- 0:00Today, we're going to talk about something near and dear to my heart, and that is bullying in the workplace and something I strive to make sure does not happen.
- 0:12To you or to me.
- 0:14In 2006, I was diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
- 0:20This diagnosis left me with a super power, and that is understanding people's communication.
- 0:29The way they act the way their body language is, because I had to know these things just to survive with anybody around me.
- 0:39And.
- 0:40My experience with that was it left me with this superpower.
- 0:45That can identify bullying.
- 0:49Like.
- 0:51Uh, Hawk finds.
- 0:53Food.
- 0:55I have the vision of that.
- 0:58And recently.
- 1:00As you probably can tell and notice my energy has completely shifted.
- 1:07But it was only after I experienced bullying in the workplace.
- 1:14Yes.
- 1:15I was fired, but I look at it as I resigned.
- 1:20And so when I say I resigned, I'm just tweaking the words a tad.
- 1:25And here's why.
- 1:26I did the pruning shears of revision as Neville Goddard talks about.
- 1:31And I just revised it in my mind with some of my mentors, with some of my coaches.
- 1:37And we decided that that was the most positive way for me to.
- 1:44Deal with the.
- 1:46Trauma.
- 1:47Because it was a very traumatic experience.
- 1:49I was actually bullied.
- 1:52Out of my job.
- 1:54It broke my heart.
- 1:56And it's funny because I was told I was just a fitness instructor and that's all they wanted.
- 2:04And here's, what's funny about that.
- 2:06Almost every night since I've left, I've had dreams that I sneak back into my job.
- 2:13And actually.
- 2:16Start training people that I worked with almost every night.
- 2:21And then I also get in trouble by HR and the VP who fired me.
- 2:27For being on campus.
- 2:29It cracks me up because that is why I was fired was because they were saying I wasn't doing my job.
- 2:37They actually said there was theft of time.
- 2:41Hey, you know what they were right.
- 2:45There was theft of time.
- 2:47Let's talk about that.
- 2:49So the theft of time to place, because let, let's backtrack just a tad.
- 2:55Okay.
- 2:56Let's go back to August.
- 2:59August 25th.
- 3:01Of 2024.
- 3:02If you're watching this many years in the future.
- 3:06What happened was HR started stalking my social media.
- 3:10They found one of my videos where I kind of talked bad about my manager.
- 3:15In this video because my manager had specifically told me.
- 3:19Over the years of me being there, I was there 11 and a half years.
- 3:24If not longer, almost 12 years in January would have been 12 years.
- 3:28It cracks me up me up.
- 3:30So I called her out and I said, you know, my manager says if it was up to her, I wouldn't be there.
- 3:35She's my manager had asked, specifically told my team members that I don't do anything at work.
- 3:41One of the only times I cried at work was when I was told that.
- 3:47What do I do?
- 3:48What.
- 3:50It's funny to me now.
- 3:52But it hurt.
- 3:54It hurt bad.
- 3:55Okay.
- 3:58So HR was stalking my social media.
- 4:00They found my YouTube video where I said that they sent it to the vice-president and I got reprimanded for the video.
- 4:06Because I was talking about the company in a bad light.
- 4:09This was in August of 2024.
- 4:13And.
- 4:15I had to sign a piece of paper that said if I did it again, or if I got caught doing this, I would be terminated.
- 4:24Okay.
- 4:27I don't know it.
- 4:29I was like, okay, whatever.
- 4:31In my mind, I was thinking.
- 4:34I was helping the company become a better place.
- 4:39Okay, let's go back to my diagnosis of complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
- 4:45I am an expert in communication.
- 4:48I can understand people's eye contact.
- 4:51I can understand people's body language.
- 4:55And I teach this as well.
- 4:58And they didn't utilize my superpower.
- 5:01In fact, it intimidated them.
- 5:06So it's why I call out people like Amy Porterfield.
- 5:10Some of my blog posts that I write about Amy Porterfield and I'll link them in the show notes and description below are extremely popular because I call out Amy Porterfield's.
- 5:21Tactics on marketing.
