Big news brewing in Chesterfield: Childress Klein, a major Charlotte-based real estate firm, is eyeing a massive 154-acre plot near the county airport — currently owned by Southside Church — to build an 850,000-square-foot industrial complex across four warehouses. The church plans to cash in to pay off debts and upgrade its facilities and school.
