- 0:21And welcome in to another edition of The Truth Be Told.
- 0:25I am Booker.
- 0:26Glad to have you.
- 0:27So so glad you're here.
- 0:28Whether you're listening live or you found us later on a podcast, I really do appreciate you for being here.
- 0:34And thank you for being the best part of America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:38We have a lot to talk about tonight.
- 0:39I have a lot on my list, a lot of things are going on.
- 0:42We're going to try to get through all of them here in this hour.
- 0:46As we start this hour, though, let's pay attention to what's happening in Washington State.
- 0:51There has been a flood that is going on right now.
- 0:54They have evacuated 100,000 people in Washington State to make sure that they stay safe.
- 1:01A lot of people are without electricity, and this also goes into Canada, into British Columbia.
- 1:07So say a prayer for those people, pay attention to what's going on there in Washington.
- 1:12It is a terrible time of year with the holidays coming that people are having to deal with this destruction.
- 1:19So keep an eye on what's happening in Washington.
- 1:22Let's move on into Donald Trump's speech that he gave in Pennsylvania a couple of nights ago.
- 1:28It was a rally, and he has not done one of these since he has been president in his second term, the 47th president of the United States.
- 1:36I think it was a pretty good move.
- 1:37You know, I think the Democrats have been winning the messaging war, and they keep bringing up the affordability.
- 1:44Affordability, this and that, and Donald Trump hasn't brought down the prices.
- 1:48He said he would.
- 1:49He hasn't.
- 1:50So I think it was a good idea for Donald Trump to get out in front of the people, be on television and let the American people hear what he has done and what it will do.
- 1:59And it's important to understand the things that he has done so far are going to take a little time.
- 2:05You have to have some patience here.
- 2:07And I know most of us don't, especially when maybe we're living paycheck to paycheck.
- 2:12It's hard.
- 2:13I get that.
- 2:15But the things that he has done are going to make a difference.
- 2:18You have to go back to the big beautiful bill.
- 2:20They passed it in July, and what it did was extended tax cuts that he did in his first term of presidency.
- 2:28That was going uh all of those tax cuts were going away at the end of December this year, so they had to extend that, or everybody's taxes would have gone up.
- 2:37But he also did no tax on tips.
- 2:39Social Security, you can now make up to 75,000, and they give you a tax credit of six thousand.
- 2:46They also expanded child tax credit.
- 2:49None of these things are going to be felt yet in your bank account or in your paycheck.
- 2:55You will fill them after you do your taxes.
- 2:58So the W2s are going to come out at the end of January.
- 3:01Then you will fill out your tax forms.
- 3:04You will turn those in and you should get a bigger return.
- 3:07So then money starts flowing in then for the economy.
- 3:11Why is the economy like it is?
- 3:13I think most of us know now.
- 3:14I have uh documented it pretty well on this program.
- 3:18When you put the trillions and trillions of dollars into the economy that the Democrats and Joe Biden did, and quite frankly, the Republicans did too.
- 3:26They did the same thing.
- 3:27They were right along with them.
- 3:29We went up to seven trillion dollars in annual spending.
- 3:33And when you add that much money, you go from about five trillion to seven trillion, yeah, the economy's gonna get messed up and it has.
- 3:40But there are some indications that what Donald Trump has done with deregulation in oil and the tariffs, that prices have come down on some things, like gas, for instance.
- 3:52A barrel of oil has been hovering around sixty dollars a barrel.
- 3:56That's down from almost one hundred when Joe Biden was in uh in power.
- 4:01Gas is two ninety-five a gallon, which is is really nice.
- 4:06So we can celebrate those things.
- 4:07Price of eggs, they've come down from six dollars a dozen down to about two fifty, three dollars, depending on where you are.
- 4:13I know it's different.
- 4:14If you're listening in California, you've said you're saying, Well, what is he talking about?
- 4:18295 gas.
- 4:19We don't have anywhere close to that.
- 4:21Washington State, I mentioned them at the top of the hour.
- 4:23They're another one that would be paying a lot more for gas.
- 4:26It depends on where you live because you have state taxes and your state tax is really high in places like California and Washington.
- 4:34Where I am in the state of Florida, I'm paying two seventy-five right now, which is below the national average.
- 4:40Just depends on what your state taxes are.
- 4:43But the point is a barrel of oil is down since Donald Trump has been in office.
