- 0:24Ron Meyers: It is so good to be with you just a few days before Christmas.
- 0:28Ron Meyers: Are you in the mood?
- 0:30Ron Meyers: I kind of am.
- 0:31Ron Meyers: Kind of not.
- 0:32Ron Meyers: But what I am in the mood for is some good teaching by Jonathan Kahn.
- 0:38Ron Meyers: He is a messianic Jew, which means at one time he was Jewish.
- 0:43Ron Meyers: He saw that Jesus was the Messiah, and now he's a messianic Jew.
- 0:48Ron Meyers: And I have a teaching from him today, Hanukkah in the end times.
- 0:52Ron Meyers: Sometimes, friends, we just need to hear some profound teaching to understand that our destiny and our purpose is so far rooted back in history.
- 1:03Ron Meyers: We get caught up in some of the day-to-day little things, but the big picture is this that God has chosen you for this time in this world.
- 1:12Ron Meyers: For this time, God has a plan for you, and Jonathan is going to share with why so many people, God's people, are going through trials because Satan is trying to preempt your purpose, your destiny.
- 1:28Ron Meyers: So let's take a listen to my friend Jonathan Kahn as he talks about Hanukkah and the end times.
- 1:36Jonathan Cahn: Hanukkah began when they when they came to the Temple Mount and rededicated the Temple on the Temple Mount.
- 1:41Jonathan Cahn: So even here, what happened October 7th is linked to the Temple Mount.
- 1:44Jonathan Cahn: Hanukkah is linked to also the Temple Mount and a struggle over the Temple Mount.
- 1:49Jonathan Cahn: It says of Messiah, it says he's the servant of the Messiah is the servant of God.
- 1:59Jonathan Cahn: And it says, coming into the world, he lights up the light of man.
- 2:03Jonathan Cahn: He lights us up the light of the world.
- 2:06Jonathan Cahn: And the blessing.
- 2:07Jonathan Cahn: Blessed are you, Lord God, King of the universe, who performed great wonders, miracles for our ancestors in that place at this time.
- 2:22Jonathan Cahn: Blessed are you, Lord God, King of the universe, who sanctifies us in faith in Yeshua, the Messiah, light of the world, and in your word, and you commanded us to light the lights of dedication.
- 2:36Jonathan Cahn: Where is Hanukkah celebrated in the Bible?
- 2:41Jonathan Cahn: Where is it?
- 2:41Jonathan Cahn: There's only one place.
- 2:43Jonathan Cahn: It's in the New Testament, and it's in the Gospel of John.
- 2:46Jonathan Cahn: And here it is: John 10.
- 2:50Jonathan Cahn: It was the feast of dedication.
- 2:52Jonathan Cahn: It was winter time in Jerusalem and Yeshua.
- 2:56Jonathan Cahn: Jesus was walking in the temple of Solomon's porch.
- 2:59Jonathan Cahn: And the Jewish people came around him and said to him, How long will you keep us in suspense?
- 3:03Jonathan Cahn: If you are the Mashiach, the Messiah, the anointed one, tell us clearly.
- 3:08Jonathan Cahn: And he answered them and said, I have told you.
- 3:11Jonathan Cahn: My sheep hear my voice.
- 3:13Jonathan Cahn: I know them, they follow me, and I give them everlasting life.
- 3:17Jonathan Cahn: I and my father are one.
- 3:19Jonathan Cahn: Where is Hanukkah?
- 3:21Jonathan Cahn: It says, The feast of dedication.
- 3:24Jonathan Cahn: Now you read that and you don't realize what it is, most believers.
- 3:28Jonathan Cahn: And Jewish people, if you tell them, look, it's right here, feast of dedication, they won't know what that is either.
- 3:32Jonathan Cahn: Most people, Israelis will.
- 3:34Jonathan Cahn: Notice it's winter time.
- 3:43Jonathan Cahn: Messiah is walking in the temple.
- 3:46Jonathan Cahn: Most likely it's lit up by the lights all over of Hanukkah.
- 3:50Jonathan Cahn: And the thing is, I said this before, but you know, we don't know if Jesus celebrated Christmas.
- 3:56Jonathan Cahn: That's his that would be his birthday.
- 3:57Jonathan Cahn: We don't know.
- 3:58Jonathan Cahn: We know he didn't celebrate Santa Claus, Frosty, or anything like that.
