- 2:56Speaker 3: not necessarily eat it.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Hey, fellas, I'm bugging. Something's been bugging me and it's
- 3:06Speaker 1: my wife. Yeah, not her, obviously, I love her very bit,
- 3:10Speaker 1: very dearly. But it's something she did to me yesterday. Yes,
- 3:15Speaker 1: so she in this this I've noticed this happens quite
- 3:18Speaker 1: a lot. But she'll say, oh, could you do me
- 3:21Speaker 1: a favor, Could you go into the cupboard. This is
- 3:23Speaker 1: all on messenger or texting. Can you go into the
- 3:26Speaker 1: caboard and grab the sash that's in there, like a
- 3:29Speaker 1: wedding sash thing that's his bride to be. Because she
- 3:31Speaker 1: had a work do on it was like cop So
- 3:33Speaker 1: I went and grabbed the sash and then she goes, oh,
- 3:35Speaker 1: was there a veil there with that as well? I
- 3:38Speaker 1: was like, oh, what does it look like? She's like, oh,
- 3:39Speaker 1: just a white, sort of sheer piece of fabric.
- 3:42Speaker 5: Really, so.
- 3:45Speaker 1: My wife's wedding veil?
- 3:47Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Actually, so I go uprom the cabin I find what
- 3:52Speaker 1: I think is the wedding veil. It is a white
- 3:54Speaker 1: piece of fabric. I grab it. It was with the sash.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I then send her a photo and go, hey, I've
- 3:59Speaker 1: got this, and then she replies going, ha, that's a sarrong,
- 4:02Speaker 1: you idiot.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, how the hell am I supposed to know you?
- 4:06Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 4:07Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean? Does this stuff happen
- 4:08Speaker 1: to you guys?
- 4:09Speaker 6: Did she was she wearing the veil on your wedding day?
- 4:13Speaker 6: She was yeah. Yeah, she didn't have a sarong covering
- 4:17Speaker 6: her head?
- 4:18Speaker 5: Is that be right?
- 4:19Speaker 1: No, not that I remember, because it swung was like
- 4:21Speaker 1: a little skirt thing.
- 4:21Speaker 6: Isn't it difficult to see through a sng if you
- 4:24Speaker 6: wear it as a veil.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Although they can be quite thin, the old sarong because
- 4:29Speaker 3: they summerware, aren't They're generally not.
- 4:31Speaker 1: But you can see through them jas but only if
- 4:34Speaker 1: you're steering intently like you do.
- 4:36Speaker 5: Did she wear the sash on your winning.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Day bride to be?
- 4:40Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 4:41Speaker 1: No, I feel like we really strang off top of her.
- 4:43Speaker 5: Oh no, I was just curious to know whether or
- 4:44Speaker 5: not she wore a sash.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Yes, she wore a bride to be sash. Whilst walking
- 4:49Speaker 1: down the aisle. It was like five bucks. Okay, she
- 4:53Speaker 1: thought it, complimented it nicely.
- 4:54Speaker 5: So what do you feel is happened the acusing?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Well, I feel like she's asked me to do a
- 4:57Speaker 1: job that she knows I'm going to stuff up.
- 4:59Speaker 5: I don't.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I don't know the different bit of veil and what
- 5:02Speaker 1: is it?
- 5:03Speaker 5: Sarrong?
- 5:04Speaker 1: Yeah, and then she's laughed at me and I was
- 5:05Speaker 1: just trying my best, you know.
- 5:07Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, no, that's that's fair, that's standard. You can
- 5:10Speaker 6: expect that. Yeah, she'll chip away, chip away, chip away,
- 5:14Speaker 6: and make you into the man that she wants you
- 5:17Speaker 6: to be. Right. Ok, She's found, you know, a piece
- 5:19Speaker 6: of clay, Joseph, I could put it that way, yes,
- 5:22Speaker 6: sort of bad piece of clay. It's a little bit goofy,
- 5:24Speaker 6: it's a little bit out of shape, and she's just
- 5:26Speaker 6: going to push it and press it and take pieces
- 5:29Speaker 6: off and chuck them out, you know, the stuff that
- 5:30Speaker 6: she doesn't like, and eventually she'll have something.
- 5:33Speaker 5: That's close to decent.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Right, Okay, Well it's interesting, yeahs, And Moggie's making sense,
- 5:38Speaker 3: you see what you don't want, because which is where
- 5:41Speaker 3: I'm at in terms of my relationship with my marriage,
- 5:44Speaker 3: where you know, my wife was pressing me, like as
- 5:48Speaker 3: Moggie pointed out, a piece of clay, and she got
- 5:51Speaker 3: halfway through molding me and then couldn't be bothered. So
- 5:55Speaker 3: now I'm just this mounted bit of clay that sits
- 5:57Speaker 3: on the couch in the corner and she's not interested.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Right, Okay, so I'm putching like a ball of clay.
- 6:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It was like a vape shoved in.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Yeah, with like a vape, you know, and a sort
- 6:07Speaker 3: of small arm and stuff.
- 6:08Speaker 5: And then she was I can't be bothered with us anymore.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Right, okay?
- 6:11Speaker 6: And the advice or is this just standard standard man
- 6:14Speaker 6: says you are in a traditional marriage?
- 6:18Speaker 5: Congratulations? Brother, Oh thank you, it's really good.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Oh great, okay, thanks fellas.
- 6:23Speaker 6: But now you can start being like a real man
- 6:25Speaker 6: and tracking her with her phone.
- 6:27Speaker 5: You know I already do that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right.
- 6:29Speaker 5: We're see right now. By the way, I'd like to know.
- 6:32Speaker 1: She's going to give her a call at a beach
- 6:34Speaker 1: in Auckland.
- 6:35Speaker 5: Oh, she's not wearing this role.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Can you say Lincoln Park please, Jason?
- 6:44Speaker 5: I probably could.
- 6:48Speaker 2: The Hold Aking Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio Holder.

- 6:59Speaker 3: minutes past four o'clock, Colors. I went to Metallica last night.
- 7:02Speaker 3: How wow, how good?
- 7:06Speaker 6: Jay right up in the moshie thereh just have had
- 7:11Speaker 6: to cueue up all day for that.
- 7:12Speaker 5: No, not at all. You're just you're sort of muscly.
- 7:15Speaker 5: They know who we are. It was all good.
- 7:20Speaker 6: An incredible concert, pyrotech and it's great tunes. The boys
- 7:24Speaker 6: are really on fire. But what I what I noticed
- 7:27Speaker 6: and what struck me was the amount of woman partners
- 7:30Speaker 6: on assuming that were sitting on the shoulders of their
- 7:33Speaker 6: significant other. Their boyfriend's generally maybe husband's keezy, I don't know,
- 7:38Speaker 6: and you know, the woman just having the time of
- 7:41Speaker 6: their lives. They're dancing up their arms in the air.
- 7:44Speaker 6: You know, they feel like queens. Yes, you know, they've
- 7:46Speaker 6: been putting on the throne. They've got the special and
- 7:49Speaker 6: they're looking at the faces of the men and they're
- 7:53Speaker 6: absolutely dying, Yeah, absolutely struggling to hold their parts up.
- 8:01Speaker 6: And it looks like zero fun. And I've done it
- 8:04Speaker 6: once before in my life. I've done it before you
- 8:06Speaker 6: and sort of got it was. I was quite happy
- 8:09Speaker 6: that it was a short song, yes, and I was
- 8:12Speaker 6: in fairly good shape, and I was absolutely roused.
