• TheFinancePastor: Hello everyone, this is Felix Garcia and welcome to the finance pastor show and I have a special, special treat for you guys. I have the one and only Ms. Nicole Gribstad that and I'm so excited to have you with us. I met you in LA a little over a year and a half ago and I just knew that God's anointing is on you and What an honor and a privilege it is to have you on our show. Why don't you tell the people a little bit about yourself and the confident life and just what God is doing in your life. you Nicole Gribstad: It's great to be here with you, Felix. Like I mentioned a little earlier, ever since we met, I just felt in the spirit that we're going to be doing something together. You just know these things when you're sensitive to the spirit. And it's honor to be here with you. I am called the Wellness 360 Coach, the God-fearing Coach. And how I would define that different from regular confidence and Godfidence is that confidence is when we know what we're going to do any situation on a human level. Godfidence is what we're confident God's going to do based on scripture, what He's going to do. And not just that what He's going to do, but that comes with belief. And so ⁓ what offer to people is the empowerment by practical application of Bible Well how to take the word and apply it to daily life how to leverage God at his word and to know exactly how to do it sometimes comes with experience and so I offer my journey the Lord and my insights that the downloads that he gave me and I find that with people of God as we share our insights and our stars with each other with attributes that the Lord gave us it gives us a bigger picture of who he is and it continues to give evidence of his power and omnipotence, right? Because he is everywhere at all times, knowing all things. But as we share with each other, it increases our faith, and it gives us joy knowing that the Lord is working in each of our lives. I find that life in general is already challenging as it is as you see the narrative and what's going on in the fabric of the earth. Don't we all need some kind of encouragement? So I'm also the encouragement CEO. I come in here to bring joy. warm, a safe soil where everybody can blossom. TheFinancePastor: So when you have people that come to you, do you have people that just ⁓ like entrepreneurs or just regular lay people who just ⁓ maybe themselves in like a rut, like trying to, ⁓ I call it like they, everyone's finding a place that they call their, ⁓ that that they are there. And ⁓ what you seen with people that you've worked with ⁓ and that you've come across? What are some of the biggest barriers that they see where they marry the God and then life part, know, what are the challenges that some people that you have helped overcome? . Nicole Gribstad: So I liken it to when we're called out of Egypt, right? We were oppressed and then God called us to go to the desert. In the desert, He gives us options to get to the promised land in 40 days or 40 years. And so in life situation every day, the Lord calls us out of Egypt, out of oppression, because He dreams big for us to go to the promised land. And so I try to bring to light with scriptures to people say, God's still today in every situation. ⁓ trying to teach you and show you something and you are only one decision away from the promised land and you need to decide at every juncture are you going to choose the path of 40 days to get there or 40 years so based on that decision and I'm hoping they choose 40 days for whatever reason they may choose 40 years but wherever you are I am the sister that come alongside you and hold your hand and provide based on the gift and he's gave me my experience to offer you in the partnerships in Wellness 360, I help people recover from trauma basically is a lifestyle makeover, a spiritual lifestyle makeover, and that would cover physical trauma from physical strongholds, as well as emotional and communication and spiritual, even on a financial piece. That's why you and I met because the Lord brought me to the financial piece. And so when the Bible TheFinancePastor: Wow. Nicole Gribstad: talks about inner peace, peace that really means to be in lack of nothing. In the Lord we lack nothing. In the Lord we have health, wealth, inner peace, clarity, that we are not held back and changed, shackled by the things that bring cloudiness and confusion and overwhelm. Because those are the mountains that oftentimes when we read the Bible When we say to move mountains, what are they? So I help people identify for themselves what their mountains are, what hurdles, and how to part their Red Sea. TheFinancePastor: And that's Exodus 14 is actually one of my favorite scriptures, especially just parting of the Red Sea. One of the things that I love about that scripture and I believe is in chapter 14 verse, I believe it's 21. When God gave the commandment for Moses to tell the people to move forward, the command was move forward, then Moses stretched out his hand. they always think that Moses stretched out his hand, then he told them to move forward. And what I have read that many ⁓ Jewish scholars believe that the word of God, that they believe that the word of God that came to Moses was actual a literal word that moved forward, then Moses stretched out the hand. And what many Jewish scholars believe is that the people in the front of the line, not everyone, but the people in the front of the line, walked first into the water before the waters parted. many people, the Jewish scholars believe that it's a teaching that God says that many people are waiting for the waters to part before they move forward. when God wants you to move forward before the waters part, where you seen people, especially in faith? I usually see lot of fear that stops people. moving or achieving their goals. What are things that you have seen, things that have stopped people that you worked with on a consistent basis? ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: That's an excellent question. really enjoy that question. The truth of the matter is in this world, have an abundance of fear, but what we have a lack of is courage. And so The question, what I see most people is fear, stricken by fear, uncertainty, just not knowing, right? And even lack of awareness of their identity in Christ, for example. And so the question I usually ask, so I do through a series of questions in my coaching, I help people identify and breakthrough. The key is to get the breakthrough, but the practical piece, not just in theory, but in practice to really go from point A to point B, which is the premise land. And we always talk about, success like speed, right? The success piece we're talking about here, we're talking about kingdom success, not any worldly success. And what does that success look like? We need to ask the question, do you still believe today that Jesus Christ died for you and all humanity for all time? The question to ask is, did he ⁓ for this second right now as we speak? Felix, Did he? Okay, so how about the next second? TheFinancePastor: Yes. Yes, absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, he did. He did it. He did it. Nicole Gribstad: And the next? And the next? The next? Well, the... See, here's the thing. It's done. What I find most people forget is, wait a minute, guys. It's done. The victory is done. That means we're already in the promised land. We're not going to the promise. We're already there. So what people are waiting to get there. But when they realize you're already chosen, the Holy Spirit is in you, the same God that impregnated Jesus into Mary, the same God that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. How powerful does that make you? So most people forget that we are victors instead of victims. So instead they operate on a mindset of poverty, mindsets and victimhood. when you are a victor. But the thing is, right? The thing is the realization is if God died for you, that means God sees you pure white. You are clean. The only the accuser comes and say who do you think you Look at what you did. But in God's eyes you appear clean. Once you understand that you are a son and daughter of the King, you are a Victoria Fellow heir to Christ. So you just need to ask in this minute, am I a victor? TheFinancePastor: Amen. Mm-hmm. Always. Nicole Gribstad: If you are, you already won. The only thing between you and promise is you decided, are you going to take the step forward or not? Right? the question is, if Jesus Christ is already a victor and the Holy Spirit lives in you, you are already the winner. You already won. You already have the price. The only difference between getting there is taking that prize, the gift and using it. sitting at the table for you, but you need to open the gift and actually use it. I also liken it to a bicycle. God ⁓ you a bike right God already knows how to ride the bike he wants you to ride the bike because he knows get on the bike and you master and do know don't know how to do the tricks he's gonna that bike that gift is gonna take you to every single destination the Lord has for you but if you don't get on that bike and you hesitate and you leave it outside and let it rain it's gonna rust that bike is not gonna function it's not gonna be the gift that can work for you if God gave you that gift you need to use the gift take care of the gift and oil that gift TheFinancePastor: Amen. Nicole Gribstad: So use it, right? So again, what I find most people is, one is lack of awareness. They forget or they need a reminder who they are. And once they are reminded who they are, and then we give them practical tools to actually take them step by step to, you know, baby step to toddler to walking. So basically what we're here doing is practically giving, giving sight to the blind, right? Giving hearing to the deaf and giving step to the lame. TheFinancePastor: Amen. What what things would you say that would be something to something like that? Mm-hmm. Nicole Gribstad: So according to the number ⁓ brain doctor, Dr. Daniel Amen, ⁓ there's called ANTS. ANTS is the automatic negative thoughts, right? And then automatic thoughts is what the enemy whispers to us. He ⁓ has power as long as he whisper, he can torment you, right? But it's when we ⁓ agree him and repeat the negative thoughts, ⁓ then can use those words against us. So that's why we have to be careful and take inventory of our words because it's our words that he can use against us. For example, he can come and say, who do