- 4:49And there are indications that, you know, with inflation being at 2.7%, 2.8%, it's much lower than the nine percent that Joe Biden got to.
- 5:00Our cost went up for 20%.
- 5:02So and I don't want to keep beating this horse to death here on this.
- 5:07But I think messaging is important, and I think it is important for the Republicans to get out in front of it.
- 5:12And you hear both Democrats and Republicans right now talking about affordability.
- 5:16It seems like they are trying to make that what the twenty-six midterm is going to be about as we look ahead to the twenty-six midterm.
- 5:22Believe it never stops in this country, unfortunately.
- 5:25It's always about an election.
- 5:27And unfortunately, we don't talk about solving problems enough.
- 5:30We only talk about getting elected.
- 5:32And we pick well you know, a subject, uh, abortion or illegal immigration or guns.
- 5:38We pick a subject, a single issue, and we make that about the election.
- 5:43And uh meanwhile, American people are hurting, credit card debt is higher than it's ever been, and Donald Trump goes on the road, and let's hear what he says about affordability.
- 5:52And no higher priority than making America affordable again.
- 5:56That's what we're gonna do.
- 5:57And again, they caused the high prices, and we're bringing them down.
- 6:01It's a simple message.
- 6:03It is a simple message, and it's one that Donald Trump tried to drive home in his Pennsylvania rally.
- 6:09And here's a little bit more of Donald Trump talking about the Democrats and what they did over the last four years with Joe Biden in office.
- 6:16If you have a smart president who works out well, if you have a dummy, does it had a great economy?
- 6:24We had the greatest economy in our country's history, but we had what's called the greatest economy.
- 6:31This is the first term, probably ever of any country now.
- 6:36In addition to that, we rebuilt our military.
- 6:38We got the biggest tax cuts ever.
- 6:41We got the biggest regulation cuts ever.
- 6:43We had the best job numbers.
- 6:44We had a great first term.
- 6:46Or frankly, to be honest with you, I wouldn't be standing here because if I had a bad first term, you know, you might say, I like him.
- 6:53He's really good.
- 6:54But lousy first term.
- 6:57You're not gonna vote.
- 6:58You voted for me because we had a great despite all of the Russia Russia Russia bullshit.
- 7:04And he's right.
- 7:05And by the way, that's the wrong clip.
- 7:06That is not the clip that I was looking for, but that is Donald Trump there on the road in Pennsylvania, talking about his first term, and he wouldn't be standing here and being the 47th president if he hadn't done such a good job in his first term with the economy.
- 7:21And that's really what it came down to in the last presidential election.
- 7:25People were tired of illegal immigration, they were tired of Joe Biden doing stupid things like electric vehicles and not cooking on gas stoves and men breastfeeding women and DEI and the wokeness.
- 7:39American people got tired.
- 7:40But they're still tired because things have not become affordable, and that is the issue.
- 7:46Let's listen to Kevin Hazlet of the Trump administration.
- 7:49He talks about the Democrats.
- 7:50I think this will be the right clip.
- 7:53Exactly right.
- 7:53I thought his speech last night was fantastic.
- 7:56And uh he really, really enjoyed having the charts again.
- 7:59I can tell you that that's some feedback we got from from yesterday because the pot of line is that the Democrats are out there saying things that are false and and like they're not holding up charts telling you what's going on.
- 8:09But you know, we have a chart that showed that the typical family buying a new home, uh, saw their mortgage rate there go up uh at an annual rate by fourteen thousand dollars because of Biden's inflation and the high interest rates that followed from it.
- 8:22Speaking of interest rates, the Fed met this week and they have lowered the overnight lending rate, a quarter of a point, 25 basis points, and hopefully that will trickle down to mortgages.
- 8:34We get the mortgages down and the housing can increase because right now, new starts on housing, it has slowed down all across the country.
- 8:43And that the economy is connected to so many things, not just the trades, but then you also have lumber, and you have and you remember lumber and how hard it was to get there back during COVID.
- 8:54I don't think that's a problem anymore because building has really slowed down over the last couple of years.
- 9:00Here's more of Kevin Hazett.
- 9:01And so, you know, people who have to pay 14,000 a year more just to have their home.
- 9:06Of course, they were harmed a lot by Biden, but already because we've been uh getting closer to a balanced budget and leaving uh interest rates down even before we control the Fed more, uh, that we've saved a couple thousand dollars of that fourteen thousand already.
- 9:20So we're making great progress.
