Mega Edition: It's Everyone's Fault But Ghislaine's (8/20/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Speaker 1: Ghlainne Maxwell is once again making complaints about prison staff.
0:11
Speaker 1: This time she's saying that she was sexually abused after
0:15
Speaker 1: a staffer confronted her over the fact that Maxwell has
0:19
Speaker 1: poor hygiene and she smells. Maybe I'm crazy, but if
0:23
Speaker 1: you're living in a dorm environment with a bunch of
0:26
Speaker 1: other people, I would think that hygiene would be one
0:30
Speaker 1: of the top things you're concerned about. Right You don't
0:33
Speaker 1: want your bunkie thinking you have a stanky ass. That's
0:36
Speaker 1: gonna lead to some problems. But Gallayne Maxwell, she doesn't care.
0:40
Speaker 1: This vile bipedal serpent is running around here, not taking showers,
0:44
Speaker 1: having a stanky ass, and ratting on everybody, literally doing
0:49
Speaker 1: everything that you shouldn't be doing in prison. Today's article
0:54
Speaker 1: is from the Daily Mail headline Prison Karen Gallainne Maxwell
0:58
Speaker 1: accuses the guard of sexual lif abuse after staffer confronted
1:02
Speaker 1: her over poor personal hygiene and used vulgar word as
1:06
Speaker 1: it's claimed she's too scared to shower. Give me a break, Okay,
1:11
Speaker 1: what she's doing is trying to maneuver her way out
1:14
Speaker 1: of this prison. That's all she's trying to do and
1:16
Speaker 1: she's gonna use any excuse available to her to try
1:20
Speaker 1: and meet that goal. Remember, Gleanne, Maxwell's somebody that's used
1:24
Speaker 1: to getting her away her whole entire life, and just
1:27
Speaker 1: until recently, she has been able to maneuver out of
1:31
Speaker 1: any kind of sticky situation that's ever popped up. But
1:34
Speaker 1: those days are over. She's no longer a socialite now.
1:39
Speaker 1: What she is is a federal inmate. This article was
1:43
Speaker 1: authored by Ben Ashford. Prison Karen Gleanne Maxwell accused a
1:49
Speaker 1: female guard of sexual abuse for confronting the disgrace socialite, bipudal, serpent,
1:55
Speaker 1: child abuser, overall scusbag over her lax personal hygiene. Dailymail
2:01
Speaker 1: dot Com can exclusively reveal, Now, how embarrassing you're running
2:06
Speaker 1: around there with a stanky ass, all smelly in shit,
2:10
Speaker 1: and you're gonna have the audacity to talk down to
2:12
Speaker 1: anybody else. Here's an idea, soap water use it. The
2:17
Speaker 1: officer pulled Maxwell sixty one aside after fellow inmates complained
2:22
Speaker 1: that she wasn't showering after coming off the outdoor running
2:25
Speaker 1: track at Florida's FCI Tallahassee. Oh, nothing like a stank ass,
2:30
Speaker 1: sweaty runner coming back to the dorm and letting their
2:33
Speaker 1: stink permeate through the whole entire unit. The dressing down
2:38
Speaker 1: is said to have involved course language and the term
2:41
Speaker 1: huha slang for an inmate female body part, leaving the
2:45
Speaker 1: Oxford educated prisoner aghast so basically saying that her huha
2:50
Speaker 1: if you get my drift smelled as well. Not to
2:53
Speaker 1: be too gross or vile, but that's what the guard said.
2:56
Speaker 1: So Glenn Maxwell's over here stanking from every single orifice
3:00
Speaker 1: in her body and not given one single damn about it.
3:04
Speaker 1: The officer never touched her. It was just a conversation
3:08
Speaker 1: about cleanliness and the need to shower more frequently. But
3:12
Speaker 1: the officer has a mouth like Cardi b and was
3:14
Speaker 1: completely tactless about it. An insider told dailymail dot com,
3:19
Speaker 1: Oh wow, the guard used course language. Whah. You're in
3:22
Speaker 1: a prison, Okay, You're not away at some kind of
3:26
Speaker 1: Christian fundamentalist summer camp. You are in a prison with
3:30
Speaker 1: people who are paying back their debt to society, and
3:34
Speaker 1: nobody in there should be worried about course language that's
3:38
Speaker 1: being used by a guard. Give me a break. Max
3:41
Speaker 1: insists that it was personal matter, and the officer had
3:44
Speaker 1: no right to bring it up. She reported the encounter
3:47
Speaker 1: because she claims it left her feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. Yeah,
3:52
Speaker 1: how do you think your victims feel, Glaine Maxwell? Why
3:55
Speaker 1: don't we go and ask some of those girls if
3:57
Speaker 1: they feel embarrassed or if they feel like they have
4:00
Speaker 1: been made uncomfortable. You're over here talking all kinds of
4:05
Speaker 1: nonsense about your feeling uncomfortable or that you've been violated,
4:10
Speaker 1: breaking news. Nobody cares, okay, especially considering how many times
4:15
Speaker 1: you've cried wolf in the past. It's not like she's
4:17
Speaker 1: an honest person, right. Look, if a guard really assaulted
4:20
Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell, i'd want that guard terminated and charged. The
4:24
Speaker 1: problem for Glenn Maxwell is that no guard ever touched her,
4:28
Speaker 1: and she's just out here making up falsehoods and making
4:31
Speaker 1: up stories. She might seem easily shocked for a convicted
4:34
Speaker 1: sex trafficker, but that's Max. She doesn't see herself that way.
4:39
Speaker 1: She acts and talks as if she's innocent. And here
4:42
Speaker 1: is another gigantic problem with Glene Maxwell. She refuses to
4:46
Speaker 1: take responsibility for what she has done. So if you
4:50
Speaker 1: don't take responsibility, for what you have done, then why
4:53
Speaker 1: would you expect anybody to have any sort of remorse
4:56
Speaker 1: for you at all? Now, look, the first step of
4:59
Speaker 1: trying to be a better person is taking responsibility for
5:02
Speaker 1: the stuff you have done wrong. Glenn Maxwell has no
5:06
Speaker 1: desire to do that, and according to Glenn Maxwell, she
5:09
Speaker 1: is innocent. This never happened. These girls are all liars.
5:13
Speaker 1: Everybody's a liar, but Glen Maxwell. The source explained it's
5:17
Speaker 1: common for sex offenders to avoid showering behind bars because
5:21
Speaker 1: the stalls are the likeliest place to get ambushed with
5:24
Speaker 1: a homemade blade or a soap wrapped in a sock.
5:27
Speaker 1: That's an actual fact. A lot of assaults do take
5:30
Speaker 1: place in the shower, and that's because they can have
5:33
Speaker 1: cameras in there because of privacy, right, And we all
5:36
Speaker 1: know the guards don't give a damn. They're busy on
5:38
Speaker 1: their phone or shopping for furniture, like they were over
5:41
Speaker 1: at MCC when Epstein was in that cell by himself.
5:45
Speaker 1: So the guards aren't gonna be there to protect you.
5:48
Speaker 1: And if you're a registered sex offender, this is the
5:51
Speaker 1: likeliest time that you're gonna get handled, unless, of course,
5:54
Speaker 1: you're in the cell and your celly takes on bridge
5:57
Speaker 1: with your bullshit, then you're going to get assault that
6:00
Speaker 1: in that cell, But for the most part, it happens
6:03
Speaker 1: outside of the cell in a common area. A spokesman
6:07
Speaker 1: for Maxwell did not respond to an inquiry about the
6:09
Speaker 1: alleged abuse, which was investigated for three weeks last October
6:14
Speaker 1: before jail authorities closed their probe. It's just one of
6:18
Speaker 1: the dozen or more misconduct allegations Maxwell has leveled that
6:22
Speaker 1: staff at the low security federal lockup where she's serving
6:26
Speaker 1: twenty years, for being Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice and for also
6:30
Speaker 1: abusing those girls herself. Let's not leave that part out.
6:33
Speaker 1: Records obtained by daily mail dot Com revealed that Maxwell
6:37
Speaker 1: has accused workers of harassment, unprofessional behavior, and discrimination under
6:43
Speaker 1: the fourteenth Amendment and freedom of religion laws. Oh she's
6:46
Speaker 1: very religious all of a sudden, folks, Okay, Glenn Maxwell.
6:50
Speaker 1: She is the epitome of what a religious person is.
