- 0:01Speaker 1: For quite some time now, we've been wondering when investigators
- 0:05were going to get around to the financials, When were
- 0:09the forensic investigators, investigators going to dig in and start
- 0:15going through the transactions between Jeffrey Epstein and all of
- 0:19his co conspirators. Well, there's a new report today that
- 0:24Denise George, the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, has
- 0:29started digging. She has contacted Wells Fargo and several other
- 0:34financial institutions and she wants some answers. She understands that
- 0:42there are many ways to skin a cat, and if
- 0:47you follow the money, well, you usually end up in
- 0:51the politician's office. Right, What do we always say here
- 0:53on the podcast, If you follow the drugs, you end
- 0:57up at the drug dealers, But if you follow the well,
- 1:01you end up at the politicians. And that's the way
- 1:04it always works, right, And it's no different here, no
- 1:08different whatsoever. If they follow the money, it will lead
- 1:12them to some pretty promising places. I'm sure as far
- 1:16as the investigation goes. And it looks like Denise George
- 1:21has started doing just that now. I'm pretty sure that
- 1:25they're doing that in New York as well. I'm pretty
- 1:28sure that Alison Moe and her team are also coming
- 1:32through the financials. They've talked about it, but now you
- 1:35see several different investigations into these financials, and you know
- 1:41that all of these people that were reaping the reward
- 1:44of Jeffrey Epstein's ill gotten gains are in panic mode
- 1:48right now. So our article tonight is from Bloomberg. The
- 1:53authors were Neil Weinberg and Patricia Hurtado Headline, Wells Fargo
- 2:00and others asked for details on Epstein money. Remember this
- 2:06has been a huge focus of mine here on the
- 2:09podcast from the very beginning. When I first started covering
- 2:13this case, it was about the corruption angle. I had
- 2:15no idea the depths of the abuse in this case,
- 2:20zero idea, But I knew that there was some funky
- 2:22corruption and I also knew that there was a shit
- 2:25ton of money laundering going on. So that's why I
- 2:28first started following this case. And I'll tell you what,
- 2:33from then to now, I am one hundred percent sure
- 2:39that there were epic financial crimes occurring, and not just
- 2:43here in the United States, folks across international boundaries as well.
- 2:49And a lot of those people who were involved in
- 2:52these transactions aren't getting the proper press that they deserve,
- 2:57and I don't mean good press either. The spotlight should
- 3:01be on people like Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, the Core four,
- 3:05and Jean Luke Brunel, just to start, and I don't
- 3:10see the legacy media pushing hard enough to put the
- 3:14spotlight on these people. But they'll be caught off surprise.
- 3:19I guess when they start getting arrested and we start
- 3:22seeing financial crimes getting tacked on to what is already there,
- 3:26we won't be surprised. Obviously, we know it's coming. But
- 3:30the legacy media, once again, well you know, they never
- 3:33do their job. Financial institutions from Silicon Valley to Israel
- 3:39are being asked about money they may have handled from
- 3:42Jeffrey Epstein or entities linked to him, according to new
- 3:46court filings expanding the list of banks that could have
- 3:49insights into the late sex offenders finances. And again, these
- 3:55sorts of institutions, these financial institutions, Silicone Valley, it is
- 4:00littered with fellow travelers. Now I'm not saying all of
- 4:04these people are, you know, abusing kids or part of
- 4:08sex rings in Silicon Valley or the bankers. That's not
- 4:10what I mean by any stretch of the imagination. What
- 4:14I do mean, though, is these bankers specifically, and these
- 4:18so called moguls in Silicon Valley, they most certainly enabled
- 4:23Jeffrey Epstein's abuse of these children, and no doubt in
- 4:26some cases some of them took part. But for the
- 4:30most part, these scumbags, they just facilitated the crimes. And
- 4:37there are severe penalties for that. When you start dicking
- 4:41around with money and you start, you know, embezzling money
- 4:44and laundering money and committing wire fraud, there are huge
- 4:48repercussions for normal people when that occurs. So I expect
- 4:52these people to be treated the same way that you
- 4:56or I would be. Six US based financial companies, Wells
- 5:02Fargo and Company, City Groups in City Group Incorporated, City Bank,
- 5:07Fidelity Investments, Charles Charles Schwab Corporation, Northern Trust International Banking Corporation,
- 5:14and Silicon Valley Bank, as well as Israel's bank Lemie,
- 5:19were subpoenaed in recent days by Virgin Islands Attorney General
- 5:23Denise George, who has filed a civil lawsuit against Epstein's
- 5:27estate seeking to recover money and to pay his survivors.
- 5:32National Financial Services LLC, a unit of Fidelity, also received
- 5:37a subpoena.
- 5:38Speaker 2: In the matter.
- 5:39Speaker 1: And now we've we heard about Deutsche Bank, right, we
- 5:43knew that that was definitely going to come down the
- 5:45pipe eventually. We've heard about JP Morgan Chase. We just
- 5:48discussed them and their connections to Jeffrey Epstein and Jeffrey
- 5:52Epstein's financial crimes. We've talked about Barclays and Jess Staley,
- 5:58and now we could add these other financial institutions to
- 6:02the list. All of these people have obviously done business
- 6:05with Jeffrey Epstein or his shell companies or entities, and
- 6:09now Denise George has subpoenaed all of their financial records.
- 6:15So buckle up, folks, there is going to be some
- 6:19bombshells that come out of this.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I think.
- 6:23Speaker 1: The subpoenas request information from the banks about more than
- 6:26two dozen partnerships, nonprofits and other entities linked to Epstein.
- 6:31There is no indication that any of the banks were
- 6:33involved in wrongdoing. Yeah, just like Deutsche Bank wasn't involved
- 6:39in wrongdoing and they got that one hundred and fifty
- 6:41million dollars fine. Now, look, I am not naive. I
- 6:45understand that the banksters rule the world. Other people will
- 6:48tell you other things, the cabal or whatever it may be.
- 6:52I personally believe that it's these financial scumbags who really
- 6:58control the world. What do you think while they keep
- 7:03you under their thumb with their predatory loans and their
- 7:06high interest rates, they're living high on the hog. And meanwhile,
- 7:11while they're busy keeping you under their thumb, a modern
- 7:17day slave to them, Basically, they're busy hanging out with
- 7:21Jeffrey Epstein, living the high life, yucking it up no one.
- 7:25There'll be no penalties for their relationships or for the
- 7:28crimes they commit. Look what happened after the financial crash.
- 7:31Did any of these people go to prison?
- 7:33Speaker 2: Not one of them?
- 7:35Speaker 1: Ask yourself, how is that even possible? These people breathe
- 7:42air that's even more rarefied than the air Epstein was breathing.