- 8:16Speaker 3: I I've done it a couple of times, but I
- 8:19Speaker 3: remember one time she was facing the wrong way and
- 8:23Speaker 3: it was like, how the hell because I didn't know
- 8:26Speaker 3: which way the bloodiest stage. I was just orientated, Yeah,
- 8:35Speaker 3: because I'm not, you know, the fittest, but I'm not
- 8:37Speaker 3: a tall guy too. I don't know where I was,
- 8:40Speaker 3: and she was facing that way and I was facing
- 8:42Speaker 3: that way.
- 8:43Speaker 5: God only suffocated to death. That was horrendous.
- 8:47Speaker 6: You know what?
- 8:47Speaker 5: Sweet was pessing off me?
- 8:50Speaker 1: What which concert was the.
- 8:52Speaker 5: Dire Straits right? And I mean they were rocking? Oh, Mark, Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 5: he was really going for gold? What I could see?
- 9:03Speaker 5: What you could hear? Yeah? I couldn't even really hear
- 9:06Speaker 5: because her thighs either. Yea, it was muffled, you know
- 9:08Speaker 5: what I mean?
- 9:09Speaker 1: Yeah, with Conker as well, jeez.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Yeah, the Hierarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy
- 9:19Speaker 2: tune in weekdays and four on radio.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Is indeed the Cranberries there on the radio Darkey Big
- 9:25Speaker 3: show this uh Thursday afternoon. The time is four thirty three.
- 9:29Speaker 3: I'm just getting used to where all the screens are
- 9:31Speaker 3: in the new studio. Feelers' exciting. She's going to be
- 9:34Speaker 3: honest with the other. Had a bloody hell of a day.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I've did a bit of reno work, Maggie. Something that naked.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Is this reno chat?
- 9:40Speaker 5: Yeah? I suppose it's reno chat.
- 9:43Speaker 6: Renovation chat. We were Jason Mike, ain't Kezy. That's good
- 9:50Speaker 6: from you. That's one of your beers, stones Keezy. You
- 9:53Speaker 6: did a great job with that, man, I make that Yeah,
- 9:54Speaker 6: over the weekend that you did it one weekend I remember, Yeah, yeah,
- 9:57Speaker 6: I took you about eighteen hours you were saying, and me.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Easy, what did your reno?
- 10:03Speaker 4: Jas?
- 10:04Speaker 5: It was one of those jobs. It's funny.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I don't know if you guys are like this when
- 10:08Speaker 3: you with your property there, yeah, and there's always something
- 10:11Speaker 3: and it catches your eye every single day, and every
- 10:15Speaker 3: single day you say to yourself, I've got to do
- 10:16Speaker 3: something about that.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah, but you just don't for some reason.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Yeah, you just don't.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But then you do it and you're like, what, why did.
- 10:22Speaker 5: It take me?
- 10:23Speaker 3: Yeah, twenty eight years to get to the point to
- 10:27Speaker 3: actually do the reno?
- 10:30Speaker 1: What was the reno?
- 10:30Speaker 3: And it's one of those things too, because you think,
- 10:32Speaker 3: oh god, there's going to be be full on, but
- 10:36Speaker 3: you know it needs to be. Oh, I can't be
- 10:37Speaker 3: asked right now. Now we've got the setup. As you're
- 10:40Speaker 3: going down the path to my house, right, there's a
- 10:43Speaker 3: couple of bins there, my garden bin, right, and my
- 10:48Speaker 3: recycling bin. Your council burns, yeah, my counsel bins and
- 10:52Speaker 3: every single day I will pass those bases and go
- 10:55Speaker 3: I should put them somewhere else, yeah.
- 10:57Speaker 5: Because you know they catch my eye.
- 10:59Speaker 3: But I sit out the front of my little deck
- 11:02Speaker 3: there and I'm vaping away, and I'm like, God, I'm
- 11:05Speaker 3: gonna do something about those bloody bins. And today I went,
- 11:09Speaker 3: you know, this is it. I'm done with this crap.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Just get down, get dirty, and get it done. So
- 11:15Speaker 3: I wheeled the little bastards around the back so you
- 11:17Speaker 3: don't see them.
- 11:18Speaker 5: That's good week, thanks man, well done.
- 11:20Speaker 3: So there is ay little bush there now, Moga, just
- 11:23Speaker 3: stare at the bush.
- 11:23Speaker 5: There's no bens there anymore. Mate.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It's extraordinary the difference it's made my antivation you can
- 11:28Speaker 3: get with the right renovation exactly.
- 11:31Speaker 1: So you moved your Have you never moved them from there?
- 11:33Speaker 5: No?
- 11:34Speaker 1: Have you ever put them out?
- 11:35Speaker 5: Oh? Occasionally, that's usually what my wife does. Right.
- 11:39Speaker 1: That's not really a renovation moving your bins around the corner.
- 11:41Speaker 5: What are you talking about. He's either been there for
- 11:43Speaker 5: twenty eight years. What It's a fixture, totally, man.
- 11:47Speaker 3: I had to wheel the bastards. I'm in a big property, man.
- 11:49Speaker 3: It's a long way around the back of my house.
- 11:52Speaker 1: How far?
- 11:53Speaker 5: Oh, at least fifty meters. That's a big job. I
- 11:59Speaker 5: was sweat like a basket.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I still don't really think that's a renovation.
- 12:02Speaker 5: You know, what do you mean it's not a renovation?
- 12:04Speaker 5: Are you talking about usual?
- 12:06Speaker 1: You're getting the tools out and you're adding value to
- 12:07Speaker 1: your property.
- 12:08Speaker 6: You know.
- 12:09Speaker 5: I had a tool belt on, but that had nothing
- 12:11Speaker 5: to do with the bins.
- 12:12Speaker 1: What wasn't the toolbolt?
- 12:13Speaker 5: Just tools? What sort of stuff we're talking in there?
- 12:16Speaker 5: What do you got? Screwy? Screwy? Yeah?
- 12:20Speaker 1: Is that a screwdriver?
- 12:21Speaker 5: Yes, some secreatears. Nice, it's a good tool. Yes. What
- 12:26Speaker 5: else have I gotten there?
- 12:27Speaker 3: Some clippers, well, like hair clippers, a plane like a
- 12:32Speaker 3: a pencil.
- 12:33Speaker 5: Oh yeah, that's handy. You know, one of those fold
- 12:35Speaker 5: out rulers there. Yeah, that's good.
- 12:37Speaker 3: And a couple of daries which I don't smoke, obviously,
- 12:41Speaker 3: but they're there from past sort of usage.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Right, Okay, because I thought it'd chanting actual reno chair.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Because I fixed the fence at the back of my house.
- 12:49Speaker 1: It had lost a few of the palings had fallen off.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Yeah, put them back on.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Fixed up the latch too, which had rusted off. And
- 12:55Speaker 1: broke put that back on and then made it so
- 12:58Speaker 1: it was all perfectly square again and painted the entire fence.
- 13:01Speaker 5: To minor maintenance. Yeah yeah, so like what pottering around? Yeah, well.
- 13:10Speaker 3: I was having a bit of a tattoo, Keysy put
- 13:12Speaker 3: the bins out, Yes, twenty eight years man, that been there, Keysy, Yeah,
- 13:18Speaker 3: you're right.
- 13:19Speaker 5: They were full as well.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Full of garden scraps and empty bottles. Siggi butts, No,
- 13:25Speaker 3: Siggi butts. That's in my little brazier.
