two or three months, you're seeing it already. It's just you're not allowing yourself to see it. You're not quite open enough to see it. So it's not like it just started now. You're, you're always-- Angels are standing next to you right now. I have people see angels standing here by the Peloton bike, or if you're shy, you know, that window right there. Or looking out, maybe some people need five or ten tennis courts away. Or you're really like, "Oh, I don't know about this," twenty houses away. And then if you're really skeptical or you're up here, yeah, don't even try. Don't worry about it. It'll happen when you actually want it to happen. It's like riding a bike. You were nervous aro- about riding the bike. If the dad is trying to teach you to ride the bike, but is on the bike the whole time, you're not getting the experience. My whole belief is, uh, kinda
• 40:00
shove the person on the bike in a nice way. And they're already, uh, I don't wanna say Lance Armstrong, but they're already a Tour de France top cyclist. They just forgot. And so everything in your heart is ready to go. You're, you're already an Olympic champion, and, uh, your gold medal here is just letting go of thinking for ten percent of the day. A l- like ten percent less thinking a day, and we're gonna blame Charlotte, that blue ball of light that I showed for that amazing quote. So you get a Olympic-- the Olympic gold medal and nothing else that you have to do here. It's just ten percent less thinking a day, and everything else will unfold for you, uh, and become more clear. It's each person has to come into their own understanding, their own awareness, and their own allowing for all this, and then you'll be very surprised where this goes. It's a wonderful journey once you've distinguished, though, between the two different flows, unlove, love. And that's when you get to di- dust off that uni- nee- unique life path that we've all been, uh, we all signed up for Kara Goodwin: Hmm. I love that. Well, in thinking about, like,
• 41:00
reality shifts and, the way that may... That the universe can be playful with us, um, I haven't shared this story yet, but it- you inspired me with, with this whole topic because, um, a few nights ago, my husband and I went to a football game, at the university where our son goes, and when we were... It was super hot. It's been really, really hot here. And, and, uh, so when we were leaving, we had parked in a parking garage, our son and the other kids that we were gonna, we were gonna take them back home for Labor Day weekend. And, um, so we were kind of, my husband and I were kind of in a rush because we were, we knew they'd be waiting for us, and we were hot and all of this stuff. we finally get to the parking garage. We're also worried about traffic and, and, uh, so
• 42:00
we're, we're kind of hustling up the stairs, we get to the first door. You know, we kinda go up, I don't know, three flights of stairs because we, we were pretty sure we were the first floor. I'm thinking as I'm climbing these stairs, I'm like, "Gosh, I'm surprised that we have to go up all these stairs before you get to the first floor." And we come, you know, finally get to the door, open the door And my car's not there. so we're like, guess we're up one more. I didn't think we were... I didn't think we'd passed any doors, like, when we came down." So we go up, and we go up to the next floor, come out the next door, and my car's not there either. And so we're kinda walking around the garage, and my husband looks down, through the floors, you know, like, you know, through the middle where it's kinda open. And he goes, "Oh, it's down two levels." And I'm like, "Well, we can't get down two levels because there was no door." And so we,
• 43:00
go back, and we go past the first door that we'd already been in, and we go down another set, set of stairs, and there's a door there. And I'm... And we're both like, "But that door wasn't here." And my husband is very rational. Like, he is... I have tried to tell him before when I've experienced odd thing... Like, I've experienced where my cat, I know my cat was outside, and then suddenly I turn and my cat's inside. And I, I know that because I'd have to get up from what I'm doing. Like, I know that I hadn't gotten up. I was, like, deeply engrossed in what I was doing, I had not gotten up, and I had... Or, and I think actually in that specific instance, um, I had just gotten up to let her in, and she didn't come in. And I was like, "Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?" And I closed the door, and I know that she didn't come inside. And then the next, you know, like, a couple of minutes later, there she is inside. And I tried to explain that to my
• 44:00
