Jane Doe 4’s Family Says She Fears the Trump Administration · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the most salacious bits of information
• 0:07
Speaker 1: we have received in the Epstein files comes from Jane
• 0:10
Speaker 1: Doe No. 4, who claims that she was abused by
• 0:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. Now, of course, Donald Trump,
• 0:19
Speaker 1: he denies any kind of association with Jeffrey Epstein whatsoever.
• 0:24
Speaker 1: whether it was friendly or otherwise. And the White House
• 0:27
Speaker 1: has come out forcefully and said this is a bunch
• 0:30
Speaker 1: of BS. However, according to Jane Doe Forr's family and friends,
• 0:36
Speaker 1: she's been forced to live off the grid now as
• 0:39
Speaker 1: she's in fear for her life and her safety. And look,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: people can roll their eyes at that and people can say,
• 0:45
Speaker 1: you know what, that's overblown. It's not like the U.S.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: government's going to do anything to you. But unfortunately, that's
• 0:50
Speaker 1: not the experience for a lot of people, including these girls.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: And when you're talking about the most powerful man in
• 0:57
Speaker 1: the world who has the DOJ at his beck and call,
• 1:01
Speaker 1: I'd be pretty scared too if I was coming out
• 1:03
Speaker 1: making those kinds of allegations. Now, with that said, are
• 1:08
Speaker 1: the allegations true? I have no idea. But I think
• 1:12
Speaker 1: it's worth an investigation and I think it's worth somebody
• 1:15
Speaker 1: taking a look and that somebody, in my opinion, should
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: be a special counsel. I don't think there's any time
• 1:22
Speaker 1: or any room for anything else. It's either we want
• 1:26
Speaker 1: to get to the bottom of this and hold people accountable,
• 1:29
Speaker 1: or we don't. Because the time for talk is over.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: Now it's time for a real investigation, for indictments, and
• 1:36
Speaker 1: hopefully convictions. Today we have an article from The Guardian
• 1:41
Speaker 1: and the headline, Alleged Epstein Victim and Trump Accuser Living
• 1:45
Speaker 1: in Fear of Retaliation, Relative Says. This article was authored
• 1:49
Speaker 1: by Marilyn W. Thompson. And this is the woman from
• 1:54
Speaker 1: South Carolina. And if you recall previously, we went through
• 1:58
Speaker 1: several articles from a newspaper in South Carolina that recounted
• 2:03
Speaker 1: the story and tried to piece the pieces together. And
• 2:06
Speaker 1: according to their investigation, it's inconclusive. A woman known as
• 2:12
Speaker 1: Jane Doe Forr in the Jeffrey Epstein files is staying
• 2:15
Speaker 1: off the grid and lives in fear of retaliation from
• 2:17
Speaker 1: the Trump administration amid an escalating controversy over its handling
• 2:21
Speaker 1: of her case. according to a family member. Trauma is brutal.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: Chronic trauma destroys, said the relative, who described the woman's
• 2:30
Speaker 1: life as layers of abuse dating back to early childhood.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: She's coping as best she can. Yo, I hope she
• 2:37
Speaker 1: gets some help, one way or the other. But remember,
• 2:41
Speaker 1: accusations like this, if they're false, they're very harmful. And
• 2:46
Speaker 1: anybody who makes accusations that are untrue should also face consequences.
• 2:51
Speaker 1: Because remember, it takes away from the overall abuse. And
• 2:55
Speaker 1: the people that were actually abused, well, they get pigeonholed
• 2:58
Speaker 1: and they get grouped together with people who are lying.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: And of course, that's all part of the plan to
• 3:04
Speaker 1: confuse and to obfuscate. But I think it's important that
• 3:08
Speaker 1: if people are telling lies and they're spreading falsehoods, that
• 3:12
Speaker 1: that gets called out too. Look, my goal has always
• 3:14
Speaker 1: been the same, to get as close to the truth
• 3:16
Speaker 1: as we can. Does that mean we're going to get there?