- 9:22We made huge progress uh in the last term, and right now all of the indicators are that the three percent growth that we gave you last time is a really, really low ball estimate of what we're gonna be able to deliver because we've got the AI boom making productivity go through the roof.
- 9:36We've got eighteen trillion in new factories being built.
- 9:39We're actually tracking the groundbreakings.
- 9:41We're up through about thirty of them since September.
- 9:43And so the economy is booming, jobs are growing, and but people were absolutely harmed.
- 9:48And so again, and the president went through every single price of everything in the in the charts, and he did a lot of it last night.
- 9:55You know, the bottom line is the the if you were just a typical family, uh your month's groceries cost.
- 10:00$400 when President Trump left office and it cost almost $550 when Joe Biden left office.
- 10:06So that extra $150 a month after paying also $14,000 more a year for your mortgage.
- 10:11It really adds up to a lot of stuff that has to be fixed.
- 10:14And of course, that is a little bit of spin there when it they talk about uh $14,000 additional for mortgages.
- 10:21Unless you refinanced or bought, you didn't pay a higher interest rate.
- 10:25If you're locked in from seven, eight years ago when interest rates were almost nothing in Donald Trump's first presidency, then you're still locked in there.
- 10:34So that really is maybe not a fair thing to say in comparison.
- 10:39If you had bought a house when Joe Biden was president, you would have paid $14,000 more.
- 10:44Or the price was lower on the house.
- 10:46Everything is kind of relative when it comes to uh buying a house and mortgages.
- 10:50I want to talk about something else right now.
- 10:52I want to get into uh Erica Kirk being on Fox News and the death of uh Charlie Kirk was a terrible thing.
- 10:59It was an assassination and execution.
- 11:02And when you go through the evidence of what happened that day, you have a lone shooter that was loose for 33 hours.
- 11:10His own father turned him in.
- 11:11He has confessed a couple of times to authorities there.
- 11:15There's really no doubt about it.
- 11:17And if you remember the guy that uh that shot Charlie Kirk, he also had a boyfriend that was a trans, someone, you know, that was transitioning into a transgender female, I guess, from a guy.
- 11:31I don't even know how all of that works, but that's what was happening there with with that guy.
- 11:36And he executes Charlie Kirk live there on television.
- 11:40Everybody saw that video, it was terrible.
- 11:42There was a huge funeral memorial, and then the conspiracy theories started.
- 11:47And I just think that they are disgusting.
- 11:50Charlie Kirk left a bride, he left a couple of children, young, young children.
- 11:56His son, uh what is he, a year old, very, very young child, Charlie Kirk left.
- 12:02And uh people on social media and other places, they have these conspiracy theories going that are just absolutely nuts.
- 12:10I try not to spend a lot of time on it at all.
- 12:13I think I've done one other segment uh over the last three months that talked about it, and the reason why is because I just don't want to give it any any legs, because there are no legs to be had.
- 12:24You would almost have to be the dumbest person in the world to believe that the FBI covered this up when you have all the evidence you have.
- 12:32It is the the easiest slam dunk case in the history of murders that has ever been.
- 12:39And yet there are people that are spreading uh just false claims is what they are.
- 12:45And they're walking on the grave of Charlie Kirk.
- 12:48And it's disrespectful to his family, to his wife, and there are some people that are saying that it's even turning point USA.
- 12:55There are people inside Turning Point USA that had him killed through Israel and and there's Egypt involved and Mossad and that it is crazy.
- 13:05It it's crazy is what it is.
- 13:07And Erica Kirk went on Fox News, and for the first time since Charlie Kirk's death, she denounced all of that.
- 13:14And I'm glad.
- 13:16Just a little background here.
- 13:17Candace Owens is really the one that's doing the most of this.
- 13:21And I believe she's completely lost it.
- 13:23I believe she's completely lost it.
- 13:25She now thinks the French government is after her.
- 13:28Of course, McCron and his wife, they have sued her because the Candace Owens spread the theory, the conspiracy theory that Bridget McCrone has a penis and was a boy.
- 13:40And that's not true either.
- 13:42And she has been sued by them in Europe and now in Delaware as well for millions of dollars.
- 13:48And now she's spreading this about Charlie Kirk.
- 13:51And it's unfortunate.
- 13:53You know, Candace Owens worked at Turning Point at one time.
- 13:55They split ways, and then she went to uh the Daily Wire with the Ben Shapiro.
- 14:00They had their falling out.
