- 1:15Speaker 6: I saw a lot of, you know, Justin's comments and
- 1:20Speaker 6: Chris saying how they were the, you know, the favorites
- 1:23Speaker 6: have returned. And I was like, hey guys, you know,
- 1:26Speaker 6: you all went on vacation for a little bit and,
- 1:28Speaker 6: you know. So there's a little competitive nature. So we've
- 1:31Speaker 6: got to bring it today.
- 1:33Speaker 1: We're going to bring it today.
- 1:34Speaker 6: And I keep seeing they're doing really well in the
- 1:36Speaker 6: top iTunes. I'm like, oh, we've got to get to
- 1:39Speaker 6: number one.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Sorry, Mr. Joe Roken. We're coming for you.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I love it. So I love that you are up
- 1:48Speaker 1: on the trial of the century, Johnny versus Amber. We
- 1:53Speaker 1: have a lot to cover from the last few days.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Oh, by the way, I'm going, I just realized I
- 2:00Speaker 1: have an announcement to make. Guys, June 17th, I will
- 2:04Speaker 1: be at the Charles Krug Summer Sessions Blue Note Winery,
- 2:10Speaker 1: June 17th. Come see me with Justin Martindale, two shows,
- 2:14Speaker 1: 530 and 830. Okay, let's get into the trial. First
- 2:19Speaker 1: of all, I've been talking about it for several episodes.
- 2:22Speaker 1: So let's just begin and then we'll get into like
- 2:25Speaker 1: all the latest witnesses and stuff. But what, at this point,
- 2:29Speaker 1: we're recording this Wednesday afternoon, are your thoughts in general
- 2:34Speaker 1: about this crazy trial and the relationship of Amber and Johnny?
- 2:39Speaker 6: My first thought is I've never been so jealous of
- 2:42Speaker 6: any squatters in my life and that every time these
- 2:47Speaker 6: deposition videos of Amber's little crew of squatters are complaining
- 2:53Speaker 6: about whatever and they're like, Well, I was in PH5
- 2:56Speaker 6: and then I went to PH.
- 2:57Speaker 4: I'm like, these people are living in penthouses.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Okay. So let's jump to that. Let's jump to that.
- 3:03Speaker 1: So for those that are keeping up with it, Amber
- 3:07Speaker 1: took the stand. Along with Amber taking the stand, we're
- 3:11Speaker 1: also going to cover some of the people that were
- 3:15Speaker 1: deposed back in January. So they're watching a video deposition
- 3:18Speaker 1: in which both Amber's attorneys and Johnny's attorneys could question them.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And they were all her very good friends. And the
- 3:26Speaker 1: very good friends got to live in these penthouses that
- 3:31Speaker 1: Johnny owned at his invitation, meaning he didn't, they did
- 3:36Speaker 1: not have to pay rent. And at first, you know, you,
- 3:41Speaker 1: you said, I'm jealous of these people. See, I, and
- 3:44Speaker 1: me watching the whole thing, I'm like, God, nothing is
- 3:48Speaker 1: for free. Oh, what he's... I mean, because you look
- 3:53Speaker 1: at these people now and they entered into this, oh
- 3:56Speaker 1: my God, this is so great. Our friends are Johnny
- 3:59Speaker 1: and Amber. We're going to go to Coachella. We get
- 4:01Speaker 1: to hang out. We're all such good friends. I'm sure
- 4:04Speaker 1: they're kissing his ass. They're kissing her ass, but they're
- 4:06Speaker 1: probably kissing his ass a little bit more. And then
- 4:08Speaker 1: these contentious fights, which we'll get into. But I was
- 4:12Speaker 1: just like.
- 4:14Speaker 1: No, it's not worth it. It's completely stressful. It's not
- 4:17Speaker 1: a vacation. Pay for your own fucking vacation. Listen, I've
- 4:21Speaker 1: been a guest with rich people that don't get along.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's not as fun as you think.
- 4:29Speaker 4: You start to.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Put up with it. You're like, okay, I'll go again, again.
- 4:32Speaker 1: And then there comes a time where you're like, you
- 4:34Speaker 1: know what? I'm good. I'll pay for my own hotel room.
- 4:37Speaker 6: See, I'm built different. Every time I'm talking about, like,
- 4:41Speaker 6: the red wine spilling. I'm like, which bottle?
- 4:43Speaker 4: He said, he spent 50,000 a month. Why, why are
- 4:46Speaker 4: they spilling the wine?
- 4:47Speaker 1: It is hard to turn down.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Oh, I mean, no, I mean, not now in my life.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Yes.
- 4:52Speaker 6: You know, rewind pre high, you know, I did live, uh,
- 4:57Speaker 6: you know, as a squatter at David Foster and Linda
- 5:01Speaker 6: Thompson's house during a contentious divorce with dividing. And I,
- 5:06Speaker 6: you know, I managed it pretty well. And, you know,
- 5:09Speaker 6: you go in the fridge and there's the chefs made
- 5:12Speaker 6: all the different foods and you get to go and,
- 5:15Speaker 6: you know, you go.
- 5:15Speaker 4: In the wine. I mean, it's totally doable.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 5:19Speaker 6: You know, so I have different experience in it. I, though,
- 5:23Speaker 6: would have been the type of friend that, you know,
- 5:25Speaker 6: in this little, if you would deposition me, I would
- 5:29Speaker 6: have been the one person, even if I had been
- 5:31Speaker 6: a team Amber person, I would have been like, oh,
- 5:33Speaker 6: put me in contempt.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I'm going to do 30 days in jail. for Johnny
- 5:36Speaker 4: and things long term.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Imagine if one of her little did a switcheroo and
- 5:41Speaker 6: was like, you know, flip the script and was like, no,
- 5:44Speaker 6: I won't speak on anything to do with Johnny. Johnny
- 5:47Speaker 6: would take care of that person, you know, when this
- 5:49Speaker 6: is all over.
- 5:50Speaker 1: But, you know, let's talk about these people and who
- 5:53Speaker 1: they are. OK, so the people that they interviewed, there's four, three,
- 5:59Speaker 1: three people that they will for including her sister so far.
- 6:02Speaker 1: So there is the couple of this guy, Josh, and
- 6:08Speaker 1: he at one time was a boyfriend, then married to Raquel,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and they have since divorced.
- 6:13Speaker 4: And he was the former— he went to culinary school.
- 6:15Speaker 1: He was the chef. So he's the chef. Raquel's the
- 6:19Speaker 1: friend that does crafts. I mean, not enough to live—
- 6:22Speaker 1: I couldn't figure out Tillett.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Tillett was so weird to me.
- 6:26Speaker 1: The name— Little I dot O?
- 6:29Speaker 4: I don't know. He creeped me out so much. He
- 6:31Speaker 4: was like, Johnny told me he loved me. And I
- 6:34Speaker 4: was like, what is going on?
- 6:36Speaker 1: Is he gay?
- 6:38Speaker 4: I couldn't figure that out because he was like.
- 6:40Speaker 1: At first when he was being interviewed, now this, the
- 6:41Speaker 1: other friend is I-O spelled with a little O. I
- 6:45Speaker 1: don't understand that. Till it ring.
- 6:48Speaker 4: And.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I kind of thought he was like the gay best friend,
- 6:52Speaker 1: but that was also kind of a masculine gay and
- 6:55Speaker 1: could hang with Johnny. That's what I, I, not that
- 6:57Speaker 1: it matters, but that's what I got. Cause he's like
- 6:59Speaker 1: the day of the wedding. I was her best man.
- 7:02Speaker 1: And I was also like helping Johnny and Johnny's son,
- 7:05Speaker 1: who was his best band. I was going back and forth.
- 7:07Speaker 1: And it just made me think you're, you're this friend
- 7:09Speaker 1: slash like assistant. And like, we're giving you all this
- 7:13Speaker 1: free stuff. So you better a party till we want
- 7:16Speaker 1: to stop partying. If you've ever been a guest before,
- 7:19Speaker 1: like with a rich person, there's been that little bit
- 7:22Speaker 1: of a pressure, like you better stay up because I'm
- 7:25Speaker 1: ready to watch a movie. I'm ready to party. And like,
- 7:28Speaker 1: you're the guest and you're, you know, so there's, there's
- 7:32Speaker 1: some of that too, where people feel like they have
- 7:34Speaker 1: to like be on and, and then they get in
- 7:37Speaker 1: these fights and they have to kind of like diffuse
- 7:40Speaker 1: it or be part of it or hope that like
- 7:42Speaker 1: the next day we're all good.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Right.
- 7:44Speaker 1: We're all going to Coachella tomorrow. Right.
- 7:47Speaker 4: What I threw me off is he was like, He
- 7:50Speaker 4: talked like he had been trained for a deposition in
- 7:53Speaker 4: the way and his level of detail. I'm like, how?
- 7:57Speaker 6: Because I've been, I've lived life, but I don't remember
- 8:01Speaker 6: things like I'm typing it in a script.
- 8:03Speaker 4: And he's like, and that night he had a heavy pour.
- 8:06Speaker 4: And I know heavy pours because I grew up counting
- 8:09Speaker 4: people's glass.
- 8:09Speaker 6: I'm like, this guy, he was so creepy. He creeped
- 8:12Speaker 6: me out like, Johnny's lucky this dude didn't just murder him.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Well, I mean, I respect someone that's, doing a huge trial.
- 8:19Speaker 1: And if you're going to be deposed, yeah, you should
- 8:22Speaker 1: go into your notes and you should kind of go, okay,
- 8:25Speaker 1: wait a minute. I remember two days later, I got
- 8:28Speaker 1: on a plane and it was the day before Thanksgiving.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So then that would have been Tuesday, November, like get
- 8:33Speaker 1: your dates right. You're going on, you're doing a major
- 8:36Speaker 1: deposition with someone to be like, I think it was
- 8:38Speaker 1: in or around. Well, come on.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Years ago, though.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I know, but still. Do your due diligence. I don't
- 8:43Speaker 1: remember years ago. You got deposed. Get your shit together.
- 8:47Speaker 6: I didn't believe anything that guy was saying.
- 8:51Speaker 4: I was like, this. He said, Amber reached out to me,
- 8:55Speaker 4: said I may be depositioned. I was like, oh, my gosh.
- 8:59Speaker 1: So, I mean, some of the things. Let's start with him. So,
- 9:02Speaker 1: this IO, so weird, the name. I don't know that
- 9:06Speaker 1: much about him.
- 9:07Speaker 4: So he was a photographer.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Allegedly.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Well, I don't think a photographer.
- 9:12Speaker 4: I mean.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Aren't we all photographers? I don't know that you have
- 9:14Speaker 1: to be like an alleged photographer.
- 9:16Speaker 4: It's not like you're an anesthesiologist.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I don't know. He shot anything.
- 9:19Speaker 4: He has an iPhone. So that's what. And I don't.
- 9:24Speaker 6: I forgot how they met. But like they saw each
- 9:27Speaker 6: other in New York.
- 9:28Speaker 4: I don't know. It was so.
- 9:30Speaker 1: So some of the things he said. is because he
- 9:34Speaker 1: had long conversations. He was very close to him as well.
- 9:37Speaker 1: And it seemed like they were all three kind of
- 9:40Speaker 1: struggled with the fact that they really did enjoy Johnny
- 9:43Speaker 1: as well. He was really charming, obviously very generous. But
- 9:48Speaker 1: I mean, I really do believe all three of their testimony.
- 9:52Speaker 1: They all said they never saw him ever get violent
- 9:55Speaker 1: with her. But most people don't witness that. Like most people, it's,
- 10:00Speaker 1: it's mostly like with couples, it's like, you know, and
- 10:03Speaker 1: the girl's like, Oh, we've got to go home now.
- 10:05Speaker 1: You don't know what's going to happen. So it's like,
- 10:07Speaker 1: most guys are not whacking their woman in front of people, even,
- 10:11Speaker 1: But he did say the level of.
- 10:13Speaker 4: Drinking and alcohol.
- 10:14Speaker 6: If he was in these blackout rage, you really imagine
- 10:18Speaker 6: it's like, hold on, let's wait for these three people
- 10:20Speaker 6: that I'm paying for that are house squatters to not
- 10:23Speaker 6: be here for me to like act out in this
- 10:25Speaker 6: violent smacking thing, you know?
- 10:29Speaker 1: So that's the question is like, I think we all agree.
- 10:32Speaker 1: He's a boozer. He does drugs. He uses bad language.
- 10:36Speaker 1: He can say nasty shit. He knocks stuff over. But
- 10:39Speaker 1: the question is, did he ever punch her with his
- 10:42Speaker 1: rings on his finger? Because obviously, first when the trial
- 10:46Speaker 1: first started, I'm like, I don't know if I'd have
- 10:47Speaker 1: all those rings on. But then, no, that was a
- 10:51Speaker 1: deliberate move to always have all the rings on. Because
- 10:53Speaker 1: if he's always wearing rings, her face would have been
- 10:56Speaker 1: way worse. Way worse.
- 10:58Speaker 4: And another thing before I forget. Yes. This whole breaking things.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I was saying to Heidi.
- 11:02Speaker 6: If I was that rich, I've never broken anything on
- 11:05Speaker 6: purpose because I don't have money like that. And it's like, ah,
- 11:08Speaker 6: but it's like, I think if I was drunk and
- 11:10Speaker 6: that rich, I would just break things all the time too.
- 11:12Speaker 6: It's like, that sounds fun. Like, Oh, this is good.
- 11:15Speaker 6: I can break this. Somebody's going to clean that up.
- 11:17Speaker 6: Like that's that rockstar energy. And then it's like when
- 11:21Speaker 6: machine gun Kelly does it with Megan Fox or whatever,
- 11:23Speaker 6: they're so cool. But now all of a sudden we're
- 11:25Speaker 6: making it the Johnny's unhinged.