husband, and I... he was like, "Okay." You know, he's just thinking that I forgot or that I, you know... Which is logical. Is... He's very logical. But we were both like, "There was no door there. We went in the first door." And for there to be two of us, t-to both... for both of us to pass a door that's like, "There's no door there," you would think... I mean, I could see, like, if I pass the door and he's like, "Kara, this is where we... You know, it's on this floor. You wanna come?" You know? I could see that. But we both, and then it was there, and we're both like, "That door was not there." So that was super just like, "Okay, I, I don't even know what to make of that" But Michael André Ford(.com): uh, aspect to this, which is we have kind of barriers to entry for just basic openness, and it could be because you're super smart, you're super ex-finance, Wall Street, you're this, you're that, you've got a certain view of the world. It doesn't allow for this type of cultural phenomena, religious this, or woo, woo,
• 45:00
woo. I get it. Um, but there's just something bigger and broader than anything that, that has to do with the brain and how we're, we're sort of set up. Uh, and so what's amazing about this, and we can maybe take some quick steps, but, uh, you'll have to be the guinea pig. On the other hand, anybody watching, anybody listening can also take the steps. If you're listening, I've done it over the radio before. I've shown auras, if you can believe it. Um, I love showing auras on people's hands or my hands first. I love blowing sage, lit sage, and the smoke goes through the screen. So you're listening in Canada right now, or Tokyo, or, uh, Paducah, and you just catch the smell of sage. But it doesn't have to be linear, even though that's not very linear. You're catching sage, you know, a thousand miles away. Um, but why settle for sage? Or sometimes nowadays on the show at my end, people don't get sage. Uh, Lorna Byrne, the angel lady who's in Ireland with so many books and one of the very big first pioneers for angels in recent times, um, I remember for episode twenty-nine of my show,
• 46:00
uh, we're in the three hundreds now and five hundred overall for taping. Early on, I'm like, "Hey, Lorna, are you getting the sage? I'm blowing it to Ireland from Texas." And she says, "No." And I remember almost hanging my head down and going, "Oh my God, I'm-- I've gotta quit the business." Um, she's like, "No, I smell roses and daisies," or something like that. She smelled two types of flowers. So it doesn't have to be linear, and that will shake you up, just like the parking garage thing. This-- Angels know how to work you if it-- as if it's a personal coach at a gym. You're in there to, like, get away with as little as possible, unless you're that one type that's like, "No, I wanna get buff. I wanna get back into shape. I'm a former ol- Olympic runner. I've got a great track coach. I'm here. Let's go." Like, I know how to do repeats, you know. I'm a runner for forty-four years. Um, so long story short, uh, most of us are trying to slip out the back door throughout this entire process. It's like Scrooge, Christmas Carol. We're all Ebenezer Scrooge a little bit. I'm not saying we're that mean, but the brain is a little mean. I mean, look at the global
• 47:00
state of affairs. That's Ebenezer Scrooge all the way, and yet he just transformed in forty seconds of real time. He went to bed- Had a little 40-second experience, and he was transformed overnight, uh, and made a whole book about it. Uh, it went-- it happened in sort of interdimensional time, uh, and then he woke up, tossed a coin to the kid, and went and got the goose. Uh, and he was a joy bringer for every m- forevermore. He's not remembered that way. People think Ebenezer Scrooge, they don't think he's the number one joy bringer to other human beings. He stops, listens to people on the street. He's donating money. He's helping out. He's truly in his heart and cares, and that's the beauty of that Charles Dickens, uh, story, A Christmas Carol. But we're all Ebenezer Scrooge, or we're a sort of a wild swinging pendulum during the day or every ten minutes. We could be two times in our heart, five times up in ego, uh, just in one hour alone or thousands of times. And, and we're giving no credit ever to when we're in our heart, unless you've developed some sort of a
• 48:00
mindfulness meditation awareness practice, um, or just start paying attention more. That's how important this is. But if you want, we can take some little steps. I can light some sage. I can put my hand up. I can blow some energy. I can even put up an angel photo. And I think the doing is where the more, you know, the fun is here, not listening to the-- me chatting away about all this stuff. Are you, are you game for a couple steps? Kara Goodwin: Absolutely. Let's do it Michael André Ford(.com): Okay, so folks at home, um, if you need to because any of this has been too serious, you're like, "Oh, I'm not sure," you can get out of your chair and do the Chubby Checker. Now, y- a yawn just now was a release. Uh, you don't have to cover it. I call it angel yawns. That's a good thing. But get up out of your chair, do the Hokey Pokey, do the Elvis, do the Chubby Checker, anything you need. I can't see you. And if you're in front of the avocados listening on a podcast with, you know, ear pods in, do the Chubby Checker in the supermarket. If you made 20 other people laugh, you truly just rippled love, and there's no higher act than just rippling love to other people.