- 14:01There is a pattern there with her.
- 14:04She kind of wears out her welcome, doesn't she?
- 14:07A year or two, one place, and she's gone.
- 14:09If you look back at her history, she was uh uh Obama supporter.
- 14:13She was back in two thousand sixteen.
- 14:15She wrote for the liberal organization.
- 14:18Uh that's what she did prior to all of a sudden becoming a conservative.
- 14:23Is she a conservative?
- 14:24I don't know.
- 14:25Maybe she's a political operative.
- 14:27I don't know.
- 14:27But she's not good at what she does in bringing truth.
- 14:31She's good at bringing conspiracies, and that's all she does.
- 14:34And Erica Kirk, I guess, is pretty much had enough of it.
- 14:38Erica Kirk was nice in saying that uh she felt for these people because they probably felt for Charlie Kirk, but she also denounced it and said there is no truth to the fact that what Candace Owens is saying about people in Turning Point turned on Charlie Kirk and had him killed.
- 14:57And when I say that, I I'm like, that that's crazy.
- 15:01It's crazy that I just said that.
- 15:03That somebody is actually saying that and and believes it.
- 15:07And by the way, Candace Owens has 10 million or more followers on all of her social media platforms.
- 15:13She reaches a lot of people.
- 15:14And it really gets back to something I've said since the beginning of this show, which is coming up on three years.
- 15:21Next week will be three years here on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 15:26Truth is truth.
- 15:28There is one truth.
- 15:29There's only one truth.
- 15:31You can't have your truth.
- 15:32I can't have my truth.
- 15:34They can't have their truth.
- 15:36There is the truth.
- 15:38That's all there is.
- 15:41And while some people may claim to be a citizen journalist, that also is not true.
- 15:46Just because everybody has a phone doesn't make everybody a journalist.
- 15:51I'm not a journalist.
- 15:52I'm someone with an opinion.
- 15:54I try to bring you some truth.
- 15:56When I bring you an opinion, I bring you an opinion.
- 15:59We need to make sure that we can discern the difference between speculation, subjective truth, and the truth.
- 16:08And some people out there trying to be citizen journalists don't have uh the the first idea of what it takes to be a journalist.
- 16:16They've never taken a class.
- 16:18They don't know anything about corroborating a story.
- 16:20They put uh just a little bit of truth.
- 16:22Those are the best lies.
- 16:24You put 50% of the truth, seventy-five percent of the truth.
- 16:27It becomes a better lie.
- 16:30There are a lot of people making a lot of money doing this right now.
- 16:34Just pay attention to who you are paying attention to.
- 16:39As we head into the break here, let's listen to Donald Trump and maybe the top ten funniest things Donald Trump has ever said.
- 16:45Here they are.
- 16:46They couldn't God bless you, Bobby.
- 16:49I hope I didn't catch COVID just there.
- 16:55What is it?
- 16:58You've got tax novel.
- 16:59He's doing a press conference there with uh Body Kitty.
- 17:03You shouldn't.
- 17:05Is that a dog?
- 17:08Uh uh.
- 17:11Saturday, I had a little low-grade fever.
- 17:14Uh oh.
- 17:16That was Burks, the scarf lady.
- 17:18Remember her from COVID.
- 17:19She said Saturday I had a little fever.
- 17:21Donald Trump says, uh oh, he threw his hands up and walked away.
- 17:24So I got a test late Saturday night, and I'm negative.
- 17:27I stayed home another day just made a face, by the way.
- 17:37She's shocked that I picked her.
- 17:39Like in a state of shock.
- 17:41I'm not thinking about that.
- 17:42That's okay.
- 17:42I know you're not thinking.
- 17:44You never do.
- 17:44I'm sorry.
- 17:45No, go ahead.
- 17:46He's talking to a mainstream media reporter.
- 17:48Awfully good that someone with the temperament.
- 17:55Because you'd be in jail.
- 17:56Secretary Clinton.
- 17:58That was one of the best that Donald Trump ever did.
- 18:01And by the way, if you haven't been to America Outloud.news, go there because we have a very special celebration coming up for 250 years of America.

- 22:20It's hard to believe that Christmas is almost here, isn't it?
- 22:24And I think about uh family traditions and the memories that we have from when we were young, and really that was what Christmas was at that time in our life.
- 22:34And as time goes by and we lose people in our family, you know, traditions change, and we have the opportunity to make new memories.