- 11:28Speaker 4: It's like, He can break whatever he wants because he
- 11:29Speaker 4: has 15 houses that he's living in at once. And
- 11:33Speaker 4: it's like, let's leave and go to... So that also
- 11:35Speaker 4: threw me off. Like, I don't know. That sounds fun.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I think he sounds like a nightmare to be in
- 11:40Speaker 1: a relationship with. I mean, I think there's a lot
- 11:43Speaker 1: of holes to Amber's story. But I definitely think he, like,
- 11:47Speaker 1: switched on the dime. I think he was super jealous.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Jealous of both men and women because she was bisexual.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Would say things, you know, like... about how she got
- 11:59Speaker 1: her jobs and that, you know, she doesn't need, this
- 12:01Speaker 1: is what they're saying. She doesn't need to work. I
- 12:03Speaker 1: don't know why she's auditioning. I can pay for her,
- 12:06Speaker 1: like not being as encouraging towards her career. And like continuing,
- 12:11Speaker 1: like the sister said, you know, like when, when you're,
- 12:15Speaker 1: when someone is in a relationship with someone like that, providing,
- 12:18Speaker 1: you know, this all true that, um, they, they, they
- 12:22Speaker 1: start to change a lot and they get a little
- 12:23Speaker 1: smaller and they get a little quieter and they get,
- 12:26Speaker 1: And that's exactly what her sister said. Like she lost
- 12:29Speaker 1: her joy and spark because in this toxic thing. Do
- 12:33Speaker 1: I think she totally contributed to the toxicity and being horrible?
- 12:37Speaker 4: Yes.
- 12:38Speaker 1: But I'm just saying.
- 12:40Speaker 6: Anything out of her sister's mouth. Her sister literally said,
- 12:44Speaker 6: it was very rare that I was ever sober. And she,
- 12:48Speaker 6: like once I heard before they were even engaged, she's
- 12:50Speaker 6: like on this jet doing all this cocaine and blacking
- 12:54Speaker 6: out on a jet like, The sister was.
- 12:57Speaker 4: The sister.
- 12:58Speaker 6: If I was on a jet with Heidi's sister going
- 13:01Speaker 6: to go meet Heidi and we're blacked out together on
- 13:04Speaker 6: this jet doing all this coke. Heidi would be like,
- 13:08Speaker 6: this sister is so suspect to me. And then the
- 13:11Speaker 6: best part today on the thing with the sister is
- 13:15Speaker 6: so they have a text message from the sister saying
- 13:18Speaker 6: to Johnny.
- 13:21Speaker 4: It hasn't gone too far. You guys love each other.
- 13:24Speaker 6: And then the lawyer was like, but you said at
- 13:26Speaker 6: this point you already knew he hit her. So you're
- 13:29Speaker 6: fine with your sister being hit?
- 13:31Speaker 4: And she's like, well, I knew what she wanted. And
- 13:34Speaker 4: I was like, oh, this is getting.
- 13:36Speaker 1: But I also think the freeloader, sister included.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Trying to keep it alive.
- 13:42Speaker 1: You want to keep this going. Come on, he's not
- 13:44Speaker 1: that bad. Maybe his back was hurting. Maybe this, maybe that.
- 13:48Speaker 1: He was upset about that. It was a crazy night.
- 13:50Speaker 1: We were jet lagged. And you know what? In the end,
- 13:56Speaker 1: they did pay a price because they're still, nine years later,
- 14:00Speaker 1: having to deal with it.
- 14:02Speaker 4: I don't know. I was watching 11 million views live YouTube.
- 14:06Speaker 4: I was like, this is the biggest show ever. But
- 14:08Speaker 4: you're so thirsty.
- 14:08Speaker 1: They're not.
- 14:09Speaker 4: They are.
- 14:10Speaker 6: There's squatters living in Johnny Depp's penthouse doing coke just
- 14:14Speaker 6: to get clout.
- 14:15Speaker 4: They don't want to be famous.
- 14:16Speaker 6: They're going to be able to write a book now.
- 14:19Speaker 6: They're going to be able to go on whatever shows
- 14:22Speaker 6: are left to where they pay. These people love this.
- 14:25Speaker 6: They're talking about their careers and I was this. There
- 14:29Speaker 6: was not one person that was like, oh, boo-hoo, my
- 14:32Speaker 6: deposition is on the biggest trial in the history. Maybe
- 14:36Speaker 6: Amber's now burnt out because... You know, she wants to
- 14:39Speaker 6: get on with her life. But I will not hear
- 14:42Speaker 6: that these people.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Aren't loving it. Okay, well, Josh the chef and the
- 14:47Speaker 1: crafty girl, Raquel, who was her former best friend. She
- 14:53Speaker 1: goes by Rocky. And when asked about are they friends
- 14:58Speaker 1: now or best friends now, she was like, well, we're not.
- 15:03Speaker 1: we're not, not friends, but we don't keep in touch.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And people are like, exactly. Well, you know what? Try
- 15:09Speaker 1: to be friends with somebody when they're being sued for
- 15:12Speaker 1: 50 million and countersuing for a hundred million. And you're
- 15:15Speaker 1: in a deposition for being a freeloader. Like there's a
- 15:17Speaker 1: really good chance that attorneys and everybody were like, you
- 15:21Speaker 1: guys got to just stop. Don't talk to each other anymore.
- 15:23Speaker 1: And that's probably what happened is like, I don't think
- 15:27Speaker 1: that her saying we're not close anymore is a reflection
- 15:30Speaker 1: of Amber is what I'm saying. It's a reflection of
- 15:32Speaker 1: everything that went down, knowing everything and having it be
- 15:36Speaker 1: dragged out legally, which is really scary for the next
- 15:40Speaker 1: eight years. So I just think that, and then, then
- 15:42Speaker 1: she and the husband break up. They're no longer together.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Like it, you know, And the fact that he went
- 15:50Speaker 1: along with it too, Johnny, with her, his girl, you know,
- 15:53Speaker 1: that's a dead thing. Johnny, you marry a girl who's bisexual,
- 15:56Speaker 1: who's 25 or whatever, 30 years younger than you, and
- 16:00Speaker 1: you act like you're into her friends. Oh, we're all
- 16:02Speaker 1: going to have fun. We've all been there with a
- 16:04Speaker 1: friend who has the older boyfriend, whether he's hot like
- 16:07Speaker 1: Johnny Depp or like freaking Shrek. And you're like, you know,
- 16:11Speaker 1: you're so happy to be on the free, get the
- 16:14Speaker 1: free food at the nightclub. But like, you're not. You're
- 16:18Speaker 1: not into talking to him, and he's really not into
- 16:20Speaker 1: talking to you.
- 16:21Speaker 6: One of the questions I can't believe hasn't been asked,
- 16:24Speaker 6: or maybe I've missed it with each one, has been, like,
- 16:27Speaker 6: was there ever a time where you guys were all
- 16:31Speaker 6: in an orgy?
- 16:32Speaker 4: You know, like, I want to know if, like, there's
- 16:35Speaker 4: been swinger action here. Like, did Rockette, like... Because that.
- 16:39Speaker 6: Tillett made me think him and Johnny were hooking up,
- 16:42Speaker 6: the way he was, like, talking about their long, deep talks.
- 16:45Speaker 4: I was like, what? So that's something.
- 16:48Speaker 6: I am shocked it hasn't been even, you know, for
- 16:50Speaker 6: a hearsay or objection.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Some of the things that Tillett said was that he said,
- 16:56Speaker 1: my mom was cruel. She was viciously violent. He called
- 16:59Speaker 1: his mother, Johnny's own mother. He said he was a
- 17:02Speaker 1: bitch and a cunt. And he said, I don't need
- 17:04Speaker 1: another mother. He said, she's like a leash. I don't
- 17:08Speaker 1: want to stop drinking and doing drugs. Being sober is
- 17:11Speaker 1: not fun.
- 17:12Speaker 6: He'd been drinking since 12 or something.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Right. And so, you know, But meanwhile, you know, oh,
- 17:21Speaker 1: he also called her, she would call him old, but
- 17:25Speaker 1: then he would be like, you're soon to be ugly
- 17:28Speaker 1: and you're talentless.
- 17:29Speaker 4: And she'd say, suck my dick, suck my dick, Johnny.
- 17:32Speaker 1: She would?
- 17:32Speaker 4: You didn't hear those recordings?
- 17:34Speaker 1: No, I can't listen to every, I'm trying.
- 17:36Speaker 4: What, do you have a job every day? No, I think.
- 17:39Speaker 1: I have so many other things I've contributed. Well, tell
- 17:41Speaker 1: me what else.
- 17:42Speaker 4: Oh, the audio, she's literally.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Well, the audios are awful. Tell me your favorite parts
- 17:46Speaker 1: of the audio then that you remember.
- 17:48Speaker 4: I just, I love how scary she is. Okay.
- 17:52Speaker 6: I am going to re-watch Gone Girl this week to
- 17:55Speaker 6: like see the level.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Okay, let's talk about Gone Girl for a second. Okay.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Because that's what popped in my head with the bottle rape.
- 18:03Speaker 6: See, I missed that. I saw it on TikTok. See,
- 18:05Speaker 6: I just– I didn't realize you could watch this live.
- 18:07Speaker 6: I thought you could only watch it on TikTok. So
- 18:09Speaker 6: I've been like watching it and then somebody was like
- 18:11Speaker 6: complaining about the person live streaming on TikTok.
- 18:13Speaker 4: I'm like, go watch it on YouTube or something. I'm like,
- 18:16Speaker 4: this is on YouTube? So once– I'm like day four
- 18:18Speaker 4: in the YouTube stream.
- 18:19Speaker 6: It's like all day. I just hate the breaks. Why
- 18:22Speaker 6: do they need lunch breaks?
- 18:24Speaker 1: And it's so hard. I mean, if I had more time,
- 18:27Speaker 1: I would do the actual timeline because it's like there's
- 18:31Speaker 1: all the stuff that happened in Australia.
- 18:33Speaker 4: This is the best part.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Everything happened in Australia once he brought the post-nuptial agreement.
- 18:39Speaker 4: That's when it's like red flag breaking news to me.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Oh, so you're saying he brought the post-nup agreement, she
- 18:45Speaker 1: got pissed, and that's when the fight started in Australia.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Yeah, that's when it cracked everything off.
- 18:50Speaker 1: And is that where the finger was cut? Yes. And
- 18:53Speaker 1: so he says she threw a bottle. I still say, logistically,
- 18:58Speaker 1: throwing a bottle and having the glass shatter and come
- 19:01Speaker 1: down like a guillotine on the top of your finger
- 19:03Speaker 1: seems very difficult to have happened. It makes more sense
- 19:07Speaker 1: that in getting angry, he accidentally cut part of his finger.
- 19:13Speaker 6: Those bottles fly, those fragments.
- 19:16Speaker 4: We're talking that little tip. It's not like he Yakuza-ed
- 19:19Speaker 4: the finger.
- 19:20Speaker 1: No, it was like the tip of it was sliced.
- 19:24Speaker 6: Off he does only drink these magnums i keep hearing
- 19:26Speaker 6: about that's another thing so with this alleged was it
- 19:30Speaker 6: one of these magnum.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Bottles yeah and well the well in raquel's testimony which
- 19:34Speaker 1: this is under oath this is a you know you
- 19:37Speaker 1: really don't want to lie about this stuff but anyway
- 19:39Speaker 1: she did say.
- 19:40Speaker 6: You heard the perjury those big-time lawyers like in this
- 19:43Speaker 6: state they're not gonna try anyone for perjury so i'm sure.
- 19:48Speaker 1: The powers i don't know I just think at this point,
- 19:50Speaker 1: what would any of these friends gain by not telling
- 19:55Speaker 1: the complete truth?
- 19:57Speaker 4: I mean, they're loyal friends.
- 19:58Speaker 1: But I think everything they're saying is. It's circumstantial to
- 20:02Speaker 1: add to her truth, but none of them are saying
- 20:05Speaker 1: that they did see him whack. They're saying, I saw
- 20:08Speaker 1: her upset. She cried. The hair was on the ground.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Then they're like, do you know her to wear hair extensions?
- 20:14Speaker 1: And she's like, I don't know if she wore hair extensions.
- 20:17Speaker 6: Somebody said today they saw him hold her by the
- 20:19Speaker 6: hair and slapping her.
- 20:20Speaker 4: I forget who that was.
- 20:21Speaker 1: So there is one person. Because I feel like every
- 20:24Speaker 1: single person has testified to say, I never actually saw it.
- 20:28Speaker 1: But I heard yelling. I've seen a disarrayed house. I've seen,
- 20:33Speaker 1: you know, the drunkenness. I've heard him say awful things
- 20:36Speaker 1: about her. Like the Tillett guy said right after they
- 20:41Speaker 1: got married, he jokingly said, well, she's my wife now.
- 20:44Speaker 4: So I can punch her in the face.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I can punch her face and no one can say
- 20:47Speaker 1: anything about it. It's such like a weird thing and
- 20:50Speaker 1: a weird joke.

- 21:26Speaker 5: Where did that need come from? Where you thought that
- 21:28Speaker 5: you had to succeed.
- 21:29Speaker 4: In order to feel loved? He said, I have a
- 21:56Speaker 4: work dad. I need a home dad. What happens next?
- 21:59Speaker 4: When I came in, he started crying.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 22:05Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 22:08Speaker 5: happens next.
- 22:09Speaker 1: I decided to risk it all.
- 22:10Speaker 4: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 22:12Speaker 3: You're worth the work.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 22:15Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 22:17Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 22:21Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 22:31Speaker 6: Here's the thing that I also would love them to
- 22:33Speaker 6: ask because I've heard of, you know, there are people
- 22:38Speaker 6: that have very violent sex type things. And so that's
- 22:43Speaker 6: another thing as a lawyer, be like, did you and Johnny,
- 22:45Speaker 6: like we haven't heard about their sex life. Was your
- 22:48Speaker 6: sex life, would you say intense, like physical, like maybe
- 22:53Speaker 6: she's choking them, beating, like if they created this environment
- 22:57Speaker 6: where when they have sex, they're like beating each other up.
