- 0:01Speaker 2: Oh Lord, that's British Lord, and she gives an.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Yeah the chamber mate fruit and okay the Lord.
- 0:20Speaker 1: If I was there and you're like, suck it my life,
- 0:27Speaker 1: I think I would.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Relatable relatable.
- 0:39Speaker 5: The Relatables podcast is hosted by myself, Jake Craig a
- 0:42Speaker 5: k A.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I don't know if I can say it.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Today Daddy and my partner in crime, Oddie Clark a
- 0:46Speaker 3: k A.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Mummy and we have a massive announcement today. I'm so
- 0:51Speaker 1: excited to introduce our guest today. Food hadn't James, Ships.
- 0:56Speaker 4: And gigs, So let's go, baby.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Thank you for coming on.
- 1:05Speaker 4: We've got a down pack from.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Right now when we're at home at our own studio,
- 1:08Speaker 1: but with guests. Yeah, it seems I gotta call him
- 1:10Speaker 1: daddy in front of other people.
- 1:13Speaker 6: Take some get used to.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I can imagine we.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Have a little bit of a problem to start because Daddy, Daddy, Daddy,
- 1:20Speaker 1: there's triple daddy. Did you guys come up with the
- 1:25Speaker 1: come from?
- 1:26Speaker 4: I think it just said it.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeah, anyone is stuck.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, mummy is insane. Where did that come was that?
- 1:34Speaker 3: It was the first patron episode we ever did I
- 1:37Speaker 3: never wear shorts, and I wore shorts on this patron
- 1:40Speaker 3: episode and he was like, oh, what's the shorts. I
- 1:42Speaker 3: was like, yeah, daddy wears shorts on Patreon. And then
- 1:44Speaker 3: he goes, if you're Daddy, who are mine? I was like, Mummy,
- 1:47Speaker 3: and then.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Yeah, there's more.
- 1:51Speaker 1: There's more to it. On our podcast, we have like
- 1:56Speaker 1: a deep segment where we talk about the feelings because
- 1:58Speaker 1: we want to normalize men talk about their feeling and
- 2:00Speaker 1: stereotypically Jake's not as good at it as me, and
- 2:04Speaker 1: like I sort of bring up the topic. So women
- 2:06Speaker 1: are normally better at talking about their feelings. So Mummy
- 2:09Speaker 1: and I kind of claim.
- 2:10Speaker 7: It before we we thought because like we we don't
- 2:20Speaker 7: do guests often and Big I don't want to see
- 2:24Speaker 7: her and pretend like we aren't fans of you guys,
- 2:26Speaker 7: thank you, so we would We just wanted to say
- 2:28Speaker 7: that we are fans.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I think I'm maybe a bit more of a fan
- 2:32Speaker 1: than Oddie, but.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Yeah, just so you guys know you.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Now, we just wanted to say, like obviously, before we started,
- 2:46Speaker 1: we didn't want the whole podcast to be just glazing
- 2:48Speaker 1: because we do honestly, in the podcast, industry. When we
- 2:52Speaker 1: started like three years ago. I remember Jake came to
- 2:55Speaker 1: me and check these guys out fits and gigs and
- 2:57Speaker 1: I checked him out and we were flopping them for
- 2:58Speaker 1: ages and we've honestly like looked at you. Was like
- 3:00Speaker 1: top tier comedy podcast male duos for play ages, and
- 3:05Speaker 1: we based a lot of our stuff off just like
- 3:07Speaker 1: you guys. And it's honored being here with you.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Yeah, just like a big inspiration.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I'll probably look at you.
- 3:16Speaker 8: I look at the floor, yell.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It's hard to keep compliments.
- 3:20Speaker 6: Though, actually I can't stand it.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but we want to start off and just like
- 3:23Speaker 3: give you guys your prayers and not sit here and
- 3:25Speaker 3: be like, yeah, this is normal, this is our world.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Guys, we appreciate as well.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Man, this is oh yeah, we appreciate you coming out,
- 3:33Speaker 3: like before we do any sort of like I guess
- 3:37Speaker 3: intros Ordie and I wanted to do a couple of
- 3:41Speaker 3: segments to just like I guess, get looped up as
- 3:45Speaker 3: you go and as you would say, pause looped up
- 3:48Speaker 3: and then we'll be more comfortable in like maybe ten
- 3:51Speaker 3: twenty minutes and then so we were going to do yeah,
- 3:55Speaker 3: pretty much, it's necessary working together, all right, So what
- 4:06Speaker 3: we do actually for the longest time, you know, we're
- 4:11Speaker 3: very agreeable with each other.
- 4:13Speaker 6: We're very similar.
- 4:14Speaker 3: We're very agreeable and like a lot of time, maybe
- 4:16Speaker 3: a topic would come up and if we did disagree,
- 4:18Speaker 3: it would take like two minutes for the other one
- 4:20Speaker 3: of us.
- 4:20Speaker 1: We hate confrontations.
- 4:24Speaker 2: We're pretty similar that.
- 4:25Speaker 3: So we started doing at the start of this year.
- 4:27Speaker 3: We have a dedicated like argument at the start of
- 4:31Speaker 3: an episode, and so we usually flip a coin and
- 4:35Speaker 3: this we say the topic of the argument, flip a coin.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Whoever wants like decide they want chooses and in the air.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Then when usually someone's toxic, when they actually aren't toxic, it's.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Hard to argue. And so today we wanted to argue
- 4:47Speaker 1: can we steal?
- 4:47Speaker 4: That's fun? Interesting?
- 4:55Speaker 1: I like this definitely. We're not flipping a coin to that.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Yeah, today we were going to go us against you guys.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Okay, fair, We're going to argue for Australia and you
- 5:03Speaker 3: will argue for in England or against Australia whatever you.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Easy, Okay, So we'll kick things off because we're in Australia.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Yea.
- 5:13Speaker 1: So we'll firstly start the argument with saying I think
- 5:16Speaker 1: Australia is way better in England purely because of the weather.
- 5:21Speaker 6: Weather's calm here.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Whether it's calm here, yeah, cute the word.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Yeah, that's why.
- 5:30Speaker 2: You're stuff.
- 5:36Speaker 8: To wake up at like five am, six a m.
- 5:38Speaker 8: There's no sign freezing outside. Yeah your car, shaken car.
- 5:44Speaker 8: You might have had a soft easy line man, all
- 5:46Speaker 8: your I bet all your palms are soft as well.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Yeah, no, working, I've got cases.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And outside every day and outside in England like once
- 5:56Speaker 4: in my life.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not for the same time.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Yeah, what is that to say, you guys aren't paint
- 6:01Speaker 4: in England is very good.
- 6:01Speaker 8: It just builds, builds characters. We're just more tapped in
- 6:05Speaker 8: and harder in life.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Yeah yeah fa yeah Australia.
- 6:13Speaker 2: No, we've got this.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Yeah. But have you guys spent any time at the
- 6:15Speaker 1: beach in England ever?
- 6:16Speaker 6: No?
- 6:17Speaker 4: No, yeah, ten, No.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I don't need to.
- 6:19Speaker 6: I don't need to fair enough.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Someone else side just last to be fair. Beaches in
- 6:27Speaker 4: England are trash, terrible, But beaches Australia they're just first traps, yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 4: because you go there and then people die. So no
- 6:37Speaker 4: one ever dies in England unless they were going there
- 6:40Speaker 4: for that.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. It was a purpose there.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Yeah, this is a sing. No one's dying the beaches
- 6:46Speaker 4: in England, bro we just live life.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Okay, I hear it, I hear it. Yeah, yeah, I
- 6:51Speaker 1: do hear it.
- 6:51Speaker 3: But in England I understand that there's like you know,
- 6:54Speaker 3: you don't if you're very far through different accents.
- 6:56Speaker 1: A lot of history. Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 6:58Speaker 3: But in Australia, in the same country, and you could
- 7:01Speaker 3: go see all these beautiful places Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth,
- 7:04Speaker 3: different landscapes in each one, so much variety.
- 7:10Speaker 4: Agreed on the journey from each city. I'm pretty sure
- 7:13Speaker 4: we've been this close to death. Yeah, the turbulence in
- 7:16Speaker 4: this place, trying to go from one silly little city,
- 7:21Speaker 4: it's a death and yeah it's it's not been cute.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Whereas in England an hour two hours. The difference between
- 7:29Speaker 4: Manchester and Liverpool, I'm pretty sure is like there's two
- 7:32Speaker 4: most one of the two of the most iconic cities
- 7:34Speaker 4: in England. They're like forty five minutes away from each other.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Complete different accent, complete different city, complete different culture, quick
- 7:39Speaker 4: little drive, easy, no airport, nothing, no security, just in
- 7:43Speaker 4: your car, forty five minutes, brand new situation.
- 7:46Speaker 6: You guys have from the Beatles to Oasis for five minutes.
- 7:49Speaker 2: You guys have like six major cities and the rest
- 7:51Speaker 2: is barren.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Yeah, you've got a whole culture with nothing in it.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I feel like we've evolved from England bus. This is
- 7:56Speaker 1: the second time around. Yeah, Like we've got so much
- 7:58Speaker 1: space and we're evolving and getting better with all these
- 8:00Speaker 1: like different towns and cities and everything like that. You
- 8:02Speaker 1: guys are as good as it's getting, Like, we got
- 8:04Speaker 1: we got room to grow.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Remind me who's on your currency again?
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm pretty sure I saw the queen on the
- 8:13Speaker 4: money over here, which is hilarious, heinous stand up. And also,
- 8:20Speaker 4: but we when we became independent, Yeah, because we are
- 8:22Speaker 4: part of the comm world.
- 8:23Speaker 1: But do they have power here? Not really?
- 8:25Speaker 6: No.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Do you have to have a visa when you come,
- 8:26Speaker 1: don't you valid? Yes? You do. And so what we
- 8:29Speaker 1: gave them was based on the money.
- 8:32Speaker 4: What you gave that to us, You gave that to us.
- 8:35Speaker 1: It will be nice fair.
- 8:36Speaker 4: We said, hey, we'll go independent.
- 8:38Speaker 2: But keep the keep the face.
- 8:41Speaker 4: You guys can have something and you can be We're
- 8:43Speaker 4: part of the commonweal.
- 8:44Speaker 2: That's why he's half of what is.