- 4:04Jonathan Cahn: But we don't know that he celebrated it.
- 4:06Jonathan Cahn: We know he celebrated Hanukkah.
- 4:08Jonathan Cahn: It's right here.
- 4:09Jonathan Cahn: And the thing is, Hanukkah brought you Christmas.
- 4:13Jonathan Cahn: Without Hanukkah, you could not have Christmas.
- 4:18Jonathan Cahn: Without Hanukkah, you would not be saved today.
- 4:21Jonathan Cahn: So there is a mystery to this because it's about the rededication of the temple.
- 4:28Jonathan Cahn: And you ask why Jewish people are celebrating, they'll say, Well, it's a rededication of the temple.
- 4:32Jonathan Cahn: Where's the temple?
- 4:33Jonathan Cahn: We don't know.
- 4:33Jonathan Cahn: There's no temple.
- 4:34Jonathan Cahn: And yet we're celebrating the rededication of the temple.
- 4:37Jonathan Cahn: Maybe it's prophetic because there will be a temple again.
- 4:40Jonathan Cahn: But the Bible says, Do you not know?
- 4:44Jonathan Cahn: You are the temple of God.
- 4:47Jonathan Cahn: If you're born again, it says you're actually the temple of God because God has come into you.
- 4:53Jonathan Cahn: God is in you.
- 4:54Jonathan Cahn: Your life, you are the vessel that contains God.
- 4:58Jonathan Cahn: And so when you think about it, when you got saved, that was Hanukkah.
- 5:01Jonathan Cahn: That was your Hanukkah.
- 5:02Jonathan Cahn: Because he came into this temple that was dark and he cleansed you.
- 5:07Jonathan Cahn: He took out what shouldn't have been there, took out the idols, took out the unclean things, and then he lit up the light in your heart.
- 5:16Jonathan Cahn: He lit up your life inside out.
- 5:18Jonathan Cahn: So even when it's the darkest time, you still get a light shining.
- 5:22Jonathan Cahn: And in the center of your being, he in the temple he dwelt in the center, the center, the Holy of Holies.
- 5:28Jonathan Cahn: That's your heart.
- 5:29Jonathan Cahn: And so he's got a reign from the heart.
- 5:31Jonathan Cahn: He's got to be the center of your life in order for the temple to be lit up.
- 5:34Jonathan Cahn: And the thing is, that's what he did, but you know, it's still easy, all of us, to let other things get in and get a little darker, let idols get in, substitutes, distractions, and let the fire of God, your zeal, your flame, burn a little lower.
- 5:50Jonathan Cahn: And that's why it's always good to have Hanukkah, to renew, rededicate.
- 5:56Jonathan Cahn: You are the temple of God.
- 5:58Jonathan Cahn: And when you're totally given to God, you light up, you're radiant.
- 6:03Jonathan Cahn: That's what God wants.
- 6:04Jonathan Cahn: Is there a connection between what happened on October 7th and the holiday of Hanukkah?
- 6:09Jonathan Cahn: Well, do you know why Hanukkah is celebrated for eight days?
- 6:12Jonathan Cahn: You may have heard it's the miracle of the oil that was supposed to last only one day when they came back to the temple to cleanse it, but it lasted for eight days.
- 6:22Jonathan Cahn: Well, it's all nice, but it most likely never happened.
- 6:25Jonathan Cahn: There's no ancient account.
- 6:26Jonathan Cahn: It's only years, centuries later, that they came up with that one.
- 6:30Jonathan Cahn: But the thing is, the actual account mentions nothing about that at all.
- 6:33Jonathan Cahn: But it does mention why it's eight days.
- 6:36Jonathan Cahn: And the reason is that most people don't, most Jewish people don't know, most Christians don't know.
- 6:41Jonathan Cahn: It was because of the persecution in those days.
- 6:44Jonathan Cahn: You could not go to Jerusalem to worship God like God commanded.
- 6:47Jonathan Cahn: You couldn't do it.
- 6:48Jonathan Cahn: What was the last holy day that they could not do that they missed before Hanukkah?
- 6:54Jonathan Cahn: Well, we know it because it's the one, the last one that we celebrated.
- 6:57Jonathan Cahn: What was the last holiday we celebrated?
