- 0:14Speaker 1: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 1: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:41Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:55Speaker 2: All right, sway down the root, the root, the root,
- 0:57Speaker 2: the root's on fire. Welcome to my show.
- 0:59Speaker 3: This is The War Zone, the official podcast of The
- 1:01Speaker 3: Gateway Pundit. Today's our first day at Patriot TV as well.
- 1:05Speaker 3: The root, the root, the root really is on fire.
- 1:08Speaker 3: I have been banned. I have been shadow banned. I
- 1:11Speaker 3: have been censored. I have been silenced. I've been attacked
- 1:15Speaker 3: by the Attorney.
- 1:15Speaker 2: General of New York, Letitia James.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Who tried to drive me off the air. I have
- 1:20Speaker 3: been attacked by everybody in the world.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I have been fired. And I have been embarrassed. And
- 1:27Speaker 2: it doesn't matter. I just keep growing. I wrote the book,
- 1:31Speaker 2: The Power of Relentless. And I always said the number
- 1:33Speaker 2: one example in the world of that is Donald J.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Trump.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Number two is Wayne Allyn Root.
- 1:37Speaker 4: War.
- 1:38Speaker 3: I have been so silenced and yet I just keep growing.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Today's our first day at Patriot TV.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Welcome aboard Patriot TV. The Root, the Root, the Root.
- 1:49Speaker 2: really is on fire. I'm your host, Wayne Allyn Root,
- 1:51Speaker 2: the Secretary of War. This is the Mecca of MAGA.
- 1:55Speaker 3: If you like Trump, you've come to the right place,
- 1:57Speaker 3: although I criticize when necessary. You know, for the last
- 2:00Speaker 3: five years, I've been critical of really only one thing
- 2:04Speaker 3: big time, and that's the vaccine, the COVID vaccine.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I was the first guy in the country, out of.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Any host in America, any mainstream host, But really, even
- 2:11Speaker 3: out of any podcaster, the first guy to tell everyone
- 2:14Speaker 3: the vaccine is a disaster, it's a catastrophe, it is
- 2:18Speaker 3: a nightmare, do not do it, do not take it,
- 2:20Speaker 3: do not get near it.
- 2:22Speaker 2: And I save people's lives.
- 2:24Speaker 3: And by the way, the second thing I did, more
- 2:25Speaker 3: than any other host in America, is tell everybody to
- 2:27Speaker 3: buy gold, buy gold, buy gold.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Man, if you listen to me, you're alive today and
- 2:32Speaker 2: you're rich.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Gold hit a new all-time high today. It just keeps flying,
- 2:37Speaker 3: and it doesn't break the record by a dollar. It
- 2:40Speaker 3: goes up like $ 70 a day.
- 2:42Speaker 2: I think it went up $ 70 today.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Let me look real quick. I always look at CNBC,
- 2:48Speaker 3: which is not the actual price. They do the gold
- 2:50Speaker 3: futures price. But gold had an incredible day today.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I know that.
- 2:53Speaker 3: It was up last I looked. I think it was
- 2:56Speaker 3: up $ 70. They don't tell you because the market's closed now.
- 2:59Speaker 3: They say it was up big. Spot gold rose 1.1%
- 3:06Speaker 3: to 3,723. For December delivery, it's 3,758.
- 3:11Speaker 2: It's so close, getting so close to 4,000. And I
- 3:15Speaker 2: remember when it was 1,200 just a couple of years ago.
- 3:18Speaker 3: I remember when it was 2,500 last year.
- 3:20Speaker 2: And I kept telling you, buy gold, buy gold, buy gold,
- 3:23Speaker 2: buy gold.
- 3:25Speaker 3: And I kept telling you, don't take the vaccine, don't
- 3:27Speaker 3: take the vaccine, don't take the vaccine, it'll kill you.
- 3:30Speaker 3: I set an all-time record. I've had President Trump as
- 3:32Speaker 3: my guest 16 times. And I would guess in at
- 3:35Speaker 3: least 14 of those interviews were after 2020 and the
- 3:39Speaker 3: COVID disaster. And I tell President Trump in every interview,
- 3:43Speaker 3: or maybe I should say past tense, I told him
- 3:45Speaker 3: in each one of these interviews that the vaccine is
- 3:49Speaker 3: the only thing you and I disagree on. We're always
- 3:51Speaker 3: on the same team and everything else. But the vaccine,
- 3:54Speaker 3: it's a disaster. But I still love you because... You're
- 3:59Speaker 3: the guy who never mandated the vaccines and nobody had
- 4:02Speaker 3: to take it. So nobody died because of you. You know,
- 4:07Speaker 3: I told him you just wanted Operation.
- 4:09Speaker 2: I can't think of the name now. God, there's so
- 4:12Speaker 2: many things in my mind.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Whatever his operation was called, the point was to get
- 4:17Speaker 3: America back to work again, back to business again. Everybody
- 4:20Speaker 3: needed to get to work and the nation was shut
- 4:22Speaker 3: down and locked down. And so he needed to get
- 4:26Speaker 3: us all working again. So I gave him credit for that.
- 4:29Speaker 3: But the vaccines were part of it. No one wanted
- 4:32Speaker 3: to go back to work in the blue states because
- 4:34Speaker 3: they thought you had cooties.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Ooh, you have cooties.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I can't work without 52 masks on my face and
- 4:42Speaker 3: 86 vaccines. And so Trump pushed, pushed and pushed until
- 4:47Speaker 3: there was a vaccine. And people rolled up their arms
- 4:52Speaker 3: and gladly took it. And I told everyone, don't be
- 4:55Speaker 3: a freaking idiot. Don't be a freaking idiot. Because do
- 5:01Speaker 3: you want to be a crash test dummy? I don't
- 5:03Speaker 3: even buy the first year of a new car. Why
- 5:06Speaker 3: would anyone take a vaccine that's brand new, that's completely untested,
- 5:09Speaker 3: that you have no idea what it's going to do
- 5:11Speaker 3: to people?
- 5:12Speaker 2: That in 1975.
- 5:14Speaker 3: I don't know, 78 or 79, we had the swine
- 5:16Speaker 3: flu and we had a swine flu vaccine and 60
- 5:20Speaker 3: million people got it and they were waiting to roll
- 5:22Speaker 3: up their sleeves with another 60 million and.
