Free [upbeat music] ballin'. Oh boy, howdy. Here it is again.
• 0:18
Howdy. Hey, it's only a week later and we're back in the, we're back in the same place we've been- In the saddle... [laughs] this forever. Seems like an awful lot of stuff has happened in the last week. Just sayin'.
• 0:32
Hey everybody, it's Full Spectrum Cycling, show number 120. 120, y'all. Whoa. The, the first last show that we're doing on Fatbike.com 'cause, I don't know, we keep, keep putting them up there. I've...
• 0:43
W- d- it doesn't really h- hurt me at all to do it, us to do it. No. It's JK to my right. Hi. What kind of, what sort of, what's that thing? The, uh- That's Miss Hattie B's Hot Chicken. Oh, he's got- Mm...
• 0:57
a new koozie on his thing. Oh, it's raised lettering too. Ooh. I know, I can see that. It's like the raised- Ooh, that's a fancy one. Yeah. That's so nice. Whoa. And of course, uh- Pay the money for that... and Mr.
• 1:05
Tony Burger, looking at the Grin [laughs] fuckin' hub that's pissing me off- Oh [laughs]... over there. Oh, Grin. It's just, I don't know what happened. I thought you were going Chester Cops or...
• 1:14
I'm not sure what happened to that thing, but the way that they put the hub together- Ain't it, right... the spoke lengths are wrong. So it's different than every other one I've ever gotten from them. Mm.
• 1:25
So I have to, I have to figure, figure it out. Hmm. Know why? 'Cause they're from Canada, eh. Mm-hmm. Such a wonderful hub though, I gotta tell you. Those things are- They are very, very nice... fucking great.
• 1:36
Quiet, smooth. Oh, and massive power if you need it. Put 72 volts at that thing, oh my God, you can burn up the whole city block. [sighs] Sometimes you just gotta talk about how much you love JK.
• 1:50
So, so here's the thing, it's exactly, I think, almost exactly 30 degrees cooler today than yesterday. Oh, shit yeah [laughs]. It's 66. Which is absolutely amazing. It was like 96.
• 2:00
It was- Oh, I was- Oh, my God, was it hot... I went for a ride. I went for a ride, a very slow meandery, but oh, oh. [laughs] It, it was pretty intense.
• 2:11
Well, T Burger made the, uh, a, a super awesome call to go for a beach ride, 'cause we actually have beach back over here in the Midwest. Little bit. Little bit of beach. Little bit. Little bit, little bit.
• 2:21
Pretty nice actually. Except, uh, about, oh, what, three quarters of a mile from the end I got the bonk. Ah, it happens. I'm like, "What?" It happens. No big deal. I had to sit down. I was all dizzy and stuff.
• 2:30
It, it- Oh, my God, was I dizzy. Ended up well. We got tacos, had some beers. Oh, yeah, that, yeah, that was good. I mean- That was good... all, all things considered- That was good. That was good...
• 2:37
you know, you still got sand on your bike and some seaweed as well. I know, and I haven't fixed the flat, which I'm not sure if it's- Oh.
• 2:43
So okay, I don't know if you guys, uh, know this, but whenever you let air out of a stupid Presta valve on a low pressure tire, I'm pretty sure they always freaking leak- Mm... all the time. Mm-hmm. What a stupid valve.
• 2:54
Mm-hmm. [laughs] I took the valve out, I kind of massaged it a little bit and put it back in, and then it still leaks, so maybe it's not the valve, but- I saw you fondling that valve...
• 3:03
I would say if you have a Presta valve on your fat bike, you should probably have an extra valve core and a valve core tool because they're stupid. Yep. First of all, you don't need one on a fat bike.
• 3:15
Get your Schrader valve, drill that thing out, don't worry about it. Yep. I'm an idiot, but drilling out carbon makes me kind of ner- nervous. Yeah, nervous. Little bit. Yeah, especially old carbon.
• 3:25
Oh, yeah, it's Russian carbon too. Yeah. Yeah, da. Da. These are still Sarma Nerandi. Da. I think this is one of the first things we ever got- New car, Rusty... to review for Fatbike.com. Oh. And I, I...
• 3:35
they have been built into at least- All the way from Mother Russia... at least three different wheels.
• 3:38
They were originally built with just a normal hub, and then they were built with a roll-off, and now they're back to a normal hub again, and I think they're great. They're, they are cracked.
• 3:49
There's little cracks in them- Oh... but mostly only on the inside. Ah. So it's not a big deal. Yeah. Also, they haven't blown up, so- If you're wrong... well, whatever. If you're wrong- Russians are good.
• 3:58
Don't worry about it... if you're wrong, you in the water, you drown. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I am reading, uh, Hunt for Red October. I've gone to my Clancy march. Wait, what? The Hunt- What's that?... The Hunt for Red October.
