- 0:42This is the Eat more Carbs podcast.
- 0:49Hello and welcome back. This is the Work Harps podcast.
- 0:52It's Jenna here with Riley. We're both dietitians and we are
- 0:54talking every Thursday about sports nutrition for the
- 0:56girlies. Today we're going to be talking
- 0:58about what drives us bananas as dietitians, things that we saw
- 1:02online that really don't sit well with us.
- 1:05Before we do that though, we're going to do our high and low.
- 1:07So chatting just a little bit about our week, the good and
- 1:09maybe the part we wish it gone a little bit differently.
- 1:11We've already been a little bit unhinged before we started even
- 1:13recording this this morning. So I'm really excited to talk
- 1:16through all of these things with you, Riley, but kick us off high
- 1:18and low we. Always love our unhinged
- 1:21episodes. We love our drive us bananas.
- 1:23We always look forward to chatting with y'all every single
- 1:26beginning of the month about some of the crazy nutrition
- 1:29advice that we see on the Internet.
- 1:30So really excited to jump in. My low is I did get sick.
- 1:36If you listened to last week's episode, Jenna was sick and I
- 1:39seem to have got it unfortunately.
- 1:41And this past week I have gotten COVID.
- 1:43The baby household did get hit with COVID.
- 1:46I'm kind of just powering through it right now and I just
- 1:48never loved to be sick. But like you mentioned last
- 1:51week, Jenna, sometimes we like need to not need to be sick, but
- 1:55it's a really great way to like listen to our body and sometimes
- 1:57are forced to rest. One of my big goals of this year
- 2:01is to run the New York Marathon. I am really trying to not get
- 2:05hurt. Actually, last week I picked up
- 2:08Charlie and I threw out my back a little bit.
- 2:10I had a strain in my back. I was freaking out like I was
- 2:13freaking out because I was like, the motto for 2025 is do not get
- 2:16hurt. And now I have this like back
- 2:18strain when I was really going back and forth.
- 2:20I'm like, should I just rest for a week?
- 2:22Should I stop training? I actually went for a run before
- 2:25I got COVID with kind of my back strain.
- 2:28And it was kind of like ironic that the only time that my back
- 2:31didn't hurt was when I was running.
- 2:33It was really weird. So I was like almost trying to
- 2:35convince myself like, no, I didn't need to stop running.
- 2:37And then I got sick and I had to stop running and my back
- 2:40actually feels better. So maybe it's a little bit of a
- 2:42low and a high that I got sick. I'm glad you guys are all
- 2:45feeling better and that everybody is on the mend and
- 2:48road to recovery for sure. And also like definitely a good
- 2:51thing that you had the opportunity to rest and now your
- 2:53back feels better, even though it wasn't maybe the way that we
- 2:55would have hoped that you started to take a rest.
- 2:58Yeah, it's just like sometimes universe is trying to tell us
- 3:01something and sometimes it just needs to give us like a little
- 3:04bit of a stronger push for us to actually listen to it.
- 3:07Oh yeah, I feel that in my bones for sure.
- 3:10So that was my low and kind of turned into a high, but I did
- 3:13actually have a client high that I wanted to share, and I
- 3:15promised that I would share it on the podcast as a high because
- 3:20she does listen to the Emar Carves podcast.
- 3:22So I told her I'd definitely give her a shout out.
- 3:24But one of my clients in our period recovery program loves
- 3:28ice cream. It's her favorite food.
- 3:30And this past month, she went out for ice cream and got ice
- 3:34cream with her friends for the first time in four years.
- 3:38Oh my gosh, that's amazing. Yay.
- 3:42Yay for ice cream. Yay for doing things with
- 3:43friends. I love that.
- 3:45Yay, I know. So sorry.
- 3:46I kind of just had two highs. I kind of just hog the high and
- 3:48low, but I just had to kind of share that one and I promised I
- 3:52would. Congrats to her.
- 3:53That's so exciting. Yeah.
- 3:54How are? You though, how are you feeling?
- 3:55Are you feeling better this week?
- 3:57Yes, I'm feeling a lot better. My sickness has cleared up and
- 4:00we're good to go. I don't know how we somehow like
- 4:03transmitted sickness between, you know, all the miles that are
- 4:06between us from the East Coast to the West Coast, but somehow
- 4:09we did. I'm feeling a lot better.
