A bright, compassionate 19-year-old law student from California, Josephine Nasr, died unexpectedly in London while taking the popular weight loss drug Tirzepatide. Found unresponsive in her dorm, she had reported nausea and vomiting — known side effects of the medication — and her family had arranged IV fluids.
