CCP’s SECRET WAR on America—Military Insider Sounds the ALARM! w/ Matthew Newgent · Man in America Podcast

• 0:15
Seth Holehouse: Welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Hullhouse. Right now on the public square of Twitter, we're seeing a mass expose of all of the evils that have been used against We the People, whether it's the discussion of diving into USAID, the massive corruption within our own government, a lot of the discussions on Israel and APAC and the the control of our own, you know, politicians, the big oligarchy that's being exposed. There's this just massive uncovering, and a lot of Americans are just looking around and thinking, gosh. What does my country become?
• 0:53
But amidst this, one thing that I've seen slowly disappear from the conversation is the threat of the Chinese Communist Party. And if you know my background, then you know that this has been a very, very important part of my mission in life is to fight against communism and especially exposing the evils of the Chinese Communist Party. Now if you're new to the show, welcome, and there's the overall mission, right, is I don't wanna live in a communist country. I wanna live in a country that is bound to the rule of law established by The United States constitution as a republic. However, the threat of the CCP has not diminished.
• 1:31
And my theory is that a lot of these discussions that we're seeing online that are focusing on things other than the CCP are actually being helped and being fueled by the CCP. Not that these issues aren't true, not that there is not a massive corrupt deep state within our own government. However, we have to be able to look broad. We can't just focus on one part of this war that we're in. And so joining me today is a man named Matthew Nugent, who's, ex military super patriot that's involved in some very, very significant and key operatives to counter the Chinese Communist Party's influence and their control over key geopolitical ports, down in South America.
• 2:16
And so we're gonna be walking through some bigger picture discussions about the role the CCP, their hundred year march, the fact that they are at war against The United States, whether we know it or not, and what they're doing currently in South America. Because we've seen that Trump and Rubio have now exerted a lot of control, and they've really put their foot down to what's happening with the Panama Canal. But that's not the only key place that we should be focusing on. And so I ask you that if you do watch this interview and you enjoy it, you take something from it, please help share this because the information that we're gonna be discussing here is absolutely critical to protecting the future of this constitutional republic, The United States Of America. So please enjoy the show.
• 3:00
Mister Matthew Nugent, it is an honor to have you on the show. Thank you so much for joining us today.
• 3:05
Speaker 2: Thanks, Seth. It's great to be here. Look forward to it.
• 3:08
Seth Holehouse: So there's a lot for us to dissect today. But I think before we jump into it, just give us a little bit of your background because I think it really helps to understand your perspective and how you're coming with a lot of weight behind the words that you're saying. You're not just theorizing. You've got a lot of intelligence, a lot of access to intelligence. So just walk us through just that quick elevator pitch of of your background.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: You bet. So I'm an army veteran. I was both enlisted, and I graduated from West Point, did all the airborne ranger stuff, a couple of cool scare me badges, you know, and was an engineer officer out at Fort Bragg. Thank you, secretary Hagsa. Jumping out of airplanes, you know, did did my time.
• 3:50
And after the world went crazy in 2020, got involved kind of in the patriotic side as a civilian and became part of what is known as the MacArthur Society of West Point graduates, which is mission is to basically save West Point. And part of what we did, in fact, many many of your listeners may have heard this in the news, is that the West Point Superintendent removed the words duty, honor, country from the West Point mission statement. Thank you. And the the MacArthur Society is the society that uncovered and broke the story. We also influenced West Point to stop selling, you know, army swag whose colors are black, gray, and gold, which, by the way, are the colors of the components of gunpowder, black, gray, and gold.
• 4:40
Well, this particular month, June '20 '20 '4, they were selling army swag from West Point in pride colors. Imagine that. Well, we reached out to them through back channels and, you know, much to their credit, they stopped selling it. Okay? So we do have some communication there.
• 5:00
We appreciate that, and they're making some changes. Well, part of my job, I'm on the board. I'm I'm the vice president of donor relations. I reached out to a very good friend, a very successful business person, and he says, you know, I've invested a lot into this project. So before I kinda help you guys out, love what you're doing, he says, I'm working on this.
• 5:18
And my other life because I've lived two lives, one as a patriot and the other as an entrepreneur. I own a consulting company. And I said, hey. You know, let me check this out. And it's a port in Chile, which I will tell you, it is the Panama Canal of South America.
• 5:35
Okay? So I was looking at it. It's a great business concept. It's an important port, but I but I I brought to bear some of my team's experts, a couple of retired generals, a financial expert, a a mergers and acquisition expert, and some experts in other fields. And we realized, Seth, it's not just a great multibillion dollar idea.
• 5:56
It is a national defense imperative for The United States because you've got the CCP who's just growing their reach. And, there are a couple books from Michael Pillsbury, The Hundred Year Marathon. It's not a joke, guys. You know? And they've got the Belt and Road Initiative.