6:54
Speaker 1: I mean, give me a break. It's like Brian Cooberger
6:57
Speaker 1: finding God once he gets to jail. Or you found God,
7:01
Speaker 1: you're still getting the death penalty. Stupid. She's also pepper
7:05
Speaker 1: Jel authorities with complaints about the food, a lack of
7:08
Speaker 1: hot water, being denied access to a computer, and having
7:12
Speaker 1: her male tampered with. You're male tampered with. The prison
7:16
Speaker 1: goes through the mail. Dumb, dumb, that's part of their job.
7:19
Speaker 1: In all, Maxwell's gripes span nine pages of administrative remedy records,
7:24
Speaker 1: which were obtained from the Federal Bureau of Prisons under
7:28
Speaker 1: the Freedom of Information Act. The British born felon has
7:32
Speaker 1: lodged further grievances about improper or inadequate dental and medical
7:37
Speaker 1: treatment for eye problems and a rash. Look. I agree
7:40
Speaker 1: here that if there is some kind of medical issue,
7:43
Speaker 1: it needs to be addressed. She has dental problems that
7:46
Speaker 1: has to be addressed. When you're a convict or you're
7:49
Speaker 1: an inmate, it now falls on the Bureau of Prisons
7:53
Speaker 1: and the American taxpayer to make sure that these people
7:56
Speaker 1: are being cared for. Now. I'm not saying they should
7:58
Speaker 1: get cosmetic surgery, but if you have an abscess tooth
8:02
Speaker 1: and you need to get a tooth removed, there shouldn't
8:04
Speaker 1: be a long wait for that. I'm not into that
8:07
Speaker 1: kind of punishment for people, and I think that it's
8:10
Speaker 1: very important for the Bureau of Prisons to make sure
8:13
Speaker 1: the resources are available to anybody who's locked up in
8:17
Speaker 1: a federal prison or any prison really that they have
8:20
Speaker 1: the access to the medical facilities that are needed if
8:23
Speaker 1: they have a medical condition. So if Maxwell has a
8:26
Speaker 1: legit medical condition that has been diagnosed by a doctor,
8:30
Speaker 1: then she should receive the medical treatment that she needs
8:33
Speaker 1: to receive for that issue. But besides that, save all
8:37
Speaker 1: the bullshit. I don't want to hear anything about how
8:39
Speaker 1: miserable your experience is or how the food's bad. Well,
8:43
Speaker 1: you're in prison, that's part of it. My best friend
8:46
Speaker 1: did over ten years for trafficking. Okay, he got nailed
8:50
Speaker 1: with pounds of meth and he ended up serving his
8:53
Speaker 1: bid here in Nevada at a state prison. He would
8:57
Speaker 1: have given everything he owned, including a kidney, to have
9:01
Speaker 1: the kind of treatment that Glayne Maxwell's getting at this
9:03
Speaker 1: federal facility. The stories that my friend has told me
9:07
Speaker 1: would knock your socks off. Glainne Maxwell thinks she has
9:11
Speaker 1: it bad. She's lucky she's not at a state run facility.
9:15
Speaker 1: A December twenty twenty two entry notes that Maxwell says
9:18
Speaker 1: she has not been able to see in Obguyn and
9:21
Speaker 1: needs an ultrasound examination. As I stated earlier, that should happen,
9:26
Speaker 1: and not just for Maxwell, but for all inmates. The
9:29
Speaker 1: records also reveal that Maxwell has already filed for compassionate
9:34
Speaker 1: release on two occasions, despite having nineteen years left to serve.
9:38
Speaker 1: Imagine the audacity of Glenne Maxwell to think, with nineteen
9:42
Speaker 1: years left on her sentence that she's gonna get some
9:45
Speaker 1: kind of compassionate release for having some pink eye or something.
9:49
Speaker 1: I mean, I wish that was the case, because while
9:51
Speaker 1: my grandfather was in prison in his seventies, mind you,
9:55
Speaker 1: nobody was talking about any kind of compassionate release for him. Instead,
9:59
Speaker 1: what they were doing was screwing with us and moving
10:02
Speaker 1: them to different facilities that were further away from us
10:05
Speaker 1: that would cost us more money to go and see them.
10:07
Speaker 1: So please miss me with all of your crying and
10:10
Speaker 1: your complaining, Glanne Maxwell, because some of us have actually
10:13
Speaker 1: been through this system or have had loved ones go
10:16
Speaker 1: through it, and their experiences are way worse than yours
10:20
Speaker 1: will ever be. The source tells us the numerous entries
10:24
Speaker 1: are likely the tip of the iceberg, as anything especially
10:27
Speaker 1: egregious or unresolved would be exempt from disclosure. Maxwell not
10:33
Speaker 1: only files numerous complaints for herself, she also uses her
10:37
Speaker 1: job in the prisons law library to advise other inmates
10:40
Speaker 1: how to do the same. Ads are insider. Now, Look,
10:44
Speaker 1: if she would just do that and stop with her bullshit,
10:47
Speaker 1: she'd be somebody that the inmates respected and wouldn't want
10:50
Speaker 1: to hurt because she's smart, right, She's somebody, well allegedly smart.
10:54
Speaker 1: She went to Oxford so she could help them with
10:57
Speaker 1: their appeals or with reading letters or writing letters and
11:01
Speaker 1: find a little niche for herself inside of the prison.
11:04
Speaker 1: But instead she wants to go against the grain. So
11:07
Speaker 1: she's going to have a miserable time of it if
11:09
Speaker 1: she thinks the whole entire system is going to be
11:11
Speaker 1: upended for her. Bitch ass and Glene Maxwell is the
11:15
Speaker 1: perfect example of letting the time do you and you
11:19
Speaker 1: not doing the time. Her suspected end goal is to
11:23
Speaker 1: cause such a stink while she's doing that with her
11:25
Speaker 1: stanky ass, that she's transferred to a different facility, preferably
11:30
Speaker 1: FCI dan Berry, the Connecticut lock up that inspired Orange
11:35
Speaker 1: is the New Black. As if it's going to be
11:37
Speaker 1: any better there Wherever she goes, the inmates are going
11:40
Speaker 1: to feel the same way about her. So she'll go
11:42
Speaker 1: there and start this shit again. What's the real end
11:45
Speaker 1: goal trying to get transferred back to the UK. Tallahassee
11:49
Speaker 1: is big, it's old, it's ghetto. Max has too many
11:53
Speaker 1: enemies and she wants out. Explained our source, dan Berry
11:57
Speaker 1: is smaller and mainly for white collar criminal, and she
12:01
Speaker 1: thinks she can get there by causing as much hassle
12:04
Speaker 1: as possible. They should do the reverse. I mean, my
12:07
Speaker 1: gramps was a model prisoner. Dude, didn't cause any trouble,
12:10
Speaker 1: helped out, got a college degree while he was there,
12:13
Speaker 1: and they still left with them all the time, moved
12:15
Speaker 1: him far away from us, you know, made it very
12:18
Speaker 1: difficult on him and in turn made it difficult on
12:20
Speaker 1: his family. They love to do that. And Glenn Maxwell's
12:24
Speaker 1: over here thinking she's gonna get some kind of preferential treatment.
12:28
Speaker 1: It's not going to happen. In fact, I would say
12:30
Speaker 1: that if she keeps it up, they're gonna send her
12:33
Speaker 1: to someplace that's even worse than Tallahassee. What's the federal
12:37
Speaker 1: correctional facility in Alaska? Send her there, Let's see how
12:41
Speaker 1: much he likes the cold. Dailymail dot Com revealed last
12:44
Speaker 1: month that Maxwell earned her prison Karen Moniker because of
12:49
Speaker 1: the four hundred plus petty complaints she has lodged while
12:52
Speaker 1: behind bars. The sex trafficker is slated, the lackluster vegan
12:57
Speaker 1: menu options, demanded jel authorities give her her access to
13:00
Speaker 1: hair dye, and even complained about a transgender inmate having
13:04
Speaker 1: noisy sex in the bunk above her. Maxwell also bagged
13:08
Speaker 1: plush hypoallergenic betting after grumbling to staff that the standard
13:13
Speaker 1: issue prison pillows were triggering her allergies. Her moaning dates
13:18
Speaker 1: back to July twenty twenty, when she was locked up
13:21
Speaker 1: at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, while
13:24
Speaker 1: awaiting federal trial for grooming miners. There, her lawyers accused
13:30
Speaker 1: prison authorities of breaching her rights by shining a torch
13:33
Speaker 1: in her cell every fifteen minutes, subjecting her to invasive searches,
13:38
Speaker 1: and filming her at all hours. That's how it works again.