- 5:23She calls it online.
- 5:24Marketing made easy.
- 5:26I call it online marketing made sleazy.
- 5:30Okay.
- 5:31There's that?
- 5:32So the bullying that took place in the workplace was horrendous.
- 5:36And in that month, So I resigned from my job in September, just a month after that video was released.
- 5:45So HR started stalking my social media.
- 5:48They went to my LinkedIn profile.
- 5:50They went to my website.
- 5:52And they found where I had a calendar where I could book appointments.
- 5:57And it was on company time.
- 6:01But at the same time, I was just a fitness instructor.
- 6:04So the VP called me.
- 6:06I was just a fitness instructor.
- 6:08In my mind, I thought I was helping the company become a better culture, a better workplace.
- 6:14And I was applying my knowledge and expertise of corporate wellness.
- 6:18And I was thinking in my mind, I was doing this just for them.
- 6:22I was doing this for them because I, I knew I made an impact.
- 6:27And how did I know that?
- 6:29Because I was coaching people, I was working with people.
- 6:31I was training people.
- 6:32I was hearing the trenches of the culture.
- 6:36What was going on inside there?
- 6:38It's almost like I was an undercover boss.
- 6:41I had the best interest of the company at heart.
- 6:44At heart.
- 6:46And that was something that HR needed to do.
- 6:52But they didn't have any trust inside the company.
- 6:55People did not trust them.
- 6:57Because they did bullying.
- 6:59I, so at firsthand, Inside the culture.
- 7:04And now I can talk about it because now.
- 7:06I don't have the 40 hour a week job.
- 7:11That I'm supposed to represent.
- 7:15It's funny because I was fired for the very thing.
- 7:19That they needed.
- 7:22It blows my mind.
- 7:23So let's go back to the bullying.
- 7:26Why am I an expert at bullying?
- 7:28All of my life.
- 7:29I had been bullied by authority.
- 7:32I was actually bullied out of my children's life.
- 7:37By the woman who.
- 7:38Could have my husband, I would have given her to him.
- 7:41I would have packed him up and tied a bow on him.
- 7:47She could have him.
- 7:49Oh, she wanted my children.
- 7:51She actually forced them to call her mom.
- 7:55And call me Kathie at their house.
- 7:58And I picked up on it because my kids were so little, they come to my house and they would say my first name.
- 8:04I was like, okay, that's weird.
- 8:07There's something going on there.
- 8:08There's countless examples of what happened.
- 8:13So as bullied out of my kid's life, she.
- 8:16I actually stalk my social media.
- 8:19And she would tell my boy, you can't take pictures with their mom.
- 8:24And put it on social media.
- 8:26The weirdest thing I know.
- 8:28And it's funny how history repeated itself.
- 8:32It's just funny to me.
- 8:34I know I'm going to say that a lot in this video.
- 8:37Cause my superpower is a blessing and a curse.
- 8:39I can understand what's going on, but at the same time, I really wish I didn't know it right here.
- 8:46Ya know?
- 8:47The therapist who diagnosed me with complex post-traumatic stress disorder.
- 8:52Has an awesome theory of psychology.
- 8:56That theory is all about the victim victimizer.
- 9:00And because I spent many years with this woman and excellent, excellent therapist, she saved my life.
- 9:08Let me tell you something.
- 9:09I understand that theory to a tee.
- 9:12And it also coincides with what we're talking about today.
- 9:16So I understand the victim victimizer cycle.
- 9:19Okay.
- 9:20And I'll have a link in the show notes and description below to all the articles I've written about victim victimizer and her wonderful, awesome theory, because it's so true.
- 9:30We do it with ourselves.
- 9:31We do it with others.
- 9:33Anytime you see an argument it's taking place, there's a victim and a victimizer and it goes back and forth.
- 9:39So the victim gets pissed off and they start victimizing and it just never ends.
- 9:44We do it mostly with ourselves.
- 9:48But here.
- 9:49Is what I want.
- 9:51To state.
- 9:53So on that day in August.
- 9:57I realized.
- 10:01Nope.