• 6:13
And to understand the Belt and Road Initiative from the CCP or the BRI for short, for your audience members, For you to understand the Belt and Road Initiative, you have to put on a military hat. You can see my my helmet here. It's called the Kevlar. That's the helmet I used to jump out of airplanes in. There's special straps on it.
• 6:35
So it it's it's been used. Okay? But you have to put on that military hat and look through a military lens. When you hear the word b r I, think of this, slow choke hold. Slow choke hold.
• 6:49
Meaning and you we've got some graphics that we're gonna share that will show just that. So what we're gonna talk about today is the CCP, their plan, and the danger of the BRI, that slow choke hold, and actions. And I've got some some intel for you too, like you said, that a lot of members of congress don't know. So I appreciate being on your show and sharing it with the audience.
• 7:12
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. And this is also this is an important discussion because if you look at Twitter, x, which I think represents a lot of the public discourse. I mean, it really is think especially now, it is the the the town square, and you see a lot of conversations, you know, being driven there. And two or three years ago, the CCP was much more heavily discussed. The threat to United States, BRI, the, a hundred year marathon, even the the leaked speech from general Qi Haoqian, which I've done extensive coverage on.
• 7:44
And you're talking about, basically, the need to wipe out a couple hundred million Americans so they can seize our land. Right? You know, kind of stuff we should be we should be aware of. But if you look at what's happening on Twitter right now, it's USAID. The whole discussion is that.
• 7:57
There's also a lot of discussion on Israel, a lot of discussion on the the oligarchy. And I don't wanna take away from those particular threats or those arrangements that people are concerned about, but what does concern me is that I find that a lot of people now if if you mention the CCP, you mention a threat to our our country.
• 8:15
  Speaker 2: Mhmm.
• 8:15
Seth Holehouse: You mentioned their infiltration, cultural Marxism. People will say, well, it's almost like CCP. They're not really a threat anymore, and it's actually it's much more owned our own deep state government, and it's Israel, and these are the things we should be worried about. And I don't wanna take away from the fact that those are things that concern me. However, I also don't think that we should just start ignoring the CCP.
• 8:36
And I think that in a lot of ways, a lot of the discourse that we're seeing that is distracting people from the CCP, even with real things, is driven by the CCP. Because what they would love most is if the American patriots became so focused on how bad our own government is that they started to ignore the fact that you have what I think is the world's most dangerous superpower at our doorstep that's slowly strangling us. And so I just wanna put that out there in framing our discussion because Mhmm. I still think that we cannot lose sight of the threat of the CCP.
• 9:13
Speaker 2: Yeah. So there's a lot to unpack there. A couple big things. When are you running for congress? And I say that, not entirely jokingly because for your audience, Seth is is talking about, you know, the big picture.
• 9:28
Let's not lose sight of what's important. There there are four main and this is from high intelligence sources, not classified. There are four main enemies that really we should be watching. Number one is the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party. Okay?
• 9:41
The second is the Muslim Brotherhood. Okay? The third is the Red Green Alliance, which is the alliance between the Muslim Brotherhood and the radical left. And the fourth, and you mentioned it, it's called the oligarchy. The oligarchy has kinda many names.
• 9:57
It's called the blob, the uniparty, WEF, World Economic Forum, and and the and the the people who are holding the strings behind. So those are four. Now, you know, x now x is is a fantastic platform now now that, Elon Musk has has opened the doors to free speech. Yeah. There are complaints that he's he's still overmanaged.
• 10:20
It's fine. It's a lot better than it was. X is a great way to capture what's going on now and the trends. No matter what the trends are, to echo what you're saying, Seth, we have to keep in mind the big picture. And so today, the CCP, this is just one, you know, sliver of the big picture.
• 10:41
So I appreciate that, really, that that there are people out there are men out there like you who are are keeping the the eye on the ball in the big picture. And, here, we're just gonna talk about one slice of it today.
• 10:54
Seth Holehouse: Exactly. Exactly. And it was interesting because even there was a couple you know, probably three or four weeks ago when TikTok, the TikTok ban took place, there was this Rednote app. Right? It was it was the Chinese version of of TikTok, basically.
• 11:09
And you had all these people, even a lot of conservative influencers that were actually going to this RedNote app, which if if you look at the actual the Chinese translation of the it was in some ways, you could translate as Little Red Book, which Little Red Book, you could argue, is one of the most destructive books ever written in the history of mankind as Mao's key propaganda tool
• 11:30
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 11:30
Seth Holehouse: Tool to create the red guards and to to overthrow, you know, the the country and and seize control of China and implement the deadliest regime that the world has ever seen responsible for the upwards of a hundred million deaths.
• 11:43
Speaker 2: Of their own people.
• 11:44
  Seth Holehouse: Exactly. Some
• 11:45
Speaker 2: that you mentioned about TikTok, and we're gonna put on a military hat here. Okay? So so much to unpack here, Seth. We'll talk about the TikTok thing. People are saying TikTok, it's scary.
