  SPEAKER_00: Namaste, beautiful souls.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Today's conversation feels really already expansive.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, you can already start to ask yourself questions like what if extraterrestrial contact isn't coming in the future, but it's it's already happening and it's been happening for decades.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: And questions like, what if consciousness itself is and is the key to understanding who we are and like where we're heading?
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: My guest today has spent more than 30 years investigating some of the most controversial, fascinating, mind-expanding subjects on the planet.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: He's interviewed thousands of researchers, whistleblowers, experiences, scientists, mystics, all of it.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: And this was before these conversations were mainstream.
• 0:49
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm so excited.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: Alan Steinfeld, welcome to Awakening.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Natalie.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, your work and what I've been investigating, it's part of a big, bigger shift that's happening for humans, a bigger understanding of who we are, the infinite being that we are.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: And that's why, you know, this book I wrote called Making Contact.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_01: It's about making contact, of course, with other beings like you do, but also making contact with ourselves, right?
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: And the earth and everything we're here to make contact with.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, let's talk about all of it, okay?
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'd love to.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: I mean, you've been doing this for 30 years.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: So could you share some of your biggest truths, like in this field of UFOs, of consciousness that you've uncovered?
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_01: Right, my biggest truth.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, every day I'm learning another truth.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: Um, you are well, when I had my own experience, yeah, I there was a mark on the back of my body, like a little the back of my knee.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it was I was asleep, uh, but then it woke up as if I was frozen throughout the night in in like suspend, like not frozen cold, but frozen suspended animation is a better word.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_01: Like I went to bed in and then it woke up in the same position I went to bed in.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't even remember how it happened last night.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_01: So it's like it was like there was a time mold.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_01: Like I went to sleep, and this time, like a film, something happened, then put back into that mold of time space.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_01: And whatever happened in between was a another dimensional level of existence, but it existed over time, but and space, but then it was sort of taken out of this time and space.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_01: So don't really know how to explain it because I don't really know what happened, but it seems like um, yeah, like there's something that happened, that film was cut together and as if reality was spliced, you know, or edited.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_01: And I think the the beings, whoever they are, because I don't know, people call them a latter thing, have the ability to manipulate time and space.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and and and the thing is, so do we, but I mean, the biggest thing I've learned is that we don't know who we really are.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_01: These beings are equal to us, I mean, as far as consciousness, but they have learned to use it in ways that we have yet to even, I mean, channeling is one way.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_01: That is all that's absolutely an advanced way of using consciousness to channel other beings or other uh and and that's the beginning of a huge shift of what consciousness really is.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_01: But um, you know, the fact that you can open up your mind and you can access other beings and be um kind of a vehicle for speaking, but you still maintain your sense of self.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_01: But to I, you know, we don't even have the words to describe what is really happening, kind of like people think their thoughts are their own and they're private, and and they are in a way, but they're also not.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_01: You know, these ETs can enter your dreams, but so can these telepathy kids.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_01: You know, you've heard the telepathy tapes, right?
• 4:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it's amazing.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_01: Lee Du, if you know she was on the telepathy tapes, her mother's Dahlia, who teaches mine.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_01: She waits for her mother to go to sleep and she doesn't need to be asleep, she just goes in and works in her dreams and can speak in her dreams, but not in this reality.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, people use consciousness as a catch-all phrase, and no one really knows what that means.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_01: I mean, everyone has their own definition, like some people use it as a substitute for God, awakening, perception, but it's more than that, you know.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_01: You know, in my I do a lot of PowerPoint presentation, so um most people's understanding of consciousness is very basic.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_01: It's like it's like the old telephone.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_01: You know, your telephone was hooked to a wire and it could only do one thing.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_01: You can only call from one number to another number.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_01: But, you know, if I came along from the present and went back 30 years and said, you know, my phone can take pictures, I can um see movies, I can make reservations, I can, you know, uh watch television, I mean, you know, um do all these incredible things that phones can do.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: And you're still have a phone from you know 1970 or 80, and say, no, that's impossible.
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_01: Phones can't do that.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_01: I can only, and I'm coming along with a whole new paradigm.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_01: No, phones can, I can read a book on a phone, you know, and it's impossible to conceive of if you're just thinking of phone as this place to play.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_01: Well, that's where we are as consciousness.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_01: We just think of consciousness as this one thing, and we can't even conceive of the abilities that we call consciousness can do.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_01: We couldn't even conceive back in 19, I don't know when you were born, in the 80s, what a phone could do.
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_01: It's like that.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_01: It's like this is what's so remarkable about the future and what ET and whatever have to show us the the unimaginability of what's possible.
• 7:06
  SPEAKER_01: That's the most mind-blowing.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: Do you know that as you're saying this, you're creating activation in my brain?
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: I can actually feel it.
• 7:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_01: What kind of activations am I creating in there?
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: So I can feel, I actually can feel things like sparking because I'm very sensory, so I I I really can I can see, hear, and feel like beyond just like the the usual daily stuff.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: And so I'm just paying attention, and every word you're saying, I'm feeling as if there's like lightning, little lightning, small little electric energies happening on both sides of the brain.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, this is it.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: And and so I'm and then all of a sudden my body's got goosebumps, and I'm like, this is it, this is what consciousness is.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: It's this like embodiment of it's so hard to actually like put into words because then you you're putting it into consonants and vowels and symbols that we've kind of are limited, but it's it's it's like this real open, expanded experience that's never been gone.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: It's been here around us all the time, and we kind of fell asleep, and we're having a major awakening and remembering of it.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: We can embody it and feel it again.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_01: Yes, we've actually been put to sleep.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_01: I think it's, I mean, I'm not a conspiracy person, but I think consciously or unconsciously, we've been programmed to be asleep, and occasionally it's people like you and other people bringing in information that somehow have overcome the conditioning and realize oh, I can do this with my mind or this.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_01: So that's really you know what UFOs, ETs are about.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_01: I mean, John Mack, do you know who John Mack was?