• 49:00
That's why I always say show love always, and everything that I say that's a good phrase is actually from angels. Um, one of my favorite phrases they say. So here's a little bit of sage, California sage. I got a Crate & Barrel tea light in there. I got one of those rainbow shells and a red-tailed hawk feather. Um, I'm gonna light this, and you may already start catching, catching the sage before I've got any smoke. And just allow, allow, allow. No tryoda. And if people at home need to see the smoke, that's great. But why not catch sage, some sacred tobacco, sweetgrass, cedar, juniper, pine in the, in the mix, or an incense from India, if you love India, or ancient Egypt, whatever is your way of rolling. Or if you already wanna go straight to flowers, catch hyacinth, wisteria, lavender, tulips. You know, what will you allow for? And Kara, what are you already getting in Indiana right now? Kara Goodwin: I, this, this is how it keeps working
• 50:00
for me is that I've, I taste it. It's like Michael André Ford(.com): it is a big thing. People do get that Kara Goodwin: yeah, it's between my... Like, it's in my palate, you know, and far back in my mouth. So it's kind of between the nose and the buds Michael André Ford(.com): jazz hands for me for one second. Just do jazz hands and ask angels now to bring it to your nose and to shift the frequency. And get it now-- Uh, yeah, you can drop your hands now. But, um, ask for them to bring a smell of it, and it might shift to flowers. At home, go back over this, uh, and play it again if you need to, or go take a shower, hug your dog, read poetry, hug a tree, put your feet on the grass. There's a thousand ways to kinda let go and not take it too seriously. You're letting the experience come to you for all of this. Did you get a smell? Kara Goodwin: I got incense. Michael André Ford(.com): Good. What type of incense, though? Kara Goodwin: I don't know. I don't know. I'm not sure, but I had that kind of musky, Michael André Ford(.com): Okay. Kara Goodwin: you know, Michael André Ford(.com): Here, I'll put up, uh, Angel Charlotte as a detour
• 51:00
and ask her what type of incense it was, and then have her give you ancient Egyptian incense. Um, let's see if I can get it centered. But just breathe, breathe, breathe. Leave your eyes on the photo. People hit pause at home, and they can ask a question, get an answer. It'll be a little voice coming in. It'll sound like your voice for one second, and then it'll turn into a full Charlotte voice Kara Goodwin: So I get sweetgrass Michael André Ford(.com): Ooh, see? Nice. Okay, we've checked a couple boxes. Let's keep running around the bases, 'cause we're gonna go for a grand slam in a second. Um, this is always winging it, pun intended. Uh, okay, I'll put up Joy. Just ask Joy any que- Good. Get another yawn. You don't have to cover it. That's a, that's l- a release. It ain't coming to Texas. It's going up in the sky. Okay. Ask Joy any question, get a wonderful answer, get a laugh, get a hug. You can-- One million ways to get a hug: front of your chest, um, on your arm, goosebumps, back of your neck, top of your head, a wind in the room, you feel feathers embracing you. I mean, I could keep going. Sparkles on your toes. Put a hand out to the

photo and you can feel it on your palm, different than a hug. Get down your back, the chakra, the kundalini express to your back is that energy system. Everyone has a thousand different ways to describe it. Have her do sizzle from, like, top of your head down to your toes or from your toes to the top of the head. Feel extra light going down. And did you just get two different sensations? Kara Goodwin: I got the, um, I could feel it a lot on my palm and then coming up my forearm. I didn't tap into the sizzle. Michael André Ford(.com): Okay, go ahead and tap into the sizzle, but have her just lightly flow you. We'll, we'll do the, uh, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days Matthew McConaughey movie expression. Have her frost you. If you want ruby light, the joy of life, the joie de vivre, have her come right down your back with extra, uh, oomph. And close your eyes and you can get, uh, light on your eyelids. Have her show you something. It could be the ruby of, of all of life, the

joy of life. It's like when you hold a red wine glass to the sun, and you get pink, but you get dark red, and you get pink. It's spinning, and it's all laughter, all joy, all holiday moments, all f- pet moments, all family moments, all loved one moments, all the When you just smile at a park and you see a mom hug a kid, and it's hilarious. Kid has ice cream on the nose and doesn't even know. Whatever those little moments in life are that are just the pure reason we're here Kara Goodwin: Okay, that was cool. Michael André Ford(.com): What'd you get? Kara Goodwin: I got like, um, a, like a ball. It had like a maroon kind of around it, but then there was... It was actually really like dark, um, violet or indigo in the center. So it was really, I could only see the, um, the red- the more reddish color kind of on the outside and... But it was surrounded by yellow. Like, it was a lot of
