Is it impossible to enforce an e-scooter ban?
As you would have seen, the Government has banned off-road motorcycles, scramblers and quad bikes in small public spaces. This follows the death of Grace Lynch, who was hit by a scrambler in January. But, how will this law be enforced, is it possible?