- 6:59Jonathan Cahn: The Feast of Tabernacles, Sukkot, which is the last feast of the Jewish year, the sacred Jewish year.
- 7:06Jonathan Cahn: They couldn't do it.
- 7:07Jonathan Cahn: Now, now, tabernacles is if you count the last day, it's eight days.
- 7:11Jonathan Cahn: So what they did is they rededicated the temple by celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles.
- 7:17Jonathan Cahn: And so that's why Hanukkah is eight days, because the Feast of Tabernacles is eight days, and this is what Hanukkah was.
- 7:23Jonathan Cahn: And it makes sense because when Solomon dedicated the first temple, you know what day he did it on it?
- 7:29Jonathan Cahn: You know what?
- 7:29Jonathan Cahn: It was the Feast of Tabernacles.
- 7:30Jonathan Cahn: That was the dedication of the first temple.
- 7:32Jonathan Cahn: So they probably took it from the Lord to do it.
- 7:35Jonathan Cahn: So it was eight.
- 7:35Jonathan Cahn: So that's why Hanukkah is eight days.
- 7:38Jonathan Cahn: Now, that means Hanukkah is linked to the Feast of Tabernacles a few months ago.
- 7:43Jonathan Cahn: The last day of tabernacles is the eighth day.
- 7:47Jonathan Cahn: That's why they're eight days.
- 7:48Jonathan Cahn: Eighth day.
- 7:48Jonathan Cahn: It's called Shemini Atseret.
- 7:50Jonathan Cahn: It's also called Simchop Torah.
- 7:52Jonathan Cahn: It's a day when it's the very end of the Hebrew year.
- 7:55Jonathan Cahn: It's the very last day.
- 7:57Jonathan Cahn: Well, this year, on that holy day, the last day of all the Hebrew feasts, last day of tabernacles and everything, that was Saturday, October 7th, the day when Hamas did what it did.
- 8:09Jonathan Cahn: They did it on that day.
- 8:11Jonathan Cahn: Now, whether they did it because of it, I don't know.
- 8:13Jonathan Cahn: But it was supposed to be linked to joy.
- 8:15Jonathan Cahn: So they did it.
- 8:16Jonathan Cahn: So that already links what happened then.
- 8:18Jonathan Cahn: Now there's war in Israel, but that all began on that last day of tabernacles.
- 8:24Jonathan Cahn: And now this is the next holy day of Israel.
- 8:27Jonathan Cahn: They are all joined together again.
- 8:30Jonathan Cahn: But they're also, but also at the same time, you know, there's more.
- 8:34Jonathan Cahn: You see, what they did on that day is they it was a desecration.
- 8:39Jonathan Cahn: They desecrated something holy.
- 8:40Jonathan Cahn: First of all, it's a day appointed by God, sacred holy day.
- 8:44Jonathan Cahn: Now they appointed it for evil.
- 8:46Jonathan Cahn: They desecrated it.
- 8:47Jonathan Cahn: And everything they did to people was a desecration of the image of God.
- 8:51Jonathan Cahn: Hanukkah is also about desecration of enemies of the land who desecrate God's work.
- 8:57Jonathan Cahn: And then Hanukkah is the consecration of the desecration.
- 9:01Jonathan Cahn: Consecrate, making sacred again.
- 9:04Jonathan Cahn: And so there's another connection.
- 9:06Jonathan Cahn: But there's also Hanukkah is about a war between those who wanted to wipe out Israel as God's nation and those who fought against that.
- 9:16Jonathan Cahn: That's Hanukkah.
- 9:18Jonathan Cahn: It's happening again.
- 9:19Jonathan Cahn: Here's an ancient thing, and it's happening in 2023.
- 9:22Jonathan Cahn: The events of Hanukkah, but here's another one.
- 9:25Jonathan Cahn: The events of Hanukkah, more than any place, focus on one site, the Temple Mount.
- 9:31Jonathan Cahn: Now you probably didn't know it because the media probably didn't make much mention of it.
- 9:37Jonathan Cahn: But what Hamas did was part of a carefully orchestrated plan and operation.
- 9:43Jonathan Cahn: They were planning it for a long time.
- 9:44Jonathan Cahn: And they gave it a name.
- 9:46Jonathan Cahn: You probably never heard it, but it had a name.