• 54:00
yellow background that in the center Michael André Ford(.com): I love it. Here's Charlotte and Joy. If you need any explanation, get it from them. Just say you got it. If you wanna share it out loud, uh, that's up to you. You're the show host And just say got it when you got it? Kara Goodwin: Got it? Michael André Ford(.com): Okay. You want the next thing or are you gonna share what the light was about a little bit more, or that's private to you? Kara Goodwin: Let's keep going Michael André Ford(.com): Okay, so I can whoosh. I got a microphone down below today, and I'll look like a goose. Uh, um, so for people at home, I'll put my hands up. It'll look like I'm playing ping pong, but I'm cheating. One ping pong paddle in each hand. I'm gonna push and blow energy or light to our wonderful show host, uh, Kara. But, uh, this is not really me sending my energy. This is me sending angel energy or universal love or whatever you wanna call it. There's, again, a thousand ways to call it something. Shaktipat, Satori, Samadhi, married and had kids today. Okay, so here
• 55:00
comes a whoosh. The first one, I'm just gonna push. We're gonna blame angels here for this. Did you get a little, medium, a lot? Kara Goodwin: I got, I'd say medium. Michael André Ford(.com): Okay. And can you throw a few more words? What did you get, get? Did you just feel ripples of light? Did you feel a little light, gentle hello? Kara Goodwin: Ripples is a good way to say it. I, uh, what came when you asked that was an upward flow, like a... But, but ripples would be accurate also Michael André Ford(.com): Okay, well let Joy, uh, definitely steer the next one. I'm gonna do it again, but here's something private from her. Kara Goodwin: Okay Michael André Ford(.com): be the cotton candy effect. It could be the ocean. It could be the aloha Hawaii effect. It could be sacred India at home. Just if, you know, everyone rolls a different way. Machu Picchu. It's meditation, it's breathwork, it's Christ consciousness, it's Zen diamond, uh, diamond sutra light,

uh, Ziji from Tibet. Brilliance. Let's do something special, extra brilliance. If you'll let a little bit of glitter light show up, dimensional light, uh, that someone's making for you to make this just a, a Disney moment. Um, I love Disney, um, all the special effects. Okay, so here comes a little extra. Allow for a little extra, and I'll tell one dad joke because if you're laughing, you're letting go. Where do rainbows go when they're bad? Prism, but it's a light sentence. I had to, I had to work that in. You might get a little bit of, uh, diamond light, prism light, rainbow light. Here it goes. Kara Goodwin: That is cool. Michael André Ford(.com): What'd you get? Kara Goodwin: I got like, um, I mean, kind of sparkles is one way to say it, but, um, they kind of started below, kind of in the lower half of my p-

field of perception and, and then rose up. Yeah, that was awesome Michael André Ford(.com): So all of this is existing at once. We could have ballistic missiles flying in the Middle East, alas, sigh. Uh, but love is a constant everywhere, just like there are other slipstreams of consciousness. There's trillions of layers of cool consciousness slipstreams going on that you can just tap into. Now, unfortunately, thinking pulls us out of all the fun stuff. Thinking's that little biplane I gotta do in a really old Alfred Hitchcock, Hitchcock movie example with Cary Grant, North by Northwest. Some people have seen it. It's the, uh, crop duster scene. The biplane, that crop duster, is thinking. It's got a half tank of petrol. It thinks it's in charge. It can only stay aloft, though, for maybe twenty minutes at a time. And the second you offer your ego a hug, a true love, you can't be the masculine, "I'm gonna punch you in the nose," it'll bop you back. Um, I had a twenty-ounce Starbucks mug. I love
• 58:00
coffee. It's full. I'm in Austin, Texas, at my original home, and I had been teaching people for about a year to give your ego a nickname, Mr. Higglesworth, a Brazilian soccer star name, a Formula One name, Fittipaldi, a, an opera singer name. And if you find yourself doing a lot of heavy thinking, just be like, "Mr. Higglesworth, how are you today?" You know, you're noticing a lot of heavy thinking and you are not your thoughts. Um, so you, "Mr. Higglesworth, how are you today?" And then ask it if it wants a hug. "Would you like a hug?" And you gotta mean it, like, from the heart, like you really wanna give some love. It will be like, "No, thanks." Boop, gone, and you get five to ten minute break of no thinking for just a little bit. Now, I, I noticed some- Kara Goodwin: that was gonna go. Michael André Ford(.com): I'm in, I'm in the kitchen, and I've got a full mug, and I'm like, "Wow, those are some heavy thoughts." I'm, like, having some real heavy thoughts. I'm like, "That's not how I roll daily." So I was like, "Oh, hello." I'm in those moments that I'm, I, you know, I better follow my own advice. So I'm like, "Mr., uh, Mr. Higglesworth," I think I used that name,