• 4:08
Didn't you just watch the movie? Hmm. Come on, man. [laughs] You gotta feed this. I'm pointing at my brain. I'm, I'm reading a Robert Jordan- [laughs]... a Robert Jordan book, uh, The Eye of the World.
• 4:21
It's part of the Wheel of Time. There's like a shit ton of them. I think they started back in the '90s, which I never read, but it's actually pretty good. No, I can do a, a second visit on some Clancy.
• 4:35
I know what I'm in for. Right, yeah. First time around it was like, shit, man, like 350 pages of exposition. Like, what? [laughs] Are these lighter? Is any fucking thing gonna happen in this goddamn story? Yeah.
• 4:47
'Cause I feel like I read two books that I haven't... nothing's happened in and, but now I know what I'm in for, so. That's my George R.R. Martin thing is like- Yeah...
• 4:55
why do I have to read 70 pages of what a chicken wing looks like or- Yeah, but once you get past that zone- [laughs]... it carries the shit through- No, yeah... the rest. Right. But yeah. It's just ugh. Nope. Yep. Nope.
• 5:04
Yep. Nope. I get it. But I... and- Anyhow... so this Robert Jordan business is actually pretty good, I think. I don't know. It's like, I don't know if it's- Louise Jordan...
• 5:13
if it, if it's a, uh, not young adult, but, uh, ignorant adult book, myself being that ignorant adult, not bad. Hey, Tony Burger, taking a picture with telephone.
• 5:26
Oh, wait a second, JK doesn't have his hel- he had a hat on before. You did. He looked a little bit like it rolled up like that. Did you buy that? Did, is that a new ha- is that a new hat? Yeah. Yep.
• 5:35
You bought that down in Nashville? In Nashville. I'll catch it in the background. People can look at that. How was the Nashville trip? Do tell. It was very good. It was, it was a very good time.
• 5:45
You get some hot fried chicken? Yes. Twice. I got Nashville Wimpy, [laughs] it's not Nashville, huh, at one place, and it was good. It was just the right amount of heat for me. And you weren't hot? It was hot.
• 5:58
It wasn't your hot. I know. [laughs] You- It wasn't Cleon hot. It... Oh, hell no, no. But shit, that is available and, you know, had the medium at Hattie B's-
• 6:10
Had a good burn, not too much, but- He's got Tahati, he's got Tahati Bee's, uh, what do you call that thing? The koozie, which has raised lettering on it. Yeah. It's pretty badass.
• 6:17
I had to get my red concert T-shirt from there. All right. And took, b- over- overbought the order, so- Did, did you go ahead and-... still got some sitting at the house... did you stop at any Waffle Houses? Yes. Yes.
• 6:29
Ah, good on you, man. Yeah, it- Good on you, man... but, but for whatever reason, I don't know- It's not the same, is it? The hash browns were a little pasty. Scattered, smothered, covered, chunked. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 6:40
Da, da, da, da, da, da. Didn't ask for, I didn't ask for them c- crispy, but- Well, they should be crispy... yeah, they're always crispy... I would think by default at that place it would be. They're crispy.
• 6:48
And they were. They had a good amount, but the- Uh-huh... it was a little pasty, a little- All right... gummy. Uh, uh. And I don't know. Is that Matt Gaetz looking at you in the mirror? I know.
• 6:56
[laughs] Are you judging me? That's why I took a picture of it. Right, right, right in the- I'm like, "There it is, Matt Gaetz just-... fucking r- in the ear ball... staring down like he's a 17-year-old girl." Yeah.
• 7:03
Holy God. I mean, it's the size of a Fisher-Price toy, but still has a fucking five head. [laughs] You're the size of a 17-year-old girl. You could play fricking- I'm sorry, but-... corn- corn hole with him...
• 7:13
could I, could I PayPal you some money? Ooh, hey, guess who I PayPal-ed money? Uh. Steve, 'cause I felt, you know, like- Time to be around... I was being judged. No, I like Steve.
• 7:24
The new guy, the new guy, the new place, I said, uh... Well, so we went, we hung out yesterday for the first of the Bucs losing game, which would be- First of many. Well, mm, maybe.
• 7:41
Well, no, 'cause they can only lose four. Right. So it's not really many. They can't lose a lot. First of a bunch. A few. Yes, they have to make it- It'll go seven games- The, the Suns lost-...
• 7:49
because it has to, 'cause that's how you make money... six or seven... pretty freaking good. Yeah, you're right. You're right. Anyway, so we were- You have to make- First of all- You have to make the money. Right...
• 7:55
with the ads, man. First of all, I was- Ugh... I was out there, and then I came back here, and then I went over there, and then we drank some beer, and then we went over there, and we drank more beer.