• 8:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he said UFOs are like an outreach program from the cosmos for the consciously impaired.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_01: That's us, the consciously impaired.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: So we we are discovering who we really are and what this thing we're calling consciousness can really do.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_01: And um it's unimaginable, really.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_01: I mean, these ETs, at least according to what I've heard and see, you know, they don't have technology the way we do, they're not in a craft that has this engine that's running.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_01: The crafts are alive, they're made of neuro, I mean, plasticity sort of uh fabric that's connects to the brain.
• 9:45
  SPEAKER_01: It's an extension.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_01: So there we they they control their ship by their mind, you know.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_01: So the ship is alive, it's a being, it's an extension of the beings inside.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_01: So we we can almost conceive of that, but that you know, people uh from what I've heard, I mean, I haven't been inside consciously inside a ship.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_01: I think I have been inside, though, but not.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_01: And there's no controls, it's just uh craft that's you know, so so there's that tech that's a technology of consciousness.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_01: I mean, everyone thinks channeling is amazing.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: And when I first saw my first channel, you know my first channel was that I saw was 1981 Rampha.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_01: You ever hear of Rampha?
• 10:32
SPEAKER_01: Yes, that was an incredible channel.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_01: So, but anyway, everyone's wondering, wow, that's so amazing.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_01: Well, Ramtha said, everyone's thinking, oh, it's amazing what this who this voice is coming through this woman's body.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: The bigger question is, who's that voice coming through your body?
• 10:51
SPEAKER_01: Where does that come from?
• 10:53
SPEAKER_01: Where's the source of your energy?
• 10:56
  SPEAKER_01: And it's like, wow, that's a good question.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_01: There must be more to channeling, there must be more to me.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_01: There, so all that has added to my excitement of finding out what's really going on on planet earth.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_01: I still don't know, but there's something that was gonna be my question.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: So, Alan, what is going on on planet earth?
• 11:23
SPEAKER_01: Well, we're in a huge shift, we're in a you, I mean, we can't see it because I mean we can't sort of sense it, you know.
• 11:32
  SPEAKER_01: AI, non-human intelligence.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_01: I mean, this whole idea of what is intelligence?
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, bees.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_01: I was just in a, you know, looking at this beehive.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_01: There's no brain there, but the hive itself, they know how to pick a queen, they know how to create worker bees, they know how to get, and this, I mean, the intelligence of nature, I guess I'm talking about, but it's an intelligence.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_01: So we don't even know what intelligence is, and we don't know who we are.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_01: And I just met this autistic kid named Alex Derasmos.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_01: And I mean, if you heard the telepathy tapes, these kids, well, he's 25, he's not a kid, but they don't think they know.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_01: They know it's like the right brain knows, the left brain thinks.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_01: So when I teach remote viewing classes, I say you have to shut down your left brain, which is the monkey mind, which lives in the past and the future and not the present.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_01: You have to stop um concretizing the world.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_01: You know, when you say something is this, when you give it a name, this is what the Taoists would say.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_01: When you give something a name, you kill it.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_01: You freeze, you freeze it in place.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_01: So, in teaching remote viewing, um, and has to do with how ETs fly their craft, they're not collapsing the wave function.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_01: You know what that means?
• 13:01
  SPEAKER_00: No, please say more.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_01: You know, in quantum physics, they say when they're trying to find out if light was a wave or a particle, I'm I'm condensing, you know, 100 years of history, but they um say if a if um if it's a particle, then it would create just a line through going through these slits.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_01: But if it's a wave, it would create a wave pattern.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_01: So they found out when they were looking at the light going through the slit, it was a particle, but when they weren't looking at it, it was a wave.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: So it seemed like when you measure something and you define it, or even name it, it's what they say.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_01: You collapse the wave function, it becomes concretized in time and space.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_01: So everything around you, the walls, the trees, the paintings, you've named it, and it'll always be that for you until you can think abstractly.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_01: This is really where I'm working now recently in in understanding the UFO phenomenon.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_01: Actually, in the first introduction to the book, I talk about how I think, think UF uh ETs think.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, maybe.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_01: So it's the difference between apprehension versus comprehension.
• 14:20
  SPEAKER_01: Does that make sense?
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: That makes a lot of sense.
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_01: So when you comprehend something, you comp you collapse the wave function.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: You say, Oh, that's a wall, that's a tree, that's like where we're gonna go in time space.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: And when you apprehend something, you're living in the abstract, things are not solidified in time and space.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_01: So if they're not solidified in time and space, that means you can travel through this non-solidification of time space and go from here to there because you're not using your thinking mind, you're using your knowing mind, the difference between gnosis and logos, you know, knowing, pure knowing and pure being, like you know, as opposed to thinking, like I get my a great example.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_01: I'm sort of just skipping all over the place, but I'm trying to kind of talk around the point because you can't say what can't be said, but you can so anyway.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_01: If I asked you, do you think you're on Zoom here, or do you know you're on Zoom here?
• 15:26
SPEAKER_01: You would think about it, right?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and another degradation of thinking is believing.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_01: Do you believe that you're on Zoom?
• 15:36
SPEAKER_01: It's like, do you think it or do you know it?
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_01: Or do you suspect?