- 10:02I told my manager's manager, the vice president.
- 10:06I told him specifically, I said, you know, as long as I've been here and at the time it was like 11 years.
- 10:13I have never once had a job review, never once.
- 10:19Never.
- 10:21And.
- 10:23That tells me several things.
- 10:25I wasn't recognized for the work I was doing.
- 10:29Or second of all, I wasn't even told whether I was doing things right, or I was doing things wrong.
- 10:36I was just doing my best.
- 10:38I have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- 10:40I would do anything.
- 10:42You tell me to cut grass with scissors.
- 10:43I would cut grass with scissors.
- 10:46But.
- 10:47I have so much more up here to share at, in here, in here specifically.
- 10:52To share that wasn't acknowledged and wasn't appreciated and was actually the reason I was bullied out of there.
- 11:02And I couldn't understand it.
- 11:05That was working with chat GPT on the whole situation.
- 11:09And I asked it, I said, tell me why.
- 11:13Do people bully because I can't.
- 11:15I can't understand it.
- 11:17I can't think of, I can't figure it out.
- 11:19Why, why are they bullying?
- 11:22I know how they bully.
- 11:25I can spot it like a Hawk.
- 11:27Looking for food.
- 11:30And it's kind of a scary superpower sometimes.
- 11:38But the things that chatGPT told me were like, insecurity.
- 11:42Somebody's going to find out that they're not doing their job and they're going to get in trouble, which.
- 11:48Makes sense for HR and yeah, I hope you are stalking in this video right here, because.
- 11:56That's where you went wrong.
- 11:58I had so much to offer.
- 11:59I could have helped.
- 12:00And in fact, I dream at night about working with the people that I worked with.
- 12:05I hear from others who work there, who can sense my presence is gone.
- 12:11The whole company you just broke everybody's trust by firing somebody who was trying to build that up.
- 12:20I could have helped you.
- 12:22I could have helped you because I was in the trenches with them and I understood what was going on.
- 12:28And I do not say this to be ugly.
- 12:30I say this with the most deepest empathy.
- 12:35And emotional intelligence that I can drum up on this because I worked through it.
- 12:40I've processed it.
- 12:41I understand what happened and how it happened.
- 12:45My emotional intelligence is also higher.
- 12:51It's because of everything I've been through because of the trauma I've been through, I had to become emotionally intelligent just to survive.
- 13:00When you go back to my kids, I had to just let them go.
- 13:04And let that theater play out over there.
- 13:09Because if I didn't, it would have damaged them more, their psychological understanding.
- 13:16It took 25 years.
- 13:19to, it to play out.
- 13:22But my.
- 13:24My children now understand, and they see why I did what I did.
- 13:29And they're there for me.
- 13:31They're there for me.
- 13:32Like you would not believe.
- 13:33And it's.
- 13:35It's wonderful how God works that way.
- 13:38So, first of all, I wasn't.
- 13:40Recognized and reviewed and understood what was going to happen in my job and what you needed.
- 13:49And that was not okay.
- 13:52And actually it's something that I do coach and teach in corporate wellness is recognition and rewards is super important.
- 14:02And you have to have a method to it that actually rewards people for actually doing something great for the company.
- 14:11Instead of just rewarding an intern with the biggest prize you have, because you gave them a ticket and they put it into the thing.
- 14:19That makes no sense whatsoever.
- 14:22If you're trying to recognize and reward employees.
- 14:26So the toxic work culture I was in is the very thing I stand against.
- 14:33And is the reason why I resigned from the company.
- 14:36And when I say there was theft of time, what happened was.
- 14:40HR was stuck in my social media.
- 14:43I have some pretty powerful stuff out there.
- 14:47And they found my calendar where I can book times to schedule appointments, to work with people in my corporate wellness programs.
- 14:57And those times were on.
- 15:00Times I was on the clock.
- 15:03But.
- 15:04How could I.
- 15:06Be a fitness instructor for 40 hours a week when your employees have to be working.
- 15:18So in my mind, because I wasn't reviewed and I wasn't recognized.
