- 1:11Speaker 4: My name is Lee Elsie le ee els See. I
- 1:15Speaker 4: get your cry on out, mark it down, put it
- 1:18Speaker 4: up on the refrigerator. Lee Elsiradio at gmail dot com
- 1:22Speaker 4: is how you can reach me on these Fridays. The
- 1:25Speaker 4: first hour I get a chance to hang out with
- 1:26Speaker 4: you while Wayne gets all lucy goosey. In fact, coming

- 1:32Speaker 4: entire week of shows full shows for Wayne Alan Rude.
- 1:36Speaker 4: I am again the official fill in host for Wayne
- 1:40Speaker 4: when he's off. For these Fridays where I get a
- 1:43Speaker 4: chance to spend the hour with you, which is always
- 1:45Speaker 4: great fun broadcasting from one coast to another. Of our
- 1:48Speaker 4: friends up in Minnesota, Daniel and the crew pushing the buttons,
- 1:52Speaker 4: keeping us on the air, making us go, and without
- 1:55Speaker 4: them we would have nothing.
- 1:56Speaker 5: But static over these great airwaves.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Where am I supposed to to start except for Joe
- 2:02Speaker 4: Biden being the liar in chief? But man, what did
- 2:06Speaker 4: you expect? What did you expect? Of course he is
- 2:11Speaker 4: going to pardon his son. He's been a criminal. Both
- 2:15Speaker 4: of them have been criminals forever since Biden became a senator,
- 2:21Speaker 4: vice president, now president. They've accumulated a massive amount of
- 2:27Speaker 4: wealth and power through nefarious activities.
- 2:31Speaker 5: And normally I.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Spend the opening monologue just talking to you. But I
- 2:36Speaker 4: do have a great guest that I want to bring
- 2:38Speaker 4: along who can shed some light into what we have witnessed,
- 2:42Speaker 4: and that is Judge John Nazarro, who was on the
- 2:45Speaker 4: bench in Connecticut. I just feel like winding the up
- 2:48Speaker 4: and letting you go, So can you just explain the
- 2:51Speaker 4: mechanics of what you're witnessing?
- 2:53Speaker 6: Less you know, this is not surprising, and I don't
- 2:56Speaker 6: want to sound like mister prescience here because I'm not
- 2:59Speaker 6: thought this would happen. I very much thought this would happen.
- 3:02Speaker 6: A friend of mine who's a foreign national, came over
- 3:05Speaker 6: to this country, thought that President Trump made a deal
- 3:08Speaker 6: with Joe Biden and that extended meeting, that Trump would
- 3:11Speaker 6: pardon Hunter. I said, no way, no, he's not gonna
- 3:14Speaker 6: leave it to Trump to do that. He's going to
- 3:16Speaker 6: do it himself. And he did. And it's not surprising.
- 3:19Speaker 6: But I will tell you something and this I said,
- 3:21Speaker 6: I'm a wet blanket before I came on Mike. You know,
- 3:24Speaker 6: it's the justice system is broken. And if you're connected
- 3:28Speaker 6: and you know the right people, and you have the
- 3:30Speaker 6: right suitcases of cash, guess what you're going to get
- 3:33Speaker 6: business done. It's very sad the connected. George Carlin was right.
- 3:37Speaker 6: And that bit that's out there on YouTube. You know
- 3:39Speaker 6: it's a club and you and I ain't in it.
- 3:42Speaker 6: And the sooner you realize that it's what's happening. How
- 3:46Speaker 6: can you have faith in our government? I actually know
- 3:49Speaker 6: people and know of people who have gone to prison
- 3:52Speaker 6: for tax evasion. One guy I know it's at least
- 3:55Speaker 6: thirty five years ago. He was a local financial investment
- 3:59Speaker 6: person went to day Bury. He perfected his tennis game
- 4:02Speaker 6: in the non violent penitentiary over there, and someone more
- 4:06Speaker 6: recently that I was acquainted with called me and she
- 4:08Speaker 6: went to prison for two years for undeclared income running
- 4:12Speaker 6: a housekeeping business. And I said, you know, I say
- 4:15Speaker 6: to people all the time, you gotta follow the law.
- 4:18Speaker 6: You gotta declare your taxes. You can't cheat on your taxes.
- 4:21Speaker 6: You can work with expenses with an accountant. Right when
- 4:25Speaker 6: I played out music, I played professionally under the stage
- 4:27Speaker 6: date of Jack Nazurou. I wanted ten ninety nine's from
- 4:31Speaker 6: these restaurants that paid me one hundred and fifty bucks
- 4:33Speaker 6: to sing music, and they looked at me like I
- 4:35Speaker 6: had three heads. I said, look, I'm a judge and
- 4:38Speaker 6: I'm doing this for fun. But I got to report
- 4:40Speaker 6: every dime of my income. But you know what, then
- 4:42Speaker 6: you see people like this hunter getting a pass for
- 4:45Speaker 6: what he did, And now you understand why there's this
- 4:48Speaker 6: shadow economy and people working under the table. And I
- 4:52Speaker 6: used to get offended by that. You know what, it's
- 4:55Speaker 6: so sad working stiffs, my father, my cell others right
- 5:00Speaker 6: working hard all day. You pay your taxes you get
- 5:02Speaker 6: and then you see this, how can you possibly respect government?