you think you are? Look at what you did. You are worthless. it's all fine. Well, if you reply with, I'm a daughter of the king and don't you forget it, get away from me in Jesus name. Or you can say, you're right. I messed up. I'm so worthless. You can agree with him. But the second you agree with him, that your mountain is in your way. That is the mountain. That is the Red Sea. What the thing is, we have a natural tendency according to scripture to wander away from the presence of the Lord. But when we wander away from the presence of the Lord, we're not protected because in the Lord's presence is where the devil is not. because when we know that how important, how if you knew that in the Lord's presence, that's where you're safe. Where are you going to stand? Mostly I'm going to stand there all day, 24, 7, all night because I do. I'm not interested in pain. I'm not interested in torment, right? So that means to be in worship all day long, to be in the Word all day long, to be in prayer all day long. So once you cover yourself like that, you become unstoppable. and limitless for the Lord, unshakable. So my passion here is to empower brothers and sisters how to be limitless, unshakable, and unbreakable for the Lord so that we can kingdom advance and go through this harvest and spiritual awakening the Lord's talk about. TheFinancePastor: Amen. you Amen. And I so believe that and that's something that is needed in this hour and this time in the season. What do you see God doing in your ministry in the next few years, next few months? What do ⁓ envision like God just doing ⁓ this season of your life? Nicole Gribstad: So in this season, the Lord is aligning me with visionaries, luminaries, leaders who he has chosen to partner with me in a global sense, who is movement that we will change ourselves to change the world. There will be personal transformations on a personal level, on a business level, on a leadership level, so that we can be the shepherds that lead the sheep to the promised land. Each of us are, you know, lowercase as shepherds, that the Lord has sheep for us, right? And so, but we need to be ready for our sheep. Just because you are a leader doesn't mean you're a trained leader. Just because you're a speaker doesn't mean you're a trained speaker. God gave you these things, but when you develop them in your train, that is when you up level and be a game changer for the kingdom. So now you can have confidence. You can have eloquence. You can have the confidence and the confidence in any situation. You're not going to be frazzled because you know the word. You can discern God's voice and you know exactly what to do. That's the important thing because what we want to remove the distractions because all we see the noise right here now we need God's voice to be louder than any noise. All of this is noise and we need to put away the peripherals and discern by removing the distractions so that we can keep our eyes focused on Jesus so that we will not sink in the sea of life but walk to Him and close the tomb of the day. TheFinancePastor: that I love that and something that you mentioned there that I really just said this so many times but ⁓ know being a shepherd and and and being around sheep ⁓ of the things that I tell people that a good leader a good shepherd ⁓ like sheep ⁓ that's and that's one of the things that I have seen that leaders who I've admired they they about the God's people the people who he's called to shepherd Nicole Gribstad: Yeah. TheFinancePastor: And whether you a pastor or you a business owner or just working in a place, ⁓ puts you around people. And sometimes the only Bible that they read is you. And I'm seeing is a lot of leaders are understanding that they if you to ⁓ shepherd God's you need to smell like the sheep. ⁓ And what you see the the the ⁓ what do you leaders? Some of the things Nicole Gribstad: Mm-hmm. TheFinancePastor: that they can, lessons that they can maybe ⁓ to and maybe ⁓ maybe their leadership skills or ⁓ is something as a leader as yourself, ⁓ would you say would be something that we can encourage leaders that are listening in ⁓ show today? ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: that question because that's the whole point of Wellness 360, God-Fiddent Life Transformation. In that, in order to lead, we got to start with the man and the woman in the mirror, transformation in Christ. What that means is what the Lord calls us to be the hands and feet, but we're also the foot soldiers. So we need to put on the full armor and know how to use the sword. That means we need to be prepared and stay prepared. It's not like when the Lord comes to you like, well, give me five more years to get ready, but rather we already say yes, sir. I'm ready to go. Send me what that looks like as a soldier every day. You're in your best health, physical, spiritual, mental, TheFinancePastor: you you Nicole Gribstad: your heal from your trauma so that you heal people heal people, but hurt people hurt people. So even as leader, even as Christian, we have hurt and we need healing. So those who are ready to lead is ready to heal. And we are here to help heal them, transform them like before. have, so in my program called the radiant leadership academy, we certify