- 22:42And one of those uh new traditions that I started probably about 10, 11 years ago, my 13-year-old daughter and I go out and select a live Christmas tree every year, and we're looking forward to doing that.
- 22:55And uh, you know, Christmas to me is about the birth of Jesus Christ, the savior.
- 23:01That's what it's about.
- 23:02But other than that, we have these other family memories, and things change through life.
- 23:07You know, we lose people, and our traditions can change.
- 23:12But we also have the opportunity to make new traditions and new memories, and we should take those and continue to live.
- 23:20I hope you have a great Christmas this year.
- 23:22And my Christmas gift to you will be on America Out Loud Talk Radio again.
- 23:27I go through the birth of Jesus Christ through the Bible with music as well.
- 23:32So that will be heard right here on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 23:36In Venezuela, things are heating up, and we've talked about this for a while.
- 23:41We have very many military assets from America.
- 23:45We moved a carrier group that got down there in October.
- 23:48Before that, you had F-35s that were down there.
- 23:51We've had B-52s flying over Venezuela.
- 23:54We thought this was a regime change.
- 23:56By the way, Machado, who won the Nobel Peace Prize, accepted that last night, so congratulations to her.
- 24:03A lot of people thought Donald Trump could should win it, but maybe that will come next year.
- 24:07It takes a little time for that process to go through.
- 24:10She was ahead of him because he just took office in January of this year.
- 24:15But back to Venezuela.
- 24:17U.S.
- 24:17forces seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela.
- 24:21This is what President Donald Trump said.
- 24:23You know, I had thought that there was something gonna be coming on the land.
- 24:27You know, that's what a lot of people were worried about that there were going to be land strikes in there, and I had not even thought about us taking over an oil tanker coming from Venezuela.
- 24:38A lot of the Venezuelan oil, which it's a rich country when it comes to oil, is going to Russia and going to China.
- 24:44It's going to our adversaries.
- 24:47Very smart here.
- 24:48This is a good play by them.
- 24:50There are sanctions on Venezuela.
- 24:52They have not been enforced.
- 24:54Well, Trump said this.
- 24:55We have just seized a tanker on the coast of Venezuela, a large tanker, very large, the largest one ever seized, actually.
- 25:04And doesn't that sound like Trump?
- 25:06And they also released a video, and I don't know if you've seen the video of it, but it is pretty impressive what our military did flying over the tanker with a helicopter.
- 25:15Our military came down ropes with guns, and they went on the tanker and they took it over.
- 25:21And this uh crude oil tanker, it is used to transport sanctioned oil from Venezuela and Iran.
- 25:28That's what the they do to get around the sanctions.
- 25:31Well, Caracas, that country, they swiftly denounced the action, calling it an act of international piracy.
- 25:39And earlier in the day, President Maduro declared that Venezuela would never become an oil colony.
- 25:46The Trump administration accuses Venezuela of funneling narcotics into the U.S.
- 25:50and has intensified the efforts to isolate Maduro.
- 25:55Venezuela, home to the some of the world's largest proven oil reserves, has in turn accused Washington of seeking to steal that oil.
- 26:05The Brent crude prices, which I mentioned oil, barrels of oil earlier in this hour, they went up a little bit on Wednesday.
- 26:12I'm sure they will come back down.
- 26:14U.S.
- 26:15Attorney General Pam Bondy, who leads the U.S.
- 26:18Department of Justice, said the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S.
- 26:24Coast Guard coordinated the seizure.
- 26:27She said, quote, this was on X, by the way.
- 26:30For multiple years, the oil tanker has been sanctioned by the United States due to its involvement in an illicit oil shipping network supporting foreign terrorist organizations.
- 26:42And I think that's pretty good news.
- 26:44That's one way to if you're gonna put sanctions on, you better be able to enforce it somehow.
- 26:49And this is one way that those sanctions can be enforced.
- 26:51If they're going around it using these shadow tankers that maybe don't necessarily belong to Venezuela, and they're trying to go around your sanctions using other countries, this is one way to do it.
- 27:03You just take the oil, and then that's going to cripple uh Venezuela and Maduro even more.
- 27:10But this whole Venezuela thing with the narco boats is kind of taking on a life of its own when it comes to the Secretary of War Pete Hagseth, and even to a degree about Donald Trump.
- 27:21You have people like Rand Paul talking about the War Powers Act, and you have Democrats in the Senate and the House.