- 5:07Speaker 4: So this morning I was talking with State Representative Greg
- 5:10Speaker 4: Coward and he made a great point and one that
- 5:12Speaker 4: I agreed with, but the first time I heard it
- 5:14Speaker 4: out loud, which was if if Hunter Biden wasn't Hunter Biden,
- 5:17Speaker 4: would he been charged with these crimes? And my initial
- 5:20Speaker 4: lance was no. And then we got deeper into the
- 5:24Speaker 4: conversation and as it. But the end result of this
- 5:27Speaker 4: is he should have been and all people should be.
- 5:30Speaker 4: You know, you break the law to this extent, you
- 5:31Speaker 4: should go to prison. Right.
- 5:33Speaker 6: I talked about this before I stopped reading Jim Comey's book,
- 5:37Speaker 6: former Director of the FBI, when he was justifying the
- 5:39Speaker 6: forty three million dollars spent to investigate Martha Stewart on
- 5:44Speaker 6: this chump change m clone stock deal with her broker
- 5:47Speaker 6: at the time. Who did she tick off to go
- 5:50Speaker 6: to prison? All those resources, and I want folks to
- 5:53Speaker 6: think about this out there in the listening audience, all
- 5:55Speaker 6: the money that was spent by DOJ to go after
- 5:59Speaker 6: Hunter and all the you know, there's a magic number
- 6:02Speaker 6: out there. You will always see the number forty three
- 6:04Speaker 6: to forty nine million, Jack Smith forty three to forty
- 6:07Speaker 6: nine million. And then they say, oh, we're gonna walk
- 6:09Speaker 6: away from this. Does anybody have a problem with that?
- 6:12Speaker 6: I have a problem with that. Those are government resources
- 6:15Speaker 6: going to these prosecutions to nowhere. I agree with you,
- 6:19Speaker 6: Hunter Biden. Is the type of case and the offenses
- 6:21Speaker 6: to which he pled guilty, those should be prosecuted. And
- 6:25Speaker 6: there's a lot of things that go unprosecuted. And we
- 6:28Speaker 6: see the small fish. I know of someone friend of mine,
- 6:32Speaker 6: he runs a local pizza place. The federal government here
- 6:36Speaker 6: in Connecticut targeted him. They did a raid on his business.
- 6:38Speaker 6: It was public. He spent hundreds of thousands of dollars
- 6:42Speaker 6: defending himself and in the end there was nothing. There
- 6:45Speaker 6: was nothing. I have personally been involved in cases involving
- 6:48Speaker 6: asset forfeiture federal prosecutions, and I would say to the
- 6:51Speaker 6: assistant US attorney in New Haven, you got nothing? Okay, Well,
- 6:56Speaker 6: will he sign an agreement to pay us our accounting
- 6:59Speaker 6: fees for the investor litigation?
- 7:00Speaker 2: No?
- 7:01Speaker 6: You should be happy we're not suing the United States
- 7:03Speaker 6: of America, right, Okay, So this has got to be dropped.
- 7:05Speaker 7: Now.
- 7:06Speaker 6: A woman I know lost her two foster children. Her
- 7:09Speaker 6: houses were seized because she was related to a local
- 7:12Speaker 6: convicted drug dealer and they thought she was protecting him.
- 7:15Speaker 6: I'm telling you, when you were on the wrong side
- 7:18Speaker 6: of a federal prosecution and they come after you with
- 7:21Speaker 6: all their resources, the FBI and all this, it's very intimidating.
- 7:25Speaker 4: How often have you seen in that exact scenario. You've
- 7:29Speaker 4: got the FBI, stayed police, whomever, investigating something and maybe
- 7:33Speaker 4: they've got some smoke but no fire. It's not what
- 7:37Speaker 4: they thought it was. Yet they spent a lot of
- 7:40Speaker 4: money and a lot of time. How many times have
- 7:42Speaker 4: you seen it where they say, you know what, we're
- 7:44Speaker 4: going full throttle with this. We're going to get them
- 7:46Speaker 4: as much as well.
- 7:47Speaker 6: Well, fortunately, not terribly often. I can tell you I
- 7:51Speaker 6: did clerk in the US Attorney's office back in the eighties,
- 7:54Speaker 6: and it was a scary thing because I remember the
- 7:56Speaker 6: supervisory chief of the criminal unit saying, Hey, we haven't
- 7:59Speaker 6: an investigated so and so. I'll spare his name and
- 8:03Speaker 6: in a while, and he was a guy who was
- 8:05Speaker 6: one of these survivalist type. He didn't follow the constitution.
- 8:09Speaker 6: He had his own credo in his wallet, like you
- 8:12Speaker 6: know these sovereign citizen folks, very scary folks, and so
- 8:16Speaker 6: he was targeted. But fortunately he didn't see that. I
- 8:18Speaker 6: didn't see it. In Connecticut. The US attorneys we've had
- 8:22Speaker 6: be it, Alan Nevis, even Richard Blumathal and others. They
- 8:26Speaker 6: just didn't spend their time doing that. And we've been fortunate.
- 8:29Speaker 6: Norah Denahey was in the US Attorney's office now with
- 8:32Speaker 6: Justice of the Supreme Court, so we've been fortunate. But
- 8:35Speaker 6: I will tell you that if you are on the
- 8:37Speaker 6: wrong side, look out. Having been involved in public corruption
- 8:41Speaker 6: and organized crime investigation prosecution, we had to be careful.