- 13:28Speaker 5: I'll probably be.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Here's She has the Hidiarchy Big Show weekdays from four
- 13:35Speaker 2: on Radio Hodak.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Cheer fellas.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, even flow there on the radio Holdarchy Big Show
- 13:46Speaker 3: this Thursday afternoon.
- 13:47Speaker 5: But right now it's time for.
- 13:51Speaker 3: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 14:03Speaker 5: Hey fellas.
- 14:04Speaker 6: Last night I watched a short film, Oh same short
- 14:10Speaker 6: film called Beautiful from two thousand and one. This black
- 14:15Speaker 6: comedy sees Kiwi Blokes Barry played by Tim Gordon and
- 14:19Speaker 6: keV played by Hoidy Jizbot set off into the summer
- 14:24Speaker 6: for a day's fishing. The men alone, glories of God's
- 14:27Speaker 6: Own and a run about are disrupted when they discover
- 14:29Speaker 6: their attitudes towards domestic violence and sexuality are at odds. Now,
- 14:37Speaker 6: I understand there is this one best Short film at
- 14:38Speaker 6: the two thousand and three Film and Television Awards. Yes,
- 14:42Speaker 6: I understand. It actually beat out two Cars one night
- 14:48Speaker 6: that went on to be nominated for an Academy Award.
- 14:50Speaker 3: Yes, yes, so I watched it.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Can I say beautifully shot?
- 14:56Speaker 6: It is nicely shot? Yes, it's got a great look.
- 14:59Speaker 6: Something about the film isn't there. Adam Stevens was a director,
- 15:05Speaker 6: so kudos must go to him and rutten By yourself, Jase, and.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So we agreed on yesterday's show last night that we
- 15:12Speaker 1: would all watch this and do a review two thousand.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It was shot, Jase, released in two thousand and one,
- 15:18Speaker 1: and the interesting thing is it was based off a
- 15:21Speaker 1: scene from your Atrocities play that you and Johnny Bruff
- 15:24Speaker 1: wrote correct really yes, adapted into a Is that your
- 15:27Speaker 1: proudest achievement that film?
- 15:29Speaker 5: Yeah? No?
- 15:31Speaker 1: Would it be the big show?
- 15:33Speaker 5: No?
- 15:34Speaker 3: Yes, it was from a little segment we did on
- 15:37Speaker 3: Atrocities with Johnny and I and Adam Stevens. His main
- 15:43Speaker 3: claim to fame is he shoots commercials right and beautifully shot.
- 15:48Speaker 5: Commercials.
- 15:49Speaker 3: I must say, all around the world, and he saw that,
- 15:51Speaker 3: and I want to make that into a little movie.
- 15:53Speaker 6: Yeah, right, so I can imagine you guys on stage.
- 15:55Speaker 6: It's really great because it's two mates, guys that will
- 15:57Speaker 6: be mates forever. They're in a boat, they're in the
- 15:59Speaker 6: middle of nowhere. It's like a trapped scenario. Yes, you
- 16:02Speaker 6: can't escape from each other. And then slowly, over the
- 16:05Speaker 6: course of one fellow sort of reveals to the other
- 16:08Speaker 6: that he might have feelings or sort of want to
- 16:12Speaker 6: physically contact him, possibly sexually. Keezy, I'd say, yeah, I
- 16:18Speaker 6: think we've got a clip.
- 16:20Speaker 1: We sure do.
- 16:21Speaker 7: Oh god, you can take your big mix and your
- 16:25Speaker 7: vds and your bisexual well and you show up probably
- 16:29Speaker 7: already have anyway, mate, who cares?
- 16:33Speaker 3: I can take him home to them missus and too
- 16:36Speaker 3: much so.
- 16:37Speaker 5: What I might even give it up me with.
- 16:39Speaker 7: In fact, I already care.
- 16:46Speaker 6: So she's a real high brow. Now let me say
- 16:52Speaker 6: beautifully performed. You recognize both these guys sort of, you know,
- 16:56Speaker 6: as you'd imagine fisherman to be men. A few words
- 17:00Speaker 6: back bone, backbone, hashtag backbone beautifully performed. A young Jason Hoyt.
- 17:04Speaker 6: You must have been. God, you must have been fourteen
- 17:05Speaker 6: when that was shot off. It was twenty five year ago, yes,
- 17:08Speaker 6: but beautifully performed. Tim Gordon's magnificent in it, and it
- 17:11Speaker 6: sort of just reveals itself more and more. It's a
- 17:13Speaker 6: four and a half star busy for me. I thoroughly
- 17:17Speaker 6: enjoyed it. Just great writing. But dude, isn't there something
- 17:21Speaker 6: about a two handed just two people with a bit
- 17:24Speaker 6: of dialogue and it was just great.
- 17:26Speaker 5: God, it was great just.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Behind the scenes on that fellas. We shot that at
- 17:29Speaker 3: Great Barry Island, outright in Great Barry Island, and well
- 17:33Speaker 3: it is. And when we were shooting it, you know,
- 17:36Speaker 3: the director Adam was saying to us, now because we
- 17:38Speaker 3: were right next to the muscle farm, and both Tim
- 17:42Speaker 3: and I were very keen fishermen, and so Adam was like,
- 17:45Speaker 3: don't actually fish, just concentrate on the thing. But Tim
- 17:49Speaker 3: and I couldn't resist. So a lot of the scenes
- 17:52Speaker 3: there that we were doing, we literally had a massive
- 17:55Speaker 3: snapper on the end of our line and we were
- 17:56Speaker 3: trying to pretend like it wasn't happening because we couldn't
- 17:59Speaker 3: help ourselves.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I just say, and if anyone wants to watch this
- 18:01Speaker 1: just chuck in to google beautiful short film ins there.
- 18:04Speaker 1: It's up on insit on screen dot com. I watch
- 18:06Speaker 1: the whole ten minutes ten minutes long. Yeah, I really
- 18:10Speaker 1: enjoyed it. By the end of it, I kind of
- 18:11Speaker 1: wanted because it's so I didn't know what his how
- 18:14Speaker 1: his character was going to react to you, and you're
- 18:16Speaker 1: in such a confined space, and at the start it
- 18:19Speaker 1: shows how easy it is you might fall out of
- 18:20Speaker 1: the boat. I was like, oh my god, what's going
- 18:22Speaker 1: to happen here? Yeah, but then at the end it's
- 18:24Speaker 1: just so yeah, great ending as well.
- 18:26Speaker 6: Yeah, and I don't think and I don't think it's
- 18:28Speaker 6: an honest ending either.
- 18:29Speaker 3: No, I can't even remember the ending, to be honest. Really,
- 18:33Speaker 3: I'm shocked there was that much swearing in it. But
- 18:35Speaker 3: now that I think about it, yeah, that's right.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I love the little post credits easter egg. No you
- 18:42Speaker 1: don't remember that. No, it's like the biggest it was, like,
- 18:44Speaker 1: the biggest part of the whole thing was at the
- 18:46Speaker 1: sex scene.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Yeah, Jay's full frontal nudity button mushroom. It was amazing.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Here's the Cult the Hurdiarchy Big Show week days from
- 18:57Speaker 2: four on Radio Hodarky.
- 18:59Speaker 3: The could there on the Video Hodarchy Big Show this

- 19:19Speaker 1: Year plus it is here. Flat chat, Yeah, man, there's
- 19:21Speaker 1: a chat about flatting.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Well, something very exciting happened in my life, something I
- 19:25Speaker 3: haven't done for a very.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Very very very long time. Finally, yeahs.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Years shocking dry spell.
