- 1:11Speaker 3: hands radio and TV around the country. My Simulk cast
- 1:14Speaker 3: is in great hands.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Thank you. Lee. If my eyes look a little bit
- 1:16Speaker 2: red and a little bit.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Puffy, I'm exhausted. I'm burned out of a little bit
- 1:20Speaker 3: of a cold. On and off airplanes, thirty six hours
- 1:23Speaker 3: back and forth to Washington, d C. For the White
- 1:25Speaker 3: House Christmas Party, and I am just raw and exhausted,
- 1:29Speaker 3: but I am here. Most important thing was no sleep.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I left on Sunday. Flight was supposed to leave at
- 1:34Speaker 3: one thirty in the afternoon. It left at seven thirty
- 1:36Speaker 3: at night, you know, a nine hour delay or something
- 1:39Speaker 3: like that, eight and a half nine hour delay.
- 1:41Speaker 2: And so we were supposed to.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Get in at eight thirty at night, and we got
- 1:45Speaker 3: in at three o'clock in the morning, got to the
- 1:48Speaker 3: airport at four, got to the hotel at four o'clock
- 1:51Speaker 3: in the morning, got to sleep at five o'clock in
- 1:53Speaker 3: the morning, slept for about three hours, and then began
- 1:56Speaker 3: a busy day and then the White House Christmas party
- 1:58Speaker 3: and that then a big did afterwards with some great people,
- 2:01Speaker 3: including Governor Rod I call him Blago Rod Blgoyevitch. And
- 2:05Speaker 3: got in at one in the morning, went to bed
- 2:07Speaker 3: at two, got up at four for a seven o'clock flight,
- 2:11Speaker 3: got to the airport, found out that seven o'clock flight
- 2:13Speaker 3: was now stalled till nine o'clock.
- 2:15Speaker 2: So it's been a two days of no sleep. I'm exhausted.
- 2:20Speaker 3: My eyes are wondering and puffy and tired and red,
- 2:24Speaker 3: but I'm here.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I'm here.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I missed yesterday's show because the flight gott it late
- 2:28Speaker 3: and I was in a state of exhaustion. And I
- 2:31Speaker 3: got a little bit of sleep last night, so I
- 2:32Speaker 3: feel a little bit better. So let me tell you
- 2:36Speaker 3: before I get to all the news. There's plenty of news.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Let me let me talk about my day in Washington,
- 2:41Speaker 3: d C. It was It was wonderful. The White House
- 2:44Speaker 3: Christmas party was wonderful. The actual White House is beautiful.
- 2:49Speaker 3: What an honor every time to be in the White
- 2:51Speaker 3: House of the United States of America. The party was amazing.
- 2:55Speaker 3: The food, You're not gonna believe it was amazing. I
- 2:56Speaker 3: always hate the food of parties.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I never eat up. The only guy in the world.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Everyone I know goes to parties.
- 3:01Speaker 3: You had rich people, and they stuffed themselves at the
- 3:03Speaker 3: party because they're getting free food. I go to parties,
- 3:06Speaker 3: I talk to people, and I leave and I go
- 3:09Speaker 3: to dinner.
- 3:10Speaker 2: I never eat a party.
- 3:11Speaker 3: But I actually had the steak at the White House
- 3:14Speaker 3: and it was good, and then I went to dinner anyway,
- 3:19Speaker 3: But it's just an incredible experience to be at the
- 3:22Speaker 3: White House. Remember I was just there for my first
- 3:25Speaker 3: Oval Office visit in October, and now I saw the
- 3:28Speaker 3: White House decorated for Christmas.
- 3:30Speaker 2: And it was amazing, absolutely amazing.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I've got some photos, David, did you get them all?
- 3:35Speaker 3: Can we put them up?
- 3:36Speaker 2: There? We go?
- 3:37Speaker 3: So there's me and my beautiful wife Cindy with Don
- 3:39Speaker 3: Trump Junior had a chance. Oh and the big thing
- 3:42Speaker 3: was Don Trump Junior announced on the spot at the
- 3:46Speaker 3: White House Christmas party that he just got on his
- 3:49Speaker 3: knees that day to ask his girlfriend to marry him,
- 3:52Speaker 3: and he's going to be married again. And he brought
- 3:54Speaker 3: her up on the stage and they each talked a
- 3:57Speaker 3: little bit to the crowd, talked about their future. They
- 4:00Speaker 3: hope that they'll have a wonderful, long future together and they're.
- 4:03Speaker 2: About to be married.
- 4:04Speaker 3: So Tom Junior shared that with with the audience on
- 4:06Speaker 3: the night I was at the White House Christmas party,
- 4:09Speaker 3: So very cool.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Next photo, who have we got?
- 4:11Speaker 3: That's my wife Cindy and I with with Cash Patel,
- 4:15Speaker 3: the director of the FBI and his beautiful country music girlfriend.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Cash Patel is a Vegas guy. Say, isn't it wonderful?
- 4:24Speaker 3: In one quarter of the White House are two Vegas
- 4:27Speaker 3: guys And this is my beautiful wife, Cindy. So thank you,
- 4:32Speaker 3: Cash Pattel, mister FBI. That's me and Cindy in front
- 4:35Speaker 3: of the White Houses. We're about to uh. I think
- 4:37Speaker 3: we were arriving at that point as opposed to leaving.
- 4:40Speaker 3: That was our arrival photo heading into the White House.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Next photo, we've got me in front of the famous
- 4:48Speaker 3: pose of President.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Trump saying fight, Fight Fight. I had to get that picture.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Come on.