- 5:24Speaker 2: They canceled it because 30 people died. Do you know
- 5:26Speaker 2: how many people have died for this vaccine and they
- 5:28Speaker 2: won't cancel it? This vaccine is relentless. Speaking of the power, relentless.
- 5:32Speaker 2: It just won't die. The vaccine won't die. It's killing you,
- 5:36Speaker 2: but it won't die.
- 5:37Speaker 3: This vaccine has killed millions and nobody wants to talk
- 5:41Speaker 3: about it because the media has been bought off by
- 5:43Speaker 3: big pharma.
- 5:44Speaker 2: But anyway, I digress. There's a lot more things.
- 5:46Speaker 3: To talk about today than just the vaccine or the
- 5:49Speaker 3: price of gold going up or the fact that we've
- 5:51Speaker 3: got a new show here at Patriot TV. And of course,
- 5:54Speaker 3: always at the Gateway Pundit where the official podcast of
- 5:57Speaker 3: the Gateway Pundit, 2.5 million unique daily readers. Thank you,
- 6:01Speaker 3: Gateway Pundit. So here's the deal. Um, The number one story,
- 6:08Speaker 3: of course.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Would be Charlie Kirk. But I mean, I've talked about
- 6:11Speaker 2: this day and night and night and day for eight
- 6:13Speaker 2: days now.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk's assassination hit home with me more than anybody
- 6:18Speaker 3: in the world because him and I are on the
- 6:20Speaker 3: same TV network, Real America's Voice TV. And his death
- 6:25Speaker 3: could have been my death. His death could have been
- 6:29Speaker 3: Steve Bannon's death. His death could have been anyone on
- 6:33Speaker 3: Real America's Voice TV. And he's got a podcast too,
- 6:37Speaker 3: and I've got a podcast too, and he's got a
- 6:38Speaker 3: nationally syndicated radio show, and I've got a nationally syndicated
- 6:41Speaker 3: radio show.
- 6:43Speaker 2: It could have been any one of us.
- 6:46Speaker 3: I've always had nothing but every person that comes up
- 6:48Speaker 3: to me in the street, oh.
- 6:49Speaker 2: My God, Wade, I love you.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Every person, every speech, Wade, I love you. Because I
- 6:53Speaker 3: only go to Republican events. I give speeches at Republican events.
- 6:56Speaker 3: I've never gone in the lion's den. Charlie Kirk was
- 6:59Speaker 3: so brave, he went on college campuses and he went
- 7:02Speaker 3: into the lion's den and dared everyone to debate him,
- 7:05Speaker 3: including the worst people in the world, communist, transgender, armed
- 7:09Speaker 3: Marxist queers with pink hair. coming up with an AK-47.
- 7:14Speaker 3: And Charlie debated them all.
- 7:16Speaker 2: And he was fearless. And I give him all the
- 7:18Speaker 2: kudos in the world. That guy should be celebrated. And
- 7:22Speaker 2: that's why he died. See, I'm never around people like that.
- 7:25Speaker 2: If you have pink hair and you scream, I'm a
- 7:28Speaker 2: member of the armed Marxist queers of Salt Lake City,
- 7:31Speaker 2: I'm never gonna see you in my lifetime. I don't
- 7:33Speaker 2: wanna see you in my lifetime.
- 7:34Speaker 3: So Charlie went into the lion's den and stared them
- 7:37Speaker 3: down like the lions against the Christians every single day
- 7:41Speaker 3: You know, that he was on a college campus and
- 7:43Speaker 3: eventually it got him killed. There's a lot of bad
- 7:46Speaker 3: people out there, man. So Charlie's death hit me hard, hard,
- 7:50Speaker 3: like a ton of bricks. And I've spent the last
- 7:52Speaker 3: eight days on air talking about it and the last
- 7:55Speaker 3: basically two weeks in life talking about it.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And yesterday was the memorial. It was amazing.
- 8:02Speaker 3: The effect he's had on the world is obvious. He's
- 8:05Speaker 3: an amazing guy. I keep saying God's hand was in
- 8:08Speaker 3: all of this. I don't want anyone to misinterpret what
- 8:10Speaker 3: I'm saying and say Wayne says it's good that Charlie
- 8:12Speaker 3: died and God wanted Charlie to die. It's kind of
- 8:15Speaker 3: a really horrible way of saying it. That's not what
- 8:17Speaker 3: I mean. What I mean is, you know, there's good
- 8:19Speaker 3: in everything. And God found a way to turn this
- 8:22Speaker 3: into a win. And it was always his plan, I guess,
- 8:25Speaker 3: that Charlie, the best among us, should.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Go to heaven. And him and God are looking down
- 8:29Speaker 2: on us and slaying the Democrats.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Just destroying them. But not physically, because we don't kill people.
- 8:35Speaker 3: That's not our goal on the right. Only on the
- 8:37Speaker 3: left do they want to kill people, murder people, assassinate people.
- 8:41Speaker 3: But we do want to kill your political careers. And
- 8:43Speaker 3: I do think we're going to win the midterms big now.
- 8:45Speaker 3: And I think Charlie Kirk's death is going to have
- 8:47Speaker 3: a big part in that. People saw Charlie's death.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Brought it all out of.
- 8:52Speaker 3: The closet and they saw what I've known for all
- 8:54Speaker 3: these years. That the left is insane, mentally ill, mentally deranged, vile,
- 8:59Speaker 3: violent killers.
- 9:01Speaker 2: And they want us dead and they hate us with
- 9:03Speaker 2: red hot hate. They hate us for being white. They
- 9:05Speaker 2: hate us for being Republican. They hate us for being successful.
- 9:09Speaker 2: They hate us for owning a business. Hate us for
- 9:11Speaker 2: owning a home. Hate us for having families with wives
- 9:16Speaker 2: and husbands and kids. Normal families. They hate us for
- 9:19Speaker 2: being happy. They hate us for everything.
- 9:22Speaker 3: It all goes back, you know, to 1980. What year
- 9:25Speaker 3: was Reagan shot?
- 9:26Speaker 2: 81? I think he was shot in 81.
- 9:28Speaker 3: 81 or 82, I can't remember now, but it was
- 9:30Speaker 3: one of my first years at Columbia University. And Reagan
- 9:34Speaker 3: was shot, and a lot of people cheered his death.
- 9:37Speaker 3: I'm a witness at Columbia, my classroom. When a kid
- 9:39Speaker 3: ran in and screamed, Reagan's been shot, they've assassinated Reagan.