- 27:28They are talking about it too, especially when it comes to that September 2nd uh killing of the first narco boat.
- 27:36And Admiral Holsey, who was in charge of that part of the world for the Navy for the United States, he had about a 40-year career.
- 27:44He was pushed out at the end of August in 2025.
- 27:49September 2nd was that first attack on a narco boat.
- 27:52So if you connect those, and this is a little speculation on my part.
- 27:56I try to tell you the truth, but I also tell you some speculation and opinion.
- 27:59This would be some of that speculation.
- 28:02Holsey, Admiral Holsey was pushed out at the end of August.
- 28:06September 2nd began the bombing and the killing of the narco boats down near Venezuela.
- 28:13In that first one, if you remember, they didn't kill everyone on the initial strike, and they came back, and about an hour, hour and a half later, they killed two what they are calling survivors.
- 28:24Now, Pete Hexeth and Admiral Bradley, Admiral Bradley.
- 28:29He went into a classified setting with members of the House and the Senate, and he told them that he made the decision.
- 28:35It wasn't Pete Hagseth that made that decision.
- 28:37It was him, and there were Jag lawyers there that there was a bunch of people there that made the decision because the two people that they are calling survivors were actually trying to save the narcotics that they blew up on that boat.
- 28:52So they went back and they struck them again and they killed those two people.
- 28:56And that has blown up politically.
- 28:58And I think there's more to this story than maybe what people are talking about.
- 29:02But here is Senator Chuck Schumer talking about this and the opportunity to try to get some information from Secretary of War Pete Hagh.
- 29:10Now finally, this afternoon.
- 29:13Secretaries Hegseth and Rubio and top officials will brief the gang of eight.
- 29:18He's talking about Wednesday afternoon.
- 29:20I plan to confront Secretary Heg on exactly what the hell is going on in the Caribbean.
- 29:28I plan to demand Secretary Heggs, give the total unedited videos of what happened in the September second boat strikes.
- 29:43Trump originally agreed to do this, but now they're afraid.
- 29:46What's hexeth hiding?
- 29:48And second, I will demand of Rubio and Hegseth what the hell is going on in the Caribbean.
- 29:54And in Venezuela.
- 29:55Didn't he say that already?
- 30:00Trump has already talked about Venezuela waters and even going and going attacking Venezuela on the United States.
- 30:10He's lost it.
- 30:10How far do they intend to go?
- 30:12It's all political rhetoric is what it is, but why is it?
- 30:16I always like to ask that question.
- 30:18Why is it this has become such a big deal over these narco boats?
- 30:23They are bringing fentanyl and cocaine into this country, cocaine laced with fentanyl.
- 30:28It's killing 70,000 Americans a year.
- 30:31Donald Trump has said that the cartel there in Venezuela is a terrorist organization.
- 30:38Maduro is the leader of that.
- 30:41The de facto leader.
- 30:42He allows it in Venezuela.
- 30:44Donald Trump is trying to stop it.
- 30:46He's doing what everybody else has said.
- 30:48I played for you Monday night, Joe Biden saying the same words.
- 30:53Even Chuck Schumer in 1986, he agreed with the maritime law that said this is a very dangerous thing.
- 31:01These boats bringing uh uh cocaine and drugs into America, and it has to be stopped.
- 31:06Chuck Schumer said that.
- 31:08He voted for that in 1986, and now you hear him say this.
- 31:12Let's go to Senator Kennedy and get some thoughts on him on the narco boats.
- 31:17Venezuelan boat strikes.
- 31:18Uh huh.
- 31:19Could the White House put some of this speculation to rest if they were to just release the entire video of the strike that killed those two survivors?
- 31:26Yeah, I'm fine if they release released the video.
- 31:29I haven't seen them.
- 31:30I haven't seen any of them except on social media.
- 31:33You think they should just release this.
- 31:34I'm fine with it.
- 31:35Yeah, I'd like to see them myself.
- 31:37Now will they do that or not?
- 31:39I don't know.
- 31:39What are the national security implications?
- 31:42I don't know.
- 31:43But they supposedly have been coming around doing picking select group of senators to show them the video and and um, but I haven't seen them yet.
- 31:55I mean, I honestly um if if I were keen for a day, I'm not don't aspire to be, but I'd ask Senator or uh Secretary now, Rubio to just call a press conference and let him explain to the American people the uh the legal basis for doing this, uh what national security shows about this without divulging uh classified information.