- 4:54Speaker 3: In the past, I've had pictures in front of the
- 4:57Speaker 3: paintings of Washington and Lincoln and UH and and John F.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Kennedy.
- 5:03Speaker 3: But this was a photo with fight fight fight of
- 5:06Speaker 3: President Donald J.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Trump.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I think it it Trump's excuse the pun Washington and Lincoln,
- 5:13Speaker 3: the three amigos. There's me and Governor Rod Blagoyevitch, former
- 5:17Speaker 3: governor of Illinois, who's become a really close friend of mine.
- 5:20Speaker 3: And he was railroaded and persecuted by Obama and put
- 5:24Speaker 3: in prison for no reason. And he's a great guy.
- 5:27Speaker 3: And I found out the whole story when I sat
- 5:28Speaker 3: at dinner.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:30Speaker 3: There was they put him in prison for what they
- 5:32Speaker 3: said was basically asking for a bribe for a Senate seat.
- 5:36Speaker 3: You know who was he asking for the Senate seat
- 5:38Speaker 3: and offering the bribe Barack Obama that the end result
- 5:42Speaker 3: was it was either gonna be Obama or Rod.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Who went to prison.
- 5:47Speaker 3: And Obama turned to evidence first and ratted on Rod
- 5:51Speaker 3: and made sure that Rod got blamed for everything, even
- 5:53Speaker 3: though he's the one that made the phone call and
- 5:56Speaker 3: asked for the Senate seat to.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Be given to a specific person.
- 5:59Speaker 3: No money ever changed hands, there was no bribery, but
- 6:02Speaker 3: someone was going to jail and it could have been Obama.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Instead he went to the presidency and Rod Blogoyevitch went
- 6:07Speaker 3: to prison. Obama is a piece of garbage.
- 6:10Speaker 2: What else can I say?
- 6:11Speaker 3: But it's me, Governor Rod Blogoyevitch, Blago and doctor Oz
- 6:15Speaker 3: who's in charge of Medicare a Medicaid for the United
- 6:18Speaker 3: States of American. Of course, before that was a huge TV
- 6:21Speaker 3: star with his own talk show. Next, there's me and
- 6:25Speaker 3: Roger Stone, always impeccably dressed. I just bought a suit
- 6:28Speaker 3: in a jacket and I think seven shirts from the
- 6:30Speaker 3: Roger Stone collection. So he told me that Scott Bessett,
- 6:34Speaker 3: the Treasury Secretary, just bought like eight suits for his collection.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Of course, I'm not a billionaire. Scott Bessett is a billionaire,
- 6:40Speaker 3: so he could buy eight suits. I bought one suit,
- 6:42Speaker 3: one jacket from the Roger Stone collection. But he is
- 6:45Speaker 3: a great dresser. He's in charge of the World's Best
- 6:48Speaker 3: Dressed Men list. He put me on it two years
- 6:51Speaker 3: ago and I hope to be on it again and
- 6:53Speaker 3: Roger Stone and I there's.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Me and Cindy.
- 6:55Speaker 3: That's the shot because that just represents the White House again.
- 7:00Speaker 3: I know this show is a simulky as some of
- 7:02Speaker 3: you are listening on the radio. I can't help, but
- 7:04Speaker 3: you want to switch to the TV version of the show,
- 7:07Speaker 3: Go to Rumble dot com, go to the Gateway Pundit
- 7:10Speaker 3: dot com. Right at the top, click on it and watch.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Go to accue me, Patriot dot tv. I always want
- 7:18Speaker 3: to say Liberty TV. I don't know why, Patriot dot tv.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Or go to Root from America dot com and at
- 7:24Speaker 3: the top it says Watchway on TV or Watchwayne's podcast.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Shows you all the ways to connect.
- 7:28Speaker 3: But I'm trying to be as graphics as I can,
- 7:30Speaker 3: so even on radio you can enjoy it. That's me
- 7:32Speaker 3: and Cindy in the shot that represents the White House
- 7:35Speaker 3: at Christmas the most, So I love that shot. Maybe
- 7:38Speaker 3: we'll put that on our Christmas card. There's me and
- 7:41Speaker 3: Cindy as we say goodbye for the night from the
- 7:43Speaker 3: White House. Just it was a wonderful time. We had
- 7:46Speaker 3: a great trip.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I don't know where. There are other photos as well.
- 7:49Speaker 3: There's Cindy with doctor Oz. Doctor Oz the ladies man.
- 7:51Speaker 3: He loves Cindy. He thinks Cindy's beautiful. You know, something
- 7:54Speaker 3: is something in common with all the men at the
- 7:55Speaker 3: White House. Rod Blagoyevitch, Wayne Rude, doctor Oz, Donald Trump,
- 8:00Speaker 3: Bobby Kennedy. We all our ladies met. We love beautiful women.
- 8:03Speaker 3: You know what that makes us normal? All American men
- 8:07Speaker 3: as opposed to everyone of the obamministration. Men who like men,
- 8:11Speaker 3: men who like themselves to be women, the weirdest people
- 8:16Speaker 3: in the world in the Obama administration. In this administration,
- 8:19Speaker 3: we're all normal, healthy, all American men. Doctor Roz loves
- 8:23Speaker 3: to be in photos with Cindy. Next photo anything else?
- 8:26Speaker 2: Are we kind of out of him?
- 8:27Speaker 3: Me with Rod Blogoyevitch Blago, We went to dinner afterwards.