- 4:10Thank you for asking my high and low this week.
- 4:13My low is I'm kind of at the point of marathon training where
- 4:16I'm like, wow, this is a lot of running and I'm relying a lot
- 4:19more on dedication than I am motivation, which is always
- 4:22something that's kind of an interesting point in marathon
- 4:25training. I'm also like experiencing a few
- 4:26more like aches and pains and I'm hoping that that's not
- 4:29anything serious, but just really listening to my body and
- 4:31making sure that I'm taking care of everything.
- 4:33My high is just that like I've just been having like the best
- 4:36week. Like things have just been
- 4:38really good this past week. And I'm so thankful for all of
- 4:40the people that I get to talk to on a day-to-day basis, the
- 4:43people that I get to meet through my job.
- 4:44I just really love my job, so I know that's kind of silly, but
- 4:47I've just been having, like the best week and I'm so just like,
- 4:50appreciative and thankful for everything.
- 4:52Oh yeah. Well, we're glad that you're
- 4:54happy. Yeah, I know.
- 4:55It's like the great thing. And I hope everybody gets this
- 4:57much, like love and fulfillment out of their job.
- 4:59I feel so fortunate. Anyway, that's kind of like a
- 5:01really big high. And today we're talking about
- 5:03the things that drive us bananas.
- 5:04So the things that we see online that are just like, stop you in
- 5:07your tracks and you're like, how is this still a thing that we're
- 5:09talking about in 2025 from a nutritional standpoint?
- 5:12So, Riley, tell me what you saw this week that drives you
- 5:15bananas. I do not know if you're ready
- 5:18for this one. I'm scared.
- 5:20No, it's something that you and I talk about all the time
- 5:22offline, and we have this conversation with all of our
- 5:25clients, like I feel like on a daily basis.
- 5:27But the hot topic right now is something that I feel like we
- 5:30can't avoid talking about, and that's seed oils.
- 5:33Like just seed oils in general. They're driving me bananas.
- 5:37It's definitely the buzzword right now for sure.
- 5:40I keep telling my clients like seed oils are the new gluing.
- 5:44I like that comparison. There I just.
- 5:46Feel like, you know, it is, it is the new thing right now that
- 5:49we are really demonizing in our society and it's just driving me
- 5:53bananas. I think it's so.
- 5:56Hard because we take such a small thing, or we take a very
- 6:00specific thing and we blame all of the nutritional complications
- 6:04that anyone could have on that one thing.
- 6:06And it's like, oh, this is your nutritional complication.
- 6:09It's that that's your nutritional complication, which
- 6:11is so vastly different from person A's.
- 6:13That person B is like, oh, it's also that.
- 6:15It's like, how do we just look at that one?
- 6:17And we're like, you're the issue, you're the problem, and
- 6:19you're the problem for everybody.
- 6:20And in reality, like we're all so unique and we're all so
- 6:23complicated and complex that like for some people, we might
- 6:26be really actually sensitive to gluten, for example.
- 6:28But like for other people, there might be other things going on,
- 6:30like you're not eating vegetables and like that's a
- 6:32bigger problem. I think that's just what's
- 6:34happened with nutrition and that's why it becomes so
- 6:38confusing as a consumer and just as somebody who's eating right,
- 6:41because what's happened is we've oversimplified it and we're
- 6:45treating everybody the same. Everybody has different needs
- 6:49and needs an individualized approach to nutrition.
- 6:51This podcast is called the Eat More Carbs Podcast.
- 6:54It is for athletes, specifically female athletes, and a lot of
- 6:58our conversations revolve around athletes who have like
- 7:02hypothalamic amenorrhea and are trying to get their period back.
- 7:05The advice that we're saying on this podcast might not apply to
- 7:08you if you are outside of that population.
- 7:10And therefore it's just really confusing because people are
- 7:13trying to do the right thing, and the right thing is different
- 7:16for everybody, OK? I have one to read you.
- 7:19This is not my own words, but I saw this and I had to screenshot
- 7:23it because I had to share it. And this kind of ties in
- 7:26perfectly. This creator put a post out
- 7:28there. She said, can we all just admit
- 7:30that 2025 fitness is just 2016 fitness in a different font?
- 7:33Stanley is the new swell. Cold plunging is the new
- 7:36cryotherapy. Colostrum is the new collagen.