- 9:42Speaker 2: That's what he said. Those are the words he used.
- 9:44Speaker 3: They've assassinated Reagan. My class, not me, of course, I
- 9:47Speaker 3: was ready to... you know, to cry, because I felt
- 9:50Speaker 3: like he was my father. I loved Ronald Reagan. He
- 9:53Speaker 3: was like my father. And I couldn't believe my class
- 9:57Speaker 3: stood up, standing ovation, and cheered like it was.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Happy New Year.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Like it was the greatest night of their lives when
- 10:03Speaker 3: they heard that they thought Reagan might be dead. that
- 10:06Speaker 3: he was not just dead, not died of natural causes, but,
- 10:08Speaker 3: you know, dead from a shot from an assassin.
- 10:11Speaker 2: And they cheered at him.
- 10:12Speaker 3: People didn't believe me all these years when I said
- 10:15Speaker 3: the left hates us and wants us dead.
- 10:17Speaker 2: For all these years, I've said that. And everybody thought
- 10:20Speaker 2: Wayne's exaggerating. Oh, come on.
- 10:22Speaker 3: You're being too harsh, Wayne. And now Charlie's death brought
- 10:27Speaker 3: it all out. You now see it from the strangest places.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Judges and police officers and government employees.
- 10:37Speaker 2: And teachers and military, U.S.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Marine recruiters and candidates running for major office like Attorney
- 10:45Speaker 3: General of Ohio.
- 10:47Speaker 2: These people all celebrated the death of a conservative icon,
- 10:52Speaker 2: of a conservative icon. Charlie Kirk. You've seen it now.
- 10:56Speaker 3: You saw what I saw at Columbia University. I think
- 10:58Speaker 3: I'll write that story tomorrow. That's a good commentary for tomorrow.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Now, everybody knows what I know. The left is evil, deranged,
- 11:05Speaker 2: mentally ill.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Hates us with red-hot hate, and wants us dead and
- 11:10Speaker 3: will celebrate our death after we're dead.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Wade Root was right, again. VRA, Vertical Research Advisory, is
- 11:17Speaker 2: the sponsor of this. Kip Herridge is the owner of VRA.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Him and I had dinner Saturday night here in Las
- 11:21Speaker 2: Vegas at my favorite restaurant, Piero's. Kip had the time
- 11:24Speaker 2: of his life.
- 11:25Speaker 3: It's an institution here for the movie Casino, the original
- 11:29Speaker 3: mafia Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. On the walls are
- 11:32Speaker 3: all the mafia plaques, all the dead mafia people. So
- 11:35Speaker 3: we had a great time.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Our families were there.

- 15:09Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allyn Roots, so the big news I
- 15:11Speaker 3: didn't get to yet is Jimmy Kimmel starts again tomorrow night.
- 15:13Speaker 2: No problem. Six days off.
- 15:15Speaker 3: You know, you could say, Charlie Kirk, die, die, die.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Hang him, shoot him, blow his brains out, and you
- 15:21Speaker 3: get a couple days off. You lie in the sun
- 15:23Speaker 3: by your pool. He's got $ 100 million in the bank,
- 15:25Speaker 3: and he's right back on six days later. Why am
- 15:27Speaker 3: I not surprised?
- 15:28Speaker 2: It's a joke. Nobody cared when a hit was on
- 15:32Speaker 2: me a few years ago.
- 15:33Speaker 3: I don't mean a shooting hit, so I don't mean to...
- 15:36Speaker 3: offend anybody. I'm not talking about a hit-hit like the mafia.
- 15:38Speaker 3: I'm talking about liberal media decided to hit me and
- 15:42Speaker 3: destroy me. And I was the anchorman at Newsmax TV.
- 15:46Speaker 3: I was the host of the 8 o'clock time slot.
- 15:48Speaker 3: I also had a column in the Las Vegas Review-Journal,
- 15:51Speaker 3: one of the top 20 newspapers in America. And that
- 15:54Speaker 3: column paid me a substantial sum of money. And a
- 15:58Speaker 3: organization funded by George Soros decided to hit me after
- 16:02Speaker 3: I'd said some really strong negative things about George Soros
- 16:05Speaker 3: being a traitor to America and being a scumbag and
- 16:08Speaker 3: being an evil communist. and should be deported out of
- 16:12Speaker 3: the United States and banned from ever coming in or
- 16:14Speaker 3: should be arrested for treason. And George didn't like that
- 16:17Speaker 3: or his family didn't like that or his sons didn't
- 16:20Speaker 3: like that. So an organization that he puts all the
- 16:23Speaker 3: money behind decided to do a hit on me about
- 16:26Speaker 3: an advertiser on my show. And they made believe that
- 16:29Speaker 3: that had something to do with me. And the Attorney
- 16:32Speaker 3: General of New York did a cease and desist against
- 16:35Speaker 3: Newsmax TV and me and I lost my job at Newsmax.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Isn't that the government influencing people working or not? So
- 16:42Speaker 3: why is it a big deal that the government influenced
- 16:45Speaker 3: maybe whether Jimmy Kimmel's show is on or not. My
- 16:50Speaker 3: show got knocked off the air. That was in 2020,
- 16:53Speaker 3: five years ago.
- 16:54Speaker 2: You know what I said? Not a thing to anybody.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Never said a thing. You know what? It's called life.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I didn't get involved in it and I didn't make
- 17:01Speaker 2: a big deal of it. I'm not a complainer. I'm
- 17:02Speaker 2: not a little sissy like Jimmy Kimmel.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Limp-wristed snowflake Jimmy Kimmel makes a big deal while he's
- 17:08Speaker 3: a $ 100 million man.
- 17:10Speaker 2: That he said something stupid.
- 17:12Speaker 3: His ratings were in the toilet. He was going to
- 17:14Speaker 3: be fired or let go anyway. His contract was never
- 17:17Speaker 3: going to.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Get renewed by ABC TV.
- 17:20Speaker 3: Because his ratings are down the toilet like a you-know-what,
- 17:24Speaker 3: like a poop. And so they fired him because it
- 17:27Speaker 3: was their first and easy excuse to get rid of
- 17:29Speaker 3: Jimmy after he said something offensive and terrible. Now they
- 17:32Speaker 3: put him right back on the air. OK, but Newsmax
- 17:34Speaker 3: didn't put me right back on the air. So Letitia
- 17:37Speaker 3: James put pressure on a TV network to fire Wade
- 17:40Speaker 3: Allyn Root.