- 7:46We're talking about these bankers. These people are absolutely positively
- 7:53a stain on the world.
- 7:56Speaker 2: And it's not just one or two of them.
- 7:58Speaker 1: All of these riv a wealth managers, et cetera, et cetera.
- 8:03They don't give a damn about anything besides the consolidation
- 8:08of wealth and power. And you see it by their
- 8:12actions and by the clients they take on. City Bank,
- 8:19Wells Fargo, Fidelity, and Schwab had no immediate comment. Loomi,
- 8:23Silicon Valley Bank, and Northern Trust didn't immediately respond to
- 8:27requests for comment. So, yeah, of course not, they don't.
- 8:30They don't. You know, they have to get in their
- 8:32room with all of their crisis advisors and figure out
- 8:35the proper course of action. But does it shock anybody
- 8:39Wells Fargo's involved? I mean, really, how many scandals and
- 8:43scams has Wells Fargo been involved in? What sort of
- 8:46penalties have they received? And you have people worried about
- 8:51the thirty five million Americans who might.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Be getting a few extra bucks a week.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And they're not worried about these banksters. So people will
- 9:01actually begrudge those people who have lost their jobs and
- 9:06who are relying on a little extra help right now. Right,
- 9:10they'll get on the internet, they'll begrudge them. They'll talk shit,
- 9:13they'll you know, shit post and troll.
- 9:16Speaker 2: But meanwhile they.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Just take every last little bit of abuse from their
- 9:22robber baron bankster owners. What a world we live in, folks,
- 9:30What a world. The subpoenas indicate that the Virgin Islands
- 9:36is casting a wide net in its hunt for Epstein's wealth.
- 9:40The bank disclosures, which are due to island authorities and
- 9:43in thirty days, may provide potential clues into the still
- 9:47mysterious finances of Epstein, who is battling federal sex abuse charges.
- 9:52When he died in a Manhattan jail cell last summer,
- 9:54his death ruled a suicide. Allegedly, he had previously reported
- 10:00banking relationships over the years with City Bank, JP Morgan
- 10:03in Chase, and Deutsche Bank AG. Look, this guy had
- 10:09his tentacles everywhere.
- 10:10Speaker 2: We know that.
- 10:11Speaker 1: We know that it was many, many different institutions that
- 10:14we're doing business with this man, not just Deutsche Bank,
- 10:18not just JP Morgan, but all of these places basically.
- 10:22And that doesn't even begin to talk about the bags
- 10:26of cash he gave to people. You know how many
- 10:30of these scientists claimed all the money that was given
- 10:32out to them off the books. Oh, it wasn't accepted
- 10:36through the charity at Harvard.
- 10:37Speaker 2: It was off the books.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Oh yeah, okay, so I'm sure that none of that
- 10:41money that they received was from ill gotten gains. Right.
- 10:45It is such a joke, It is such an absolute
- 10:48joke to see all of these people who were involved,
- 10:52all of these people who enriched themselves off of Jeffrey
- 10:56Epstein's criminal enterprise, not be up against it, but that,
- 11:06my friends, that day might be coming, because it most
- 11:11certainly looks like the Virgin Islands here and Denise George
- 11:16are doing a pretty deep dive into some of the finances.
- 11:21And guess what we all know. Money is a big
- 11:24motivator in life for just about everybody, and Denise George
- 11:27is no different. Remember, she wants some of this money
- 11:29for the Virgin Islands. She feels like they have been
- 11:32wrong somehow. I obviously disagree with that. I think that
- 11:36they played a part in facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's crimes, not
- 11:39her per se or the people of the Virgin Islands obviously,
- 11:43But of course they're scummy elected officials, the ones that
- 11:46gave him the permits, the ones that gave him the
- 11:49tax exemptions, the ones that were accepting money from him. Okay,
- 11:53so that now means your island. Unfortunately, those who were
- 11:58in charge of the island at the time they participated,
- 12:01they were enabling. So I don't want to hear nothing
- 12:06about the Virgin Islands thinking they're going to get some money.
- 12:08Find this money, put it all into that trust, and
- 12:11make sure the survivors get every last penny. The Virgin
- 12:18Island sued Epstein's, the state, and six related companies in
- 12:20a local court in January, alleging violation of the territories.
- 12:25Very important line here, folks, criminal racketeering law. It is
- 12:30seeking civil penalties and damages forfeiture of Epstein's private island
- 12:34in the territory and restitution for his sexual abuse survivors.
- 12:40A civil criminal racketeering case that is called a predicate
- 12:48for a criminal racketeering case. And as the smoke begins
- 12:56to clear and the dust begins to settle, comes more
- 13:00and more obvious to me by the day that the
- 13:04scope of this investigation is going to.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Be very, very large.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Authorities on the island are also conducting a criminal investigation
- 13:15into whether Epstein's longtime associate Gilean Maxwell, participated in his
- 13:19criminal sex trafficking ring. Maxwell was arrested this month in
- 13:23a separate probe involving similar charges brought by federal prosecutors
- 13:27in Manhattan. She is pleaded not guilty. And again, this
- 13:31is huge, and this is why I want New Mexico
- 13:34to do the same thing. New Mexico should be running
- 13:36a concurrent case right now, and they should be going
- 13:39hard in the pain Zoro Ranch needs to be seized,
- 13:44needs to be sold off, and the secrets that have
- 13:48been held there need to be revealed, because there is
- 13:52a lot more that occurred in New Mexico than we
- 13:55even know, folks, And hopefully with some of these dumps,
- 13:59some of the document dumps that are going to be
- 14:01coming out, we'll get a little bit more of a
- 14:03handle on what occurred there. But there are people out
- 14:06there that know the people that work there, the pilot,
- 14:12Larry Vesoski, chefs, maids, butlers, all of these people that
- 14:20were around all the time in New Mexico must come forward.
- 14:24They must come forward, and they must tell the authorities
- 14:26what they know. And if they don't come forward of
- 14:29their own will, then they must be subpoened. But again
- 14:34in New Mexico, all is well, nothing occurred there. I
- 14:38guess we'll just let the FEDS deal with it. Can
- 14:40you imagine if I lived in New Mexico, I'd be
- 14:44absolutely insane over this. But here we are. George, the
- 14:52island's attorney general is asking the financial institutions for account statements,
- 14:56deposit and withdrawal slips, information about the source and destination
- 15:01of funds, and the identity of those requesting the transactions.
- 15:05She is also seeking internal bank memos, phone records, internal correspondence,
- 15:10and documentation of any internal due diligence or investigations related.
- 15:16Speaker 2: To the accounts.