- 8:31Speaker 3: He got to know Cindy and I really well. We
- 8:34Speaker 3: think of ourselves as good friends, but we'd only seen
- 8:36Speaker 3: each other on the TV show. That was the first
- 8:38Speaker 3: time I ever met him in person, and we both
- 8:40Speaker 3: said the same thing. We felt like we've been friends
- 8:42Speaker 3: our entire lives. It was so weird that we never
- 8:45Speaker 3: actually met in person. And there were other photos too
- 8:50Speaker 3: that did not go through. I sent a more to
- 8:52Speaker 3: David and they both said, did not go through, and
- 8:54Speaker 3: that's why you never saw anymore. It was me with
- 8:56Speaker 3: Terrence Williams, the comedian. He's a black conservative commie. Think
- 9:00Speaker 3: he's fantastic.
- 9:01Speaker 2: And it was me. What was the last one?
- 9:03Speaker 3: It was me, me, me, me, me, me with I
- 9:05Speaker 3: cannot remember who. There was one more really good one
- 9:08Speaker 3: and I can't remember who it was. I tried to
- 9:10Speaker 3: send it through, but it didn't go through.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Oh oh, me with Laura Lumer. That's what it was,
- 9:14Speaker 2: me with Laura Lumer.
- 9:16Speaker 3: President Trump introduced to the crowd his entire cabinet, and
- 9:20Speaker 3: then he introduced Wayne Alan Roots. You have that video
- 9:24Speaker 3: of President Trump introducing Wayne Alan.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Route either real power in terms of the media.
- 9:35Speaker 2: And from day one with me, all right, what an honor?
- 9:54Speaker 3: I mean, he always introduces me at Trump rallies in
- 9:56Speaker 3: Las Vegas, but he's never introduced me at the White
- 9:59Speaker 3: House with his cabinet in attendance, and all his biggest
- 10:03Speaker 3: supporters and donors in attendance.
- 10:05Speaker 2: It was the most star stunned crowd you've ever seen.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Bobby Kennedy was there, and the Attorney General of the
- 10:11Speaker 3: United States was there. Pam Bondi and the FBI director
- 10:14Speaker 3: you saw was there and kibitzing with me, and just
- 10:18Speaker 3: everybody that was anybody. Don Trump Junior was there announcing
- 10:21Speaker 3: his engagement. But he's never introduced me at the White
- 10:24Speaker 3: House of the United States of America. And what a
- 10:27Speaker 3: great honor. Thank you, thank you, thank you. He also
- 10:30Speaker 3: introduced Laura Lumer, by the way, who's been a great
- 10:32Speaker 3: advisor to.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Him, just like I have.
- 10:33Speaker 3: And Laura Lumer, he introduced her as just getting engaged
- 10:37Speaker 3: and her boyfriend about to be her husband was with her,
- 10:40Speaker 3: so he wished her well. So congratulations, Laura Lumer. So
- 10:43Speaker 3: it was a great day at the White House. And
- 10:46Speaker 3: let me go over just real quick, what he said
- 10:48Speaker 3: about me that matters to me.
- 10:50Speaker 2: First of all, he set a powerhouse in the media.
- 10:52Speaker 2: That's a wonderful thing to hear. Thank you.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I'm honored, mister President. But more important, he talks about loyalty.
- 10:58Speaker 3: That's the most important thing to him, said, you know,
- 11:00Speaker 3: you've been with me for the first day. Actually before
- 11:03Speaker 3: the first day, I was of recommend that he run
- 11:05Speaker 3: for president and encouraged him to run for president.
- 11:07Speaker 2: He said, I'll remember it forever. I never forget those things.
- 11:09Speaker 3: So thank you, President Trump. He also said, you got
- 11:12Speaker 3: some good real estate there. I got in the front.
- 11:14Speaker 2: That was smart. I moved right to the front.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Doctor Oz and Bobby Kennedy were so far in the
- 11:17Speaker 3: back you couldn't even see him. They raised their hands.
- 11:19Speaker 3: He's like, where are you. Oh my god, you're wait
- 11:21Speaker 3: in the back. Wayne Root, you got great real estate.
- 11:23Speaker 3: I was right there in front. I knew the right
- 11:25Speaker 3: spot to stand. So it was a great, great night
- 11:28Speaker 3: at the White House. But I'm burned out as could
- 11:30Speaker 3: be and jet land as could be.
- 11:32Speaker 2: But I'm here.
- 11:33Speaker 3: I'm here on war Zone, the official podcast of the
- 11:36Speaker 3: Gateway pun And now I'll talk about all the news

- 15:24Speaker 3: views for the second year in a row, headed for
- 15:26Speaker 3: I don't know one point two one point three billion.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Page views this year, way up over last year.
- 15:32Speaker 3: Just keeps growing even though Google and all these other
- 15:34Speaker 3: companies are shadow banning and cutting off all access to
- 15:38Speaker 3: the Gateway punit and to Wayne Root. So why I've
- 15:41Speaker 3: got one hundred million dollar lawsuit against Google, on hundred
- 15:44Speaker 3: million dollar lawsuit against Stanford University had coordinated it all,
- 15:46Speaker 3: one hundred million doll lawsuit against all the big players
- 15:49Speaker 3: in social media.
- 15:52Speaker 2: This is the funniest story.