- 19:38Speaker 2: The Hdarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
- 19:41Speaker 2: in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 19:47Speaker 5: I'm just going to be honest with you.
- 19:48Speaker 3: I just said a little I've been given a bottle
- 19:50Speaker 3: of hot sauce and I had a little scull of
- 19:52Speaker 3: it just before we went on air there and wo
- 19:55Speaker 3: she's hot.
- 19:55Speaker 5: Hey.
- 19:56Speaker 3: But by the way, you're listening to the Big Show
- 19:58Speaker 3: brought to you by reboog Years having.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Good times and good food dining or take away at
- 20:02Speaker 1: Rebig Year today, I accidentally played that during the news
- 20:07Speaker 1: I did you. Yeah, I'm so sorry.
- 20:09Speaker 5: It wasn't a shocking story.
- 20:11Speaker 3: I've actually noticed this of late with you, Key, you've
- 20:14Speaker 3: been a bit fidgitly with your fingers. There's a lot
- 20:18Speaker 3: of things ship just popping out of it, out of
- 20:25Speaker 3: the ether. What's going on? Man?
- 20:30Speaker 5: Are you your g yea.
- 20:32Speaker 1: More good fellows? I know what you're talking about? Do
- 20:35Speaker 1: you like Green Day?
- 20:40Speaker 5: No?
- 20:42Speaker 2: Just this The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Hodarchy Faith no more there on the radio hold Archy
- 20:50Speaker 3: Big Show this Thursday afternoon. The time is eleven minutes
- 20:54Speaker 3: past five o'clock and Fiddles, I did something today I
- 20:57Speaker 3: haven't done in twenty eight years.
- 20:59Speaker 5: Wow. I went and viewed a flat.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Wow. So you were living the last time you did that?
- 21:05Speaker 5: Yeah? Man, Wow far out it's extraordinary.
- 21:10Speaker 3: My wife and I and my young daughter were actually
- 21:13Speaker 3: looking to move right.
- 21:14Speaker 5: So our plan for all your real estate agents.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Out there is to find somewhere in the CBD and
- 21:23Speaker 3: just try a bit of apartment living for a while,
- 21:25Speaker 3: just not to buy, just to rent. And so we're
- 21:28Speaker 3: sort of looking at apartments in town and so forth.
- 21:31Speaker 3: And today we had our first viewing and it was fascinating.
- 21:35Speaker 3: I felt like a young man again.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Right, so what are you looking for?
- 21:38Speaker 3: You know when you're oh, you know, like a two
- 21:40Speaker 3: to three bedroom apartment, but a space, maybe a bit
- 21:44Speaker 3: of balcony action.
- 21:46Speaker 5: You go for big views across the ocean and some views.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Mokey, that would be nice, you know, if we could
- 21:51Speaker 3: get a bit of water action in there, that would
- 21:53Speaker 3: be good as well.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Yeah, and so we went to.
- 21:56Speaker 3: One today with our daughter and my wife, and it
- 21:59Speaker 3: was one of those awkward scenarios because I imagine it
- 22:02Speaker 3: must happen all the time. As I say, I haven't
- 22:04Speaker 3: done it for so long, I wouldn't know where the
- 22:06Speaker 3: people renting the place were still there.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, so the former tenants.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Yeah, well the current tenants for sure soon to be
- 22:16Speaker 3: because it's I think in a month that comes on
- 22:18Speaker 3: sort of and it is kind of weird going into
- 22:22Speaker 3: someone's house and just sort of wandering around having a
- 22:25Speaker 3: bit of.
- 22:25Speaker 5: A look around.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it is because you like, you see their tastes
- 22:30Speaker 1: in art, You see how clean they are. Obviously you
- 22:32Speaker 1: don't look in any of the cupboards or anything, but
- 22:34Speaker 1: you sort of, you know, you get to sort of
- 22:36Speaker 1: see how this random family you don't even know how
- 22:38Speaker 1: they live.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Yeah, well it was actually quite embarrassing because there was
- 22:43Speaker 3: a painting on the wall and my wife saw it
- 22:45Speaker 3: and like, God, yeah, look at that, and the and
- 22:49Speaker 3: the woman that was living there was like, oh, yes,
- 22:51Speaker 3: no I did that, and she was like, oh.
- 22:53Speaker 5: So they were very good. Yeah, this is what I mean.
- 22:55Speaker 5: They were home, so it was actually quite awkward.
- 22:57Speaker 3: So there was a dude in his room and her room,
- 23:00Speaker 3: and so you're going through the rooms and you know,
- 23:03Speaker 3: checking out the rooms and stuff and going through the
- 23:05Speaker 3: cupboards and the drawers sort of getting away.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You're going through the cupboards of the drawers, well just.
- 23:09Speaker 5: Getting a feel for the places. Able to imagine your
- 23:12Speaker 5: underpants being.
- 23:13Speaker 1: In the drawers furnished no.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Um, and you know.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Then we went into the dude's room and he had
- 23:20Speaker 3: so Jesus, some filth and a second drawer just just
- 23:24Speaker 3: between us.
- 23:25Speaker 5: So that doesn't no one else needs to know about that.
- 23:27Speaker 3: But I mean, I haven't seen a pawn mag in
- 23:29Speaker 3: a long time, and they look bloody teddy is.
- 23:33Speaker 1: But this dude who's just you know, like he's he's
- 23:35Speaker 1: having everyone around for a flat inspection. He's put stuff
- 23:38Speaker 1: in a secret drawer. Now you're talking about it on
- 23:40Speaker 1: the radio.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Well, I mean he wasn't doing that. The real estate
- 23:42Speaker 5: agent was doing that. Yeah, it's a viewing, isn't it.
- 23:44Speaker 5: So you actually renting the place?
- 23:47Speaker 7: Now?
- 23:47Speaker 5: Are you going to rent it or no?
- 23:49Speaker 3: Well, after having a look at it and stuff, you know,
- 23:52Speaker 3: we're going through her drawers as well. I mean we
- 23:54Speaker 3: weren't discriminating. At one point I held up a pair
- 23:57Speaker 3: of undies and I went, jeez, you'd be wanting to
- 23:59Speaker 3: get rid of those sometimes.
- 24:00Speaker 5: I'm soon m the vibe mogi.
- 24:03Speaker 3: No, yeah, why well because because the apartment sounds great.
- 24:08Speaker 3: So the apartment was amazing, but you know, the furnishings
- 24:13Speaker 3: were terrible, but they don't come.
- 24:14Speaker 1: With the apartment. No oh yeah, that makes sense.
- 24:20Speaker 5: But I'm looking forward to, you know, going and checking
- 24:22Speaker 5: out heaps more. Mate. It's great stuff.
- 24:24Speaker 6: You get to know, O borrow the stick mag off you?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Oh yeah, did you steal it?
- 24:33Speaker 5: About four of them actually a couple of mayfairs.
- 24:36Speaker 2: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarchy.
- 24:40Speaker 3: The Pixie's there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 24:44Speaker 3: Tuesday evening twenty one minutes past five o'clock. I believe
- 24:49Speaker 3: they're playing a gig on Sunday night in Aukland.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Keezy certainly our j Sunday night and Monday night at
- 24:53Speaker 1: the Auckland Town Hall. Then they head down to Wellington
- 24:55Speaker 1: to the Saint James Theater. Down their low availability to
- 24:59Speaker 1: all of those shows.
- 25:00Speaker 6: This would be a hell of a place to see them.
- 25:02Speaker 6: I thought I won't go to them. I saw them,
- 25:03Speaker 6: but I saw them about ten years ago and they
- 25:06Speaker 6: had come deal in it.