- 7:38Carnivore diet is the new paleo. You can't tell me any different.
- 7:42And I read that and I was like, Oh my gosh, that's so true.
- 7:44We've just replaced one thing with another thing.
- 7:47The next fad has come along, but for some reason we've all
- 7:50convinced ourselves that those things are going to make these
- 7:52massive changes for us. And I feel like that's the same
- 7:55thing that you just mentioned as far as seed oil as being the new
- 7:58gluten. Yeah, exactly.
- 7:59What's going to happen is we're just going to, again, in a
- 8:02couple of years, replace this with something else because it's
- 8:06not prompting sustainable change and it's not prompting like
- 8:10overall lifestyle behaviors that are going to promote Wellness
- 8:14and health, which is so frustrating and so frustrating.
- 8:17Something that I have been seeing kind of floating around.
- 8:19I know this was big news a couple of weeks ago.
- 8:21Steak 'n Shake actually is promoting and advertising and
- 8:26they've been actually getting a lot of attention because they
- 8:29are no longer frying their fries in seed oil.
- 8:32They are frying their fries in beef tallow as a healthier
- 8:35alternative. Let me be very blunt on this
- 8:39one. If you are consuming that many
- 8:42fried foods that that makes that big of an impact for you, we you
- 8:47got a bigger problem with how many times you're going to steak
- 8:49and shake. Like that's a bigger problem.
- 8:50If that's really making that big of a difference, We've replaced
- 8:53one cooking fat with another. And if you're still consuming
- 8:57that on like a regular or consistent basis, like there's
- 9:00something else we need to be talking about.
- 9:01I couldn't. Have said it better, you and I
- 9:03have talked about this before, but a restaurant that I used to
- 9:06actually recommend a lot of the time to athletes on the go was
- 9:09McDonald's. And before you come from me, all
- 9:12of you who are listening, I want you to hear me out because I do
- 9:15not recommend McDonald's anymore, but I did as a sports
- 9:18dietitian like six or seven years ago because McDonald's
- 9:22used to have a Greek yogurt fruit parfait.
- 9:26They used to have a smoothie that was made with Chobani
- 9:28yogurt. They used to have like a grilled
- 9:30snack wrap. Do you remember those?
- 9:33Yeah, they used to have a grilled chicken sandwich.
- 9:35They took all of that away. Instead of focusing on trying to
- 9:39incorporate a variety of menu items to these restaurants,
- 9:43promoting more fruits and vegetables on these menus,
- 9:46promoting health, promoting options, we're focused on the
- 9:49oil that the fries are fried in. And there's still fries.
- 9:52And there's nothing wrong with a fry, right?
- 9:55Like we're an E more carbs podcast.
- 9:57A fry is a carbohydrate. We like this, but what's
- 10:00happening is we are like demonizing and we're scaring
- 10:03people and we're using fear marketing instead of a positive
- 10:08approach to nutrition. And I'm just gonna throw it out
- 10:11there. It's Steak and Shake, right?
- 10:13I've said this restaurant 6 Times Now and I still get the
- 10:15name wrong. But like, they're not doing that
- 10:18because they believe that it's healthier.
- 10:20They're doing that because they know right now that's what
- 10:22people are interested in and therefore that might increase
- 10:25their profits. Like they're a business.
- 10:27They're not doing it because they care about your health,
- 10:29they're doing it because they care about how much money they
- 10:31can make off of you. That's a business move, not a
- 10:33health conscious move for consumers.
- 10:35Also here, here's the best part about the story.
- 10:38I'm so excited. They are.
- 10:39French fries are pre fried before they get to the store.
- 10:43Pre fried what? Do we know?
- 10:45Canola oil. Huh.
- 10:46Get out. Which is a seed oil.
- 10:48So it is a purely marketing tactic because there's still
- 10:51seed oils. And I know that we're taking an
- 10:54unhinged approach to this, but the issue is we just see so much
- 10:59of this fear mongering in our food supply and we're so focused
- 11:03on the wrong things, it's making people even more confused.
- 11:07Yep exactly. This is very similar to like our
- 11:09red dye episode where we're like if it doesn't have a purpose,
- 11:12why is it in the food in the 1st place?
- 11:13But like, we kind of are focusing on the wrong thing
- 11:15here. I feel very similarly about
- 11:17this. Like if you want to avoid seed
- 11:19oils, that's great. If you choose to not consume
- 11:21them, also great. Like if you don't feel good when
- 11:24you eat them, don't eat them and all those types of things.