- 9:49Jonathan Cahn: Hamas called it Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
- 9:53Jonathan Cahn: What is Al-Aqsa?
- 9:55Jonathan Cahn: Al-Aqsa is the Islamic mosque that sits on the Temple Mount.
- 10:01Jonathan Cahn: What does that have to do with the Gaza Strip?
- 10:03Jonathan Cahn: Have to do with the Temple Mount very far away.
- 10:05Jonathan Cahn: But think in Hanukkah, the war was ultimately about the Temple Mount, where they had desecrated the temple, made it pagan.
- 10:14Jonathan Cahn: The Maccabees, it all the the Hanukkah began when they when they came to the Temple Mount and rededicated the temple on the Temple Mount.
- 10:21Jonathan Cahn: So even here, what happened October 7th is linked to the Temple Mount.
- 10:24Jonathan Cahn: Hanukkah is linked to also the Temple Mount and a struggle over the Temple Mount.
- 10:29Jonathan Cahn: Why?
- 10:30Jonathan Cahn: To uncover the answer, and this is what we're going to open up this morning.
- 10:34Jonathan Cahn: We need to look at the bigger picture.
- 10:35Jonathan Cahn: The war against Israel was fought in the name of Palestine, the Palestinians.
- 10:42Jonathan Cahn: On the day after the attack, I spoke of what was behind it.
- 10:45Jonathan Cahn: That was Sunday morning.
- 10:46Jonathan Cahn: I want to give you a little bit more on that.
- 10:49Jonathan Cahn: You may come across Bibles that have maps or biblical maps that say Palestine in the time of Jesus.
- 10:56Jonathan Cahn: Well, that's an error.
- 10:58Jonathan Cahn: Biblically and historically.
- 10:59Jonathan Cahn: Biblically, because God gave the land to Israel.
- 11:02Jonathan Cahn: It was called the land of Israel by God.
- 11:05Jonathan Cahn: And historically, Jesus would have never called the Holy Land Palestine.
- 11:12Jonathan Cahn: But for most of why is it called Palestine?
- 11:15Jonathan Cahn: For most of 2,000 years, the world has called that land Palestine.
- 11:20Jonathan Cahn: Why?
- 11:20Jonathan Cahn: It goes back not to the Jewish people, it goes back to the enemies of the Jewish people and people outside Israel.
- 11:26Jonathan Cahn: In 70 AD, the armies of Rome set Jerusalem on fire, took its people captive, sent the Jewish people into the nations, just as Messiah had prophesied.
- 11:36Jonathan Cahn: In the year 132 A.D., came a last revolt.
- 11:42Jonathan Cahn: Many people don't know about it.
- 11:43Jonathan Cahn: It was one last revolt of the Jewish people against Rome, of those who were still in the land called the Barkohpah Revolt.
- 11:49Jonathan Cahn: The Romans came in under Emperor Hadrian, they crushed it, and they sought to erase the memory of the land of Israel from the planet.
- 11:59Jonathan Cahn: So they officially named it a new name, and they called it Palestina to erase Israel.
- 12:06Jonathan Cahn: That's how it became the name.
- 12:08Jonathan Cahn: The name Palestina, where'd they get it from?
- 12:10Jonathan Cahn: They got it from the Greeks.
- 12:12Jonathan Cahn: There's a Greek word Palestine, which is first used by the Greek historian Herodotus.
- 12:18Jonathan Cahn: So where did that name come from?
- 12:20Jonathan Cahn: Where did he get it from?
- 12:21Jonathan Cahn: It comes from a region in the Bible, a small region on the southwest of Israel, on the Mediterranean coast, bordering Egypt or the Sioux or the Sonapeninsula.
- 12:32Jonathan Cahn: It was called Pilashtim.
- 12:34Jonathan Cahn: Try it.
- 12:35Jonathan Cahn: From Pilashtim, you get Palestine.
- 12:38Jonathan Cahn: Pilashtim means the Philistines.
- 12:42Jonathan Cahn: So therefore, so they were the ones who were the enemies of Israel.
- 12:46Jonathan Cahn: They continually raided Israel.
- 12:48Jonathan Cahn: They warred against the people of Israel.
- 12:50Jonathan Cahn: They're first mentioned in the book of Exodus.