- 8:44Speaker 6: We had to be careful who we went after, and
- 8:46Speaker 6: that high burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. So
- 8:49Speaker 6: before you commit resources, you better rewrite.
- 8:51Speaker 4: We're talking to Judge John Tizzarro joins us about every
- 8:54Speaker 4: other week here on the radio, and as always I'm
- 8:57Speaker 4: more than happy to pass along a question. So if
- 9:00Speaker 4: you're listening and you've got a legal question, you want
- 9:03Speaker 4: to send it to me through email, you can Leelcradio
- 9:05Speaker 4: at gmail dot com and I'll send it off to
- 9:07Speaker 4: the judge and he can try to attack it when
- 9:09Speaker 4: he comes on so blanket immunity. So what's the difference.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Can blanket immunity be challenged?
- 9:14Speaker 8: Oh?
- 9:15Speaker 5: Boy, it's tough.
- 9:16Speaker 6: It's tough. And I think that's a nuanced and I'm
- 9:18Speaker 6: not going to do a dodge here. And let's talk
- 9:21Speaker 6: about Hunter Biden. You know, I understand the president pardoned
- 9:25Speaker 6: him for ten years, going back, Wow, what's going on there?
- 9:29Speaker 2: You know?
- 9:29Speaker 6: And when that happens, it's probably not going to be
- 9:33Speaker 6: successfully challenged. Who's going to take up the time to
- 9:36Speaker 6: do it? You know, it's just it's not going to happen.
- 9:38Speaker 6: So again, public is going to erode confidence in the
- 9:42Speaker 6: court system. Right, It's just it's to me, it's a
- 9:45Speaker 6: sad thing. It's not terribly surprising.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Is there anything that can't be pardoned? Anything that can? Well? Boy,
- 9:51Speaker 4: I mean if he killed someone, well, you know, we
- 9:55Speaker 4: talk about the example that Donald Trump said if I
- 9:57Speaker 4: if I shot somebody on the street, I'd get away
- 9:59Speaker 4: with it.
- 9:59Speaker 6: That that seemed to be exaggerated, hyperbolic, never could happen. Now,
- 10:05Speaker 6: you got to wonder the United States Supreme Court came
- 10:07Speaker 6: down with that decision where it analyzed official acts from
- 10:11Speaker 6: non official acts. And I think there's a decent argument
- 10:15Speaker 6: based upon the law the jurisprudence to date that an
- 10:19Speaker 6: acting president cannot be prosecuted during the time of his presidency,
- 10:23Speaker 6: arguably for state crimes as well as federal crimes. And
- 10:27Speaker 6: so I will tell it just to go back a
- 10:28Speaker 6: little bit, because there's so much news when Jack Smith
- 10:31Speaker 6: decided to fold his tent, and frankly that was the
- 10:34Speaker 6: only decision he had. But you know, it was a
- 10:36Speaker 6: little mealy mouthed when he said, well, you know, we're
- 10:39Speaker 6: going to possibly revisit this four years down the road.
- 10:42Speaker 6: We're doing it without prejudice.
- 10:44Speaker 5: Beware of those words.
- 10:45Speaker 6: Without prejudice means you could come back again, like you know,
- 10:50Speaker 6: a zombie in four years. But it's not going to happen.
- 10:52Speaker 6: It's just just own it and say, look, this is gone.
- 10:55Speaker 4: We're not going to do this.
- 10:56Speaker 6: We spent forty three million. There's that number again, forty
- 10:59Speaker 6: three million. There must be some line in the budget
- 11:02Speaker 6: where after, you know, if you haven't gotten anything, you're
- 11:04Speaker 6: not going to get anywhere.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Let's stop.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Let's stop at that point.
- 11:08Speaker 5: There you go.
- 11:09Speaker 4: His name is Judge John Nazarro, and he joins me
- 11:12Speaker 4: and periodically here on the Radio. We always enjoy.
- 11:16Speaker 7: Him and his insight into all things legal, and we
- 11:20Speaker 7: thank him again as always, Judge, I appreciate you coming
- 11:23Speaker 7: on to kick off the show here on this Friday
- 11:25Speaker 7: and talk a little bit about Joe Biden and his
- 11:30Speaker 7: pardoning of his son Hunter Biden.
- 11:33Speaker 5: We do got to take a quick break.
- 11:34Speaker 4: We'll come back. Please don't go anywhere. We do have
- 11:36Speaker 4: a great show in store for you. We'll talk to
- 11:38Speaker 4: Steven Boucci from the Heritage Foundation at the bottom of
- 11:42Speaker 4: the hour, and just a whole lot of other stuff
- 11:44Speaker 4: coming at you.
- 11:44Speaker 5: Keep it right here.
- 11:45Speaker 4: You're listening to the top media network. The show is
- 11:49Speaker 4: war Hi.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I'm Weena Ellen Root.

- 12:50Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root here victory Trump one and we know it.
- 12:54Speaker 8: But I'm still feeling something very bad and frightening in
- 12:56Speaker 8: the pit of my stomach. I don't believe for a
- 12:58Speaker 8: second the radical leftists running our government will accept Trump's
- 13:02Speaker 8: victory or agree to leave peacefully. They have weeks to
- 13:04Speaker 8: cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's why everyone needs to
- 13:07Speaker 8: own an insurance policy.