13:42
Speaker 1: None of that stuff is out of line or out
13:44
Speaker 1: of character for somebody who's in the position of Glenn Maxwell,
13:49
Speaker 1: the daughter of disgraced UK newspaper magnate Robert Maxwell was
13:54
Speaker 1: sentenced to two decades behind bars in June last year,
13:58
Speaker 1: and the judge recommended she of her time in Danbury,
14:01
Speaker 1: but the Bureau of Prisons had other ideas and shipped
14:04
Speaker 1: her one thousand miles south to the Sunshine State. Well
14:09
Speaker 1: they should have went a few more miles south and
14:11
Speaker 1: center to Guantanamo. Controversy ensued when she used the prison's
14:16
Speaker 1: video visit system to give an interview to UK broadcaster
14:20
Speaker 1: Jeremy Kyle, which she claimed without evidence that the now
14:24
Speaker 1: notorious photograph of Prince Andrew with Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts
14:29
Speaker 1: was fake. Notice we haven't heard much from Letty Victoria
14:33
Speaker 1: Hovey lately either, right about the whole fake picture talk
14:36
Speaker 1: about opening your mouth and inserting your foot stick to
14:40
Speaker 1: things you understand, like you know, spotted dick, putting makeup on,
14:44
Speaker 1: and the rest of the nonsense that you socialites get
14:47
Speaker 1: up to. Dailymail dot com revealed how the chat earned
14:50
Speaker 1: Maxwell forty eight hours in the Special Housing Unit, a
14:53
Speaker 1: prison within a prison comprising tiny grim cells where inmates
14:58
Speaker 1: are cage for twenty three hours at a time and
15:01
Speaker 1: fed through slits in the door. In March. It was
15:03
Speaker 1: the turn of two Cuban inmates, who were both thrown
15:06
Speaker 1: into solitary confinement for forty seven days after Maxwell reported
15:11
Speaker 1: them to authorities for trying to extort her. The two
15:15
Speaker 1: bullies found out their strict vegan neighbor had an arrangement
15:18
Speaker 1: with a kitchen worker who would slipper extra fruit, vegetables
15:22
Speaker 1: and tofu and thought they could use that info against her.
15:26
Speaker 1: So it's pretty ironic, right. They get mad at Maxwell
15:29
Speaker 1: for snitching, but the inmates they were threatening to snitch
15:32
Speaker 1: on Maxwell prison rules don't even try and make sense
15:36
Speaker 1: of them. They penned Maxwell a threatening letter demanding three
15:40
Speaker 1: hundred and sixty dollars worth of items from her commissary allowance,
15:44
Speaker 1: but the Briton turned it straight over to prison authorities.
15:48
Speaker 1: Maxwell was living in fear of a beatdown when the
15:52
Speaker 1: pair got out, but one of the Cubans has since
15:55
Speaker 1: been transferred to a halfway house in Laredo, Texas, and
15:58
Speaker 1: the other was moved to a different housing unit. Maxwell
16:02
Speaker 1: Federal Prisoner zero two eight seven nine DASH five zero nine,
16:08
Speaker 1: will be seventy five by the time she's freed, unless
16:11
Speaker 1: she can successfully appeal her convictions. For helping ex lover
16:15
Speaker 1: you mean, co conspirator Epstein who hanged himself, you mean,
16:18
Speaker 1: allegedly behind bars in twenty nineteen instead of facing trial,
16:23
Speaker 1: She has a release date of July seventeenth, twenty thirty seven.
16:28
Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors argued this week in a fresh court filing
16:32
Speaker 1: that Maxwell's conviction for grooming girls as young as fourteen
16:35
Speaker 1: should stand, and denied claims she was being used as
16:38
Speaker 1: a proxy to satisfy public outrage over Epstein's crimes. That's
16:44
Speaker 1: such a ridiculous outlook for her to have. You're not
16:47
Speaker 1: being a proxy. Okay. You committed these crimes. You chose
16:51
Speaker 1: to hang out with Epstein, you chose to abuse those girls,
16:54
Speaker 1: and now after you have had a trial in front
16:57
Speaker 1: of your peers, society has to throw your ass in
17:01
Speaker 1: prison and forget about you. So Glene Maxwell, shut up
17:05
Speaker 1: and do your time, all right, folks, that's gonna do
17:09
Speaker 1: it for this one. All of the information that goes
17:11
Speaker 1: with the episode can be found in the description box.
17:17
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
17:22
Speaker 1: To all the dads out there, Happy Father's Day. Hope
17:25
Speaker 1: that all of you are gonna have a great day
17:26
Speaker 1: to day and hopefully you're all getting to do whatever
17:29
Speaker 1: it is that you like to do. Now, Gallainne Maxwell
17:35
Speaker 1: is out here firing off hundreds of complaints complaining about
17:38
Speaker 1: her time in the clink. Well breaking news, Gallainne Maxwell.
17:43
Speaker 1: It's not supposed to be a fun time. And if
17:45
Speaker 1: you don't want to be subjected to body searches, cameras
17:49
Speaker 1: on you, people checking on you in the cell, well
17:53
Speaker 1: you shouldn't have been running around with Jeffrey Epstein and
17:56
Speaker 1: trafficking children to them. Pretty simple, right, you know, if
18:00
Speaker 1: you don't want to burn your hand, you don't put
18:02
Speaker 1: it over the open flame. Same goes for Gallainne Maxwell
18:06
Speaker 1: and her behavior. Nobody it'll blame but yourself. And then
18:10
Speaker 1: the audacity of these people to act like Gallaine Maxwell's
18:14
Speaker 1: the only person in the whole entire world who has
18:17
Speaker 1: subjected to the criminal justice system in the United States
18:21
Speaker 1: of America. It is laughable at best whenever one of
18:25
Speaker 1: these rich people with means, connections and the rest of
18:29
Speaker 1: it comes out and complains about the justice system in
18:33
Speaker 1: the aftermath of them getting arrested. Previously to her being incarcerated,
18:37
Speaker 1: do you think she gave one single thought to what
18:40
Speaker 1: people went through inside of the justice system. Of course
18:43
Speaker 1: she didn't. But now that it's her ass up there,
18:46
Speaker 1: it's a whole different ballgame. Right. Oh now it's bad.
18:50
Speaker 1: Oh Now the justice system needs to be fixed because
18:53
Speaker 1: one of your friends, meaning the rich people, is suffering
18:57
Speaker 1: through it. Now. Sorry, this is what poor people do
19:00
Speaker 1: with on an everyday basis when they're in jail. Nobody's
19:04
Speaker 1: making any kind of dietary consolations for us or considerations
19:09
Speaker 1: for us, none of it. Okay, So I don't want
19:12
Speaker 1: to hear about how bad the lockup is for Glen Maxwell.
19:15
Speaker 1: We all get it. Jail's not supposed to be fun,
19:18
Speaker 1: and especially when you're a child molester, especially when you're
19:23
Speaker 1: human traffickers. Okay, you shouldn't be in there playing Monopoly
19:28
Speaker 1: and Jenga. You'd sit in that jail cell for twenty
19:31
Speaker 1: three hours a day, That's right, I said it, twenty
19:34
Speaker 1: three hours a day with no human contact because you're
19:37
Speaker 1: an absolute monster if you are involved in these sorts
19:40
Speaker 1: of crimes. This is legitimately the top of the trash
19:47
Speaker 1: heap kind of crime, human trafficking, rape, abuse against children.
19:52
Speaker 1: I mean, come on, you're gonna sit here and really
19:55
Speaker 1: think anybody has any kind of empathy about the conditions
19:59
Speaker 1: of that lockup, or because of the conditions of the
20:02
Speaker 1: lock up, you think anyone thinks you should get a
20:04
Speaker 1: lighter term. It is absolute bananas that they would think
20:11
Speaker 1: that this is going to be a winning strategy. Today's
20:16
Speaker 1: article from the New York Post headline, Glenn Maxwell has
20:20
Speaker 1: filed more than one hundred complaints over jail conditions. I mean,
20:25
Speaker 1: it is insanity. I just don't even know what to say.