• 11:57
TikTok. TikTok is a symptom of the problem. A big problem that we have. Now we're gonna we're gonna red hat this or red team this. Okay?
• 12:06
In the army, we would have an intelligence officer, and he or she would say, okay. I'm gonna act like the bad guy. I'm gonna act like the CCP, and I'm gonna think and act as if I were they. Okay? So in this case, let's red hat this a little bit or red team it.
• 12:21
Okay? And I'm gonna say, okay. I'm the CCP. What do I wanna do to impact America? Well, so much warfare now is nonkinetic.
• 12:31
Okay? There there's a there's a concept called the spectrum of war. Military hat, folks. There's kinetic warfare, which The United States, you can't beat them, and there's nonkinetic warfare, which is cultural Marxism, which is how which is the little red book, like you said, which is TikTok. It's so powerful.
• 12:49
Okay? And and our United States Of America and the Department of Defense and our culture sees warfare primarily and almost only and exclusively through kinetic warfare. Well, the Chinese know that, and they actually wrote a book, how to beat The United States, called unrestricted warfare. And it was written over twenty five years ago, and The US is just starting to catch on. So the fact is when you look at TikTok, it is a form of warfare against The United States.
• 13:16
It's only part of it. Now let's red hat further. Now what the CCP has and and our many of our enemies have is AI. Now if I wanted to influence The United States, there is going to be a conflict in the near future. The CCP, it's not hard to get.
• 13:33
They have access to all the people who are online. It's there. They're in clearing houses, all the data. Okay? What you do is this if if you're the CCP.
• 13:43
You make a list of every single member of the armed forces and their sphere of influence influence to two or three degrees, me meaning, you know, like the Kevin Bacon rule, first person, second person. Okay. To two or three degrees. You target them with messaging on their social media using AI. It's so powerful.
• 14:03
Seth, I imagine that you're pretty good. Oh, that's AI. When you're online, oh, they're trying to, you know, skew the way or or or or gaslight me. But it's difficult sometimes. Some of those videos out there, they look so realistic, but they're AI.
• 14:19
Remember this this equation. This is going back to physics. P equals m v. Mass excuse me. Momentum equals mass times velocity.
• 14:28
If you use AI and you target specifically 2,000,000 people with a message, if you move 2,000,000 people just a little bit when you got p equals m v, such a big mass, it's so powerful. We saw that in the twenty twenty election, and now it's being uncovered. USAID, those funds were being used against its own citizens. It's because president Trump disrupted these four powers, and the fourth one I mentioned is the oligarchy because all they care about is money, power, and maintaining more and getting more of both. So that said, if if the CCP were to use something like TikTok, they could also get on x, although I think Elon Musk would kinda squash that.
• 15:13
But on all our social media, use AI, target every single member of the armed forces, their second and third level of of influence. So it's it's a community. And what happens is when this next war breaks out or conflict, you will have doubt in the armed forces. And if you look at Klausowitz, who's you know, for those of you who don't don't know, he is a a German war fighter. I think it was in the late eighteen hundred, early '19 hundreds.
• 15:42
He was like a kinda like the Sun Tzu of war, but for Germany. And a lot of military strategy comes from Klausowitz. And he said the weight of morale a morale a soldier's morale is three times as powerful as that soldier's kinetic fighting ability. So imagine you've got this AI plus social media impacting in a focused operation on every single member of the armed forces.
• 16:14

• 17:30
Speaker 2: It can destroy a force from the inside out. So when you mentioned TikTok, hopefully, that's that's a problem. But The United States is so far behind in terms of of kinetic warfare. I I was gonna say AI, but I'm sorry. It's so far behind in terms of nonkinetic warfare.
• 17:48
Now as part of the McArthur Society, we actually went up to the United States Military Academy at a board of visitors meeting, and I spoke with the commandant who's actually my my West Point classmate. He's a one star general. He's a good man. We talked about I had a suggestion for him of training our soldiers in on the spectrum of war and nonkinetic warfare. And he understood it, obviously, but was a kinda little hesitant to include that.
• 18:16
And our agreement or or or our assertion is it's vital because folks like you, Seth, and other great, you know, influencers, thinkers, That type of thinking needs to be in our armed forces. Because if not, they are highly susceptible to this messaging, to AI, and it makes our entire, our department of defense susceptible to attack from within.
• 18:43
Seth Holehouse: I I couldn't agree more. And even if you're looking if if you're looking at the control of our politicians, again Mhmm. There's been a huge exposure of the role of APEC, right, with, you know, the Israel lobby and and how they're, you know, donating funds to politicians, which, you know, I'm not a fan of that. I don't like the fact that we have so many dual citizens. It's like, okay.
• 19:01
That's a separate country that doesn't have the loyalty to the United States constitution that we do.