- 15:18Speaker 1: All right, so what she's looking for there is the
- 15:20whole entire bundle. She wants the fencing database reports. She
- 15:25wants the suspicious activity reports title thirty one reports, anything
- 15:31that has to do with money moving in and out.
- 15:33She wants to see. When it comes to Epstein and
- 15:36these accounts that she has flagged, this is a big
- 15:39time danger zone for these people. This is big trouble
- 15:44for those associated with Epstein. Anybody who received any transaction
- 15:49from these sorts of shell companies that he has, these
- 15:53knockoff companies that he has, or anybody that received an
- 15:57amount of money that was not reported a should not
- 16:01sleep well tonight. Because remember, before Gilan Maxwell got arrested,
- 16:06we were talking about how there were rumblings right smoke fire,
- 16:10here we are and we're seeing the same thing now
- 16:13when it comes to the financial aspect of this case.
- 16:16And for my money. That is where you're going to
- 16:19get your bread and butter convictions. If you're looking to
- 16:22balloon this out away from the Core four and Gilean Maxwell,
- 16:26if you're looking to nail some of the enablers, it's
- 16:30gonna have to be financially because, besides the men that
- 16:34Virginia and some of the other survivors have pointed the
- 16:37finger at, a lot of these enablers were just facilitating
- 16:40Epstein's crimes, being involved with him in business, et cetera,
- 16:43et cetera. So that is going to be the avenue
- 16:47that the prosecutors can go down if they're really looking
- 16:51to balloon this up and really shake things up, because
- 16:55they can pin all of these people together via finances, transaction,
- 17:00et cetera, et cetera, and therefore they can make them
- 17:03that would make them all part of this criminal conspiracy
- 17:06if they brought those the RICO charges. So that's why
- 17:10these financial investigations are very interesting and why they most
- 17:15likely and usually lead to more indictments. If you'd like
- 17:21to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapucci

- 17:38pertain to this episode can be found in the description box.
- 17:42All right, tonight, we're gonna continue following the financials of
- 17:46the Jeffrey Epstein Glane Maxwell criminal enterprise. We're getting news
- 17:52tonight that two more subpoenas have been shipped off in
- 17:57regards to the financials of this case and the Virgin Islands.
- 18:02So we see the scope growing almost on a weekly
- 18:06basis at this point, especially when it comes to the financials.
- 18:12Why in the world would Leon Black be funneling ten twelve,
- 18:18fourteen million dollars through one of Jeffrey Epstein's front companies
- 18:22in the Virgin Islands. What are you looking to accomplish
- 18:27with that, Trying to wash that money, trying to stash it,
- 18:33trying to hide it. Those are the questions that need
- 18:37to be answered, and that's what these subpoenas intend to do.
- 18:43They're going to call these people under oath to come
- 18:46and speak about the financial aspect of their relationship with
- 18:49Jeffrey Epstein, and for a lot of these people that
- 18:52were involved with him, they're going to have a lot
- 18:55of explaining to do, because I don't know how you
- 18:59can explain a two hundred and fifty thousand dollars salary
- 19:03as a personal assistant. And as far as money laundering goes, well,
- 19:10we know that that was going on in an abundance here. Now,
- 19:15they might not have come out and said that the authorities, right,
- 19:18but when you follow the circumstantial evidence that has been
- 19:21provided for us, from all of the articles that we
- 19:26have read and all of the articles that are out there,
- 19:29it is very, very very clear that these companies that
- 19:33they set up offshore in the US, Virgin Islands and
- 19:36elsewhere were obviously operating as front companies and a way
- 19:41for them to wash laundered money. And never mind the
- 19:46money that they had going through these banks, what about
- 19:49the cash.
- 19:51Speaker 2: We know that.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Epstein wasn't just dealing with, you know, with a debit
- 19:55card here, right, He had a ton of cash and
- 19:58he was giving bags of cash to.
- 20:01Speaker 2: You can't track cash. You can't trace cash.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Unless, of course, you know, you have a sting operation
- 20:06set into place. But for the most part, that's why
- 20:09stuff is done in cash when it has to do
- 20:11with illegal activity. So We know that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 20:15definitely passing out bags of cash as well. But these
- 20:20transactions that occurred in the Virgin Islands with these front companies,
- 20:24these transactions from people like Leon Black and other super
- 20:30so called members of elite society, they all need to
- 20:34be looked at with a very, very stringent eye, because look,
- 20:39how many more examples do we need to see of
- 20:43the super elite, the super rich still try and cheat
- 20:48their way through How many times have we seen these
- 20:51people evade their taxes? How many times have we seen
- 20:53these people launder money? How many times have we seen
- 20:57these people get away with it. I don't know about you, folks,
- 21:01but I'm pretty tired of it. If they would have
- 21:03just kept their shenanigans to thievery, grifting and all around
- 21:08general political degeneratism, then I probably would have never even
- 21:13taken notice. But you add in the whole sex trafficking
- 21:17factor to it, and well, there is only one conclusion
- 21:22anybody with a straight thinking mind can come to, and
- 21:27that is that the people who are involved in this,
- 21:30be it the biggest richest banker in the world or
- 21:33a lowly butler, they all must answer questions for what
- 21:38role they played, and that's what we see going on
- 21:42here as this probe begins to expand in the Virgin Islands.
- 21:47Our article tonight is from Bloomberg. The author of this
- 21:51article is Patricia Hurtado. Headline Epstein records targeted in expanding
- 21:57probe by Virgin Islands. The Virgin Islands has expanded its
- 22:03document search in a racketeering lawsuit against the estate of
- 22:07deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, issuing new subpoenas last week
- 22:12after demanding records from six financial institutions in July. And
- 22:17it's very interesting that this is a racketeering lawsuit right
- 22:21obviously in the civil sense, but still its progress. Anytime
- 22:26we see the word racketeering next to Jeffrey Epstein or
- 22:29Gilain Maxwell or one of their enterprises is a day
- 22:34that is a good day. Because once this blooms into that,
- 22:38and once this becomes a racketeering case criminally, then it's
- 22:43game on and the shoe is about to drop on
- 22:47the rest of these people. That's when you know that
- 22:50the prosecution is really serious. That's when you know that
- 22:54the SDNY has taken the gloves off and they're really
- 22:58looking to put people behind bars. Carol Thomas Jacobs, the
- 23:04territory's chief Deputy Attorney General, said in court filings August
- 23:07twenty fourth she had subpoenaed Epstein related records from Eric
- 23:11American Foreign Exchange Incorporated and Narrows Holding LLC. Again, more
- 23:17of these little banking type institutions, These places where Jeffrey
- 23:24Epstein was able to wield all sorts of influence and
- 23:29have all kinds of questionable If we're being generous, financial
- 23:36transactions take place. See the idea is, if you have
- 23:40enough people working on the inside, well, then this stuff
- 23:43won't get into the Vincent database. This stuff won't get sarked,
- 23:46this stuff won't end up in Title thirty one. And
- 23:49that's the whole idea, Right, If you have enough money
- 23:51and you can spread it around, and you have some
- 23:53people in your pocket that are big wigs in these
- 23:57companies or board members or whatever it may be, it
- 24:00sure makes your life of criminal activity a whole hell
- 24:04of a lot easier to navigate. And that's what we
- 24:09see with these financial transactions. That's what we see with
- 24:11these companies. There's a reason that Epstein chose these companies.