• 3:19
Speaker 1: Of course not. I wish I had some kind of
• 3:21
Speaker 1: magic wand where I can wave it and we just
• 3:23
Speaker 1: had all the answers. But that's not reality, right? We
• 3:28
Speaker 1: gotta keep grinding, unfortunately. The woman who had four interviews
• 3:34
Speaker 1: with FBI agents in 2019 that kept resurfacing in the
• 3:38
Speaker 1: Epstein sex trafficking scandal. She made unproven allegations she was
• 3:42
Speaker 1: abused by the New York financier in the 80s. then
• 3:46
Speaker 1: sexually assaulted by Donald Trump when she was between 13
• 3:50
Speaker 1: and 15 years old. The White House has called her
• 3:53
Speaker 1: allegations completely baseless and backed by zero credible evidence. A claim,
• 3:58
Speaker 1: it said, was supported by the fact that the Biden administration,
• 4:02
Speaker 1: Justice Department, knew about the allegations but did nothing with them. Well,
• 4:06
Speaker 1: I don't think that's good enough proof. The Justice Department,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: whether it's Biden, whether it's Trump, whether it's Trump the
• 4:13
Speaker 1: first time, whether it's Obama... Didn't give a flying fuck.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: So let's not use the Justice Department and their interest
• 4:20
Speaker 1: as some kind of barometer. The reason the Justice Department
• 4:22
Speaker 1: didn't want anything to do with it, Trump or otherwise,
• 4:25
Speaker 1: is because they'd blow the whole thing open. And they
• 4:28
Speaker 1: couldn't have that. This shit was like mutually assured destruction, right?
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Like a nuclear deterrent. And the only reason it came
• 4:36
Speaker 1: to light is because you guys forced it. That's it.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: And now you see this cleanup operation that they're engaging in.
• 4:42
Speaker 1: trying to make everybody move on, and trying to sterilize
• 4:45
Speaker 1: the damning information that's coming out. She's one of the
• 4:50
Speaker 1: only alleged Epstein victims to have directly accused Trump, and
• 4:53
Speaker 1: irregularities in the Justice Department's handling of her case have
• 4:57
Speaker 1: now become a rallying point for critics of Acting Attorney
• 5:00
Speaker 1: General Todd Blanch, who is the U.S. President's nominee for
• 5:04
Speaker 1: a permanent appointment. That should never happen. Anybody who gives
• 5:08
Speaker 1: this guy the nod and approves him taking over as
• 5:11
Speaker 1: Attorney General is questionable. Like, why would you think Todd
• 5:16
Speaker 1: Blanche is the right guy? With all the controversy, all
• 5:20
Speaker 1: the bullshit, and the fact that he's managing an ongoing cover-up,
• 5:24
Speaker 1: do we really want to have him as the Attorney General?
• 5:26
Speaker 1: A federal judge in Washington last week gave Blanche until
• 5:29
Speaker 1: July 2nd to produce unredacted versions of files the Justice
• 5:33
Speaker 1: Department has already released, or provide an explanation for why
• 5:37
Speaker 1: it cannot produce the unredacted records. The Department of Justice, DOJ,
• 5:42
Speaker 1: was also ordered to release interview notes related to Jane
• 5:45
Speaker 1: Doe Foer's allegations. The decision was part of a civil
• 5:49
Speaker 1: case against Blanche brought by journalist Katie Fang. And it's
• 5:54
Speaker 1: crazy that Katie Fang has to do this. Where's the
• 5:58
Speaker 1: New York Times? Or the Washington Post? Or Fox News?
• 6:04
Speaker 1: Late Friday, the Justice Department's No. 3 official, Stanley Woodward,
• 6:08
Speaker 1: gave notice he will join the case. They really, really
• 6:12
Speaker 1: don't want these documents released, tweeted Brendan Ballew, a lawyer
• 6:15
Speaker 1: for the Public Integrity Project, who's representing Fang. No, they
• 6:19
Speaker 1: do not. If they wanted them released, they would have
• 6:22
Speaker 1: released them. And this is what I mean by a cover-up.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: It's not always blunt. It's not always directly in your face.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: But it's happening behind the scenes. And you can tell
• 6:34
Speaker 1: it's happening because of the shockwaves that come after it.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: These decisions that are being made Yo, somebody's making them, right?