• 19:06
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 19:07
Seth Holehouse: However Mhmm. There's been there's not been a public discussion about the nonpublic control vectors. Right? How how much blackmail? How many how many of our politicians have been honey potted by the CCP?
• 19:20
Oh, goodness. Everyone's favorite Republican to point out is McConnell. It's like, okay. Yes. He's obviously part of the uni party, but people aren't talking about the fact that he has a Chinese wife that is part of the family of a of a multi, multimillion dollar, hundred million dollar plus shipping empire that was built together with Jiang Zemin.
• 19:39
So Wow. You wanna talk about influence over politicians. Well, one of the most important Republicans that is supposed to be defending the constitution that has been undermining it just so happens to be married to an extremely powerful CCP family. Right? So people are discussing that.
• 19:55
Now one thing I'll I'll bring up again, I mentioned the seek the secret speech to general Qi Haochen. So this is on j r you know, I've done extensive coverage on this. I'll just give a a quick idea of this. So in 02/2005, The Epoch Times acquired a secret speech given by defense minister Chi Haochen to high level Communist Party cadres sometime before 02/2003. Details given in his speech coincide with the previously unpublished defector testimony on the Sino Russian military plans.
• 20:23
I wanna just look at one particular, paragraph here because for people that think that the CCP is not that much of a threat, let me look at this. They're in this speech, he's talking about the need to control US land to be able to support their own population because the CCP, China, they're in a crisis where they will not be able to feed their own population over the course of the next decade because of a lot of reasons. Right? The you know, climate, you know, change, the the real climate change. Right?
• 20:49
You know, grand solar minimum things that are affecting their ability, the pollution in their own country, etcetera. But I wanna read this because here, this guy's talking. Right? He says, it is indeed now keep in mind, this is the Chinese defense minister saying, it is indeed brutal to kill one or 200,000,000 Americans, but that is the only path that will secure a Chinese century in which the CCP leads the world. We, as revolutionary humanitarians, do not want deaths, but if history confronts us with a choice between deaths of Chinese and those of Americans, we'd have to pick the latter.
• 21:24
As for us, it is more important to safeguard the lives of the Chinese people and the life of the party. That is because, after all, we are Chinese and members of the CCP. Since the day we joined the CCP, the party, life has always been above all else. History will prove that we have made the right choice. And he talks about using race specific biological warfare to eliminate a hundred to 200,000,000 Americans.
• 21:50
So we can't overlook the fact that this is part of the doctrine of, again, what I think is the greatest military threat and the greatest superpower threat to our country. So, anyway, I wanted to frame that and and kinda get back to you and just see what your thoughts are on those.
• 22:04
Speaker 2: Well, thank you for for sharing that with me. I think I would like to share this interview with some of my, connections in congress because, what you shared with me, it it's that's the Chinese Communist Party. That's the CCP. So when I say that the BRI is a slow chokehold, it makes sense. And, also, I'm sure you're aware when we took the nose swabs to check us in that saliva and, you know, those that saliva is our DNA.
• 22:36
I've heard sources say that that DNA for every individual in The United States somehow reached the hands of the CCP, which means they could create a biological weapon aimed at a certain set of DNA, which is, listen. It it it is not fiction. It is not science fiction, and I wouldn't put it past the CP. So that said, you there are some real problems we have to face, and I I think that, divine providence have given has given us a great opportunity. With Trump in office, we have a narrow margin.
• 23:17
We I say the conservatives have, the narrow margin in the house, you know, a few a few chairs, majority in the senate, but we have to go now. We have to be bold, broad, and deep. And which brings us to, you know, kind of the main subject today of the CCP's action in Latin America to to control this this critical, you know, square on the chess game of control of Latin America. So but, Seth, I I think, we need to have several conversations. There's information we both can share with each other.
• 23:50
I would love to see that speech if you could send that to me. That would be great.
• 23:55
Seth Holehouse: Oh, I I will. Actually, I'll read one more paragraph, and then I wanna dive into the more of the geographical and geographical and and the key port you're discussing. So one of the this is, again, from the speech. He says, of the research done on genetic weapons throughout the world, Israel is the most advanced. Their genetic weapons are designed to target Arabs and protect the Israelis, but even they have not reached the stage of actual deployment.
• 24:18
We have cooperated with Israel on some research. Perhaps we can introduce some of the technologies used to protect Israelis and remold these technologies to protect the yellow people. But their technologies are not mature yet, and it is difficult for us to surpass them in a few years. If it has to be five or ten years before some breakthrough can be achieved in genetic weapons, we cannot afford to wait any longer. And so, again, this was this speech was turn of the century How old are years ago talking about why and he goes he details why they need to use genetic based biological warfare because they can't come drop nukes on America because it would disrupt our farmland.