- 24:15There is a reason that Jeffrey Epstein would park money
- 24:19here or move money through here as a middleman. It's
- 24:23not because these companies are, you know, five star rated
- 24:27on yelp okay. It's because either a Jeffrey Epstein knows
- 24:32somebody who has done business with these companies before and
- 24:35this is how they roll.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Or b.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Epstein might have a guy or a girl or somebody
- 24:40in between that might work in the boardroom or whatever
- 24:44it may be.
- 24:45Speaker 2: But there is a reason.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Why these places were used. The prosecutor wants records and
- 24:53account statements from American Foreign Exchange tied to more than
- 24:56two dozen Epstein entities since January first, nineteen nine eight
- 25:01until the present. According to court filings from Narrow's Holding,
- 25:05the territory seeks documents and electronically stored information or objects
- 25:10along with permit entry onto the designated who hold on
- 25:14permit entry onto the designated premises record show so not
- 25:18only are they looking for the electronically stored information, they
- 25:22are requesting actual physical entrance into the premises that are
- 25:28being subpoened. So these two places, American Foreign Exchange and
- 25:33Narrow's Holding, they're looking at not only being basically audited
- 25:38digitally they're talking about sending agents and I'm guessing forensic
- 25:43accountants onto the property in a physical manner to finish
- 25:48and continue to conduct their investigation. That's pretty serious peril
- 25:53for these people, right, That's the kind of shit you
- 25:55see in TV shows American Foreign Exchange. Narrow's holdings couldn't
- 26:01be immediately located for comment. A spokeswoman for the Virgin
- 26:05Islands Attorney General's Office didn't immediately return an email seeking
- 26:09comment about the new subpoenas. And they have been extra
- 26:14busy in the Virgin Islands with these subpoenas, right, and again,
- 26:19I'm not a big fan of Denise George, especially considering
- 26:22her money grab when it comes to the Survivor's Fund,
- 26:26and I've been very adamant about that from the beginning,
- 26:30that the Virgin Islands should be ashamed of themselves for
- 26:33even thinking that they're entitled to any of this money.
- 26:36And the fact that so many prominent people in the
- 26:39Virgin Islands were associated with Epstein, were taking money from Epstein,
- 26:45received donations from Epstein, and let's be real, folks knew
- 26:50what Epstein was. Well, it doesn't sit well with me
- 26:53that all of these officials were in power in the
- 26:55Virgin Islands. They enriched themselves on the backs of these
- 27:00girls who are being abused basically, and now they're gonna
- 27:04try and revictimize them by getting money out of this fund.
- 27:08It does not sit well with me. Denise George should
- 27:10be ashamed of herself. Somebody needs to check her. I
- 27:13don't know who it might be, but somebody needs to
- 27:15sit this lady down and have a talk with her.
- 27:18Stick with these subpoenas here and going after the money
- 27:22so that the survivors can get what they deserve a
- 27:25place like the Virgin Islands and somebody like Denise George
- 27:29need to keep their fingers out of the cookie jar.
- 27:34Denise George, the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, suit
- 27:37Epstein's estate and six related companies in January alleging violation
- 27:42of the territory civil racketeering law. It is seeking unspecified damages,
- 27:48forfeiture of Epstein's private island in the territory and restitution
- 27:53for his sexual abuse victims.
- 27:55Speaker 2: This is what I was.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Just talking about here, the forfeiture of Epstein's private island,
- 28:00and none of that stuff is going to fly.
- 28:01Speaker 2: In my opinion.
- 28:02Speaker 1: It can't be allowed to fly all right. That island
- 28:05needs to be sold to the highest bidder. That money
- 28:08needs to go into the estate so that it could
- 28:12be chopped up and the girls who were abused by
- 28:16Epstein can get a little bit of that fortune for
- 28:21themselves so that they can start their lives again, right,
- 28:23so they can start over. You know, no matter how
- 28:27much money you get from this estate, it's never going
- 28:30to change the fact that you were abused by this man, right,
- 28:34or that this man caused you irrevocable harm. But it
- 28:40does help out starting the rest of your life and
- 28:43getting things moving perhaps in a positive direction for some
- 28:47of these survivors, I'm sure for the first time maybe
- 28:49in a long time. So that's why I think that
- 28:52it's so important that they're compensated correctly. And the fact
- 28:56that Denise George thinks it's a good idea that they
- 28:59think they're going to get a little bit of restitution,
- 29:01like they're gonna sit at the table twice here, well,
- 29:04I just don't think that that is. It's not an
- 29:08acceptable thing to happen. Authorities on the island are also
- 29:15conducting a criminal investigation into whether Epstein's longtime associate Maxwell
- 29:20participated in his criminal sex trafficking ring. Maxwell was arrested
- 29:25in July in a separate probe involving similar charges brought
- 29:28by the US Attorney in Manhattan. She is pleaded not guilty.
- 29:32Epstein was found dead in a federal jail cell about
- 29:34a year ago after the US charged him with sex trafficking.
- 29:39So not only do we have this investigation running right now,
- 29:43the civil portion of this running in the Virgin Islands,
- 29:46there is also a criminal investigation underway that is running
- 29:50concurrently with the one that's happening in the SDNY in Manhattan.
- 29:54I am interested to see what sort of progress they've
- 29:57made in the Virgin Islands and if they have taken
- 29:59a different angle when it comes to the criminal side
- 30:02of this case. It's going to be interesting to see
- 30:05what they release coming forward and if any charges come
- 30:08out of this. As far as the investigation criminally in
- 30:12the Virgin Islands, I'm very interested to see.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Where it goes.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Last month, George asked the six financial institutions for account statements,
- 30:21deposit and withdrawal slips, information about the source and destination
- 30:25of funds and the identity of those requesting the transactions.
- 30:30And this is a big, a big shot across the bow, right,
- 30:33this is something that will have all of these people terrified.
- 30:36Information about the source and the destination of the funds,
- 30:41so where they originated and where they ended up, and
- 30:45the people who received or sent those funds are going
- 30:49to be on the hook to answer for what occurred here.