- 32:22I'd bring along uh Secretary Hedgehog as well.
- 32:26And just answer questions and tell people don't have any more questions.
- 32:30So both sides of the political aisle in the Senate are asking that this video be released, and they want to see it and they want to get to the bottom of it.
- 32:38But let's connect these dots here.
- 32:40That's what I want to do here, because I believe what is happening is the Democrats are setting up impeachment 3.0 for Donald Trump should they win the House in 2026 in the midterms.
- 32:52And it looks like right now, according to betting odds that they will.
- 32:57It's about 80% that uh the Democrats will take over the power in 2026.
- 33:02That's according to polymarket.
- 33:04Polymarkets where you can go bet on anything, and you can bet on that.
- 33:08Right now it's 80% that the Democrats would win the midterm.
- 33:12And if they do, and I've talked about this a lot.
- 33:14I don't want to beat a dead horse here again, but there will be impeachment after impeachment.
- 33:20Whether Donald Trump gets removed or not, I highly doubt it, but you never know.
- 33:24You just never know.
- 33:26So let's connect these dots for you.
- 33:29You have the seditious six that come out and they talk about illegal orders from the president.
- 33:36They tell the military, do not follow the illegal orders.
- 33:40You have you're bound by the Constitution, they said, not by what the President Trump will tell you to do.
- 33:46Those illegal orders.
- 33:48What are illegal orders?
- 33:49Now go back prior to that to Admiral Holsey.
- 33:53What was being said in August between Admiral Holsey and Pete Heggseth about what they were going to do in Venezuela?
- 34:01There was a brush up between the two.
- 34:04Holsey, he suddenly retired at the end of August.
- 34:09September 2nd was that first bombing of a narco boat.
- 34:14Then you have the Seditious Six saying you don't follow illegal orders.
- 34:19You follow the Constitution.
- 34:21And if you start putting these things together, to me in my mind, as I look back at the impeachment, the first impeachment, you had a military guy, Alexander Vendman.
- 34:33Remember him?
- 34:34Yeah, he was one that testified in the impeachment.
- 34:37Now you have Holsey, Admiral Holsey, and they're setting up this illegal order for a reason.
- 34:45And I think it's important that we understand where this may go.
- 34:50Because this may be what they use for impeachment.
- 34:54We'll just have to wait and see how this goes.
- 34:56Donald Trump, he says, I think it's over.
- 34:59Here he is saying that.
- 35:00Mr.
- 35:00President, has Secretary Hudson told you why he hasn't released the video of the Senate strike.
- 35:05No, I haven't told.
- 35:06I thought that issue was dead.
- 35:08That you suppress you bring it.
- 35:09I mean, you must be.
- 35:11You must be seeing it.
- 35:12Lawmakers are still talking about it on the hell.
- 35:14Are you seeing it?
- 35:15I am saying it.
- 35:15Don't you?
- 35:16I'm shocked to find out.
- 35:17The lawmakers aren't still talking about it on the hell.
- 35:19Well, I'll tell you, I don't know about lawmakers.
- 35:21Which lawmakers you're talking about.
- 35:25I mean the people actually it's lawmakers on both sides of the political aisle, and this issue is not dead.
- 35:31Most Americans get their news from mainstream media, not just CNN.
- 35:36But everybody is reporting on what is happening in Venezuela right now.
- 35:40So I don't know if Donald Trump has a grasp on this or if he's just being flippant for a reason with the CNN reporter trying to make a point that this is not an issue.
- 35:52And it's also very similar to what they impeached him for the first time, which was the one perfect call.
- 35:59Remember, Trump kept saying it was a perfect call, and it was, if you remember back, he was only asking people in Ukraine, hey, check this out because you have this barisma thing.
- 36:08You had Joe Biden go over, and he suggested that uh a prosecutor be fired.
- 36:14If not, they weren't going to get a billion dollars, and the prosecutor was fired.
- 36:17That's what happened.
- 36:18That is reality, that is truth.
- 36:20And then Donald Trump got impeached for uh saying you may want to take a look at this.
- 36:26This doesn't look good to me.
- 36:28It looks like you have some corruption, and then you have military Alexander Venman and a whistleblower.
- 36:35And that's how things happened in Donald Trump's first presidency.
- 36:39It was a complete lie.
- 36:40There was no reason for him to be impeached on that.
- 36:44There's no reason for him to be impeached on Venezuela either that I know of.
- 36:50But look at what they are doing.