- 14:55Speaker 4: You are listening to the talk media Network.
- 14:57Speaker 5: My name is Lee Elsie.
- 14:58Speaker 9: Earlier today received an email from an angry, angry woman
- 15:03Speaker 9: who lives in you know, a very well it's a
- 15:06Speaker 9: well off area here in Connecticut in Lyne Old Line, Connecticut.
- 15:11Speaker 4: But if I a bedroom type of a community, coastline community.
- 15:18Speaker 4: But she's all fired up sent me this very long email.
- 15:23Speaker 4: But the gist of it is she demands to know
- 15:27Speaker 4: who's running the country, who's in charge of the country
- 15:31Speaker 4: right now, like who's running the show? And she couldn't
- 15:34Speaker 4: be more accurate. Who is running the show. Joe Biden
- 15:38Speaker 4: is completely incompetent, Gonzo lost Kamala Harris, she's licking her
- 15:44Speaker 4: wounds right, looks like she's half drunk all the time,
- 15:50Speaker 4: slurring her speech, mumbling her words. Was mia for what?
- 15:54Speaker 4: Three weeks after the election? She pops her head up
- 15:58Speaker 4: once in a while. Are we not paying these people?
- 16:02Speaker 4: Isn't my tax dollars going for their salary?
- 16:07Speaker 5: Where are they? Who's running the show?
- 16:09Speaker 4: If Putin drops a bomb tomorrow, who's picking up the
- 16:13Speaker 4: phone to deal with it?
- 16:15Speaker 5: Can't be Biden. I don't want it to be Harris.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Who's doing it? Why isn't anybody screaming about this?
- 16:22Speaker 4: Why aren't United States senators demanding some accountability? Are you
- 16:28Speaker 4: not concerned about this? Does this not bother you when
- 16:32Speaker 4: you lay your head on your pillow at night? Does
- 16:35Speaker 4: this not give you a reason to worry about the
- 16:39Speaker 4: security and the safety of the United States of America.
- 16:43Speaker 4: We've got essentially twenty five days left in this month,
- 16:47Speaker 4: and then another twenty days until Trump is sworn in.
- 16:49Speaker 4: Forty five days for our leadership to literally wreak havoc
- 16:56Speaker 4: not only within the borders of this country, but outside
- 16:59Speaker 4: the borders, utterless ship. That is what we are, a
- 17:02Speaker 4: rudderless ship, no direction, no idea where we're going with
- 17:09Speaker 4: supposedly the skipper, the captain in charge of it, completely incoherent,
- 17:14Speaker 4: completely lost, completely delusional, and the second banana basically apparently
- 17:21Speaker 4: and this is just my opinion, drinking herself into oblivion.
- 17:26Speaker 4: It's a sad state of affairs. We have really fallen.
- 17:29Speaker 4: And I imagine how lucky we are right now. Think
- 17:33Speaker 4: about this, how lucky we are that Trump won, because
- 17:36Speaker 4: right now we would be staring down this incredibly consequential
- 17:41Speaker 4: scenario where Kamala Harris would be ramping up to take over.
- 17:47Speaker 4: How scary is that you can clearly see who she is.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Her true colors have come shining through. They tried their
- 17:56Speaker 4: best to put lipstick on that pig, couldn't do it.
- 18:00Speaker 4: The American people wouldn't buy it. And luckily we have Trump.
- 18:04Speaker 4: But still we have forty five days to navigate through
- 18:08Speaker 4: this treacherous land of chaos that has been created by
- 18:12Speaker 4: Joe Biden in this administration. It really is a dangerous scenario.
- 18:17Speaker 4: All right, we have a great show in store for
- 18:19Speaker 4: you tonight. We have Boucci coming up at the bottom
- 18:22Speaker 4: of the hour, Heritage Foundation, Fame and Fortune. Always great
- 18:25Speaker 4: to talk to him about what's going on from a
- 18:27Speaker 4: military perspective around the entire globe. I do want to
- 18:31Speaker 4: talk a little bit before we run out of time
- 18:33Speaker 4: to today about this assassination and the shooter and the
- 18:38Speaker 4: ramifications of this and how angry people are. Not angry
- 18:43Speaker 4: with the shooter, angry with healthcare and insurance companies, and
- 18:48Speaker 4: that anger is bubbling over and you could see it
- 18:51Speaker 4: on social media platforms around the country. People are you know,
- 18:56Speaker 4: people are not feeling sorry for the CEO fling sorry
- 19:00Speaker 4: for themselves, and they're family members who have been denied
- 19:03Speaker 4: coverage for years for things that they had paid into.
- 19:07Speaker 4: This is really an issue that needs to really be
- 19:11Speaker 4: looked into even deeper. All Right, we have to take
- 19:13Speaker 4: a break. But before we do, that friend of mine
- 19:16Speaker 4: was listening and was having a little trouble in the
- 19:21Speaker 4: old bedroom. And who's listening to listen to Twayne all

- 21:49Speaker 4: This is the Talk Media Network.
- 21:51Speaker 5: The show is War.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Wayne will be here at the top of the hour
- 21:55Speaker 4: joining us right now from the Heritage Foundation. He's got
- 21:57Speaker 4: over thirty years of military experience. Rants he is a
- 22:01Speaker 4: full blown colonel in the United States Army and we
- 22:04Speaker 4: have him on quite often. His name is Stephen Bucci. Steven,
- 22:07Speaker 4: thanks for joining us. I appreciate it.