- 15:53Speaker 3: White House installs plaques under the presidential portraits on the
- 15:57Speaker 3: White House Walk of Fame, and they roast Joe Biden
- 16:01Speaker 3: and Barack Obama because what they've done it's the it's
- 16:05Speaker 3: the Walk of Fame in the White House Rose Garden
- 16:08Speaker 3: with portraits of all forty seven presidents displayed, and he
- 16:13Speaker 3: replaced the photo forty forty five is Trump, forty seven
- 16:17Speaker 3: is Trump? Forty six is supposed to be Joe Biden,
- 16:21Speaker 3: but it's just a photo of an auto pen.
- 16:24Speaker 2: And he decided just to not just leave it at that.
- 16:28Speaker 3: He actually they just the White House reporters noted this
- 16:31Speaker 3: morning that he's placed plaques under the photographs with his
- 16:36Speaker 3: own twist on the biographies of the president's and under Biden,
- 16:41Speaker 3: he puts sleepy Joe Biden by far the worst president
- 16:45Speaker 3: in America's history.
- 16:47Speaker 2: And under Obama, he highlights the word.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Who's sin Barack, who's saying Obama highlights who's sane? And
- 16:55Speaker 3: he says one of the most divisive political figures in
- 16:59Speaker 3: America's history.
- 17:01Speaker 2: So he's got his own twist on everything.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Uh.
- 17:04Speaker 2: He also mentions the stolen twenty twenty election.
- 17:08Speaker 5: Uh.
- 17:08Speaker 3: He also says Biden's got severe mental decline and then
- 17:16Speaker 3: just says, despite it all, President Trump would get re
- 17:19Speaker 3: elected in a landslide and save America.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Trump is funny. He is funny. If you don't appreciate
- 17:27Speaker 2: his humor, you're you're just out in left field. Left field.
- 17:30Speaker 2: See you're left winger.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Here is the craziest uh story of the day. And
- 17:36Speaker 3: Obama judge lavishly praises an illegal alien who raped and
- 17:44Speaker 3: sodomized a helpless woman with cerebral pusley cerebral palsy and
- 17:51Speaker 3: refuses to add more years to his sentence. A wicked judge.
- 17:57Speaker 3: I mean, these are sick people. She might as well
- 17:59Speaker 3: ride in on a broom. So the Detroit News reported
- 18:04Speaker 3: Friday in a violet illegal alien from Honduras who sexually
- 18:08Speaker 3: assaulted a woman with cerebral palsy in a Michigan laundry
- 18:11Speaker 3: room will be released from prison as early as July
- 18:14Speaker 3: twenty twenty eight, less than three years for now thanks
- 18:17Speaker 3: to a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama. The guy's
- 18:20Speaker 3: name is edies Renon Membreno Diaz, illegal thirty year old
- 18:25Speaker 3: previously caught sneaking into the USA seven times since twenty nineteen,
- 18:30Speaker 3: pleaded guilty in twenty twenty two to sexually assaulting the woman.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Sentenced by Judge Judith Levy in August twenty twenty four
- 18:37Speaker 3: a time served.
- 18:38Speaker 2: She had the opportunity to serve two more years.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I should say to add two more years to a sentence,
- 18:44Speaker 3: but declined to do so.
- 18:46Speaker 2: But not only did Levy I'm Jewish, I could say
- 18:50Speaker 2: this a liberal Jewish witch.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Not only did a mentally ill liberal Jewish witch probably
- 18:57Speaker 3: went to an Ivy League school.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Nothing worse love Jewish people.
- 19:01Speaker 3: I can't stand liberal Ivy League Jewish communists.
- 19:05Speaker 2: That's what this woman is.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Not only did Levy refuse to add more years to
- 19:09Speaker 3: ds sentence, but she openly praised him buttari.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Raped and sodomized a wom with cerebral policy.
- 19:17Speaker 3: She openly praised him for being an ambassador for living
- 19:20Speaker 3: up to our immigration restrictions.
- 19:22Speaker 2: And for his.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Family, devotion and willingness to perform work that Americans find undesirable.
- 19:30Speaker 3: I know I can't say this, what the f I'd
- 19:33Speaker 3: love to say what I'd love to say the word,
- 19:35Speaker 3: what the f?
- 19:36Speaker 5: Are?
- 19:37Speaker 2: These people? Insane?
- 19:39Speaker 3: Insane and Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tritia McLaughlin on Saturday
- 19:44Speaker 3: called the decision unspeakable, unspeakable depravity, and truly wicked. This
- 19:50Speaker 3: judge is a piece of garbage and should be sent

- 23:16Speaker 3: is a global investment and economic newsletter.
- 23:19Speaker 2: It's the best in the business.
- 23:21Speaker 3: I'm a witness for twenty two years now that it's
- 23:23Speaker 3: the best since he started it in two thousand and three.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Kip Herrid started in two thousand and three.
- 23:30Speaker 3: His top performing recommendations have beaten the market eighteen out
- 23:33Speaker 3: of twenty one years, and this year, which is two
- 23:36Speaker 3: weeks ago, we can officially say now nineteen out of
- 23:39Speaker 3: twenty two years, almost ninety percent of the time he
- 23:41Speaker 3: beats the market.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Nobody can say that.
- 23:44Speaker 3: There was an article and I believe was Baron's ninety
- 23:47Speaker 3: percent of all money market managers lose to the stock market.
- 23:50Speaker 3: This guy beats the market ninety percent of the time.
- 23:53Speaker 3: That means he beats money market managers one hundred percent
- 23:55Speaker 3: of the time. His portfolio as of the end of
- 23:58Speaker 3: the third quarter was up forty one in eight percent
- 24:00Speaker 3: this year I'm a witness for all these twenty two years.