- 23:00Speaker 6: now when they're blacked out or this, how they, you know,
- 23:02Speaker 6: that's another, like, are they be whatever, uh, Julia.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Fox, Julia Fox.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Maybe they're not.
- 23:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Maybe they're not asking that because there might be a
- 23:11Speaker 1: little bit of that and it wants to be like, no,
- 23:14Speaker 1: I never, ever touched her. Not, not in fun, sexual
- 23:19Speaker 1: ways and not in an angry way. So, um, but
- 23:24Speaker 1: getting to the gone girl thing for those, if you
- 23:26Speaker 1: remember the movie, um, In the movie, I read the book, too,
- 23:30Speaker 1: but I don't know if this was in the book.
- 23:31Speaker 1: And I was going to look. When did the movie
- 23:33Speaker 1: come out? I think the book came out. The book
- 23:36Speaker 1: came out first. The book came out. Can you just
- 23:38Speaker 1: look at when the book came out? Because I know
- 23:40Speaker 1: the movie would have come out after this, quote, unquote,
- 23:42Speaker 1: Australian incident. But in it, the girl, you know, fakes
- 23:49Speaker 1: her own kidnapping and then claims that this guy.
- 23:52Speaker 4: 2012.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Is when the book came out.
- 23:55Speaker 4: That's before Australia.
- 23:56Speaker 1: So that's before Australia. And the girl who's pretending to
- 24:00Speaker 1: fake her own kidnapping to get her cheating husband back,
- 24:04Speaker 1: she finally is with this guy that she pursued, very
- 24:09Speaker 1: much like Sherry Papini almost. And she ends up killing him.
- 24:16Speaker 1: And now she's like, now I got to stop this charade.
- 24:20Speaker 1: So she takes a bottle and she kind of like,
- 24:24Speaker 1: shoves it up herself so it would look like she
- 24:27Speaker 1: was raped. It would look, you know, there'd be some tearing,
- 24:30Speaker 1: there'd be some force. So then she comes, calls the police,
- 24:34Speaker 1: save me, save me. You know, I finally set myself free.
- 24:37Speaker 1: He attacked me and I, you know, managed to get away.
- 24:39Speaker 1: So when she goes to the hospital, she can say
- 24:41Speaker 1: he raped me, this and that.
- 24:43Speaker 6: So it's interesting that I, you know, to connect to that.
- 24:47Speaker 6: The only reason now she's saying this happened is because
- 24:51Speaker 6: The defamation case, she connected herself to a sexual assault
- 24:56Speaker 6: with the ACLU piece.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Right. So now to not be defamed, she needs to say, well,
- 25:01Speaker 4: this happened.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Double down.
- 25:02Speaker 6: And then she's saying, well, why didn't this happen? I
- 25:04Speaker 6: was trying to protect. Oh, you're trying to protect him
- 25:07Speaker 6: while you're trying to get a restraining order.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Get your money. I'm saying allegedly.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:11Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 25:12Speaker 6: But I'm just I just feel like it's, again, coincidental
- 25:15Speaker 6: that she back to maybe it's the gone girl idea.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Like, oh, I'll say this happened to me. Now that
- 25:22Speaker 4: covers me from the defamation.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I mean, there's a lot of inconsistency. She's constantly crying
- 25:30Speaker 1: and telling her traumatic story right to the jury.
- 25:33Speaker 4: Pinching the weirdest, which is like pulling out her eyelid.
- 25:36Speaker 6: I keep seeing on TikTok that people are saying to
- 25:39Speaker 6: try to get it so she cries. And people are like,
- 25:42Speaker 6: do you not know you're on camera the whole time?
- 25:45Speaker 6: And she'll pull out her eyelid far.
- 25:47Speaker 4: I'm like, dang. It could be a nervous tick.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And then this part was interesting. Her attorney says, and, um, you,
- 25:56Speaker 1: you know, Johnny has never looked at you once during
- 25:59Speaker 1: this trial. Why do you think that? And she said,
- 26:02Speaker 1: because I survived, I survived telling the truth. Yes. And,
- 26:06Speaker 1: and then his attorney, um, Vasquez says, you know why
- 26:12Speaker 1: he doesn't look you in the eye because the last
- 26:14Speaker 1: time you ever were together, he said, I will never
- 26:17Speaker 1: look you in the eye again. Um, And when I
- 26:20Speaker 1: first heard that part without hearing the preface to it,
- 26:24Speaker 1: I was like, I think that's weird that he's not
- 26:26Speaker 1: looking at her. But now I'm like, in a situation
- 26:29Speaker 1: like this, everything is up for analyzing and you can't
- 26:32Speaker 1: do right. There's been times where... people of victims of
- 26:35Speaker 1: rape or domestic violence are sitting on the stand and
- 26:38Speaker 1: they're like, and the guy on the stand for going
- 26:41Speaker 1: away to murder is looking at them. And it's like, oh,
- 26:43Speaker 1: he's trying to intimidate them. He's trying to stare at them.
- 26:46Speaker 1: So if he would be looking at her in the eye,
- 26:49Speaker 1: somebody could say, yeah, he's trying to intimidate her, break
- 26:52Speaker 1: her down, scare her. So his like discipline of like,
- 26:57Speaker 1: I will never look at you again. I will never
- 27:00Speaker 1: look at you in the eye again. you know, it's
- 27:02Speaker 1: sort of torturing her as well. But it's like, that was,
- 27:05Speaker 1: I'm like, why would you ever, you know, it's interesting
- 27:08Speaker 1: that her people brought that up. And then in the end,
- 27:10Speaker 1: it like made her look bad.
- 27:12Speaker 6: One of my favorite lines so far, things that I've
- 27:15Speaker 6: seen with this trial was the biggest drama. I thought
- 27:19Speaker 6: when her sister was like, and then Johnny brought in
- 27:22Speaker 6: his stylist and made Amber wear, it was very Kanye vibes.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:28Speaker 6: Made her wear, and I'm thinking, Johnny Depp's stylist is probably,
- 27:33Speaker 6: God knows how much money. These outfits are, God knows,
- 27:36Speaker 6: it's not like he just was like, oh, we need
- 27:38Speaker 6: to get you in your, you know, bootleg outfits, but
- 27:41Speaker 6: this is like so dramatic.
- 27:42Speaker 4: Like he wouldn't let her, it's like, well, he's.
- 27:44Speaker 1: What was she saying? He wouldn't let her wear what
- 27:46Speaker 1: she wanted to wear?
- 27:47Speaker 6: Yeah, and they share this stylist, so it's not like,
- 27:50Speaker 6: obviously he trusts this you know, I can't comprehend how
- 27:54Speaker 6: much this stylist costs for Johnny Depp. And this is
- 27:57Speaker 6: like here, here's the best fashion probably in the world.
- 28:00Speaker 6: And her sister's like, and she did this to her.
- 28:03Speaker 6: And Heidi like walks by and she's like, is this real?
- 28:06Speaker 1: She did what to her?
- 28:07Speaker 4: Made her have this stylist.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Oh, well, and then remember her assistant from, from early
- 28:12Speaker 1: in the trial said like, I would have to get
- 28:15Speaker 1: all these free clothes for her by saying she's Johnny
- 28:18Speaker 1: Depp's girlfriend. before they were married. Well, speaking of the style, okay,
- 28:23Speaker 1: so of style, one of the stories of abuse she
- 28:26Speaker 1: said is that he kicked her in the back and
- 28:29Speaker 1: put his boot on her back, and then that night
- 28:32Speaker 1: she goes to, let me find it, she goes to
- 28:35Speaker 1: an event, his event, and they said, the attorney said,
- 28:43Speaker 1: Isn't this where he kicked you in the back? Isn't
- 28:46Speaker 1: this the day and everything? Do you see any bruises there? No,
- 28:49Speaker 1: there's no bruises there. She said when, you know, her
- 28:53Speaker 1: nose at the Met was, you know, she had to
- 28:56Speaker 1: cover it all with makeup. Well, her nose looks absolutely
- 28:59Speaker 1: perfect at the Met.
- 28:59Speaker 4: I love it.
- 29:00Speaker 6: I love everyone in the comments section on TikTok talking about, like,
- 29:02Speaker 6: when their nose is injured. And they're like, well, the
- 29:05Speaker 6: next day the swelling had gone down. She said it's like,
- 29:07Speaker 6: that next day it's.
- 29:08Speaker 4: The worst swelling.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Right, exactly.
- 29:10Speaker 6: And you're not covering, like, a nose injury. My favorite
- 29:13Speaker 6: is now that she has breathing problems.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Oh, she said that too? And then she talks about
- 29:19Speaker 1: her makeup. And she calls it, this is my bruise kit.
- 29:25Speaker 1: So because there's a lot of controversy going, did she
- 29:28Speaker 1: create the bruises with makeup or was she in fact
- 29:31Speaker 1: covering the bruises with makeup?
- 29:33Speaker 6: And then I love that one company was like, a
- 29:35Speaker 6: company's like that makeup wasn't even out in this year
- 29:39Speaker 6: but they were like well it could have been blah blah.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Blah so this is really interesting Jason Momoa filmed something.
- 29:46Speaker 4: Oh he's even on doing TikTok flip screen this is
- 29:50Speaker 4: why I can't be famous He's got A-listers.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Doing split screens. Okay, so this was brought to me.
- 29:56Speaker 1: It has 74,000 likes, and it's Jason Momoa watching the trial.
- 30:01Speaker 1: But the person that put it up, I don't know
- 30:03Speaker 1: if it was Jason Momoa's TikTok or what this is.
- 30:07Speaker 4: Oh, please hit play.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I hope it's not.
- 30:10Speaker 4: It can't be.
- 30:10Speaker 1: I hope it's not a manipulated thing and this isn't real.
- 30:13Speaker 1: But basically, it's interesting.
- 30:15Speaker 4: It's definitely fake.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Can you look this up?
- 30:17Speaker 4: There's no way. Yeah, TikTok or TikTok.
- 30:20Speaker 1: No, if Jason Momoa actually is watching the trial saying things,
- 30:23Speaker 1: or did they take him talking about something else and
- 30:26Speaker 1: put it up against that? I think so, maybe. Because
- 30:30Speaker 1: I'm like, why would he get involved when he's got
- 30:32Speaker 1: Aquaman coming out?
- 30:34Speaker 6: There was that source quote, and I don't know if
- 30:35Speaker 6: that's true, but Kevin Costner, I guess, told sources or whatever.
- 30:38Speaker 4: I don't know the timeline.
- 30:40Speaker 6: Did you see that piece where he said, like, oh, yeah,
- 30:44Speaker 6: she was so upset, but the day her divorce filed,
- 30:46Speaker 6: she walks into my trailer, Butt Naked, or there was that.
- 30:50Speaker 4: I was like, oh.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Wait, he wrote that, or where did that come from?
- 30:53Speaker 4: Sources say that he was telling people this happened.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Kevin Costner.
- 30:57Speaker 4: Yeah, when they did that film.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Here she was wearing this very similar outfit to, what was.
- 31:03Speaker 4: This movie, Austin?
- 31:04Speaker 1: Jason Hall actually called her Amber Turd and mocked her.
- 31:10Speaker 1: I mean, I'll tell you what this is, whether it's
- 31:12Speaker 1: true or not.
- 31:12Speaker 4: Can you play? Do we get to watch it?
- 31:14Speaker 1: No, I just screen grabbed it. But it's like it's
- 31:16Speaker 1: him watching it and him being like very much on
- 31:20Speaker 1: Johnny's side, like commenting when there were holes in her story,
- 31:25Speaker 1: when the attorney was like catching her in lies. And
- 31:29Speaker 1: that's very interesting because they're in Aquaman one and two together.
- 31:33Speaker 1: So I so if that's in fact true, then, you know,
- 31:36Speaker 1: he's obviously on Johnny's side.
- 31:39Speaker 6: I would say for Amber, and I'm so superficial, obviously,
- 31:44Speaker 6: but I would have my best fashion, like, not the
- 31:48Speaker 6: Austin Powers look. I would come full hair and makeup.
- 31:50Speaker 6: I know she's trying to, like, look like, you know,
- 31:53Speaker 6: not look... Conservative. Conservative, victim energy.
- 31:57Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:57Speaker 6: But this would be, this is the audition of the lifetime. Like,
- 32:01Speaker 6: I will be coming, like, there was the Met Gala
- 32:04Speaker 6: on this. I mean, I just.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I mean, the other part is, you know, the... The
- 32:09Speaker 1: story of the other abuses is like, you know, and
- 32:12Speaker 1: I was sitting on the couch, and then I was
- 32:15Speaker 1: on the ground, and people are like, this story doesn't
- 32:18Speaker 1: totally follow. The other side of it is like victims
- 32:22Speaker 1: of abuse, you don't have every detail. Like, it was
- 32:26Speaker 1: a really traumatic thing. Like, you might think that the
- 32:29Speaker 1: car was brown when, in fact, it was actually white
- 32:32Speaker 1: that kidnapped you. Like, you actually can get really major
- 32:36Speaker 1: things wrong. So... I'm just saying, I mean, I definitely
- 32:40Speaker 1: think they had some wicked traumatic fights. I definitely think
- 32:44Speaker 1: she took some of the bad incidences and realized this
- 32:50Speaker 1: relationship isn't going to last. That's what I think. I'm
- 32:52Speaker 1: analyzing it right now. I think that they had a
- 32:55Speaker 1: wicked relationship. I think he did say cruel and mean
- 32:58Speaker 1: things to her. I think she said cruel and mean
- 33:00Speaker 1: things to her. I think they like hit each other.