- 12:51Jonathan Cahn: When God leads the Jewish people out of Egypt, he says, Avoid, he took up to avoid the Philistines, because they would be, they were warlike, they would be discouraged.
- 13:00Jonathan Cahn: You find them in Israel for centuries.
- 13:02Jonathan Cahn: They are continuously the Philistines, Philistines.
- 13:05Jonathan Cahn: In the time of Joshua, Philistines, time of judges, Philistines.
- 13:09Jonathan Cahn: Philistines are the ones that Samson warred against, whom Delilah, when she said, Hey, Samson, the Philistines are upon you.
- 13:16Jonathan Cahn: The Philistines are the ones who took Samson into captivity, blind him, taunt him.
- 13:21Jonathan Cahn: They're destroyed when he brings down the temple of Dagon.
- 13:24Jonathan Cahn: The Philistines are the ones who warred against King Saul.
- 13:28Jonathan Cahn: In doing so, they led to his death.
- 13:30Jonathan Cahn: They in fact, in fact, killed him.
- 13:32Jonathan Cahn: He fell on his sword, but on Mount Kilboa, and the death of Jonathan and his other sons.
- 13:37Jonathan Cahn: The Philistines warred against King David.
- 13:39Jonathan Cahn: Perhaps the most famous Philistine, you know him, is called Goliath.
- 13:44Jonathan Cahn: They were the enemies in ancient times of Israel.
- 13:47Jonathan Cahn: They occupied a small region there, again, on the coast.
- 13:51Jonathan Cahn: The strip of land was called Pilashtim, which literally means the land of the Philistines or the land of the Philistines.
- 13:58Jonathan Cahn: In English, in many of your Bibles, it's it occurs in the Bible, it is translated as Philistia.
- 14:05Jonathan Cahn: Oh Philistia, the land of the Philistines.
- 14:07Jonathan Cahn: But the Hebrew is Pilashtim, from which you get Palestine.
- 14:11Jonathan Cahn: In Isaiah 14, Isaiah says, In the year that King Ahaz died, this pronouncement came.
- 14:17Jonathan Cahn: All of you, or Palestine, some of your Bibles might even say Palestine.
- 14:24Jonathan Cahn: It's talking about the little strip there.
- 14:26Jonathan Cahn: Because the rod that struck you is broken, for from the serpent's root a viper will come out, its fruit will be a winged servant.
- 14:32Jonathan Cahn: Wail you gate, cry you city, melt away, Philistia, all of you.
- 14:36Jonathan Cahn: Joel 3.
- 14:37Jonathan Cahn: Moreover, what are you to me, Tyre, Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia?
- 14:43Jonathan Cahn: Palestine?
- 14:44Jonathan Cahn: Are you repaying me with retribution?
- 14:47Jonathan Cahn: If you are, I will return that on your head, says the Lord.
- 14:52Jonathan Cahn: Philistia, Palestina, Palestine.
- 14:56Jonathan Cahn: Soon after the Romans destroyed the land of Israel, Jewish people gone.
- 15:02Jonathan Cahn: It was now Palestina.
- 15:04Jonathan Cahn: That's why most of the world for 2,000 years said, Oh, it's the land of Palestine.
- 15:08Jonathan Cahn: Never was.
- 15:10Jonathan Cahn: The whole land was never called that.
- 15:12Jonathan Cahn: They just took it from the enemies of God's people.
- 15:15Jonathan Cahn: Now God loves all people, and we are to love and pray for all people, and we are to pray for the people of Gaza.
- 15:22Jonathan Cahn: At the same time, we also must stand against evil and for God's purposes.
- 15:27Jonathan Cahn: We have to do both.
- 15:29Jonathan Cahn: The people who war against Israel are ultimately pawns in this game.
- 15:35Jonathan Cahn: Just as Hamas, behind Hamas is Iran.
- 15:40Jonathan Cahn: Behind Iran and all of this is the enemy.
- 15:45Jonathan Cahn: Which brings us to the word Palestinian.
- 15:48Jonathan Cahn: That in effect means Philistine.
- 15:50Jonathan Cahn: The flag of Palestine means the flag of the Philistines by by the very name, by the very word.
- 15:55Jonathan Cahn: The Palestine Authority could be translated as the Philistine Authority.
- 15:58Jonathan Cahn: The pro-Palestine demonstrations could be translated as the pro-Philistine.