- 8:47Speaker 1: God.
- 8:47Speaker 8: That's literally why that's your money is well half half
- 8:54Speaker 8: cart with a smile on my face because I'm not
- 8:56Speaker 8: gonna get more from my money.
- 8:57Speaker 4: Robbery Yeah yeah, daylight ribery. Robbie need for three weeks
- 9:02Speaker 4: every day?
- 9:03Speaker 2: Yeah wow yeah easy.
- 9:06Speaker 4: That's bad for good for you.
- 9:08Speaker 5: You're arguing it's true, that's actually true.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Bad play, oh man.
- 9:13Speaker 6: Yeah, you guys have done no care for her. Yeah,
- 9:15Speaker 6: not bad, not bad.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's good argument.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:20Speaker 4: I mean, you guys are way too good at that.
- 9:25Speaker 3: You go against each other versus depending on you guys,
- 9:29Speaker 3: we usually do it again, it depends on what your
- 9:31Speaker 3: topic is.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Normally toxic and the others like wholesome.
- 9:33Speaker 6: That's what I think I could land toxic.
- 9:35Speaker 2: I'd be wholesome. Yeah, yeah, it depends on the topic.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Yeah, Okay, I don't think I'll be able to snap
- 9:41Speaker 4: out of it though, if you like, I'm really competitive,
- 9:45Speaker 4: so like, yeah, if I need to take the toxic side, I'm.
- 9:47Speaker 6: Just going to go and go and go and go
- 9:48Speaker 6: and go.
- 9:48Speaker 3: And the good thing about the toxic side though, is
- 9:51Speaker 3: most of the time it is just like unreasonable.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yaid, we want you can keep being unreasonable.
- 9:55Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, yeah, bro, I would lock he saying about
- 10:04Speaker 9: it all right, that's a fun segment.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Yeah, no, it is.
- 10:07Speaker 1: It's fun to get get the juices.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Okay, guys. Up next, we've got i g question of
- 10:17Speaker 3: the week. Would you guys do as well? Yeah, let's go.
- 10:19Speaker 1: We put it here because you guys know me check
- 10:21Speaker 1: at the start somewhere, so we thought, because you guys
- 10:26Speaker 1: are both the daddies, thank you, sir.
- 10:29Speaker 3: We asked our followers things you call your man other
- 10:33Speaker 3: than daddy?
- 10:35Speaker 2: Interesting?
- 10:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and good responses. Yeah, good responses. Because there's a
- 10:42Speaker 1: few daddies in the room. I wanted to see if
- 10:43Speaker 1: you guys would maybe pick any of the names.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Up after interesting.
- 10:46Speaker 1: If I haven't adopt some.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Of the names, we'll preface, I don't think any of
- 10:51Speaker 3: mine will. We wanted to be picked up, but that's okay.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Give away about pot is we kind of like put
- 10:56Speaker 1: men in their place a lot of the time. So
- 10:58Speaker 1: that's okay.
- 10:59Speaker 3: All of our responses the things because we have like
- 11:00Speaker 3: nine percent female followers. Yeah, and then for some reason
- 11:06Speaker 3: we just find it funny.
- 11:07Speaker 1: But some good you might have duped someone them you
- 11:10Speaker 1: kick things off.
- 11:11Speaker 6: Okay.
- 11:11Speaker 3: So Things you call your man other than daddy, pussy
- 11:15Speaker 3: ass bitch.
- 11:18Speaker 2: My breath away, pussy bitch. Damn she runs the.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Wow runs the house, She makes all the money. Choice,
- 11:37Speaker 4: What do you want for dinner? Yeah, you pussy bitch?
- 11:41Speaker 4: That would have would would rock me.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Things you call your man other than daddy forever penis
- 11:50Speaker 1: have a penis.
- 11:51Speaker 2: I don't know how I feel about that.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yeah, what's that meanther dick, like the only dick she needs.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, that's a good one. I hear it.
- 12:00Speaker 5: That is a good one.
- 12:01Speaker 8: I think the term penis, I think forever its formal
- 12:08Speaker 8: talk to me, nasty.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Yeah, that was out of a textbook. Yeah.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Things you call your man other than daddy when he's angry, Hey,
- 12:16Speaker 3: little man?
- 12:19Speaker 2: Yeah hum yeah yeah.
- 12:25Speaker 8: I feel like they always do that to start an
- 12:27Speaker 8: argument that they can get sucked afterwards.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 12:31Speaker 4: That's actually I don't want to say always. Sometimes yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 4: a little rip poke because they want the makeup sets makeup.
- 12:41Speaker 8: I don't bite because I'm angry, I'm livid.
- 12:45Speaker 6: Just mister, what you say a little man?
- 12:48Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, stuff like that, Like I've realized through my
- 12:51Speaker 4: relationships I'm not very good at like getting turned on
- 12:53Speaker 4: by derogatory terms.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah, personally, yeah.
- 12:56Speaker 4: I take it real personally. And then if anything might
- 12:58Speaker 4: get smaller, if anything is way smaller facts and now
- 13:03Speaker 4: I am man. Now I'm self conscious ab whose fault is?
- 13:06Speaker 6: And you're a bully? So yeah, cool.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Man other than daddy, you guys might like this one.
- 13:15Speaker 1: My lord, my.
- 13:17Speaker 8: Lord, that's British lord.
- 13:22Speaker 2: And she gives a.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Yeah, the chamber made.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Fruit and my lord, that one's gonna be there.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Things you call your man other than daddy, my little
- 13:41Speaker 3: slut boy.
- 13:43Speaker 4: Damn, I don't have.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Boy you're saying that doesn't say.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know how I felt about that.
- 13:57Speaker 3: What if you what if you texted her and like
- 14:00Speaker 3: maybe she hadn't replied, right, and then you came home
- 14:03Speaker 3: and just like you were texting, I'll be home in
- 14:05Speaker 3: ten minutes, and she didn't reply, So then you were
- 14:06Speaker 3: walking in the kitchen and then something else came up
- 14:08Speaker 3: on her phone. But you saw your name in her
- 14:09Speaker 3: phone was little slup, little slut boy.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Yeah, so she didn't call you that in your face,
- 14:13Speaker 4: but you still I think that would re evaluate the
- 14:17Speaker 4: dynamic that we have.
- 14:18Speaker 6: Fact facts yeah, I would reevaluate. What is this to you?
- 14:23Speaker 4: I think it works If I don't know, maybe she
- 14:25Speaker 4: was like a significantly older than me.
- 14:29Speaker 6: Min cougar, Yeah, little cougar thing. Yeah, I might play
- 14:32Speaker 6: into that.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Yeah, if I thought I was running this house and
- 14:36Speaker 4: I saw on her phone my little slut boy again,
- 14:39Speaker 4: I'm like, Wow.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Things you call your man other than daddy, kutie, but
- 14:43Speaker 1: tuti that.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Needs that's given smack my ass when I walk out,
- 14:50Speaker 4: I pinch my ma, asks to squeeze my marsks.
- 14:51Speaker 6: Just slacking my ass.
- 14:52Speaker 4: I fucking hate Yeah, damn, I'm self conscious about being
- 14:56Speaker 4: naked around you.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Literally literally, Things you call your man other than daddy.
- 15:05Speaker 3: My man is ginger, so I call him pumpkin and
- 15:08Speaker 3: he calls me pumpkin pounder.
- 15:18Speaker 2: I like the pump because it works for him. He's pounder.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I couldn't do that. I couldn't damn indeed.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Sexy.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Okay, I like this one. Things you call your man
- 15:33Speaker 1: other than daddy.
- 15:34Speaker 6: Captain ring again, that's another roll place, a rock place situation.
- 15:40Speaker 4: It's a formal one to Yeah, okay, yeah, I'm captain.
- 15:45Speaker 6: I'm looking for a first mate.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Blow out.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Man, let's write some more.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Okay, things you call your man other than daddy, my bitch,
- 16:06Speaker 3: hashtag women in male fields, bitch, did you see that trend?
- 16:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:13Speaker 2: I didn't see that trend.
- 16:14Speaker 4: Didn't see the hashtag women in male fields? No, yeah
- 16:17Speaker 4: it was. It was eye opening, my bitch.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah, that's rough when they're on a good one. Simple
- 16:26Speaker 1: things you call your man other than daddy, big man.
- 16:29Speaker 6: I'm down for a big man.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm down for that. I used to work as
- 16:33Speaker 4: a pet back in the day, and then one of
- 16:34Speaker 4: my clients cried one time because I used to call
- 16:37Speaker 4: all the dudes big man, so whenever they're coming for
- 16:40Speaker 4: a session, was that big man. And then there was
- 16:42Speaker 4: a guy called Richard who pulled me to the side
- 16:44Speaker 4: and was like, I need you to stop calling me
- 16:46Speaker 4: big man. He said, I've worked too hard to lose
- 16:49Speaker 4: this weight for you to be looking at Yeah. I'm
- 16:56Speaker 4: trying to say you're Jack's both. No, I'm not Jack.
- 17:00Speaker 4: I didn't come here to be teased about my weight tearing.
- 17:04Speaker 1: It's tear.
- 17:05Speaker 6: I was like fucking relaxed. Literally, you guys.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Got names that like pet names that you have been
- 17:13Speaker 4: called in the past, that you liked.
- 17:16Speaker 8: Really, I don't think there's anything I've been called that's
- 17:22Speaker 8: just a typical babe and ship. Maybe they had a
- 17:25Speaker 8: Spanish kick one time, puppy.
- 17:28Speaker 1: He was in there a lot, but he was in
- 17:30Speaker 1: there a lot.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Of sensational sensation with the accent.
- 17:36Speaker 8: Yeah, apart from that, no normal ship.
- 17:39Speaker 6: How about you guys busy?
- 17:41Speaker 3: Oh, I currently I know my name and my girlfriend's
- 17:46Speaker 3: phone is podcast man, which.
- 17:48Speaker 4: I have about that.
- 17:50Speaker 1: I actually I think I asked her to change it once.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Man, because that was my name, like I guess in
- 17:57Speaker 3: the group chat before we actually started dating.
- 17:59Speaker 4: I see, and.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Then it's just stuck. But she doesn't call me that
- 18:02Speaker 3: in my face. It's just like what comes up whenever
- 18:04Speaker 3: I call her. I kind of feel like a side bitch.