• 6:42
Speaker 1: The system itself isn't making the decision. So, who signed
• 6:46
Speaker 1: off on it? Let's see the paperwork. If it's this
• 6:49
Speaker 1: big systemic issue and everything's falling apart, can we see
• 6:53
Speaker 1: the paper trail, please? Alleged Epstein victims and supporters want Blanche,
• 6:59
Speaker 1: the president's former personal attorney, to explain why about 2.5
• 7:04
Speaker 1: million other records of unknown importance were deemed duplicative or
• 7:08
Speaker 1: legally protected by Blanche himself. and never released. No explanation.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: Just trust us, bro. The president's personal attorney. Now, I
• 7:18
Speaker 1: know people on the right are going to try and
• 7:20
Speaker 1: make excuses for it, but stop it. You guys would
• 7:24
Speaker 1: be apoplectic if this was happening under Biden. If this
• 7:28
Speaker 1: was Merrick Garland doing this, forget it. And you'd be right.
• 7:32
Speaker 1: You would be right. But now that it's your guy,
• 7:38
Speaker 1: I'm hearing all these excuses about why Blanche is qualified.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: This dude is not qualified. He doesn't need to be
• 7:46
Speaker 1: the Attorney General, acting, or otherwise. It should not be
• 7:50
Speaker 1: Jane Doe Forrest's responsibility to keep coming forward. Sky Roberts,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: the brother of deceased Epstein victim, survivor you mean, Virginia Roberts,
• 7:58
Speaker 1: who became a leading victim's advocate, told The Guardian, Yo,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: they're lucky Virginia's not alive. I'm telling you right now.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: She'd be going bananas. The way that they're trying to
• 8:10
Speaker 1: twist this, the nonsense they're up to, forget it. She's
• 8:15
Speaker 1: already given her testimony to the FBI. It should be
• 8:18
Speaker 1: justice's responsibility to take the evidence and press forward, he said.
• 8:22
Speaker 1: That's how it usually works, right? Case is presented, justice
• 8:26
Speaker 1: takes it over, and they start investigating. But you can't
• 8:31
Speaker 1: tell me that there was an investigation, because they never
• 8:34
Speaker 1: talked to anybody. So how are you having an investigation
• 8:37
Speaker 1: if you're not talking to possible co-conspirators? What exactly are
• 8:40
Speaker 1: you investigating? Judge Emmett Sullivan's order to comply with the
• 8:44
Speaker 1: Epstein Transparency Act was a real win for victims. Former
• 8:47
Speaker 1: prosecutor and legal commentator Joyce Vance wrote on Substack. And
• 8:54
Speaker 1: I think that's true. I think it is a victory. Now,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: I wouldn't be popping the champagne bottles just yet. We
• 9:01
Speaker 1: don't know if the Justice Department is going to comply
• 9:04
Speaker 1: or find a way to wiggle out. And considering who's
• 9:07
Speaker 1: running the show... My guess is they're trying to wiggle.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: The handling of Jane Doe Ford's case file has been
• 9:14
Speaker 1: controversial since the Justice Department rushed to comply with a
• 9:17
Speaker 1: law passed by Congress in November and signed into law
• 9:21
Speaker 1: by Trump, requiring release of all documents related to Epstein
• 9:25
Speaker 1: and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. Epstein died in jail in
• 9:29
Speaker 1: an apparent suicide. At least they say apparent here. In
• 9:32
Speaker 1: August of 2019, and Maxwell is serving 20 years, at
• 9:37
Speaker 1: a minimum security prison in Texas, where she was transferred
• 9:41
Speaker 1: after two interviews with Blanche. Yeah, you know, that's normal.
• 9:46
Speaker 1: Why are you complaining? Everything's copacetic. There's no misconduct here.
• 9:50
Speaker 1: We just transfer people like Elaine Maxwell to lower security
• 9:53
Speaker 1: facilities all the time. That's the kind of shit they
• 9:57
Speaker 1: tried to tell us. And it's obviously not true and
• 10:01
Speaker 1: then of course they said it was security issues yeah
• 10:05
Speaker 1: okay because people are getting stabbed by the dozen down
• 10:09
Speaker 1: in tallahassee blanche was in charge of compliance according to
• 10:14
Speaker 1: answers the fired attorney general pam bondy gave to the
• 10:17
Speaker 1: house oversight committee He directed a hastily assembled team of
• 10:22
Speaker 1: 500 reviewers and led decisions about document handling. Yeah, Bondi
• 10:26
Speaker 1: wanted nothing to do with it, right? Threw this dude
• 10:28
Speaker 1: directly under the bus. Yo, that's a Todd Blanche operation.