• 15:40
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's all these subtle ramifications of of conscious awareness in a sense of thinking versus knowing, it's like one.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_01: And when you channel, I suppose I don't I think I saw a glimpse uh caught a glimpse of you.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_01: Uh, you're not thinking about doing, you're just doing it, right?
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_01: You're just yeah, exactly.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_01: That's it.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_01: So when we live in the abstract, when we don't collapse the wave function, when things are more fluid and apprehending reality as opposed to comprehending.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_01: I mean, everyone uses apprehension because a fear factor, that's just because they don't know.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_01: Apprehension, apprehending means it's like it's the use of symbols now.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_01: It's like, you know, someone sends you a little text and you put a thumbs up, and that thumb is a symbol.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_01: And symbols aren't specifically, don't have a specific meaning.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_01: I I've studied symbology and it's really fascinating.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_01: Symbols have a range of meaning, you know.
• 16:48
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, I like that.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_01: So a thumbs up could mean, yes, I like that.
• 16:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm with you.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it means it doesn't mean one thing, but it means um a collection of things.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_01: You know what my favorite example of that is in music, and my the favorite song that comes to mind when I talk about this abstract thinking, you know what song that would be?
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, something with freedom.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_01: Well, you got the first part right.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_01: It's something by George Harrison.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_01: When he's when he says something in the way she moves, he's not telling you what it is in the way this love of his life moved, but he's saying something in the way she, and it's like up to us to fill in that to apprehend that something.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_01: He's not concretizing it, it's much more uh romantic in a way, it's much more beautiful, it's much more um um comprehensive somehow.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_01: Instead of concretizing it, oh, she moves this way or that way.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_01: It's no something in the way she moves, it's like that sort of sums up this idea of how apprehension gives you more than comprehension, right?
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: Yes, it's you know what, it actually makes everything, there's so many more possibilities.
• 18:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's limitless.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: Because when when we are young, when we're like between the ages of three and five years old, we we haven't been schooled yet, or we're still super open.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: We're we're like living as living consciousness, and then we start getting taught, no, and that there's only one answer to this, and we we like become finite and contracted.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: So it's it's like tapping back into our younger self when we were limitless.
• 18:51
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_01: This is about this is how the ETs live, in my opinion.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_01: They're not contracted or finite.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_01: This is how they're able to travel through time and space from here to there because they're not caught up in their belief system.
• 19:04
  SPEAKER_01: So they're yeah, that's exactly right.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_01: You really said it, you got it.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_01: So it's like being a child again.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_01: It's like everything is fluid, the world is magical, but you know what the awful thing is is by the time you're five, you're put into a school system that makes you think in linear, you know, materialistic terms.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_01: You learn to count, one, two, three, eight, nothing wrong with counting, but you think the world can be measured and said and named, and you forget the magic of that child you just talked about.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_01: So that's why children live in a magical world because they haven't concretized reality, and they live in a very um timeless place in a way.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's still all possible, all the waves.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like this is the mind expansion that we're like we're as we become more aware, we're we're and remembering, we're kind of it's like stretching it back open again because somehow it became so tight and contracted.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like the ETs, like Alan, I had such an amazing experience.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: So after so, me and you were we the whole bunch of us, we were at the New Living Expo, and that was fantastic because the frequency there, um, I mean, I didn't really go to other people's talks, but I was just feeding off the energy.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, and and and like everyone who was there was was on a similar wavelength.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: So when I came back home to Nicaragua afterwards, I hadn't realized that I'd been cracked open even more.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: And when I came back, my um my battery backup started going wild.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: It was just by my energy, I was vibrating with so much frequency and light, and that everyone else in the neighborhood, their electricity was coming through normal.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: We got the electrician to come and test it, and he was like, it's coming through normal, but something's happening in your house.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_00: And and so then it happened.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: I was in my room, I was lying down, and I all of a sudden felt these ETs, and they took me on this remote viewing, and and I hadn't actually remote viewed before.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: So this was my first experience.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm a I'm a channeler, I I mean, maybe I just hadn't called it remote viewing, but I can go anywhere.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: But this was like they were like, this is remote viewing.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: So we we went and they took me to like the coast of California, and we went under the ocean, and they showed me that they live there, and then they showed me like you know, those sequin tops that if you push down, it's one pattern and then you go up, it's another.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: So they're showing me that, and and they explained that I think that they live under the ocean there, but in the dynamic.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Dimensions in which they live, there is no ocean.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_01: That's good.
• 22:05
  SPEAKER_01: That's a good point.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_01: So they're just showing you a picture of what we think you're saying, as opposed to maybe we're not ready or to really get what where they really live, possibly.
• 22:19
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_01: What do you think they're saying?
• 22:22
SPEAKER_01: Where do they really live?
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: So they do live there, but they're in the 3D is under the water for us.
• 22:30
  SPEAKER_00: That they are there.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: And they even said to me, they said, more and more people are seeing us.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: So that like more and more people are seeing these crafts that are moving in and out of the ocean.
• 22:43
  SPEAKER_01: Right, yes, yes, yes.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_01: But they're not really in the 3D under the ocean, though, right?
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_01: Because they're not in 3D.
• 22:51
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: So underneath the ocean for us in 3D, but in four, five, six, seven, eight, however many dimensions they go into, it's not, there is no physical water that they are underneath.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_01: Wow, that's that's really a good piece for me.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_01: You're absolutely right.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_01: So they're just are they just coming in and out of our dimension or just allowing us to see them, or are they maybe training us to be fifth-dimensional beings somehow?
