Maria works in Galway University, surrounded by tall buildings covered in ivy. In true Galway style, it was absolutely pouring with rain when we met for our chat.
Originally from Poland, she always had itchy feet and knew she wanted to travel. In the middle of her law degree she took off to go and live and work in a hostel in Buenos Aires. Once she had her travels out of her system, she returned to work in a law firm.