- 22:09Speaker 10: It's great to be back on the show.
- 22:10Speaker 4: It's great to have you here. All right, let me
- 22:12Speaker 4: start out with some heavies. This is a big stuff here.
- 22:15Speaker 4: The US de stabilizes the Mid East, undermining or attacking
- 22:20Speaker 4: leaders who work with US. The Shah Kadafi Saddam Hussein As'ad,
- 22:24Speaker 4: US backed anti Asad forces have now taken Aleppo. How
- 22:28Speaker 4: is the Syrian war going to affect long term US
- 22:32Speaker 4: Mid Eastern political relationships?
- 22:34Speaker 10: Well, it kind of depends on who takes over. If
- 22:38Speaker 10: you assuming this really is the death knell for the
- 22:41Speaker 10: Dusad regime and they're going to be moving out one
- 22:44Speaker 10: way or another, it depends on who follows them up.
- 22:48Speaker 10: One of the things is anybody who's you know, toty
- 22:51Speaker 10: doing a happy dance because Asad may be going down.
- 22:54Speaker 10: You don't really understand Syria very well, not saying who
- 22:59Speaker 10: we should try and keep Asad in. He's a bad
- 23:01Speaker 10: guy and he needs the lead, but there's not a
- 23:04Speaker 10: lot of good alternatives to follow in behind him and
- 23:08Speaker 10: there's some alternatives that could be even worse. Now Assad
- 23:14Speaker 10: is tied deeply into Russia and Iran, so him leaving,
- 23:19Speaker 10: if we get somebody who's not tied into those guys,
- 23:24Speaker 10: that would be a good thing. But again, we don't
- 23:28Speaker 10: know who they might be tied into, so you know,
- 23:32Speaker 10: it could affect us badly. It could be no big change,
- 23:37Speaker 10: It'll just be a different face, you know, at the
- 23:40Speaker 10: head of the table. But we need to be paying
- 23:44Speaker 10: attention to it. We need to have a team that
- 23:47Speaker 10: understands those nuances. And frankly, right now, between now and
- 23:52Speaker 10: January twentieth, we don't have that team in place. You know,
- 23:57Speaker 10: Jake Sullivan's judgment has been wrong at every turn as
- 24:03Speaker 10: the National Security Advisor, and I you know, he could
- 24:06Speaker 10: do a lot of mischief between now and January twenty.
- 24:10Speaker 4: Doesn't it feel like we're like a rudderless ship when
- 24:13Speaker 4: it comes to all of this stuff. It seems like
- 24:15Speaker 4: we've like he's checked out Biden's history. What he brings
- 24:18Speaker 4: to the table is less than zero. Doesn't it feel
- 24:21Speaker 4: like there's really nobody in charge right now?
- 24:24Speaker 10: Yeah, that's exactly what it feels like. And or that
- 24:27Speaker 10: the people in charge shouldn't be. They're not the elected officials,
- 24:31Speaker 10: they're you know, appointed bureaucrats, and it makes me very,
- 24:35Speaker 10: very nervous. Biden obviously is focused completely on pardoning his
- 24:41Speaker 10: son and making sure his son can't get prosecuted for
- 24:45Speaker 10: any of the crimes. You know, when they start having
- 24:48Speaker 10: less bent people reviewing him. Now he doesn't have to worry.
- 24:54Speaker 10: You know, it doesn't matter what else he's done between
- 24:57Speaker 10: now or between twenty fourteen and now he's free and clear.
- 25:04Speaker 10: That's kind of scary. And what does he do. He
- 25:07Speaker 10: kicks out that pardon, ridiculously over the top pardon, not
- 25:12Speaker 10: just for the gun charge or the other stuff he's
- 25:14Speaker 10: saying is politically motivated. It was politically motivated. Now he's
- 25:19Speaker 10: off on a trip, you know, to Africa. I think, okay,
- 25:24Speaker 10: that's a real useful use of his time when there's
- 25:26Speaker 10: multiple crises going on in the world. It just it's
- 25:32Speaker 10: you know, they came into office saying the adults are
- 25:35Speaker 10: back in power, and what we got were not the
- 25:39Speaker 10: kids back in power, but the the you know that
- 25:43Speaker 10: mentally handicapped back in power, and it's stayed in place.
- 25:47Speaker 10: They have been a disaster. There's still a disaster, and
- 25:52Speaker 10: lord knows what else they can do in the last
- 25:56Speaker 10: you know, two months of or just under two months
- 25:59Speaker 10: of power, but they could do some damage.
- 26:02Speaker 4: The Biden thing, though, wasn't a surprise to you. I mean,
- 26:04Speaker 4: we knew he was going to do this. It's just
- 26:07Speaker 4: the extent the blanket pardon maybe has ruffled some feathers
- 26:11Speaker 4: more than we had anticipated.
- 26:13Speaker 10: Right, yeah, absolutely. You know, look, nobody believed Joe Biden
- 26:18Speaker 10: when he said absolutely he's not going to pardon his son.
- 26:21Speaker 10: Nobody believed you know, Jean Pierre whatever her name is,
- 26:25Speaker 10: the press secretary who said, no, we've told you multiple
- 26:29Speaker 10: times he's not going to pardon his son, so they lied. Ah,
- 26:33Speaker 10: big surprise, But the extent of it was pretty shocking.