- 30:53You signed your name to it, right, you receive that money, right, Well,
- 30:57now you have received money that has been attained via
- 31:02ill gotten gains in the commission of a crime. So
- 31:05now you are also part of the conspiracy. If it's
- 31:10good enough for Italian people all over the country, it
- 31:13most certainly is good enough for Jeffrey Epstein. She is
- 31:18also seeking internal bank memos, phone records, internal correspondence, and
- 31:23documentation of any internal due diligence or investigations related to
- 31:28the account. And it is a very interesting situation that
- 31:33we see evolving in the Virgin Islands. As these subpoenas
- 31:39become more let's see more forthcoming in the future. Right,
- 31:49As we start to see more come out of these
- 31:51subpoenas and the process, it's going to going to be
- 31:54interesting to see how much of the findings in this
- 31:58case relate to what's going on in the case in
- 32:01the SDNY and vice versa. And I wonder, and I
- 32:05would think that the attorney generals working on both cases,
- 32:09or at the very least the prosecution teams that are
- 32:12working on both cases are in contact with each other
- 32:15and trading information. At least, you would think that that
- 32:19is occurring, right, You would hope anyway. But it's going
- 32:22to be interesting to see.
- 32:23Speaker 2: How this all breaks, folks. I mean, we got a lot.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Of things that are happening here, and things are happening
- 32:29pretty quickly, So we're going to stay on top of it,
- 32:31and we will continue to follow what happens here in
- 32:35the Virgin Islands and in New York and every place
- 32:39else that has to do with Jeffrey Epstein and Glaine
- 32:43Maxwell getting.
- 32:44Speaker 2: The justice that they so deserve.
- 32:48Speaker 1: If you like to contact me, you can do that
- 32:49at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo b
- 32:53b Y c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 32:57You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
- 33:01cap Ucci. All of the links that go with this
- 33:05episode can be found in the description box. Hello everyone,
- 33:09and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm you're a host,
- 33:13Bobby Capucci, and this is Daily Drop number three hundred
- 33:18and eighty two. We've been talking a lot about the
- 33:24financials in the Jeffrey Epstein case, and we've talked a
- 33:27lot about how Jeffrey Epstein's money was managed by some
- 33:32of the most high profile wealth management teams in the world.
- 33:39And one of those teams, which is one of the
- 33:42most high profile and the most elite of the elite,
- 33:46is the JP Morgan Wealth Financing Division. And these people were,
- 33:56you know, involved with Jeffrey Epstein and giland Maxwell, and
- 34:01their job was to create more wealth for their already
- 34:07ridiculously rich clients. And these people didn't care who these
- 34:12clients were. We've seen it with the fence and files
- 34:16and the Paradise papers and Wiki League cables, and I mean,
- 34:20how much more evidence is needed at this point? How
- 34:24much more evidence has to be put out there for
- 34:28people to understand that these people inside of the banks,
- 34:32these higher ups and the people in you know, the
- 34:35wealth management division, these are the real power brokers, not
- 34:41your politicians. What do you think these politicians that are
- 34:46screwing around in Washington, DC?
- 34:48Speaker 2: Right now as we.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Speak, are the real power brokers. How do you think
- 34:54they get elected, folks? Do you think that just hack
- 34:56that happens organically They wake up one morning and they
- 34:59say to themselves, you know what, I think I'll be
- 35:01a senator? Or is they're all sorts of money coming
- 35:08in from people like these bankers.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Of course that's the case.
- 35:12Speaker 1: All you have to do is to look at any
- 35:15one of the presidents forty six included their transition teams,
- 35:19and their their counsels, and their cabinets and their staff.
- 35:24It is littered with people from these banks and from
- 35:27these financial sector jobs. And that's just the way it
- 35:33always has been, right, these people, these bag men, they
- 35:36provide all kinds of money. That's the lifeblood of this
- 35:40How do you think you know you don't get elected
- 35:43with a couple of bucks in your war chest. No,
- 35:47the game is set up so common folks can't get elected.
- 35:51If you can't raise money, and you can't get big
- 35:54dogs to jump on board from out of state, which
- 35:57I think should be done away with, by the way, then.
- 36:00Speaker 2: You have no chance of winning.
- 36:03Speaker 1: All of the money that pours into these races from
- 36:05out of state is absurd and we're seeing it right
- 36:11now in Georgia. The money that's being poured in from
- 36:16both sides is absolutely disgusting, considering that fourteen million of
- 36:22our fellow citizens just lost their unemployment insurance today.
- 36:28Speaker 2: Due to.
- 36:30Speaker 1: The absolute moronic behavior of the President and Congress.
- 36:37Speaker 2: But yet these people.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Will still run around and act like they're doing the
- 36:45people's work. It is absurd, and you know, why should
- 36:53we expect anything less though, right, that's just how this
- 36:57game has always been played, the dirty game of politics.
- 37:02And until we get our shit together as citizens and
- 37:08we realize that it's not our neighbor that's the problem,
- 37:11it's these people who are the problem. JP Morgan's of
- 37:14the world who are the problem. The politicians that are
- 37:17bought and paid for by these corporatetocracy oligarchs are the problem,
- 37:25then we're just going to continue to get absolutely bum
- 37:31rushed by these people, abused, treated like shit, trashed. Meanwhile,
- 37:42while they're giving you a twenty six percent finance rate
- 37:44for a credit card, they're managing not only Jeffrey Epstein's money,
- 37:50but the scumbags at JP Morgan, like we're going to
- 37:53talk about tonight, manage Gelaan Maxwell's money all the way
- 37:57up until twenty and fifteen. Now, remember JP Morgan is
- 38:04definitely a very important topic when we're talking about the
- 38:09financial aspect of this whole entire thing. Jess Staley was
- 38:13in charge over at JP Morgan. He had a very
- 38:16tight relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and JP Morgan was Jeffrey
- 38:23Epstein's go to bank for a very very very long time.
- 38:28And even after the whole entire situation with Epstein, even
- 38:32after Gilaine Maxwell was named all over the papers, was
- 38:37accused by numerous girls, JP Morgan decided it would still
- 38:44manage her money. They'll bank her millions, and they'll profit
- 38:48on a few points because at the end of the day,
- 38:51that's what really matters, right, just the profits, nothing else.
- 38:56As if JP Morgan needed Gelaane Maxwell's few more million dollars, right, No,
- 39:02it's just gravy train shit for them. It's just twenty
- 39:07more Lamborghinis or a quarter of a bonus for one
- 39:12of these shit bag executives. That doesn't do anything anyway.