- 16:04Jonathan Cahn: And when they say they chant Palestine, Palestine is to be free from the river to the sea, they are saying that they that Israel is to be replaced by the land of the Philistines.
- 16:18Jonathan Cahn: So what happened this October was linked to Palestine, of course, we know that.
- 16:24Jonathan Cahn: Which was linked to the ancient Philistines.
- 16:26Jonathan Cahn: But what about the Temple Mount?
- 16:28Jonathan Cahn: They named it the Temple Mount Operation.
- 16:32Jonathan Cahn: Well, just as the name Palestina comes for the whole land of Israel, comes from the Romans af at the Bar Kokhba revolt to wipe it all away at the same time.
- 16:44Jonathan Cahn: The Emperor Hadrian didn't just rename the land, he renamed Jerusalem.
- 16:50Jonathan Cahn: And now Jerusalem was renamed.
- 16:53Jonathan Cahn: It shall not be Jerusalem anymore.
- 16:55Jonathan Cahn: He called it Elia Kapotolina.
- 16:58Jonathan Cahn: Kapitolina means the temple of Zeus, the temple of Jupiter.
- 17:03Jonathan Cahn: So now the city of God is named after Zeus.
- 17:08Jonathan Cahn: And the city of the temple of God is named after the temple of Zeus.
- 17:13Jonathan Cahn: Which is amazing because Hanukkah, when they went up to that temple, this is hundreds of years before, when the Greeks went up to the temple and they desecrated the temple, they did it in the name of Zeus.
- 17:24Jonathan Cahn: And they set up an idol.
- 17:25Jonathan Cahn: It was an idol of Zeus.
- 17:27Jonathan Cahn: So now the Romans are doing the same thing.
- 17:29Jonathan Cahn: It's an ancient war.
- 17:30Jonathan Cahn: Now it's Zeus again.
- 17:31Jonathan Cahn: You know, I wrote The Return of the Gods, these things don't stay dead.
- 17:34Jonathan Cahn: You have Zeus, who's now called Jupiter.
- 17:37Jonathan Cahn: And now it's now he's renamed the whole city after him.
- 17:39Jonathan Cahn: The war is ancient, and it has not stopped to this day.
- 17:43Jonathan Cahn: And so Jerusalem.
- 17:45Jonathan Cahn: So you have the land named after the enemies of Israel, the land of Israel.
- 17:49Jonathan Cahn: You have the city of Jerusalem, the holy city of Israel, named after Zeus, the God of their enemies of Israel, at the same time.
- 18:00Jonathan Cahn: So what and that includes the Temple Mount.
- 18:02Jonathan Cahn: The Temple Mount, they were even it said they believed that they were even planning to build a temple of Zeus on the Temple Mount.
- 18:09Jonathan Cahn: So what does October 7th have to do with this?
- 18:12Jonathan Cahn: Well, how to do with the whole land?
- 18:14Jonathan Cahn: They want to wipe out Hamas has in their charter, we're going to wipe out Israel.
- 18:17Jonathan Cahn: That's their aim.
- 18:18Jonathan Cahn: More than anything else, we have to destroy, kill every Jew you can.
- 18:22Jonathan Cahn: And Jerusalem, they say that's ours.
- 18:26Jonathan Cahn: And the Temple Mount.
- 18:29Jonathan Cahn: Why?
- 18:30Jonathan Cahn: Well, for that, Revelation 12.
- 18:33Jonathan Cahn: A great sign appeared in heaven, Revelation 12.
- 18:36Jonathan Cahn: A woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and her head, a crown of twelve stars, and she was pregnant.
- 18:43Jonathan Cahn: She cried out, she was in labor and gave birth in great pain.
- 18:47Jonathan Cahn: Then another sign appeared in the heaven, behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns on his head, seven crowns, and his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven and hurled them to earth.
- 18:58Jonathan Cahn: And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, that when she gave birth he might devour her child.
- 19:05Jonathan Cahn: The woman is Israel.
- 19:08Jonathan Cahn: Twelve stars.
- 19:10Jonathan Cahn: The dragon is Satan.
- 19:12Jonathan Cahn: The dragon makes war against Israel.
- 19:15Jonathan Cahn: You want to understand history?
- 19:17Jonathan Cahn: There it is.
- 19:18Jonathan Cahn: Jewish history, there it is.