- 24:03Speaker 2: It's like this all the time. He is amazing.

- 24:22Speaker 3: on what we should invest in. My whole portfolio is
- 24:26Speaker 3: built around his picks, and I was up forty one
- 24:28Speaker 3: plus percent as of the end of the third quarter.

- 24:48Speaker 3: Peter Tickton, who's an attorney and founder of Tickton Law Group.
- 24:52Speaker 3: His website is Legalbrains dot com Legal Brains dot com.
- 24:58Speaker 3: He's the author of What Makes Trump tick I wrote
- 25:01Speaker 3: the book Trump Rules. We seem to be running in
- 25:03Speaker 3: equal circles. He's a good man, and I believe, if
- 25:07Speaker 3: I'm not mistaken, we come from the same place, and
- 25:09Speaker 3: we went to the same college, and we got a
- 25:11Speaker 3: lot of things in commed He's a good man, Peter Tickton.
- 25:13Speaker 3: We also have in common that I'm a big fan
- 25:15Speaker 3: of Tina Peters and you're her attorney who's doing a
- 25:18Speaker 3: great job.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Welcome to the show.
- 25:20Speaker 5: Thank you so much. It's a pleasure for being here.
- 25:23Speaker 3: We have weird things. We run in weird circles. You've
- 25:26Speaker 3: been on a few times now, and I'm always amazed
- 25:28Speaker 3: that we have so many.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Things in common.
- 25:30Speaker 3: So I just, for no particular reason, last week, I
- 25:35Speaker 3: just decided to write a column about Tina Peters and say,
- 25:37Speaker 3: President Trump, you've got to do something now. The woman
- 25:40Speaker 3: could die in prison. I know you've worked onne this.
- 25:42Speaker 3: You've spoken to him so many times, and you've made
- 25:45Speaker 3: the case. And I made the case and I sent
- 25:47Speaker 3: it to him last Thursday, and that later that day
- 25:50Speaker 3: he came out and said, I've pardoned Tina Peters. The
- 25:53Speaker 3: problem is, I don't know, you know, certainly they don't
- 25:57Speaker 3: believe that a federal pardon applies to.
- 26:00Speaker 2: A state crime, a state conviction.
- 26:02Speaker 3: So I don't think Trump's pardon is going to mean
- 26:05Speaker 3: anything as of now.
- 26:07Speaker 2: It doesn't.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Do you think the dog could make the case that
- 26:10Speaker 3: a federal pardon does apply to a state crunt.
- 26:15Speaker 6: Well, it's not going to be up to the DOJ
- 26:18Speaker 6: to do that. It's going to be up to my
- 26:21Speaker 6: legal team and me for Dana Peters to do that. Okay,
- 26:26Speaker 6: And you know, we've got quite a team. I mean,
- 26:28Speaker 6: we've got Patrick McSweeney, you know, Bobston, Carr, John Case,
- 26:32Speaker 6: Stephanie Lambert, and myself, you know, as the team leader.
- 26:38Speaker 6: So you know, I'm pretty sure that we have a
- 26:41Speaker 6: really good case for it, because it's true, you know.
- 26:44Speaker 6: And it's kind of funny because a month ago, I
- 26:47Speaker 6: would have said the same thing that they're saying. Because
- 26:51Speaker 6: when you read the Constitution, we're talking about Article two,
- 26:54Speaker 6: Section two, paragraph one, the Constitution basically says that he
- 26:59Speaker 6: meeting the President can issue a pardon for offenses against
- 27:05Speaker 6: the United States.
- 27:07Speaker 5: So what does that mean to you?
- 27:08Speaker 6: What does it mean to anybody in the twenty first century?
- 27:12Speaker 6: The United States is a great country, and we think
- 27:18Speaker 6: of the country, we think of the federal aspect of
- 27:22Speaker 6: the United States when we think of the United States,
- 27:26Speaker 6: you know, so you know, if I were to talk
- 27:29Speaker 6: about the United States, I say it is a great
- 27:31Speaker 6: country because I'm talking about the federal aspects of it.
- 27:34Speaker 5: I'm talking about the country.
- 27:37Speaker 6: But before the Civil War and even through it, that's
- 27:42Speaker 6: not the way.
- 27:43Speaker 5: People thought of the United States.
- 27:46Speaker 6: You know, state, a nation, country, they're all synonymous those words.
- 27:51Speaker 6: So we could have been called the United Nations. We
- 27:53Speaker 6: could have been called the United States as we were,
- 27:57Speaker 6: or the United countries.
- 27:59Speaker 5: And if you to think of, you.
- 28:01Speaker 6: Know, put yourself in the mentality of how it must
- 28:04Speaker 6: have been for our founders at the time that they
- 28:08Speaker 6: wrote the Constitution and decided that the leader of the
- 28:13Speaker 6: country should have the right to make pardons. At that time,
- 28:16Speaker 6: there were no federal laws to pardon except one was
- 28:20Speaker 6: created in the Article three, section three in regard to treason.
- 28:27Speaker 6: But even there, when they're talking about it, they spoke differently.
- 28:30Speaker 6: They didn't speak of the United States as it it
- 28:33Speaker 6: spoke of the United States, and there their enemies, not
- 28:40Speaker 6: its enemies. And this distinction in terms of these problem
- 28:44Speaker 6: pronouns are really important because they really show what we're
- 28:49Speaker 6: talking about before you know, the Civil War.
- 28:52Speaker 5: Was a horrendous war.