- 15:22I'm thinking I'm doing something great for the company and.
- 15:27Let's go back to that calendar.
- 15:29The calendar had times blocked out when I was training people during their lunch hours after work.
- 15:35Before work.
- 15:38It it, I just don't get it.
- 15:42I just don't get it.
- 15:43They shot themselves in the foot by treating me the way they treated me.
- 15:48And I've seen it now that I've left and I'm outside of it.
- 15:52I see them still doing it.
- 15:56But there was theft of time and it was my time.
- 16:00Because I was worth more than just 40 hours a week.
- 16:03I could have gotten so much more done if they just gave in to change management.
- 16:10Emotional intelligence.
- 16:12Empathy in the workplace and definitely not bullying in the workplace.
- 16:18So during one of those calendar times, I booked with somebody.
- 16:23I had to spoken to a motivational speaker who said, Hey, I give all these talks.
- 16:30At these companies and then I leave and they don't have anything to hold onto inside there.
- 16:38And I have a program that would definitely support teams.
- 16:43of, five that could spread that throughout the company.
- 16:46And you just need the speaker to come in.
- 16:48Once a quarter.
- 16:50And then he can go do speakers at other companies.
- 16:54And then I can follow up with the motivation and inspiration.
- 16:58So I had this call on my time.
- 17:01Not yours.
- 17:02I'm sorry.
- 17:03For what you think.
- 17:05But I had this call with this gentleman on my time.
- 17:10And I was reluctant to commit.
- 17:13Because I couldn't commit to really giving him a solid program because I was still committed to 40 hours over there.
- 17:23I reached out to him.
- 17:25As soon as I.
- 17:26Was let go from the company.
- 17:28I was like, Hey, I, I know you probably picked up on the fact that I couldn't commit and I want to be a part of what you have to offer companies, because I know I could make a difference.
- 17:39I know my programs would instill the lessons that you teach on happiness and wonderful stuff.
- 17:46And we could.
- 17:47Can I carry that on.
- 17:50And now I'm going to be working with him.
- 17:53Could actually replace my salary.
- 17:58Which was a lot.
- 18:00And I'm like, it just makes no sense to me.
- 18:04When that there's so much to offer.
- 18:08So, yeah, there was theft of time.
- 18:10They were stealing my time.
- 18:11That could have been used for more valuable things.
- 18:15Back to the bullying.
- 18:17The bullying was off the charts off the charts.
- 18:21My manager was literally bullying me.
- 18:27It breaks my heart the way I was bullied.
- 18:31I worked at a health fair on a Sunday for four hours.
- 18:36For them.
- 18:38At this health fair.
- 18:39I met other vendors I could have brought in for our wellness days.
- 18:42I met some really cool vendors and I was really excited for that.
- 18:47The week prior, I had a charity awareness day where I brought in all these charities for the team.
- 18:55Here's where the trauma started happening.
- 18:58I worked really hard on this event.
- 18:59It was set up just like a health fair, had all these great charities come in.
- 19:04We had these wonderful things.
- 19:06And just before the event start, my manager comes up to me.
- 19:09And tells me and I had already heard, she was mad that I wasn't setting it up the way she wanted.
- 19:16And.
- 19:17She tells me, um, You need to let me know what's going on.
- 19:22You know, I am your manager.
- 19:24I was like, okay, that language was not professional is not kind.
- 19:31And I'm like, okay.
- 19:33I tried scheduling meetings with you.
- 19:35You always canceled on me.
- 19:36You were out of the office, those types of things.
- 19:40So I did it on my own.
- 19:42Like I did everything I did.
- 19:46And she told me that right before the event, I was already stressed out, making sure all everybody got in there.
- 19:52Right.
- 19:52And the properly.
- 19:54So the event took place and I met with the women's shelter and they were really curious about what we did and they wanted to come in and bring people from the shelter, these teenagers that were looking for future.
- 20:07Prospecting careers.
- 20:11And I was like, oh, we do that with the chamber of commerce.
- 20:14We would definitely would be interested in doing that.
- 20:18And I actually had a lunch and learn what the president of the company.