• 23:23
  SPEAKER_00: Uh that's what I'm feeling.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm sensing because so many more people are seeing UFOs or um are having direct connection.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: There's so much more contact, and it's because we've raised our frequency, we've we've expanded our minds, we're more open.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: So the rate of vibration that we're at is the level of like frequency wave that we send out, and because they're at quite a high frequency wave, we're able to have conversations and communicate.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: And they started telling me about things that are coming for our world, and like, oh, I mean, oh, they were saying, well, basically, they're saying we're having these energetic upgrades from far away galaxies, like Andromeda.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: In June, we are having a major connection of our Milky Way, and Andromeda is its own whole galaxy that's like four to five billion years away, but like it's it's years away, but not quantum particles away.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: Like an electron that's shifting in Andromeda is shifting here.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: So there's like they're showing that we're we're so much closer, and they're showing that we're having this.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, like they show me the new earth.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: So they show me our earth right now, that it's green and it's working with trying to create balance and it's the energy of blue for expression.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: And then they whizzed me into 2033, and I show saw the earth as golden, and they said, now and in 2033, you're going to be tapping in to the wisdom that's already here, and and it's you, it's so your whole frequency turns golden into the frequency color of golden.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_01: Wow, thank you for that.
• 25:13
  SPEAKER_01: You're good, Natalie.
• 25:15
  SPEAKER_01: You're good.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_01: I mean, who do you channel actually?
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: Well, these beings, these extraterrestrials, because they were like, We're extraterrestrials, don't try and name us.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Oh, this is what okay, fine.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: But then they they allowed me, they were saying, Five, if you're gonna choose a name, you call us the all direction beings because one, we're here to give you direction, and two, we live in all directions.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: You can't put us in one space.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: So I channel them and then well, not channel, I don't channel them.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: I they they put information into my brain, and it um it's different to channeling.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: Hmm, it's a it's like yeah, so I channel the Octurians, the the Palladians.
• 25:58
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, I can channel anything.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: I channel the earth, I channel, I mean, basically I noticed that in the beginning when I was young, when I was a little girl, I was channeling and connecting with angels, and then and then kind of as I got older, I was like, Well, if I'm connecting with angels, I surely I can connect with anything as far as I'm like, I can expand my map my mind is as far as as I can connect.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: And so I just I kind of bring in a focus and boom, I can be channeling Mother Earth or anything, right?
• 26:32
SPEAKER_01: So maybe um you thought you were channeling Octurians, but maybe there was something else as well.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_01: It was just a name, or maybe it was.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what your experience is, and um, is there really a difference between Octurians and Syrians and Pleiadians?
• 26:49
SPEAKER_01: And what do we really know?
• 26:52
SPEAKER_01: Because we're just trying to be human here, and we don't even we can't even conceive.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_01: I mean, we're maybe you can the minds of other realities like these people who beings who said they're not really under the ocean, but they're everywhere, which makes sense to me.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but um, you know, we're trying to understand even what human the simplicity of human consciousness I mean, we don't even know who we are, that's where we have to start.
• 27:24
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: And like Alan, why do you think to first of all?
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: I I'd love to know, do you think like the governments have been hiding all of this from us?
• 27:35
  SPEAKER_00: And like why?
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: And do you think it's like starting to come out?
• 27:40
  SPEAKER_00: And and why now?
• 27:42
SPEAKER_01: Well, those are all questions everyone's been asking for 20.
• 27:46
  SPEAKER_01: The government's hiding.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_01: Well, I think for many reasons.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_01: I think first they didn't know really how to tell people.
• 27:56
  SPEAKER_01: Guess what?
• 27:57
SPEAKER_01: We have companies of beings from other planets.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_01: We were just uh uh Truman was president when Roswell crashed happened.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_01: And how do you say, you know, we just got out of World War II?
• 28:08
SPEAKER_01: So it was covered up, and then it started to become more secret, and one lie led to the next, and then governments and technology and private corporations got involved, and obviously, these craft are not filling up their gas tank to get here.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_01: And besides the mine, they might have a warp speed technology that um that uh fossil fuel companies don't want people to know about.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_01: Imagine if you had a little energy source in in your house or in your car.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_01: Just think of all the money we would have and all the money these corporate elites would not have, you know.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_01: So it's and and the government is protecting that secret.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_01: But I think there's so many more sightings and experiences you're having now that it's just reached a tipping point where the beings, the aliens, whatever you want to call them, are saying, time's up, folks.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_01: He's they're saying that to the government.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: They're saying, either you tell them or we tell them.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_01: So more people are having experience.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_01: It's like the vibe, and I'm sure, like you were saying, the vibrational uh frequency of the earth is changing.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: So we're reaching a place where we can meet these beings on a higher playing field, on the place where they live, and um, you know, who by just the fact that you're channeling these beings from wherever means you're at a vibration, you know, and and and so we're at many levels of vibration, and plus the government um wants to keep people in place.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_01: I mean, if everyone had the ability to grow their own food and to psychically tune into each other, I mean, that would be a great society, right?
• 30:03
SPEAKER_01: We're getting there, so we're we're in like the dark ages and moving into light.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_01: So we are about to go to the next dimension, and you're helping Natalie to do it with the talks you give and your smile and your joyful presence, and um, you know, um, you're trans from what I see of you now, you're a uh bridge between the old human and the new human, you know, like the new human is the ones that are excited about everything and upbeat and see the possibility of a great future, and then the old humans are the ones that just you know want to make war, and you know, it's all about power and money and ownership and control, and and and and I think for us, maybe that's not interesting anymore.