- 33:02Speaker 1: They got into it. They use drugs and alcohol together. And,
- 33:06Speaker 1: but there were some moments when it went a little harsh,
- 33:09Speaker 1: like either he pushed her or something, or even like,
- 33:13Speaker 1: you know, he didn't mean to like the door incident
- 33:16Speaker 1: is that he like opened the door and she said,
- 33:19Speaker 1: Scratched her toes. You know how your toes get on
- 33:21Speaker 1: the bottom, and you're like, fuck, motherfucker, I'm right here.
- 33:24Speaker 1: And then she pushed the thing back, and that's where
- 33:27Speaker 1: he's like, and it hit my head.
- 33:29Speaker 4: No, he says, the door hit his head.
- 33:31Speaker 6: That was maybe an accident. But then he says, but
- 33:34Speaker 6: you then punched me in the jaw.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Afterwards, yeah. That wasn't an accident.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Right, and she's like, well, I'm finally fighting back to
- 33:43Speaker 1: defend myself. So I think then when she realized where
- 33:46Speaker 1: this was going... Then she kind of went with the stories.
- 33:50Speaker 4: Is he using voice memos? How is he recording her
- 33:52Speaker 4: all the time?
- 33:54Speaker 1: They both recorded each other.
- 33:56Speaker 4: Are they using voice memo? Are they wired up? What's this?
- 34:01Speaker 4: That's the best part. They got to a stage where they're.
- 34:04Speaker 6: Both like in the scene. They're both like detectives. Like
- 34:08Speaker 6: 21 Jump Street.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Yeah, they're both knowing that it's bad. I mean, it's like.
- 34:15Speaker 6: I hope they make the Johnny, the Pam Anderson, like,
- 34:19Speaker 6: movie series, but, like, of them trying to, like, narc
- 34:22Speaker 6: each other and, like, wiring up and, like, I'll get
- 34:25Speaker 6: him tonight.
- 34:26Speaker 4: I'll get her tonight. But it's so.
- 34:29Speaker 1: So, and then he wrote, you know, he'd write this
- 34:32Speaker 1: awful stuff on the, you know, you know, scratchy writing.
- 34:37Speaker 4: What if those were just the squatters just framing him?
- 34:40Speaker 1: Why be a fraud? All is such bullshit. He wrote
- 34:43Speaker 1: like on the furniture, like scratched it in the furniture. Oh,
- 34:49Speaker 1: she said she talked about the poo, you know, and
- 34:52Speaker 1: she said boo the little puppy got high.
- 34:55Speaker 4: Off his weed.
- 34:56Speaker 1: So boo the puppy right before Coachella.
- 34:59Speaker 6: That would be diarrhea though, actually. That's what they should
- 35:02Speaker 6: have brought a doctor in. Here's how he blew it.
- 35:04Speaker 6: If he really, I say not Heidi.
- 35:06Speaker 1: He should have taken it in a box.
- 35:08Speaker 4: He should have got what a videoed.
- 35:10Speaker 6: Putting it in the thing, gone straight to the expert
- 35:13Speaker 6: in poo, whoever's like human versus dog. And the Velasquez
- 35:17Speaker 6: would have been like, excuse me, actually, Dr. So-and-so says
- 35:21Speaker 6: this was human fecal matter.
- 35:23Speaker 1: But I mean, with all these fights going back and
- 35:25Speaker 1: forth and everything, I think that in the same defense
- 35:29Speaker 1: of why didn't she box up that shit, if you
- 35:31Speaker 1: really felt it and bring it to a lab, it's
- 35:34Speaker 1: the same reason of like, why didn't you make a
- 35:37Speaker 1: police report or get medical help when he may allegedly
- 35:42Speaker 1: had hit you across the face? Because a lot of
- 35:44Speaker 1: people don't. And like, if it's true, if she's like,
- 35:48Speaker 1: this is just part of our weird dynamic and he'll
- 35:50Speaker 1: get over it. And if he was only sober and like,
- 35:52Speaker 1: we have this big thing coming up, but I've got
- 35:54Speaker 1: the eight people that I'm treating to Coachella, like, let
- 35:57Speaker 1: me just put some ice on it and move on.
- 35:59Speaker 1: But then when, now that we're here, um, I'm going
- 36:03Speaker 1: to recall every awful, shitty thing you did. Even though
- 36:07Speaker 1: at the time, like, I didn't call the police and
- 36:09Speaker 1: this and that. Because you're thinking this is your spouse forever.
- 36:12Speaker 1: You're thinking this is some bad shit that went down,
- 36:14Speaker 1: no pun intended, whether she shit or he. So I
- 36:18Speaker 1: don't think he thought when the shit happened, I think
- 36:21Speaker 1: he thought it was another crazy, awful thing she did.
- 36:23Speaker 1: But I don't think he was totally done with her
- 36:24Speaker 1: at that point. Otherwise, he would have boxed up the
- 36:26Speaker 1: shit and took it to the lab.
- 36:28Speaker 6: And then in his defense on the theory, I have
- 36:30Speaker 6: four dogs that shit everywhere. Never shit in the bed.
- 36:34Speaker 6: Maybe they have or haven't eaten weed.
- 36:36Speaker 4: I don't know. But also, they're little dogs. That looked
- 36:41Speaker 4: pretty big for a little dog. So, you know.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I think little dogs only shit on a bed if
- 36:45Speaker 1: you put them on the bed and it's too high
- 36:47Speaker 1: for them to get down. That was the time it
- 36:49Speaker 1: happened to me.
- 36:50Speaker 6: There were stairs, but they said that one dog couldn't
- 36:53Speaker 6: go up the stairs, but a dog could go down
- 36:54Speaker 6: the stairs.
- 36:57Speaker 4: I think... I've never wanted to be a lawyer so much.
- 37:00Speaker 1: She has said... She said to someone else, I can't know, said, oh,
- 37:05Speaker 1: I did a prank and the prank went wrong. So
- 37:08Speaker 1: I do think it was her poo, for sure. And
- 37:11Speaker 1: she did plant it there. And then they just tried
- 37:14Speaker 1: to blame it on the dog.
- 37:15Speaker 4: It's so amazing.
- 37:17Speaker 1: And then to make a dog a drug addict, that's like,
- 37:19Speaker 1: you know, that wasn't fair. That's not fair.
- 37:22Speaker 4: A dog didn't need that.
- 37:24Speaker 1: His name is Boo. what else oh they did a
- 37:28Speaker 1: lot so you know they all were doing lots of
- 37:31Speaker 1: drugs did you do those notes I did there was
- 37:32Speaker 1: just so much I just wanted to make sure I
- 37:34Speaker 1: get everything.
- 37:36Speaker 6: Who's that guy she's arguing there was tweeting about that
- 37:39Speaker 6: this was all framed and then she called him you'll
- 37:42Speaker 6: you'll always come.
- 37:43Speaker 4: Up short just like you are shorter who is that.
- 37:46Speaker 6: Guy that was like tweeting about how this was all
- 37:50Speaker 6: an elaborate framing da da da da.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Wait who's what are you talking about whose side were.
- 37:55Speaker 4: They on On Johnny's side today and like there were
- 37:59Speaker 4: some tweets that she– I don't know.
- 38:01Speaker 1: She'll look it up. But yeah, so they never– so
- 38:06Speaker 1: then let me see. We talked about the hair extensions
- 38:10Speaker 1: with it being pulled out of the hair, out of
- 38:13Speaker 1: the head. I looked at that photo. I don't know
- 38:16Speaker 1: about that. I don't know if she pulled her own
- 38:20Speaker 1: hair out. I don't know how, I mean, pulling hair
- 38:22Speaker 1: out of someone's head is really hard, but I don't,
- 38:25Speaker 1: I'm not an expert on it, but that one, I'm
- 38:27Speaker 1: a little suspect of that story.
- 38:29Speaker 4: You know what I was suspect about?
- 38:30Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 38:31Speaker 6: Uh, James Franco walking in that elevator, like he was
- 38:34Speaker 6: Jason Bourne, you know, cause her whole theory or her
- 38:37Speaker 6: whole statement is he was coming to come for me.
- 38:41Speaker 1: I'd run out of friends. Yeah. Yeah.
- 38:43Speaker 6: But the way he got in that elevator and not
- 38:44Speaker 6: be seen on the camera and like backed in and like, all.
- 38:47Speaker 4: So you didn't see his face.
- 38:49Speaker 6: That looked like somebody who was already, in my personal opinion,
- 38:53Speaker 6: looked like somebody who's already having this affair and they've
- 38:56Speaker 6: been sneaking around. Not just like, oh, I'm going to
- 38:58Speaker 6: hit up my neighbor and tell him to come out.
- 39:00Speaker 6: He'd walk in the elevator and see her and be like,
- 39:03Speaker 6: oh my gosh, what happened? Not like we've been interacting.
- 39:07Speaker 6: That type of behavior looks like plotting.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Did you see how he walked in the elevator? Yes.
- 39:11Speaker 1: But I also think like, what does it matter if
- 39:16Speaker 1: she was really, I mean, if they weren't together anymore, like,
- 39:19Speaker 1: wasn't the James Franco after they had already broken up?
- 39:22Speaker 4: Uh-uh.
- 39:22Speaker 6: That was like the night they, I guess, filed for
- 39:25Speaker 6: divorce or whatever, and she just changed his locks on him.
- 39:28Speaker 4: It's like the night of.
- 39:30Speaker 1: So, I know, but I still feel like, to the jury,
- 39:35Speaker 1: what does it matter? What does it matter that she's
- 39:37Speaker 1: a cheater? That makes her less of a domestic violence victim?
- 39:40Speaker 1: I'm just saying, like, if I was your attorney, I'd
- 39:44Speaker 1: be like saying, what does that mean?
- 39:46Speaker 4: Honesty. Truth. Cheaters are liars.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean, maybe you want it, like, the
- 39:53Speaker 1: thing would be like, she's been in an awful relationship
- 39:55Speaker 1: for a really long time, maybe she just wants somebody
- 39:57Speaker 1: kind of sweet. What about the threesomes?
- 39:59Speaker 4: Oh, wait, wait.
- 40:00Speaker 6: The sweet guy that already has his own alleged sexual
- 40:03Speaker 6: assault and like.
- 40:04Speaker 4: James Franco, yeah, you're right. Super sweet guy, like... What about.
- 40:08Speaker 1: What if.
- 40:09Speaker 6: He's just in on this as a full-on movie and
- 40:11Speaker 6: they're like, we can get 20 million out of Johnny,
- 40:14Speaker 6: and he's like.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Orchestrating it all. And then the threesomes with Elon and Kara...
- 40:18Speaker 1: whatever her name is.
- 40:19Speaker 6: I just really hope we get Elon in this fricking trial.
- 40:22Speaker 6: And then who cares about Twitter? Like, let's just, why
- 40:27Speaker 6: wouldn't they.
- 40:27Speaker 4: Bring him in?
- 40:28Speaker 6: But I mean, cause he's the, you heard that he
- 40:31Speaker 6: was the one writing those checks for 500,000 in her name.
- 40:34Speaker 6: And she never gave any of that money that.
- 40:37Speaker 1: She was supposed to give.
- 40:39Speaker 4: She never gave any of it. This is my favorite quote.
- 40:41Speaker 6: She said, I've pledged it. Well, lady, I've pledged a
- 40:44Speaker 6: lot too. Like, That's my new favorite line.
- 40:47Speaker 4: I pledged it. Yeah, one day maybe.
- 40:49Speaker 6: But that's a boyfriend. It was front 500K at a pub.
- 40:52Speaker 1: They did note that the jurors looked bored, unfortunately. They're
- 40:58Speaker 1: sick of being in this room for a month. I'm like,
- 41:01Speaker 1: how are you bored? This is the juiciest shit ever.
- 41:02Speaker 1: So she does not have $ 50 million.
- 41:03Speaker 6: So how does this? Is this just going to bankrupt her?
- 41:06Speaker 6: Is she just going to file for bankruptcy if he wins?
- 41:08Speaker 1: I've been saying my prediction from the start. I think
- 41:10Speaker 1: they will just say, we side with Johnny Depp, but
- 41:14Speaker 1: we award no money. So his name will now be clear.
- 41:19Speaker 1: He'll actually have a thing that he won, but we're
- 41:21Speaker 1: not going to award you with money. Because we feel
- 41:24Speaker 1: like she suffered too.
- 41:25Speaker 4: Yeah. I think she should give that $ 7 million back.
- 41:29Speaker 4: She's like, I'm entitled to that in California.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I did also say, or it might be a very specific,
- 41:35Speaker 1: deliberate amount, like half of the $ 7 million or something
- 41:38Speaker 1: she has to give to Johnny. I think it'll be
- 41:41Speaker 1: something like that.
- 41:42Speaker 4: Do you think Johnny's going to win then?
- 41:44Speaker 1: I think that they will prevail with Johnny, but they
- 41:46Speaker 1: won't award any money, really. Or if it is, it's
- 41:50Speaker 1: not going to be a lot. It's not going to
- 41:51Speaker 1: be anywhere near $ 50 or $ 100 million on either side.
- 41:54Speaker 1: Because I just think they're so... I just think, I mean,
- 41:58Speaker 1: me as a juror, I'd be like, I believe that
- 42:02Speaker 1: there was moments of domestic violence at his hands as well.
- 42:07Speaker 1: I really do. Is it domestic.
- 42:09Speaker 6: Violence when it's mutual combat? And if a fight happens
- 42:14Speaker 6: on the street and the cops come.
- 42:16Speaker 1: And you're both fighting, it's mutual combat. It also comes
- 42:19Speaker 1: down to a First Amendment right, she should be able
- 42:23Speaker 1: to tell her story. And this is her story about
- 42:26Speaker 1: this thing that happened in her life. That's what she wrote.