- 39:19But they had to have it, right, they had to
- 39:21have it. Doesn't matter that Gilean Maxwell is walking around
- 39:27glowing like the toxic avenger. They don't care give us
- 39:31some dough we need more money. Our greed will rule
- 39:35the day. And why would the bankers and the financial
- 39:41sector act any different when the laws are in place
- 39:44for them to navigate them and maneuver like this. While
- 39:51I really dislike the financial sector, as you all know
- 39:54by now, I have even that much more of a
- 39:59disc taste for the lawmakers who set the framework for
- 40:03all of these laws. That these people backdoor, that these
- 40:08people manipulate, that these people finesse, And until we send
- 40:15people to DC who aren't willing to take money from
- 40:19out of state, who aren't willing to be bankrolled by
- 40:22people like Sheldon Adelson or George Soros, then we're gonna
- 40:26keep running into this same old shit, same old nonsense,
- 40:29same old problems. But it doesn't seem like there's the
- 40:37will to change, right, Nobody wants to rock the boat,
- 40:42So let's just keep sending the same maniacs to DC
- 40:47and expect a different result, when in reality we know
- 40:52that's not the case. We don't need to be able
- 40:55to see into the future, we don't need to be
- 40:58nostradamis to know. But here we are, all right, So
- 41:07our article tonight is from Bloomberg dot com. The headline
- 41:12JP Morgan banked millions for Gilain Maxwell as.
- 41:16Speaker 2: It had for Epstein.
- 41:19Speaker 1: This article was authored by Neil Weinberg on July twenty second,
- 41:25twenty twenty. So, like usual, when we have a slow
- 41:31news day, I go to the archive and yanken article
- 41:35that I think would be a worthy addition to the catalog.
- 41:39And considering the ongoing conversation we have had recently about
- 41:44the financial aspect of this case, I figured it's a
- 41:47no brainer that we throw this one in tonight, added
- 41:49to the catalog, and you know, move forward through the
- 41:53weekend and hope for some new news.
- 41:56Speaker 2: To update the catalog with.
- 41:58Speaker 1: But if that doesn't happen, that's cool, because there's so
- 42:02much ground to cover in this case that there are
- 42:05so many articles that we can add to the catalog
- 42:08that will be worthwhile. So that's what we'll keep doing.
- 42:13We'll keep adding the context, and we'll keep adding little
- 42:16pieces on to our conversation. Prosecutors who are ap probing
- 42:23acus sex offender Guilain Maxwell haven't identified the banks that
- 42:28helped her manage tens of millions of dollars yep.
- 42:32Speaker 2: That's that's true.
- 42:33Speaker 1: They've been pretty uh hush hush about it. But I
- 42:36think all we really have to do is follow some
- 42:39of the breadcrumbs from the Virgin Islands, right, Is it
- 42:42one hundred percent correct? No? Are all of those banks
- 42:46that were subpoena definitely banks that Maxwell was doing business with. No,
- 42:51we can't say that with certainty, but we do know
- 42:55that her and Epstein's finances were very much intertwined, maybe
- 43:00connected as in the same account where they're drawing money from.
- 43:04But they're making the same moves right as we see here.
- 43:07They have the same wealth management divisions managing their money,
- 43:11they're parking it in the same places, and I'm sure
- 43:15they're pouring a little water on it like in Gremlins
- 43:19to make it multiply as well together. And you see,
- 43:24even though that these institutions have not been named in
- 43:28the Gilean Maxwell case, we see what's going on in
- 43:32the Virgin Islands, and we know for a fact that
- 43:35at least this one JP Morgan is most assuredly one
- 43:40of the banks. One of them was JP Morgan Chasing Company,
- 43:47according to people familiar with the matter. And again, these
- 43:52people who are familiar with the matter They obviously have
- 43:55a little bit of inside info to Dish to Bloomberg,
- 43:58So that's cool. But if you do the putting the
- 44:01pieces together yourself, you can come up with some of
- 44:05the same results.
- 44:06Speaker 2: Right. We know that.
- 44:09Speaker 1: JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and a bunch of others considering
- 44:14Guilene Maxwell had money in over twenty banks according to prosecutors.
- 44:19You know that there is going to be a lot
- 44:21of overlap, and I would you know with a bank
- 44:25like JP Morgan. It just goes to the heart of
- 44:30the issue with Jess Staley. Once again, what exactly did
- 44:33Jess Staley know? Was he involved in the facilitation of
- 44:38these accounts being set up and then protecting these accounts
- 44:43when things went south? Furthermore, how can Barclays in good
- 44:49faith keep this man on? What in the hell is
- 44:52going on over at Barclays? And I get it right,
- 44:56The means justifies the end. I understand what they're argument
- 45:00will be. They already have enough problems with the pandemic.
- 45:04They don't want to lose more money. They don't want
- 45:06instability at the top. They'd rather have Jeffrey Epstein's pal
- 45:10Jess Staley hold down the fort As of now, but
- 45:15as soon as this starts to calm down and hopefully
- 45:19the vaccine works or however they bring this to heal,
- 45:27I think that Jess Staley most certainly is in big
- 45:30trouble here. I've been saying that for a very long
- 45:32time and I still stick by that. Obviously, twenty twenty
- 45:36has been in a crazy year. Once the pandemic started,
- 45:39all bets were off, everything changed, everything was different. But
- 45:44Jess Staley is still under investigation. We have not heard
- 45:48any word about that investigation for the most part, and
- 45:52as the investigation blooms here in America and the Virgin Islands,
- 45:57I think that things are going to get even more
- 46:00icy for Jess Staley. There's no explanation for why he
- 46:05would keep Gilaine Maxwell's accounts at JP Morgan. Don't you
- 46:09think as a financial institution or a bank, you would
- 46:13say to yourselves, look, I'm not doing business with these people.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Are you kidding me? Right now? Wrong?
- 46:18Speaker 1: Close those accounts out, keep it moving. But no, these
- 46:24disgusting financial institutions are so worried about the bottom line,
- 46:30are so greedy and so willing to do whatever it
- 46:35takes to make one extra buck that they don't care
- 46:40if they get into bed with a bipedal serpent like
- 46:43Gilaine Maxwell with a cloud filled with Jeffrey Epstein's toxic
- 46:50shit hanging over her head, it's all justifiable to these people.
- 46:58That's another tie that Maxwell's with Jeffrey Epstein, the late
- 47:02convicted sexual predator who was a long time JP Morgan client.
- 47:07Oh yeah, just one tie, huh. Remember this was back
- 47:09in July of twenty twenty. But let's be real. If
- 47:14you think that's the only tige Laan Maxwell had with
- 47:17Jeffrey Epstein, you most certainly have not been paying attention.