- 20:21Just the next day.
- 20:23And he was like, yeah, that's a great idea.
- 20:25We could also do that with the other charities.
- 20:27There's just different charities we could work with.
- 20:31But I made the mistake of going into HRS office in my enthusiasm of this.
- 20:38Event.
- 20:39Telling them.
- 20:40Hey guess what the women's shelter want to do this and this and this.
- 20:43And they were like very condescendingly telling me yes, ma'am.
- 20:48Yes.
- 20:48Ma'am yes.
- 20:49Ma'am.
- 20:50Yes ma'am.
- 20:50And I'm like, Thinking in my mind, something feels off and the language was not bullying, but definitely my hawk vision picked up on it.
- 21:02And I was like, and this is, it does not feel right.
- 21:07So two days later, my manager comes out to the gym and tells me.
- 21:12Um, The girls are telling me that you want to have that, uh, a job fair and that's illegal.
- 21:22That's not your job.
- 21:24You're not allowed to do that.
- 21:26Very very condescending language.
- 21:30Again, my Hawkeye vision was picking up on that.
- 21:33I was like, okay.
- 21:36And just mind you just minutes before that, I had some bad news for my son and my mental health was not in a good place.
- 21:46I had already been.
- 21:49Criticized manager.
- 21:52The condescending?
- 21:53Yes, ma'ams.
- 21:55The negative energy.
- 21:56I picked up in that office when I went into, so excitedly tell them that this was going to happen.
- 22:04I started connecting the dots, looking backwards.
- 22:09And I saw how they were looking at my LinkedIn.
- 22:16Hmm.
- 22:17I brought back bad memories of.
- 22:20The stepmom doing the same thing.
- 22:24Yeah.
- 22:26Those are called triggers in PTSD.
- 22:29They're just called triggers, just saying.
- 22:32So I sent an email to HR and told him, I said there was a miscommunication here.
- 22:38From my understanding, the company wants to promote this and wants to make it a, an awesome thing for the company.
- 22:47Uh, and in my mind, I'm thinking, wow, this is going to change people's lives.
- 22:50And that's what I'm all about.
- 22:54Not only the teens that would come in there, but the people that work there, they would have somebody they could mentor and they could.
- 23:02Look up to how they moved up in the company and it just was like so positive for the whole culture.
- 23:09I didn't get it.
- 23:11So connecting the dots.
- 23:13I see how I was bullied because the go back to August.
- 23:17They caught my video.
- 23:19I was talking bad about my manager.
- 23:22And then we go fast forward.
- 23:24And then it was funny because as soon as I sent that email to HR, I went to lunch and I'm sitting in there eating lunch in the break room and.
- 23:33They walk in there.
- 23:34They know when I eat lunch, they walk in there and they look over at me.
- 23:37And I'm like, Ooh, God.
- 23:39Doesn't look good is kind of like mean girls kind of like laughing.
- 23:46Sorry, my superpower gets the best to me sometimes.
- 23:50Just saying.
- 23:51So I worked at health fair on a Sunday after that.
- 23:55Charity event.
- 23:57And then I emailed my manager to make sure I could get credit for my hours.
- 24:03However they wanted to do it.
- 24:05Usually they give you four hours of PTO.
- 24:08You know, there's one thing that really held me back in that job is they counted my hours and that.
- 24:14I felt like I know my worth is more than 40 hours a week.
- 24:19I've always thought that, and I was never.
- 24:23Appreciated for that.
- 24:26Or acknowledged for that.
- 24:28In fact, I was.
- 24:30Pushed down into a box.
- 24:33Which really turned me off.
- 24:36If you can imagine.
- 24:38And if something I.
- 24:40Advocate for is having trust in your employees.
- 24:43And knowing that they're going to do more than they're asked for, especially.
- 24:50As somebody like I was doing, I mean, to this day, I still dream about working with the clients that I worked with in there that I personal trained as the fitness instructor that I only was in that little box.
- 25:04I still dream about working with them.
- 25:06That's so funny to me.
- 25:08I'm no, I'm going to say that a lot.