- 42:30Speaker 1: She never said his name. That's really what they, they
- 42:33Speaker 1: have to decide. They really have to decide. And I
- 42:36Speaker 1: think that gets kind of scary. Like what a woman
- 42:39Speaker 1: can't tell her story. It's like when all this me
- 42:42Speaker 1: too stuff came out, it's because people were like, fuck
- 42:45Speaker 1: the NDA. Okay. Like I'm not going to protect this
- 42:48Speaker 1: dick anymore or this person that sexually harassed me. I'm
- 42:50Speaker 1: going to be able to tell it. And so if
- 42:52Speaker 1: it gets to this place where every time you tell
- 42:54Speaker 1: something that might hurt someone's reputation because there's, because you
- 42:58Speaker 1: didn't file a full blown police report, but you're like,
- 43:01Speaker 1: I went on a, I mean, where does it draw
- 43:03Speaker 1: the line? Can I tell a story about a horrible
- 43:05Speaker 1: date I went on? Well, the horrible date was with
- 43:08Speaker 1: Spencer Pratt. Well, what did he do? Well, he told
- 43:12Speaker 1: me like, you know what? You're not that cute. And, um,
- 43:15Speaker 1: I wouldn't fuck you anyway. Well, after Heather told that story,
- 43:19Speaker 1: Spencer Pratt lost, you know, these endorsements. So now you
- 43:23Speaker 1: sue me for telling that story. But I'm like, but
- 43:26Speaker 1: it happened. You said it. It hurt my feelings. I
- 43:28Speaker 1: should be able to tell. I spent the hour with you.
- 43:31Speaker 1: That's my story to tell. So I just think it
- 43:34Speaker 1: becomes a slippery slope of like, that's why I think
- 43:37Speaker 1: this case actually is really scary and important. And then
- 43:40Speaker 1: it's really bad for real domestic violence victims because we
- 43:43Speaker 1: finally got to a place like in the last 30
- 43:45Speaker 1: years where we like, took it seriously and realized that
- 43:48Speaker 1: it's not a man's right to like hit his wife
- 43:50Speaker 1: or have sex with his wife. Whatever he wants, there's
- 43:52Speaker 1: marital rape and all that. And so now I'm like,
- 43:55Speaker 1: because she, she has lied. We've caught her in many lies.
- 43:59Speaker 1: She has lied many times. We don't know about she's
- 44:01Speaker 1: lied the entire times, but she's lied about things. We'll
- 44:04Speaker 1: come to a place where guys are like, Oh, that
- 44:07Speaker 1: bitch is trying to hammer heard me or whatever. You know,
- 44:10Speaker 1: and it's like, that's what's scary about this whole thing.
- 44:13Speaker 6: The reason why I do believe Johnny and the only
- 44:15Speaker 6: reason he filed this is because she connected him to
- 44:18Speaker 6: sexual assault.
- 44:19Speaker 4: Yeah. Maybe he was fine. Pay the seven five because
- 44:23Speaker 4: he hit her. She hit him.
- 44:25Speaker 1: He was like, it was an ugly relationship.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Boom.
- 44:27Speaker 6: But then she becomes a CLU ambassador. retweeting links about
- 44:32Speaker 6: being a survivor of sexual assault.
- 44:34Speaker 4: And he's like, I did not sexually assault her.
- 44:36Speaker 1: Right.
- 44:36Speaker 4: I'm, this is it.
- 44:37Speaker 6: I'll take my, for him to like, right now he's
- 44:41Speaker 6: more famous for this now than Pirates of the Caribbean.
- 44:44Speaker 6: To go out after all he's done and make a
- 44:46Speaker 6: stand now, it's probably like she crossed the line. That's
- 44:50Speaker 6: the energy I would imagine it would take.
- 44:52Speaker 1: I mean, in the end, I think people really, People
- 44:56Speaker 1: that liked him before love him that much more. People
- 44:59Speaker 1: that kind of forgot about him are rooting for him.
- 45:03Speaker 1: She comes off awful. But for those reasons I just
- 45:06Speaker 1: said previously, I think it's just... The whole thing is
- 45:09Speaker 1: just really unfortunate and dangerous as far as First Amendment
- 45:13Speaker 1: right and women and men and domestic violence. It's just
- 45:18Speaker 1: such a mess. And the only fun part was... about
- 45:23Speaker 1: the dog poo. And the rest of it's pretty sad
- 45:25Speaker 1: and depressing.
- 45:26Speaker 4: Wait, I have a question.
- 45:27Speaker 1: And the squatters.
- 45:27Speaker 6: Why wouldn't you send somebody to the trial as news
- 45:32Speaker 6: media and just live stream it from your YouTube channel
- 45:35Speaker 6: to get all these? Because I saw this Law &
- 45:37Speaker 6: Order channel I'm watching. Do they have to get a
- 45:40Speaker 6: permit to that? Because they're getting 11 million views, all this.
- 45:43Speaker 6: They're probably making so much.
- 45:45Speaker 4: Money in ad dollars. Or do you have to turn
- 45:47Speaker 4: ads off for.
- 45:49Speaker 1: That's a good question. I don't know. I mean, obviously
- 45:52Speaker 1: it's court. I mean, I mean, I obviously it was
- 45:55Speaker 1: court TV, you know, you could, I was, you could
- 45:58Speaker 1: watch the court TV, YouTube stream. And then I guess
- 46:02Speaker 1: this law and whatever is the other one. And then
- 46:05Speaker 1: everybody grabs it. Like I was like, I said, what
- 46:08Speaker 1: I sent to you is TMZ. And they had like
- 46:10Speaker 1: the highlights, like in there, you could watch like 20
- 46:12Speaker 1: minutes within the article. I mean, they're said it's going
- 46:16Speaker 1: to be done. hopefully by friday the 27th or they'll
- 46:20Speaker 1: rest i don't know if the jury then will take
- 46:22Speaker 1: another few days to decide um but yeah this is
- 46:28Speaker 1: you know but like so basically we covered everything i
- 46:30Speaker 1: think the friends the squatter friends.
- 46:33Speaker 4: And the sisters fascinating the sisters.
- 46:36Speaker 1: On the stand right now and she said when they
- 46:38Speaker 1: were at the other fun it wasn't coachella it was
- 46:40Speaker 1: called like.
- 46:41Speaker 4: When they're at the mobile homes. Highland?
- 46:43Speaker 1: What's it called? Where they have the golf streams. They're
- 46:45Speaker 1: at some event. And she said.
- 46:48Speaker 4: Like Hick Hill or something.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Yeah, Hicksville. And she was on a couch cuddling with
- 46:52Speaker 1: another girl. They were all having fun and hanging out.
- 46:54Speaker 1: And she said you could change, you know, like on
- 46:56Speaker 1: a dime or whatever. she was drunk and went to bed.
- 46:59Speaker 1: But the story was that then all, he was like, Oh,
- 47:01Speaker 1: you want my woman now? And everyone's like, Whoa, Johnny.
- 47:04Speaker 1: And then they, everyone's like, okay, forget it. The night's done.
- 47:07Speaker 1: They go to their golf stream, Johnny and Amber. And
- 47:10Speaker 1: then the next day, Whitney says she woke up and
- 47:13Speaker 1: knocked on her sister's trailer. And that's where she thought
- 47:15Speaker 1: it was totally destroyed because they had a horrible fight
- 47:18Speaker 1: after that, because he was so jealous that she was
- 47:20Speaker 1: like hugging another girl. And again, I'm like, You picked
- 47:25Speaker 1: a girl who's 30 years younger than you that's bisexual.
- 47:28Speaker 4: Was just married to a girl.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Not just like a fun threesome on a Coke-filled Vegas night.
- 47:37Speaker 1: And that was the other thing they brought up when she,
- 47:39Speaker 1: there was an account where she, Taysa Van Ray was
- 47:45Speaker 1: her girlfriend, and she was arrested for hitting her in
- 47:49Speaker 1: the Seattle airport. She denies this. She said there was
- 47:52Speaker 1: a misunderstanding. This never happened. Or I had to admit
- 47:54Speaker 1: to it to like end the day or whatever. There's that.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Also the girl, Raquel, they, they asked her, you know,
- 48:02Speaker 1: tell me about this incident. Oh, well we were getting
- 48:04Speaker 1: glasses together and we were having Thanksgiving again, like such
- 48:08Speaker 1: good friends. You have to all spend Thanksgiving together, like
- 48:10Speaker 1: go home to your family. Okay. So they're making, and
- 48:15Speaker 1: she's like, And I couldn't find the glasses. And then
- 48:19Speaker 1: Amber found the glasses and kind of yelled at me
- 48:22Speaker 1: and was like, you didn't look good enough. And she's like,
- 48:24Speaker 1: what happened? She goes, we started hitting each other. And
- 48:27Speaker 1: I was like, what? Like, I have never in my
- 48:30Speaker 1: life touched a girlfriend. I'm not a real housewife. I
- 48:34Speaker 1: don't get paid to do it. I've never... even I
- 48:37Speaker 1: think the last time I remember laying hands on anybody
- 48:39Speaker 1: was my sister. We were like eight and 10 and
- 48:41Speaker 1: we had these twin beds and we were pushing each other.
- 48:44Speaker 1: And my dad's like, Hey, what the hell's going on?
- 48:45Speaker 1: That is the last time I've ever put my hands
- 48:47Speaker 1: on anybody. So I think that's just very bizarre that
- 48:50Speaker 1: like two 30 year old women are fighting. Like you
- 48:54Speaker 1: didn't look hard enough for the cups. And then there
- 48:57Speaker 1: was another thing where like her friends, there was a
- 48:59Speaker 1: video of her friends joking about this time that Amber
- 49:02Speaker 1: like hit another girl. She definitely is comfortable with, hitting.
- 49:08Speaker 1: She definitely is comfortably hitting. It's like, but did he
- 49:12Speaker 1: hit her too?
- 49:13Speaker 4: I told you Brody and I met Amber.
- 49:15Speaker 1: No, you didn't tell me this story.
- 49:16Speaker 4: Tell.
- 49:16Speaker 6: So when we were like 20 in a club, Brody
- 49:19Speaker 6: and I go... up and Brody's going to hit on
- 49:21Speaker 6: Amber who is, and she just moved out here from
- 49:24Speaker 6: Texas and we're quizzing her, you know, he's trying to,
- 49:27Speaker 6: you know, date her or, you know, go on a date.
- 49:29Speaker 4: Or whatever, however Brody would like it worded.
- 49:32Speaker 1: And this is like 10 years ago or more? Oh no,
- 49:34Speaker 1: this is 15 years ago.
- 49:35Speaker 4: She's 20 probably.
- 49:36Speaker 1: All right. And is she like famous working?
- 49:39Speaker 3: No.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Okay. Just a hot girl.
- 49:41Speaker 4: She just moved here from Texas.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Okay.
- 49:43Speaker 6: And she's like, I'm not going on a date with you.
- 49:45Speaker 6: This is verbatim, little misquote.
- 49:48Speaker 4: And he's like, huh?
- 49:49Speaker 6: And she's like, I'm already dating a famous director. I'm
- 49:51Speaker 6: going to be a movie star. I wouldn't dare go
- 49:54Speaker 6: on a date. And Brody's response was, because she had
- 49:56Speaker 6: this like, this big mole on her arm that looked
- 50:00Speaker 6: very cancerous.
- 50:00Speaker 4: He's like, what you should do, I'll never forget the
- 50:02Speaker 4: rest of my life, is get to a doctor and
- 50:05Speaker 4: get that mole removed because that looks cancerous.
- 50:07Speaker 6: And I was like, and he was serious for it.
- 50:09Speaker 6: He was concerned about her skin. And that's like ingrained
- 50:12Speaker 6: in my brain. And to me, I see this now.
- 50:16Speaker 6: I'm like, she did it.
- 50:17Speaker 4: She did it. You know, like not how she probably.
- 50:20Speaker 1: Very calculating. Oh, definitely.
- 50:23Speaker 4: 19 came out here. I think she was a cowgirl.
- 50:25Speaker 4: I think her dad was a, Cowboy, she said. I
- 50:27Speaker 4: could be making this part up. Yeah. I don't know.
- 50:33Speaker 4: So from the jump, she came out here with a mission.
- 50:36Speaker 1: And then if you.
- 50:36Speaker 4: Google, her first relationship ended up being this famous director.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Oh.
- 50:43Speaker 4: So she wasn't kidding back then.
- 50:43Speaker 1: That's some juicy history scoop. I bet Brody, my boyfriend,
- 50:48Speaker 1: is probably thrilled that he didn't get involved.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Oh, my God. Well, she would have been like, wait,
- 50:52Speaker 4: you can't make me famous.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Here's a photo that was... evidence of injuries. I don't
- 50:57Speaker 1: see any injuries.
- 50:57Speaker 4: That's allergies to me. I could look like that. If
- 51:02Speaker 4: dust storm hit me, that's me.
- 51:04Speaker 1: And then the lip cut, they asked Raquel, could it
- 51:08Speaker 1: have been a cold sore? And she's like, I don't know.
- 51:12Speaker 4: They should have said, does she have herpes?
- 51:14Speaker 1: And there's like a tiny little mark there.
- 51:16Speaker 4: I mean, if she's gone, girl, and just smacking herself.
- 51:21Speaker 1: I also think there's a chance where like, There's just
- 51:24Speaker 1: times where, you know, you do have like a, you know,
- 51:29Speaker 1: a bug bite or a zit or a bruise or
- 51:31Speaker 1: something that just happens on yourself. And you're like, let
- 51:34Speaker 1: me just take a photo of this for the archives
- 51:36Speaker 1: or like a bruise. Like there's been times where I'm like,
- 51:39Speaker 1: how did I get this bruise on my leg? I'm like,
- 51:41Speaker 1: what if I just was like saving this in a file?
- 51:43Speaker 4: They haven't even got to this.
- 51:44Speaker 6: These photos, the metadata on these photos is all jacked up.
- 51:49Speaker 4: Somebody's messed with the metadata. So they're going to make these.