- 47:23And I have been of the mind that their finances
- 47:26are intertwined for a very long time. I've talked to
- 47:30a lot of people behind the scenes about that, and
- 47:33I've talked to some people who have an idea of
- 47:38how this kind of thing works, maybe not so much
- 47:40as you know behind the scenes working with Epstein, but
- 47:43how these sort of operations unfold. And it's very telling
- 47:48when the money is parked in the same institutions like
- 47:51this and being managed by the same group of people.
- 47:56The same thing was going on over at Deutsche Bank,
- 47:58by the way, as well, and that place is a
- 48:01den of scum and villainy. We could go on forever
- 48:06about how bad Deutsche Bank is when it comes to
- 48:12making sure that the people that they're doing business with
- 48:15aren't the worst of the worst. As much as I
- 48:18hate JP Morgan, I hate Deutsche Bank that much more.
- 48:24I mean, just look at the business deals they pass
- 48:28off to oligarchs all over places like Russia and Eastern Europe.
- 48:33Just look look at the funky deals they did with Trump.
- 48:39I mean, you know, I've said how long have I
- 48:41said it here on this podcast as well, that those
- 48:44finances should have really been dug into, But nope, nobody
- 48:48did that either. They were busy playing slap ass, busy
- 48:51playing touch ass, busy playing politics, trying to toss a
- 48:55little bit of red meat.
- 48:59Speaker 2: To the loudest people.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Right, But the loudest of the people they don't make
- 49:04up the majority of the people ever. So it was
- 49:07a big old waste of time when all of these
- 49:10banks could have been exposed. Epstein was known inside the
- 49:19biggest US bank for helping steer many of his wealthy
- 49:22acquaintances to its private banking unit in New York, which
- 49:26offered discretion and tailored wealth management to rich clients.
- 49:31Speaker 2: Helping Steer. Huh.
- 49:33Speaker 1: Just again, he did it out of the kindness of
- 49:34his heart. What was Epstein getting on the flip side?
- 49:38Or was Epstein getting a kickback from these banks? And
- 49:42after he compiled the compromunt on these people, he told them, look,
- 49:46part of the deal is now you have to park
- 49:48your money where I tell you to park your money.
- 49:51I don't have direct evidence of that, right, but it
- 49:54certainly is a relevant theory here that we have to
- 49:58look into. Right It's something that has to be considered
- 50:01considering the blackmail angle of.
- 50:04Speaker 2: All of this.
- 50:05Speaker 1: And I mean, as much as Epstein would like to
- 50:10betray himself as some sort of mensh when it comes
- 50:13to moving money and making money grow, we're talking about
- 50:18other seriously rich people too. All of these people decided
- 50:24that Epstein is the oracle from Omaha all of a sudden,
- 50:29and he's going to be the one to lead them
- 50:32to the promised land financially, after they have all accrude
- 50:37wealth that was in the billions range. Now all of
- 50:41a sudden, they need this idiot Jeffrey Epstein to help them.
- 50:44Speaker 2: Huh.
- 50:45Speaker 1: So it's certainly an argument that could be made. It's
- 50:48certainly an avenue that has to be traveled down and
- 50:52it's something that has to be looked at. Just like
- 50:55everything else in this case, nothing is ever what it's
- 50:59seems teams, right, every time we dig into something, it
- 51:02seems like, oh, well that's a little weird. That took
- 51:05a weird turn. What's this person doing involved in this?
- 51:08Speaker 2: Hey?
- 51:09Speaker 1: How did that person end up in this story? And
- 51:12it's no different here when you're digging into these banks
- 51:16and you're digging in to the other people that were
- 51:21involved in this. Maxwell had ten million dollars or more
- 51:28under management at JP Morgan Private Bank, according to two
- 51:31people with direct knowledge of the matter, one of whom
- 51:35said she was a client by two thousand and nine
- 51:38or before. So that's when Jeffrey Epstein was absolutely embroiled
- 51:43in his troubles, right the first round of troubles for
- 51:47Epstein right around that time. And Maxwell automatically becomes a client.
- 51:53Speaker 2: Around that time.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Huh, well, that's weird. Why would Maxwell become a client
- 51:59right around the time that Epstein is having these issues
- 52:03as far as criminally, and especially when Geelan Maxwell said, well,
- 52:08she had no contact with him, They weren't friends anymore,
- 52:13but they just happened to have their money parked at
- 52:15the same place. Huh, being managed by the same people.
- 52:18Speaker 2: Huh.
- 52:19Speaker 1: I'm sure that was not facilitated by Epstein. I'm sure
- 52:22that that had nothing.
- 52:23Speaker 2: To do with their very very close relationship.
- 52:30Speaker 1: The narrative that they want us to believe is very
- 52:34very flimsy, folks, and it's very hard for me to
- 52:40not completely mock it at this point, after everything that
- 52:44we have learned, after all of the articles that we
- 52:48have read on air, and all of the research that
- 52:52went on, and all of the other content that has
- 52:56been provided by other people who are engaging in following.
- 53:00Speaker 2: This case as well.
- 53:02Speaker 1: It's just, I mean, it's very clear what was occurring here,
- 53:11very very clear. Her money there was handled by a
- 53:16team that included several dozen relationship managers, advisors, and others
- 53:21who specialized in closely held businesses. The bank continued to
- 53:25work with her after Epstein moved funds to Deutsche Bank
- 53:30in twenty thirteen. So even after Epstein was booted at
- 53:34a JP Morgan, even after he took his dough and
- 53:38moved over to Deutsche Bank, they continued JP Morgan. They
- 53:43continued to do business with Gielan Maxwell. Even though they
- 53:47knew that she was his sidekick, his co conspirator, a
- 53:51general all around scuzbag and fellow child abuser, they still
- 53:57managed her money. They kept the bipedal serpent nest egg
- 54:01and they helped it grow. And who knows how many
- 54:04people were abused or paid off or threatened during this time.
- 54:12I mean, these banks, they have to have some sort
- 54:15of responsibility, right. You have all of these people involved,
- 54:18all of these relationship managers and this person and that
- 54:21person and the other person. You have the regulatory divisions
- 54:28of these institutions, and nobody knew huh, nobody had any
- 54:33idea what sort of person they were doing business with.
- 54:38Speaker 2: That's what they would have you believe.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Maxwell's finances are coming into focus after federal authorities in
- 54:43Manhattan accused her this month of conspiring with Epstein to
- 54:47sexually abuse miners, with prosecutors delving into how she funded
- 54:51her activities and lifestyle. Authorities require banks to provide a
- 54:56bulwark against financial crimes by filing reports of potentially suspicious activities.