• 59:00
actually, "um, how are you today? Would you like a hug?" But I was a little pushy. I wasn't truly coming from the heart. Every fire alarm in my house, top to bottom, went off, and I started ... I mean, had it been just six months, a year earlier, I would've, like, let go of the mug. It would've been that 4,000 splash. You're still cleaning it up two years later, finding it two years later everywhere. Um, I, you know, handshaking, put the mug down on the kitchen counter, and I had a lifeline back then in Smithville. I think it's called Smithville, south of Austin, Texas. One of the psychics who had clean- cleared the home for me, and I called her, and I'm like, "What did I do wrong?" And she's like, "You were just too pushy. You gotta, you know, 51% too much. Just truly just be in the heart and, and give it true love." So all of this isn't about, like, learning anything, doing anything. I mean, we did stuff just now, but it's allowing. You already have the ability to smell the flower by your car. Don't be in a rush. I'm looking hard at my cell phone like we all do on the metro or wherever. Uh, don't be in a rush. Get to your car, put the

car key in, and miss the flower by the car. Uh, it's, it's literally all of this is slowing down and appreciating more. Can we take one more step for you? Kara Goodwin: Yeah, let's do it Michael André Ford(.com): Okay. Uh, I'll do this. Uh, I'll put up joy. Just hear yes that you've got this, and let me know if you get a yes or a duh. Did she say yes, no problema? Kara Goodwin: Yes Michael André Ford(.com): Look up where you're at. Have her do light where the ceiling meets the wall, and there's 4,000 ways she can do light, but the most popular in the last 15 years is little flex light like fish, silver flex light like fish breaking the surface of the water. It could be a pink heart, pink shooting star, any color. She's been every color by now. You'll see it, and then you'll usually last two to 10 seconds. Some people can hold it. Ask a question, get an answer, get a hug. Breathe through your mouth if you need extra help. I'll tell another dad joke. Where in a hospital is the worst place to play hide and seek? Where? In the ICU.
• 1:01:00
As you're laughing, you're letting go, and she'll sneak in in that little moment where you let go of the brain. No try Yoda. Always try Archangel Gabriel. They're not contradictory. And I'll do Yoda's voice. "Mm. Do, do not. There is no try." Kara Goodwin: That's very good. Michael André Ford(.com): Did you get it done? Kara Goodwin: Yes. Yeah Michael André Ford(.com): being with all of you all the time, but thinking's in there back to that Julie McCoy Love Boat or any cruise director. Um, "No, we've got an itinerary. Oh, no, I loved everything that was said in this show. I'll start next Tuesday. We'll go get a book. That two-time number one best-selling book, we'll read that. Fifteen-minute read written by angels, photos of angels given t-to me by them. Um, we'll start next Tuesday." Two years goes by, and this board got put in a closet somewhere. The goal is up here. None of this. It's all wonderful. Uh, we love love. We agree. And then right back to your problems, situations, your pinch, your, your, all your

dilemmas, your binds, you know. My problem is, my situation is, "Mike, you don't understand. I've got nineteen kids, twenty dogs, and, uh, you know, blah, blah, blah." It-- All the details, our life story, what happens to us. This is the opposite. You get to just write your own story, take your own steps, get back in the saddle. And Geronimo, I'll do Geronimo as a last photo. Geronimo, unconditional love spirit guide who's action on everyone's team like your long-lost uncle. Very direct, very yeah, nah, matter of a fact. He always puts his metaphors in terms of riding the horse. Keep riding, riding, riding. Don't look left, don't look right, don't look back. And the horse, it took me a month or two of running, where I was like, on a run, I'm like, "Oh, the horse is your heart." I figured it out. I think most people figure it out in less than an hour. Uh, I'm a little slow. Okay. Here's Geronimo. Let him come in. Let him bring you a sacred smell. I'm not lighting anything. It'll be tobacco, sweetgrass, juniper, pine, cedar, desert piñon. You'll get something, sixty of