- 25:07Speaker 5: So it was the original lineup, but it was at Spakin.
- 25:10Speaker 6: Oh right, So it's a significantly less intimate sort of
- 25:13Speaker 6: an environment in the.
- 25:14Speaker 5: Up town hall town hall rules. Yeah, it's a beautiful spot.
- 25:17Speaker 5: You get on that. Yeah, I will. Actually, I think
- 25:20Speaker 5: I'm going to it on Sunday anyway.
- 25:23Speaker 1: If anyone's wondering why Jase sounds like he's about to
- 25:24Speaker 1: throw up it because he's been drinking hot sauce.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Yeah he does, looking good, Jase, Can I say that? Man?
- 25:29Speaker 5: Thanks Fellows.
- 25:30Speaker 6: Hey, I'm just on the back of you going to
- 25:33Speaker 6: look at some flats with the idea of moving into them.
- 25:37Speaker 6: We had our first flat inspection. Oh wow, Now I
- 25:40Speaker 6: rent a property, yes, Jase's nothing wrong with that. No,
- 25:43Speaker 6: in this economy, I mean you have to get all
- 25:45Speaker 6: defensive about it. Jeez, I mean you know what I mean.
- 25:48Speaker 5: You get no judgment from me.
- 25:49Speaker 6: I've had a fun life, right, I haven't saved as
- 25:51Speaker 6: well as I good of it, right, it's still good
- 25:55Speaker 6: man anyway. So they come around, they do the old
- 25:58Speaker 6: inspection there and and then you get an email outlining
- 26:03Speaker 6: any issues that there may or may not be.
- 26:05Speaker 1: That must be weird because I've my wife and I
- 26:07Speaker 1: we own a small property. Oh do you a small
- 26:10Speaker 1: property in west Aukland two bedroom granny flat and west
- 26:15Speaker 1: Aukland there, and the idea of having a flat inspection
- 26:18Speaker 1: now that feels really weird.
- 26:19Speaker 6: What I can tell you is a forty nine year
- 26:21Speaker 6: old man, it does feel a little bit weird having
- 26:24Speaker 6: a grown up come around and tell you you are
- 26:26Speaker 6: or are not living appropriately. So we got the email
- 26:31Speaker 6: back and I just I want to run through what
- 26:33Speaker 6: they've pointed out, Okay, okay, and you tell me if
- 26:35Speaker 6: this is weird or not. The first thing that they
- 26:38Speaker 6: pointed out was that there's too many pictures on the
- 26:40Speaker 6: wall and so holes in the wall, et cetera, cetera.
- 26:44Speaker 6: And they just wanted to point out that we will
- 26:46Speaker 6: be responsible for filling those holes.
- 26:50Speaker 5: Right when we leave eventually.
- 26:52Speaker 1: But also like you're like holes in the wall because
- 26:54Speaker 1: you're putting pictures up.
- 26:56Speaker 6: You know, it's a little bit, but I get it,
- 26:58Speaker 6: you know, it's it's annoying to.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Have to fill in hole. I those are the ones
- 27:01Speaker 5: you hung?
- 27:02Speaker 6: Eh yeah, well no, actually I got I got a
- 27:05Speaker 6: man in okay, because I know what I'm like.
- 27:08Speaker 5: Anyway.
- 27:08Speaker 6: The next thing on the list was said, they look
- 27:11Speaker 6: like our toothbrushes needed replacing.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Right, well, no, not right? What the hell does a
- 27:18Speaker 1: matter if your toothbrushes need replacing?
- 27:20Speaker 6: Did they not going crazy? Am I beside the point?
- 27:23Speaker 6: Whether they do need replacing or not, keys, it's none
- 27:26Speaker 6: of their business. No, but it's handy to know that.
- 27:28Speaker 6: But like, that isn't a thing that should stop you from,
- 27:30Speaker 6: you know, being allowed to flat there.
- 27:32Speaker 1: That's ridiculous, I make that call. Yeah, the toothbrush.
- 27:39Speaker 6: Well, well, this is the thing though, If they're saying
- 27:42Speaker 6: that you're you're going against the terms and conditions of
- 27:45Speaker 6: your lease, your tendency, then your baggage are out on
- 27:47Speaker 6: your ass jacks right, Okay. The next thing they said
- 27:50Speaker 6: was the sheets were a bit dirty. Sheets are a
- 27:54Speaker 6: bit dirty on your bed? On the bed, did they
- 27:56Speaker 6: pull back the covers and have a look. Well, yeah,
- 27:58Speaker 6: that's weird. And now they're not wrong dirty?
- 28:01Speaker 5: How not? Well?
- 28:02Speaker 6: Just covered and filth, you know, like chips, crumbs and
- 28:05Speaker 6: trackers and peanuts. And I eat in bed and I
- 28:09Speaker 6: use my chest as sort of like.
- 28:10Speaker 5: A napkin chocolate.
- 28:12Speaker 6: So just food stuff, mainly food stuff and other things.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Again, it's none of their business. Now.
- 28:20Speaker 6: The last thing on the list, I thought this was particular. Already,
- 28:23Speaker 6: I thought this was weird. They said that the batteries
- 28:27Speaker 6: and the vibrator were dead.
- 28:29Speaker 5: What the hell, man, you were in a battery operated one.
- 28:33Speaker 2: The Hiarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Hdarchy.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Yes, indeed, Collective Soul there on the radio Darky Big Show.
- 28:41Speaker 3: This gorgeous Thursday afternoon special treat for the Fellers. Actually
- 28:47Speaker 3: we've got Dan from the Black Seeds and with us.
- 28:49Speaker 5: What do you want? Man? Were you just walking passing
- 28:56Speaker 5: the Fellers? Yeah?
- 29:02Speaker 4: So you got some beer and I knew there was
- 29:03Speaker 4: some beer in here.
- 29:04Speaker 5: Yeah, we got a true story.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Actually when Dan came in Old Park San as he does,
- 29:09Speaker 3: he said to Dan, would you like a glass of water?
- 29:12Speaker 5: And Dan went you've got any bees? Perfect? Yeah? Man,
- 29:16Speaker 5: we got beers going for your beats. How's life man?
- 29:19Speaker 5: What's going on?
- 29:20Speaker 7: Oh?
- 29:20Speaker 4: Bloody good? Life is good. The Black Seeds have just
- 29:26Speaker 4: recorded a new song, so we're excited about that. It's
- 29:29Speaker 4: good to be creating. Looking forward to someone to be
- 29:32Speaker 4: back on the road. Yeah, man, so you know, and
- 29:37Speaker 4: good to be here. I'm enjoying. You've got a show,
- 29:40Speaker 4: Like I was just saying before I supervised at a
- 29:42Speaker 4: company t r S and listening to the show.
- 29:48Speaker 5: Is it on the site or is it.
- 29:51Speaker 4: You know, you want to laugh, you churn into your babes.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Isn't that weird? Because I drive to work quite off
- 29:56Speaker 1: of the Black Seeds are playing No We've got.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I was actually funny enough listening to you fellows today,
- 30:03Speaker 3: just hooning around doing stuff, listening to.
- 30:06Speaker 5: The old Black Seat. So that's very exciting.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Man.
- 30:10Speaker 5: New a new single coming out, Yeah, a new single
- 30:13Speaker 5: called Compassion. I don't under sound of that.