• 24:54
And so they would they need to be able to use these this genetic warfare to wipe out one to 200,000,000 Americans so they can come in at that point kinetically and seize this. So, anyway, I I wanted to throw that out there because it's a
• 25:07
Speaker 2: really That that was just coincidence, folks. That was just coincidence. I I'm like so this is kinda scary. And and here here's something else that you mentioned kinetic warfare. In the history of the spread of Marxism and it has many manifestations, you know, progressivism, socialism, communism.
• 25:26
Nonkinetic warfare, like you said, Seth, the way you were alluding to, nonkinetic warfare is always, always, always the pretext to kinetic warfare. They have to get what's called the fourth column in. You know, in a in a military unit, there are typically three columns. The fourth column are those that have already been into the cities, into the state. CCP is already here, but that is mind blowing.
• 25:52
I look forward to reading the rest of that, that article.
• 25:56
Seth Holehouse: So walk us into what you're talking about with with control ports. We know that Panama Canal is a big one. We know the CCP has controlled that for some time, and Trump is really leveraging that. I also think that a lot of the moves as it relates to Canada and Greenland are also about countering actions of the CCP. I know that Canada, I think, has long been since infiltrated heavily by the Chinese Communist Party even to the degree that there's Chinese troops doing training on the northern border
• 26:23
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 26:24
Seth Holehouse: Or, you know, Canada's southern border, you know, but also looking at Mexico, the control, the cartels by the CCP, and the fact that we've got that's been exposed. There are huge, encampments of Chinese soldiers on the border in Mexico. They've been working together with cartels and the fentanyl, human trafficking, etcetera. So Yeah. It's obvious that they're playing a geographical chess in this long kind of stranglehold.
• 26:48
Speaker 2: So You're spot on. You're spot on, Seth. And and, like I said, it takes someone in our leadership in our country to understand these pieces and bring them together who will will who will willingly take action. So yeah. So to understand those who control the ports, sir Walter Reilly, I think he he lived around the sixteen or '17 hundreds, basically said whoever commands the seas commands the world.
• 27:11
Now we're kinda transitioning out of that a little bit. Whoever controls space controls the world, but that's another conversation. Now the CCP aims to get control of the seas. Now in their b r BRI, remember, slow choke hold, they're being successful, folks. Zach, you you just mentioned that.
• 27:31
We I I believe The United States is is on the right path to secure some type of partnership or control in Greenland. We have or president Trump and and secretary, Rubio have had success with with the Panama Canal, and it's a really good thing because, I mean, Panama Canal is is so important both for commercial purposes and military purposes. And there's another piece on the board place on the board. It's in Chile. Okay?
• 28:02
Now can we take a look at the ports where it shows Latin there thank you. So Latin America, just to to to orient everybody, is basically Mexico, all of Mexico down to the Southern Port of Argentina, our our Southern tip of Argentina, which is very close to Antarctica. So what you see here is about 40 ports. Actually, this is a little dated. There are actually a few more, but the CCP has control or ownership of 40 ports, over 40 ports in Latin America.
• 28:35
Some of those are projects. And listen. I mean, you just take a take a look at this, and you'll realize that the CCP has so much control in our atmosphere excuse me, our our hemisphere, the Western Hemisphere.
• 28:48
Seth Holehouse: These red dots are Chinese controlled ports in South America. Is that correct?
• 28:53
Speaker 2: Actually, the red dots are active. The yellow dots are projects, me meaning that they're in the process of being completely some of these projects take, you know, three, four, five years to build because they're massive.
• 29:08
Seth Holehouse: With the stock market at record highs, are you confident your portfolio can weather the next big downturn? Market corrections are quick and unforgiving, wiping out hard earned gains in an instant. Smart investors know the key to financial security is diversification. That's why Noble Gold Investments makes it easy for Americans to hedge market volatility and and protect their wealth with gold. • 30:23
Speaker 2: Okay. Now I circled that one right there. That that's in Chile. Now, this port right here, thank you, is the Panama Canal of South America. What do I mean by that?
• 30:37
Okay. Oh, Seth, you'd be great. Right here, Southern Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, that's kind of the breadbasket of South America. Okay? Now between you know, little geography lesson here.
• 30:51
Between Chile, the country of Chile, which, by the way, Chile is as long as The United States is wide, about 2,700 miles. The United States is about 2,700 miles wide, so it's incredibly long. What separates Chile from kind of the breadbasket of South America are the Andes Mountains. Okay? There are basically two train passable passes between Chile and the breadbasket area.
• 31:23
In fact, the breadbasket is only limited to about 50% capacity because, two reasons. Number one, their ports, because there's so much rain in the ports that they keep needing dredging because the silt comes down. And if a ship can't get in there or if it's if it's not deep enough, it can't fully load. Oh, that's Seth, you're great. So they have to go, like, Southern Brazil, and they have to go around the Horn Of Brazil and go through the Panama Canal.