- 18:06Speaker 3: To be fair, bro, podcast.
- 18:09Speaker 4: Man, because there's also so many negative connotations with podcasts.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Man.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it's rough being the guy and I having a podcast. Yeah,
- 18:18Speaker 4: it's techy.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I'm very basic. We take the piss and say pooky,
- 18:23Speaker 1: but not seriously like to each other. Find when you
- 18:26Speaker 1: take the piece of catches on.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Because I like me and my girlfriend we joked around
- 18:32Speaker 3: with babe baby, but now it's.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Like babe was a joke and we started around.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Just being like babes cringe a reason. In Australia, it's.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Like everyone's kind of like, nah, that's cringey as I
- 18:41Speaker 3: don't call you like I don't know why.
- 18:43Speaker 8: Yeah, it's opposite. Damn really take babe to you're not
- 18:49Speaker 8: your girl?
- 18:50Speaker 4: Yeah you say it's just like any girl.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Oh no, no, no, no, it's like almost frowned upon. Yeah,
- 18:56Speaker 3: it's almost like, oh, you're that type of couple. Yeah,
- 19:01Speaker 3: if you call each other baby and so. But we
- 19:04Speaker 3: just jokingly did it and now it's just kind of
- 19:05Speaker 3: has caught on.
- 19:06Speaker 4: That's insane exact.
- 19:08Speaker 6: Now that so, what is it like?
- 19:09Speaker 4: Similar to like what would say, like if someone what's
- 19:11Speaker 4: like a cre like honey, But I mean yeah, I
- 19:14Speaker 4: guess yeah, okay, fair play baby is so Australians standard
- 19:19Speaker 4: in England. That's interesting.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Australians are a bit weird.
- 19:22Speaker 3: It's kind of like I don't know if it falls
- 19:23Speaker 3: under tall poppy syndrome or something trying to be different.
- 19:26Speaker 1: You know what to poppy syndrome is nope or we
- 19:28Speaker 1: get it's a bad thing.
- 19:29Speaker 3: In Australia, it's like I guess it comes from a
- 19:33Speaker 3: field of poppies, the flower. But like whenever someone here
- 19:36Speaker 3: like tries to do something different like a podcast or
- 19:39Speaker 3: it just goes out on their own or tries me
- 19:40Speaker 3: an influencer or something, I don't know, an actor himself
- 19:42Speaker 3: out there. Yeah, put themselves out there. They quite often
- 19:45Speaker 3: just like get brought down because everyone else is like, oh, no,
- 19:47Speaker 3: you have fucking dare you think you're.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Yeah, you think you're better than everyone else. Yeah, it's
- 19:51Speaker 1: like a big thing. Yeah. Crabs in a buckets the
- 19:53Speaker 1: same thing.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, yeah, yeah, cries on bucket. You know what
- 19:56Speaker 4: that means? No, oh so grabs and bucket is like so,
- 20:00Speaker 4: I think it's a real thing. If you put crabs
- 20:01Speaker 4: in the bucket, they're all like flail and then there's
- 20:05Speaker 4: some If one tries to get out, the others will
- 20:07Speaker 4: literally pull them back.
- 20:08Speaker 1: There you go. Same thing.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I guess the tall poppy syndromeies. I'm
- 20:11Speaker 3: pretty sure that poppy dies if it grows too tall.
- 20:15Speaker 1: The same thing.
- 20:16Speaker 3: It's like everyone get everything gets pulled down. I could,
- 20:22Speaker 3: I was, Yeah, I'm not.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know why. Yeah, I wonder why that is.
- 20:34Speaker 4: So does it change like once you're successful.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Or well, yeah, I look, we don't. It depends on
- 20:40Speaker 1: your friendship group a lot of the time too. If
- 20:41Speaker 1: you have like a supportive friendship group, it doesn't happen
- 20:43Speaker 1: as often. But if you have like a big, broad,
- 20:45Speaker 1: not so close knit group of friends, they sort of
- 20:48Speaker 1: bring you down a little bit more because they sort
- 20:50Speaker 1: of say sly words behind your back.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah, mates, never really, I think, yeah, we got pretty
- 20:55Speaker 3: like you. No one ever said like, no one ever
- 20:59Speaker 3: said that. Yeah, true, not to and I prefer ignorances
- 21:03Speaker 3: you to hear him.
- 21:05Speaker 6: Damn.
- 21:05Speaker 4: Yeah, that's I'm trying to think. It's I think there
- 21:08Speaker 4: is that kind of similar mentality in the UK in
- 21:10Speaker 4: terms of the tool you guys used totart them.
- 21:13Speaker 2: We were.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Our friends group is like immaculate. Yeah, so yeah, we
- 21:16Speaker 4: don't throw any shade. And we also have like one
- 21:19Speaker 4: of our close friends who's in our friendship group is
- 21:20Speaker 4: also a musician, so when we were younger, we watched
- 21:25Speaker 4: him go through cool from like nothing kind yeah, like
- 21:30Speaker 4: it wasn't that big a deal for us to start
- 21:33Speaker 4: I think in our friendshi group, and yeah, we didn't
- 21:35Speaker 4: really catch any strays.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Could have I.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Could have indeed could have indeed, sure, but now everyone's
- 21:43Speaker 4: like pretty supportive, and I think it helps when you're not.
- 21:47Speaker 4: I think our specific situation it was easier for people
- 21:51Speaker 4: to digest because if.
- 21:52Speaker 6: You knew us and then you saw us on the show.
- 21:56Speaker 4: People would be like, Oh, that's that's just j that's
- 21:59Speaker 4: just exactly how so.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Before you even started the show YouTube together, Yeah, on camera.
- 22:05Speaker 6: Yeah, hundred percent.
- 22:06Speaker 4: So like on camera, it was never different to how
- 22:07Speaker 4: people would seeus as opposed. I think it would have
- 22:09Speaker 4: been very different if we were trying to do something
- 22:11Speaker 4: like more serious or like political political whatever, people would
- 22:15Speaker 4: have been like, what the fuck are you trying to do?
- 22:18Speaker 1: What we wanted to talk about next though, was we
- 22:19Speaker 1: went to your show.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Sick Saturday night, didn't Yeah, the last one.
- 22:26Speaker 6: That was the last one.
- 22:28Speaker 4: We loved it.
- 22:30Speaker 3: It was we were walking in thinking like the kind
- 22:33Speaker 3: of like it's thinking like.
- 22:35Speaker 1: We we know how we record our podcasts.
- 22:37Speaker 5: This is a live podcast.
- 22:38Speaker 3: I was thinking we wouldn't do ours live, Like how
- 22:41Speaker 3: are they going to do this? Like we know they're funny,
- 22:43Speaker 3: but I think.
- 22:44Speaker 1: It was genius.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Really. I think we walked out with yeah, performed. My
- 22:56Speaker 4: hands were swollen the next day. Ever, clapped so much.
- 22:59Speaker 5: I was sitting there like, I wasn't even clapping his ship.
- 23:02Speaker 1: They need to be class. I was clad because I
- 23:04Speaker 1: just was stuck in the motion.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Damn Team James, team who had fair?
- 23:12Speaker 1: It was a good night honestly. The way that you
- 23:16Speaker 1: guys just like made it so the crowd.
- 23:18Speaker 3: I just think it's genius because it's kind of like
- 23:20Speaker 3: if the crowd cheers, that's how they get there.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Either James or had to win. Yeah, you just have
- 23:25Speaker 1: a loud crowd no matter what.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Yeah, and then everyone else is just like having fun
- 23:28Speaker 3: because the crowd's loud.
- 23:30Speaker 1: It was like a safe environment to like dance awkwardly.
- 23:33Speaker 4: Yeah. Manah, that was a guy, was it? I'm not
- 23:35Speaker 4: sure that there was a guy in your.
- 23:39Speaker 1: It was.
- 23:40Speaker 4: We saw him. We were laughing about. He was running
- 23:41Speaker 4: up to the front of the stage and stuff. He
- 23:44Speaker 4: was shirt at the end of his how grab.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:51Speaker 4: That was a good show.
- 23:52Speaker 1: That wasn't That was very very It was so many people.
- 23:57Speaker 6: Yeah those people.
- 23:58Speaker 4: Man three nights as well?
- 23:59Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, how many nights dies you in Melbourne?
- 24:02Speaker 4: Just the one one was a big even I think
- 24:04Speaker 4: an album was like more than twice the size of
- 24:06Speaker 4: that venue. Okay, yeah, one night in Melbourne and then
- 24:08Speaker 4: we did two in Perth to an Adelaide, one in Melbourne,
- 24:11Speaker 4: one in Melbourne, three in Sydney and then we have
- 24:13Speaker 4: Brisbane on Friday.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Yeah, one in Brisbane. Way in Auckland, Auckland.
- 24:16Speaker 1: So do you go home from Auckland? Yeah?
- 24:19Speaker 5: Is there a direct flight from there?
- 24:21Speaker 1: Say, how do you fly direct to Pertha?
- 24:22Speaker 4: Yeah? Yeah, that was chill chill it was. It wasn't
- 24:27Speaker 4: a chill, but it sounds way better than what I'm
- 24:29Speaker 4: hearing everyone else is doing. Yeah, yeah, but have you
- 24:32Speaker 4: you've never done the layover one?
- 24:34Speaker 6: Never?
- 24:34Speaker 1: It's better than that.
- 24:35Speaker 6: Yeah, it's definitely not excited.
- 24:37Speaker 4: I think they don't act likely you weren't in a
- 24:38Speaker 4: business class of course. Yeah, of course, yeah, I'm go
- 24:41Speaker 4: to yeah, but yeah, the way back like twenty I
- 24:44Speaker 4: think it's like seventeen hours to get here, way back
- 24:46Speaker 4: like twenty six.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I think you'll appreciate the direct yeah, way
- 24:50Speaker 3: back layover.
- 24:52Speaker 4: It because America's further right. How long was it when
- 24:54Speaker 4: you guys went to LA.
- 24:55Speaker 1: It's like seven eight?
- 24:56Speaker 3: No, I think it was like fourteen. I think the
- 24:59Speaker 3: way back longer, just because of like wind and stuff.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Was it direct?