people to be because we believe when we do that coaches, empower to empower coaches. And that way we are trained. TheFinancePastor: I believe that. Nicole Gribstad: Shepherd. So we certify people. We actually do that. I liken it is to Paul of today. Paul went by feet in boat to go minister all over the place. But in today's day and age, the Lord said we're going to do greater things. That means we want to do things faster, right? We can be on the phone, we're on a device right now. We're going to do it faster by plane, train, automobile, right? So we have the tools. I'm partnering with people to the tools for people to transform their finances, like partnering with you, ⁓ Sergio. And they were ready to leave. TheFinancePastor: you you Nicole Gribstad: are starting Kingdom Networking Social Clubs all over the globe. So we're looking for leaders. We're doing that. We're looking for people to start businesses in the wellness sector, in the financial sector, and in the community sector, right? In every sector, we call ourselves, this is the safe zone in the Noah's Ark. So when people come in here, they will be safe to blossom in a safe place in community, leveraging other leaders. So anybody listening here, if you feel moved and called by God, reach out to Felix and I, because we have the tools that Lord has partnered with us to do all things to help you remove move the hurdles, give you the tools and the leverage to go faster. TheFinancePastor: Absolutely, and I think that time is of essence. ⁓ coming soon. And one of the things that I do believe a prophecy ⁓ Billy Graham gave several years ago, he said that the ⁓ one of the last moves of God is going to be in the marketplace. ⁓ I always say, know, ⁓ and Washington DC, they respect much, ⁓ but only thing they do respect is money. ⁓ And believe that ⁓ we... Nicole Gribstad: Yes. TheFinancePastor: we, the God's people are rising up and after being told to shut up for many years, I think a lot of people are understanding that we're the head and not the tail. And as God's people, we do need business leaders. need people to fund kingdom missions and stuff like that. ⁓ I think that God is raising up an army of people that are really are ⁓ to move forward. What you say would be ⁓ something leaders can take? Nicole Gribstad: Absolutely. TheFinancePastor: out of this, like from our conversation, what are the things you've seen, maybe some action steps or something that maybe would be of ⁓ to some of ⁓ leaders that are listening that are maybe just struggling in their call? Nicole Gribstad: Well the truth is we have too much fear. But I would say list out all your fears and press into that because on the other side of your greatest fear are your breakthroughs. The enemy doesn't want you to go on the other side of your fear because that's where your breakthrough is. So whatever your biggest struggle and hurdle is, face your fears and rise. Keep pressing into it. Don't shrink. Don't run back, but advance because you already won once again. If you knew that you're going to win every single time that will give you the confidence and confidence, you're like, you already won. You are already the winner. TheFinancePastor: you you Mm-hmm. you Nicole Gribstad: God already qualified you, but you need to apply yourself to get the job. For example, you want to go to university, you have to still apply. They're not going to reach out to you and say, hey, we accepted you. Or they're not going to reach out to you, so you got the job. They didn't know you're looking for the job, right? But the Lord, you're chosen and you're already chosen and qualified. But when you get the certificate, that is for human credibility, not God. God already chose you. This is for the humans to you for serious, for they need certifications. other thing again is success like speed. If you give your yes, God's gonna do the rest. God is not checking your bank account, he's checking your faith. And here's the thing, you're like, ⁓ I don't have enough faith. This is what you can do. You leverage God's faith. You leverage God's righteousness. The question is, is his righteousness enough for this? The answer is yes. And so what we wanna do is sometimes a lot of us are trotting down, shackled by chains of all kinds of different. different weights, right? This is when we leverage God's goodness, God's freedom, God's eternal life, but also brothers and sisters by the gifting, right? Because from you, I learn from you, finances, can learn from me for health and communication, how to raise a family, how to communicate, how to be in relationship, which everybody struggles with, right? And so that's what I would say is to press list out and press into those spheres and ⁓ champion the face of adversity. So do TheFinancePastor: . Nicole Gribstad: know if you wait till there's no fear that's never going to happen because in the fallen world if the enemy is roaming here he is fear he is the liar that means but we in his presence God already won we do it champion we hop over him over him and just we send him back to the pits of hell but we need to do with God's authority right TheFinancePastor: Absolutely. So you said something key here that that I think many people don't don't pick up yet. It's leveraging of other