• 8:06
And I was like, "Oh, my God. Tim still lies." It's my whole thing. At Black Husky- Tim is a fucking liar... freaking frat boys. I love the guy to death, but man, he lies.
• 8:18
He gives you more than you bargained for- He does... on the ABV of the normal beer. Of the El Gato. So, yeah. Yep, so we ended up at Trax watching the beer hole. Oh, geez. Was G at Trax with you?
• 8:30
I think he had some buddies over there. It was... That guy knows, like, everybody. Yeah, he does. It's pretty weird. Ah, I love you, Steve. [humming] Thanks for getting me. Okay, so and then
• 8:43
11:00 this morning, I'm doing a little bit of computer work, and my buddy Bob, Bob the Builder, love you Bob, calls up and says, "Uh, I'm going to Conejitos. Oh. Do you want a margarita?"
• 8:56
[laughs] I'm like- Who's with me?... "That sort of seemed like a good idea at 11:00." So we went down there. Who's with me? Had a little, you know, just a half a pitcher, but boy, there's no ice in there. That's a lot.
• 9:05
Oh, that's a lot- That's a lot of margarita for lunch... of margarita, man. Then we went to see Sarah Joe. Oh, nice. Over to the Brick. Sarah Joe. Double- Where'd you eat, though, Conejitos or St- or the Brick? Yeah.
• 9:14
We, I ate at Conejitos. Yeah, of course you did. But, uh- It was like, yeah- That makes sense... both. [laughs] I know.
• 9:18
I actually was looking at eating, too, so we go- I was like, "Hey, I-" We go over by Sarah Joe, have a couple more beers, and then- "... like a Supra in your..."
• 9:24
I, and then I went to the warehouse, and I laid down on the mattress that my daughter said I don't need anymore. So I mean, she said that. I said, "Give me the mattress.
• 9:33
You can put it in the warehouse," 'cause it's awesome. And took a little nap there. Woke up at 5:40. This is about an hour nap, and then it, I was like, "Oh, is it tomorrow morning already?" 'Cause- Oops...
• 9:44
it had changed from sunny to cloudy and rainy and 60, 60. I'm like, "Oh, it's already morning." So I sent my wife a note. I said, "Hey, sorry I slept at the shop last night."
• 9:55
[laughs] She goes, "What are you talking about? It's still today." [laughs] So- Speaking of firing a shot. [laughs] I just, I d- I'm like, bam... I, I wanted to be, I w- Dude, that's kind of an epic fail right there.
• 10:08
No, I really, no, I, but I wanted to be the guy that says, "Here's where I am." Yeah, you screwed up. You know? She's like, "Uh..." And then I said, "Well, how come Jeff Joy's still on MSC at 5:40 in the morning?"
• 10:18
'Cause he's normally 3 to 6 on a Wednesday. Yeah. And I figured out it was still Wednesday, and we hadn't done the show yet, so- And then 6:00 rolled around- Well, and-... and you're like, "Great. Start off by Terry."
• 10:30
You know. Yeah. [laughs] It wouldn't be Terry Abel. Oh. [laughs] It wouldn't be a Rich Mars. I know. Terry would've been on to Jeff instead of Jeff Joy. To be fair- To be fair- To be fair-...
• 10:38
I, I woke up on Monday, and I was like, "Oh, I have a free day off." I'm like, and all of a sudden it dawned on me, "No, I'm supposed to go on a beach ride." Yeah, the, by the way, that beach ride was- Bitchin'...
• 10:50
uh, it was bitchin' because- It's really worth it, man... first of all, there was actually- I was surprised... there's actually a beach. There's a beach. Yeah, yeah. I, I just kind of- So with- That's good to know...
• 10:57
with very minimal splash aroundery with- Right... feet and whatnot, it was- Which was beautiful 'cause it was 90 freaking degrees. [laughs] Right. It was, it was awesome. We got all the way down to Lion's Den. Yeah.
• 11:08
And I don't know. What's that? It's like, I don't know. It's 45 minutes of riding, however far that is. Yeah. Um- Four miles or something. Is that it?
• 11:16
Um, sometimes squishy, sometimes hard, sometimes- Yeah, it was very soft... some things to jump over. Had a fun time.
• 11:22
Yeah, the, I, I thought that the sand was sort of just playing at making me not ride, but then I was riding a four-inch fat bike instead of a five-inch. Mm-hmm. So next time. I loved it. Also, I got a flat tire.
• 11:35
I had four-inch tires. I had no problem. You guys gotta see the thing Tony has in his bag, though. I think I have a picture of it 'cause I think Sam took one. It's the Ryobi, what's that thing called?
• 11:44
[laughs] Oh, my, my air inflator. The, yeah. Well, you said, well, instead of swapping- It's-... the tube out, 'cause I was super convinced this was just the stupid- Valve stem... valve stem. Yep, yep, not custom.