- 51:52Speaker 1: You mean the dates are wrong.
- 51:53Speaker 6: Like the metadata is like the real information behind the
- 51:58Speaker 6: photo that would show the date. Whatever is like Ben altered,
- 52:02Speaker 6: like did like mess with. So they're going to prove
- 52:05Speaker 6: that these were not even near the dates of when
- 52:11Speaker 6: she said she was like. So she probably thought she
- 52:13Speaker 6: was all smart. Oh, I'll make some get some photos.
- 52:16Speaker 6: She never thought some little hacker would. little forensic investigators.
- 52:19Speaker 4: Okay.
- 52:20Speaker 1: So I told you my prediction. What's your prediction of
- 52:22Speaker 1: how this will turn out?
- 52:23Speaker 6: Oh, I, if I could predict anything, my life would
- 52:26Speaker 6: be so different. Um, no, I have, I have no idea.
- 52:31Speaker 4: You know, I know how I.
- 52:32Speaker 1: Think she'll continue to work as an actress. Yeah.
- 52:35Speaker 4: I think she's so famous now.
- 52:37Speaker 6: Like guys like, uh, what's his name's going to definitely
- 52:40Speaker 6: cast her, uh, um, Lala's ex.
- 52:43Speaker 4: Our boy. You're right.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Randall.
- 52:46Speaker 4: She's going to be in Randall's next movie guaranteed. 100%.
- 52:51Speaker 6: So, I mean, like that level of clout has, you know,
- 52:54Speaker 6: marketing ability for straight to streaming.
- 52:58Speaker 4: Okay.
- 52:58Speaker 1: So let's, so you were mentioned today, Christine Quinn of
- 53:03Speaker 1: Selling Sunset did Call Her Daddy's podcast with Alex and
- 53:08Speaker 1: they talked all about the producer that produced Selling Sunset,
- 53:14Speaker 1: who also produced your show, The Hills. But you shared
- 53:18Speaker 1: here on Juicy Scoop many times about how the show
- 53:23Speaker 1: was very fake and that you were on it, but
- 53:26Speaker 1: that there was a lot of manipulative stuff that you
- 53:29Speaker 1: were not aware of until the show came out that
- 53:31Speaker 1: they did. And that's something that she said. One example
- 53:34Speaker 1: that she said was there's a moment where Heather Ray
- 53:37Speaker 1: says to her, you said some awful things in an interview.
- 53:40Speaker 1: You said that Chris shell cheated on her husband with Jason.
- 53:42Speaker 1: And then she goes, ha ha bell. I didn't say that.
- 53:45Speaker 1: And that was hilarious. And then she, so today Christine said, well,
- 53:50Speaker 1: Heather Ray said to me really was you, um, like
- 53:57Speaker 1: Heather Ray really did say this in the show, but they,
- 53:59Speaker 1: they switched the answer. So she said, you said, um,
- 54:03Speaker 1: that Jason used to have good taste in women up
- 54:06Speaker 1: until now. And then And then Christine goes, ha ha,
- 54:09Speaker 1: I did say that. That's hilarious. But she's like, but
- 54:13Speaker 1: I never said or then doubled down and said yes
- 54:18Speaker 1: about a woman cheating on her husband. She's like, I
- 54:20Speaker 1: never said that. They literally took a line. You know,
- 54:23Speaker 1: they switched the editing.
- 54:24Speaker 4: Frankenbiting is what it's called.
- 54:26Speaker 1: It's called what?
- 54:26Speaker 4: Frankenbiting.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Oh, okay. And so you had that happen to you
- 54:31Speaker 1: in the show.
- 54:31Speaker 4: I love she had the press screener that never went
- 54:33Speaker 4: out as like her evidence.
- 54:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:35Speaker 4: To show the old version.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Right, she had the press screener of the old version,
- 54:39Speaker 1: which was different than the version we saw, which then
- 54:42Speaker 1: proved what I'm repeating that she said.
- 54:46Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I was cheering for this lady. I don't
- 54:49Speaker 4: watch the show because I'm sure it's.
- 54:52Speaker 6: However these ladies are great, but I hate that human
- 54:54Speaker 6: so much that.
- 54:55Speaker 4: You hate Adam, too.
- 54:56Speaker 6: Yeah, that he has anything that's successful. He deserves to
- 54:59Speaker 6: be in an awful place. So when I saw that,
- 55:03Speaker 6: I was like, yes, this is an angel from heaven,
- 55:07Speaker 6: you know, like her, because we got so deep in
- 55:11Speaker 6: just the gutter that anything Heidi and Spencer said is, oh,
- 55:14Speaker 6: they're lying, they're making this up. It's like, she's rich,
- 55:17Speaker 6: she's got everything going for her, she has no reason
- 55:20Speaker 6: to take this angle that Adam DeVillo's saying that she should,
- 55:24Speaker 6: you know, that he told her that she should fall
- 55:26Speaker 6: down the stairs and fucking die and, you know.
- 55:28Speaker 1: And he said that because she was standing up for
- 55:31Speaker 1: herself and being like, I don't want to do that
- 55:32Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, you should, you know. So, And
- 55:35Speaker 1: she did do a formal complaint. Now, who do you
- 55:37Speaker 1: do a complaint to?
- 55:38Speaker 4: To the network.
- 55:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 55:39Speaker 6: So she's saying that he hasn't been allowed on set
- 55:42Speaker 6: around any of the women for two years because of
- 55:45Speaker 6: alleged incidents. And, you know, I'm sure you could find
- 55:50Speaker 6: it in Google, but Heidi had witnesses to him grabbing
- 55:54Speaker 6: her ass back at a photo shoot towards the end
- 55:56Speaker 6: of the hills. And we called the network. We had
- 55:59Speaker 6: Heidi's security saw it. They pushed Adam away and all this.
- 56:02Speaker 4: We told Us Weekly.
- 56:04Speaker 6: And all the other girls from the Hills were like,
- 56:07Speaker 6: defended him and was like, we weren't even there. And
- 56:09Speaker 6: we're like, you know, Whitney who had a spinoff with him,
- 56:12Speaker 6: Elsie who he made.
- 56:13Speaker 4: Of course.
- 56:13Speaker 6: You know, oh, Adam's the best. God knows what their
- 56:17Speaker 6: relationships with Adams were at the time. I can't even
- 56:20Speaker 6: comprehend that. I can't speculate. But they were like, you know,
- 56:25Speaker 6: anti-MeToo-ing her.
- 56:26Speaker 1: Right, because when you've got something at stake, and it's
- 56:30Speaker 1: not even... Even though the MeToo is out, people will still.
- 56:33Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 56:33Speaker 1: They'll defend who can help them. Exactly. And they'll stay
- 56:38Speaker 1: silent if them speaking up will hurt themselves.
- 56:41Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 56:41Speaker 1: That is Hollywood. It's still happening. It's continuing on. Everyone's
- 56:45Speaker 1: out for themselves. So if this person... It can help you,
- 56:49Speaker 1: but they also hurt your friend. You're like, I'm just
- 56:52Speaker 1: going to be quiet and stay out of it.
- 56:54Speaker 6: So that happened. So nothing ever happened of it. He
- 56:56Speaker 6: got to just, you know, pull this off. And then
- 57:00Speaker 6: when I'm seeing now this woman do it, I'm like, finally,
- 57:03Speaker 6: because now people will listen to her. Unfortunately for Heidi
- 57:07Speaker 6: and I, nobody cared and But she's going to take
- 57:11Speaker 6: this guy down.
- 57:11Speaker 1: So would the show come back? Because now she said, oh,
- 57:14Speaker 1: I'm in talks to like come back. Would the show
- 57:16Speaker 1: come back? And do you think it'll be less fake?
- 57:19Speaker 1: Because honestly, it was pretty. Look, I watched it. I
- 57:22Speaker 1: like watching the cute outfits, but it was pretty boring.
- 57:24Speaker 1: And that's with fake drama. So like take out all
- 57:27Speaker 1: the fake drama. I don't know. Like I feel like
- 57:29Speaker 1: now like it's been magic revealed. I guess people don't
- 57:33Speaker 1: really care. They'll still watch it. It's like a seven-year-old
- 57:35Speaker 1: that pretends to believe in Santa for the attention. I
- 57:38Speaker 1: don't know.
- 57:38Speaker 4: I don't get it. Yeah, I've never watched the show.
- 57:40Speaker 6: But based off of that ad, I'm watching it for mansions, outfits,
- 57:45Speaker 6: hair and makeup. You know, so I'm a different audience member.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Yeah, me too. I mean, that's kind of why I
- 57:49Speaker 1: watch it because I know like, because I knew like
- 57:52Speaker 1: from interviewing her three years ago and just having a
- 57:55Speaker 1: brain that they like, obviously go into that office, shoot
- 57:58Speaker 1: three scenes in the day of all different things. Nobody's
- 58:01Speaker 1: computer is up. No one's talking. No one's there, you know,
- 58:05Speaker 1: and they knock it out in a month, which they do.
- 58:07Speaker 1: And if they do real estate that much or that little,
- 58:10Speaker 1: I mean, a bunch of them have other opportunities. And
- 58:12Speaker 1: let me tell you, I've been in real estate. It's
- 58:14Speaker 1: a lot easier to do um, a concealer Instagram ad
- 58:19Speaker 1: for makeup than it is to try to get a
- 58:21Speaker 1: listing and sell it. So like, you know, what do
- 58:25Speaker 1: they know? Like, come on.
- 58:28Speaker 4: And that's how crazy Hollywood is.
- 58:29Speaker 6: Cause if right now, Heidi, who's getting her real estate license,
- 58:33Speaker 6: they wanted Heidi to come in on selling sunset. Do
- 58:36Speaker 6: we hate this guy that much to not go on a,
- 58:39Speaker 6: one of the biggest shows on Netflix?
- 58:40Speaker 4: That's what's so crazy about Hollywood. Like, values versus.
- 58:43Speaker 1: But if he's not part of, like.
- 58:45Speaker 4: The thing... He'll still get a check no matter what.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Right, but so would you do it?
- 58:49Speaker 4: I mean, that's a Heidi question. Would I do it? Yes.
- 58:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:52Speaker 4: You know, of course. But I'm Bill different. Right.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:59Speaker 4: You know, a great Adam DeVillo story. So years, this is.
- 59:04Speaker 1: How old of a guy is he right now? 50s, Okay.
- 59:09Speaker 4: Maybe, maybe older.
- 59:10Speaker 6: He was definitely way older than us when Davila, when
- 59:13Speaker 6: we were 20 is double our age.
- 59:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:16Speaker 6: Um, so years later, when I go back to USC,
- 59:20Speaker 6: Heidi and I, this is probably 2012. Heidi and I
- 59:24Speaker 6: are at Staples center on Olympic getting school supplies.
- 59:28Speaker 4: Right.
- 59:28Speaker 6: And I'm, You know, I drink a lot of water.
- 59:31Speaker 6: I'm going to use the restroom to pee. And I
- 59:33Speaker 6: opened up the stall because somebody's coming out of it.
- 59:36Speaker 6: And I hadn't seen him since probably 2008 because we
- 59:39Speaker 6: were full beef.
- 59:41Speaker 1: Right.
- 59:42Speaker 6: We were never interacted in physical. And I opened the
- 59:46Speaker 6: stall in this, you know, on Olympic. No one's in
- 59:48Speaker 6: this place. And it's Adam DeVillo coming out of the
- 59:51Speaker 6: stall and we're face to face. And he thinks obviously
- 59:53Speaker 6: I'm there to like murder him because like, why am
- 59:56Speaker 6: I in a stall that he's in, in a Staples?
- 59:59Speaker 6: You know, and he's like, what are you doing here?
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: And I'm like, trying to go pee. What are you
- 1:00:04Speaker 6: talking about? And he's like, why are you in Staples?
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: I'm like, getting school supplies.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: Why are you here?
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: And he's like, oh, I worked down the street and
- 1:00:11Speaker 6: this was a better bathroom or something. But it was that,
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: you know, I had already moved on from that. level
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: of hate I had, so I didn't have... Now I've
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: rethought of this situation a million times how I would
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: have liked to have handled it differently, but I think
- 1:00:24Speaker 6: the fact that I played it off so calm, that
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: he thought it showed him, like, I can get you
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: anywhere type of vibe.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: But you guys were... He made you out to be
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: the villains, but then you really leaned into that, and
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: that made you more famous. You wrote the book How
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: to Be Famous. So do you really care at this
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: point that it was manipulated?
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: I have so many audio calls... That I recorded, but
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: I should have gone to a different state to do it.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: Yeah. You know, like a video, but I can't show them.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: Like Virginia?
- 1:00:51Speaker 6: Yeah, I should have caught a flight, then had these calls,
- 1:00:54Speaker 6: fly back, but I didn't know that I could never
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: legally show these. I have so many of these videos
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: early on with Heidi and I just begging to not
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: be the villains.
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: And he would literally be like, you're not getting paid.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: You're not going to be on the episode. Then just
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: don't show up. So we didn't until the last season.
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: That's why we kind of just quit and went full
- 1:01:12Speaker 6: nuts because it didn't matter what we did. the last
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: season we didn't have pay to play. So the last,
- 1:01:17Speaker 6: you know, season six, we didn't have to even show
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: up to get our money, but all the way until then,
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: if he didn't put us in the edit, we didn't
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: get our fee.
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: So I have all these calls.
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: Like, we don't want to fight. We don't want to
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: fake fight. Like we, we don't fight. Like, no, you,
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: that's you guys. Then don't show up like these calls.
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: So yeah, we leaned into it because like, okay, this
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: is it, you know, and now we're the hated, like once.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: It's, And what was the thing with Lauren? Was it
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: that you revealed that she had like a weird looking
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: vagina or something?
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: There's two folds to this.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: No pun intended. So I supposedly was this bad guy
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: monster when all the guys around her had this nickname
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: for her.