- 17:40Speaker 2: The exact opposite. Same circumstance and nobody cared.
- 17:44Speaker 3: And of course, Roseanne Barr off the air on ABC,
- 17:47Speaker 3: same network.
- 17:48Speaker 2: No one cared.
- 17:48Speaker 3: A conservative making a remark, an innocent remark. She didn't
- 17:51Speaker 3: even know that Valerie Jarrett was black. She thought she
- 17:54Speaker 3: was Iranian. Well, she is black and Iranian and was
- 17:57Speaker 3: born in Iran.
- 17:58Speaker 2: So, you know, it's just it's a joke. It really is.
- 18:01Speaker 2: All right. I hate doing all the negative stuff. Let's
- 18:04Speaker 2: do good stuff.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Sometimes I have to mix in good stuff because otherwise
- 18:08Speaker 3: it's depressing.
- 18:10Speaker 2: It's great, but it's depressing.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Years ago, I came up with an idea of a
- 18:14Speaker 3: TV show called Good News America.
- 18:17Speaker 2: And I sold it with Bill Asher.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Bill Asher was the producer and director of I Love
- 18:21Speaker 3: Lucy and Gidget and all kinds of great American shows
- 18:24Speaker 3: in the 1960s. And the biggest, most famous director ever
- 18:28Speaker 3: in Hollywood history of shows like that, positive, fun shows.
- 18:31Speaker 3: And him and I met, hit it off, and struck
- 18:35Speaker 3: a partnership. We said, let's go sell Good News America
- 18:37Speaker 3: because there's too much negative in the news.
- 18:39Speaker 2: And because of his fame and fortune, Every door.
- 18:42Speaker 3: To Hollywood opened to us and we went to see
- 18:44Speaker 3: like 20 different big shot executives in Hollywood and everyone
- 18:48Speaker 3: rejected my show.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Never got it on the air. They all said the
- 18:51Speaker 2: same thing.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Nobody wants good news. They only want negativity. It's the
- 18:55Speaker 3: only thing that sells. Any show with good news will
- 18:58Speaker 3: have no ratings. Gotta have bad news. People want to
- 19:00Speaker 3: hear bad news and they want to be scared and
- 19:03Speaker 3: they only tune in when they're scared and the news
- 19:05Speaker 3: is negative and their life's.
- 19:06Speaker 2: On the line.
- 19:07Speaker 3: If they're going to die, they'll tune in. If you're
- 19:09Speaker 3: giving them good news, they won't tune in.
- 19:11Speaker 2: I mix in both.
- 19:12Speaker 3: I mix in good news and what's really going on,
- 19:15Speaker 3: raw truth, which is generally bad news. But the good
- 19:17Speaker 3: news is the Trump administration's.
- 19:20Speaker 2: $ 100, 000 one-time fee.
- 19:21Speaker 3: For a new H-1B visa application is sparking outrage around
- 19:25Speaker 3: the world and debate, and people are losing their minds,
- 19:28Speaker 3: and corporations are losing their minds. and billionaires are losing
- 19:30Speaker 3: their minds, and India is losing its mind, and I
- 19:33Speaker 3: say good riddance to all of you. Don't let the
- 19:35Speaker 3: guys in the United States anymore from India and China
- 19:38Speaker 3: and 50 other countries, Pakistan and wherever the hell else
- 19:41Speaker 3: they come from, because Americans are smart enough to do
- 19:43Speaker 3: the job.
- 19:44Speaker 2: My kids are smarter than your kids. Screw you. India
- 19:47Speaker 2: says this could be a humanitarian crisis. You know what
- 19:49Speaker 2: I say? Tough. Go create your own job. Stop stealing ours.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Great job, President Trump.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Augusta Precious Metals is the latest sponsor of my show.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Brand new as of today.

- 20:56Speaker 3: natural health of families across America. I use their alkaline
- 20:59Speaker 3: structured silver solution three times a day, natural silver mouthwash
- 21:04Speaker 3: and silver gel on my face each night and silver
- 21:06Speaker 3: lozenges all throughout my show.
- 21:08Speaker 2: It's all part of my daily wellness routine.
- 21:11Speaker 3: The good folks at AmioLife realize that inflation is hitting
- 21:14Speaker 3: hard right now.

- 21:16Speaker 3: A special 50% discount on their entire product line.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Good, clean, natural health should be available to everyone, no
- 21:23Speaker 2: matter what.

- 21:27Speaker 3: to save 50%, or.

- 21:30Speaker 2: to receive 50% off, toll.
- 21:31Speaker 5: Free, 800-422-8148.
- 22:09Speaker 3: All right, swaying down the route, the route, the route,
- 22:11Speaker 3: the route is on fire. I was just having a
- 22:12Speaker 3: debate with a friend of mine, a liberal friend, of course.
- 22:16Speaker 3: They never, a reasonable Democrat, but they're never happy with anything.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I pointed out that no tax on tips is now
- 22:23Speaker 3: in effect, and the official rules were sent. by the
- 22:26Speaker 3: Trump administration, and they involve all the tipped employees of America.
- 22:30Speaker 3: And he's going, well, that doesn't help because blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 22:34Speaker 3: And it's just nothing ever makes them happy. If Trump
- 22:37Speaker 3: does it, they're mentally deranged.
- 22:39Speaker 2: It can't be good. Oh my God, it doesn't help
- 22:42Speaker 2: because X, Y, and Z. It's not really a big help, Wayne.
- 22:46Speaker 2: And I said to him, you know what?
- 22:47Speaker 3: You know, it's like it's your birthday and your daddy
- 22:50Speaker 3: gives you $ 100 and you wanted 500.
- 22:52Speaker 2: You have no right to complain.
- 22:54Speaker 3: He could have given you zero. Your daddy, Trump, just
- 22:57Speaker 3: handed you up to $ 25, 000. You know, the first 25,000
- 23:00Speaker 3: tips that you make on the books, you no longer
- 23:04Speaker 3: owe federal income tax.
- 23:05Speaker 2: And he goes, oh, but you still owe FICA, Social
- 23:07Speaker 2: Security taxes. Well, tough crap. You could have owed all
- 23:11Speaker 2: of it.