- 30:18Speaker 4: Yeah controversial, you know, I just think, yeah, we're all
- 30:26Speaker 4: divided that this time in life, it's it's a bloody
- 30:28Speaker 4: crazy place and I just wanted to write something that,
- 30:33Speaker 4: you know, I just said how I was feeling great,
- 30:36Speaker 4: you know. I didn't want to get too preachy.
- 30:39Speaker 5: Yeah, and it's hard.
- 30:40Speaker 4: It's hard not to. And I guess you go reggae
- 30:43Speaker 4: and then you go, it's probably gonna sound a bit
- 30:45Speaker 4: preachy if you're getting you know, it's not a political song.
- 30:49Speaker 4: It's more of it come together so weirdness.
- 30:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I think, as you say, Dan, in this day
- 30:56Speaker 3: and age, we need it, man, We need it because
- 30:58Speaker 3: it is it is a batch ezy world and people
- 31:01Speaker 3: have lost their collective minds.
- 31:05Speaker 5: But I'll tell you what, because are we day booing it?
- 31:09Speaker 1: We are day booing it shortly, Jason, Before we do, though,
- 31:12Speaker 1: I just want to know, Dan, is this like, is
- 31:14Speaker 1: this just a one off thing or are you guys
- 31:16Speaker 1: cooking some other stuff.
- 31:17Speaker 4: Or you know that we have been cooking? Yes, yeah, yeah,
- 31:19Speaker 4: we have been cooking. We want to get an album
- 31:22Speaker 4: out next year. We've been demoing a lot of tunes.
- 31:26Speaker 4: So yeah, we're excited, you know.
- 31:28Speaker 1: And how hard is it nowadays with the Black Seas
- 31:31Speaker 1: because you guys have been around for a week while
- 31:32Speaker 1: now is everyone?
- 31:35Speaker 5: Are you guys time to call it? Isn't it to
- 31:38Speaker 5: cool it down? Yeah?
- 31:39Speaker 1: I mean, but is it hard of these, Like, are
- 31:43Speaker 1: you guys across the country?
- 31:44Speaker 4: How does it we? Yeah, yeah we are. Yeah, I'm
- 31:46Speaker 4: up here in Auckland. We've got Palmi, got christ Church
- 31:50Speaker 4: and yeah. I mean it's it costs a lot of
- 31:52Speaker 4: money just to get us in the same room. Reverse. Yeah,
- 31:56Speaker 4: it's apparently Wellington now Nigel and Ryan and basically Ryan Preeople.
- 32:02Speaker 4: So yeah, yeah, yeah, so yeah we get together. But
- 32:06Speaker 4: it is a bit of a feat to do that.
- 32:08Speaker 4: But when we come together, you know, it's like we've
- 32:11Speaker 4: never left. You know, we're really good mates. And and
- 32:15Speaker 4: I think you played together for such a long time
- 32:17Speaker 4: you have that synergy.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, twenty seven years. I mean this show has
- 32:21Speaker 1: been going for about four and a half. Now we're
- 32:22Speaker 1: falling apart of the seams.
- 32:24Speaker 5: The trickers. We've got to move to different parts of
- 32:26Speaker 5: the country. Keys, that's the key, I think. I agree.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Where would you move?
- 32:31Speaker 5: Where would I move? I don't know where you go?
- 32:34Speaker 5: You got to Russell, you to Rustle. There's a little
- 32:37Speaker 5: radio studio there right on the wall.
- 32:40Speaker 3: Lovely, it's not looking out there, and I could put
- 32:42Speaker 3: my right out and do the show and then it's got.
- 32:47Speaker 5: It's got a commercial but I've got a bite. I'll
- 32:49Speaker 5: be back in a minute.
- 32:50Speaker 1: But I think Jase doesn't know is that the studio
- 32:52Speaker 1: is not even plugged.
- 32:54Speaker 5: It's a show just to myself. I'll tell you what you.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Want to get on that amazing radio you're describing Jason
- 33:00Speaker 1: as to Deave a brand new Black Seeds song for
- 33:03Speaker 1: the first time ever world premiere.
- 33:06Speaker 5: We'll get a massive review afterwards.
- 33:09Speaker 2: The Hurarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio HURDK.
- 33:15Speaker 3: How good new one from the Black Seeds Compassion. We've
- 33:18Speaker 3: got Dan from the Black Seat. That does a feel
- 33:21Speaker 3: when you listen to your tune there Dan and what's
- 33:24Speaker 3: going through your head here?
- 33:25Speaker 4: You can go either way. You create something and then
- 33:28Speaker 4: you listen to it over and over and over and
- 33:30Speaker 4: over again until you're sick of it. But I mean
- 33:34Speaker 4: this tune I come back to. It's a good gay
- 33:36Speaker 4: Jay and I always enjoyed it, enjoyed it. We're actually
- 33:41Speaker 4: we did a version of the track and then Lee
- 33:44Speaker 4: Preble another brother.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Of Green Brothers. Right, he's got three brothers.
- 33:51Speaker 5: For years. The guy does not talk, he does not preams,
- 33:55Speaker 5: does not share a thing Dan.
- 33:57Speaker 1: So they are a very talented family.
- 34:01Speaker 6: Prems once came into the office and after a couple
- 34:03Speaker 6: of hours he said, I got to go.
- 34:04Speaker 5: Will you go in hospital? Why? I got run over
- 34:06Speaker 5: by a truck on the way in today.
- 34:08Speaker 1: It was a bus.
- 34:10Speaker 6: My apology, literally that happened, and he just did not
- 34:13Speaker 6: mention it. Got a bit of work done right, I'm
- 34:15Speaker 6: off the hospital. So that's prem Yeah.
- 34:17Speaker 4: That that's the Prebles pretty much pretty much the interesting thing.
- 34:21Speaker 5: Sorry, no, you go kezy your own time.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Interesting thing I found when it comes to tunes like that,
- 34:31Speaker 1: like that is the world premiere of Compassion by the
- 34:33Speaker 1: Black Seeds? How long ago did you write that? That was?
- 34:37Speaker 4: It was probably demo earlier this year and then it
- 34:39Speaker 4: came in bits like it was saying before to get
- 34:41Speaker 4: us all together. It's like start of the year, who's
- 34:44Speaker 4: free for a week for a weekend? And then it
- 34:47Speaker 4: goes another five months, who's free for this weekend?
- 34:51Speaker 1: Is that hard?
- 34:51Speaker 4: Because like that's bloody hard. Yeah. So you go home
- 34:54Speaker 4: and you're trying to write, but it really works for
- 34:57Speaker 4: me to add lib in the studio, yes, you know,
- 35:00Speaker 4: that's where that's where it comes out. I'm just writing
- 35:03Speaker 4: feeling what the guys are in the other studio.
- 35:05Speaker 6: Any kind of calliborate of that right to be the
- 35:07Speaker 6: same with acting, you can't really do it until you
- 35:09Speaker 6: get into the room together on zoom or you want.
- 35:12Speaker 1: But the interesting thing love making. The interesting thing though,
- 35:18Speaker 1: was like our show for example, it's the opposite. Like
- 35:21Speaker 1: every single thing we talk about is meticulously preps died.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I could tell.
- 35:26Speaker 1: And like the idea of adling that freaks me out.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Like the idea of me not knowing the one hundred
- 35:32Speaker 1: questions I've prepped to talk to Dan about that really
- 35:34Speaker 1: freaks me out.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Then you mentioned the fact that you're about to go
- 35:39Speaker 3: on tour. I'm looking at this beautiful weather. Where about
- 35:42Speaker 3: are you over the summer?
- 35:44Speaker 4: Well, we're everywhere. We're up north Matakana.