- 25:02Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that's how you guys have like a probably
- 25:06Speaker 4: went time.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, wee ago.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Yeah, six hours from Perth to Sydney the city to
- 25:12Speaker 1: another hour in LA.
- 25:14Speaker 3: There was people from Perth that came with like Spotify
- 25:17Speaker 3: and they had to go Yeah, Perth Sydney, Sydney, LA
- 25:19Speaker 3: and then they flew back the same.
- 25:21Speaker 6: Because that was a short trip as well, we stayed longer.
- 25:24Speaker 2: We stayed two days extra.
- 25:25Speaker 6: Yeah, it was still too short.
- 25:27Speaker 3: We we stayed two days before and two days after
- 25:29Speaker 3: just because we were like, probably didn't preface.
- 25:31Speaker 1: That's where we met you.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Guys, Yeah in l A, in l A. Yeah, but
- 25:36Speaker 4: cool life sounds it sounds.
- 25:43Speaker 7: Yeah, no.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Change the name of our shirt.
- 25:54Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, we could do a little shift in the future.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Other than when you're doing your show. Is what have
- 26:01Speaker 1: you been doing in Australia and yeah ledge of time?
- 26:03Speaker 1: You free time.
- 26:04Speaker 2: We've been training quite a bit.
- 26:07Speaker 8: Yeah, you've been fitting in ye pause damn damn, Yeah,
- 26:12Speaker 8: hitting the gym, hitting some restaurants up. What one thing
- 26:15Speaker 8: I would say about Australia at bar maybe like two
- 26:18Speaker 8: or three spots we've been to. You guys hate bottles
- 26:20Speaker 8: still water.
- 26:21Speaker 2: What the deal with situation? The Prime Minister and sort
- 26:27Speaker 2: it out.
- 26:27Speaker 4: This tap water thing is jarring me.
- 26:30Speaker 2: It's not okay.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah, nine out ten restaurants we go to don't offer
- 26:33Speaker 4: like still water.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Is that because the water is like cleaner but than England.
- 26:37Speaker 2: It doesn't taste, It doesn't taste, it doesn't it says
- 26:39Speaker 2: they're filtered.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Filter what they do.
- 26:42Speaker 3: I used to work in hospitality and there's a company
- 26:46Speaker 3: and they came around.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Honestly, they were so annoying, but they would come around and.
- 26:50Speaker 3: You would people a lot of they just pay like
- 26:52Speaker 3: a subscription to a certain company that comes and puts
- 26:54Speaker 3: a filtered tap in, so it is like filtered water,
- 26:57Speaker 3: but it's not obviously a sealed bottle. Yeah yeah, but
- 27:00Speaker 3: I mean I think it's weird that they don't offer
- 27:02Speaker 3: like I thought it was like a one off.
- 27:04Speaker 4: We've been in for like three weeks now something like that,
- 27:06Speaker 4: and like most of the time they'll be like, oh,
- 27:09Speaker 4: do you want to still a sparkling? We'll like still
- 27:11Speaker 4: and then they'll bring over taple. I like I no,
- 27:13Speaker 4: like have you got that mineral water?
- 27:14Speaker 8: And they're like no, no, Australia.
- 27:23Speaker 4: And it was like you do know you can drink
- 27:24Speaker 4: the taple in Australia. I'm yeah, I can drink get
- 27:26Speaker 4: home as well, but I don't like where do you
- 27:28Speaker 4: think I was rocking?
- 27:30Speaker 6: Literally wrong?
- 27:31Speaker 8: But they're having hotels, they have it like it doesn't
- 27:33Speaker 8: make sense. Yeah, well we just grew up drinking it.
- 27:36Speaker 1: But at this of the podcast you were saying how
- 27:38Speaker 1: hard you are, Like, yeah.
- 27:42Speaker 4: That was then wrong. When I was growing up, I
- 27:44Speaker 4: was drinking. My mouth was on the FoST But I'm
- 27:48Speaker 4: up now. I didn't need to do this anymore. It
- 27:51Speaker 4: tastes like swimming.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Basically, you've gotten software, You've got.
- 27:55Speaker 4: One hundred percent. But that's why I'm in Australia right now.
- 27:58Speaker 6: That's what I'm living the off.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Yeah, well okay, so you've been going. Have you been
- 28:04Speaker 3: like busy busy?
- 28:05Speaker 1: You tried to you a.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Lot more chill than we were in anything.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Yeah, anything to chilled? Yeah okay, yeah, if anything to chill.
- 28:12Speaker 4: But yeah, we just went what do we do? That's
- 28:14Speaker 4: actually like Australians. We went to this island island and
- 28:18Speaker 4: that it was kind of called hot.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yeah it's a few because.
- 28:22Speaker 8: The fat fat rats obviously they look like they would
- 28:29Speaker 8: find nothing to say about.
- 28:30Speaker 4: And we went to obviously we're in the bridgewalk later
- 28:34Speaker 4: that's going to be hell.
- 28:35Speaker 6: We went to Mandy Beach yesterday. That was nice.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Manly, Manly, man many Manly, many beaches.
- 28:43Speaker 6: That was is whack.
- 28:45Speaker 4: We don't just have to go.
- 28:46Speaker 5: Yeah we went the tourist. Yeah, we wouldn't rate one.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:50Speaker 6: It looks like a really shitty seasoned town in England. Yeah. Literally,
- 28:55Speaker 6: I literally was expected.
- 28:56Speaker 4: I still think it's a nice beach. It was like
- 28:58Speaker 4: busy dead.
- 29:01Speaker 6: I thought I was gonna see Monica.
- 29:03Speaker 3: Honestly with so you know how you probably think Australia
- 29:06Speaker 3: is like beaches. Yeah, and then it's like, okay, well
- 29:09Speaker 3: we have to go to Bond. Bond Rescue mainly is nice,
- 29:11Speaker 3: but all the beaches in Sydney, the thing about him
- 29:14Speaker 3: is like there's so much built up like infrastructure around
- 29:19Speaker 3: all of them, so it's kind of like it doesn't
- 29:20Speaker 3: feel as good. We live like an hour and a
- 29:22Speaker 3: half north in a place called the Central Coast, and
- 29:25Speaker 3: all the beaches around there, I would say are better
- 29:27Speaker 3: for the reason of like there's like no infrastructure around there.
- 29:29Speaker 4: Houses and it's just beach.
- 29:33Speaker 6: Kind of the more rural you go.
- 29:34Speaker 3: It's like, if you get a chance to go somewhere
- 29:36Speaker 3: where there isn't like a big city, you probably like that.
- 29:39Speaker 1: But they don't like the beach swimming.
- 29:42Speaker 6: Don't give a about the beach.
- 29:44Speaker 5: About that before, I can't believe you won't just go
- 29:46Speaker 5: for a swim.
- 29:48Speaker 4: You could have gone to Iceberg's Bonda. There's a pool there.
- 29:52Speaker 4: To be fair, I wouldn't not do that, but we
- 29:54Speaker 4: just didn't do it. Yeah, we're really I think I
- 29:57Speaker 4: put my feet in in Rottenes protest. Yeah that was fine,
- 30:01Speaker 4: but literally as soon as I went to put my
- 30:03Speaker 4: feet in, put my feet in some random chicken run
- 30:08Speaker 4: over and she was like, oh this baby jellyfish and
- 30:10Speaker 4: I just be careful and I was like, bro, I'm
- 30:13Speaker 4: trying to take my toes.
- 30:14Speaker 1: I'm trying to cool it down.
- 30:16Speaker 3: I actually went for with my sister the other day
- 30:18Speaker 3: and I got I got stung by a blue bottle.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It's about them and look they suck before.
- 30:25Speaker 1: This is pretty rare.
- 30:26Speaker 6: I don't think you deepen it.
- 30:28Speaker 4: I've never The most I've ever experienced is seaweed, and even.
- 30:32Speaker 6: That franks me out.
- 30:36Speaker 3: When you're in Australia, you touch sweed and you can't
- 30:38Speaker 3: see the bottom because it's a little bit scary that
- 30:41Speaker 3: I would have a panic.
- 30:42Speaker 4: It's like, oh man, yeah, so no I'm not.
- 30:44Speaker 6: I'm not interested, Bro.
- 30:47Speaker 4: I can see it's it's nice to look at. I
- 30:49Speaker 4: don't need to be touching what's going on in.
- 30:51Speaker 3: The man fair enough. I can't argue with that. But
- 30:54Speaker 3: and have you encounters with spiders or anything? No, one,
- 30:58Speaker 3: that's fair. Yeah, sure we will.
- 31:01Speaker 1: But when you go to the zoo you will. They'll
- 31:03Speaker 1: be cool to see through glass.
- 31:05Speaker 6: They have they have them on.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Yeah this play yeah, big one. A rafted room, a
- 31:10Speaker 1: reptile room.
- 31:12Speaker 4: You forgot to tell you. I was walking that's a
- 31:15Speaker 4: fucking lizard, bro. Manly. Yeah, this thing was massive. It
- 31:22Speaker 4: was like a fucking I didn't even like a beaded dragon.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Bro, just on the water dragons, water dragon, water dragon.
- 31:29Speaker 4: But it was fucking huge. It was huge casually just
- 31:33Speaker 4: casually on like a wall. That's what people have as
- 31:36Speaker 4: like pets in like cages. I couldn't believe my eyes.
- 31:41Speaker 4: I forgot about that.
- 31:42Speaker 2: You are more like because you're so used to all
- 31:44Speaker 2: these wildlife it doesn't phase you. And that bothers.
- 31:47Speaker 8: Yeah, we have pigeons, and that's it. That's legally we
- 31:49Speaker 8: have pigeons. We saw this grim reaper thing when we're
- 31:52Speaker 8: having breakfast.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Ben chicken or.
- 31:56Speaker 4: Something scary, but I've ever seen my.
- 32:03Speaker 3: They called bin chickens because they straight up just drink
- 32:05Speaker 3: bing juice out of that's when.
- 32:07Speaker 1: That's how they live.
- 32:08Speaker 4: That's where they live at we have we do you
- 32:10Speaker 4: call it like a dumper?
- 32:11Speaker 1: What do you call it dump? A tip?
- 32:13Speaker 4: Tip?
- 32:13Speaker 1: Yeah? Okay, we called a tip. Yeah, they just live
- 32:16Speaker 1: it tips. Really disgusting. They're the worst bird.