• 11:53
'Cause I had dropped the pressure down to, like, you know, four or five PSI to be all sand-friendly, and I was convinced that the reason why it was leaking air is 'cause that stupid valve wasn't seating. Right.
• 12:06
So I did, I took, I had a valve core tool, so I took the valve out. Yeah. I licked the thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 12:12
And I put it back in, and then it filled up again, and then it still was leaking, so maybe there's actually some kind of pinhole in there somewhere [laughs] Could be. Could be I don't know.
• 12:20
I'm not sure That, that auto inflator kicks ass Yeah, it does, 'cause if we would, A, I would've had to change the tube or, B, would've had to pump the thing up about, you know, four or five times. How many?
• 12:31
I don't know. Yeah. We stopped a couple- Which would've taken a really long time Yeah. It's, it's awesome. I know it's n- it's not that light, but- Ah...
• 12:37
boy howdy, that thing is cool Carry beer already, I might as well carry a pump [laughs] Right. It's, uh- Right on... it's basically weighs like th- it's a s- it's a can of- It's a six pack...
• 12:44
it's a can of two beers Right. It, nah, it's a little more than that- A little more... 'cause I had to throw a bigger battery on it. But yeah, it, it, it's well worth it.
• 12:51
I don't care what it weighs No, it's, uh- It's crazy. Just pull it up and be like, "All right, inflate", and you, we inflated you four times and it stood Yeah, probably And yeah- Yeah, no, the thing, and, and-...
• 12:59
I mean, it would've been brutal without it... you know, y- if you're gonna get one, you wanna get your, uh, your Silca, uh, you know, Presta adapter for it- Yep, yep... and it works- Nice. Yep, yep, yep, yep...
• 13:08
and here's my deal about Prestas. Those things are stupid Yep Why do they have those on fat bike wheels? 'Cause we're fools 'Cause you know what? Marketing They're only...
• 13:17
The, a Presta valve was only made for stupid, skinny French racing bikes back in the 1910s or some stuff. Ha ha ha Ha ha ha. So- Ah, yeah... I think just- I'm a cowboy this week...
• 13:29
I think ju- I ain't no Frenchman I think just- [laughs] First of all, they s- Presta valves suck at low pressure. They're the most worrisome, horrible thing. What you doing?
• 13:40
Tony's pointing at something There's a phone call, I believe I'm not... Phone call, shmone call. What are you doing? Is there somebody on the line?
• 13:47
I don't know what Tony's doing Ring the, the bell This is doing the thing The bell. The bell.
• 13:50
The bell Oh, for fu- oh, for fuck's sake From the top of the fucking hill I don't even know where the be- oh, there's the bell All the way up to the top of the hill. It says point at All right.
• 13:55
First of all, this reminds me of some more fuckery that happened this week Oh, yeah. We'll talk about that next, but first... [bell ringing] Oh. This is tasty Hey, freaking frackery Thank you, JK. This is tasty?
• 14:08
[laughs] Oh, I get it. He, so JK with his Nashville- Nashville Yee-haw Brewing This is, uh, from Johnson City, Tennessee. Don't know where that is, but, uh- Same here.
• 14:21
They just have the presence I'm gonna go ahead and, uh- Yee-haw... deal with... Can't even get my- It's a Yee-haw IPA Can't even get my finger in there Yee-haw IPA Just big labeling, no
• 14:33
confusion in a- Pretty straightforward, you know Yeah What the fuck you're buying Yeah, exactly I mean, it's like- Oh, it's not, no, that's not bad beer at all Pretty nice beer Yeah. And for a semi-approachable
• 14:45
Nashville tourist price, it still was like clo- Nice... still clocking in at, like, buying lakefront- Nice... here. You know, five or six Yeah. Right on I'm just like, "Yeah" It's tasty. Yee-haw. It's, it's black.
• 14:56
It's, it's a black can. It's a black can with white label. Very, yeah White label It jumped out at you. It jumps out at you in, in a cooler. You know, it's like, "Oh, what's that? I wonder what that is."
• 15:04
Oh, big letters I think it would jump out at you way better than a white label with, or white or silver if you will, with a black- Yeah...
• 15:12
Yee-haw IPA would Well, yeah, the, the negative sometimes- I mean, some kind of be hilarious. That'd be like those old, uh- Are you, are you their graphic artist or- They'd be like, like those old generic beers Right.
• 15:20
Exactly. That's what I thought It's just like beer, you know? [laughs] Repo man. I got... Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. Where's my cursor? So, it's six-seven percent Where's my cursor? Where's my cursor?