- 23:12Speaker 3: He just gave you a break, you moron. Why are
- 23:16Speaker 3: Democrats so dumb? Why are they so dumb? If Democrats
- 23:20Speaker 3: had won, there would have been no big beautiful bill,
- 23:22Speaker 3: no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no
- 23:27Speaker 3: big new deduction for Social Security tax. And Democrats would
- 23:31Speaker 3: have raised your taxes by thousands of dollars a year,
- 23:34Speaker 3: and you're complaining that the cut you got isn't enough.
- 23:39Speaker 2: It just gets me so angry how stupid people are.
- 23:43Speaker 1: All right.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Let me mention the sponsor of this show. Sponsor of
- 23:48Speaker 3: this show is MEO Life, one of my favorite companies.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I use their alkaline.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Structured silver solution three or four times a day to
- 23:56Speaker 3: boost my immune system. I use their natural silver mouthwash
- 23:59Speaker 3: to keep my breath clear. I use my silver gel
- 24:02Speaker 3: on my face to keep the wrinkles away. I use
- 24:04Speaker 3: their silver lozenges. I just was sucking on three of
- 24:07Speaker 3: those lozenges right now in the break because when a
- 24:09Speaker 3: person talks as loudly as me and does as many hours.
- 24:12Speaker 2: On TV and radio as me, You could lose your voice.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Well, I've been on the air 10 years and never
- 24:17Speaker 3: once lost my voice and had to miss one minute
- 24:19Speaker 3: on the air.
- 24:20Speaker 2: So thank you, Amio Life.
- 24:22Speaker 3: The good folks at Amio realize inflation is still very bad.

- 24:45Speaker 3: your immune system. It's the reason I've been sick three
- 24:47Speaker 3: times in the last 30 years. Give them a call
- 24:50Speaker 3: at 800-422-8148, 800-422-8148, or.

- 24:57Speaker 3: Either way, use the promo code ROOT30 and get 30% off.
- 25:02Speaker 2: All right, Josh Bernstein is with us.
- 25:04Speaker 3: He is a talk show host, a podcast host, author
- 25:07Speaker 3: of Preserving Liberty, Bold and Brave Solutions to Save America
- 25:10Speaker 3: and Create Permanent Freedom.
- 25:12Speaker 2: That's his book.
- 25:13Speaker 3: You can follow him at jbushow.substack.com. jbushow.substack.com. Josh Bernstein, welcome
- 25:22Speaker 3: to the Wayne Allyn Root Show.
- 25:23Speaker 2: How are you?
- 25:24Speaker 5: I'm doing great. Great to be back on the program
- 25:25Speaker 5: with you.
- 25:26Speaker 3: All right. The main reason we had you on today,
- 25:28Speaker 3: other than the fact we like you and always like
- 25:30Speaker 3: to talk to you, but the main reason is you
- 25:32Speaker 3: attended the memorial for Charlie Kirk yesterday. You're from Arizona.
- 25:35Speaker 3: It was right there in your backyard. And what were
- 25:38Speaker 3: your thoughts at what you saw? Walk us through the
- 25:41Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk Memorial. I heard it was just an amazing,
- 25:44Speaker 3: amazing thing.
- 25:46Speaker 5: It truly was.
- 25:47Speaker 6: I mean, it was basically Christian revival meets Trump rally
- 25:52Speaker 6: all in one.
- 25:53Speaker 5: I cried. I celebrated. I cheered.
- 25:56Speaker 6: It was just an incredible opportunity to be among so
- 26:00Speaker 6: many great Americans and patriots. And it really was a
- 26:04Speaker 6: coming together moment. Just as Erica mentioned, it was indeed
- 26:09Speaker 6: a revival. And just celebrating his life, his legacy, and
- 26:13Speaker 6: what's going to happen next, you know, and how Turning
- 26:16Speaker 6: Point is going to move on from him, of course,
- 26:20Speaker 6: keeping his legacy and everything that he put together for
- 26:24Speaker 6: Turning Point to make it successful and making it bigger
- 26:26Speaker 6: and better, as President Trump said. But there were some amazing,
- 26:30Speaker 6: amazing speeches from a lot of great conservatives. Almost the
- 26:35Speaker 6: entire cabinet, it seemed, was there. Stephen Miller really brought
- 26:38Speaker 6: down the House. He was excellent. Of course, Erica brought
- 26:43Speaker 6: tears to everybody's eyes on everything that she said. And,
- 26:47Speaker 6: you know, the one thing that she said was that
- 26:49Speaker 6: she forgives The person who took the life of her husband.
- 26:53Speaker 5: She's a better person than me. I will say that
- 26:56Speaker 5: first and foremost.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 26:58Speaker 5: There's no way I would be able to do what
- 27:01Speaker 5: she did.
- 27:02Speaker 6: But it just shows the strength, her resolve, her faith.
- 27:06Speaker 6: And it really, truly was more of a celebration of
- 27:08Speaker 6: life rather.
- 27:09Speaker 5: Than, you know, just worrying about the murderer.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah. No, no, I agree.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Listen, that was her role. That's fantastic that the wife
- 27:17Speaker 3: forgives him. All throughout America, we have people who forgive murderers.
- 27:22Speaker 3: That's not for them to worry about. I think it's
- 27:25Speaker 3: better for them to get on with their life and
- 27:26Speaker 3: forgive the murderer. It's for the state.
- 27:29Speaker 2: To kill the murderer.
- 27:30Speaker 3: And that's, you know, the state and the judge and
- 27:32Speaker 3: the prosecutor have to carry out, I hope, the death penalty.
- 27:36Speaker 3: That's not her job to do that. It's her job
- 27:38Speaker 3: to forgive. So I think she did the exact right thing.
- 27:41Speaker 3: And it was a wonderful thing to see. And it's
- 27:44Speaker 3: now up to all of us to make sure this
- 27:45Speaker 3: guy gets the death penalty. Because you know what? I
- 27:47Speaker 3: don't forgive one single thing. But it's nice that.
- 27:51Speaker 2: She did it.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Over 100 million people live-streamed the memorial. That number is
- 27:56Speaker 3: just incredible.
- 27:57Speaker 2: Charlie's effect.
- 27:58Speaker 3: on the United States and even on the world is
- 28:01Speaker 3: so much beyond even what I realized or knew.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Here's the deal, Josh.