• 31:00
  SPEAKER_01: Maybe we've done that.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_01: I think we've had to have done that in lifetimes in order to understand it.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_00: Yes, the contrast, because otherwise we wouldn't know the the opposite.
• 31:16
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, but it's exciting, it's exciting because really we're moving into the unknown, and people always fear the unknown.
• 31:26
SPEAKER_01: You know why people fear the unknown?
• 31:28
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 31:29
SPEAKER_01: Because they're projecting the known onto the unknown.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_01: True, the unknown is full of miracles, possibilities, the unimaginable.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_01: We've already imagined the worst, awful, what I mean, people lifetimes of that, but what the unknown is is all the things we've never had a chance to be.
• 31:55
  SPEAKER_01: And it's not awful.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_01: We haven't been the great things, we haven't been the amazing, miraculous beings that we really are.
• 32:02
  SPEAKER_01: That's the unknown.
• 32:04
SPEAKER_01: If you want to fear the unknown, then stop projecting the unknown onto it.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_01: Be there's nothing to fear, it's just full of wonder, full of wonder possibilities.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_01: And and Jeffrey Kripo, you know who he is?
• 32:20
SPEAKER_01: He's one of the most, I think one of the smartest people looking at the UFO phenomena.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_01: He's actually a professor of religion at Rice University, but he's he's really looked at this phenomena and sees it as a mystical passageway, you know.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_01: And he says, you can't measure the unknown by the known.
• 32:41
SPEAKER_01: We're looking at, we're looking at the phenomena, even our ideas of ETs, whatever that is, or Octorians, we're putting them into boxes, but we're creating a mythology around it.
• 32:56
SPEAKER_01: And by people saying, and maybe I'm not saying you're not saying, or maybe you are, oh, Arcturians are like this, and Pleiadians are like that.
• 33:03
SPEAKER_01: It's like we want to make a story, and really my feeling is we we can't.
• 33:14
SPEAKER_01: There's no, we don't have enough information, we're projecting some fairy tale possibilities.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_01: It's like, you know, I think Linda Moltenhauer is talking to me before he says everyone wants to meet these ETs over a cup of coffee, and it's not gonna happen.
• 33:31
SPEAKER_01: They don't even drink coffee, they they're from what my sense, they're physiological, um, psychological, and psyche, it doesn't work the way we think.
• 33:48
SPEAKER_01: We're very controlled, even I would say, people like you who've been able to drop out of the control and tap into other frequencies and channels.
• 33:57
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's great because you're further along than most people, but but you know, we're still so contained in a very small box of the possible when the impossible is really at our fingertips.
• 34:10
SPEAKER_01: And it's what those beings were trying to tell you, what they're hear from everywhere.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_01: It's like, how is that possible?
• 34:16
  SPEAKER_01: Well, it's possible.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_01: I mean, if we're open to possibility, the only thing impossible is the thought that it's impossible.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_01: So, um, you know, so this is the world we're going into, and it will cause what John Mack, the Harvard psychiatrist who started working with Contact D says, ontological shock.
• 34:37
SPEAKER_01: It means our notion of reality is going to be, I wouldn't say traumatizing, but upsetting for a lot of people.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_01: Because people identify people's identity is caught up in what they think about the world, you know, their relationship to what they think reality is.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_01: And when reality is not what you think it is, then who you are is not what you thought you were.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_01: Well, maybe not you, but people who are very, you know, strict in like, you know, if you want to ask, if you if you want to know who someone is, ask, well, what are you?
• 35:16
  SPEAKER_01: Who are you?
• 35:17
  SPEAKER_01: Say, I am this.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_01: Anything you put after I am is a restriction.
• 35:22
SPEAKER_01: The I am that I am is the thing that we are.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_01: So say I'm an American, I'm this, I'm that.
• 35:29
SPEAKER_01: It's like you put yourself in a little limited, a little box.
• 35:33
SPEAKER_01: And you know, Krishna Murti, you know, Krishnamurti is the Indian teacher.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_01: He says, if you call yourself a Christian or Jewish or Muslim or Buddhist, you've actually committed violence against the rest of humanity because you've separated yourself, you've restricted yourself.
• 35:50
SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's a little extreme, but it's like we're not any of that, and we're all of that, and and and so this is really the world we have to um start to realize that we can live in and upgrade.
• 36:08
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know that, but I'm not talking to you because but you know, even the technology that runs our world, do you know what technology runs our world?
• 36:17
  SPEAKER_01: It's Newtonian physics.
• 36:19
  SPEAKER_01: That's 400 years old.
• 36:23
SPEAKER_01: You you you burn fuel out of an engine and pushes the car forward.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_01: It's cause and effect, you know, it's like it's like that's what runs the world.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_01: So obviously, these craft are not using that technology, but because we're trapped into a thinking of cause and effect, we have a science that is based on cause and effect.
• 36:49
  SPEAKER_01: And that's what I'm getting at.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_01: These beings do not think or cognize reality the way we do.
• 36:57
SPEAKER_01: So their technology, if you want to even call it technology, is based on a whole different set of principles that has nothing to do with how we think of reality.
• 37:07
SPEAKER_01: That's how they can travel through time and space and all that, because they don't they don't think in this or that.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_01: It's all at once, everything.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_01: And so if we could learn how to get a technology based on new thought, we could develop new ways.
• 37:27
SPEAKER_01: But we need new ways of thinking, really.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it starts within the mind.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_00: And so sometimes I'll wake up in the morning, open my eyes, and I'm like, oh, the mind is so powerful that it's made my reality still the same.