- 11:26But again, it's such a small portion of our food system to be
- 11:30focused on, to blame all of the problems on when there are, for
- 11:34lack of a better way to say it, so many other fish to fry.
- 11:36So many other fish to fry. I think also I'm going to take
- 11:40an even more unhinged approach to this.
- 11:42But I think when we like fear monger, when we pick certain
- 11:45foods to demonize, it's a very privileged perspective because a
- 11:49lot of people rely on a lot of these like big companies and
- 11:54these fast food restaurants for a majority of their food.
- 11:57And they might be those individuals that are consuming
- 12:00these seed oils and high amounts on a consistent basis.
- 12:03But is swapping out the seed oil with beef tallow going to help
- 12:08solve that problem? No, they need more readily
- 12:11available healthier food options like fruits and vegetables, like
- 12:15an option that's not fried as a side or even an option that is
- 12:19an entree that's not fried. But we're not focused on that.
- 12:23We're focused on the marketing, right, Because nobody wants to
- 12:25market as. Instead, we're just we're
- 12:26hitting the buzzwords. We're hitting the buzzwords.
- 12:28And that is what is driving Riley bananas.
- 12:31She is very upset, if you cannot tell.
- 12:35I feel like we just have this conversation all the time where
- 12:36people are, you know, really trying to work through some of
- 12:39these, like, food beliefs. And they feel guilty around
- 12:41eating. And then they enjoy a French fry
- 12:43for the first time in a couple of years.
- 12:44They have ice cream for the first time in a couple of years.
- 12:46And then they feel guilty because they go on social media
- 12:49and they see an ingredient in a food that they love demonized
- 12:52when we have again, such bigger fish to fry it.
- 12:55Is true and it's hard for those people to feel like everything
- 12:57that they're doing as far as taking like progressive steps
- 13:00towards like overcoming a food fear has just been undone
- 13:02because then there's more fear around that all of a sudden.
- 13:05Yeah. So that's enough about what's
- 13:06driving me bananas because obviously seed oils are going to
- 13:08continue to drive me bananas. What's going on with you?
- 13:11Anything that's driving you bananas this week?
- 13:13Everything is driving me bananas all the time.
- 13:15Like, let's just just be clear about that.
- 13:17I get annoyed when someone in the grocery store gets
- 13:19unsolicited nutrition advice that's completely wrong and I
- 13:21have to stand there and go do not engage with no one asked for
- 13:24your help. And I have to remind myself of
- 13:25that. One of the things that like
- 13:27really got me this week. I was doomed scrolling on
- 13:31Instagram when I wasn't feeling well.
- 13:33Probably not my best use of time and I came across a page of
- 13:36someone who considers themself a skinny coach that is a
- 13:40self-titled approach to her business and it's geared for
- 13:44women. Whole approach is that that's
- 13:46really what all girls want. I debated whether or not I would
- 13:50bring this up on the podcast, but at the end of the day, that
- 13:52is what drove me bananas. Like I saw that and I had such a
- 13:56big reaction because I was like, I can't believe that this person
- 13:59would directly attack body size and potentially someone who has
- 14:03worked so hard to get to the place that they are now as far
- 14:06as from a recovery standpoint, it just, oh, it got to me.
- 14:09I don't have words that are appropriate for this podcast
- 14:12because this is A rated what? PG Yeah, I only have R rated
- 14:16words for this. It's this heart name.
- 14:19Because it's not the only one, right?
- 14:21Like it's not the only account out there like this.
- 14:24We have so many conversations with our clients who are doing
- 14:26so well with their period recovery and their body image
- 14:31and their mindset, and then something like this pops up.
- 14:34And I think I am so fortunate that most of the time that I am
- 14:37online, like it's golden retriever videos, it's food
- 14:40videos or something like that that really fits into like what
- 14:43RBSN believes in. It really fits into the things
- 14:46that I believe in. But every now and then I'm going
- 14:48to come across to post that like doesn't fit with maybe what the
- 14:50algorithm knows that I enjoy looking at online.
- 14:53And it's something like that. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, these
- 14:56things exist out there. And I'm kind of reminded that
- 14:58there's a whole nother section of the Internet that like exists
- 15:01outside of the corner that I live in, which is very food
- 15:04positive and carbon positive and all of those things.