- 32:21Speaker 6: They're hideous man, and they're brave.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Just want their food.
- 32:26Speaker 4: That was horrible running with like a magpie or anything
- 32:29Speaker 4: a magpie mag I haven't seen any magpies. Why do
- 32:34Speaker 4: they they breath it magpiles whoop? Yeah?
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah. People riding bikes and roads have to have like
- 32:39Speaker 3: zip ties coming off their helmet just so magpies don't
- 32:41Speaker 3: swoop them.
- 32:42Speaker 4: Yeah, magpies chill.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I just remember faces too, Yeah, one hundred percent has
- 32:47Speaker 3: been proven they remember faces.
- 32:51Speaker 6: Oh yeah, cozy, that too.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Why I think you're near the area or like near
- 32:56Speaker 1: the nest they have like they.
- 32:58Speaker 6: Just hate people sometimes.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Ship Now I haven't that would I think that would
- 33:04Speaker 4: be the worst thing that's ever happened to me. Happened
- 33:07Speaker 4: to me.
- 33:07Speaker 6: I think that's the worst things have happened to me.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Sharp left Turn. Actually, we went to your show, and
- 33:13Speaker 1: also we're massive fans. You guys started off as friends
- 33:16Speaker 1: similar to us as well, and obviously you're doing great
- 33:19Speaker 1: in the podcast industry and on the internet, probably one
- 33:22Speaker 1: of the healthiest male relationships out there.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Going thank you very much.
- 33:27Speaker 1: Like seeing your guys journey together and staying such good friends,
- 33:30Speaker 1: we wanted to ask how do you manage like business
- 33:34Speaker 1: as well as staying friends, because it's a fine line
- 33:37Speaker 1: and we are doing the same thing. Maybe it's a
- 33:38Speaker 1: question for us, but I feel like it's relatable because
- 33:40Speaker 1: you have to try and like distinctively make fun and
- 33:43Speaker 1: then business as well, Like how do you do that?
- 33:45Speaker 3: In a very good question because the advice everyone gets
- 33:48Speaker 3: just don't go into business with friends.
- 33:49Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I would say one kind of constant with
- 33:54Speaker 4: Ferdinite is that one we trust each other, and two
- 33:58Speaker 4: we also have like quite different interest and things that
- 34:03Speaker 4: we're passionate about, so like and we also are agreeable.
- 34:08Speaker 4: So for example, like I might be more passionate. I'm
- 34:12Speaker 4: more passionate about like technicalities in terms of like content
- 34:17Speaker 4: and like editing and like shots and all this kind
- 34:21Speaker 4: of stuff. The field has less interesting, So I'd usually
- 34:23Speaker 4: take like a more forward step in terms of like
- 34:27Speaker 4: liaising with the editors and all this kind of shit,
- 34:29Speaker 4: whereas like field's more invested in like our merch and
- 34:33Speaker 4: like numbers in terms of like tortic and like I
- 34:36Speaker 4: don't really get. Yeah, so we complate that we have
- 34:39Speaker 4: more things. We have separate things that we'reassionate about. So
- 34:41Speaker 4: when he gets invested, it's very very rare that I'll
- 34:44Speaker 4: be like, actually, I don't want to do that. It
- 34:47Speaker 4: happens sometimes obviously, but because it happens so rarely, And
- 34:50Speaker 4: the same on the vice versa is that you take
- 34:54Speaker 4: each other more seriously. So in order for me to
- 34:56Speaker 4: step up, if we were having like much calls and
- 34:58Speaker 4: all this kind of stuff and it was moving moving movie,
- 35:00Speaker 4: in order for me to step in and be like, actually,
- 35:03Speaker 4: he's never going to be like oh whatever, he's gonna
- 35:05Speaker 4: be like, oh, James barely says anything, so usually if
- 35:07Speaker 4: he's going to say something that needs a care yeah,
- 35:09Speaker 4: And vice versa with like a lot of the stuff
- 35:11Speaker 4: that we'll be doing, Like there be times where we
- 35:13Speaker 4: were like going through clips and this again edited, get editors,
- 35:15Speaker 4: and that's happening, and then Foo had randomly, like once
- 35:18Speaker 4: every few weeks will step in and be like, oh,
- 35:20Speaker 4: I think this will be good.
- 35:21Speaker 6: Yeah, and in the immediately I'm like, oh sick, fair play,
- 35:23Speaker 6: like go for it.
- 35:24Speaker 4: So that helps. And also, yeah, we're very agreeable, so
- 35:26Speaker 4: it's it's rare that we would ever have something come
- 35:30Speaker 4: up where we can't even understand where the other one's
- 35:32Speaker 4: coming from.
- 35:33Speaker 6: It's happened like once or twice.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Yeah, an a big fights at the same of us.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I think, yeah, there's like we've been friends for
- 35:44Speaker 4: fifteen sixteen years. I think there would have to be
- 35:48Speaker 4: a sharp change of behavior for us to disagree on
- 35:51Speaker 4: something where it's going to turn into like a fight.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Manager.
- 35:53Speaker 3: We were having lunch with that manager before and she guys,
- 35:55Speaker 3: but would like, what would make you guys have such
- 35:57Speaker 3: a bad fight that you just ended the pubcaste.
- 36:04Speaker 4: I was like, I mean, the other reason we make
- 36:06Speaker 4: you money?
- 36:06Speaker 1: Why do you want to each other?
- 36:14Speaker 5: And but I was I was thinking, I was like,
- 36:15Speaker 5: I actually don't know. I was saying, like, I value
- 36:18Speaker 5: our journey.
- 36:19Speaker 1: I assume you guys are the same so highly and
- 36:21Speaker 1: like my adult life, just like what me and Jake
- 36:23Speaker 1: have built together other than like success, obviously it's great,
- 36:26Speaker 1: but like our relationship together, I wouldn't change for the world.
- 36:28Speaker 6: So beautiful.
- 36:30Speaker 2: That's nice, that's awesome.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm really saying that.
- 36:35Speaker 6: You really said that.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Making sense now, I agree.
- 36:41Speaker 6: We were talking about literally today and just yeah, I wouldn't.
- 36:47Speaker 4: I think if we were to do like solo stuff
- 36:50Speaker 4: or if we had started with something solow like, yeah,
- 36:52Speaker 4: we wouldn't have made it anywhere as far because it's
- 36:54Speaker 4: just so much that.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Like we implement each other.
- 36:57Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, in terms of our personalities and like how
- 37:00Speaker 8: how easy it is because we understand each other the
- 37:02Speaker 8: same way you guys understand each other. Yeah, that's the
- 37:05Speaker 8: reason why our podcast works, and that's the reason why
- 37:07Speaker 8: we have remained friends all this while, because we literally
- 37:10Speaker 8: understand each other.
- 37:11Speaker 2: You understand each other's humor.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Yeah, bro, that I find.
- 37:14Speaker 3: That's a good point. Like I find even like say
- 37:17Speaker 3: the IG question we did before. Yeah, like you guys
- 37:20Speaker 3: are obviously fucking funny. Oh, thank you, thank you, and
- 37:23Speaker 3: so it's just funny to like say to you guys
- 37:25Speaker 3: see the back and forth, but like Audio and I
- 37:28Speaker 3: are doing it together. It like delivery, Like if we
- 37:31Speaker 3: did that without you guys here like delivery wise and stuff,
- 37:33Speaker 3: we probably would have just like laughed more, you know.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean?
- 37:36Speaker 3: Like if you guys ever tried to do like an
- 37:37Speaker 3: IG question or something you would do just together with
- 37:40Speaker 3: a guest, and the dynamic changes, like guys, you guys
- 37:44Speaker 3: want them to laugh, yes, yes, at the same time,
- 37:48Speaker 3: it's like you can't really just like you don't want
- 37:50Speaker 3: to just laugh at each other and then then just be.
- 37:53Speaker 4: Guest stuff. We start I think very very early on
- 37:56Speaker 4: and a couple of guests like we did maybe some
- 37:58Speaker 4: IG questions stuff, and then you realize that like, oh
- 38:00Speaker 4: this is very inside joky, yeah, and then we'll just
- 38:02Speaker 4: turn into me and for you just laughing yeah, and
- 38:04Speaker 4: then just kind of like wait in.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Yeah, very very different when we have guess. Yeah, it's
- 38:10Speaker 2: very different.
- 38:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:12Speaker 4: It takes a lot of trial and error. Yeah, we've
- 38:14Speaker 4: tried some stuff that has not worked.
- 38:16Speaker 3: That's a good thing about it though, And I guess
- 38:18Speaker 3: when it comes to disagreements, like if Audie really wants
- 38:21Speaker 3: to try something even and if he can tell, I'm like,
- 38:24Speaker 3: if you're about it, and then I can, and then
- 38:26Speaker 3: he doubles down. It's like, okay, well, Audio obviously really
- 38:28Speaker 3: wants to try this. My mindsets just like if we
- 38:31Speaker 3: try it and it doesn't work, it doesn't matter. It's
- 38:33Speaker 3: one episode.
- 38:33Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, you know. I'd say, like one
- 38:36Speaker 4: good thing in terms of like longevity that I've that's
- 38:38Speaker 4: helped us make decisions is like extending like your timeline horizon.
- 38:42Speaker 6: So it's like if you wanted, for example, let's say.
- 38:47Speaker 4: If like your goal was like a million subscribers or whatever,
- 38:49Speaker 4: but you wanted it in like six months, you'd be
- 38:51Speaker 4: so hesitant to try anything that might hinder that. But
- 38:55Speaker 4: then if you're like, oh, I want to have I
- 38:58Speaker 4: want it to look like this in the next five years,
- 39:00Speaker 4: then like all of a sudden, you're like, oh, well,
- 39:02Speaker 4: why wouldn't I do that? And there's stuff that we've
- 39:05Speaker 4: we've done in the past where in that moment in
- 39:07Speaker 4: time when you're solely focused on like every week feeling
- 39:10Speaker 4: like the last week you're ever going to get an
- 39:11Speaker 4: episode done, you do feel a bit hesitant to try
- 39:13Speaker 4: this or try that, or people our team. We'll be like, oh,
- 39:15Speaker 4: this will be a fun game, or this my and
- 39:17Speaker 4: then your mindsets like, oh.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Nah, dude, no no, no, no, no, no, change what
- 39:19Speaker 2: we've got.