20:28
Speaker 1: It's like going to check into a hostel and then
20:30
Speaker 1: complaining that you have to share a bathroom with somebody. Hey,
20:34
Speaker 1: that's how this works. This article was authored by Sellem
20:39
Speaker 1: Algar Jeffrey Epstein's infamous pal, Glen Maxwell. I don't even
20:45
Speaker 1: understand why people still call her that. Call her what
20:47
Speaker 1: she is. Glen Maxwell, notorious human trafficker, has lodged more
20:52
Speaker 1: than one hundred complaints during her time behind bars, claiming
20:56
Speaker 1: everything from excessive body cavity searches to invasive s our surveillance.
21:01
Speaker 1: According to a newer report, I mean, look, I'll tell
21:06
Speaker 1: you right now, my gramps didn't have very much fun
21:09
Speaker 1: in federal prison. I can promise you that, but he
21:12
Speaker 1: was an old man and he never had any of
21:14
Speaker 1: these kinds of complaints. This is just Glen Maxwell trying
21:19
Speaker 1: to finagle her way into getting a lighter sentence by
21:23
Speaker 1: trying to make people think that she's some kind of victim.
21:29
Speaker 1: It is ridiculous, honestly. I mean, I don't know how
21:32
Speaker 1: else I can explain it, this whole strategy of hers.
21:35
Speaker 1: All you have to do is go and speak to
21:37
Speaker 1: somebody who's been in prison. Go talk to somebody who
21:40
Speaker 1: has done federal time, and ask them how their time
21:44
Speaker 1: went and if they were afforded all these luxuries that
21:47
Speaker 1: Maxwell thinks she should be given. You're in jail. The
21:51
Speaker 1: party is over. There's no more servants waiting on you
21:54
Speaker 1: hand and foot. There's no more going up to Prince
21:57
Speaker 1: Andrew's bedroom to admire his Teddy Bear collection. That shit's over.
22:01
Speaker 1: Now you're gonna go admire your cellmate's top raman collection. Maxwell,
22:08
Speaker 1: who awaits sentencing after being convicted of serving as the
22:11
Speaker 1: late sex predators ruthless handmaiden. I mean creative wording, Oh,
22:16
Speaker 1: his ruthless handmaiden. That doesn't do it justice. That sounds
22:20
Speaker 1: like something from some stupid Harry Potter novel call her
22:24
Speaker 1: what she is, a human trafficker, a repugnant excuse for
22:28
Speaker 1: a human being. Spend twenty two months in solitary confinement
22:33
Speaker 1: at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. New court papers show that
22:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell complained of an increased number of humiliating body cavity
22:42
Speaker 1: and strip searches. According to the report, I feel bad
22:46
Speaker 1: for the person who had to perform these searches. To
22:48
Speaker 1: be honest with you, I don't even want to be
22:51
Speaker 1: in a room with Glenn Maxwell, never mind engaging in
22:54
Speaker 1: this behavior. So whoever that person is, they should be
22:58
Speaker 1: given a medal for having to deal with this disgusting, corroded,
23:03
Speaker 1: gross excuse for an individual. She also alleges that she
23:09
Speaker 1: was handcuffed to a chair while watching television and that
23:12
Speaker 1: jail personnel filmed her around the clock, even in the shower. Yeah,
23:16
Speaker 1: you're in jail. You have no more rights. Okay, I
23:19
Speaker 1: don't want to hear about this, that or the other thing.
23:21
Speaker 1: You're locked up. You're incarcerated, and you're there for a reason.
23:27
Speaker 1: And I have no remorse for people like this. You
23:30
Speaker 1: won't hear anybody as loud as I am about criminal
23:33
Speaker 1: reform and criminal justice reform. But when it comes down
23:37
Speaker 1: to actual criminals, they're getting what they deserve. People like
23:42
Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell have no business being in society amongst us.
23:46
Speaker 1: She should do no less than thirty five years or so,
23:50
Speaker 1: and that should be the end of it. You need
23:52
Speaker 1: to send a message. It's just like when we talk
23:54
Speaker 1: about the shit bag banksters who always get over whenever
23:57
Speaker 1: there's some kind of issue at their bank. There's never
23:59
Speaker 1: any repercussions. Same thing goes for people who run around
24:03
Speaker 1: in the circles that Maxwell runs around in. You gotta
24:06
Speaker 1: send a message eventually that the party is over for
24:09
Speaker 1: these people. Maxwell's attorneys note that another inmate threatened to
24:18
Speaker 1: strangle her in her sleep, and she feared being shot
24:21
Speaker 1: dead by a sniper. I mean, come on, this is
24:25
Speaker 1: peak ridiculousness. Shot dead by a sniper. What do we
24:30
Speaker 1: got to say? The grassy Knoll's about to crack off
24:33
Speaker 1: now getting strangled by another inmate. That shit has legs.
24:37
Speaker 1: I've told you for how long now, when someone like
24:40
Speaker 1: her hits the main line, what's going to happen? And
24:42
Speaker 1: this is just the very beginning. She's gonna look when
24:46
Speaker 1: she goes and hits the federal yard. She's gonna have
24:49
Speaker 1: to produce her paperwork. So whoever the boss is in
24:52
Speaker 1: the yard, the shot caller, she's gonna have to produce
24:55
Speaker 1: that paperwork. And she's gonna have to tell them why
24:59
Speaker 1: she's there. She's gonna get checked right away. Hey, what's
25:01
Speaker 1: what's up? Why you hear what? Let me see your paperwork?
25:04
Speaker 1: And she better hopes she has it hooped because she's
25:08
Speaker 1: gonna get checked. That's what happens on the main line.
25:11
Speaker 1: And if you're there for crimes against women, you're there
25:13
Speaker 1: for crimes against children, You're gonna have a real bad
25:16
Speaker 1: time of it. And if you don't PC up, chances
25:19
Speaker 1: are you're gonna get strangled in your bunk because these
25:22
Speaker 1: people don't want to be around you. There's a code,
25:25
Speaker 1: even amongst the scummiest, scariest criminals amongst us, there is
25:30
Speaker 1: a code, and that code is you can't hurt women
25:33
Speaker 1: or children. And Glenn Maxwell is gonna find that shit out.
25:40
Speaker 1: Her people wanted her main lines. Let's remember that. So
25:43
Speaker 1: anything that happens to Glenn Maxwell while she's in general population,
25:48
Speaker 1: that's on her people. That's not on anybody else. She
25:52
Speaker 1: should be in PC. She shouldn't be around these people,
25:55
Speaker 1: and when she gets to a federal yard, she should
25:58
Speaker 1: pc up right away and get off the main line.
26:02
Speaker 1: But her lawyers, they continue to want to use this
26:04
Speaker 1: as some kind of fulkrum, some kind of argument like
26:09
Speaker 1: she should be in general population. Well, what do you
26:12
Speaker 1: think is gonna happen? You don't think anyone's gonna flex
26:15
Speaker 1: on her or press on her, pull her U punk card,
26:18
Speaker 1: because it's gonna happen. Her legal team contends that the
26:25
Speaker 1: punishing conditions of her confinement should qualify her for a
26:28
Speaker 1: more lenient term at sentencing, So everybody, then, right, we
26:32
Speaker 1: should just give lenient terms to everybody. Is that what
26:34
Speaker 1: they're talking about, because I'm not down with that at all.
26:38
Speaker 1: Once again, if you commit a violent crime, the penalty
26:41
Speaker 1: should be harsh. I've had enough of the bullshit, see,
26:45
Speaker 1: and I don't just mean with people like Maxwell. I'm
26:47
Speaker 1: talking about violent crime in general. You pull a gun
26:49
Speaker 1: on somebody, yep, you should go to prison for a
26:51
Speaker 1: long time. Enough of the bullshit. People have no respect
26:55
Speaker 1: for human life, People have no respect for anything anymore,
26:59
Speaker 1: and people like Maxwell, they certainly don't have any respect
27:02
Speaker 1: for you, me, your children, The system or anything else
27:08
Speaker 1: schedule to learn her fate later this month. Maxwell faces
27:13
Speaker 1: a maximum of fifty five years in prison. Actually, remember
27:16
Speaker 1: it's sixty five. Everybody always forgets the perjury on the
27:20
Speaker 1: back end of this, She's facing ten years for perjury
27:22
Speaker 1: as well. So no matter what happens at this trial,
27:26
Speaker 1: she's still gonna have to face the music on those
27:28
Speaker 1: perjury charges, and my guess is you'll probably see a
27:32
Speaker 1: few years tacked on for that as well. Probably concurrent, though,
27:38
Speaker 1: her attorneys are pushing for a sentence of closer to
27:41
Speaker 1: five years from Judge Alison Nathan. The report stated, if
27:45
Speaker 1: she gets five years, forget it, I will be over
27:50
Speaker 1: the moon, insanely agitated if she gets five years. If
27:56
Speaker 1: this lady gets less time than my grandfather did for
27:58
Speaker 1: illegal gambling, come on, man, enough really, And then m
28:04
Speaker 1: Effer's wonder why I'm running my fat mouth about this
28:07
Speaker 1: travesty on a regular basis When these scumbags come into
28:11
Speaker 1: your home, kick in your door and rip out people
28:13
Speaker 1: you love from your house and send them to prison
28:16
Speaker 1: for seven years, and then you see shit like this
28:19
Speaker 1: where people like Maxwell, Oh Well, I should only get
28:22
Speaker 1: five years. My name's Maxwell Well, I guarantee you if
28:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell's last name ended in a vow, this would be
28:28
Speaker 1: a long ass conversation and it would end with Rico,
28:31
Speaker 1: because that's what they do to Italian people, I promise you.