- 35:50Speaker 5: How good.
- 35:52Speaker 4: It's going to be great. It's close to home, Rhythm
- 35:56Speaker 4: Alps beautiful down there. Yeah, it's going to be great.
- 36:00Speaker 4: We're going to run a shows supporting you. Be forty
- 36:02Speaker 4: and that's going to be all over the country. Get
- 36:05Speaker 4: to play homegrown again. Go to Hamilton.
- 36:08Speaker 5: Is that where it is? Yeah? You could probably afford
- 36:11Speaker 5: to give Hambard or Hamilton a skip with me.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I'm not anti Hamilton.
- 36:19Speaker 4: I love Hamilton.
- 36:19Speaker 1: No, really, I mean, as you say, twenty seven years
- 36:23Speaker 1: the Black Seeds. Every summer, you guys come out, perform
- 36:26Speaker 1: a few shows, and there are you're still just as
- 36:28Speaker 1: fizzed up to get out there and tour again.
- 36:29Speaker 4: Yeah, totally really, Yeah, yeah, definitely. I mean I love
- 36:33Speaker 4: being in the studio, but going out and playing, I mean,
- 36:36Speaker 4: that's that's your audience. I mean, they've come to see you.
- 36:39Speaker 4: There's there's nothing quite like that. I mean, it never
- 36:42Speaker 4: gets old, never gets old. I mean, and you're always
- 36:45Speaker 4: as good as your last show, you know, you just
- 36:47Speaker 4: I just like to give everything to it because I
- 36:51Speaker 4: mean I can't cannot, you know, and we're not Yeah,
- 36:55Speaker 4: and when you're when you're when I'm not doing that
- 36:58Speaker 4: and I'm doing my day dre which which which I like,
- 37:05Speaker 4: it becomes frustrating not creating and not performing.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But you've got that amazing outlet, right, which is that
- 37:11Speaker 1: that's a god scene for someone with so much creativity
- 37:13Speaker 1: to give.
- 37:14Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, definitely, I mean, yeah, sometimes it gets a
- 37:17Speaker 4: big stain it because you're not with the guys and
- 37:20Speaker 4: you're not creating. But when you're in when we're in
- 37:22Speaker 4: the studio, it's like this is the time to give
- 37:24Speaker 4: it and to put it in one hundred percent, get
- 37:27Speaker 4: stuck in, Get stucked.
- 37:28Speaker 3: Then if people want to get hold of this single,
- 37:30Speaker 3: how do they do it? Like think about the dear brain,
- 37:34Speaker 3: like me right, and I'm going to myself, now, where
- 37:36Speaker 3: can I listen to that?
- 37:38Speaker 4: Where do you listen to your music?
- 37:41Speaker 5: Spotify?
- 37:42Speaker 3: But then my daughters went naughty, naughty, because I treat
- 37:46Speaker 3: artists very well, and I went, okay, well what am
- 37:48Speaker 3: I supposed to go?
- 37:49Speaker 1: Where do your daughters listen to their music?
- 37:51Speaker 5: Well, that's what I've been saying, is okay, not Spotify?
- 37:54Speaker 5: Then where And they're like, oh yeah, another one?
- 37:59Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 38:00Speaker 1: Band Camp?
- 38:01Speaker 4: Yeah, band Camp is good. I mean I guess you know.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Unfortunately Spotify, but titles are good. Another good app. It's convenient, right, YouTube,
- 38:11Speaker 4: so you can go to all those different platforms. You
- 38:13Speaker 4: could go to YouTube. We're gonna have a lyric video
- 38:16Speaker 4: coming out tomorrow with with the song Compassion, so that'll
- 38:19Speaker 4: be on YouTube and you know it's unfortunately right now
- 38:24Speaker 4: it is on all the streaming platforms and then obviously
- 38:27Speaker 4: when we have the album then that'll be the hard copy.
- 38:31Speaker 4: Y we'd like to put it on vinyl. Bloody you
- 38:37Speaker 4: are what.
- 38:39Speaker 5: You're right. We just we just made a final. It's
- 38:42Speaker 5: sold out pretty quickly. And about Jason's right here. Twelve hours.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the one, Dan, it's a podcast on a
- 38:48Speaker 1: vinyl Dan.
- 38:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and we it's sold out and I think about
- 38:51Speaker 3: seven hours or so, not that that's important, but no,
- 38:54Speaker 3: eight thousand.
- 38:56Speaker 5: Hey you Dan, Good on you mate.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Congratulations Ale And maybe we'll have a little bit of
- 39:02Speaker 3: a chitty chat before you head off.
- 39:06Speaker 4: You guys who want to come to a show.
- 39:09Speaker 5: Jason, I don't like people you go around and do
- 39:13Speaker 5: a gig in Jason's lounge. That would be all right?
- 39:17Speaker 4: Who we could arrange that.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Folks be up for that. Dad for the Black Seeds
- 39:25Speaker 1: sext for coming in.
- 39:27Speaker 2: The Hurdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Levana.
- 39:32Speaker 3: They're on the Radio Hodkey Big Show this Thursday afternoon.
- 39:36Speaker 5: Dan's a good barstard, isn't he from the Black Seeds.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Well, I mean that's all good. Like you know, he's
- 39:41Speaker 1: a listener as well, so he's hearing that for sure.
- 39:44Speaker 1: But it's a good way for me to convey how
- 39:45Speaker 1: we feel about him without him being in the room. Yeah, yeah,
- 39:48Speaker 1: totally so we as a show, we just think he's
- 39:50Speaker 1: fine because I really really really like him. And he
- 39:54Speaker 1: gave Jason hot sauce.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Or easy on Keezy, he did give me some hot
- 39:59Speaker 3: sauce and it's called Boom the Black Seeds.
- 40:03Speaker 5: What does that say, Keezy, I've got my glasses on.
- 40:08Speaker 1: The Sun Ricotto hot sauce of course on the Sun,
- 40:11Speaker 1: one of their biggest albums.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Yes, bloody beautiful. Really, it's bloody beautiful. I'm just snipping
- 40:18Speaker 3: away at it slowly as the show goes on.
- 40:20Speaker 5: That's not an insane thing to do at all.
- 40:22Speaker 1: No, that's totally normal. Hey, coming up after six Fellers,
- 40:26Speaker 1: my wife had a dream.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah, the hold aching Big Show with Mike and Kezy.
- 40:34Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod I.
- 40:36Speaker 3: Welcome back your massive backbones. Hope your Thursday night's going
- 40:39Speaker 3: along very nicely. Indeed, you're listening to the Big Show,
- 40:42Speaker 3: brought to you by Reberg Gear.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Beef checking vegan and vegetarian options available also reburg Gear
- 40:47Speaker 1: and redefining the norm.
- 40:52Speaker 8: Ah ah, what my heck dreaming about Reburger. Oh my god,
- 41:02Speaker 8: it was so crave worthy. But it was Gormete and
- 41:07Speaker 8: it was straight food.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Yeah, so good Fellas.
- 41:12Speaker 5: Actually we've got a bit of a dream theme happening
- 41:15Speaker 5: for this hour.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Don't weak easy, Yeah, because I've got a story about
- 41:18Speaker 1: a dream. Oh yeah, Did I actually that?
- 41:21Speaker 8: No?
- 41:22Speaker 5: Actually, just very quickly.
- 41:23Speaker 3: I don't know if I told you, Fellas, I had
- 41:24Speaker 3: a dream the other night because I'm filming stuff at
- 41:26Speaker 3: the moment, and it was horrific and I was in
- 41:29Speaker 3: the I was on set and no, Mogi, I wasn't
- 41:33Speaker 3: doing that.
