Lucas: Exactly. So first word: el banco. That means bench. Luna: El banco. Banco. Lucas: And if you want to say 'the bench is over there', you might say 'el banco está allí'. But let's start with just the word. El banco. Luna: El banco. Got it. And what about shade? Sometimes you want a bench in the shade. Lucas: Great point. La sombra. Shade. Luna: La sombra. So if I want a bench in the shade, I'd say 'un banco en la sombra'. Lucas: Perfect. And the verb for sitting down is sentarse. To sit down. Luna: Sentarse. That's a reflexive verb, right? Like 'me siento' — I sit down? Lucas: Exactly. But today let's focus on the phrase 'Vamos a sentarnos' — let's sit down. Luna: Vamos a sentarnos. Let's sit down. I like that. Lucas: Now, if the bench is taken, you can say 'Está ocupado'. It's occupied. Luna: Está ocupado. And if it's free? 'Está libre'? Lucas: Right. Está libre.
