  Speaker 3: Well, we opened up Atlantis, which was it's around the corner,

  Speaker 3: and the difference with the foot traffic and so on

  Speaker 3: is huge, and we looked at going into town. We're

  Speaker 3: really thankful that we landed just around the corner in
• 1:00
  Speaker 3: Botany with the foot traffic is fantastic. And it's also

  Speaker 3: the caliber of those that have that are walking and
• 1:07
  Speaker 3: coming out to Potani. You know that they come out
• 1:10
  Speaker 3: to be entertained, whether it be in one of the
• 1:13
  Speaker 3: sixty eateries and all the other little sort of boutique
• 1:17
  Speaker 3: stores that are there. I mean, there's virtually everything available
• 1:22
  Speaker 3: and and it's pumping. That's great. Now.

  Speaker 2: I don't want to be unkind, but it feels like
• 1:28
  Speaker 2: is Jackson Street not just a whole bunch of oop
• 1:30
  Speaker 2: shops and vegan bakeries.

  Speaker 3: We've got all of that, so certainly come out for that.

  Speaker 2: That's the prime.

  Speaker 1: I don't want to.

  Speaker 3: Well, there's plenty for you. There's plenty for the caliber

  Speaker 3: of the restaurants out there, all the different cuisines and

  Speaker 3: so on. I mean, there's something for everyone, whether it

  Speaker 3: even just be your pubs, your breweries, you know, right
• 1:53
  Speaker 3: through from high end Italian restaurants to Indian restaurants to
• 1:58
  Speaker 3: you know, your kebab stores, and then there's all the
• 2:00
  Speaker 3: little cafes as well. So I mean there's there's certainly
• 2:03
  Speaker 3: if you're if you're a foodie, there's certainly something there
• 2:06
  Speaker 3: for you.

  Speaker 2: Simon. This is just what I reckon has happened here,

  Speaker 2: is that there are a whole bunch of like you know,

  Speaker 2: older millennials my age who are having kids priced out
• 2:16
  Speaker 2: of Wellington CBD. So they've all gone and lived in
• 2:18
  Speaker 2: Potoni and now because they have the power to tell
• 2:21
  Speaker 2: people what they think is cool this and this is
• 2:23
  Speaker 2: their local place Jackson Street is cool. That's basically what's
• 2:26
  Speaker 2: happened is just where all the mums and dads live nowadays.

  Speaker 3: I mean, certainly there's a lot of people moving out
• 2:32
  Speaker 3: to the valley and we've certainly noticed that, but I
• 2:37
  Speaker 3: mean there's people that also drive out. I mean, we've
• 2:39
  Speaker 3: got some pretty big superstares out here now. They're down
• 2:42
  Speaker 3: one end, which is nice. And so the actual Jackson
• 2:46
  Speaker 3: Street still has that old style, that old flavor. I mean,
• 2:49
  Speaker 3: I mean it's sort of like a little beach community
• 2:51
  Speaker 3: to a certain degree. And you know, like we've we've
• 2:56
  Speaker 3: decided to go there. You know, our store would fit
• 3:01
  Speaker 3: anywhere worldwide on any sort of high end street. And

  Speaker 3: like you know, we've got everything from you know, the
• 3:07
  Speaker 3: House of Knives, We've got pitched framers, we've got boutique
• 3:10
  Speaker 3: chocolate makers. You know, there's there's a lot of people
• 3:14
  Speaker 3: there that have you know, their artisan businesses that are
• 3:17
  Speaker 3: set up store and I mean in this day and
• 3:19
  Speaker 3: age and not it's not all online. We're noticing people
• 3:22
  Speaker 3: actually want that contact people and this is Simon.