- 39:20Speaker 4: Yeah. But then as soon as you start thinking like, oh, well,
- 39:23Speaker 4: if we're gonna let's say we're going to go and
- 39:24Speaker 4: keep doing this show for another five six years, who
- 39:27Speaker 4: gives a fuck? Literally, like it's just going to be
- 39:29Speaker 4: one episode in the thousands of episodes. Yeah, you've got Yeah,
- 39:33Speaker 4: it doesn't matter.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Do you guys have I mean obviously when you start
- 39:37Speaker 3: like I mean, i'd say we have goals. We don't
- 39:39Speaker 3: have any We didn't put a date.
- 39:41Speaker 4: On any goals, are we No, not really like sort
- 39:43Speaker 4: of like hitting yeah, like hitting things.
- 39:45Speaker 3: Would obviously, like a million subscribers would be insane, obviously,
- 39:49Speaker 3: But you guys are what two million.
- 39:51Speaker 6: Just the other day?
- 39:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 39:52Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 39:52Speaker 1: Do you like is your next goal? Just like okay,
- 39:54Speaker 1: three million? Like what keeps you going? You kind of
- 39:56Speaker 1: just like now we're just chilling, Like.
- 39:57Speaker 8: I feel like when we first started over like the
- 39:59Speaker 8: first six months or so, there are two ex separate
- 40:02Speaker 8: occasions we wrote a list of what goals we want
- 40:04Speaker 8: to hit When we first started, so it could have
- 40:06Speaker 8: been like one hundred pounds Patreon, a thousand subscribers, a thousand.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Instagram followers, things like that.
- 40:10Speaker 8: And once we ticked those ones off, we were like, Okay,
- 40:13Speaker 8: we've actually hit these basic goals. I say basic goals,
- 40:16Speaker 8: but like these are like milestone yes, that we wanted
- 40:18Speaker 8: to hit for such a long time. Then after we
- 40:20Speaker 8: completed that, when we created another list to see how
- 40:23Speaker 8: further we can go. And I think since then, every
- 40:25Speaker 8: milestone we've hit has been very, very good. It's been
- 40:28Speaker 8: a great feeling, but it doesn't hit as much as
- 40:31Speaker 8: when we first started hitting those initial milestones, because I
- 40:33Speaker 8: think those mattered the most to me.
- 40:36Speaker 4: And I remember the last goal we actually ever had
- 40:39Speaker 4: was a million subscribers. Yeah, because yeah, we made the
- 40:41Speaker 4: first goal list that was sick. Then the second goal list.
- 40:44Speaker 4: I remember saying to if we tick all of these,
- 40:46Speaker 4: it actually means that we've made yeah. So and the
- 40:50Speaker 4: last one on that list was a million subscribers, So
- 40:51Speaker 4: we haven't done any goals. And I was saying today,
- 40:55Speaker 4: I don't even think we would have even been able
- 40:57Speaker 4: to think of these kind of goals, because when we started,
- 41:02Speaker 4: I had in a I had a vision that we
- 41:06Speaker 4: would do a live show and it would be sick
- 41:10Speaker 4: and there'll be thousands of people there and like there'd
- 41:12Speaker 4: be videos going on and we can see like our
- 41:14Speaker 4: journey and how well we've gone, very similar to like
- 41:16Speaker 4: what you.
- 41:16Speaker 6: Guys came to see the other day.
- 41:18Speaker 4: And that was just in my head at the time,
- 41:21Speaker 4: Like as far as my imagination would take me, right
- 41:24Speaker 4: to the point where I thought I was being delusional,
- 41:26Speaker 4: that was just one show, one time, and yeah, this
- 41:30Speaker 4: is like that was our eighth show in Australia. That's
- 41:34Speaker 4: crazy if we had goals and I wouldn't even.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Know keeping in that present moment of that holy shit
- 41:41Speaker 1: moment with each other, like holy shit, look.
- 41:43Speaker 8: With between far between because especially for example, when we
- 41:48Speaker 8: did America, America's very very back to back, and I
- 41:51Speaker 8: think we only appreciate it once the tour was done, like,
- 41:54Speaker 8: oh shit, we just did this.
- 41:56Speaker 3: You know.
- 41:56Speaker 8: It was a It was a fantastic time. And there
- 41:58Speaker 8: could be moments where like when video two we went
- 42:01Speaker 8: to work the next.
- 42:01Speaker 4: Day, you didn't even get to enjoy the friend It
- 42:05Speaker 4: was straight.
- 42:06Speaker 2: It was straight to work. The next day, and it
- 42:07Speaker 2: probably wasn't until like a week after. I was like,
- 42:09Speaker 2: oh ship.
- 42:10Speaker 8: When you're like scrolling through TikTok, sometimes in a scene
- 42:13Speaker 8: their their POV of our shade, thinking we just did this,
- 42:16Speaker 8: that's when you feel grateful about all the stuff.
- 42:18Speaker 4: Yeah, I have my I'm terrible at being present in
- 42:22Speaker 4: the moment respectively. I had a moment I was saying
- 42:25Speaker 4: field earlier, at a moment like yesterday on the way
- 42:28Speaker 4: back we were about to get on the ferry. And
- 42:30Speaker 4: then I just have like random moments of like overwhelming
- 42:33Speaker 4: gratitude and just like surreal thoughts and just think, Jesus Christ,
- 42:39Speaker 4: we're actually doing this. This is crazy crazy in the moment.
- 42:43Speaker 6: Like when we're on stage and stuff doesn't think but I.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Guess it's worked there technically, is like, yeah, it would
- 42:49Speaker 1: be hard. It would be hard anything for like your
- 42:52Speaker 1: confidence when you first started. How you got better because
- 42:55Speaker 1: you guys are confident on the first time was drinking.
- 43:02Speaker 8: And bearing in mind our first live performance was in
- 43:05Speaker 8: front of like two hundred people yep, and they didn't
- 43:08Speaker 8: have like the best light so you could see everyone.
- 43:10Speaker 4: In the Yeah, there was no see me.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Everything you can tell I was fucking nerve.
- 43:16Speaker 8: Yeah, And it was one of those ones where up
- 43:18Speaker 8: until like the first segment was done, is when I
- 43:22Speaker 8: started to find my feet and find my rhythm. Even
- 43:24Speaker 8: till now, there are times where like just before you
- 43:26Speaker 8: get on stage, you just get that way of anxiety, like,
- 43:28Speaker 8: oh shit, we're about to perform in front of thousands
- 43:30Speaker 8: of people. But I say this to James all the time,
- 43:33Speaker 8: this is a fun fact a lot of people. Not
- 43:34Speaker 8: many people know this. The night of our last New
- 43:38Speaker 8: York show, I was ill as fuck. It was I
- 43:41Speaker 8: was ill as fuck. So we had just done our
- 43:43Speaker 8: meeting greet. Halfway through our meeting greeed. I said to
- 43:45Speaker 8: Meg and I need to get something because I'm crashing out. Yeah,
- 43:48Speaker 8: I've probably had nausea or something. I slept thirty minutes
- 43:51Speaker 8: prior before the show, and Megan was asking me, do
- 43:53Speaker 8: you feel like you can do this? And she said
- 43:55Speaker 8: to James, Oh, I think you're gonna have to take
- 43:56Speaker 8: the reins on this on this show tonight, on our
- 43:58Speaker 8: finale show, And I was like, no, I don't worry.
- 44:01Speaker 2: By the time ago, I'll be fine' be fine.
- 44:02Speaker 8: When I step out on stage, the people energize me,
- 44:05Speaker 8: and as soon as I got out on stage in
- 44:07Speaker 8: New York, I felt like a new man. I didn't
- 44:10Speaker 8: go to bed bear in the mind. I show started
- 44:11Speaker 8: at around eight pm. We didn't sleep until seven am.
- 44:14Speaker 1: The next day, we went harder, so we did.
- 44:19Speaker 8: The thing with me is like when I'm on stage,
- 44:21Speaker 8: when I'm performing, when I'm doing what I love, when
- 44:24Speaker 8: the crowd are interacting, I don't I forget about everything
- 44:27Speaker 8: else because they energized me.
- 44:28Speaker 2: I forget about the fears, I forget about anxiety.
- 44:30Speaker 1: It's just that sounds terrifying.
- 44:32Speaker 2: Yeah, what do you do?
- 44:33Speaker 3: You prefer small of big? Like it's two thousand people easier?
- 44:36Speaker 3: Two thousand definitely easier.
- 44:37Speaker 2: Two thousand people is better than we did eight hundred
- 44:40Speaker 2: and Adelaide last week.
- 44:41Speaker 1: That was worse.
- 44:41Speaker 2: That was worse.
- 44:42Speaker 4: That was a little like more intimate. It's difficult, it's really.
- 44:46Speaker 8: Especially crowd working stage presence and everything. It's it's harder
- 44:49Speaker 8: to do smaller than any in my opinion.
- 44:50Speaker 4: Yeah, but then you can't take it too far because
- 44:53Speaker 4: then like O two is like twenty thousand, and then
- 44:55Speaker 4: you'll say something and you can you don't anticipate that
- 44:58Speaker 4: when you say it it actually has to try gravel
- 45:00Speaker 4: to the other end of the room and then get back,
- 45:02Speaker 4: so the laughs will go in like stages, you're like,
- 45:04Speaker 4: say something funny, and you can't. You can't just like
- 45:08Speaker 4: riff off each other the way you want to, because
- 45:10Speaker 4: by the time the back of the room's heard it,
- 45:12Speaker 4: you've already.
- 45:13Speaker 6: Moved on to like something else.
- 45:14Speaker 4: Yeah, So you'll be say something funny, you'll hear a
- 45:17Speaker 4: couple of laughs like here, and then you'll carry on
- 45:19Speaker 4: talking and then all of a sudden you'll hear the
- 45:20Speaker 4: last from the back, like half a second layer, and
- 45:22Speaker 4: you're like, oh, okay, yeah, lay laughing at So it
- 45:31Speaker 4: can get to a point where you're like, oh, there's
- 45:33Speaker 4: actually too many people. Two to five thousand, the sweet Spot, Yeah,
- 45:36Speaker 4: Melbourne and in five thousand five half hour. Yeah that
- 45:39Speaker 4: was good.