• 37:43
SPEAKER_00: I've opened my eyes and my room looks identical.
• 37:47
SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's and but so I've done um like vipassanas and I've done powerful, like absolutely dissolving of the mind, dissolving of the body, and I went back to to nothing.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_00: There was just empty, there was nothing there.
• 37:59
SPEAKER_00: Just for a moment, I mean, I have no idea how long, but then mind came back in and started like asking questions.
• 38:05
SPEAKER_00: But it was pretty cool because I was so expanded that the questions mind asked, I got direct like response and understanding of the subatomic particle and how it dies every single moment and a new one's born.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_00: And so this reality is not it's it's only con it's not really continuous, but it's continuous because somehow this powerful mind like keeps keeps it continuing, otherwise, it really is dying and being reborn, like new particles, particles.
• 38:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's incredible.
• 38:39
SPEAKER_01: By yes, by thinking it's the same room, yes.
• 38:44
SPEAKER_00: And so the other day I was like, and I do this quite often because it's pretty cool.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_00: I sit on the sofa and I stare at one thing in my room, and I I start to see the luminous, you know how there's light around everything, and then I just keep staring, um, and then it goes into violet light, and then the room turns into fractals and everything disappears, and then it comes back.
• 39:07
  SPEAKER_01: Beautiful.
• 39:09
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's great, Natalie.
• 39:11
  SPEAKER_01: Well, it's brilliant.
• 39:13
SPEAKER_00: And so, what I really want to know is like if you could share about like remote viewing, and if you could give um everyone here who's watching and listening kind of a way in which they can start to like expand and experience beyond the the physical.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_01: Well, you're doing it pretty well, by explaining, but remote viewing is the idea that our mind is infinite, it's not local.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_01: I use the example of a radio.
• 39:43
SPEAKER_01: I mean, do you think not you, but people they don't really think the musicians or the announcers inside the box?
• 39:51
SPEAKER_01: They're not inside the radio.
• 39:53
SPEAKER_01: You open the radio up, you're not gonna hear see the Beatles playing in there, you know.
• 39:58
SPEAKER_01: So um it's a receiver, the brain is a receiver, so we're not, or it was something, some metaphysic, we're not in the body, the body's in us, basically.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_01: Yes, so we're the we're not the mind is not, we're in the greater mind.
• 40:18
SPEAKER_01: So um, so if we are non-local, because we're the signal, we're not the radio.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_01: Like if the radio breaks, it doesn't mean the signal is stopped.
• 40:29
SPEAKER_01: We're the eternal, the eternal signal.
• 40:33
  SPEAKER_01: We're forever, that signal.
• 40:35
SPEAKER_01: We are so remote doing is a gateway to your divinity in a sense when you realize that you can do this and have done it and can do it.
• 40:45
SPEAKER_01: Um, so we know everything about anything all the time, but that mind, that left brain, that monkey mind thinks it knows.
• 40:56
SPEAKER_01: And so it's directing traffic because it wants to keep you safe.
• 41:01
SPEAKER_01: It wants it needs to know what everything is, so you're safe.
• 41:04
SPEAKER_01: And it's like, no, even more.
• 41:05
SPEAKER_01: So, because we live in you know, all this stuff, but if it can just step aside for a moment and not think, like, you know, you said you wake up in the room and suddenly the but what if you woke up in the room and it I I have done this and I didn't recognize, I start to freak out a little bit, actually.
• 41:24
  SPEAKER_01: It's like, where am I?
• 41:26
SPEAKER_00: So I mean that you had that experience.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've had an experience where I've you know, I had an experience of teleportation actually when um when I was please tell us.
• 41:38
SPEAKER_01: Well, I went to Washington to go to a UFO hearing, yeah.
• 41:41
SPEAKER_01: I was hanging out with Chris Bletso.
• 41:43
SPEAKER_01: Do you know Chris Bletso is?
• 41:45
  SPEAKER_00: I don't I maybe, I'm not sure.
• 41:47
  SPEAKER_01: He's like, I would say he's like a saint in a way, he's a very special person.
• 41:52
SPEAKER_01: He sees these appearances of this divine feminine, and he's a very high-energy person, in my opinion, anyway.
• 42:01
SPEAKER_01: And and I was hanging out with him for the weekend.
• 42:04
SPEAKER_01: We were, you know, eating dinner, we're staying in the same house, and so there was a frequency about him, I think.
• 42:11
SPEAKER_01: So he we're in Washington going to these congressional hearings, and um, and then I I live in New York, so I I said goodbye to Chris and all the friends there, and they get on a train and it's early, and I mean it's sort of early, and hadn't slept much the day before because you have to get up at four in the morning to get to the congressional hearing.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_01: So I'm on the train, I get home to my apartment, and I'm laying down on the couch, and I'm sort of drifting off into a really I love a nap, you know.
• 42:39
  SPEAKER_01: Don't you love naps?
• 42:40
SPEAKER_01: Yes, they do make me feel so good, but I'm sort of napping on my couch, but and this is and maybe I'm making it up, I don't know, but I I sense like the fabric under me is sort of sort of shifts a little.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_01: I've just got that little shift.
• 42:58
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm sort of semi-awake, but also sleeping, and so I feel like, well, I'm feels like I'm in a different bed first, and I wake up.
• 43:08
SPEAKER_01: I mean, sort of, I'm sort of waking up, but maybe I'm still dreaming, I don't know.
• 43:12
SPEAKER_01: But I wake up and I'm in the room in Washington that I had left six hours earlier.
• 43:19
SPEAKER_01: So I'm like teleported there, I think.