- 26:39Speaker 10: You know, the gun charge, the tax evasion, all that
- 26:44Speaker 10: kind of stuff. Okay, so you didn't get any jail
- 26:46Speaker 10: time for that, but the blanket pardon that he was
- 26:50Speaker 10: given is unbelievable, given that there's a lot of people
- 26:54Speaker 10: who think hunter Biden has done a lot more criminal
- 26:58Speaker 10: activity than what we've been able to see, because the FBI,
- 27:03Speaker 10: the Justice Department have all been bent as they were
- 27:10Speaker 10: investigating him, and now it doesn't matter who comes in,
- 27:15Speaker 10: doesn't matter how how much Pam Bondy may direct people
- 27:20Speaker 10: to investigate. He's got a pardon in his hand and
- 27:24Speaker 10: you can't prosecute him for it. That was way over
- 27:28Speaker 10: the top. And I'm sorry just saying, you know, I'm
- 27:32Speaker 10: sure everybody understand as a father and the president that
- 27:35Speaker 10: I had to do this.
- 27:36Speaker 7: No.
- 27:37Speaker 10: You know, if you don't want your kid to go
- 27:39Speaker 10: to jail for the stuff he was convicted for, fine,
- 27:42Speaker 10: give him a pardon for that. But the blanket pardon,
- 27:45Speaker 10: that's way over the top. Lee, And I think even Democrats,
- 27:50Speaker 10: there's a couple that have already started to complain. But
- 27:54Speaker 10: I think everybody's going to realize, Fine, what do you
- 27:58Speaker 10: think President Trump's going to do before he leaves off?
- 28:01Speaker 5: Right?
- 28:02Speaker 4: You know, the bottom line for this, Stephen is this
- 28:04Speaker 4: is just a protection mechanism for the Biden crime family.
- 28:10Speaker 4: He's just protecting his own ass.
- 28:11Speaker 10: Absolutely. Hunter Biden was seemingly the center of the Biden
- 28:18Speaker 10: corrupt crime family, with all the influence peddling, the insider
- 28:25Speaker 10: stuff that you know, the President's brother has gotten rich on,
- 28:30Speaker 10: Hunter has gotten rich on, you know, the sale of
- 28:34Speaker 10: his paintings, that doing air quotes there and his other artwork,
- 28:39Speaker 10: his drug addiction, and you know connection buying crap from somebody.
- 28:46Speaker 10: You know, It's just that the amount of potential crimes
- 28:52Speaker 10: swirling around Hunter that might have touched other members of
- 28:57Speaker 10: the Biden family is just you know, staggering to think of.
- 29:03Speaker 10: And I think they got to the President and said, hey, Dad, honey,
- 29:09Speaker 10: whatever you need to do this. We need to get
- 29:12Speaker 10: Hunter off the game board with no ability to put
- 29:16Speaker 10: pressure on him to roll on anybody else or we
- 29:20Speaker 10: could all go down. And I guess Joe didn't want
- 29:23Speaker 10: to lose, you know, his ice cream time thereon Delaware
- 29:26Speaker 10: and his retirement, so he did it.
- 29:28Speaker 4: All right, let me flip the script. This is about
- 29:30Speaker 4: ten days old. But I wanted to ask you, and
- 29:32Speaker 4: we've just been so busy with other stuff. I didn't
- 29:34Speaker 4: get a chance to you. N Nuclear Watchdog Board on
- 29:37Speaker 4: Thursday of not last week, the week before, condemned the
- 29:40Speaker 4: Iranians for failing to cooperate fully with the agency. How
- 29:45Speaker 4: far away, in your estimation is the as Iran from
- 29:49Speaker 4: getting an actual nuclear weapon?
- 29:51Speaker 10: You know, Lee, I'm not that kind of nuclear expert,
- 29:55Speaker 10: so I it'd be a total swag I've seen things
- 29:59Speaker 10: from they could have it by next week. Uh two
- 30:03Speaker 10: they you know, it's gonna take them a couple of
- 30:05Speaker 10: months up to a year, but it's it's a short
- 30:08Speaker 10: time horizon. Now it's no longer you know, decades away
- 30:12Speaker 10: or anything like that. And they're producing more and more
- 30:16Speaker 10: uh you know nuclear fuel stuff, uh, the enriched uranium
- 30:22Speaker 10: moving to the other things like it's plutonium and some
- 30:26Speaker 10: of the ones that they need for devices. Uh. Then
- 30:30Speaker 10: it becomes a matter of can they miniaturize those enough
- 30:35Speaker 10: to get them onto missiles. Can't take a bomb the
- 30:39Speaker 10: size of the one we dropped on Hiroshima, just physical size,
- 30:43Speaker 10: not not tootency uh and put it on top of
- 30:46Speaker 10: a of a missile. Iran does not have an air
- 30:52Speaker 10: delivery method other than ballistic missiles, so that means he's
- 30:56Speaker 10: got to do some tight engineering to get it small
- 30:59Speaker 10: enough to do that. But when you have Russia and
- 31:02Speaker 10: North Korea and others cooperating with Iran, they may not
- 31:08Speaker 10: have to do it themselves. They may just get handed
- 31:10Speaker 10: a device that you know they can use, right. So
- 31:15Speaker 10: it's it's look, when Israel thinks they've got a device,
- 31:20Speaker 10: Israel's going to take that device out. The fact that
- 31:23Speaker 10: Israel has not done it yet tells me there's there's
- 31:26Speaker 10: at least, you know, weeks, if not months before they
- 31:29Speaker 10: have the capacity. And Israel's intel with regard to Iran
- 31:34Speaker 10: is better than ours. It shouldn't be right, but it is.