- 28:54Speaker 6: Seven hundred and fifty thousand lives were taken, you know
- 28:57Speaker 6: these we used to think it was six hundred thousand
- 28:59Speaker 6: or six fifty, but they upgraded that somehow in the
- 29:01Speaker 6: last years, and it's seven hundred and fifty thousand lives.
- 29:05Speaker 3: People are realized here, that's the most in history, much
- 29:07Speaker 3: more than World War Two for American lives, much.
- 29:09Speaker 6: More, much more than much more than World War two,
- 29:13Speaker 6: much more than World War One, much more.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Vietnam was fifty eight.
- 29:16Speaker 6: Thousand lives, right, So you know, when you put these
- 29:19Speaker 6: numbers together, I don't think they were more than that
- 29:22Speaker 6: in World War One, World War two, and Vietnam.
- 29:25Speaker 2: All come together, yeah, coombineent.
- 29:29Speaker 6: And also we're talking about out of a population that
- 29:32Speaker 6: was much smaller.
- 29:33Speaker 5: We were only one hundred million at the time.
- 29:34Speaker 3: So if I understand this argument, Peter, what you're really
- 29:37Speaker 3: saying is when the founders came up with this idea
- 29:39Speaker 3: of the pardon, they weren't seeing the United States as
- 29:43Speaker 3: the country, the United States of America. They were saying
- 29:45Speaker 3: the United States, I mean these states, these these colonies together.
- 29:49Speaker 5: Right exactly. That's what it meant.
- 29:52Speaker 6: So if I were to read it the way it
- 29:54Speaker 6: was meant and put in a word to just to
- 29:56Speaker 6: make it make sense, it's you know that he has
- 30:00Speaker 6: right to pardon all of the offenses against any or
- 30:06Speaker 6: all of the states in the United States. In other words,
- 30:11Speaker 6: you know, let's just say, you know, there was a
- 30:12Speaker 6: new country that started Bolivia and Ecuador, and let's say
- 30:16Speaker 6: four countries in South America decided to get together and
- 30:20Speaker 6: call themselves the United Countries of South America, right, and
- 30:24Speaker 6: the president had the right to pardon anyone in the
- 30:29Speaker 6: United Countries of South America. You'd be thinking at that
- 30:32Speaker 6: time of the countries because the countries were all right,
- 30:36Speaker 6: I mean when we and yeah, at the time of
- 30:38Speaker 6: the Revolutionary War. Right after the Revolutionary War, we we changed,
- 30:44Speaker 6: you know, we we were colonies and each top colony
- 30:48Speaker 6: turned into.
- 30:49Speaker 5: A state into a nation. I get its own, right, You're.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Gonna have to make that argument. I get it, I
- 30:54Speaker 2: get it.
- 30:55Speaker 3: But I mean the questions will be arguing for the
- 30:57Speaker 3: liberal judges in Colorado, who don't care how good you are,
- 31:00Speaker 3: is going to just say no, no, no, no no.
- 31:02Speaker 2: You know, that's the.
- 31:03Speaker 6: Problem, exactly exactly and that's what I'm anticipating, and and
- 31:07Speaker 6: our whole team has gone through this whole analysis as
- 31:10Speaker 6: to what we need to do, and what we're doing.
- 31:13Speaker 5: Is we're we're we have two proms.
- 31:18Speaker 6: We're going to commence an action, hopefully this week in
- 31:23Speaker 6: the Federal Court in Denver or declaratory relief, so that
- 31:29Speaker 6: the court will be able to rule as to the
- 31:31Speaker 6: fact that the pardon is a good pardon or not.
- 31:35Speaker 5: It doesn't matter what they say.
- 31:37Speaker 6: Whoever loses is definitely going to appeal to the ten
- 31:39Speaker 6: Circuit Court of Appeals, and it doesn't matter what they
- 31:42Speaker 6: say because.
- 31:43Speaker 5: We're actually going to have to take this to the
- 31:45Speaker 5: previous Streme Court, of course.
- 31:46Speaker 6: But the thing that's good about it, it's all the
- 31:48Speaker 6: illegal argument. There's no facts that need to be proven,
- 31:51Speaker 6: so we'll be able to make this thing happen with
- 31:54Speaker 6: either emotion for judgment on the pleadings or emotion for
- 31:58Speaker 6: summary judgment, one way that we'll be able to move
- 32:00Speaker 6: this thing very quickly. And at the same time, we
- 32:05Speaker 6: have an appeal that we're supposed to argue in the
- 32:07Speaker 6: State Court in Colorado, but with us saying that there
- 32:11Speaker 6: are no charges that are outstanding at this time, and
- 32:15Speaker 6: the State of Colorado saying, oh, yes, there are, because
- 32:19Speaker 6: the pardon doesn't mean anything. What we have now is
- 32:23Speaker 6: an appellate court, the Court of Appeals in Colorado is
- 32:26Speaker 6: going to have to decide whether they have an appeal
- 32:29Speaker 6: to hear the argument dawn, or whether there's no appeal
- 32:32Speaker 6: left because the charges are gone because of the part.
- 32:35Speaker 5: So you know, so that's the better way to go.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Hey, Peter, let me ask you a question. Let me
- 32:40Speaker 2: ask you a question.
- 32:41Speaker 3: First of all, do you have time to wait through
- 32:43Speaker 3: the break and come back for another segment, because I'd
- 32:45Speaker 3: like to go into a whole bunch of other Tina
- 32:47Speaker 3: Peters legal legal talk. There is a bunch of legal
- 32:50Speaker 3: questions I've got for you that I think are kind
- 32:52Speaker 3: of interesting. You have another five minutes or so to
- 32:55Speaker 3: give me another.