• 15:30
So it doesn't roll in too badly. No, it's good. It's good And it's an IPA, saying like- Hey, welcome to radio program caller. Who do we have on the line? What? Edward. Caller. Hello. Oh, there he is Big Sir Yeah.
• 15:45
Big Sir Yeah, I, dude, you don't even wanna know how excited and happy I am right now Do tell, how? I'm in Sandusky, Ohio Oh
• 16:02
I just grabbed myself a room and, uh, and then I'm, I got a taxi ride out to Cedar Point in the morning. I'm gonna ride some roller coasters, baby Nice [laughs] Yeah.
• 16:17
I, at your, at your advanced age, is that even good for you? Can you maybe have a heart attack up on there? A heart attack? Well, yeah, at your advanced age. I mean, I don't know, whatever.
• 16:26
Maybe, I don't know, are those roller coasters- I don't understand [laughs] He's giving you shit for being old Yeah Oh, oh, no. Oh, no. No, no, no, no No?
• 16:35
Uh, I've been a roller coa- I've been a roller coaster guy ever since I was a little kid and, uh, uh, I went m- most recently I went to Universal with my mom in, in, uh, 20- 2018 or 20- 2017. One of the two.
• 16:51
And, uh, I, I did the roller coasters. I was just fine. Yeah. Oh, no, no, no. I'm a roller coaster guy.
• 16:56
I, I thought you did The Simpsons I'm excited Roller coaster mama I thought you did The Simpsons earlier Well, yeah, well, I did The Simpsons, but, but there, there's a, there's a ride at Universal called The Incredible Hulk, and it is a amazing roller coaster Wow And I, I, I, I'm, I'm doing it.
• 17:13
I'm, I'm doing it up tomorrow. I can't wait Don't soil yourself Right?
• 17:17
So, you know, I mean, I know how to, I know how to fly an airplane and do loops and rolls and all sorts of stuff in an airplane, and I can do that when I'm flying, but when I'm on a roller coaster, I'm like, "I don't have any control."
• 17:28
I feel really, really- Helpless... really helpless. [laughs] Right there with you Yeah, I mean- I, I, I don't know.
• 17:35
Um, I mean, I'm, I'm sure th- there's, there's probably gonna be a ride or two that, that like makes me question my, makes me question whether I should be doing this or not.
• 17:45
But I mean, I, I, just by the looks of it, um, but, um, I'm, I'm going out to Cedar Point tomorrow and I'm gonna have a blast and- Fuck yeah... and I, I really, I, I, uh,
• 17:57
I, I have to say I, I haven't spent $400 that fast in a very long time [laughs]
• 18:05
Wow With the, with the, what the room for two nights and the, and the, and the, um, reservations and the ticket for tomorrow and then the, the, the, the cab ride out there and back 'cause
• 18:16
Hea- I, I would bring, I, I would ride Heather out there but-... raining some tomorrow, so I might, I might as well just keep my shit dry, right? Right. Mm-hmm.
• 18:26
Hey, by the way, uh- And, uh- Tell everybody how to donate to Big Sexy's fantastic trip across the country, just in case nobody remembers Well, it, and, and that, and that's another thing I wanted to bring up and, and I, I, I felt so stupid that as soon as I booked the room, as soon as I booked the tickets to Cedar Point, my AT&T called and said, "Oh yeah, by the way, your payment is due tomorrow."
• 18:51
I'm like, "Oh, fuck." Just for my r- for my phone service, but that's okay. I'll, I'll, I'll figure that out. I'm not, I am not begging for money here.
• 19:02
No, but, but still- But if you'd like to donate- People, people wanna live vicariously through Big Sexy Right... so how can they do that and feel good about themselves? If, yes.
• 19:10
If you'd like to donate, my Venmo is Jason-Becker, B-E-C-K-E-R-60.
• 19:22
And then, uh, my PayPal is, uh, beckhouse504.paypal.me. I don't really use PayPal anymore. I've been, I've been a Venmo guy for the last couple years, so. Yeah, PayPal's sort of like, I don't know.
• 19:38
We still use them for payment, but still. And, and, and- Yeah... PayPal, PayPal charge, PayPal charges you, PayPal charges you to send or, or do whatever. Venmo is completely free.
• 19:49
That's- No, but, but- So how does, so how does, so okay-... literally, and, and- So how does Venmo make money? Because you can't just do shit for free. I send PayPal's free. It doesn't- I, I, I don't, I don't know.
• 19:58
May- maybe because they have your money for a brief period of time, and they can do whatever they want to with it- Right. Yeah... as long as... You know? I, I, I have no idea.
• 20:05
But if, but if you send money to a friend on PayPal, it doesn't cost any money either. It's like friend or relative, yep, there you go. Always. Right. Pretty much. They, w- whatever. Pretty much have a lot of friends.