- 31:40Speaker 10: That's because of their human intelligence capability.
- 31:42Speaker 4: I mean, it seems like we've been talking about the
- 31:44Speaker 4: Iranians getting a nuclear weapon for a decade, right, so
- 31:47Speaker 4: it's longer than that probably, So you've got to figure
- 31:50Speaker 4: I mean, with all of the information that's out there,
- 31:53Speaker 4: technology gets better and better every second of every day,
- 31:56Speaker 4: with AI et cetera. You got to me it seems
- 31:58Speaker 4: like it's impossible that they don't have the technical know
- 32:01Speaker 4: how on ability to be able to create one. How
- 32:04Speaker 4: difficult would it be for them to create some semblance
- 32:07Speaker 4: of a nuclear weapon, put it in the back of
- 32:09Speaker 4: an unmarked van and park it in Tel Aviv.
- 32:12Speaker 10: That is a more likely scenario then know how is
- 32:16Speaker 10: there they've got that already, the technical ability to produce
- 32:20Speaker 10: the device. That's tougher that you know, it's a lot
- 32:24Speaker 10: harder to make an actual fission or fusion device than
- 32:29Speaker 10: it is, you know, to make a bomb that spreads radiation,
- 32:33Speaker 10: you know, a radiological device that that latter one they
- 32:37Speaker 10: could probably do. Now that's a pain in the neck.
- 32:40Speaker 10: Is it's scary and dangerous, but you know, it doesn't
- 32:43Speaker 10: turn us all into mutants overnight. But some people think
- 32:46Speaker 10: you take medicine and you'll be okay. But an actual
- 32:51Speaker 10: fission bomb, or God help us, a fusion bomb is
- 32:57Speaker 10: it's still a difficult engine in task. So that gives
- 33:02Speaker 10: us some more time to respond to it. And there
- 33:06Speaker 10: are indicators when they have something like that that we
- 33:11Speaker 10: can pick up on. We all of Iran's adversaries and
- 33:16Speaker 10: hopefully respond in time to preempty.
- 33:20Speaker 5: His name is Steven Bucci and he's with a Heritage foundation.
- 33:23Speaker 4: You can follow him up on the X at s Bucci.

- 36:14Speaker 8: of crisis. Text Roots to eight five, five, four to

- 36:25Speaker 1: In free gold or silver. Text route to eight.
- 36:27Speaker 8: Five, five four or five or call eight hundred four

- 36:35Speaker 4: All right, Welcome back, final segment here on the Talk
- 36:37Speaker 4: Media Network. The show is war Wayne will be here
- 36:40Speaker 4: after the top of the hour. Again. My name is
- 36:42Speaker 4: Lee Elsie, and I want to pivot talk a little
- 36:44Speaker 4: bit about this CEO Brian Thompson, who was assassinated on
- 36:49Speaker 4: the City streets of New York City. It has everybody
- 36:53Speaker 4: talking about it. All the news is covering it. It's
- 36:55Speaker 4: the number one story in the country. Health insurance the
- 36:59Speaker 4: company's colectively generate hundreds of billions of dollars annually, hundreds
- 37:06Speaker 4: of billions. For instance, United health Group, the parent company
- 37:10Speaker 4: of United Healthcare, reported three hundred and twenty four billion
- 37:15Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three. United health Group CEO Andrew Witty
- 37:20Speaker 4: earned approximately eighteen point four million in twenty twenty two.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Other insurance executives often make similar high salaries, with the
- 37:28Speaker 4: total compensation packages exceeding more often than not ten million
- 37:32Speaker 4: dollars annually, including bonuses and stocks. So they're making a
- 37:37Speaker 4: lot of money. People are frustrated, And guess what people
- 37:41Speaker 4: should be frustrated, They should be furious. Now, no one
- 37:45Speaker 4: is going to condone the execution style murder of anyone,
- 37:50Speaker 4: but I'll tell you, when you think about the mindset
- 37:54Speaker 4: of the people who are in these top positions that
- 37:58Speaker 4: are you know, it's all about the money. It's hard
- 38:01Speaker 4: to find a lot of people with a lot of
- 38:03Speaker 4: remorse about this.
- 38:04Speaker 5: In fact, social media is going in the other direction.
- 38:08Speaker 4: It's almost become good good for the guy for shooting them,
- 38:11Speaker 4: standing up for all of us. Social media a lot
- 38:14Speaker 4: of these these sites, they're applauding this guy who killed
- 38:18Speaker 4: this CEO. There is such frustration, such anger that many
- 38:23Speaker 4: Americans feel towards their health insurance companies. They don't know
- 38:27Speaker 4: how to release that anger, and there's nowhere to turn.
- 38:31Speaker 5: Think about it, there's nowhere to go. You've got no
- 38:34Speaker 5: help here.