- 28:07Speaker 3: I work 16 hours a day, seven days a week.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I'm a workaholic.
- 28:11Speaker 3: I have no time to watch other people's shows. So
- 28:14Speaker 3: I never watched Charlie's show, even if it was on
- 28:16Speaker 3: the same network as mine. So I never knew what
- 28:19Speaker 3: he did on all these college campuses that he was
- 28:21Speaker 3: walking into basically a death trap.
- 28:24Speaker 2: I didn't know that every campus he went to, people screamed,
- 28:27Speaker 2: kill Charlie Kirk, kill Charlie Kirk. I had no.
- 28:30Speaker 3: Idea that people chanted that, that he was going into
- 28:33Speaker 3: the lion's den each time and taking his life in
- 28:35Speaker 3: his hands. And he told his wife, you know, in
- 28:38Speaker 3: a prophetic way that, you know, maybe I will be
- 28:40Speaker 3: killed one day. He seemed to hint to people around
- 28:42Speaker 3: him that he wasn't going to be here much longer.
- 28:45Speaker 3: He must have known someone was going to take a
- 28:47Speaker 3: shot at him. He's an amazing guy, and I give
- 28:49Speaker 3: him a billion percent credit. What an amazing human being.
- 28:53Speaker 2: He took it for us.
- 28:54Speaker 3: That's what it comes down to is he died for
- 28:57Speaker 3: us because most of us would not.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Go into that setting or that situation.
- 29:01Speaker 3: So thank you, Charlie Kirk, and 100 million people must
- 29:04Speaker 3: realize it because that's an incredible number.
- 29:06Speaker 5: Well, I think.
- 29:07Speaker 6: Most of us couldn't do that, and I'll give you
- 29:09Speaker 6: the reasons why. Anyone can go on a college campus, myself, you.
- 29:13Speaker 6: Ben Shapiro, any of us can go and speak and
- 29:15Speaker 6: we can combat leftism and leftist ideology with obvious facts
- 29:20Speaker 6: and truths.
- 29:21Speaker 5: But he did something completely different.
- 29:23Speaker 6: He knew that by spreading the gospel and by using
- 29:28Speaker 6: the Bible and by using his faith to actually solve
- 29:32Speaker 6: some of the ideological differences between his, quote, you know,
- 29:35Speaker 6: the people that didn't agree with him, not his enemies,
- 29:37Speaker 6: but the people that didn't agree with him, he knew
- 29:40Speaker 6: that by doing that and having a Christ-based response automatically
- 29:46Speaker 6: would bring them to conservatism. And that was the brilliance
- 29:51Speaker 6: of Charlie Kirk, because that's why I'm wondering who's going
- 29:55Speaker 6: to take over Does Erica have the ability?
- 29:58Speaker 5: Maybe she does. I hope she does. She's a Scorpio.
- 30:01Speaker 6: You don't want to mess with a Scorpio woman, nor
- 30:03Speaker 6: hell hath no fury than.
- 30:05Speaker 5: A woman scorned.
- 30:06Speaker 6: But I wonder if there's going to be someone that
- 30:08Speaker 6: has the chops that can actually articulate and do rapid response,
- 30:13Speaker 6: but also do that in a Christ-based way, as Charlie
- 30:17Speaker 6: obviously was able to do. And that's what made him
- 30:20Speaker 6: so unique, I think, than just anybody else that goes
- 30:24Speaker 6: on a college campus. and speaks against the leftist ideology.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Well, let me add something to what you said, Josh,
- 30:31Speaker 3: because there's pearls of wisdom in it, but you're missing
- 30:33Speaker 3: only one part of it. You said that because he
- 30:35Speaker 3: did it in such a nice way, polite way, gentlemanly way,
- 30:38Speaker 3: Christian way, and he used Christian biblical principles, he brought
- 30:42Speaker 3: people over to our side.
- 30:43Speaker 2: 100% correct. I agree with you 100%.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Brilliant.
- 30:47Speaker 3: But you left out that because he mixed in biblical
- 30:49Speaker 3: Christian principles, he also brought out the hate in people
- 30:52Speaker 3: that were never going to be brought over to our side.
- 30:55Speaker 3: He brought out the devil. He brought out Satan. You
- 30:58Speaker 3: find me somebody who's a committed liberal and Charlie is
- 31:00Speaker 3: not converting them. Charlie converted the people in the middle
- 31:03Speaker 3: or the people on the edge, but the people on
- 31:05Speaker 3: the extreme left are unconvertible even by a wonderful guy
- 31:08Speaker 3: like Charlie, and they only hate you more if you
- 31:10Speaker 3: bring up Christ. It angers them because they're all centered
- 31:13Speaker 3: on the devil, you know? They live with Saul Alinsky's
- 31:15Speaker 3: Rules for Radicals, which is dedicated on page one to Lucifer,
- 31:19Speaker 3: the devil.
- 31:20Speaker 2: So they get angry.
- 31:22Speaker 3: It stirs up hatred in them when you bring up Christ.
- 31:25Speaker 3: So that's the same reason he was a victor and
- 31:28Speaker 3: it's the same reason that he gave his life.
- 31:30Speaker 2: To be in a setting like that and talk.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Christian politics on a college campus is really going to
- 31:36Speaker 3: rile up the crazy atheists on the left. and the
- 31:40Speaker 3: occultist and the demonic people on the left. That's what
- 31:43Speaker 3: did him in. It's really, so I don't know who
- 31:45Speaker 3: else is gonna be able to do that and do
- 31:47Speaker 3: it well with charisma and passion and good speaking, communication ability.
- 31:52Speaker 3: I would argue no one can ever match Charlie, but
- 31:55Speaker 3: someone could be good.
- 31:56Speaker 2: So we'll see. We'll see.
- 31:57Speaker 3: I saw today they released a speaker schedule at colleges.
- 32:00Speaker 3: They're not using one person. They're using like 30 different
- 32:03Speaker 3: people to speak at different colleges, including like Vivek Ramaswamy,
- 32:07Speaker 3: who's a great speaker.
- 32:08Speaker 2: So I get it. So I get it. So they're
- 32:10Speaker 2: mixing in different speakers at different colleges.
- 32:13Speaker 7: I just hope the security increases. I want to see
- 32:17Speaker 7: them behind bulletproof glass. I want to see the crowd
- 32:20Speaker 7: a little further away from the speakers. And I want
- 32:22Speaker 7: to see drones flying over, above, and during.