• 20:17
I don't know. I mean, we're, we're, we're talking like five years ago, I used to have to ask my mom to go to Walmart to put in a MoneyGram for me to pick up the next day at the next Walmart over in Louisiana or whatever.
• 20:33
Uh-huh. So we're, we're getting there as far, as far as all that goes, but I'm, I'm more of a Venmo guy, and it's, yeah, it's B- Jason-Becker-60.
• 20:46
And like, yeah, I'll, I would really, uh, I really appreciate all donations, but I am not homeless, hungry, or desperate. I promise you, I'm doing okay. And I cannot wait. I'm so excited.
• 20:57
We, we're, we're, uh, we're doing the, um, the boat on the 23rd. Yeah, I think we're gonna take off from Muskegon on the 23rd. So I, so I'm trying to figure out- Right...
• 21:08
I'm trying to figure out how w- I'm gonna hook up with you, and I think there's, Dave is coming. I don't know who- Yeah... else is making this trip, but, um, we're gonna- Well-...
• 21:19
we're, we're gonna get in there on the 22nd and ride out towards you and- Yep... meet you, meet you somewhere.
• 21:25
I wa- originally, I was thinking we should go to Grand Haven, 'cause it's awesome and we can ride the beach all the way down there. It's only 20 miles- Well-... from Muskegon, but I don't know.
• 21:34
We'll have to fi- Well, that, that's what I was thinking too... we'll have to figure out- I, I was, I was looking at the map, and I'm leaving my aunt's house on the 18th,
• 21:42
and I can just, uh, like, follow some bike paths or whatever and just start heading towards Muskegon. And, and we, we can just communicate or whatever. We, we got Facebook, we got Messenger, we got everything.
• 21:54
Everything. Technology. We'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll hook up somewhere in there. Do we have to shout out about it? And I can't wait to watch one of you, one, one of y'all try to ride ahead of... Ha, ha, ha, ha.
• 22:04
Oh, I agree. Tony's not even going. Is that, that- Panzy. I'm sorry. He said he was gonna ride ahead of- No, but that, that's the thing... but he's, now he's chickening out. Jackass. That's the stipulation.
• 22:13
So- One of, one of y- one of y'all has to switch bikes with me for a minute at least. I can, I can do that. I'll ride your bike. I'm not that way. [laughs] Tony's that way, 'cause he's not even going. Exactly.
• 22:23
'Cause I won't be there. Also, uh, we're doing- I-... we're doing one of the bonus stops at the shop here, where the tattoos are happening, and Tony will do pushups against anyone. 24. 24 pushups? Got to.
• 22:38
Get out of here. With the boys, 24. I can do way more than that. Yeah. What, what, what? I max out- It's a theme. It's a theme. Come on. It's a theme. It's a theme. It's a theme and you- How many pushups?
• 22:44
And this way you make it approachable. Pfft. I can already see this idea session. Man. I'll give you an extra check if you do 48. [laughs] Uh-huh. No, but yeah, man. I'm, I'm really- How about 225?... really, really,
• 22:55
I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you in person and, uh, and, and doing this, 'cause i- it's, it's, like, what I was just telling my people in Worcester, O- uh, I was in Worcester, Ohio,
• 23:07
and, uh, we had kind of a low-key weekend. It was just me and, and this couple I know that we met, we met on Bourbon Street in New Orleans when I was in my costume, and, uh, I was visiting them a couple times now.
• 23:20
Earth to Jason. But, um, I was telling them, I'm like, "Oh, this is, this is where the fun starts to begin," is like, "This is when I'm gonna meet up with these guys in Muskegon. We're gonna take the boat across."
• 23:30
Like, you know, and I'm really, I'm super excited. This is, like, where the fun begins for me, right, for this trip at least- Yes... right now. I'm, I'm super excited. So I, I d- I, I called them.
• 23:40
That's why I asked you for your information about your name and whatnot, and they were telling me- Yeah... that, that our certificates were, you had to do it by June 30th. I'm like, "Excuse me, Mrs. Super Bimbo."
• 23:55
Where are you seeing that? There's no date, there's no expiration date on my certificate until October 31st, so, uh- I checked mine... yeah, Tony checked his too. I'm like, yeah.
• 24:05
She said, "No, you had to book it by June 30th." I'm like, "Whatever, I don't care. I'd pay for the whole thing anyway. It's not a big deal." Right. Right. But still- But still... they're wrong. Right.
• 24:14
And she- [laughs] And I can't, I will not suffer fools here. And she, she... Well, I wanted to call her back and get the same one. I said, "Excuse me, Super Bimbo- What? "... uh, you're wrong"
• 24:24
But I'll, I'll tell you, I'll tell you what. The, the, the, the, the time I, the time I rode, I rode that boat across from Milwaukee to Muskegon, um, I got the ticket that morning with cash, and it was only $115.