- 32:56Speaker 5: Segment, Yes, all right, yeah, absolutely, all right.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Right, so wait through the break, but be ready to
- 33:00Speaker 3: answer this question.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Let me give you the question right now, we pose
- 33:03Speaker 2: it to you.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Why can't President Trump and his DOJ say that the
- 33:07Speaker 3: twenty twenty election we believe was stolen and she was
- 33:10Speaker 3: a witness to the stolen election, thereby making her a
- 33:13Speaker 3: member of WITSEC, of the Witness Protection program of the
- 33:16Speaker 3: federal government, and we.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Want her right now.
- 33:19Speaker 3: She's a witness protected by the federal government. We want
- 33:22Speaker 3: Tina Peters out of that prison right now. Answer that
- 33:25Speaker 3: we get back, Wayne Delarute with Peter Tickton.
- 33:27Speaker 2: We'll be right back talking about Tina Peters.
- 33:33Speaker 3: All right, we're joined by Colin Gage, CEO of ar
- 33:37Speaker 3: MR Sciences. We have a fetanyl crisis in the United States,
- 33:42Speaker 3: a full blown crisis, and your company is doing something
- 33:46Speaker 3: about it. What are the solutions that ar MR is
- 33:49Speaker 3: developing to deal with fetnyl?
- 33:52Speaker 7: Yeah, thanks for having me on, Wayne. So we are
- 33:54Speaker 7: developing the first ever long lasting preventative countermeasure against fentonol
- 34:00Speaker 7: well and potentially against fentantol two point zero, three point
- 34:03Speaker 7: zero and four point zero. And we could talk more about.
- 34:05Speaker 2: That and how do these solutions work?
- 34:09Speaker 7: Very straightforward. So we work with the body's immune system
- 34:12Speaker 7: to generate a protective immune response against fentanyl. That protective
- 34:16Speaker 7: immune response binds to the fentanyl molecule and prevents it
- 34:20Speaker 7: from attacking your brain. If fentanyl doesn't attack your brain,
- 34:23Speaker 7: you don't have an overdose. It's as simple as that.
- 34:26Speaker 3: So who would receive these solutions? And who are your
- 34:28Speaker 3: primary end care users?
- 34:32Speaker 5: Good question.
- 34:32Speaker 7: We want this to be available as an option to
- 34:35Speaker 7: military first responders. And frankly, all those teenagers, ados, ands, etc.
- 34:40Speaker 7: College students who are experimenting with drugs. There's no reason
- 34:44Speaker 7: that we should be having twenty two high school age
- 34:46Speaker 7: students die every single week from fentanyl overdose. These students
- 34:50Speaker 7: are being poisoned and we.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Want to end that.
- 34:53Speaker 3: Ultimately, How can ARMR Sciences help ensure that America is prepared, protected,
- 34:58Speaker 3: and resilient against the threat of fetanyl?
- 35:02Speaker 7: So preparation and protection are our entire ethos. We want
- 35:06Speaker 7: to provide a shield against fenthanol and we're doing that
- 35:09Speaker 7: by working with the body, by working with what we
- 35:12Speaker 7: have available to ensure that people have a defense against
- 35:16Speaker 7: these drugs. Rather than just reacting to these overdoses, why
- 35:20Speaker 7: not prevent them altogether. That's our entire missions to prevent
- 35:23Speaker 7: versus react.
- 35:25Speaker 3: And are you planning to go public and if so,
- 35:27Speaker 3: why should investors invest in ar MR Sciences?
- 35:32Speaker 7: Yeah, so we are.
- 35:33Speaker 1: We are.
- 35:34Speaker 7: We are planning to go public in twenty twenty six,
- 35:38Speaker 7: likely in Q one or Q two of twenty twenty six.
- 35:40Speaker 7: This is a big mission and we need to unify
- 35:43Speaker 7: and get behind this. So we want to work with
- 35:45Speaker 7: every investor out there to make sure that this has
- 35:48Speaker 7: the best possible chance of success. So, you know, I
- 35:50Speaker 7: encourage everyone, anyone who's interested in participating ahead of our

- 37:56Speaker 3: Peters with kind of an OJ Simpson all star lineup
- 37:59Speaker 3: of great lawyers. Sounds fabulous, So answer that question for me.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Why couldn't she be in WITSEC? Why couldn't Trump declare
- 38:08Speaker 3: that tomorrow or Trump's DOJ declare tomorrow, PIMBONDI declare tomorrow,
- 38:14Speaker 3: and we get her out of that prison, out of
- 38:15Speaker 3: Colorado's hands.
- 38:18Speaker 5: Well, they can.
- 38:19Speaker 6: You know the fact is that the prison isn't necessarily
- 38:22Speaker 6: going to cooperate with anything that they do.
- 38:25Speaker 5: So then what do they do?
- 38:26Speaker 6: You know, they don't want to put themselves into a
- 38:28Speaker 6: box where they can where they can look weak, or
- 38:31Speaker 6: where they can where they can lose out. I mean, ultimately,
- 38:34Speaker 6: we know we're going to get her out one way
- 38:36Speaker 6: or the other, because because she's not just that she's
- 38:40Speaker 6: not guilty, because there's playing a guilty of innocent people
- 38:43Speaker 6: in the prisons, but because we have a very good
- 38:48Speaker 6: viable appeal. I mean, this judge didn't let her even
- 38:51Speaker 6: have her have her defense is hurt.