- 19:19Jonathan Cahn: 4,000 years.
- 19:20Jonathan Cahn: What happened?
- 19:21Jonathan Cahn: We don't understand what just happened in college campuses and all around the world.
- 19:25Jonathan Cahn: That is this.
- 19:26Jonathan Cahn: That's Revelation 12.
- 19:27Jonathan Cahn: That is the hatred.
- 19:28Jonathan Cahn: That is not natural but supernatural.
- 19:31Jonathan Cahn: The woman gives birth to a child.
- 19:32Jonathan Cahn: Who's the child?
- 19:33Jonathan Cahn: Messiah, who will rule the world, it says.
- 19:36Jonathan Cahn: Messiah.
- 19:37Jonathan Cahn: Notice the dragon is there before she gives birth, waiting for her to give birth to devour the child.
- 19:44Jonathan Cahn: Think about it.
- 19:45Jonathan Cahn: When Jesus was born, what happened?
- 19:47Jonathan Cahn: King Herod tried to kill the child.
- 19:50Jonathan Cahn: This is this is all the enemy.
- 19:52Jonathan Cahn: See, and this reveals something.
- 19:53Jonathan Cahn: The enemy's strategy, more than anything, is to preempt what God is going.
- 19:59Jonathan Cahn: To do to stop the purposes of God before they begin.
- 20:04Jonathan Cahn: Look at it.
- 20:06Jonathan Cahn: Garden of Eden.
- 20:06Jonathan Cahn: When does he attack, man?
- 20:08Jonathan Cahn: Right then.
- 20:08Jonathan Cahn: And that messed up everything from the beginning.
- 20:11Jonathan Cahn: Moses, baby.
- 20:14Jonathan Cahn: The enemy's trying to kill all the Hebrew babies because he knows Moses is one of them.
- 20:19Jonathan Cahn: Messiah, baby.
- 20:21Jonathan Cahn: At his birth, they tried to kill him.
- 20:24Jonathan Cahn: And just before Messiah's ministry, he's about to minister, what happens?
- 20:27Jonathan Cahn: Enemy gets there to tempt him away, have him jump off a cliff or jump off a high place and kill himself.
- 20:32Jonathan Cahn: He tries to circumvent it, he tries to preempt his ministry just before it happens.
- 20:37Jonathan Cahn: And then it happens right after that.
- 20:39Jonathan Cahn: Even before Messiah's ministry or his birth, you have Hanukkah.
- 20:44Jonathan Cahn: Hanukkah is linked to Messiah.
- 20:46Jonathan Cahn: Because the enemy knew what was coming.
- 20:48Jonathan Cahn: He may not know all things, but he knew that Messiah is coming.
- 20:52Jonathan Cahn: And he was going to come after the Old Testament.
- 20:55Jonathan Cahn: So what does he do?
- 20:56Jonathan Cahn: Before he comes, he tries to wipe Israel off the map, convert it into a pagan nation.
- 21:02Jonathan Cahn: Why?
- 21:02Jonathan Cahn: If you do that, you have no Messiah.
- 21:04Jonathan Cahn: Because then you have no Joseph, no Mary, you have no belly, you have none of that happening because he would have destroyed them.
- 21:11Jonathan Cahn: So notice he tried to do that.
- 21:13Jonathan Cahn: That's Hanukkah, not only leads to Christmas, it was because of Christmas or the birth of Messiah.
- 21:20Jonathan Cahn: Now the enemy knows Israel is back.
- 21:23Jonathan Cahn: And he knows Messiah is coming back.
- 21:26Jonathan Cahn: If Israel's back, Messiah's coming back.
- 21:29Jonathan Cahn: And so he must know Messiah is going to come back, not to New Jersey, not to not to Las Vegas.
- 21:35Jonathan Cahn: He's going to come back, not to Rome.
- 21:37Jonathan Cahn: He's going to come back to Israel, Jerusalem.
- 21:40Jonathan Cahn: That's why all hell has been trying to wipe out the Jewish people.
- 21:44Jonathan Cahn: Not just because the enemy hates them, yes.
- 21:47Jonathan Cahn: Not just because he's mad about them for what he did.
- 21:50Jonathan Cahn: The enemy was furious at the woman who gave birth to the child.
- 21:53Jonathan Cahn: But he knows that the kingdom is coming through them.