• 43:22
SPEAKER_01: So I and and then I know it's really strange.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_01: And then I hear a voice call out my name, like an angelic sort of a female angelic sort of, and then I think, oh no, how am I gonna explain to the people in the house that I'm upstairs when I left six hours earlier?
• 43:42
SPEAKER_01: So that thought went through my mind.
• 43:45
SPEAKER_01: Like, how am I gonna explain how I got back here and I'm upstairs, and then I'm I'm back home where I was.
• 43:55
SPEAKER_01: I mean, that thought it's like, and I really did.
• 43:58
SPEAKER_01: It's like I I I felt sort of, I have to say, embarrassed about the fact that maybe they thought I didn't leave or something.
• 44:07
SPEAKER_01: It's like all these, I mean, all these crazy sort of, I mean, it's crazy.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_01: I mean all these, you know, strange thoughts or excuse or something went through my mind that stopped me from fully having that teleportation experience.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_01: So I'm still working on my own belief systems, okay?
• 44:28
  SPEAKER_00: We all laughed.
• 44:30
  SPEAKER_01: But I don't know.
• 44:31
SPEAKER_01: Did that really I think it I mean the fact that I heard a voice and I was in the room and then I had the thought when it was there of that it's like I wouldn't have had that thought if I was still in my bed or maybe I was drinking.
• 44:45
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 44:46
SPEAKER_01: But I do think teleportation exists.
• 44:50
  SPEAKER_00: You totally experienced it.
• 44:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm getting a strong yes this is truth.
• 44:55
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
• 44:56
SPEAKER_01: So how do I ask you I mean because I can't really talk to many people about it how many how what could I do to myself to make myself accept the fact that it happened how I mean because it's still I mean I believe it's possible but when it actually happens how do I shift my belief system to embrace what just happened so I wouldn't have to I mean you know it's like I'm caught between the human and the non-human it's like I don't want to hold on to the human I know it's possible but I have to restructure my belief system.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_00: Help me Natalie help yeah yeah so you basically are dis you start to disidentify with the voice in your head that says it's not possible.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_00: So when that voice comes in and notice when it comes in you'll have a contraction on the physical part of the body and often it's in the solar plexus I've noticed it a lot it it the it contracts there.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_00: So just be aware of it while the whole frequency is going high.
• 46:05
SPEAKER_00: So as as you become aware of the parts of the mind that are programmed to not believe to disbelieve to contract you consciousness recognizes oh there's a pattern and you just do not feed it.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_00: So meaning you do not place awareness onto that thought pattern to to make it turn into a belief and the more you disidentify the more you recognize you recognize oh there's that thought but you you don't feed it it actually starts to dissolve and disintegrate and and I've done I've seen it in my own life and with so many others if and then eventually you're like oh wow I no longer even have that thought so um what it is is let's say like this 5% part of our mind the the thinking mind the monkey mind the small percent of mind the I'd say if it's an iceberg the top of the icebergs the thinking part of the mind that we mostly identify with all under the ocean is like this infinite consciousness and mind that is so powerful and which we which we expand into when we're meditating or doing anything like this which expands us.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_00: And the less we feed to the thinking part of the mind the less it has power over the system as the human and and the an internal like um shift happens like they they they talk about like a polarity shift inside the system where the thinking mind has had control and you you stop feeding it and it dissolves and then this the the deeper part of consciousness is then vibrating more fully in the human experience.
• 47:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's how you do it just don't feed that that which you don't want.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_01: But yeah I mean I think that's great but but that's after the fact in a sense because once I'm there I so I have I think you're saying you have to do the training before the experience so I can be prepared for when the experience happens it's already I the the immediate thoughts come in like oh this can't be um it's happened but it can't be possible so it can't it's not possible so you know I have to do that exercise before the experience happens.
• 48:20
SPEAKER_00: Because it will mean that that five percent part of thinking mind is empty emptier and and it means that it will be on board and not interrupt the experience.
• 48:31
SPEAKER_00: So it means so so maintaining awareness all the time and not feeding it means that it's it's expanded it's empty it rests upon like the primordial state of consciousness meaning that you fully are in the this expanded state and can fully embody it and in a way in the beginning like when you first do it that it comes in in a way it's kind of um good to recognize it because if it didn't come in how would you have known the difference yeah no I get that and I used to have these experiences as a child like I'd be sleeping on my bed with my let's say head to the wall my feet to the door or something like that.
• 49:11
SPEAKER_01: But then I feel as if I my body has changed and my without doing anything and so that was I mean it's like these tablespoons.
• 49:20
SPEAKER_01: So I felt like then somehow it's related to that like I had done something but and that was fun.
• 49:27
SPEAKER_01: I didn't doubt that I mean maybe I was just making it up but it was like definitely a feeling of something like that.