• 24:41
And that, th- that day, the, Friday the 23rd, I sh- I, I, I'll have some money. So if it doesn't work out, it's the third- Oh, no, no, man. Oh, it's working out. I, I got you. We, I already- It's working out...
• 24:51
I've already- It ain't even a question... we already have 'em. It's, that's cool. I, we got you, man. This is, you don't need to worry about that crossing. It- But- It's just you need to worry about- But, but-...
• 25:01
whether you are who you say you are according to them, and if you have any firearms in your hip pocket, they might look at you cross-eyed, but- Oh, yeah, no.
• 25:10
Yeah, um, yeah, because, because I'm a, I'm a wanted criminal, and I've, I'd have made it across the- I'm riding my tricycle-...
• 25:17
1,014,000 miles- I'm riding my tricycle across the country and I'm a wanted- This is Tortoise and the Hare... I am a wanted criminal. Yeah. [laughs] Monroe. Well, I'll tell you what.
• 25:25
Um, me, me and, me and Connie, my, my friend Connie in Worcester, we added it up, and Heather's birthday is on Friday. Friday? It's her second birthday. Two years, I've got almost 15,000 miles on her. Wow.
• 25:42
[laughs] I don't have 15,000 miles on anything I own. [laughs] It's like- [laughs] Me either... you're now my hero. I mean, for real. Well, me either. Not even close. Well, it- Not even a electric bike?
• 25:52
Here's another thing. Ev- every time, every time I get a second, if I, if somebody pulls into a gas station or something in a Corvette, I would say, "Hey, my step- my stepdad has a '76 Corvette,
• 26:07
and this tricycle has more miles on it than it does." Yeah. Hey, happy-go-lucky picture taker, what are you doing over there? Nothing. There you go. Ah. Right.
• 26:17
Look at that- Well, you know- Look at that handsome gentleman. [laughs] Oh, man. Uh, uh, J- JK apparently felt he needed a, a cowboy hat from- Country-fy himself.
• 26:26
Yeah, he is down there with the, the country folk- The country folk... down in Nashville. [laughs] It does cover up, you know. Well. Yeah. No, it's a nice hat though. It covers up my big ass balls, possibly.
• 26:35
Plus, I'll tell you what, I've ha- I've got about 100 cowboy hats, and most of them are made out of felt, like hats should be made. Should they be? But those straw hats are way more cool on your helm. I- Yeah?
• 26:48
And it's a burnt marshmallow-y thing. It's not like I'm, like, stereotypical the white hat good guy, or the guy in the black hat, the villain. It is a burnt marshmallow though.
• 26:57
It's like I'm the good guy that's kinda, you know, singed a little bit. Yeah, you- The angel with the singed wings... you walked a, you walked a little too close to the sun, apparently with that hat Yeah, Daedalus.
• 27:06
Now we're wa- [laughs] Oh, yes. Oh, now we're jumping in. And- Ooh, Daedalus. To me-... and I was, and they have- Is that where we stake our Cardano?
• 27:12
They have a replica of the Parthenon in Nashville, and I have a picture of it. Wait, what? Of the Parthenon. There were many steps and columns. It was most tranquil.
• 27:22
Hey, hey, Big Sexy, when was the last time you were in Nashville? Nashville? Um, I was in Nashville, uh, last fall. I know it was before Halloween, but it was after Labor Day. Mess.
• 27:39
Um, and I, and I, and I went, I went through Nashville pretty, pretty damn quick. Uh, I like Nashville. Like, I- I don't know. I don't know. What'd you think? Did you- It, it, it, very, very hilly. Very hilly. Yes.
• 27:52
True that. Yes. Yes. It is a- Like, the sta- the state capitol's on top of a fucking mountain. [laughs] Well, yeah. But then, of course, you get to ride down. Yep. But I like the Parthenon.
• 28:08
But, um, but yeah, and, and it was, it was before that, that Christmas bombing, and that, that freaked me out 'cause I, I, I have friends in Nashville. I was like, "Are you guys okay? Holy crap."
• 28:20
Oh, yeah, that was some crazy stuff. Yeah. Um, but yeah, but Na- no, I love Nashville. Nashville was okay. I wasn't...
• 28:30
I mean, like, you're cr- you're crossing the river, and I'm looking at that, I'm looking at that stadium- Nice... being like, "Ooh, enem- enemy territory. Oh, boy." [laughs] I know. Right on, man.
• 28:43
You know what I didn't see wh- when I was, when I was passing near Buffalo, I didn't see the Buffalo Bills stadium. I was, I was upset about that. I'm like, "What the... Where, where's the stadium?"
• 28:53
I, and I didn't really look it up or anything like that, but I, I w- I wanted to kinda, I wanted to see the Buffalo Bills stadium. At least the parking lot where- I, I didn't get to, so. All right...