• 31:58
Now when they go through the Panama Canal, the size of their ships are limited. Well, China create you know, built a massive ship. We call it the Chinamax. It's about it's 26 meters in-depth. There you go.
• 32:16
The China Max. If you look there, the Panamax, the China Max, you know, it doesn't other countries have ships of this size. We just call it the China Max in this context. Okay. So the China Max has 800% the capacity of the biggest ship that can go through Panama.
• 32:35
Okay? And some of those ships that go through the Panama Panama Canal, if they went through Southern Brazil and Paraguay and Uruguay because the ports can't allow the ships to be fully loaded because the silt keeps building up. So going around the Horn Of Brazil is very expensive, It's very time consuming, and it's limited. So if we take a look at the the big picture of the Pacific Ocean with the red lines on it, there we go. Now this is what do you call the money slide.
• 33:06
Okay? Now those dots right there, okay, those red dots, the center of that on the south, that's the Chilean port. Okay. It's owned by an American company. Now if you'll notice and, if you have to go around the port, okay, the the green lines, they have to go through the Panama Canal.
• 33:25
But if this port through Chile it's not yet built yet. Okay? It can be built or it's gonna be built in the next two or three years. It saves up to fifteen days off the trip. It allows the breadbasket of, you know, South America to increase its its its its volume because it can get to the port because food can only last so long in storage.
• 33:53
Okay? We're talking grain. We're talking corn. We're so many different types of food. So whoever controls this port in Chile, it's like it's it's comparable to the Panama Canal.
• 34:05
So you're gonna get up to fifteen days faster, which means it'll be cheaper, which means they can sell it for more and make more profit, which is fine. But here's something that is kind of intelligence that members of congress don't know. And I know this for a fact because two days ago, there was a hearing led by a great congressman, congressman Jimenez, a Floridian conservative. And they talked extensively about what we're talking about now, Seth, is pushing back the CCP and disrupting the BRI, the chokehold. Remember that?
• 34:41
There was no mention at all about the Chilean port. But that now you can quote me on this, and and I know that because I'm I'm working with the owner of this American company who owns the Chilean port. K? The CCP entered into an active memorandum of understanding with the American company on January twentieth of this year. It's a sixty day memorandum of understanding called an MOU.
• 35:10
And at the end of that time, okay, this American company expects an offer from the CCP. Now an an MOU in this context is we are interested in acquiring or buying this real estate. And they are the CSP is now undergoing due diligence, meaning let's check all your numbers, let's check all your data, let's check all your projections to verify that it is legitimate, that it is that it isn't true. Okay? And, typically, at the end, they're gonna give an offer.
• 35:42
Now there has been over $110,000,000 invested into this in about seven or eight years. This is an American company, and they actually reached out to president Trump about five years ago when he when he through the through the White House, the the national to the, secretary excuse me. Chief of staff White House chief of staff. There was no interest. I'm not chiding the president.
• 36:06
It was an entirely different world. And the CCP had not made an offer to buy this, and they are throwing millions around. Okay? And if we get the time, I'll talk to you about how one of the members of my team, his company, the CCP tried to use them to hide their actions to acquire another port. He told them no.
• 36:30
Okay? But the fact is right now, in twenty March, the CCP is gonna make an offer, and it's gonna be an offer they can't refuse. Okay? This company will make more money if they sell to the CCP, but it's an American company, and and they understand the dangers of selling this important, you know, piece on on the chessboard, like you said, Latin America. This is very real.
• 36:57
In fact, yesterday, my team and a member from this company met with some of the the senior staff for senator Ted Cruz and who I'm a big fan of for so many reasons. And so we appreciate that they're meeting with us, and they recognize this is a serious issue. Now that said, senator Cruz is a senior senator. His staff for defense alone is 30 full time people. He has hundreds, if not thousands, of issues thrust at him, and he and his staff have to decide what's important, what's urgent, etcetera, etcetera.
• 37:32
It's not easy. Okay? So that said, Seth, really, you are helping get the word out. And and if any of your audience you know, if you have connections with Trump, tell him, get this real estate deal because we're not in it for the money. You understand?
• 37:48
I mean, it it it's like if but but if The US doesn't act, someone is gonna own this property in the next few months and control it. And it and in two or three years, it's gonna be open for business. And then whoever controls that will control the relationships with the breadbasket. It's it's a lot. Anyway, this is kind of a high level view.
• 38:10
So if if if, what's another so so you showed the pictures. Thank you for that. You you did you did great. And that's the big picture. This is an important chess piece.
• 38:20
I think you illustrated great how the CCP is already in Canada. They're already in our technology. They're they're in our faces and our minds with AI. I mean, this is serious. This is this is happening now.
• 38:34
Someone's gonna own this chess piece. This is the Panama Canal of South America. And since Trump base you know, and secretary Rubio pushed the CCP out of Panama, They are looking actively. And I will tell you this. I can't tell you the names, but someone in my team owns a company that the CCP sent and said, we will pay you $5,000,000 for being our beard.