28:38
Speaker 1: Stressing her humiliating incarceration in the grim Brooklyn lockup, they
28:42
Speaker 1: are pushing for a term far softer than the twenty
28:45
Speaker 1: years meted out to Epstein. Her team also has highlighted
28:50
Speaker 1: what they cast as her traumatic upbringing under her father,
28:53
Speaker 1: the late newspaper mogul Robert Maxwell. You really, man, I
28:58
Speaker 1: don't even this is agitating. So you mean to tell
29:00
Speaker 1: me that Glene Maxwell's childhood was worse than insert dude
29:05
Speaker 1: who grew up in the South Bronx with no parents
29:08
Speaker 1: in a drug infested shithole, who had nothing around him
29:11
Speaker 1: and no one around him to look up to but
29:13
Speaker 1: stick up kids and bag men. She had a worse
29:17
Speaker 1: upbringing than them, because that's what Our prisons are littered
29:21
Speaker 1: with kids from broken homes whose fathers have been dragged
29:24
Speaker 1: out of their houses due to this fake ass war
29:27
Speaker 1: on drugs. So you tell me who's really had this
29:30
Speaker 1: shitty upbringing? Epstein, they argue, manipulated Maxwell into corralling young
29:38
Speaker 1: girls for his personal pleasure, and that her giving nature
29:42
Speaker 1: made it difficult to decline his requests. If anyone believes
29:45
Speaker 1: this again, I have an excess amount of water to
29:49
Speaker 1: sell you that I took from Lake Mead. She was
29:55
Speaker 1: transferred from solitary confinement to a general population selling may.
30:00
Speaker 1: Security cameras monitored Maxwell's movements twenty four hours a day,
30:04
Speaker 1: while an additional handheld camera followed her while under constant
30:08
Speaker 1: surveillance of several prison guards, who scrutinized her every move,
30:13
Speaker 1: even when she was showering. So what you you don't
30:17
Speaker 1: like people watching you while you're naked? How do you
30:19
Speaker 1: think those little girls felt? You? Sick? Bastard? You sick animal? Again,
30:24
Speaker 1: no empathy for me, man, I have zero compassion for
30:28
Speaker 1: people like this. Lights in her cell were left on
30:33
Speaker 1: day and night, and a torch was shown into her
30:35
Speaker 1: eyes every fifteen minutes to ensure she did not meet
30:38
Speaker 1: the same fate as Epstein, whose death was ruled a suicide.
30:42
Speaker 1: It is claimed well Allegedly, her lawyer, Bobby sternamads she
30:46
Speaker 1: was subjected to an excessive number of physical searches on
30:49
Speaker 1: a daily basis. Strip searches bodied body cavity searches again,
30:54
Speaker 1: whoever the poor son of a bitch was who had
30:57
Speaker 1: to root around in there like the roto ruter man,
31:00
Speaker 1: I feel bad for you or the woman who had
31:02
Speaker 1: to do it. I feel bad for her. I don't
31:05
Speaker 1: even want to share air with this toxic ass, disgusting
31:10
Speaker 1: bipedal serpent, never mind have to perform body cavity searches
31:15
Speaker 1: on her. At times, the searches were conducted in inappropriate
31:19
Speaker 1: ways and were especially painful, humiliating, and intimidating, as when
31:24
Speaker 1: her breasts and genitulia were touched in a rough and
31:27
Speaker 1: reckless manner. You mean, the same way she touched Annie,
31:30
Speaker 1: the same way she touched those other girls. Here's the difference.
31:33
Speaker 1: She's incarcerated, she's made her bed. Those little girls didn't
31:37
Speaker 1: want it, Okay, see the difference here. Gleyn Maxwell and
31:40
Speaker 1: Bobby Sternham, a vegan, Maxwell was allegedly provided with meals
31:47
Speaker 1: that were meager, stale, often rancid, and inedible, and that
31:51
Speaker 1: the tap water in her cell was foul, smelling and undrinkable. Well, Glaine,
31:55
Speaker 1: I hate to tell you there's no more late night
31:57
Speaker 1: rendezvous with that six son of a bitch discussed bastard
32:00
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton either, No more lettuce raps for you? Okay,
32:04
Speaker 1: Oscar Meyer hot dogs, top brahmin jel cell, grilled cheese.
32:09
Speaker 1: Get used to all of it. I don't want to
32:11
Speaker 1: hear shit about your dietary. Uh needs shut up. Maxwell's
32:18
Speaker 1: team has likened her time on remand as similar to
32:22
Speaker 1: the punishment given to terrorists and the Mexican drug lord
32:25
Speaker 1: El Choppo. Prosecutors in the case will offer their own
32:28
Speaker 1: submissions regarding Maxwell's sentence later this week. Well, yeah, that's
32:33
Speaker 1: how the lock up works. You don't get any special treatment.
32:37
Speaker 1: What you think you should be treated better than El Choppo? Sorry,
32:42
Speaker 1: you're both scumbags in my opinion, So no, the same treatment.
32:46
Speaker 1: Oh well, Maxwell didn't kill anybody. How do we know
32:49
Speaker 1: what about all of the unnamed girls we have never
32:52
Speaker 1: heard from? How many of them have taken their own life? Now?
32:54
Speaker 1: I don't know if any have, but we don't know.
32:58
Speaker 1: And the fact is, Glen Maxwell well should never ever
33:01
Speaker 1: see the light of day ever again. So let's hope
33:05
Speaker 1: Nathan locks the door of her cell and throws the
33:09
Speaker 1: key away. She should be in there for the full
33:13
Speaker 1: thirty forty years and that should be the end of it.
33:16
Speaker 1: And I'll tell you what else. I'm pretty tired of
33:18
Speaker 1: hearing people like Elaine Maxwell screaming can plain in about
33:23
Speaker 1: their circumstances when the rest of us are just barely
33:26
Speaker 1: treading water and keeping afloat. If you'd like to contact me,
33:31
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
33:35
Speaker 1: That's bo bb Y c ap u Cci at ProtonMail
33:40
Speaker 1: dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at
33:43
Speaker 1: Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. The link that I discussed
33:49
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. Her article is
33:53
Speaker 1: from the Daily Mail. The headline exclusive Gilain Maxwell has
33:58
Speaker 1: two cameras trained on her in her nine foot by
34:01
Speaker 1: six foot prison cell, and has woken up every three
34:04
Speaker 1: hours and search to ensure she does not meet the
34:07
Speaker 1: same fate as Jeffrey Epstein. The author of this article
34:12
Speaker 1: is Daniel Bates. Oh it's so rough, What a rough life?
34:18
Speaker 1: You have to get woken up every three hours in
34:20
Speaker 1: search so you don't go the same as Epstein. Too bad, too,
34:24
Speaker 1: e f in bad if I was Gilay and Maxwell.
34:29
Speaker 1: Thank god I am not, but if I was her,
34:31
Speaker 1: I'd be really paranoid about the sentence that Keith Rainiery
34:36
Speaker 1: just got. And if you think that the SDNY isn't
34:39
Speaker 1: going to go for the throat the same way, I
34:42
Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know what to say. If they don't,
34:45
Speaker 1: obviously the fix is in. If they don't go for
34:47
Speaker 1: the throat. If we don't see RICO in this Jeffrey
34:50
Speaker 1: Epstein case, this Gilay Maxwell case here, then it's obvious
34:54
Speaker 1: that they're still being protected, right because if r Kelly
34:58
Speaker 1: is getting a RICO charge and ke Ray Neery is
35:00
Speaker 1: getting a RICO charge, then surely Kilan Maxwell warrants one too.