- 38:54Speaker 5: But you're right. I mean I would love to see that.
- 38:57Speaker 6: I mean, would I ever love to see the president
- 39:01Speaker 6: make her or his DJ make her a witness and
- 39:06Speaker 6: the witness protection program where they then have every right
- 39:09Speaker 6: to go in there and get her out.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Could they turn that down? In Colorado? The prison could
- 39:15Speaker 2: turn that down too.
- 39:15Speaker 3: I mean, in all the years I watched him in order,
- 39:18Speaker 3: they always get mad when someone's declared whitset because he's
- 39:21Speaker 3: a twelve time murderer. But he's going up against the
- 39:24Speaker 3: mafia boss. They have to let him out, and they
- 39:26Speaker 3: get mad, right, right, they get mad, but they do it.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I mean they wouldn't do it if if Trump did that,
- 39:32Speaker 3: they wouldn't even cooperate let her go.
- 39:36Speaker 5: You know, Colorado is a fall on state.
- 39:40Speaker 6: Yeah's a state that that's being run by the people
- 39:43Speaker 6: that have the crooked elections.
- 39:45Speaker 5: I mean, look at what're talking about.
- 39:46Speaker 6: You're talking about a lady that's that what what a
- 39:50Speaker 6: crime that she imaged the hard drive of a computer
- 39:53Speaker 6: to crazy deserve evidence. So she she's preserving the truth
- 39:57Speaker 6: and the people that put her in there.
- 40:00Speaker 5: Hiding, you know, basically they're hiding the truth. Peter, you know,
- 40:04Speaker 5: destroy the evidence. I mean we know that.
- 40:06Speaker 3: That's why, Peter, you know, you know, I'm Jewish, right,
- 40:09Speaker 3: they call Jewish guilt. I'm living this great life. I'm
- 40:12Speaker 3: living a great life. Right, it's Christmas, it's Hanukah. I'm
- 40:15Speaker 3: out here fighting for Trump, fighting for America. You're fighting
- 40:18Speaker 3: for Trump. You're fighting for America. We are living a
- 40:21Speaker 3: great life. And she's rotting away in a prison I
- 40:23Speaker 3: feel such sorrow and guilt about it, I really do.
- 40:28Speaker 5: Oh, it's it's worse than that. She's in solitary confinement
- 40:31Speaker 5: down terrible, she could die.
- 40:33Speaker 6: These people, these people are just horrible, horrible, And look
- 40:38Speaker 6: at who they are.
- 40:39Speaker 5: I mean, look at what they're doing. Right, Who's the
- 40:42Speaker 5: real criminal, the one that wiped out the data out
- 40:45Speaker 5: of the machines?
- 40:47Speaker 6: You know, Jenna Brisbold, she is a criminal.
- 40:52Speaker 5: She violated federal laws.
- 40:54Speaker 6: She needs to be not only investigated, she needs to
- 40:57Speaker 6: be charged.
- 40:58Speaker 5: It's like the mafia.
- 41:00Speaker 2: This is the mafia. It's it's the communist mafia of Colorado.
- 41:05Speaker 6: Well, yeah, move together with divinyon Machines, because don't forget
- 41:08Speaker 6: it was actually Dominion Machines that told her to charge
- 41:12Speaker 6: Tina Peters.
- 41:14Speaker 5: So I didn't know these emails.
- 41:16Speaker 2: I didn't even know emails. Incredible, incredible.
- 41:20Speaker 3: So so, I mean, is there anything that you wish
- 41:23Speaker 3: President Trump could do?
- 41:24Speaker 2: You know, I don't know. You maybe talk to more
- 41:26Speaker 2: than I do. I don't know.
- 41:27Speaker 3: But I send them all my columns, I send them
- 41:29Speaker 3: all my letters, and he reads everything. I know.
- 41:31Speaker 5: I know I can ask for his office. I can't
- 41:34Speaker 5: quite do that yet.
- 41:35Speaker 6: But you know the fact is, you know you're I. I.
- 41:40Speaker 5: You know I. You have a tremendous access.
- 41:44Speaker 2: I got a pipeline to him.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Is there anything I can save on her behalf or
- 41:48Speaker 3: your behalf that you want me to say to them,
- 41:50Speaker 3: because I'll send the letter this afternoon tonight, you know,
- 41:53Speaker 3: send it to me.
- 41:54Speaker 5: One thing we know.
- 41:55Speaker 6: One thing we know about Donald Trump is he has
- 41:57Speaker 6: the courage of his convictions. If he decides he wants
- 42:01Speaker 6: to do something, he's going to do it. And you've
- 42:03Speaker 6: got no leader in this world that doesn't at least
- 42:06Speaker 6: have to think twice or three times before saying no
- 42:09Speaker 6: to Donald Trump. You know, people don't say no to
- 42:12Speaker 6: Donald Trump. You got this pip speak of a governor
- 42:15Speaker 6: who's in there, you know, and.
- 42:18Speaker 2: He just did.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Colorado just said no to President Trump. The leaders of
- 42:22Speaker 3: the world don't say no, and he said no.
- 42:25Speaker 5: Tell me I understand.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Look, Peter, Peter, here's the deal.

- 42:58Speaker 3: dream team like the OJ team to get Tina out
- 43:01Speaker 3: of prison.
- 43:02Speaker 2: Except OJ was a murder at Tina never did anything wrong.