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: And I was like, you are cool with all these people.
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: I have never even been intimate. I don't know you.
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: And these guys all call you this, but I'm this
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: awful person yet. You stand by all these. So I
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: didn't articulate it well enough, obviously. But the intention was like,
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: these are your boys that you feel like you hate
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: Heidi to be with me. And yet you're cool with
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: these guys that you knowingly know this is what they
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: call you, whatever.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Yeah. So that was the first stage.
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: But then when that wasn't even because it got deleted
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: so fast and it was like old Internet.
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: But the second stage was.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: Jason, who was now has very been clear about, you know,
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: what level of addict he was and crazy and things
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: he was saying and doing. And you just search TMZ.
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: He had whatever he had. And TMZ found out he
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: was shopping this tape. I hate even talking about this
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: because maybe I'm like, well, Spencer, but it's like, this
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: is a fact. This is why it went. So this
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: is history.
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: Sorry, guys. So. He was shopping this. And then Perez,
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: who I'm always texting with and I'm getting all the scoops,
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: hits me up. And you can even check TMZ's dates
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: of them getting this information. It's still, I think, on
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: Google that this was him.
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: So Perez calls me. He's like, is this true? The
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: only reason I knew, Heidi did not tell me. I
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: know Heidi well. is in the other room talking to Lauren.
- 1:03:25Speaker 6: And it's like, I'm not dumb. And they're like, oh,
- 1:03:27Speaker 6: we need to get over there. And I'm seeing what's
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: on TMZ. So I'm like, yeah, Perez, this is true.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: Because I'm not defending anything for LC. So LC has
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: a powwow.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: LC's parents have a powwow with Jason's parents because they're
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: all friends. They then decide, we're putting this on Spencer.
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: And then they obviously talked to Adam and then they
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: were like, Spencer.
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: You know what you did. I didn't do it. It's
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: like now. And that's why Heidi's like, what did he do?
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: He didn't do this. Like this is Jason did this.
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: Like Heidi was trying to get this back with Lauren
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: was going to ready to like jump in an apartment
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: window and like get the tape. Like Heidi was a
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: good friend. All I did was say what was already
- 1:04:06Speaker 6: happening to Perez. It's not even, I didn't even scoop it.
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: Like I was just, yeah, this is happening.
- 1:04:11Speaker 4: This is true.
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: Like, so it was so, but, I was a scapegoat.
- 1:04:15Speaker 6: And then they're paying me $ 110, 000 an episode. And they're like,
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: will you apologize to Lauren on the phone?
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: It's not Lauren. It's a producer, Sean Travis. I'm like, $ 110, 000,
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: give me the phone. I'm so sorry.
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: At that point, let me add $ 110, 000 to what's already,
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: you know.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: The rich life.
- 1:04:36Speaker 6: Yeah, I would have done it all again the same.
- 1:04:38Speaker 6: But I probably would have gotten even more turnt up.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Well, I feel like that's why she plays into it.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: She's like, it's just a show. And even I just had,
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: I had Davina on and after we were done filming
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: the episode here, you know, she's like, you know, she
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: has reached out and text me a bunch, but she
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: hurt me so much. And she talks so much shit
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: about me, meaning Christine that, but now I'm like, Well,
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: now she's revealed, like, I played the villain and I
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: did all these awful things, but I was always like, hey,
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: if you're mad at me, text me after because this
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: is just a show. So now I'm kind of wondering if, like,
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Davina might be like, well, I guess she wasn't that bad.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: But then again, like, is, you know, is she really
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: a good friend? Like, you know, if you're going to
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: be on the show together, fine, but, like, You know,
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: you're playing. I get it. It's like all fake. But
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: what basically what Christine was saying is I know it's
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: all fake. I played the villain. The other girls were
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: too dumb to know that it was fake and actually
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: got their feelings hurt by my actions.
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: It's the reverse.
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: The Hills cast all knew it was so fake. Went
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: along with us going down, you know, and like, oh,
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: they're like, you know, we're getting forced into this. You know,
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: if we don't do this, that's all we got. You
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: know how Lauren runs this show, which is good. how
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: I would have done it again is I would have
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: been so much more calculated. The problem is I had
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: too much emotion in it. Cause I still was like,
- 1:06:04Speaker 6: you know, I was getting played. I knew it, you know,
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: it's like, I should have, I should, I just should
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: have smart advice. I should have hired my own writers.
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: You know, like had a team of like, okay, this
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: is how they want you to be played. Like how
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: are you going to, you know? So it was just
- 1:06:18Speaker 6: like a reckless play along with it.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Right. And back then, definitely people definitely took everything at
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: face value.
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: And you had no social media, counter the narrative you.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Know okay so now I want to explain what is
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: going on with these two girls okay here we go
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: there's these two girls there's Colleen Rooney Rooney and the
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: other one is Rebecca Vardy okay oh.
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: They're British Premier League wives.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: Yes so this is Rebecca right This is Rebecca in
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: the photo, and she's married to her husband, Jamie. He's
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: like 35. Anyway, so they're kind of like reality stars
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: in England, and they're both married to soccer stars. And
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Colleen's husband, this guy Wayne, they've had their own issues
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: in the past. He got caught drunk driving with a girl.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: He's had some bad behavior, drunken behavior at an airport
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: or something. He's no longer a football player. But they
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: were– but Colleen and Rebecca were like friends, kind of frenemies,
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: kind of whatever. But they were all in the same
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: circles and oftentimes Rebecca would like want to get close
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: to Colleen and be Colleen's friend and everything. So– Colleen
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: was sort of suspicious and there was a time that
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: they were at this like Euro 2016 where even someone
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: said like, could Rebecca like stop? Like she's like, you know,
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: running around and like sharing too much about this thing
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: and like really trying to make herself more famous. So
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Colleen had a private Instagram account that only like Rebecca
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: and a few people would follow her. And she put
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: some personal stories on there and they were getting leaked
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: out to the sun. So she's like, you know what?
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: I'm going to block everybody from looking at my stories
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: except for one person, Rebecca. And then she put a
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: couple fake stories on there that her basement flooded, that
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: she and the husband were going to Mexico for a
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: gender selection and like something else. Oh, and she's returning
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: to reality TV. And all of a sudden, because Colleen's
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: like a pretty famous person, it gets in the sun
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: and she's like, So now she goes on social media
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: and she reveals her plan and how she trapped and
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: caught Rebecca. And Rebecca goes, oh, my God, Colleen, I
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: never did this. I wish you would have called me
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: and told me, you know, you thought this was happening.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Maybe someone had my password. I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: do this. Then she goes, maybe it's my agent. Caroline
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Watt was the agent. And they're like, well, where's the phone?
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Like to prove it. And she's like, oh, the phone,
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: I flew it into the North Sea, like, or a
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: wave crashed me. So, So it's kind of like she's
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: sort of taking the fall for Rebecca, but we don't
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: really know. But by putting it out there, Rebecca feels
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: it hurt her reputation so much as like this thirsty
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: bitch that she's like, I didn't have to sell stories
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: and all this. So she is now suing Colleen for libel.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: I bet it was the agent.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I think it was the agent, too. I think it
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: was the agent who was like had some connection or like, OK,
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: I'll give you some stuff, son. you help my clients
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: or whatever, get in the paper. Like there was something
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: and it was like, because the stories weren't even juicy.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: They didn't make Colleen look bad. They didn't help Rebecca
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: in any way. Nobody needs a couple hundred dollars, but.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Prattdaddy.com. Please shop now. People need a
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: couple hundred dollars. Yeah.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Here are the, here are the girls. Wait, this one is,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: this is Rebecca. She's very pretty. Her husband, her husband's
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: pretty hot. Jamie and Jamie and Rebecca. Jamie was pretty hot.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: And then this is Colleen. So they're both pretty brunettes.
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: So I think there might have been some competition frenemy
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: situation going on. But, you know, I believe like I
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: don't know why she would do it, but it's all
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: coming out. So it might be proven that she did. But,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: you know, I mean.
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: Is this our next trial we got to look forward to?
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: I don't think as many people care about in the UK.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: It's a big deal.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: But.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: You know how these things work. When people say you
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: sold stories, because Chelsea Handler went on Howard Stern and said,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: I sold stories about her. And it was really career debilitating.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: People wanted to not have me work with them, be hired, nothing.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: Everything was dead for a couple of years. That's why
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: I had to work so hard on Juicy Scoop. But
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: when it happened, and I was like, this didn't happen.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: I'm like, there's no articles to prove that she wasn't
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: even in.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: Why didn't you sue her for defamation?
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: People mentioned it at the time. And at the time,
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I think I was smart enough to know. Because I
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: don't think it's smart to go sue someone. Like, what
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: are we going to do? It's just going to look bad.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: And there's, you know. No, I never thought to.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: She can't prove that you did it, so it costs
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: you two years of work. For me, it wasn't. That
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: could have been $ 20 million.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: For me, it was like. But I get why Johnny's
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: suing and I get why this girl's suing because at
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: the time and even now, there was some podcast that
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: was talking about the Chelsea. They're like, oh, I believe
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: this because remember Heather sold stories about Chelsea. It's still
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: in people's heads from eight years ago or seven years ago,
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: the misinformation. And it still, like, frustrates me. Like, I
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: DM the person, and I'm like, just so you know,
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: this never happened. It never happened, never happened, never happened.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: And I don't know why she lied, and I don't
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: know why she said it, and it really, like, hurt
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: me a lot. But whatever, I know what it involves to, like,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: sue someone and to prove– defaming, I would have to
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: prove that I really lost a major job. I'd have
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: to prove that I was literally just like the Johnny Depp.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: He lost pirates. Yes, I would have to prove that
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: I was just about to be on The View, this
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: story came out, and then they were like, bye. And
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: if without something like that, it's honestly not worth it
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: to go after someone saying a misinformation about you. But
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: with your tabloid connections, like Would you leak stories about people?
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: What do you think of all this? What do you
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: think of the story?
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: I would say every single thing you've ever read at
- 1:12:56Speaker 6: one time I leaked about us or made up and sold.
- 1:13:00Speaker 6: Or anybody, any scoop I had I sold. Any story,
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: any photos.
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: It was such a great business. It's so sad. Do
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: you see People magazine may not even go to print anymore?
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: No.
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: No.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: I just bought the first one in like a year
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: because I was in it. They mentioned me as one
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: of the guests at Ross's wedding. So I bought it.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: And it was very thin. It's very thin.
- 1:13:24Speaker 6: So, yeah, no, this, a hundred percent, this is the
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: agent because you do build those relationships and, you know,
- 1:13:31Speaker 6: and there's been times where, you know, there's untrue stuff
- 1:13:34Speaker 6: that's like people have tried, you know, not negative, but
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: like for instance, with the Hills being, uh, you know,
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: this new season. I, they were trying to say that the,
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: there wasn't a new season because you know, the Spencer
- 1:13:49Speaker 6: and they were holding out for all this money. And
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: usually that would get run, but they hit me up
- 1:13:53Speaker 6: and they know, like I tell the truth and I
- 1:13:56Speaker 6: would tell him, I was like, that's not true.
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: I'll take whatever they're offering. I'll go less money to
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: be on D like absolutely false.
- 1:14:02Speaker 6: And that relationship, they're like, okay, we'll kill that story
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: where somebody was trying to pump that and make me
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: look bad or whatever.
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:10Speaker 6: You know, so, Those relationships by selling stuff and giving,
- 1:14:14Speaker 6: you know, stories do create. But, you know, the game's
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: changed so much now that there aren't necessarily tabloids.
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: Anymore, you know.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Todd Chrisley, he is facing, oh my God, like 30 years.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: It's so sad because Heidi and I watched like the first...
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: three seasons we didn't miss an episode like we.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: Loved this family you loved it the show is taught
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: Chrisley knows best it's a very scripted show but it's
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: a they all play themselves and they're this cute family
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: and I mean the biggest thing about this when you
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: watch it is that he's married to a woman but
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: by anybody except maybe an alien that would come on
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: this earth if they were to meet him at a
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: grocery store would assume he was a happily out gay
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: man But there's never been one story about a relationship
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: that a guy's like, I saw him at a gay bar.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: There's nothing. But he acts like a very happy West
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Hollywood man.
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: Okay?
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Agreed. And so it's kind of just fascinating to watch.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: And he has a really fun personality, and the kids
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: are all funny. So he's got this book that he's got,
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: this show that he's got, Growing Up Chrisley, and then
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: he's got a new show coming out on E! called
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Love Limo, where in 20 minutes he... helps two people
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: get to know everything they need to know about each other.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: Sounds like kind of a fun idea. But basically, there's
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: so many things. He took $ 30 million out in loans
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: from small banks with using false records. And then he
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: filed bankruptcy in 2012, erasing the $ 20 million.
- 1:16:03Speaker 6: Didn't his one estranged daughter kind of be like the
- 1:16:06Speaker 6: main narc to the IRS.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: To get this going? So his people say everything that
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: you have him for, which is like not paying taxes
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: and these loans. And also she tried to rent a
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: house and used false credit reports and stuff and then
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: didn't pay the rent in California. All of this is
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: because they put all their trust in. in this guy,
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Mark Braddock. And he's the one who defrauded them. And
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: so they realized, you're doing all this shady stuff. You're fired.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: So they fire him. And then according to them, he
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: then goes to the IRS and the FBI and everything.
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: And he goes, look, this is all the shady stuff
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: they did. And yes, I was part of it because
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: they made me do it. So give me immunity and
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: I'll share everything with you. And so their defense is like,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: we were sucked into this shady guy. We gave him,
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: he wanted to be me. We trusted him. I was
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: just this, he says, I had no education. I was
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: just flipping houses one at a time and then got
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: this guy, got, you know, these shows, opened these, production
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: companies in which we could put this money and we've
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: done nothing wrong. The only person that's guilty is this guy.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: And it's all on trial. And the daughter that they're
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: estranged from, I guess, was apparently helping too with getting
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: the information. But it's very rare that the government goes
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: after you unless they have a lot. A lot of evidence.