35:08
Speaker 1: Kilane Maxwell has two cameras trained on her inside her
35:11
Speaker 1: prison cell at all times to ensure her safety, a
35:15
Speaker 1: friend of her family has revealed to daily mail dot Com.
35:18
Speaker 1: Don't you think the family would want to keep her
35:20
Speaker 1: safe after what happened to Jeffrey Epstein. I think it's
35:22
Speaker 1: kind of weird that they're flexing like this. It's a
35:25
Speaker 1: weird flex right. Why do you care that she has
35:28
Speaker 1: some cameras on her. She's remanded to the custody of
35:32
Speaker 1: the state anyway, She has no privacy anymore, So why
35:37
Speaker 1: are you so worried? That there's some cameras in there.
35:39
Speaker 1: If it was my loved one, I'd want them to
35:41
Speaker 1: be kept safe, So I'd be okay with these cameras.
35:44
Speaker 1: So something doesn't compute. The British socialite co conspirator, fellow
35:50
Speaker 1: child abuser, general, all around scusbag and bipedal serpent, who
35:56
Speaker 1: is accused of recruiting fourteen year old girls for Jeffrey
35:59
Speaker 1: Epstein to abuse, has one camera on the ceiling of
36:02
Speaker 1: her nine foot by six foot cell and another four
36:05
Speaker 1: feet away from her. Well, that's good considering all of
36:09
Speaker 1: the quote unquote camera problems we had with Epstein. Oh,
36:13
Speaker 1: we don't have that footage anymore. Oh, that's pointed to
36:16
Speaker 1: the wrong cell. Oh that didn't capture anything. Oh oh
36:19
Speaker 1: oh oh. So to avoid a situation such as that,
36:23
Speaker 1: for once, I feel like the prison department is doing
36:26
Speaker 1: the right thing, being proactive in safeguarding their charge. Imagine
36:31
Speaker 1: that doing your job. Maxwell is being woken up, woken
36:38
Speaker 1: up every three hours in search to ensure she does
36:41
Speaker 1: not meet the same fate as Epstein, who is found
36:44
Speaker 1: dead in his cell while awaiting trial. Look again, you're
36:48
Speaker 1: in prison. You don't have the same rights as free people. Okay,
36:52
Speaker 1: you're in jail, so your rights are severely restricted. And
36:56
Speaker 1: if waking you up every three hours is part of
36:59
Speaker 1: the rooms, that's happening to anyone else in your position,
37:02
Speaker 1: and I'm sure it is, well then, Gilane, that's the
37:05
Speaker 1: way it goes, or as they would say, that's the
37:08
Speaker 1: way the cookie crumbles. You're just gonna have to deal
37:12
Speaker 1: with it. And your mouthpiece, mister Basham, he's going to
37:15
Speaker 1: have to deal with it because in life, well, I
37:19
Speaker 1: know it's a tough lesson for someone like you to learn,
37:22
Speaker 1: but you don't always get what you want. After three
37:28
Speaker 1: months in the Grim Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Maxwell
37:32
Speaker 1: has finally been given a bra so she can exercise.
37:36
Speaker 1: Oh well, that's I mean, that's just great news. I'm
37:40
Speaker 1: going to sleep a lot better tonight knowing that Gelaane
37:43
Speaker 1: Maxwell has a bra and she can exercise. Now, I
37:48
Speaker 1: am really going to be able to sleep now. I
37:50
Speaker 1: was very worried about her mental state, considering she didn't
37:54
Speaker 1: have a bra to exercise in in the whoscal. I mean,
37:59
Speaker 1: are these people she didn't have a bra. Nobody cares,
38:04
Speaker 1: nobody feels bad for her, and nobody trusts her. How
38:07
Speaker 1: about that previously she was denied one because she was
38:11
Speaker 1: deemed a suicide risk. According to Brian Basham, a British
38:15
Speaker 1: pr veteran who has offered to help get Maxwell out
38:18
Speaker 1: of prison, you know, I'm starting to wonder, was mister
38:21
Speaker 1: Basham hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and on the island
38:24
Speaker 1: perhaps or over at Zoro Ranch or when they were
38:27
Speaker 1: in England. Why is mister Basham so ready to ride
38:31
Speaker 1: to Gilaine Maxwell's defense like the Night of Flowers? Stop it?
38:37
Speaker 1: What does she have on you? Buddy? You can't actually
38:41
Speaker 1: believe that she's innocent? Right? I mean, do you really
38:44
Speaker 1: believe that Gilaine Maxwell is innocent and that all of
38:47
Speaker 1: these When I say all of these, I mean dozens
38:50
Speaker 1: of girls just made these stories up, just whip them
38:53
Speaker 1: up right out of thin air. None of them knew
38:55
Speaker 1: each other. They're all just whipping up the same stories
38:58
Speaker 1: right out of thin air. Huh. That's exactly what occurred.
39:01
Speaker 1: That's what you would have us believe, And you would
39:02
Speaker 1: have us believe that your friend Gilaine shouldn't be in
39:07
Speaker 1: jail as she awaits trial. Meanwhile, Keith Rainiery just got
39:11
Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty years So what would make you
39:14
Speaker 1: think that the bipedal serpent is getting out of jail
39:20
Speaker 1: anytime soon? He is part of what her family have
39:25
Speaker 1: called Operation GGO or Get Gilaine Out, and Basham believes
39:30
Speaker 1: they will be submitting a formal application for ball soon.
39:35
Speaker 1: We already had one of those hearings, mister Bashiam. Maybe
39:38
Speaker 1: you forgot, but it was a resounding no the first
39:41
Speaker 1: time around. And I don't care if you have Dog
39:43
Speaker 1: the bounty hunter holding her bond. Nobody's letting her out. Okay,
39:50
Speaker 1: you want to see an uproar, you want to see
39:52
Speaker 1: people freak out, Well, let this bipedal serpent out. You
39:55
Speaker 1: want to talk about people being in jeopardy. Who knows
39:58
Speaker 1: what length she'll go to. She's already threatened people with
40:01
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. We know that she has a lot of
40:05
Speaker 1: money and obviously still powerful people who are backing her.
40:08
Speaker 1: So you say that we should let her out where
40:12
Speaker 1: she poses a risk to not only flee, but a
40:15
Speaker 1: risk to those that she has already abused once. Yeah,
40:18
Speaker 1: not gonna do it this time around, mister Basham. Maxwell
40:24
Speaker 1: is charged with recruiting girls for Epstein between nineteen ninety
40:27
Speaker 1: four and nineteen ninety seven and is due to stand
40:30
Speaker 1: trial next July. She denies the allegations. Yeah, well, guess what.
40:36
Speaker 1: I hope you're ready to deny more allegations because you
40:40
Speaker 1: were active within Jeffrey Epstein's world for a lot longer
40:42
Speaker 1: than nineteen ninety four through nineteen ninety seven, Guylane, and
40:46
Speaker 1: you abused a lot more people than that, according to
40:48
Speaker 1: their allegations. So get ready because you're gonna be visited
40:54
Speaker 1: by Rico. And I don't mean Uncle Rico. I'm talking
40:58
Speaker 1: about Rico. She was arrested this July at her one
41:05
Speaker 1: million dollar home in New Hampshire, where she had been
41:07
Speaker 1: living in secret and has been locked up ever since.
41:11
Speaker 1: Speaking to Dailymail dot com, Basham said that Maxwell had
41:14
Speaker 1: been singled out and her human rights were being breached
41:17
Speaker 1: because of the conditions inside the MDC. I'll tell you
41:21
Speaker 1: what singled out. She is literally a co boss, all right,
41:25
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's partner in crime. Fifty to fifty partners, all right,
41:31
Speaker 1: So what do you mean singled out. She's the one
41:33
Speaker 1: that's responsible for this. She's the one left holding the bag.
41:39
Speaker 1: And if you folks had your way, she'd go the
41:42
Speaker 1: same way as Jeffrey Epstein in this lock up. If
41:45
Speaker 1: there weren't all these extra precautions, probably, So what are
41:48
Speaker 1: you even talking about? Brian Basham. Basham said that Maxwell's family,
41:56
Speaker 1: the children of disgraced British newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell, are
42:01
Speaker 1: completely utterly and totally convinced that she is innocent. Oh,
42:05
Speaker 1: I'm sure they are. I'm sure they are because they
42:07
Speaker 1: just have a sterling reputation amongst the lot of them,
42:11
Speaker 1: a bunch of thieves, crooks, criminals. Give me a break already.