- 15:07And I know that like clients and people that are working through
- 15:10recovery are seeing those things too.
- 15:11And that's a hard thing to see and be told that this is really
- 15:15what you do want. I would have probably been like
- 15:17really sucked in to something like this, like when I was
- 15:20really struggling, especially like when I was coming out of
- 15:22like being a college athlete into like this retired athlete
- 15:26space where I had been, you know, so ashamed of my athletic
- 15:30body. And like, even told as an
- 15:32athlete, like, you should, you know, try to get recruited at
- 15:35this school because they recruit bigger players.
- 15:37And I'm like, I don't even know what that means.
- 15:39I'm 54. Like, is that big?
- 15:41Like, I'm confused. There were so much of my like,
- 15:45at least in my brain, right in my mindset, like my athletic
- 15:48performance tied with my body. And I remember being like, I
- 15:51can't wait until I, you know, stop playing soccer because then
- 15:54I can get skinny. I just would have been really
- 15:56sucked into something like this thinking back about it.
- 15:58And how sad is that? That like something that you
- 16:01loved, like soccer, you were excited to stop playing because
- 16:04of this potential of what your body would change or suddenly
- 16:07morph into because you weren't playing soccer anymore.
- 16:10And like, that's so sad. And that's so sad that like
- 16:12people out there are telling people that, like, that is such
- 16:15an important component. We talk about this all the time.
- 16:17But like, what I look like on the outside is the least
- 16:19interesting thing about me. The fact that this person was
- 16:21saying to people like this should be one of the most
- 16:23important things to you is just so sad.
- 16:25That's no way to like, live life or anticipate changes in your
- 16:28body to be like something that's going to bring you joy.
- 16:31I actually have an interesting story that relates to this about
- 16:35one of our clients that kind of graduated from our period
- 16:37recovery program because she saw an account like this on TikTok.
- 16:42And there was a lady on there who was, I don't know if she was
- 16:45calling herself like a skinny coach, but she was talking about
- 16:48how being in a smaller body and being quote, UN quote, skinny
- 16:52was the most important thing for her.
- 16:54And these are the things that she did in order to be this way.
- 16:59And these are things that you should do as well if you wanted
- 17:02to look like her. My client actually said because
- 17:05she had been struggling right with mindset, not looking like
- 17:09the athlete that she thought she was going to be.
- 17:11And she actually realized through watching her video how
- 17:15much she like valued outside of that and how she much she didn't
- 17:20want to sacrifice to be quote UN quote skinny because she was
- 17:24like, I saw what she was doing. It sounded miserable.
- 17:27That is such like a positive, like end note for that, what
- 17:30drives me bananas because like, I think it's so refreshing to
- 17:33hear that somebody who has gone through the recovery process and
- 17:36gone through all of our BSN was able to look at that and like
- 17:39kind of utilize the tools that you helped her learn to look at
- 17:42that and be like, that's not something that's important to
- 17:44me. That's not something that I want
- 17:45to implement in my life. Like I'm so much happier with
- 17:48where I am right now and I'm so much healthier with where I am
- 17:51right now. That's such a great way to kind
- 17:53of approach that scenario. And I'm really happy that we
- 17:55have like that example of like a positive coming from something
- 17:59like that because those types of accounts can be so triggering
- 18:02for so many people. Because she could easily like,
- 18:05OK, I actually need to do like these four things.
- 18:07But instead she was able to be like, I don't want to do any of
- 18:10that. Like I did some of that before
- 18:12and I was so miserable. And I'm so much better now.
- 18:14The way that I'm, I'm doing it now.
- 18:16I'm so. Happy to hear that.
- 18:17That brings so much, like light to that situation for me.
- 18:20So that helps with my interpretation of that, that we
- 18:23can have athletes that look at that and go, that's not
- 18:25something that I really want to associate myself with or consume
- 18:28from a content standpoint either.
- 18:30So that makes me happy, yeah. Maybe that kind of like ends our
- 18:32what's drives us bananas. On a positive note, maybe
- 18:35because I feel like we were like really heated in today's
- 18:37episode. Yeah, I think we definitely
- 18:39were. That kind of wraps up our What
- 18:41Drives Us Bananas segment of today's episode.
- 18:43We're also going to provide our training update.