- 45:40Speaker 6: That was decent. Yeah, that one. That one was fun.
- 45:43Speaker 2: That's a good sweet interesting.
- 45:45Speaker 4: It's fun though many, but it's good. And also, like
- 45:48Speaker 4: once you if you know your show back to back,
- 45:50Speaker 4: you don't get nervous before every show. We have a
- 45:53Speaker 4: ritual where we'll go in the green room by ourselves
- 45:56Speaker 4: and we'll just run through the entire show and then
- 46:00Speaker 4: once you know, you know it like the back of
- 46:02Speaker 4: your hand, you can't go wrong, and then it's just
- 46:04Speaker 4: piss you don't get nervous.
- 46:06Speaker 3: I guess the only thing that changes is getting people
- 46:08Speaker 3: on stage that can that's a little riff.
- 46:11Speaker 4: So there's a couple of wild girls on stage and
- 46:13Speaker 4: we went to Yeah it was funny. Though it's funny,
- 46:18Speaker 4: you just have to like the way we do it.
- 46:20Speaker 4: Like that's been like a try and everything when we've
- 46:22Speaker 4: always had people come on stage. But then you learn,
- 46:24Speaker 4: like you can't give the guests too much.
- 46:30Speaker 6: Power.
- 46:31Speaker 4: I know they like they get excited and they get
- 46:33Speaker 4: nervous and they want to like show out, but you
- 46:35Speaker 4: need to, like I think the main thing we try
- 46:36Speaker 4: to remember is that like people aren't it's a nice addition,
- 46:39Speaker 4: but people haven't paid money to come and see these
- 46:41Speaker 4: random people on stage. So you don't want to like
- 46:43Speaker 4: dedicate the content to like a random person.
- 46:47Speaker 6: Who's on there. So you kind of like make it
- 46:49Speaker 6: around them.
- 46:50Speaker 4: But realistically, we're still doing all the talking, we're still
- 46:53Speaker 4: doing all the reactions, we're still doing like everything, and
- 46:55Speaker 4: they might say one or two words and then you
- 46:58Speaker 4: just like bring it back to white people have spent
- 47:01Speaker 4: their entire evening being here.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Fair enough, it was fun.
- 47:05Speaker 4: You guys liked it. Yeah, at the start was like I.
- 47:09Speaker 3: Thought it was pretty smart, like a good way to
- 47:11Speaker 3: get everyone kind of into it. Showing all the clips?
- 47:14Speaker 3: Do you show the same clips every time? We've changed
- 47:16Speaker 3: them a few times.
- 47:17Speaker 4: And that's another thing as well, like when you do
- 47:19Speaker 4: a tour, like we're like super super perfectionist, so it
- 47:22Speaker 4: gets the team gets so pushed off, like like we
- 47:26Speaker 4: it's hard when like you start a tour and I
- 47:31Speaker 4: can see, you know when they say, like comedians, when
- 47:33Speaker 4: they have like a set that they want to take
- 47:34Speaker 4: on tour, if they want to do a special, they'll
- 47:36Speaker 4: practice it in like the shitty little comedy clubs and
- 47:38Speaker 4: stuff like that until it's perfect. It makes so much
- 47:40Speaker 4: sense now because we never have a chance to practice it.
- 47:43Speaker 4: We go out on the first show, and then after
- 47:46Speaker 4: the first one you're like hated that, hated, and then
- 47:49Speaker 4: you change it next show, hated, hat hate that third show.
- 47:53Speaker 4: And then also it's tough because certain things land in
- 47:56Speaker 4: different areas. So there's bits that we did in the
- 48:00Speaker 4: show that you guys were at where I tried it
- 48:02Speaker 4: in Perth, and it fucking bombed and then like, oh,
- 48:06Speaker 4: we should bring this back, and I was like, no,
- 48:08Speaker 4: have you ever have you ever actually bombed a show,
- 48:10Speaker 4: like a full show where it's just like that was
- 48:13Speaker 4: crazy to go through.
- 48:14Speaker 1: No.
- 48:15Speaker 6: Luckily, there's so there's like little awkward bits where you're.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Like, fuck.
- 48:23Speaker 4: On our first show in America in Dallas, the video
- 48:26Speaker 4: that you guys throw at the beginning, we had something
- 48:27Speaker 4: similar to that and the screen wasn't working. Just audio,
- 48:31Speaker 4: it's just audio, but backstage we had no idea that
- 48:33Speaker 4: screen wasn't working. So we came on stage like, oh,
- 48:35Speaker 4: what's did you guys like the video? And everyone's like
- 48:38Speaker 4: what you talking about? And then we have like this
- 48:40Speaker 4: whole like full stop moment, like no the video that
- 48:42Speaker 4: just played there and people are like there was no
- 48:44Speaker 4: video and then you're like we're like oh full and
- 48:48Speaker 4: then we're like, oh, let's watch the video. Then we
- 48:49Speaker 4: got to play the video no video video, and I
- 48:52Speaker 4: was like I wanted that. I want to die. I
- 48:55Speaker 4: want to die. That was fucking horrible, But now we've
- 48:59Speaker 4: never had I think we're lucky that because it is
- 49:03Speaker 4: obviously just like a live podcast show, is that when
- 49:06Speaker 4: things go wrong. It just makes it funnier. You don't
- 49:08Speaker 4: have to like we're not in a position, but we
- 49:10Speaker 4: have to pretend like it didn't happen. Yeah, and we're
- 49:12Speaker 4: lucky enough to be like, oh, ship, that didn't work.
- 49:14Speaker 6: That's hilarious. Anyway, let's get.
- 49:17Speaker 2: On crack on.
- 49:17Speaker 8: Yeah, they know what personality is, Like we double down
- 49:21Speaker 8: with abrupt moments.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Yeah for sure.
- 49:24Speaker 8: Like it will be very very different if we're musicians
- 49:26Speaker 8: and like a drummer funked up or something, or lighting
- 49:29Speaker 8: fucked up.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Yeah, like you fucked up the performance?
- 49:32Speaker 4: Like we and where were we? Was it the laid maybe?
- 49:38Speaker 4: And a girl like some drunk girl came on stage?
- 49:40Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, and one maybe yeah.
- 49:44Speaker 4: Maybe I can't remember one or two, but this drung
- 49:47Speaker 4: girl came on stage. She was just like dance on
- 49:49Speaker 4: stage and I like tried to like entertain it for
- 49:52Speaker 4: a second and then I was just like, nah, funk off.
- 49:58Speaker 3: To go.
- 49:58Speaker 4: And it's nice that you can, like I feel comfortable,
- 50:01Speaker 4: we can feel comfortable to just like be ourselves and
- 50:04Speaker 4: be normal and people won't be like, WHOA wasn't expecting
- 50:06Speaker 4: to see that if you're a musician or a comedian whatever.
- 50:09Speaker 4: As soon as you have to like break character. Everyone's
- 50:11Speaker 4: like oh damn, Like that wasn't ugly to see, whereas like.
- 50:14Speaker 6: Us, we don't have to like put on a.
- 50:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I can tell the whole crowd to shut.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Again, you guys, you guys again.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Yeah, and then you guys are doing your performances. You're
- 50:26Speaker 3: like up to the other side, like, yeah, that was
- 50:29Speaker 3: fun talking about I guess, I just I guess talking
- 50:34Speaker 3: about the show. This to be the last thing I
- 50:36Speaker 3: actually wanted to ask Addie to clear you guys. You
- 50:38Speaker 3: guys will play into how much you love each other right,
- 50:42Speaker 3: and as a fan, I know it's you're playing it.
- 50:48Speaker 3: And I actually just wanted to because Only and I
- 50:51Speaker 3: are also best friends. Because we live in Australia, there's
- 50:54Speaker 3: some certain situations we could get ourselves into. So I
- 50:57Speaker 3: did want to ask before I ask you question, how much.
- 50:59Speaker 1: Do you love me? What's just I just want to
- 51:05Speaker 1: would you do anything is off where He's like, would
- 51:09Speaker 1: you suck my dick? If a snake would is that
- 51:12Speaker 1: where you're going on? Would you give me a scenario?
- 51:14Speaker 3: That's the scenario scenario if you you and I went
- 51:17Speaker 3: Camp of the Australia for three months. We actually didn't
- 51:21Speaker 3: encounter any stakes, but if we did, there was a
- 51:22Speaker 3: good chance we did. If I got bit, What if
- 51:24Speaker 3: we were on Fraser Island, what are you doing around naked?
- 51:29Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 51:30Speaker 3: If I yelled out from over the little sand dunes
- 51:33Speaker 3: where I got to take a ship and dig a hole.
- 51:35Speaker 1: Right, I was like, oh yeah, yeah, and you run up.
- 51:40Speaker 3: I'm like midship, but there's a snake just lashed on
- 51:45Speaker 3: and we're like, oh fuck, that's a brown snake.
- 51:47Speaker 4: You're like, Jake, You're fucked.
- 51:49Speaker 1: That's a brown snake.
- 51:51Speaker 2: Ship I'm thinking, And it's like swollen.
- 51:55Speaker 4: It's swollen.
- 51:57Speaker 1: And then we're just like, what's the that was?
- 52:00Speaker 4: Wow?
- 52:09Speaker 3: If we came to the conclusion like I'm gonna die,
- 52:12Speaker 3: the only thing we can try is that you suck
- 52:15Speaker 3: it out?
- 52:16Speaker 1: Is that the only thing we can try.
- 52:18Speaker 4: We've come to the conclusion.
- 52:19Speaker 1: I'm thinking like zombie, chop it off. We've got access. No,
- 52:22Speaker 1: we're not thinking that quick.
- 52:24Speaker 4: We're not thinking that quick.
- 52:25Speaker 5: The only thing we've come to as as a couple
- 52:28Speaker 5: is that you have.
- 52:29Speaker 1: To try and suck it out as a duo. I
- 52:32Speaker 1: think in this scenario right now, thinking about it, I
- 52:35Speaker 1: couldn't do it.
- 52:38Speaker 6: Honestly hilarious.
- 52:40Speaker 4: He's trying to be nice.
- 52:42Speaker 1: If I was there and you're like, suck it in
- 52:48Speaker 1: my life, I think I would have.