42:15
Speaker 1: She comes from a long line of criminals, thieves and grifters.
42:21
Speaker 1: You think anyone's taking her or her family seriously? No,
42:26
Speaker 1: they're not. I'm sure the court is not. Prosecutions not
42:30
Speaker 1: and certainly nobody following this cases. They are lined up
42:35
Speaker 1: behind her in support, including for her multimillion dollar legal fees. Well,
42:39
Speaker 1: there you have it. We know who's paying into her
42:42
Speaker 1: legal fees. Now. Now the question in my mind is this,
42:46
Speaker 1: if she was a mafioso, all the money that she
42:50
Speaker 1: has spread out, if she's given money to any of
42:52
Speaker 1: these people, all that money would be seized under RICO,
42:55
Speaker 1: all of it. Their bank accounts would be frozen. Even
42:57
Speaker 1: if they weren't convicted yet, all their bank accounts would
43:01
Speaker 1: be frozen under the Rico Act and any ill gotten
43:03
Speaker 1: gains would be seized by the government. Did Gilaane Maxwell
43:07
Speaker 1: send any of her family any of these ill gotten gains?
43:09
Speaker 1: Let's see the banker seats. This is why, once again
43:14
Speaker 1: it needs to be a RICO case. You see the
43:17
Speaker 1: sentence that Keith Rayniery got. You see how R. Kelly
43:22
Speaker 1: is getting absolutely destroyed by the state. That's not because
43:26
Speaker 1: they have a couple of perjury charges or a couple
43:28
Speaker 1: of facilitation charges. No, no, no, no no, It's because they
43:32
Speaker 1: are facing down literally hundreds of years of RICO charges.
43:36
Speaker 1: And that's what needs to occur in this case, because
43:39
Speaker 1: then all of these loudmouths, all of these people on
43:42
Speaker 1: the outside looking in who are dumping money and helping Glaane, well,
43:47
Speaker 1: are they part of it? Did they get any money
43:49
Speaker 1: from Gilaine or Jeffrey Epstein at any point? If so,
43:52
Speaker 1: well they just might be part of this case as well,
43:58
Speaker 1: Basham said. Maxwell says Isabelle and Christine, who live in
44:02
Speaker 1: the US, are trying to work hard to muster up
44:04
Speaker 1: the evidence to prove her innocence. Muster up what evidence.
44:09
Speaker 1: You already had your shot. She got her out of
44:12
Speaker 1: her one get out of jail free card when she
44:14
Speaker 1: had the non prosecution agreement. They had her dead to
44:17
Speaker 1: rights there. She was literally caught with her hand in
44:20
Speaker 1: the cookie jar and she got off. And now you
44:23
Speaker 1: think that's going to happen again, that we're going to
44:25
Speaker 1: have a repeat performance, and you're gonna come in there
44:28
Speaker 1: and steamroll the prosecution and you're going to steer this
44:32
Speaker 1: the way you want it to go. I'm sorry, but
44:35
Speaker 1: as much as I criticized the SDNY, at the very least,
44:39
Speaker 1: I highly doubt Alison Moe is playing that game. Their
44:46
Speaker 1: main concern are her prison conditions, which he called McCabe.
44:50
Speaker 1: Oh no, nobody, nobody believes it. Okay, it's the same
44:53
Speaker 1: sort of prison cells for everybody else, all right, Basham said.
44:59
Speaker 1: The good thing is and she now has a bra,
45:01
Speaker 1: which is quite important because she's a very fit woman.
45:04
Speaker 1: She couldn't really do any aerobic exercise before. Very important
45:08
Speaker 1: because she's a very fit woman and she I'm tired
45:10
Speaker 1: of hearing about Gilaine Maxwell. I'm tired of all of
45:13
Speaker 1: these people being so so ridiculous and so narcissistic that
45:22
Speaker 1: they still think it's about them. It is not about you.
45:25
Speaker 1: It is about what you have done and those that
45:28
Speaker 1: you injured throughout your decades long crime spree. Besides your
45:33
Speaker 1: buddy bash him over here and your habsburg jaw having relatives,
45:39
Speaker 1: nobody else cares Gilain Maxwell. If it was up to
45:42
Speaker 1: everybody else, you would get a very fast trial, you
45:45
Speaker 1: would be convicted, and then you would be forgotten about.
45:47
Speaker 1: In one of the many, many federal prisons here in
45:51
Speaker 1: the United States, she is on her own floor and
45:58
Speaker 1: has a very small cell, but doesn't have a table
46:01
Speaker 1: to put her computer on. Whoop, what stop? Hold on?
46:03
Speaker 1: So does everybody in jail have a computer? Well, everybody
46:07
Speaker 1: has a laptop now and they're all sitting around in
46:09
Speaker 1: chat rooms hanging out, having a gas. What does that
46:12
Speaker 1: even mean? Why does she have a computer. She shouldn't
46:14
Speaker 1: have a computer. She should get access to the computer
46:17
Speaker 1: every now and then. Right, whatever, whatever the stipulations are
46:21
Speaker 1: in the prison that the other inmates are getting, she
46:24
Speaker 1: should get nothing more, nothing less. Okay, equal justice under
46:29
Speaker 1: the law means exactly that. I'm told by family that
46:35
Speaker 1: she has a camera in the ceiling and another camera
46:38
Speaker 1: that is four feet away from her, and they adjust
46:40
Speaker 1: it when she moves about. They were waking her up
46:43
Speaker 1: every three hours to search her, and the noise outside
46:45
Speaker 1: her cell with the guards laughing and joking and yelling
46:48
Speaker 1: to each other is very disturbing, so she hasn't gotten
46:51
Speaker 1: much sleep. It is bizarre. No, the only thing bizarre
46:55
Speaker 1: is your defense of her. Okay, Hatty, do you think
46:58
Speaker 1: the girls slept on the island? How do you think
47:00
Speaker 1: the girls were sleeping at Zoro Ranch knowing what their
47:03
Speaker 1: fate was when they woke up and they had to
47:05
Speaker 1: relive the horrors all over again. Do you think that
47:07
Speaker 1: they were comfortable when you and your friends and your sick,
47:11
Speaker 1: disgusting buddies were walking by or making jokes or making
47:14
Speaker 1: lude comments when everyone was hanging out around the dinner table.
47:18
Speaker 1: I'm sure they didn't feel too comfortable either, Delane, guess
47:21
Speaker 1: what you're going to learn to adjust. He was able
47:26
Speaker 1: to kill himself after the guards didn't check on him
47:29
Speaker 1: all night, and the camera outside his cell there was
47:31
Speaker 1: not one inside, was not working, you know, just a coincidence,
47:36
Speaker 1: like Darth Barr says, just happened to not be working
47:39
Speaker 1: on the most high profile or one of the most
47:42
Speaker 1: high profile charges within their care. Just a big old coincidence.
47:48
Speaker 1: Epstein's death led to a raft of conspiracy theories and
47:52
Speaker 1: intense pressure on the Bureau of Prisons to ensure Maxwell
47:55
Speaker 1: stays alive. I think the bigger conspiracy theory is anyone
47:59
Speaker 1: who believes the official narrative with all of the stuff
48:02
Speaker 1: that we know, the stuff that Boden has said, the
48:05
Speaker 1: way that they treated the crime scene when he died,
48:08
Speaker 1: the fact that none of the cameras have worked, the
48:11
Speaker 1: fact there has been no transparency. I think that's the
48:14
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory. Okay. At Manhattan's Federal Court in July, Judge
48:20
Speaker 1: Allison Nathan ruled that Maxwell was a flight risk because
48:23
Speaker 1: she was facing a lengthy jail term, the prosecution had
48:26
Speaker 1: a strong case, and because she had substantial financial resources.
