Flint Man Guilty After Council Outburst | Lansing News
A jury in Flint, Michigan, just convicted Joshua Boggess, 44, on charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace after a fiery outburst during a city council meeting on June 18, 2025. Boggess, who was warned for his behavior during public comments, refused to leave after being told to, instead hanging around the elevator, hurling profanities and disrupting proceedings.