• 39:02
What that means is, you know, you do it under your name, but we'll pay you $5,000,000 to tie up this other port, and that port is Peru. And they, you know, put things together and realized we're not doing this. Okay? So American business people are reaching out to the president. Seth, it's hard to get to the president of The United States.
• 39:22
But, anyway, so we made the case. We we have a very, sophisticated team of subject matter experts. We're actually speaking with several different members of congress. In fact, I have to make some phone calls today. I reached out to them, spoke to their offices yesterday, but this is live.
• 39:36
This is this is urgent. This is happening now. Obviously, we want America to have control of this, and, we just need to get in touch with the president or secretary Rubio, secretary Marco Rubio, secretary department of state. So, anyway, so that's it. Do you have any questions so far?
• 39:54
Seth Holehouse: No. Actually, honestly, I'm gonna call Trump right now. I've got him on speed dial. No. Just joking.
• 39:59
Yeah. Copy me on that text. Okay? No. But you you're right, though.
• 40:02
So that now that this makes sense. Because I remember actually the without naming names, the the the client that you're talking about that owns the port is also a good friend of mine. And I know that that was how this got set up because one of my guys I work with said, look, Seth, you gotta get Matthew on. This is a really important topic that we have to cover. It's urgent, and that's how even this got started, this discussion.
• 40:24
And this is the thing is is that even though, you know, I'm just, you know, this small little podcast channel and you're doing what you can do, we because of this the the the opportunity that we have with the Internet, with things that, you know, being shared, we can hope that the people you know, some people in the right places like, I know General Flynn is a big fan of the show. So I hope that people like that, you know, are able to get this information out because I now I now see the picture that you're painting, that we have a very key strategic location geopolitically that the CCP is is really moving in on, especially now that it seems like they're losing control of the Panama Canal that and all the focus has been on that that we can't lose sight of the other areas like this specific port in in Chile because, obviously, it opens up. And you go going back to that map that we looked at there. Let's see. This one right here.
• 41:19
Speaker 2: Why are pulling that up? Be before I forget, people are gonna say, well, who whom do I contact? How do I reach you? And I I do have an email if, you know Oh, yeah.
• 41:27
Seth Holehouse: Please. Yes. Yes. Well, I've yeah. Go what what how can people get ahold of you?
• 41:30
If they Yeah. Have a way in? What you know, I'll put your email into the description of the show. Great. So that way, if people miss it, you know, whatever, I'll make sure we get it correct.
• 41:39
So how can people contact you if they have a way or they have an opportunity to get this information to where it needs to go?
• 41:44
Speaker 2: Yeah. So so, I discovered this this need through my work at MacArthur Society. So my email to reach me is mission@MacArthurSociety.org. That's m a c, MacArthur Society. Mission at MacArthur Society dot org.
• 41:59
  Thank you, Seth.
• 42:00
Seth Holehouse: Of course. Of course. And so over so you're saying that there's a deadline in March. Right? Like, that's how that's how
• 42:07
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 42:08
Seth Holehouse: Close this is. And and so this American company that owns the port Mhmm. Obviously, they could just say you know, give the middle finger to the CCP and say we're not gonna sell it, but it sounds like it's not as simple as that, though. Right?
• 42:21
Speaker 2: Right. I mean, you've got hundred over a hundred $10,000,000. And here's something else I didn't mention. Glad you asked. Is it has been take it's been taking years to get environmental approvals, and there's a lot of planning that goes into this.
• 42:37
The port is basically already planned out and everything. We expected the environmental approvals from the country of Chile to be completed in in q four twenty four. It can happen any day now. So you we've got the investment made a a legitimate offer. What were it's gonna come from the CCP, we imagined, in March, and the approvals are are imminent any day now.
• 43:03
Okay? Which means in two to three years from now, Seth, they're open for business. So that said, it is all coming to one conflicts right now, and someone's gonna own this. It's gonna be either The United States or the CCP. And if a private investor comes in, we just don't see that happening.
• 43:24
We just don't see that happening. And and but if a if a private investor does, 99% sure it's gonna be a beard for the CCP. Is it okay. You sorry. You knew what I was gonna say before I said it, but we're we're onto them.
• 43:39
Like I said, we we have a subject matter expert team, a couple of retired generals, a business mogul, expert, someone specialized in the m and a and some other subject matter experts. So we're no fools. We're onto this. That's why we recognize this opportunity. Does that answer your question?
• 43:57
Seth Holehouse: It does. Absolutely. It's really what we need you know, what was what we see Trump doing, right, is he's now, you know, they're they're freeing up billions and billions of dollars, if not trillions soon once he starts, you know, auditing, you know, Medicaid and Medicare, let alone the Pentagon. I mean, you know, the trillions have gone missing in the black budget operations. We need to figure out how to get this to a place where, you know, I agree with so Mike Bens, who has been one of the key people exposing USA
• 44:25
  Speaker 2: Amazing.