- 18:44If you didn't know, I am running a marathon in just a couple of
- 18:48weeks and Riley is beginning her kind of phases of running the
- 18:52New York City Marathon. She's got a half marathon
- 18:54potentially that she's running. So we're just giving a little
- 18:56bit of updates on what we're doing for our training and our
- 18:58journey towards our running error and all the things that
- 19:01we're doing. So Riley, what does this week
- 19:02look like for you as far as training goes?
- 19:04So last week. I didn't train at all because I
- 19:06had COVID and even though I was feeling better at the end of the
- 19:09week, I did decide that I was not going to train.
- 19:12I should have actually done this probably from the beginning.
- 19:14But because I didn't finish my half marathon, I was like, I
- 19:17don't need to take any time off. And my again, like we talked
- 19:21about the beginning of the episode, the universe had other
- 19:23plans for me. So as I'm coming back into
- 19:25training this week, we are in Sedona on a family vacation and
- 19:30I'm going to be doing a couple runs.
- 19:32But I have kind of taken a pause on running as kind of extended
- 19:35my break. So just doing a lot of like
- 19:37hiking this week, still being active, doing a couple like
- 19:40maybe lighter runs just to kind of like almost check my lung
- 19:43capacity after COVID, but nothing too structured this
- 19:47week. Once I get back to the East
- 19:49Coast after my vacation, I'm going to restart my plan.
- 19:52So not as much structure this week, but I just like always
- 19:54love running in new places so I'm excited to explore.
- 19:57So fun, I love that. What about you?
- 19:59A marathon is like in a month. Yeah, I know.
- 20:01Which is wild. I cannot believe it.
- 20:04It feels like training went by so fast this time.
- 20:06I'm really looking forward to running the race.
- 20:09Like I mentioned kind of at the beginning, I am at the point of
- 20:12marathon training where I'm like, wow, this is a lot of
- 20:14running, which it is. I've had a little bit of
- 20:16hamstring pain these past couple of days.
- 20:18So I'm going to listen to my body before it does kind of give
- 20:21me anymore signs and I'm going to take it easy.
- 20:23So I haven't done nearly as many long runs this week.
- 20:25I've just done shorter, a little bit lower on the intensity as
- 20:28far as the type of running that I'm doing.
- 20:30And then on Saturday, I'm just going to kind of play it by ear
- 20:33with how my leg is feeling, which will determine how long my
- 20:36long run is on Saturday. So really making sure I'm
- 20:38listening to my body and making sure that I don't hurt myself so
- 20:40that way I can still run on the day of the race.
- 20:43I think with marathon training, the thing you kind of have to
- 20:45realize is that there are going to be aches and pains along the
- 20:47way no matter what. But it's still important to
- 20:49listen to your body and let it rest when it needs to.
- 20:51So that way you don't actually injure yourself because of
- 20:53course you're going to feel something running 1820 miles on
- 20:56the weekend. So just making sure that you're
- 20:57taking care of yourself kind of in between that and listening to
- 21:00what your body does need and remembering that at the end of
- 21:02the day, if you miss a PR or something like that, but you
- 21:04still got to run the race because you were healthy, that's
- 21:07definitely the better option to go versus not being able to run
- 21:10the race because you pushed yourself too hard in training.
- 21:12Something that I also noticed last week was I was like, Oh my
- 21:16gosh, I'm going to miss an entire week of training.
- 21:18Like it's over. It's over.
- 21:20Like I'm not going to get a PR. And then I like looked at my
- 21:23like, training app and it was like I missed three runs.
- 21:26Yeah, you're fine. Rightly, you're fine.
- 21:28It's going to be OK. And so sometimes I think like we
- 21:31just put a lot of pressure on ourselves and we like expect
- 21:33like our training to go perfect. And it's just like there's ups
- 21:36and downs with it. And that's totally OK.
- 21:38And you're still gonna PR, and you're still gonna do great.
- 21:40And we cannot wait to cheer you on.
- 21:42Thank you so much. I appreciate that.
- 21:44I'm excited to be able to share everything once I do run with
- 21:47everyone. But in the meantime, we'll still
- 21:49continue to provide our training update.
- 21:51We will still continue to share what drives us bananas, and we
- 21:53will still continue to provide sports nutrition advice for the
- 21:56girlies. Thank you so much for listening