- 25:10So my manager sends me back an email about the hours and she says, so rudely.
- 25:19She says that she checked with marketing to make sure I was even there.
- 25:23Oh, like, I'm going to lie about that.
- 25:26That's so funny.
- 25:28I know I'm going to say that a lot.
- 25:30And she also says.
- 25:32And copies her boss by the way.
- 25:35On these emails.
- 25:37That.
- 25:38The CEO.
- 25:40Has specifically said I need to be there 40 hours a week on campus to be available to people.
- 25:47Okay.
- 25:48In my mind, I'm thinking, oh, sure.
- 25:50I could ride the clock.
- 25:51I'm not training, but just during lunch, before work, after work.
- 25:57That's not 40 hours a week that people are able to come.
- 26:00Fitness instruct.
- 26:02So I'm going the extra mile and working extra hard to try to make this a very happy, healthy workplace.
- 26:12I felt.
- 26:14So bullied and so harassed, that was like the final straw.
- 26:20And so I thought in my mind, I'm going to send an email to the CEO and.
- 26:26The VP and I'm going to document all these bullying incidents.
- 26:32I documented them.
- 26:35I probably said my mental health was taxed about.
- 26:40Five times in this email, maybe more.
- 26:44Just two hours after I sent that email.
- 26:47Out comes the course on harassment on Paycom.
- 26:52An hour long course, by the way.
- 26:54I took the whole course and I'm like, holy crap.
- 26:58Maybe they do care about me.
- 27:01No, it turned out to be an authoritarian type um, bandaid.
- 27:08To, you know, CYA.
- 27:15Oh, my goodness.
- 27:17And just a few hours after that, I get an email from the VP who is out of the country.
- 27:23And he said, I'm going to book an appointment with you on Monday morning.
- 27:29And they booked it for first thing Monday morning.
- 27:32And I guess that was Wednesday or maybe a Tuesday.
- 27:36Because he was not in the office at that time.
- 27:40I'm like, okay, cool.
- 27:43Maybe they're going to finally acknowledge the bullying that takes place and.
- 27:49And, and actually take care of somebody's mental health in the workplace.
- 27:55That's not what happened.
- 27:57Instead, I got fired for theft of time.
- 28:01But not after.
- 28:03A meeting that took place.
- 28:04So HR was in this meeting and I, you know, you feel the underlying tone going on.
- 28:11I'm like, oh God, this is probably not going to be good, but whatever, we'll see.
- 28:17And that's when I was told.
- 28:19Um, I was just a fitness instructor that Simon Sineck does corporate wellness.
- 28:25Mike?
- 28:25Yeah.
- 28:25You can't afford him.
- 28:27Just saying.
- 28:30And you definitely need him.
- 28:32And.
- 28:35Oh, my goodness.
- 28:37And then I was told I was caught for theft of time.
- 28:41Which made me realize, oh, they've been stalking in my social media, my website.
- 28:45Fine.
- 28:46You're right.
- 28:47There was theft of time.
- 28:48You were stealing time for me.
- 28:51I could have made a difference there.
- 28:54He treated me like garbage.
- 28:58Just thrown out.
- 29:01For trying to do something good for your company.
- 29:06And that's okay, because you did me a favor because now I'm really making what I deserve.
- 29:12And what I earn and I'm making a difference in a place that wants it and is not threatened by change.
- 29:20And actually wants the change and wants to stop this type of bullying that takes place in the workplace.
- 29:28And actually have leadership workshops.
- 29:31Uh, not.
- 29:33Uh, class where you just have the leaders in there and then you have the perpetrator in the meeting.
- 29:39Where they're not going to say what they really think.
- 29:43So I got fired and I didn't get to tell anybody goodbye.
- 29:47Broke my heart.
- 29:48I was treated like.
- 29:50Uh, you know, I was basically just crucified.
- 29:56Yeah.
- 29:57I couldn't even get all my stuff because I have 11 years worth of stuff in there and they had to box it up and send it to me later.
- 30:05But.
- 30:07I got what I could.
- 30:09Drove off.