- 21:57Jonathan Cahn: What happened in October was all part of this war that was fought on this Hanukkah over 2,000 years ago.
- 22:06Jonathan Cahn: Even as the enemy's fury has erupted all over the world in rage against Israel, even that is part of it.
- 22:12Jonathan Cahn: It plays into his hand.
- 22:13Jonathan Cahn: They want to destroy Israel.
- 22:15Jonathan Cahn: Because in the end, but in the end, it's going to be prophecy because God said, All nations will come to destroy Israel.
- 22:21Jonathan Cahn: But on that day, Messiah is coming.
- 22:24Jonathan Cahn: What we have seen in this mystery, and the media will never tell you.
- 22:30Jonathan Cahn: World leaders have no idea, most of them or all of them.
- 22:33Jonathan Cahn: Intelligence agencies cannot tell you this because only we can see it as the children of God.
- 22:38Jonathan Cahn: It's in the spiritual realm, it's behind what's happening in the physical.
- 22:44Jonathan Cahn: And it's not just the mystery behind what's happening in the world, but what's also the enemy tries to do in your life.
- 22:53Jonathan Cahn: You see, it reveals the strategy because the enemy is a preempter.
- 23:00Jonathan Cahn: God has a call for your life, He's got a purpose for your life, He's got a perfect plan for your life, and the enemy will do everything he can to stop that from coming to pass.
- 23:12Jonathan Cahn: He will attack the purposes of God in your life.
- 23:16Jonathan Cahn: So if you're in the will of God and you're being attacked, but you're in the will of God, don't be discouraged.
- 23:21Jonathan Cahn: Get encouraged.
- 23:23Jonathan Cahn: It's a great sign.
- 23:24Jonathan Cahn: It means the enemy is attacking what God is gonna do, the blessings of God.
- 23:30Jonathan Cahn: That means that God has a plan and has good things.
- 23:33Jonathan Cahn: The enemy would not be wasting his time if God didn't have that.
- 23:37Jonathan Cahn: He only attacks God's plan.
- 23:38Jonathan Cahn: So if he's attacking you, that's a good sign.
- 23:41Announcer: Amen.
- 23:42Jonathan Cahn: You want the enemy to be your enemy.
- 23:44Jonathan Cahn: You don't want him to be a friend.
- 23:45Jonathan Cahn: You know, you want God to be your friend.
- 23:46Jonathan Cahn: You know, someone said, you know, we want to be in God's perfect will.
- 23:49Jonathan Cahn: You know, you know, you want to be in the opposite of the enemy's plan.
- 23:53Jonathan Cahn: You want to be in the the opposite.
- 23:55Jonathan Cahn: He doesn't waste his weapons.
- 23:58Jonathan Cahn: So the more you're being attacked, praise God, the greater God, what he has for your life.
- 24:04Jonathan Cahn: What else does it reveal?
- 24:06Jonathan Cahn: The enemy is a preemptor.
- 24:08Jonathan Cahn: That means he attacks specifically what God is going to do and has not yet done.
- 24:16Jonathan Cahn: So the timing of the attack is a giveaway.
- 24:19Jonathan Cahn: With Israel, the most intense time.
- 24:23Jonathan Cahn: Look, look, I told you what just what happened just before Israel was born again.
- 24:25Jonathan Cahn: All hell broke loose on the Jewish people with Hitler.
- 24:28Jonathan Cahn: Just before God is gonna fulfill all the prophecies that he promised.
- 24:33Jonathan Cahn: So in your life, you know, the enemy, when he attacks you, it's a sign, if you're in God's will and he's going crazy, he's going, it's a sign of the timing.
- 24:45Jonathan Cahn: God is gonna do something great.
- 24:48Jonathan Cahn: At virtually every point in my life, when there was a great attack, the enemy came in like a flood, it was just before God was gonna do a great thing.
- 24:57Ron Meyers: I just love that teaching.

- 25:30Ron Meyers: But when we really grasp the big picture, that in of all the people in this world, you have been chosen for something very special with God.
- 25:41Ron Meyers: And the enemy wants to keep you so busy, busy doing a lot of religious duties to make you feel good, but it also stops you from really discovering what is this beautiful plan Jesus has for my life.
- 25:58Ron Meyers: That's what it's all about.