them. Have him come in very matter of factly on your, your own inner fearless, peaceful warrior path, Cara. Have him give you a wonderful compliment And you can hear a rattle, you can hear singing in the background. It can be angels and Native American chiefs singing together in a cultural way If you want to close your eyes now, have them come in and I'll give you a little vision. People at home, just hit pause on this. You can put your hand out, feel his energy. You can chat with him. Just be like, "What do I need to know in life right now?" Number one question. Don't start with your why is my bank account say one dollar, or why is my mom have this illness, or my pet's sick. Don't start with your complex stuff that you're worried about because then you're attaching all your thinking, your resistance, your fear, your worry, all the, all the lower vibration. You've got to learn to just listen kind of clear

where you're not attached to the outcome, so you can actually get the help. That's why it's so hard listening-- dealing with humans because when a human gives us advice, it's different. We really have a per-- we've, we've mastered the way to resist it. Think of your workplace. Your boss tells you something, your colleague. Most of us are not like, "Oh, that's the best idea ever. Let me jump on it." We're like, "Hmm, I don't know." So, uh, welcome to being human. Okay, what'd you get with your eyes shut? Did you have a little interaction just now? Kara Goodwin: I did, yes. And I got a, um, a connection. First I saw, like, two coming together, like, w- with the hands, but from two different directions. Um, then I understood an issue, like a, a theme that I hadn't seen, a theme from the last few days that I, I had not connected to yet. So I was like, "Oh, yes, they do go together. Those things go together.
• 1:05:00
Totally." Michael André Ford(.com): Can we use you as a guinea pig for one final figure and maybe a grand finale of, uh, what do we call this? Playtime interactive stuff. I have a woman from Sirius to keep the little galactic thing going here, and not trying to sound too serious. Aurora is her name. Um, the way I describe her is just picture, like, Audrey Hepburn, if people remember the actress, her galactic cousin, her sister. Um, tall, amazing, maybe eighty-five percent, ninety-two percent human-looking, green flowing outfit, pinpoints of white light, very bright, small, floating independently around her. Each one would be Christ consciousness or pure love, and she shares those like M&M's or potato chips in that one is not enough. So if you're connecting to Aurora, you get an answer, you just feel the vibe, ask her to share some light. She'll put one here, here, here, ten on a spot if you're sore on the elbow, um, whatever. Uh, but you'll be able to close your eyes and see her your way. I'm doing an AI photo for six months. I-- Here's an AI photo real quick, Kara.
• 1:06:00
I said I would do an AI photo. This is get-- This will get you started, and she'll show her way. She's tight s- tight with Earth's forests and the consciousness of Earth's forests and, um, she loves humanity and is cheering us on. So close your eyes, have that experience. If you wanna see her on the beach or by a pool, you'll see all the light floating around her, and she'll embrace you from afar with her wonderful light. Kara Goodwin: Does she ever show up as like two almost like ribbons that kind of Michael André Ford(.com): She is now for you. Close your eyes and keep going. Um, and I'll do a PSA for your show, which is if you're getting experiences, share them in the comments, and if you're shy, do an emoji. Um, that way no one will know what you're sh- what, that you had an experience. They just think you're putting down an emoji. It could be a thumbs up. You wanna go crazy, do the fire symbols or star symbols And again, the rub is what will you allow for? The brain

keeps it limited to, like, just 30 different types of strokes. If we're talking, uh, putting, your driver... I don't have a good analogy here, but you're very limited. It's the same playbook over and over again for decades, and you'll never know. You've been driving in circles when you're up in your brain. That's why we think life gets stale, or we need to move, or we need to change careers. It's usually not external. It's us cultivating our hearts more to be more love, and then everything else sorts itself out. You attract broader outcomes, broader people, happier, higher frequency people. Uh, okay. Did you get an experience with the woman from Sirius named Aurora just now? Kara Goodwin: Yes. So it was primarily what I was explaining with the, the two... It was, like, two greenish goldish ribbons of light kind of vertically wrapping, not really around each other, but just kind of, like, Um, and
• 1:08:00
