483: New Whistleblowers Protection Act in the Netherlands
On the 24th of January 2023, the Dutch Senate approved the new Whistleblowers Protection Act, and on the 18th of February, the Act partially entered into force. The new law introduces new and more protective measures for employees in the public and private sectors who report presumed wrongdoing.