- 30:12Traumatized.
- 30:15My boys were there for me.
- 30:18Like you wouldn't believe.
- 30:22They both said, mom, you're going to be so happy.
- 30:24Now you can finally do what you're meant to do.
- 30:28And they're right.
- 30:29And I am.
- 30:30They did me a favor.
- 30:32They were stealing time from me.
- 30:35But they treated me like crap.
- 30:37I didn't even get to tell people goodbye.
- 30:39You do know.
- 30:40I did.
- 30:40Fitness instructor.
- 30:42And I coached people on a regular basis.
- 30:47And you just threw me out like that and you didn't even let me say goodbye.
- 30:51He didn't even like, think about how that would affect your culture.
- 30:57That's on you.
- 30:59That's on you.
- 31:04Because I hear it's not the same without me there.
- 31:07I'm not saying I was all that great, but I did say I wanted to.
- 31:12Make a dent in my little corner of the universe.
- 31:15You didn't let me do that, but that's fine.
- 31:17Let's talk something about, let me, let me shift gears a little bit because you affected my family.
- 31:24You affected Eddie and Eddie was like, so mad.
- 31:29He knew my relationship with the company.
- 31:31He knew how it were.
- 31:32He'd been with me the whole time I'd been there.
- 31:35So that's the only identity he knew me as.
- 31:38He doesn't know what I do online.
- 31:40He doesn't know those types of things.
- 31:42And it was just funny because he's like, can you get your job back?
- 31:46Did you call the CEO and ask her if you could get your job back?
- 31:49I'm like, oh my God, no, but here's the thing.
- 31:53I am so resilient.
- 31:55I am so.
- 31:57Because of my PTSD.
- 31:59Diagnosis and because of my self analysis, my emotional intelligence, I'm very, very aware of how resilient I am.
- 32:10Don't get me wrong.
- 32:11It hurt me like crazy.
- 32:12And then to have Eddie going, can I get my job back?
- 32:14I'm like, oh my goodness.
- 32:18And he had health insurance through me.
- 32:21Now he's freaked out.
- 32:22He never goes to the doctor.
- 32:25Y'all didn't think of those things.
- 32:27You just threw me.
- 32:29To the curb.
- 32:31Because I was trying to make a difference.
- 32:34And when I talked to ChatGPT about why did they bully me?
- 32:37I w I can't think like them.
- 32:41Why do they bully me?
- 32:43And ChatGPT told me things like insecurity.
- 32:46They didn't want change.
- 32:47You were a threat to their change, those types of things, because I just really can't even think like that.
- 32:53Like why, if somebody would do that.
- 32:55Why did the step-mom stalk my social media?
- 32:59She's got all the money.
- 33:00She's got the man.
- 33:03And she had my kids.
- 33:04Why are you going to stalk me?
- 33:06I felt like.
- 33:08I felt like the little.
- 33:10The little girl.
- 33:11Um, the Grinch that stole Christmas, how he was looking down on them from the top of the hill.
- 33:18And.
- 33:20He'd or taken all their Christmas presents, but he didn't understand how they could still be happy.
- 33:28Despite him taking all their Christmas presents and that's what melted his heart.
- 33:34That's what I learned and the bullying that took place with my ex and with the loss of my job and with other things that have affected my PTSD and over the years, because of my wonderful therapist, because of the victim victimizer theory.
- 33:52That I understand.
- 33:54And the only way out of victim victimizer is to get to Victor, which is the place to be.
- 34:01It's not an ego in Victor, you're in a place where you can see things differently.
- 34:08And that's where the Grinch got to when he's up there at the top of the hill and he sees everybody happy.
- 34:14Despite all of their stuff being taken.
- 34:17It's like, the step-mom stalking my social media.
- 34:21To see what I'm doing.
- 34:24I'm thinking in my mind.
- 34:26You have all the money you're out, all these great vacations.
- 34:29And you're worried about little old me.
- 34:31You're worried about little old me.
- 34:33That's sure gives me a lot of power.
- 34:37But I don't abuse that power.
- 34:40Here's another thing that happened.