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: And it's possible 30 years is what Reality Blurb is saying.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: So it's a lot.
- 1:17:53Speaker 4: I just hope they follow it on the show.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: I don't think they will because it's like a cute
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: show about like making apple pie and like hanging out.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: Teresa Giudice, are you up on Real Housewives of New
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Jersey at all?
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: Heidi plays it. I'm in the room.
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: So she's engaged to this guy.
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: Wait, real quick.
- 1:18:11Speaker 6: What were they doing with that dildo on that boat
- 1:18:15Speaker 6: all taking shots?
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: Did you watch that?
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: Oh, it was so straight. I've had guy friends all
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: my life. Heidi's looking at me like, yo.
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: So the guys are very thirsty. They've gone on tour
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: together and everything. And it's all about the house husbands
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: of New Jersey.
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: Look how wild we are.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: And so they always get really drunk. They do all
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: these shots. And they brought a dildo. And they made
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: them take shots that would go through. They would put
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: the dick where a guy's dick is, the dildo.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: And then they were like jamming to each other's mouths
- 1:18:47Speaker 6: like mouths like this is how is this on television.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Also they were like joking the other day like how
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: much you know they're like who watches so much porn
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: and Joe Joe his her brother Joe is like I
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: watch porn driving home and I'm like I don't I
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: don't think that's cute like you have a daughter and
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: two sons why are you trying and porn is gross
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: I know people.
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: Watch it and you should be looking at the road but.
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: Also I know people watch it but like you're still
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: watching like people that you don't know, like do intimate shit. Like,
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I don't know, like keep that to yourself. I just
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: thought it was really gross.
- 1:19:18Speaker 6: I was like, yo, this is, this is way too
- 1:19:21Speaker 6: weird for me. I've seen a lot of weird stuff.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: They're all like just aggressively jamming that in each other's mouth.
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: And this, this guy, so this guy, I saw that episode.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: So this was all about a lot about Louie. Louie
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: was this guy. He's divorced. He's had two ex-fiances that,
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: Said he was an awful boyfriend. So people were suspicious
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: of him. The whole season was about that. He came
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: off very well last night at part three of the reunion.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: He's like, this has been awful, but I have been
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: fired from my job.
- 1:19:54Speaker 4: From being on the show.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: From being on the show. So she's really pissed because
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: it's like, this is who she's going to marry. So
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: she's always blaming this other girl, Margaret, who kind of,
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: she believes, brought up all the negative stuff that the
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: exes had said about him. But he came off pretty nice.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: And he was like, please be calm, Teresa. And Teresa
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: came off awful. I have said this before. I'm going
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: to say it again. I would not be surprised if
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: in the end he breaks up with her. I feel
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: like he might be realizing, like, I don't know that
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I want to do this for 30 years until I die.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: And her ex is still in Italy.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: He's in Italy.
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: He has to live in Italy forever.
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: And why didn't they do a show of him living
- 1:20:38Speaker 4: in Italy?
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: I mean, he's like thin now. I don't think it's
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: going to be that great. Like it's just not the
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: same dynamic. You know what I mean? Like new, like.
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: New, like housewives of Italy. Hmm.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Come on. That's an awful idea. Um, This is pretty good.
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: This is on tonight, so you guys will have watched
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: it while you're listening to it, but it's this episode
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And Lisa Renna is
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: going after Sutton because Sutton said, I invited Lisa and
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: Harry Hamlin as my guests to the Elton John after
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Oscar big charity event, and she never said thank you,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: which was like not saying thank you was this dumb
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: little storyline they had. So in this clip that I
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: just saw from Bravo Snark, who obviously got this snark side,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: who got this clip somehow, is she's like, Lisa Rinna's like, Sutton,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: you know that's not true. You canceled the table. You
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: know it. And she's like, I also know what slander means.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: And then Erika Jayne is like, what? You're trying to
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: say you're going to sue for slander? Really, Sutton? And
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: then Sutton brings out the receipt. of her email exchange
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: with the people in which they said, should we send
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: the materials to Harry Hamlin and Lisa Renna to buy
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: their tickets, to register the tickets? And Sutton goes, no,
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: they'll be my guest. Here's my credit card. And then
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: they said, okay, we billed you for $ 11, 000 and you're
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: all set. So she did buy the tickets for them.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: And Lisa has been saying for months that Sutton is lying.
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: I love her seats. Receipts are so powerful.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: I still also want to say I'm wearing Lisa Rinna's
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: lip stuff and I still love it. But Lisa, I
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: don't know.
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: Where does she sell it? On QVC?
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: Just like Lisa Rinna Beauty. But I mean, I don't know, Rinna.
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: Now you feel like lying lips?
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: I just think bringing Elton John to the reunion, that'd
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: be great. Real Housewives of Miami, they're getting divorced.
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: Oh, so I know. Ready for this?
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: Yes, I am ready for it.
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: I got an inside scoop. Doodle doodle.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: We should have like an inside scoop.
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: Like button or something. So the girl that he's dating now, Tatiana.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: I got her right here. Boom.
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: She's from Austria. She filmed on the hills with us.
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: She was like Brody's. They edited all around her. They
- 1:23:03Speaker 6: didn't use it. She was amazing.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: Why didn't they use her?
- 1:23:05Speaker 4: She was like Brody's new love interest.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: Why didn't they use her?
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: God knows.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: And she was amazing and she's parties and is very
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: fun and great for TV.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: How old is she?
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: Maybe 20, I don't want to, she could be mad
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: if I said.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: She's gorgeous.
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: So she, so the story I read that, that they.
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: Lenny.
- 1:23:28Speaker 6: Yeah, Lenny was with her in a restaurant and his
- 1:23:31Speaker 6: ex came and started yelling in Katiana's face, which I
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: wish I had been there because Katiana with her accent
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: would have been like.
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: I don't know what it is.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: He said we had already broken up. We already had
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: decided to live separate lives.
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: I know we were going to speak, but I've got
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: a video for it. Let me be like, do you
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: have any comment on this?
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: I don't know if I can get a comment. You
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: can text her. Text her right now. Also, Real Housewives
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: of Oceta, you watch this show? Not lately. So she
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: was just a one-hit wonder. I don't think she's coming back,
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: especially now that she's getting divorced. But she was a
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: doctor of like plastic surgery. Not a full plastic surgeon,
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: but like injectables. Anyway, she had this husband named Ryan.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: They were always not getting along. They had nothing in common.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: So they broke up. So good for them. I mean,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: that had to happen. So Kim is on the cover
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: of Sports Illustrated. And the photos, you know, she looks
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: gorgeous and really natural.
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: Her dive. I was so impressed with her dive. Oh, yeah.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Here's the dive.
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: You know, there's form.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: And she's wearing a nude suit, so she looks naked.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: But then she has to wear these gloves. What is
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: up with the gloves? Someone's like, maybe her psoriasis is
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: really acting up. But there's nothing that you can't Photoshop.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: But she's obsessed with gloves. Who has swimming gloves?
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: They're probably skims. Because to work out, they have all
- 1:24:57Speaker 6: these things. That could help her tennis elbows. So maybe
- 1:25:01Speaker 6: she's marketing.
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: A future skims. Gloves.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: No, they're not around her hands or just her.
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: No, so they go all the way up to the arm.
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: They're like long gloves. Have you heard of swimming gloves? No.
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: What the hell?
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: Well, maybe they have little, you know, things like fins.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: You know, it's fashion.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: Anyway, good for her. She's pretty.
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: Pete probably picked them up.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: That was always the only time I ever looked at
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: Sports Illustrated.
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: What, to see who the cover was?
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: Because my dad would get it. Yeah, I love the... No,
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: the bathing suit issue. I just loved.
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: Looking at the bathing suits. Oh, yeah, I had a
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: few of those issues, too.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but I never cared about anything else. Also.
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: Sierra was not getting enough love. I hate how they
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: do three covers now.
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: Oh, they are now? Oh, then you have to pick
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: who you like the most.
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: Yeah, Sierra's was incredible.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: So is she the same month right now? Oh, so
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: it's Sierra, Kim, and who's the third? A... A transgender girl.
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: No, it's... Just a different style body.
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: It's a healthy body.
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: Oh, you told me The Hills is coming back.
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: Oh, it is a very healthy body. She's on my
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: old eating plan.
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: Though The Hills is breaking news today. The Hills is
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: coming back.
- 1:26:15Speaker 6: Let me not misquote the announcement here. MTV is bringing
- 1:26:21Speaker 6: back one of its most popular reality franchises, The Hills,
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: with a new incarnation. The Paramount Network has given a
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: series order to The Hills Next Gen. From MTV Entertainment Studios,
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: The Hills Next Gen will feature a brand new cast
- 1:26:38Speaker 6: that is expected to be more diverse than the original.
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: The series will follow a close group of 20-something friends
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: and aspiring entrepreneurs who are coming of age in a
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: very different LA. They will navigate realities of race, class, identity, addiction,
- 1:26:54Speaker 6: family drama, along with the thrills of romance and becoming
- 1:26:58Speaker 6: self-made amidst the exclusive enclave of the hills in Malibu.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: What hills are in Malibu? I don't know.
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: But I'm not shitting because I want to be the
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: new after show host.
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: I think it's the best idea of Paramount Plus. I'm
- 1:27:14Speaker 6: so excited.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: So, but yeah.
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: Julia Fox went shopping. Why did they X this out?
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: I don't know because it was like Calvin Klein said. Oh,
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: but anyway, here's Julia Fox. She just is such a
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: thirsty bitch. She's out at pavilions and she wore just,
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: it's just a.
- 1:27:31Speaker 4: Bra and underwear. I couldn't believe she didn't go to
- 1:27:32Speaker 4: Air One.
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: I know.
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: She went to bra and underwear and then she has
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: this long jean jacket, jean boots, and a pair of
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: jeans that she made into a purse.
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: I feel this sad moment.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: You know, it's... I want to show you some other
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: awful fashions.
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: Hopefully she's getting paid by.
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: What do you think of this? Well, I'm a huge
- 1:27:51Speaker 6: Fashion Nova fan because Heidi was towards the end of
- 1:27:53Speaker 6: the hills. We were saving money and Fashion Nova has
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: just deals like this.
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: Yeah. This is not a sponsored ad.
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: It's a $ 12 one-piece bathing suit.
- 1:28:00Speaker 6: The problem with these outfits, what we've learned from these $ 12...
- 1:28:04Speaker 6: You get a solid one hour with them.
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: Before they fall apart.
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: Before they start falling apart, so.
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: How do you feel about the under-tit movement? This is
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: a bikini that actually... Is just featuring the under tit.
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: You know, I think it's great. It's awesome.
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: It looks like two little water balloons.
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: Awesome tan lines.
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: No, I mean, the bikinis now, you have to get
- 1:28:26Speaker 6: so creative because it's such a competitive market.
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: Well, now the butt crack. It's now about butt cleavage.
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: It's all over the runway. Dresses that feature strong butt cleavage.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: You know, I.
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: Not for me.
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: Would you buy these distressed sneakers?
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: Balenciagas.
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: I have distressed, like four pairs of distressed Gucci's.
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: They're $ 18.
- 1:28:49Speaker 5: 50.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: I don't have that budget. Go to ProudDaddy.com so I can.
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: I just don't like....
- 1:28:59Speaker 6: I like the idea if I was that rich to
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: buy them because you're just trolling at that point.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: So I would definitely buy them if I was that
- 1:29:06Speaker 6: rich just to wear to the polo lounge for them
- 1:29:09Speaker 6: to be like, you can't wear those in there.
- 1:29:11Speaker 4: So I could say, these are Balenciaga.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Netflix just announced they're going to do a documentary about J-Lo.
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: It's just one of those documentaries that are just about like,
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: Follow me around. See how hard I work out. I'm
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: a good mom. I'm nice to my gardener. And I've
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: got people going. And God, I don't know how we're
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: going to do this spin. And I'm just like, who? Listen,
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: I'll probably watch it because I love her. And I
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: just think she's so gorgeous. But I'm like, I just
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: think there's such an ego about these kind of docs.
- 1:29:44Speaker 4: If Ben Affleck is in the trailer.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: He's in it.
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: Oh, then it's a hit.
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: We're watching it. Meanwhile, her ex... Mark Anthony is engaged.
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: He's 53.
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: Miss Universe from Paraguay.
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: She's 23. But here's my connection to this.
- 1:29:58Speaker 4: In the Latin, where, you know, that's... She's adorable, though.
- 1:30:03Speaker 4: She's a big star.
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: But he was... So there was a boy in my
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: son's class, like, you know, back in elementary school. No,
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: that was his first wife. He was his mom. And
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: she was Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Universe. And now
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: the boys are like in their 20s. And now he's
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: marrying a 23-year-old. Then he married J-Lo.
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: Then he married J-Lo.
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: Then he married this other model. So this is wife
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: number four.
- 1:30:33Speaker 6: So David Foster took Brody and I to a private
- 1:30:36Speaker 6: event before Miss Universe.
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:30:39Speaker 6: Because he, you know, I don't know if he was
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: friends with Trump. I don't know if Trump, maybe Trump
- 1:30:43Speaker 6: owned it at that time. This is a long, long
- 1:30:45Speaker 6: time ago. You know, we were probably. 20, 21. And
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: we went to this house and it was only elder
- 1:30:52Speaker 6: men and Brody and I. And so we were trying
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: to like, like spit game to these young girls, all
- 1:30:58Speaker 6: the Miss Universe, all the Miss Universe.
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: Girls, old men, and then just you and Brody.
- 1:31:02Speaker 6: And we came with, and so we thought we were like, Oh,
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: we got this, you know, and they were just like
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: only about the older men. So we didn't even have,