• 10:32
Speaker 1: Nothing to do with me. I was busy. I got
• 10:35
Speaker 1: other shit to do. In several waves, the Justice Department
• 10:41
Speaker 1: uploaded more than 3 million documents into a database that
• 10:44
Speaker 1: was fraught with issues. Victims' names were exposed. as well
• 10:48
Speaker 1: as compromising photographs and the DOJ promise to correct mistakes.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: Retracted without explanation were potential co-conspirators and names of friends
• 10:58
Speaker 1: who wrote to Epstein about young women. None of it
• 11:01
Speaker 1: should have been redacted. The law states that the only
• 11:04
Speaker 1: redaction should be for the privacy of victims. That's it.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: Nobody else. But here we are with a whole entire
• 11:11
Speaker 1: document or multiple documents, millions, with tons of redactions. A
• 11:17
Speaker 1: massive document release in January included the formal FBI 302
• 11:21
Speaker 1: report of one Jane Doe 4 interview, along with numerical
• 11:25
Speaker 1: identifier for her case. She had called into the FBI's
• 11:29
Speaker 1: Epstein hotline after his arrest in July of 2019, and
• 11:33
Speaker 1: the agency deemed her account worthy of further investigation. Around
• 11:37
Speaker 1: the same time, the woman's confidant called into the hotline
• 11:40
Speaker 1: separately to report that she knew about Jane Doe 4.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: Journalists at NPR and elsewhere used the woman's case file
• 11:47
Speaker 1: number to discover other missing records. Under pressure, the Department
• 11:51
Speaker 1: of Justice in March released three additional interviews with Jane
• 11:55
Speaker 1: Doe Foer, which included her fuzzy memory of an alleged
• 11:59
Speaker 1: 1980s encounter with Trump after she said Epstein introduced her
• 12:03
Speaker 1: in New York or New Jersey. The Justice Department still
• 12:07
Speaker 1: has not released handwritten interview notes from the sessions with
• 12:10
Speaker 1: Jane Doe Foer. And why not? If it's all BS,
• 12:14
Speaker 1: and it's all fugazi, release it. Let the people decide.
• 12:20
Speaker 1: I thought we were the most transparent administration in history. Well,
• 12:23
Speaker 1: I guess fucking not, huh? Only reporters from the Post
• 12:31
Speaker 1: and Courier in Charleston, South Carolina, have reviewed the notes,
• 12:34
Speaker 1: citing an unnamed source. The agent's scribble includes names of
• 12:38
Speaker 1: a few high school friends who might be able to
• 12:40
Speaker 1: verify some aspects of Jane Doe Ford's account, but not
• 12:44
Speaker 1: the alleged incident with Trump, the news outlet reported. And
• 12:47
Speaker 1: there it is. It's an allegation and that's it. Now,
• 12:52
Speaker 1: does that mean it's not important? Hell no, it is.
• 12:55
Speaker 1: It needs to be investigated fully. And we need to
• 12:59
Speaker 1: find out what happened. And I think the best way
• 13:03
Speaker 1: to do that, now stick with me, is a special counsel.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: The transparency law gives few reasons for withholding documents and
• 13:12
Speaker 1: forbids keeping them from being withheld on the basis of embarrassment,
• 13:16
Speaker 1: reputational harm, or political sensitivity. The FBI never brought charges
• 13:21
Speaker 1: against any individual in connection to Jane Doe Ford's allegations,
• 13:26
Speaker 1: and there's no indication the FBI investigated Jane Doe Forrest claims,
• 13:30
Speaker 1: after concluding its interviews in August of 2019, when Trump
• 13:35
Speaker 1: was serving his first term as president. The woman cut
• 13:39
Speaker 1: off her FBI contact, telling agents she believed she was
• 13:42
Speaker 1: being followed, according to the FBI report of the final interview.