- 32:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 32:25Speaker 5: Every single outside event.
- 32:27Speaker 2: Well, they shouldn't have outside events. That's my contention.
- 32:30Speaker 5: I agree with that, too.
- 32:30Speaker 3: You can't cover it all. Even with a drone, you
- 32:32Speaker 3: can't cover it all. I would have indoor events only.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Massive security, and yes, glass bulletproof and wear a bulletproof
- 32:38Speaker 2: vest as well. Now that you've attended Memorial, just about
- 32:41Speaker 2: quick answer. Got a minute left. Do you feel any
- 32:43Speaker 2: differently about Charlie Kirk's legacy?
- 32:46Speaker 5: Oh, without a doubt.
- 32:47Speaker 6: I mean, look, I thought maybe many years ago he
- 32:49Speaker 6: was more moderate. And he's obviously come closer and closer
- 32:52Speaker 6: to President Trump and the MAGA movement. And I just
- 32:55Speaker 6: didn't know his religious faith. And I think that that
- 32:59Speaker 6: was one of the most profound things that obviously permeated
- 33:02Speaker 6: throughout the entire memorial.
- 33:03Speaker 5: But it really showed St.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Charlie.
- 33:05Speaker 6: That's what he should be. He should be sainted at
- 33:08Speaker 6: some point in the future. Just an incredible loss.
- 33:11Speaker 1: He is.
- 33:11Speaker 2: He's St. Charlie's martyr. He's always going to be remembered.
- 33:14Speaker 3: His name will be on the lips of people all
- 33:16Speaker 3: over the world forevermore, and he's going to make such
- 33:18Speaker 3: a big difference in the midterms, I'm telling you.
- 33:20Speaker 2: He's up there with God right now watching. Hey, Josh,
- 33:22Speaker 2: we've got to run.
- 33:23Speaker 3: His website is jbushow.substack.com.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Josh Bernstein, his book, Preserving Liberty. Thank you, Josh. God bless.
- 33:30Speaker 1: God bless.
- 33:34Speaker 2: All right, a special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 33:45Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 33:52Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 33:55Speaker 3: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 33:58Speaker 3: production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil
- 34:01Speaker 3: industry and the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 4: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:09Speaker 4: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 4: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:15Speaker 4: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 4: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:22Speaker 4: United States. When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I
- 34:25Speaker 4: worked with him for four years. I've been in the
- 34:27Speaker 4: oil and gas business ever since. You would probably know
- 34:30Speaker 4: me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and I
- 34:35Speaker 4: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 34:38Speaker 4: familiar with, I think.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:43Speaker 3: into $ 13 million.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Is that correct? In the nine-year run of your publicly
- 34:47Speaker 2: traded company?
- 34:49Speaker 3: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:51Speaker 2: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million.
- 34:53Speaker 3: That means $ 100, 000 turned into $ 130 million.
- 34:55Speaker 2: That's an incredible track record.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project
- 35:01Speaker 3: is so important. I hear about projects and deals all
- 35:04Speaker 3: the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:08Speaker 4: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:10Speaker 4: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 4: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 4: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 4: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:22Speaker 4: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 4: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:28Speaker 4: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:32Speaker 4: only operator in this field. And right now we can
- 35:36Speaker 4: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 35:39Speaker 4: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:43Speaker 4: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 35:46Speaker 4: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:49Speaker 4: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 1: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 2: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:58Speaker 3: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:03Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.
- 36:06Speaker 2: That's the project.
- 36:07Speaker 3: But the website, Lostsoldier.com.
- 36:11Speaker 2: If you're an accredited investor, Mark wants to hear from you.
- 36:13Speaker 3: If you want to hear more information, check it out.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Fill out the form and you get to Lost Soldier.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Mark and his people will get back to you as CFOs.
- 36:20Speaker 3: and let you know all the details you need to know, LostSoldier.com.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today. Hey, thank you, Wayne.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Good to see you again. All right, Wayne Allyn Root,
- 36:52Speaker 2: welcome back.
- 36:53Speaker 3: War Zone, you know, that's my initials, War Zone, W-A-R,
- 36:57Speaker 3: Wayne Allyn Root, born that way at Mount Vernon Hospital
- 37:00Speaker 3: about 60 plus years ago in Mount Vernon, New York
- 37:03Speaker 3: on the Bronx borderline. I'm an SOB, son of a butcher,
- 37:07Speaker 3: and this is the War Zone with Wayne Allyn Root,
- 37:08Speaker 3: the official podcast now of the Gateway Pundit. And we're
- 37:11Speaker 3: also now officially on... Patriot TV, which you can find
- 37:15Speaker 3: at patriot.tv. Patriot.tv. You can find us in so many places. Untamednation.com.
- 37:22Speaker 2: You can find us every day there. You can find
- 37:24Speaker 2: us at Rumble.
- 37:25Speaker 3: Just type in Wayne Allen Root or Warzone, and I'm
- 37:28Speaker 3: at Rumble every day. You can find me at Twitter.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Otherwise known as X at the top of my X page.
- 37:34Speaker 3: It's live streamed at Real Wayne Root. You can find
- 37:36Speaker 3: me at Getter. Top of my Getter page, live streamed
- 37:39Speaker 3: at Real Wayne Root. And I believe today, if not today,
- 37:42Speaker 3: it'll be tomorrow, is our first day on Truth Social.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Truth Social. I don't think it's live on Truth Social.
- 37:49Speaker 3: I think they download the show and then leave it
- 37:51Speaker 3: available for you to go check it out.
- 37:53Speaker 2: So it'll be available at Truth Social. I don't think
- 37:55Speaker 2: it has anything to do with us.
- 37:56Speaker 3: I think they do that for everybody. It's not live streamed,
- 37:58Speaker 3: but it's there at Truth Social for the first time starting,
- 38:02Speaker 3: I believe, this afternoon. Or this evening, wherever you may be.