- 41:35Speaker 5: And it was a really big scene of which I
- 41:37Speaker 5: was a big part of it. And then at one.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Point I said to the director, can I ever look
- 41:42Speaker 3: at the script? And then I looked at the script
- 41:45Speaker 3: and went, I don't know that scene.
- 41:47Speaker 5: What scene is that?
- 41:49Speaker 3: Oh my god, I don't know any of this, And
- 41:51Speaker 3: no one would believe me, and they were setting up
- 41:54Speaker 3: and I was like, no, I don't know this scene.
- 41:56Speaker 3: I don't know it, and everyone just carried on like
- 41:59Speaker 3: I was just the purse far out and I woke up.
- 42:02Speaker 5: In an anxious sweat. It's not like you. You told
- 42:05Speaker 5: us about that. I did tell you about it?
- 42:07Speaker 1: Was that yesterday?
- 42:08Speaker 5: Was that on the show? He told us about it
- 42:09Speaker 5: on the show? For ages just like that version did
- 42:12Speaker 5: I god shocking back?
- 42:15Speaker 1: It was Yeah, we've heard this story before, and the
- 42:17Speaker 1: listeners it was terrible. Look, we've just heard. We've got
- 42:20Speaker 1: a TEXTI on three four eight three heard this one.
- 42:22Speaker 5: Jase stop being an Orange Jays. Oh god, I woke
- 42:25Speaker 5: up with a ragy too.
- 42:26Speaker 3: By the way, No, not in my No, guys, Mogi
- 42:32Speaker 3: pulling yourself together, Tom Penny?
- 42:34Speaker 2: Why not The Darchy Big Show weekdays from four on
- 42:39Speaker 2: Radio hod Ikey.
- 42:40Speaker 3: You see DC there on the radio, Holdankee Big Show.
- 42:43Speaker 3: This gorgeous thusday evening.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Hey you feelers. A bit of a worrying thing happened yesterday.
- 42:50Speaker 1: My wife told me about a dream she had over
- 42:52Speaker 1: the weekend. Oh yeah, yeah, so she was. And over
- 42:55Speaker 1: the weekend I went down to Todung your end. I
- 42:58Speaker 1: I hung out with my brother and visited my parents
- 43:00Speaker 1: who have been away on holiday. And we're coming home. Yes,
- 43:02Speaker 1: So I wasn't back at home until Monday, right, okay,
- 43:05Speaker 1: And so she didn't see me for three nights. Yeah,
- 43:08Speaker 1: And she was talking about the dream.
- 43:09Speaker 5: And can we can we have a bit of sexy
- 43:12Speaker 5: dream music? Easy?
- 43:13Speaker 1: Well, no, I'm not playing sexy dreams I'll play this.
- 43:18Speaker 5: No, no, what no, we're gonna do.
- 43:20Speaker 3: If you're going to talk about your wife's dream, it
- 43:22Speaker 3: has to be the proper backdrop.
- 43:24Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 43:25Speaker 1: There we go.
- 43:26Speaker 5: Now you're talking, I just don't. I'll just don't do
- 43:29Speaker 5: a few buttons. Hold on, you might have a take.
- 43:34Speaker 5: Oh no, So she says, oh my god, yeah, God,
- 43:42Speaker 5: that was easy. That's good.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Stat She goes, oh my god, I just remembered a
- 43:46Speaker 1: dream I had about something, but I don't want to
- 43:49Speaker 1: tell you about it because you.
- 43:49Speaker 4: Got to be mad.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And I was like, well, I win did
- 43:53Speaker 1: this dream here? But she's like Saturday night.
- 43:56Speaker 5: So now you're just.
- 43:57Speaker 6: You're just trying to get little bits and pieces there
- 43:59Speaker 6: because you don't want to tell you.
- 44:00Speaker 5: She does want to tell you, but you're going to
- 44:02Speaker 5: have to work for a big boy.
- 44:04Speaker 1: But she doesn't want me mad, you know, because she
- 44:05Speaker 1: knows what I'm like when i'm absolute psycho.
- 44:10Speaker 5: Had to control you freaked me out.
- 44:15Speaker 1: I've got scary when i'm mad. I'm a very relaxed guy.
- 44:20Speaker 1: But I was like, oh you know me, babe, I'm
- 44:22Speaker 1: a relaxed guy. You can tell me what was the
- 44:24Speaker 1: dream about. She's like Wow, I had an a fear, right, No,
- 44:30Speaker 1: it doesn't. Yeah, And I was like, oh, who it
- 44:35Speaker 1: was the affair with?
- 44:36Speaker 6: Really the question you should be asking us why why
- 44:39Speaker 6: has she decided because she's not finding love at home? Keesy,
- 44:41Speaker 6: I'll tell you that right now, she wouldn't be going
- 44:42Speaker 6: out the door not getting what she needs.
- 44:45Speaker 1: Well, this is the interesting thing. She wouldn't tell me
- 44:48Speaker 1: who the affair was with. The part that really worried
- 44:52Speaker 1: me was she goes, I think it's because you ditched
- 44:54Speaker 1: me over the weekend. So it's your fault that she's
- 44:57Speaker 1: had the affair, whether dream, offair or real one. Wow,
- 45:01Speaker 1: so I got I was like, I didn't ditch you.
- 45:03Speaker 1: I when I visited my parents. That's not ditching you.
- 45:08Speaker 1: And she feels abandoned, lonely, and after one day she's
- 45:11Speaker 1: having an affair.
- 45:14Speaker 5: That was a dream.
- 45:14Speaker 1: Remember this isn't real. And then she would in demand.
- 45:19Speaker 5: And he's an attractive woman.
- 45:21Speaker 1: No, I know, Jason very and no, you can start.
- 45:27Speaker 1: That's fine.
- 45:28Speaker 5: No, I was going to say, you know, she's a
- 45:32Speaker 5: woman with needs.
- 45:34Speaker 1: No, I really would prefer if you stopped.
- 45:37Speaker 5: But do you think it was well?
- 45:38Speaker 4: I kept asking her.
- 45:39Speaker 1: I was like who is it? And she's like, I
- 45:41Speaker 1: can't tell, you'll be mad. And then I was like,
- 45:44Speaker 1: tell me it wasn't and she was like, oh no,
- 45:49Speaker 1: And then I was like, not old Mogi. He's just like, no, no,
- 45:51Speaker 1: it was no one that you work with, okay, And
- 45:54Speaker 1: I was like, who was it and she's like it
- 45:57Speaker 1: was Sheering. Oh she had a sexual dream about Ed Sheeran.
- 46:04Speaker 5: I'll tell it was sexual.
- 46:05Speaker 1: She had no fear.
- 46:06Speaker 5: Yes, well, I mean it's on brand. She's got shock
- 46:10Speaker 5: and taste.
- 46:12Speaker 2: The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune.
- 46:15Speaker 3: In on Radio Food Fighters there on the radio, Hold
- 46:20Speaker 3: Archy Big Show this Thursday evening.

- 46:43Speaker 5: I just wondered. Man, sounds great so far.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Trust me, I haven't even started yet. To celebrate the
- 46:52Speaker 1: hard working farmers that keep this country going.
- 46:55Speaker 5: Yeah, bloody oaks to be in to win.
- 46:57Speaker 1: A PGG writes in prize pack and hard dollars cash.
- 47:01Speaker 1: Tell us your best farm yarn, good bed or funny.