- 52:56Speaker 4: Goods to know to know I rate it so massive
- 53:02Speaker 4: peer pressure will be the only reason, literally, if it's
- 53:05Speaker 4: up to him, he's not doing it. Wow, that's insane.
- 53:16Speaker 1: All right. Up next, we have a little bit of
- 53:18Speaker 1: a game. We want to pin Foo Pad versus James,
- 53:21Speaker 1: like you've show a little bit. Like we said, we
- 53:24Speaker 1: have a ninety percent female audience and with that we
- 53:27Speaker 1: get a very unique insight into how women think, which
- 53:30Speaker 1: we're very appreciative of. And as you both said, you
- 53:33Speaker 1: both daddy, but we really want to know how well
- 53:35Speaker 1: do you actually know women? So we're going to call
- 53:40Speaker 1: this what she says versus what she actually means. I'm locked,
- 53:44Speaker 1: and we're going to give closest answer wins because they
- 53:47Speaker 1: are a little bit rogue, but I'm a bit intricate. Yeah,
- 53:50Speaker 1: they're a bit intricate. I'm going to say a phrase,
- 53:53Speaker 1: see if any of your land, and we're going to
- 53:54Speaker 1: score it as well.
- 53:55Speaker 3: So yeah, you'll both answer each question, okay, cooky, and
- 53:58Speaker 3: I mean, if you like both agree. You swear you agree,
- 54:01Speaker 3: and it's right. You can both get a point and
- 54:03Speaker 3: we'll do. I think we have about eleven question.
- 54:05Speaker 1: Yeah, A confident confident.
- 54:07Speaker 6: I'm I'm really confident.
- 54:10Speaker 1: All right. What she says, you're too sweet? What does
- 54:13Speaker 1: that mean?
- 54:14Speaker 6: You're boring?
- 54:15Speaker 2: Yeah, you're just a friend.
- 54:18Speaker 1: I was looking for. You're never going to see me naked.
- 54:22Speaker 4: You're just to be fair, you're just a friend. Fair,
- 54:26Speaker 4: I mean you're boring as well. We'll give.
- 54:31Speaker 1: We'll give him too sweet?
- 54:33Speaker 2: All right?
- 54:38Speaker 1: Ready, Yeah, that's all right. I can go by myself.
- 54:43Speaker 2: You better fucking take me. She's livid.
- 54:47Speaker 6: That's all right, I can go by myself. Yeah, I
- 54:51Speaker 6: would just assume that is if I have to go
- 54:55Speaker 6: by myself.
- 54:56Speaker 3: We're done, okay, Fair, I want you to go with me,
- 55:01Speaker 3: but I want you to want it yourself, not because
- 55:03Speaker 3: I asked you.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Yes, Fair, I think I can give you both a
- 55:07Speaker 1: point for that. You're both pretty close. Yeah. The next one, Wait,
- 55:12Speaker 1: what did you say?
- 55:15Speaker 6: Wait?
- 55:16Speaker 4: What did you say?
- 55:17Speaker 2: I'm trying to get like that.
- 55:18Speaker 6: Can we use it in a can we get context?
- 55:20Speaker 1: So you're saying something like wild and she's like, wait,
- 55:23Speaker 1: what did you just say?
- 55:25Speaker 8: I think she's in I can imagine I'm telling a
- 55:28Speaker 8: story to my girl and she's heard me say she
- 55:33Speaker 8: or her, If that makes sense, you're talking about a
- 55:36Speaker 8: woman's a woman, Yeah, and she's the wait what did
- 55:40Speaker 8: you say?
- 55:41Speaker 6: Yeah, that's exactly what where my mom went.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Okay, you're the same I was looking for. I know
- 55:46Speaker 1: what you said. I'm giving you a chance to change
- 55:48Speaker 1: your answer before I get mad.
- 55:55Speaker 6: Then it's happened to how this is actually working?
- 55:58Speaker 1: Good? Ready?
- 55:59Speaker 4: Yes, what she says, No, I don't need help.
- 56:06Speaker 2: She wants you to have offered from the jump, and
- 56:10Speaker 2: but now she's doing it by herself. No, I don't
- 56:12Speaker 2: need help. Now I don't need help. She's being stubborn
- 56:14Speaker 2: about it.
- 56:15Speaker 1: No, No, I don't need it. Just no, I don't know.
- 56:17Speaker 6: I didn't need help for me.
- 56:19Speaker 4: That would be.
- 56:22Speaker 6: You should have done it without asking.
- 56:25Speaker 3: Okay, so this one's like pretty specific, but we can
- 56:29Speaker 3: see who's closest says, please take one of these ten
- 56:31Speaker 3: shopping bags and I'm trying to carry all in one trip.
- 56:33Speaker 3: But I'm too summoned to admit I need help because
- 56:36Speaker 3: I'm a strong and independent woman.
- 56:39Speaker 4: So that was hell specific.
- 56:41Speaker 5: But I think Jans said, like, I think it was
- 56:45Speaker 5: kind of like help me without asking.
- 56:47Speaker 6: All right, cool, cool, cool cool cool?
- 56:48Speaker 3: All right, I'm thinking about this. How many questions have
- 56:50Speaker 3: we got left? I've got one, two, three, can do
- 56:53Speaker 3: three as well, and you've got three.
- 56:54Speaker 1: They're tired? Should we answer one for one?
- 56:57Speaker 3: So we ask who had one, and only foo Head answers,
- 57:00Speaker 3: and then it makes it so it's kind of like, let's.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Do that, all right, So who's this for? Tied up
- 57:07Speaker 1: and we'll go through the more. Yeah, what does you smell?
- 57:11Speaker 1: Good men?
- 57:14Speaker 2: She wants the funk.
- 57:18Speaker 4: Brother.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Yeah you've heard that before. Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, James, yes, sir,
- 57:29Speaker 1: what she says?
- 57:31Speaker 6: I love this game?
- 57:35Speaker 1: Go on?
- 57:36Speaker 4: I dare you.
- 57:41Speaker 1: Go on?
- 57:42Speaker 2: I dare you.
- 57:45Speaker 6: Can I have context? Oh no, I don't want to
- 57:51Speaker 6: okay cheat here, all right, go on, I dare you
- 57:54Speaker 6: go on?
- 57:54Speaker 1: It's not in a playful oh okay, yeah, maybe I
- 58:00Speaker 1: get the way I said it.
- 58:06Speaker 4: Literally looking at me, right, yeah, go on, I dare
- 58:11Speaker 4: you sweat?
- 58:13Speaker 6: Go on?
- 58:14Speaker 4: I dare you if saying that to me, bro, I'm
- 58:17Speaker 4: so bad at this kind of stuf because I'm like
- 58:19Speaker 4: I'm doing I'm doing yeah, and this is over.
- 58:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I would say, go on, I dare you is
- 58:24Speaker 3: obviously don't you dare Yet's just do it in your
- 58:27Speaker 3: dead meat.
- 58:28Speaker 1: So I'll give you that one, alrighty. Next one, what
- 58:31Speaker 1: she says, did anything happen today?
- 58:37Speaker 8: She knows what happens, She's got confirmation from a girl's
- 58:40Speaker 8: group chat what happened. She wants you to tell her
- 58:42Speaker 8: the truth before she sees you lie to her face.
- 58:49Speaker 4: I'm not even gonna.
- 58:50Speaker 5: Say, okay, okay, okay, I love that for you.
- 59:03Speaker 2: I love that for you.
- 59:04Speaker 3: I love that for you, But I can actually give context,
- 59:09Speaker 3: need context with this one. So you've you've told your
- 59:12Speaker 3: girl I'm going out with the boys.
- 59:15Speaker 6: I knew that was going to be.
- 59:16Speaker 4: I love that for you, Okay, cool, Yeah, I love
- 59:19Speaker 4: that for you. Is tossing up between coming out with
- 59:24Speaker 4: the boys.
- 59:25Speaker 6: I love that for you is.
- 59:28Speaker 4: I definitely don't want you to go out for your boys.
- 59:31Speaker 4: You should be staying home with me, or you'd rather
- 59:34Speaker 4: go out of your boys than go out with me,
- 59:36Speaker 4: So I want you to stay you'd rather stay home
- 59:38Speaker 4: with me. I guess that's that worthy.
- 59:43Speaker 6: It's fine.
- 59:43Speaker 4: If it's not, it's fine.
- 59:45Speaker 1: He's struggling a little bit.
- 59:46Speaker 4: I feel that there was kind of two answers in one.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Yes, not throw any shade.
- 59:54Speaker 2: It wasn't my question.
- 59:57Speaker 4: My question. I don't think I can easy.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: One is in my defense.
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: Okay, it's easy.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: You could tie this up.
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: James, all right, last question, cool, both of you.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: It's actually kind of hard what she said. Oh really,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: I didn't know.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Oh really, I didn't know. I think it's similar to
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: what she already knew.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: I'm looking for a specific reason to pay how she knows. Cool?
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Oh really I didn't know.
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: So maybe for example, she's already done her due diligence,
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: she's gone phone, I g something, and you've kind of come.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Clean or tried to come clean on something I didn't.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: I didn't know, but she already knew because she's done
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: her due diligence.
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: Or you're telling you're telling her a version of your truth. Really,
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: I didn't know that, I reckon she's gone for his phone.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: Sorry, Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to give it
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: to both of you. I've stalked every single social media
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: platform you have. I definitely know that was good.
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: You did well done.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: I don't really know how to do any sort of
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: like tiebreak. But I think maybe you guys just did well.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: I'll take that.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: That's a very good guy.
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: That was a fun game.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: Did well. We need to think of a way to
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: make it more competition. Yeah, that was decent, very nice,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: but thank you so much.
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: Exciting episode. This was really good. By the way, good format,
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: very good. Appreciate format.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: We appreciate that a lot.
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: Actually, yeah, we kind of we stressed a bit because
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: we put some thought into it. We're not done yet,
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: but are we no one more thing we will say quickly.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Thank you so much. Thank you.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: You guys have been great. Thank you as you did
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: here earlier in the show. We went to the show,
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: we went to your live show, and you know what
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: team we fell on.
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: Yes, so.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: I don't know if.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: That's hilarious.
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: Let's go, let's goldfellas, Let's gold fellas, Let's gold fellas everything.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: I just proud you're both the Daddy's today.
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: Fair enough, proud, thanks, good, thank you guys.
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: That was very very good.