- 38:06Speaker 3: So I was talking about H-1B visas when I went
- 38:13Speaker 3: to the break and I came back and I had
- 38:14Speaker 3: a guest. And so I got interrupted, but I want
- 38:17Speaker 3: to really get into this, because it reminds me of
- 38:19Speaker 3: the liberal argument from the person I was debating with
- 38:22Speaker 3: a little while ago, who said, well, the no tax
- 38:24Speaker 3: on tips is not as good as I thought it
- 38:25Speaker 3: would be, and it doesn't help you avoid state income taxes,
- 38:29Speaker 3: and it doesn't help, first of all, nothing will help
- 38:31Speaker 3: you avoid state income taxes, except moving to Nevada, Texas,
- 38:34Speaker 3: or Florida with income tax zero. Well, you could also
- 38:37Speaker 3: move to Tennessee, you could move to Wyoming, you could
- 38:39Speaker 3: move to Alaska, but good luck if you want to
- 38:42Speaker 3: move to Alaska or Wyoming, freezing cold. Good luck if
- 38:45Speaker 3: you want to move to, what's the other one? New Hampshire,
- 38:48Speaker 3: freezing cold. So really, to me, the only choices are Tennessee.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Nashville's a nice town. Las Vegas, Nevada's a great town.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Anywhere in Florida's great. And then anywhere in Texas is great.
- 39:00Speaker 3: If you move to any of those. You have no
- 39:02Speaker 3: state income tax. If you don't, it's your fault if
- 39:04Speaker 3: you pay state income tax.
- 39:05Speaker 2: You're a moron. That's not my fault.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Get the hell out of your state. Move from a
- 39:09Speaker 3: blue state to a low tax or zero tax red state.
- 39:13Speaker 3: And the second argument was, well, it doesn't help as
- 39:15Speaker 3: much as I thought it would. It doesn't get rid
- 39:17Speaker 3: of FICA taxes, Social Security taxes. What are you talking about?
- 39:22Speaker 2: No tax on tips.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Merely lets you avoid federal income taxes on the first $ 25, 000
- 39:29Speaker 3: in on-the-books tips that you get. If you get off-the-books tips,
- 39:34Speaker 3: this argument doesn't even matter.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Let's not even talk about it.
- 39:37Speaker 3: But if you get on-the-books tips on a credit card,
- 39:39Speaker 3: you can avoid paying any federal income tax.
- 39:43Speaker 2: On the first $ 25, 000. Now, is that a bad thing?
- 39:46Speaker 2: So you have to pay Social Security taxes. That's not
- 39:49Speaker 2: my fault. Take that up with the federal government.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Take that up with whatever idiot communist installed the Social
- 39:56Speaker 3: Security tax.
- 39:57Speaker 2: That's why you pay FICA taxes. But Trump did a
- 40:01Speaker 2: great thing. He did a mitzvah, as the Jews say.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Happy Rosh Hashanah, by the way. Happy New Year today
- 40:06Speaker 3: to all my Jewish friends. It starts tonight at sundown. So,
- 40:10Speaker 3: you know, go ask the people that put instituted payroll taxes.
- 40:13Speaker 3: You have to pay them. There's nothing anyone could do
- 40:16Speaker 3: about that, Trump or anyone else.
- 40:18Speaker 2: But this H-1B.
- 40:20Speaker 3: Visa loophole ending, it says tech jobs should be opening
- 40:24Speaker 3: up and salaries rising. Of course, Trump just said, basically,
- 40:30Speaker 3: if you're American, I don't care if you're white or black, Latino,
- 40:34Speaker 3: gay or straight. All Americans can now get tech jobs
- 40:37Speaker 3: to replace all the India bros and all the Pakistan
- 40:41Speaker 3: bros and all the China bros.
- 40:44Speaker 2: You know, now, bye bye. We don't need you for
- 40:48Speaker 2: those jobs anymore.
- 40:49Speaker 3: Americans are going to fill those jobs unless these insane
- 40:53Speaker 3: companies think Americans are so inferior they'd rather spend $ 100, 000
- 40:55Speaker 3: per person to bring someone in from India.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Now, President Trump, you know what the next step is?
- 41:01Speaker 3: You have to somehow ban, and if you can't ban,
- 41:05Speaker 3: make it almost impossible to hire phone rooms.
- 41:10Speaker 2: Outside the United States.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Because I don't want to call up a company, an
- 41:14Speaker 3: American company, and check on my credit card bill, and
- 41:17Speaker 3: I get some Indian in India who I can't understand
- 41:20Speaker 3: three words out of every 12 they're saying.
- 41:22Speaker 2: I don't want it. I don't want it. Stop hiring
- 41:25Speaker 2: Indians in India to answer.
- 41:28Speaker 3: in a call center or Russians in Russia or Chinese
- 41:32Speaker 3: in China.
- 41:33Speaker 2: Or Pakistanis in Pakistan. I don't want that.
- 41:38Speaker 3: I want American call centers, American employees in American call centers.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Let Japanese be in Japanese call centers.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Let Chinese be in Chinese call centers. Let Indians be
- 41:49Speaker 3: in India call centers. America should have Americans who speak English.
- 41:55Speaker 3: And by the way, you should also ban that stupid
- 41:58Speaker 3: press too if you want this in Spanish. If you
- 42:01Speaker 3: want it in Spanish, you don't belong in my country, okay?
- 42:05Speaker 3: My grandparents came here from Germany, right?
- 42:08Speaker 2: And they spoke German. And my other grandparents came from
- 42:10Speaker 2: Russia and they spoke Yiddish and Russian. So guess what?
- 42:14Speaker 2: They learned how to speak English or they would not
- 42:16Speaker 2: have survived.
- 42:17Speaker 3: Nobody ever said in those days, press one for English,
- 42:19Speaker 3: two for some other language. If you come here from
- 42:22Speaker 3: a Spanish country, a Latino country, learn how to speak
- 42:25Speaker 3: English or go home.
- 42:27Speaker 2: It's that simple. All right.
- 42:29Speaker 3: Dan Montano, the CEO of Zcha Genesis Medicine, has been
- 42:34Speaker 3: a guest on my show many times, been a guest
- 42:35Speaker 3: on Real.
- 42:36Speaker 2: America's Voice show many times as well. He's a huge hit.
- 42:38Speaker 2: People love him.
- 42:39Speaker 3: He told us about his company's medical research study on
- 42:41Speaker 3: reversing type 2 diabetes. Dan believes his drug could reverse
- 42:45Speaker 3: type 2 diabetes. He's had several trials and people have
- 42:49Speaker 3: reversed diabetes. They're type 2 diabetes. If you'd like to
- 42:52Speaker 3: participate in the upcoming type 2 diabetes research trial in
- 42:55Speaker 3: Las Vegas, please visit cure-diabetes.org.