48:31
Speaker 1: Oh she must certainly as those. Her family has come
48:33
Speaker 1: out and said that, right, mister Basham, the new mouthpiece
48:37
Speaker 1: has come out and said, well, look, we're standing behind her,
48:41
Speaker 1: We're standing beside her. We have unlimited funds. I guess
48:44
Speaker 1: to defend her. Where that comes from, Lord only knows
48:47
Speaker 1: where they got all of their millions, but I guess
48:50
Speaker 1: here we go. They're going to do their best to
48:52
Speaker 1: try and get Maxwell out. It's going to be all
48:55
Speaker 1: for naught. And I think that all the prose prosecutors
48:59
Speaker 1: have to do is point to Keith ray Neery to
49:02
Speaker 1: show precedent. Prosecutors had pointed toward Maxwell owning fifteen different
49:08
Speaker 1: bank accounts which held balances up to more than twenty
49:11
Speaker 1: million dollars as a sign of how she could easily flee. Basham, however,
49:16
Speaker 1: said that Maxwell patently isn't a flight risk because she
49:19
Speaker 1: could have left the US any time after Epstein was arrested,
49:22
Speaker 1: but she didn't. Well, that sounds like the obvious thing, right, Yeah,
49:26
Speaker 1: she could have left whenever she wanted, unless she was
49:28
Speaker 1: under sealed indictment, unless she was under a no fly order.
49:32
Speaker 1: We don't know any of that, Okay, So he can
49:35
Speaker 1: run his narrative and I will simply counter his narrative
49:38
Speaker 1: with my speculation because until we know, well, we don't know.
49:43
Speaker 1: And to be honest with you, which is more likely
49:45
Speaker 1: she decided she was going to stay and face all
49:48
Speaker 1: the charges against her, or her hand was forced and
49:51
Speaker 1: she couldn't bounce out of the country. As to why
49:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell stayed in America. He said, she has fami there,
50:00
Speaker 1: it's her home. She regards herself as completely innocent, so
50:04
Speaker 1: just kept a low profile. Yeah right, So she just
50:07
Speaker 1: chose to go to New Hampshire. Huh. Had nothing to
50:09
Speaker 1: do with the location, had nothing to do with how
50:13
Speaker 1: close it is to the Canadian border. Huh Nah, nothing
50:16
Speaker 1: at all. Basham pointed the high profile cases like Harvey Weinstein,
50:22
Speaker 1: who was accused of rape and sexual assault and was
50:25
Speaker 1: allowed out on Bell. He said, if you look at
50:28
Speaker 1: Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein, you could argue they were
50:31
Speaker 1: an existent threat to women. Well guess what. Neither of
50:34
Speaker 1: them had passports for other countries. You epic moron, Brian Basham.
50:40
Speaker 1: Every time this guy opens his mouth, that sounds like
50:43
Speaker 1: his head has been abashamed. What a fool, What a moron.
50:48
Speaker 1: I hope he's making a lot of money here because
50:50
Speaker 1: your career is ruined, homie. Nobody's hiring you to be
50:54
Speaker 1: their PR guy. You're failing miserably on the world's grandest stage.
51:00
Speaker 1: You better have your LinkedIn profile updated, you better get
51:04
Speaker 1: that resume cooked up, because you're not long for the
51:08
Speaker 1: world of PR after this stint. Pal nobody could argue
51:13
Speaker 1: Guilaine is an existing threat to women. She patently isn't.
51:17
Speaker 1: It's a complete mystery to me as to why Gilaine
51:20
Speaker 1: should be singled out in this way and quite wrong too. Well,
51:23
Speaker 1: it's a mystery to you because you're probably on some hallucinogenics.
51:27
Speaker 1: That would be my guess. If you can't see the
51:29
Speaker 1: forest through the trees, here are you? For real? Dozens
51:34
Speaker 1: of underage girls have come forward. Okay, it's not just
51:38
Speaker 1: these few charges. It's not just Virginia, it's not just
51:41
Speaker 1: Maria or any of the other girls. It's all of
51:45
Speaker 1: them together, okay. And the story that they have all
51:49
Speaker 1: told is the same story over and over for decades. So,
51:54
Speaker 1: Brian Basham, your bullshit narrative is not being bought. Operation
52:00
Speaker 1: get Gelayin out, Well, that's going to be a failure,
52:03
Speaker 1: and I will be here to narrate every single minute
52:06
Speaker 1: of it. Maxwell survivors, however, have called her Epstein's right
52:12
Speaker 1: hand woman and described how she proud the streets looking
52:15
Speaker 1: for underage girls for him to abuse. And not only
52:18
Speaker 1: right right hand women. I think that they're playing it
52:21
Speaker 1: down here in this article. The survivors themselves have subscribed
52:26
Speaker 1: have described Elaine Maxwell as the boss. Right, Look, Jeffrey
52:31
Speaker 1: Epstein was the face and Gilaine Maxwell was behind the curtain.
52:34
Speaker 1: That's how it's been explained from people who would know,
52:38
Speaker 1: people who lived it. During a press conference announcing her charges,
52:44
Speaker 1: acting US Attorney Audrey Strauss said, as alleged, Maxwell enticed
52:48
Speaker 1: minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered
52:51
Speaker 1: them into a trap that she and Jeffrey Epstein had set.
52:55
Speaker 1: She pretended to be a woman they could trust, all
52:58
Speaker 1: the while she was setting them up to be sexually
53:00
Speaker 1: abused by Epstein and in some cases Maxwell herself. That
53:05
Speaker 1: is so heinous, so disgusting, so disturbing. There is no
53:09
Speaker 1: gray area there. There is no way that anyone can
53:12
Speaker 1: argue the fact that Gilaine Maxwell isn't exactly where she belongs.
53:20
Speaker 1: In a previous interview, Basham revealed that Maxwell has lost
53:24
Speaker 1: twenty five pounds in weight because the prison was unable
53:27
Speaker 1: to accommodate her vegan diet. I had somebody point out
53:30
Speaker 1: to me or say that In and Out doesn't have
53:33
Speaker 1: vegetarian options. They do. You got to know the secret menu,
53:37
Speaker 1: my guy. You got to know the secret menu at
53:39
Speaker 1: in and Out. When she complained the prison authorities took
53:45
Speaker 1: away the scale so she couldn't weigh herself anymore. Again,
53:50
Speaker 1: why does she have a scale in the room. Why
53:51
Speaker 1: does she have a computer in the room? None of
53:54
Speaker 1: that should be in there. If she has to, she
53:56
Speaker 1: can weigh herself once a week at the nurse's office
53:59
Speaker 1: or the infirmary or wherever the hell it is they
54:02
Speaker 1: go for a checkup. She needs a scale in her cell.
54:06
Speaker 1: Does everybody get one of those? Did al Choppo have
54:09
Speaker 1: one of those? Does gas Pipe Casso have one of
54:11
Speaker 1: those in his cell right now? Does he have a
54:13
Speaker 1: computer that he can dick around on all day? Highly
54:15
Speaker 1: doubt it. She was forced to wear paper clothes, and
54:20
Speaker 1: letters from her family have not reached her, while the
54:23
Speaker 1: guards have stopped talking to her. It's not their job
54:25
Speaker 1: to talk to you. If they were talking to you,
54:28
Speaker 1: then you'd say they were threatening you or they were
54:32
Speaker 1: harassing you in some way. But since they're not talking
54:35
Speaker 1: to you, well, they don't even talk to me. It's
54:38
Speaker 1: either way with people like Elaine Maxwell. You're damned if
54:41
Speaker 1: you do and you're damned if you don't. So the
54:43
Speaker 1: best medicine is to ignore her. She has plenty of
54:46
Speaker 1: access to her lawyers. Maxwell suffered fresh humiliation last week
54:51
Speaker 1: when a four hundred and sixty page deposition she gave
54:54
Speaker 1: it a defamation case brought by Epstein, accuser of Virginia Roberts,
54:58
Speaker 1: was made public. The transcript showed Maxwell apologizing for smashing
55:03
Speaker 1: her fist on the table in frustration as she was
55:06
Speaker 1: interrogated about her sex life. So look, this whole entire
55:14
Speaker 1: Glayine Maxwell's story about her getting out of jail, and
55:17
Speaker 1: this Bashum guy and the pr run they're on here
55:21
Speaker 1: to try and build some sympathy for this woman is
55:25
Speaker 1: running smack dab into a brick wall and coming to
55:30
Speaker 1: a complete halt. It's not picking up any steam, it's
55:33
Speaker 1: not picking up any traction, and nobody wants this lady
55:39
Speaker 1: out of jail besides Brian Basham and her family. So
55:43
Speaker 1: I think the good news is I don't think any
55:46
Speaker 1: of us have to worry. I think Elaine Maxwell stays
55:50
Speaker 1: in jail until her trial, and then after she's convicted,
55:55
Speaker 1: well that's where she'll be, in my opinion, for the
55:58
Speaker 1: rest of her life. If you'd like to contact me,