people's gifts. one of the things that I love ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: Mm-hmm. TheFinancePastor: There's a reason why God has 12 children of Israel. the important thing is that he gave each one a specialty. ⁓ You we understand like ⁓ the they were the priests, ⁓ they with all the religious stuff. You start looking at the tribe Dan, they dealt with a lot of maritime. ⁓ You look the children of Issachar, they knew the times and the seasons. which in today's day, were known as like, those are forecasters or financial analysts. They study times and seasons just like a farmer's almanac. And one of the things that receive out of those teaching is that God wanted a family ⁓ the only way he could ensure that everyone would need each other is to give each one a gift. And time the solo warrior, Nicole Gribstad: Yeah. TheFinancePastor: That's not in God's equation. We need all people. why God gives everyone a specific gift. ⁓ that's why we can all in the body of Christ, everyone serves a role. ⁓ in business is kind of the same thing ⁓ that we serve a role. ⁓ I want to ⁓ touch on a point here. I been in business. I've been in business for ⁓ quite time. ⁓ And I've ⁓ told that I've never had a straight shot up. Nicole Gribstad: Okay. TheFinancePastor: It was always certain things that would delay derail. one of the things is I never quit. ⁓ one of those people that I refuse to quit. ⁓ if I don't, I try to just keep marching forward. Where you seen people in your time? Have there's been where, hey, things have been going straight up ⁓ and you just to pivot or just. realign or stuff like that. If there's someone listening to what what kind of encouragement would you give them out there? Yeah. Nicole Gribstad: I love that question too. I liken to this journey on earth as a journey, as an adventure. We don't need to be here, but God put you here for a reason. It's for, it's a ride. It's a free ticket. He dropped you off here. said, I'm going to meet you on the other end until then this is your journey. It's like that roller coaster ride, right? So you got to see life as you don't, you know, I, and and until I saw it, I didn't see it. used to like every people I would be like, ⁓ well it was me. And I spent way too much time feeling sorry for myself. and you know staying in that place that held me back the truth is don't let your past hold you back let your exciting God-sized dream future pull you forward and here's the thing we so many of us get stuck on the like little you know things when well how we should see is it's a gift The thing is every single turn, like a game, you are up level, know, pass this level to get the next level. Right. And so you're not going to get to the next level of the game until you pass this. And if you don't, you're going to be in that screen for some time because it's going to be like reset, reset, reset. So you get to decide how many times you're going to be on that same stage. Right. At the same time, instead of spending too much time, like pondering on how you fail or how that struggle, like focusing so much on the struggle, no, keep TheFinancePastor: Yes. Nicole Gribstad: guys are keeping your eyes on Jesus means keeping the victory. This thing here is part of the gift. This is part of the journey. This is the transformation refiner's fire and in the fire it's gonna burn sometimes it's gonna hurt just because it hurts just because it's difficult just because it's painful it doesn't mean that it's against you the Lord has it for you to exercise your muscles it's your resume he's actually building up your resume your mess becomes your message and your story is for somebody else and so if you see it this way you're gonna take TheFinancePastor: Okay. you Nicole Gribstad: much more joy that actually in the valley in the pit of the pit that's where the gift is so now that you knew that where's the gift is you wouldn't you wouldn't like ask God to take it away and no matter how difficult because until you get to the pit you won't find the gift that's where the treasure is because in that place he will show you that he is the only one left that means he's real because when everything's gone nobody's there there's God At the same time, when there's you and God, there's only you and God. So he's going to show you where your gifts is because he's going to show you how to climb out of the pit with his help, not somebody else. So then now you're going to say, ⁓ I could climb and I am strong and I am capable as unique as you say. Felix, I always say if you look at a snowflake under a microscope, you're never going to find two snowflake alike. Every single one is unique. Well, every creation is that unique. You and I are extremely unique with a special gift that God only gave. TheFinancePastor: you Nicole Gribstad: Felix and Nicole to bring. And if we bring it, we will bless the world. If you don't, the world will actually miss us out. and God will use somebody else and a lot of us take to the grave our impact. But if we knew how special we are, how unique and how powerful that when you have this gift only meant for you to bring and when you actually bring it, you're going to bless the world and set the world aflame. You're going to wake up so excited. Then you're to feel like I'm unique and I'm important and I have this gift to bring that I must give to the earth because the earth is groaning and praying for it. TheFinancePastor: Hey man, you know what you said so many got some many gold stuff in there. I, I, I, I listen in and I back on when they were certain business deals like 10, 11 years ago, I went actually through a bad business deal that I went through. ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: Thank Hmm. TheFinancePastor: And for a long time I was like, God, why God, why God, why only to go back like years later and say, ⁓ my goodness, God, I see why you did that. If you didn't, if you didn't move me, if you didn't cause that would have never learned this. If I, if I didn't, if you didn't move me here, you know, my, daughter would have never found like a youth group that she loves. If you never would have done this, I wouldn't never open up this other business deal that I I've had. Nicole Gribstad: Mm. TheFinancePastor: And I've always seen that, you know, always say, I know God does things because he loves us, but sometimes I want to tell them, can you love me a little less, ⁓ a little less? ⁓ I, every, every instance that I can point back, I can see like, I can see God's hand. I see God's hand, what he did there. And I the lessons is that not everything a mountain is designed to beat you up. Some mountains are designed to make you stronger and some mountains that if you don't go through with it, the lesson or where God wants to take you, you would need those lessons. You say that God takes us from glory to glory, ⁓ but order to go from glory to glory, sometimes you got to go from hardship to hardship. ⁓ And see the work that is doing in you. ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: That's it. Yes. Hmm. That's right. TheFinancePastor: and what he's doing in so many people that I know that God's gonna keep continue to bless your ministry. we close, would mind saying a prayer for our listeners that are out there? And also, probably gonna put a link where they can find you, because ⁓ I know gonna be people that wanna know so much about you, ⁓ or if know where we could send them, a website or something. But I want to end this time that we have in prayer. And just just by the leading of the Holy Spirit, whatever you want to speak over the people and we'll close with that. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Nicole Gribstad: If it's okay before I pray, Felix, I have an example demonstration for you how to put God first. Okay. I have it prepared for you. And this bowl right here represents your day, your life. This is your cup. The cup is God, but also it's for you. So what happens in a day, any given day, if you put God first, the biggest thing, avocado represents God. And then maybe this is your self care and your family. and all the other things that God has to be, all these other little things, okay? These all these other things, whether it's scheduling, school, finances, to-do's, health, workout. Notice when you put God first, it all fits into this bowl, okay? Now I'm gonna take everything out, the same amount of things, we're gonna do something opposite. TheFinancePastor: Wow. Nicole Gribstad: Let's say you put yourself first and your friends and your work and all the other stuff that you have on your to-do list and your schedule, okay? then lastly, you ⁓ God for last. It doesn't fit. TheFinancePastor: Wow. Wow. you Nicole Gribstad: So that's why you want your day to go well. You must always put God first on any given day and same amount of stuff, same bowl. It fits, but you put it in the wrong order. It doesn't fit. God will not fit and wherever God is, the devil is not. So if you took God out of that, you're to be tormented a lot because you gave yourself a foothold to be impaled in your day. But if God went first, the devil didn't have a chance. Isn't that powerful? TheFinancePastor: That is amazing. That is a perfect demonstration and I'm glad you did that. is a powerful statement and it is right the way you start your day. When God is first, everything else fits. And that is a powerful, not only message, but a reminder. Nicole Gribstad: So I hope you'll take this demonstration and do it often and tell other people because it's powerful. That's right. TheFinancePastor: to myself and all our listeners how putting God first is so important. I love that Nicole. That was amazing. you lead us out in a prayer and just bless the people? ⁓ Nicole Gribstad: Yes, I'm going to pray but I'm going say one more thing to this and then we'll pray, okay? The reason for this is God made us for one thing and if you can focus on one thing in your day which is relationship with Him. When you get right with this one relationship, all your other relationship will fall in line. So if anything else is going wrong, it's a flag for you to go back to get right with the Lord. So I just want to encourage you with that and then we'll pray out, TheFinancePastor: Amen. you Nicole Gribstad: Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this time with Felix and his audience. I pray that anyone you have listening to this, who you are nudging, to go forward and give that confident yes, that they can go ahead and not wait any longer.