• 29:02
where all the tailgating, uh, belly flop- Oh, those backyard-... like, backyard wrestling bullshit [laughs] and- So be- so besides Pa- Yeah... besides Packer fans, I mean, I think Packer fans are mental.
• 29:13
I did- Uh, the Buffalo Bills fans- I did, I did, I did-... are right behind them. [laughs] For sure. Right. Well, I did, I did, I did see a, a couple of Buffalo Bills fans at a gas station.
• 29:23
I was like, "Ah, y'all getting ready to put yourself through some tables?" [laughs] Sure. And they looked at me like, "Huh?" And they're, and they're like, "Oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah." And I pointed to my pillowcase.
• 29:32
I'm like, "Hey, I'm a Saints fan. As a Saints fan, I'm saying that you guys are fucking crazy." [laughs] All right. All right, my brother. Saints fans are insane. All right, man. Good to, good to hear from you.
• 29:46
We're gonna wrap this super stupid puppy up here and- Yeah... uh, get on down the road. But we'll see, uh, uh- See you soon. Yeah. We're gonna, we're- Like, in person and stuff...
• 29:54
we're definitely gonna communicate before the actual day, but we're getting really close, and I- Well- A copulation... I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm super happy that we can- Oh, ho, ho. Making it sultry over here. Wait a minute.
• 30:05
JK's being kinda weird. Next, next week, next week I'll be calling, next week I'll be calling you from Hell, Michigan. Hell, yeah. Oh. Hell yeah. Do you know for a little while it was Gay Hell?
• 30:16
I will be, I will be, I will be in Hell next Wednesday, and I will be calling you. All right, brother. Rest in peace. That is awesome. Just if Lemmy was still alive- All right... he'd be happy[laughs] Yep, absolutely.
• 30:28
Uh, well, well keep in communication. Love you guys. Talk to you soon. Take it easy now. Hi, bye. Everybody take it easy. Later. And slow the fuck down. Diggety do. [laughs] Right? Just live life as it comes along.
• 30:40
Slow down. [laughs] Slow down. Wait, oh, I probably pushed the button a little early, but Big Sexy, everybody. Big- Uh-... Sexy... come on. D- don't you love following his exploits across the freaking country?
• 30:53
He's got a pretty charmed life, yeah. This is the greatest thing in the world. I'm so happy that he calls in, because otherwise we probably- There's nothing we'd really know...
• 31:00
wouldn't really have a show [laughs] most of the time. It happens, it happens. And- We'd go show to show, and be like- By the way-... "Is he talking about-" So Chewy- "... god damn that again?
• 31:10
Oh, my God, didn't he just say it last month?" Should we ask any of the listeners who might wanna help us move the stuff out of the shop to the new shop so we can get this ready? The listeners? What listener?
• 31:17
Well, we don't know. One listener. There could be one or two out there. Eh, I'm looking at the shop- We wanna move some stuff over there...
• 31:22
I'm, I'm looking at the shop, thinking that it's not gonna be that big a deal, and then I'm like, "Eh, it's, might be a thing." There's a lot of stuff in here. Well, I've, I've, mm- I gotta get a tattoo in here.
• 31:31
Yeah, I'm thinking- Partially, I wanna be able to say I got a tattoo in here... so I'm also think, I'm also thinking that I'm just gonna bite the bullet and wait till August to get out of here. Yeah, well then- So-...
• 31:40
you know, I have people that will watch this, and I will get my tattoo, and I will do pushups. I will look sexy. Yeah, but [laughs] what about, what about, what about the sit-up? It's hard to say. Let's do sit-ups.
• 31:50
Oh, we can do some sit-ups too. Sit-up, sit-ups. 24 sit-ups. You're, you're nearing a Tom Waits song right now. Mm-hmm. Two more set, 24 sit-ups, 24 pushups. 24. [sings] I got hair on my chest.
• 32:01
I look good without a shirt. [laughs] Yeah, exactly. [laughs] I mean, who doesn't look good without a shirt? I don't. Uh, amongst these fine gentlemen. Yeah, I don't. [laughs] Welcome to- But I can do pushups. Oh, yes.
• 32:14
Alternate, alternate. I just, you know- New podcast, Dan... I just, I gotta give a shout-out to Chewy and Spinner, 'cause those guys call in all the time. I'm like,
• 32:22
"Hey, you should call in more, because then our show's way better." Yeah. "Don't worry about it." Yeah. [laughs] They're going to, they're going to Single Speed USA within the next few weeks, and yeah.
• 32:36
Huh, all right then. Yeah. I got this button. We did this. I got this button thing here. It goes- All right. It, it goes like this. [sings] Bye. [upbeat music] Au revoir.
• 32:45