• 13:47
Speaker 1: Her relative declined to disclose her current whereabouts. Look, that
• 13:51
Speaker 1: is all plausible. Was she being followed? Maybe. They do
• 13:55
Speaker 1: that kind of shit. They love to intimidate people. And
• 13:59
Speaker 1: they love to try and get people to shut up.
• 14:04
Speaker 1: And when I say they, let me be clear. I
• 14:07
Speaker 1: mean powerful people. Not they as, you know, some unseen cabal.
• 14:11
Speaker 1: I mean powerful people in general. Look at what Harvey
• 14:14
Speaker 1: Weinstein did. Look at what Jeffrey Epstein did to Brad Edwards,
• 14:18
Speaker 1: to the investigators down in Florida who were looking into him.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: Epstein was so brazen, he had private investigators going through
• 14:25
Speaker 1: the trash of the police officers that were investigating him.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: The attorney who represented her during two FBI interviews said
• 14:35
Speaker 1: he never received follow-up calls from the two female agents
• 14:38
Speaker 1: or copies of their 302 reports, which he said are
• 14:41
Speaker 1: usually provided to defense counsel. The Guardian is not naming
• 14:45
Speaker 1: the attorney who practices in a small family firm or
• 14:49
Speaker 1: his location to protect the alleged victim's identity. Okay, I
• 14:53
Speaker 1: can get down with that. That's fine. If it goes
• 14:56
Speaker 1: to court, it's going to be different, right? We're going
• 14:58
Speaker 1: to know everything. The attorney said his mission was protecting
• 15:03
Speaker 1: his client against possible criminal charges as she answered FBI
• 15:06
Speaker 1: questions about referring friends to a man she knew only
• 15:10
Speaker 1: as Jeff, who she said was visiting a luxury property
• 15:14
Speaker 1: near her family's home in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The
• 15:18
Speaker 1: woman told agents she told a few friends on the
• 15:20
Speaker 1: beach about an older man who could supply drugs and liquor.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: That tracks. But we think Epstein's above that shit. In 2020,
• 15:31
Speaker 1: a Jane Doe joined a lawsuit against Epstein's estate with
• 15:34
Speaker 1: allegations and biographical details that matched those in the FBI interviews.
• 15:39
Speaker 1: She later dropped her claims. In March, oversight committee members
• 15:43
Speaker 1: questioned Epstein's accountant and lawyer, who were co-administrators of Epstein's estate,
• 15:49
Speaker 1: about any payment to the alleged victim directly from the estate.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: The woman's claim with a special fund for Epstein's victim
• 15:56
Speaker 1: was denied, but one of her attorneys told the Post
• 15:59
Speaker 1: and Courier that that she had received a settlement from
• 16:01
Speaker 1: the estate. Accountant Richard Kahn had first acknowledged the settlement,
• 16:06
Speaker 1: then after conferring with his attorney, said he could neither
• 16:08
Speaker 1: confirm nor deny any payment. Blanche faces what are expected
• 16:13
Speaker 1: to be contentious confirmation hearings later this summer before the
• 16:16
Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary Committee. Oh, they should be. I really hope
• 16:21
Speaker 1: they don't softball that shit. If anybody needs to be grilled,
• 16:25
Speaker 1: it's Todd Bitch-Ass Blanche. The White House has said that
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Trump was totally exonerated by the release of the Epstein files. Well,
• 16:35
Speaker 1: that's it, folks. Donald Trump has been exonerated. We don't
• 16:39
Speaker 1: need to investigate anymore. We don't need to look into
• 16:41
Speaker 1: the case. We don't need to talk to anybody because
• 16:43
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's been exonerated. All right, back here in reality, though.
• 16:47
Speaker 1: We're going to keep looking. We're going to keep investigating.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: And we're going to keep following the truth and the
• 16:52
Speaker 1: evidence wherever it leads us, just like we've been doing
• 16:55
Speaker 1: for the past seven years. And if it takes seven more,
• 16:58
Speaker 1: me and my big mouth will be right here the
• 17:01
Speaker 1: whole entire time. But until then, that's going to do
• 17:04
Speaker 1: it for this one. All the information that goes with
• 17:07
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