- 38:35Speaker 4: If you're someone in particular, what's bothersome to me is
- 38:38Speaker 4: someone who's paid and paid and paid and paid and paid,
- 38:42Speaker 4: and then when it's time for them to get assistance,
- 38:47Speaker 4: they're either ignored or they're given the run around. I've
- 38:50Speaker 4: said this before on the air. There's nothing worse think about.
- 38:54Speaker 4: Think about this. You've just been diagnosed with cancer. Let's
- 38:57Speaker 4: say you're in stage three cancer, fighting for your life,
- 39:02Speaker 4: and you've paid your insurance bills every single month for
- 39:06Speaker 4: as long as you've been an adult, and now they
- 39:09Speaker 4: bounce you around phone call, the phone call, to representative
- 39:14Speaker 4: to representative, and they fight.
- 39:16Speaker 5: You tooth and nail every inch of the way.
- 39:20Speaker 4: How do you then turn around and feel remorse for
- 39:23Speaker 4: someone who made twenty million dollars last year, who has
- 39:29Speaker 4: purposely designed. According to the reports, they've designed.
- 39:34Speaker 5: AI to.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Automatically deny benefits of sick people, making them do their
- 39:41Speaker 4: run around game. Keep calling back, keep calling back, keep trying,
- 39:45Speaker 4: keep trying, delay delay, delay delay, until eventually either the
- 39:50Speaker 4: person gives up tries a different avenue they don't want
- 39:53Speaker 4: to pay.
- 39:54Speaker 5: And again, I'm not saying what happened to the CEO.
- 39:58Speaker 4: Should have happened. Let me read your couple of messages
- 40:01Speaker 4: from social media science. A Facebook post by United Health Group,
- 40:05Speaker 4: the parent company of United Healthcare, said it was deeply
- 40:08Speaker 4: saddened and shocked of the passing of our dear friend
- 40:11Speaker 4: and colleague, Brian Thompson. But that post garnered over eleven
- 40:17Speaker 4: thousand laughing emojis at the time of its writing. Comments
- 40:21Speaker 4: have been turned off for that post, but shares include comments.
- 40:26Speaker 4: I would offer thoughts and prayers, but they are not
- 40:29Speaker 4: covered and they're out of my network. Another person on
- 40:31Speaker 4: Instagram said, my empathy is out of network for this one. Sorry,
- 40:36Speaker 4: but my insurance and medicaid doesn't cover thoughts and prayers.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Judging by the public reaction, I think the bigger story
- 40:43Speaker 4: should be why doesn't this happen more often? These are
- 40:46Speaker 4: people commenting on some of these social media posts. Other
- 40:49Speaker 4: comments got more personal, with people sharing their stories of
- 40:53Speaker 4: being denied coverage by United Healthcare. My uncle paid you
- 40:57Speaker 4: guys for twenty two years without missing a single pain,
- 41:00Speaker 4: and then when he died, you denied life insurance and
- 41:04Speaker 4: his life insurance claim. You even had the nerve to
- 41:07Speaker 4: cash his check the week he died. Scumbags. He goes
- 41:11Speaker 4: on to say, sometimes you get what you deserve. I
- 41:13Speaker 4: hope you all suffer the way my mom has for
- 41:16Speaker 4: the past year. She has had to endure the nightmare
- 41:20Speaker 4: of losing her brother then almost filing for bankruptcy to
- 41:23Speaker 4: do so. The number of people, by the way, who
- 41:26Speaker 4: have to file bankruptcy because of healthcare is astronomical, more
- 41:29Speaker 4: than you could ever know, more than you can imagine.
- 41:33Speaker 4: The number shocking, actually of bankruptcy is that are file
- 41:36Speaker 4: sixty three percent. I think of bankruptcy's file because of
- 41:39Speaker 4: health care. That's shameful. As I've said before, what we
- 41:43Speaker 4: have as a system is broken, right, A socialistic system
- 41:47Speaker 4: is also broken. But we're the greatest country in the
- 41:50Speaker 4: world and we literally waste trillions of dollars. How do
- 41:56Speaker 4: you feel remorse for somebody who rubber stamps that garbage.
- 41:59Speaker 4: How how are you supposed to feel sorry for somebody?
- 42:02Speaker 4: I don't know. Do you imagine being in the shoes
- 42:08Speaker 4: of someone who's sick, has a life threatening illness. Maybe
- 42:12Speaker 4: he's all by themselves in the world, doesn't have anybody,
- 42:16Speaker 4: and spends instead of spending the majority of their time.
- 42:19Speaker 4: And this is somebody who is paid into the system
- 42:22Speaker 4: instead of spending their time fighting a disease that's trying
- 42:27Speaker 4: to kill them from the inside out. They're on the
- 42:29Speaker 4: phone with representatives and insurance companies, and I'm supposed to
- 42:33Speaker 4: feel sorry for the CEO of that company who gave
- 42:38Speaker 4: out that edict. You know, no one gets coverage until
- 42:41Speaker 4: the third or fourth time, fifth time sending in acclaim
- 42:45Speaker 4: that happens. So I think the surprise actually probably is
- 42:51Speaker 4: this hasn't happened to more people. That's the surprise. All right,
- 42:56Speaker 4: It's time for us to make way and give way.
- 43:01Speaker 4: I guess to the great Wayne allen Rude, who is here.
- 43:03Speaker 4: He has arrived, he is up. He'll come at you
- 43:05Speaker 4: out to the top of the hour. I want to

- 43:09Speaker 4: right here on the.
