A Grammy-nominated gospel legend, Jubilant Sykes, was brutally murdered in his Santa Monica home with 68 stab wounds, including to vital organs — allegedly by his own son, Micah, who’s now facing murder charges and remains in custody without bail. The attack, allegedly with garden shears and a 10-pound dumbbell, shocked the music world, as Sykes had performed at Carnegie Hall and the Met Opera. His mother intervened and called police.