• 49:33
SPEAKER_01: So I think with all of this we're preparing ourselves for something that that is undefinable but this is the ontological shock that we're all going to have to deal with when we really meet these extraterrestrial civilizations because they are not thinking like us they don't look like us they don't they don't even they communicate telepathically this is why we need to develop remote viewing skills and so you asked me about remote sorry we went off yes please sorry it's all good it's but it's like you say we're disconnecting from the thinking mind and we're going into that apprehension so when you're remote viewing a target you're not saying this is it because you're using your right brain to perceive reality and your right brain perceives in fragments sort of it's it's it's it's it's it's it's raw information it's segments of raw information.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_01: So um you're gonna see so let's say I have a target here I say okay or someone you know is at a location you empty your mind the line the linear rational mind and you create a sort of vacuum of awareness and in the vacuum something emerges something surprising pops in something that you set your intent on knowing and from intent comes the information not through guessing or thinking it comes and for me it comes as pictures yeah it comes as pictures that um then I expand upon you know so like a flash I'm sure that comes to you that way too so um so it's just getting empty enough to tap into the God part or the divine part that is everywhere and putting your intention on a target.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_01: It's intention is everything attention intention it's like your GPS you could it could be anything in the world a target and with intent it comes it comes to it pops in I just did some good remote viewing the other day I was at a conference a different conference oh the contact in the desert someone was demonstrating remote viewing all he gave was numbers and he goes okay these are the numbers write the numbers down so I immediately got a flash of um green like an island or but uh but something in the middle of this place surrounded by these green so the problem with remote view or problem some people have is when you think it's something your left brain goes on and on and says we got this bud sit back we'll tell you what it is because the left brain is always wanting to know so I let my left brain go with the vegetation and then go and and what they call analytical overlays AOLs which will which kind of like is your thinking your thinking and it's very subtle between the impression of a flash and when you start to think you know that's the big trick in remote doom if you can make that distinction between your pure intuition and where the mind jumps in and saying we got this you know go back to sleep because so if you can stay in pure awareness then you can remote do anything people would remote view um pages inside a sealed safe i mean it's what Pat Price who worked for the CIA and Stanford Research Institute so a really and it does take practice to tap into that part of awareness.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_01: Well you're probably good at it because you're in that awareness when you're channeling you're not in your thinking mind or creative people are in that awareness.
• 53:39
SPEAKER_00: So it's like that it's a practice I'm going to be teaching a workshop on this in December on on Neil's portal to ascension December 4th 5th and 6th so you could send people there I'm going to definitely and also you're gonna be live in Glastonbury and that's the 28th to the 30th of August with Neil how you come oh I think I'm gonna be in Spain at that time but I'll be tapping in remotely I'll be energetically feeling into it what are you doing in Spain that's just gonna be a time off from all the all of this where do you go when you're there do you go to the beach there yeah I go to the beach like in the south of Spain it's beautiful little little town there and do you know Granada that's inland it's no but I know I I know Barcelona I know some parts of Spain yeah oh it's beautiful so what else do you want to I should go soon but yes yes I I'm honoring of your time and so let me just feel into this I feel like there's one more thing that we're just gonna okay Alan you answered the question you that you asked me the answer arose when you were speaking you said something like um in the moment where you are time traveling um and you're you're in another space and all of a sudden the mind starts to come in in that moment where it comes in and try and it's about to contract just speak to it direct and say we've got this right yeah exactly exactly like one time I felt my body um dematerializing yes because I was hanging out with the shaman who was talking about this and then I came back home and I felt that I just remembered that and it's like that I stopped that because that freaked me out when maybe I'll get used to it sometime.
• 55:42
SPEAKER_01: But um they're such new experiences but they're really exciting like going out of body I've I've gotten used to that a little bit you know traveling astrily and so but then when that first happens it's a little weird but then you get used to that but some of these other things I'm just getting used to but that's what the future holds for all of us that's what that's what's possible with consciousness because consciousness is not in the body the body's in consciousness you know it's all possible for us yeah and we're kind of moving at the rate of speed that we're ready for um and that we we're we're adjusting to the the new frequencies and we're getting energetic upgrades and and so it's happening in in perfect timing otherwise it could be a lot for our system well it is a lot for the system and it's gonna be a lot for the system for people who have no idea about anything we just said here which is okay it'll be an awakening just one more question just about this and then I I know we'll close up but do you feel do you feel like they're gonna receive it even though they're like their mind is contracted and closed to it well that's a good question we've been preparing for this for 20 30 years and and we're used to the idea and some people are what some people say late to the party um they're they're it's not in there but I think the way the government may be going about it may be somehow I'm not saying good because they've been lying to us for so long but it is a slow leaking disclosure so they have things of craft and so people are saying and I have to say to them I told you so but people are saying well maybe there is something to UFOs and then you get people like Neil Jacross Tyson who would say would say this is impossible.
• 57:43
SPEAKER_01: Now he's saying oh yeah this is so there is a slow rolling expansion of human consciousness but what is really going to be different is the human experience.
• 57:59
SPEAKER_01: This is what I'm seeing when we know that consciousness is the controller of all realities and that and that there's a fifth dimensional essence that we're waking up to and that we're not 3D at all we have but that's going to take I mean it's getting me sometimes getting used to but it's going to take a planetary civilization that's still making wars and fighting over territory and religions and beliefs which is such nonsense you know they're killing people over words in the book of course the words in the book may or may not have come from some but uh uh it's awful it's an awful uh way to represent humanity in front of the Galactic Federation or whatever you call that but um we're getting over that eventually I think you know Bashar do you know who Bashar says what he I'm saying but Bashar says this is our last chance for density so get as dense as you can be because there's no going back to it.
• 59:08
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's that's what's happening maybe it's our because yeah we're graduating if you if we want to so well Natalie you are very pleasant and delightful and kind and thank you Ellen I've loved spending time with you thank you so much for being here with me and everyone who's watching and receiving right into the chat let us know what what expansion you're experiencing thank you so much.
• 59:37
SPEAKER_01: I mean I try just one more thing I try to make it a little intellectual for the mind because I'm I like to think too but I like to think in abstract terms.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_00: So hope it what didn't lose anybody there but thank you again and if we did lose them it's good because we're losing the part of them that's trying to control so they can experience their expanded self.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_00: You're so good thank you my dear oh thank you so much this has been wonderful yes namaste