- 55:02The reports aren't made public, well unless you're talking about
- 55:07the fins and files. And again see how important the
- 55:11fens and files are and how large they loom in
- 55:14the overall narrative of the case here, when we're talking
- 55:18about the financial portion and the Paradise papers and the
- 55:22Panama papers, all of that stuff must be understood before
- 55:27we can understand what Epstein and his cohorts were engaging in.
- 55:33You can't just half ass understand what's going on here. Unfortunately,
- 55:37I wish it was that kind of case.
- 55:39Speaker 2: I wish this was the kind.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Of case where you could just do a brief read
- 55:44of an article and be like, oh, yeah, I get
- 55:46the gist. All right, There's no way, there's zero chants.
- 55:51There's just too many players on the stage, and there
- 55:54are too many different threads that have to be pulled on.
- 56:01Epstein's financial dealings have haunted one global financial institution that
- 56:06didn't raise proper flags. New York's financial regulator this month
- 56:11faulted Deutsche Bank for inadequate supervision of Epstein's transactions, several
- 56:17years after he pleaded guilty in Florida to soliciting prostitution
- 56:21from minors. Well again, Deutsche Bank is the perfect place
- 56:25for Epstein. If you're a big time scumbag and you
- 56:28want to park some dough somewhere. Deutsche Bank is the
- 56:32spot for you. Just take a look at their star
- 56:35studded roster of scumbags. The closely held business unit inside
- 56:42JP Morgan's private bank works with clients who have substantial
- 56:45holdings in private business, real estate, and trusts. There, Maxwell
- 56:51kept their money in a fairly conventional JP Morgan portfolio
- 56:55of equities and funds. According to people with knowledge of
- 56:59the matter, so she had the Doskies there right, She
- 57:03was holding the money there. She had all of her
- 57:05dough there. They were not all of it, I should say,
- 57:07but a lot of her money there. They were managing
- 57:10it for her. They had it on point, and they
- 57:13knew what she was. But yet they kept managing this money.
- 57:17JP Morgan, Jess Staley, and all of these other people
- 57:22that were involved with her portfolio and her account. They
- 57:27knew what she was. And I just want to drive
- 57:30that point home. It's rather all you have to do
- 57:33is to a quick Google search or watch the news.
- 57:35They lived in New York when this happened. Most of
- 57:37these people they know the deal, but no, they still
- 57:42did business with her. One of the people said, Maxwell
- 57:48had accounts at JP Morgan until at least twenty fifteen.
- 57:52That same year, she became embroiled in civil litigation with
- 57:56a woman who claimed Epstein abused her as a miner
- 57:59and that Maxwell had functioned as his madam. Allegations that
- 58:03Maxwell denied. And we know that that's Virginia now at
- 58:07this point. And at that time, I'm guessing JP Morgan
- 58:12figured it was getting too hot, right, So they were like,
- 58:15all right, I guess it's time to bounce finally, wait
- 58:21till the very last minute.
- 58:22Speaker 2: And ended it.
- 58:22Speaker 1: Huh as if that's going to be enough to keep
- 58:26the toxic stench from drifting your way. Following Maxwell's arrest
- 58:35in New Hampshire this month, federal prosecutors said they had
- 58:38identified more than fifteen bank accounts associated with her from
- 58:43twenty sixteen to the present, including at banks based in
- 58:48the UK and Switzerland. The accounts held balances of more
- 58:52than twenty million dollars. They said, well, you know what
- 58:56I think about that stuff. Anytime someone has one of
- 58:58these kinds of offshore accounts and the money they account
- 59:02for is, say twenty five million, I'd say double it
- 59:05at least. And that's how much money they have when
- 59:08you count the hidden money. The unaccounted for money, the
- 59:11dark money, the laundered money. Prosecutors also said that more
- 59:19than twenty million dollars was transferred from offshore accounts associated
- 59:24with Epstein to several associated with Maxwell between two thousand
- 59:28and seven and two thand and eleven, with millions of
- 59:32dollars later transferred back. They didn't identify any banks involved
- 59:38in the transfers. So again, when we're talking about a
- 59:42Rico case, here are all your hallmarks, this money being
- 59:47transferred back and forth between them, twenty million from offshore accounts.
- 59:51If any of those offshore accounts were seed, if any
- 59:55of those offshore accounts were involved in financial crimes, then
- 1:00:04all of Maxwell's money should be seized anyway. She shouldn't
- 1:00:07be able to put any of it up as bell.
- 1:00:09It should be seized by the government because it was
- 1:00:11gained via ill gotten activities. Ill gotten gains is what
- 1:00:16they're called. And the government sure does love to kick
- 1:00:20in doors of drug dealers houses, don't they. They love
- 1:00:23to seize the cars of people who live in South Central,
- 1:00:26don't they, or the homes that their mothers live in because.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: They're suspected drug dealers.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Well, Glaine Maxwell is a suspected human trafficker and a
- 1:00:35suspected child molester, So why haven't you seized.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Her funds yet?
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: That two tier justice system right there for everybody to
- 1:00:45take a look at. Maxwell was ultimately cut off by
- 1:00:50at least one of her banks in twenty nineteen, her lawyer,
- 1:00:54Mark Cohen of Cohen and Gressor, LLP, told the federal
- 1:00:58judge last week. Cohen added that Epstein's arrest last summer
- 1:01:03caused her bank at the time to drop her, forcing
- 1:01:05her to transfer one hundreds of thousands of dollars to
- 1:01:09another institution. The lawyer didn't I didn't identify the bank.
- 1:01:14When the bank drops you, you have to transfer your
- 1:01:17funds out. That's true, that's what happened. Cohen said, Oh, yeah,
- 1:01:21very uh, that's all. It was just a very very
- 1:01:25easy explanation. Maybe one hundred couple, one hundred thousand. But
- 1:01:31what about the millions and millions and millions and millions
- 1:01:33of dollars that were transferred from Epstein companies to Maxwell's accounts.
- 1:01:37There's no getting away from that, folks. Okay, that needs
- 1:01:40to be zeroed in on, circled, bullseyed, and all of it.
- 1:01:47Because these financial ties, well, they're the ties that bind.
- 1:01:53And I've said it from the very beginning. If you
- 1:01:56want to hold any of these enablers accountable for any
- 1:02:01anything that they've done within Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise or
- 1:02:07while associating with him, then we're going to have to
- 1:02:11go to the financial route. And if these articles are
- 1:02:19going to tell the tale, if these articles are giving
- 1:02:22us just a glimpse into the mountain of evidence that
- 1:02:27is readily available for forensic accountants, twenty twenty one is
- 1:02:34going to be a very very long year for the
- 1:02:38remaining Jeffrey Epstein associates. If you'd like to contact me,