• 44:25
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. He's he's talked about how, look, there is a role of soft power. You know, we don't wanna get to the place where America has has retracted so much that we're doing nothing beyond our own borders because it it's almost like the king that has his castle that's ignoring what's happening Mhmm. With the castle being built across the moat from them. So we still have to have some level, but it has to be done for the right reason and not to line the pockets of the oligarchs, not to create this this empire that's you know, as we we now know is, you know, heavily involved in running drugs and protecting poppy fields and all the things that
• 44:59
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 45:00
Seth Holehouse: Are this deep state that's kinda seize control a lot of our government is doing. We have to be able to realign these resources that we have to these strategic operations like this.
• 45:12
Speaker 2: So in terms of the resources, something that happened forty eight hours ago, you know, Trump's going very fast. You have to keep track by the by the day or by the hour. But forty eight hours ago, Trump stood up a new organization. It's basically a real estate agency. It's an American real estate agency out to buy land for in in real estate.
• 45:32
And here's something that's interesting. We are not asking for money from United States Of America. We have financial experts who can create bonds. Just to see you guys know. So we're gonna take off our military hat.
• 45:45
We're gonna put on our our business hat. Okay? So the way a bond is let's say a city is building a new bridge. It's gonna be a toll bridge. They need $20,000,000.
• 45:55
Well, they put out bonds for maybe $10,000 each at, you know, 12% interest paid back in ten years because they they build it in three to five, and then five years, they they make money, etcetera. Okay? So you get paid on the interest until it gets paid back. We can build those bonds, but we need just a a a bond it's called a guarantee from The United States Of America because we can sell the bonds. Now if we if it has US backing, we can get better rates.
• 46:28
Now who holds this debt? And you alluded to this a minute ago. The company will hold the debt. If the we have US backing, we can get better rates. You know what those are?
• 46:40
It it depends. But if we don't have US backing, the rates can be twice as much, which is a point of failure for the business because we have a plan, two to three years open for business. But if for some reason it's disrupted, it can be caught in a debt tailspin. Okay? So that's why so we're not asking for, you know, The United States to buy this.
• 47:07
There is a way to go where they just do backing. And because it's it's a signature backing and it's $1,000,000,000, that's not a big deal for The United States in this context. And because it's it's a guarantee, it doesn't weigh into The United States', you know, bottom line. And the the president of The United States, so when you call Trump, you know, let him know. Say say, all he needs to do is pick up the phone at the Fed, obviously, do his due due diligence with us, and say, hey.
• 47:38
Check this out. Give them the guarantee for the $1,000,000,000. We can get the buns funds less than a week. The excuse me. The bonds in less than a week.
• 47:47
Because with that backing in this this port project, it's gonna be huge. Also, the company that owns this owns 850 square miles. What we're we're willing to do you know what? The someone's gonna own this port, and someone's gonna build a military base there. Okay?
• 48:05
Does that make sense? So we wanna give and and this is out in the open. The right of first refusal for The United States to build whatever it wants there. Now the way it's designed is that it can be for that. So, this we don't necessarily need the money.
• 48:21
Now if The US says come US comes in and says, we wanna own it here. That's fine. But we have set this up in a way that it's not a burden to The United States, and it protects The United States. Does that make sense?
• 48:33
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. Gosh. 850 square miles. Like, I I own eight acres, and I feel like I'm a king. So I
• 48:40
Speaker 2: know everything. It it's about one tenth the size of Massachusetts. I wanna say about one fourth the size of New Jersey. And so, I mean, a lot going on here. It's kinda complex, but the big picture is this.
• 48:55
And you said it best. The CCP is in our continent. It's in our hemisphere in a big way. We need to push back. We need to push back now.
• 49:03
We need to push back and disrupt the BRI chokehold because it's real. And up up to today, I hadn't heard what you said about the the genetic approach. It's it's interesting. I'll just say that.
• 49:18
Seth Holehouse: It is. Well, Matthew, this is a good place to end where right at at stage of the the call to action in the story arc. And so this is the key. Right? I'll pull up just the, the MacArthur Society website again.
• 49:31
Your email, mission@macarthursociety.org. I'll make sure that's in the show description. And, really, everyone watching, all of us have, you know, the contacts and our contacts have contacts, and so we need to make sure that this this interview can get out to more people because this is a very, very key it's a very, very key thing that I'm surprised isn't already on the the radar for Rubio, especially in looking at his Yes. Foreign policy and everything happening, especially with South America. So, Matthew, thank you again for coming on.
• 50:04
Thank you for doing what you're doing, and I look forward to to next time.
• 50:09
Speaker 2: Thanks so much, Seth. Take care.