that was interesting because I already was experiencing that, and then you said something about wrapping. You were like, "Sh- wrap you in a hug or wrap..." I can't remember now, but I was like, "Oh, wrapping. Yes, yes, yes." Michael André Ford(.com): And if you want, you can, uh, put a hand out off camera and let either Joy, Charlotte, or Aurora come in. One of them won the bingo contest on the other side or right here. They'll f- You'll start to feel energy coming in. That'll distract you as if you wanna open your eyes and look over my shoulder, I'll lean a little bit, by the, uh, sunflower photo to in here. But between the Peloton, my background, you can see one of them either behind the wall saying hi through the window there. There's a back office for people to... There's like a bar setup kind of Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Michael André Ford(.com): can see her, and you can have the other two come in, and then ask one of your deeper questions. You know, the marketing question for the show, how do we go to one million audience for you? It could be the next book cover. It could be just where to

go on vacation. I think that's the number one question. Who doesn't wanna go on a great vacation? For most of us, the follow-up question is like, "How can I afford the time? How can I pay for it?" But have them share something profound with you And, uh, there are plenty of photos on the landing page of michaelandreford.com. Just go there. Geronimo's photo's there, Audrey Hepburn. Let her wink smile bring you a perfume smell. Um, everything is always right in front of you all the time. Each moment is the occasion now. Um, you're lucky if twice a month you can take time to do this. That's how inefficient humans are right now. We really d- are more interested in what we think are negotiating teams, trade talks. Um, science has to have it proven and practices knowledge that precludes possibility. It, it's all about limits. Oh, well, if it's only done in a lab, does it count? So there's not a lot of cur- there's a lot of curiosity. There's a lot of everything out there, um,
• 1:10:00
among the human population. On the other hand, it's just, it's as a kid, you're wide open, and then a lot of adults come back to a kid-like nature. And so there's a kind of a fine line whether you're in your heart, you're in your brain. It's again, that's the rub here. And w- uh, we could be talking sports practice. A person, an athlete who goes into a slump, tennis player, baseball player, football player. Are you up here or are you in your heart? It's an artist. It's a businessperson who used to get yes and had the best sales for three years and now gets nos. Kara Goodwin: Yeah Michael André Ford(.com): every-- It's, it's, uh, really a big deal between the heart and the mind, um, or resistance and openness or allowing. ways and a thousand businesses and a thousand cultural, religious, mindfulness, spiritual practices. You know, every organization in the world has their own way of defining all this stuff. So each person it out on

their own Kara Goodwin: Yes. Yeah. So powerful. This is, this has just been amazing. Thank you so much. I love all the interaction and the, the experiment- the experiential aspect of it. It's really, really powerful. Um, Michael, please tell people how they can connect with your work. You've mentioned it a few times, your books and your podcast, but where, where can people go definitively for more interaction? Michael André Ford(.com): Sure. Uh, I put it in my name tag there, so my full name .com, Michael Andre, like the champagne, Payne, Ford, like the car or truck, .com. And everything's there, and then you can get to the YouTube channel. It's just @michaelandreford. Uh, the Amazon author profile is really easy. It's amazon.com/author/angels. So author/angels. Um, but there's a little Listening to Angels book. It was number two twice after Omega Institute
• 1:12:00
or after my first time I was on, uh, Coast to Coast AM. Uh, and then I-- maybe it hit number one way back when in 2022, but it hit number one last year twice in Angels. Uh, it's a really short book, 15-minute read, 45 pages, um, really easy writing. Uh, if anyone thinks I wrote it, you're the best. Like, literally, there's no way I wrote it. You've heard me speak and how I speak, and it's really eloquent, incredible. The prologue is one of my favorites there. Um, the epilogue by an angel named Dale is, is absolutely fabulous, and the appendix on that thing is big picture. Why angels now? What's it mean for mankind? Archangel Michael steps in and makes a couple statements. Um, they offer unconditional love to us all, and many know better and choose not to accept it. Um, you know, it's take it or leave it. It's your choice, and it's, it's a constant. So ignorance is not an excuse for this stuff. It's, it's basically how do we step into more compassion? It's through understanding the relation of our actions and the

consequences of our actions, the ripples, whether we're talking positive, uh, more love or unlove. And, uh, again, ignorance is no excuse on this, but it's okay. Wherever a person's at is where they're at. So, uh, this is about just, uh, practicing beingness or suchness or opening openness. So there's a little bit of that Tibetan Buddhism in here as well.