- 34:41And I heard from several people who told me this, as soon as they let me go the very next day.
- 34:47They were asking people for their phones.
- 34:50If I had texted them.
- 34:55Talk about authoritarian.
- 34:57Dogma and place.
- 35:00That's something that's a pendulum in reality, trans surfing.
- 35:04I don't even give that my energy, but they sure did a lot for me.
- 35:08And I'm like thinking.
- 35:09Okay, fine.
- 35:10Go look at their phones because here's what I said to them.
- 35:13I said I got fired and I'm so sorry.
- 35:16I'm so sorry.
- 35:17I let you down.
- 35:19And I hope you saw that.
- 35:22I hope that made you feel good.
- 35:25Because.
- 35:27When you don't let me tell him goodbye when you don't let me make an impact that I wanted to make in there.
- 35:34You only shot yourself in the foot.
- 35:39And you'll stalk my social media.
- 35:40You'll watch this whole video.
- 35:45And the thing is, I'm glad you did it to me because now I can spread my wings and fly and there, my wings are not clipped.
- 35:53And they were clipped there.
- 35:56And those that do follow me on social media and understand me and know me, even those that work there.
- 36:02I told them, I say, give them your all, go to work every day, do your best.
- 36:06Don't let them bring you down.
- 36:09Those sort of types of things you would have seen in, in my text messages.
- 36:16Because that's not okay.
- 36:19It's just not okay.
- 36:21So in closing.
- 36:23Yeah.
- 36:25My diagnosis of complex post-traumatic stress disorder is my superpower.
- 36:31Sometimes it's a blessing.
- 36:33Sometimes it's a curse.
- 36:35But it always shows me how resilient I am, how courageous I am.
- 36:41How much power I really have from my heart, not from the victim victimizer, cause I'm not a victim and I'm also not out to victimize anybody.
- 36:53Because there's no power there.
- 36:55Just like the book power versus force.
- 36:58Rising up in the levels of consciousness.
- 37:01That's what Victor does.
- 37:02Victor rises up the levels of consciousness.
- 37:05Go read the book power versus force or.
- 37:09Read my blog posts on that book because I talk about it a lot because that's a really good, powerful book on a way to get out of the lower levels of consciousness, which is where they are.
- 37:23Where bullying in the workplace takes place because you have to control everybody.
- 37:28You have to force everything.
- 37:30Force never wins.
- 37:31Power wins.
- 37:32You want to come from a place of power?
- 37:34Because it's so much prettier up here, just like a put on my social media.
- 37:38I finally broke through my glass ceiling.
- 37:41They had put a glass ceiling on top of me and I broke through that glass ceiling.
- 37:46And the vision up here is so much prettier.
- 37:49I have so much freedom.
- 37:51I have time to do things.
- 37:52I don't have to be on the clock 40 hours a week.
- 37:56I'm more myself, my conversations with Eddie, with my friends, with my family.
- 38:03Is just, you can see I'm in a different place.
- 38:06Even my conversations on here, I'm finally my self and let me taste some, the view up here is so much prettier.
- 38:16And yeah, I miss my friends.
- 38:18I miss my family.
- 38:20At that job because those people had become my family.
- 38:23I love them.
- 38:25I wanted to make a difference in there.
- 38:27I loved those people I worked with.
- 38:32And that's probably what broke my heart the most.
- 38:35But I spoke my truth.
- 38:38Let's hear now.
- 38:41Is here to stay.
- 38:43I saw somebody on YouTube the other day go, you know, our YouTube videos are going to be out there for our great grandkids.
- 38:48And if future generations and.
- 38:53I love that.
- 38:54I love that because I wish I had that from my grandparents, from my great grandparents.
- 38:59I have some pretty awesome heritage in my family.
- 39:05And I'm proud of that.
- 39:09I'm very proud of that.
- 39:12All right.
- 39:12That's my video for today.
- 39:13I trust that you found it helpful.
- 39:15If you know somebody who can benefit from it, please share it with them.
- 39:19And until next time I will see you next time, peace out and Namaste bam.