- 36:53It looks to me like the same playbook that they used before.
- 36:58Holsey disagreement with Hagseth in August.
- 37:01He leaves the end of August after a 40-year career.
- 37:05He was the admiral over the area of Venezuela.
- 37:08He doesn't want to do what Pete Hagseth and the Trump administration is doing, which is blowing up narco boats.
- 37:15And because of that, he leaves after a 40-year career.
- 37:21Did he perceive that as an illegal order?
- 37:24And if he did, is that why we got the seditious six?
- 37:28And if that is why we got the seditious six, is this going to lead to an impeachment?
- 37:34If the Democrats they gain power again in 2026.
- 37:38And that's why Republicans have to go vote.
- 37:41If you don't go vote in big numbers and keep power, and if the gerrymandering doesn't work, then the Democrats, they are going to have power in 2026.
- 37:52And you will see Donald Trump be impeached.
- 37:56Is this going to be the reason?
- 37:58We'll keep watching.
- 37:59By the way, important uh decision made by the judge of the grand jury in New York on the Epstein case.
- 38:06He has agreed to allow that grand jury testimony to be unsealed.
- 38:12So that means both New York and Florida have agreed to unseal grand jury testimony, which is very odd.
- 38:19So by December 19th, we're gonna have all the Epstein information, and finally we can put that one to bed.

- 41:02Tonight at nine o'clock, it is after dark with Robin Andrew before that, the national security hour.
- 41:07And coming up here in just a few minutes at eight o'clock is unleashed the political news hour.
- 41:13I'm Booker Scott with Matt Christensen.
- 41:16And let's start here in this segment with Antifa because finally somebody is cleaning up some areas of this country where Antifa has taken over, isn't that right, Matt?
- 41:27Well, it was a very odd scene in Portland over the weekend.
- 41:31And if you followed what's happened outside of this ICE facility in Portland, uh it has been absolute insanity since June.
- 41:38It has been uh not just your typical criminality of evandalizing the facility and uh assaults on journalists who are there documenting what's happening.
- 41:48But this is the first time that I've seen um what they're calling weaponized noise making.
- 41:54These are like uh megaphone.
- 41:56I don't I don't know what they do to modify these megaphones and make them so loud.
- 42:02Yeah, they they're so loud that they're causing neighbors in the in in the neighboring apartment building to come out and just tear into them and yell at them.
- 42:09And there was actually a lawsuit against the city in Portland for refusal or failure to do to enforce their their noise ordinance.
- 42:18But all of this months-long uh conflicts going out going on outside of the ice facility in Portland, Portland police largely standing by, allowing what had become an encampment to continue.
- 42:30And it was it was an actual camp where people were sleeping, living, like a homeless camp with an activist purpose is what was going on there.
- 42:39And finally, on Saturday, Portland uh city of Portland sends in Portland police all kinds of video out there from uh Nick Sortor and uh Nick Shirley and some other reporters on the scene.
- 42:50Portland police outright saying we we know we haven't really enforced the law against you guys.
- 42:56That is to say, like this in campman is not necessarily legal.
- 42:59Uh, your blocking of the streets has not been legal.
- 43:02Your public uh consumption of alcohol is against city ordinance, but now that's over, and we're gonna start enforcing that.
- 43:10And so they swept the camp.
- 43:13They it was it was Antifa move out day on Saturday night.
- 43:17Looked like a bunch of them leaving the college dorm at the end of the semester, and it's all cleaned up now.
- 43:22And the mayor of Portland uh issued a statement saying, well, we made the decision to get this cleaned up because it had become dangerous down there.
- 43:32Implicitly blaming some of these conservative journalists for you know provoking conflict or something.
- 43:37Well, we saw Nick Sorder get arrested there.
- 43:40Yeah, that was uh a few a few weeks ago.
- 43:43That's right.
- 43:43Yeah.
- 43:43And so that that's why it doesn't, of course.
- 43:46I'm I'm not gonna believe much of what Portland City leadership says ever.
- 43:50But to me, it doesn't make any sense their explanation that this had recently become uh violent or criminal.
- 43:58It's been violent and criminal the entire time.
- 44:01So you wonder why are they doing this now?
- 44:04That was my question.
- 44:04You have any idea because I've seen these Antifa people, they're actually directing traffic.
- 44:11You know, they boot the police out of the way and they're directing traffic, telling you can't come in, you can't come in.
- 44:16And so why do you really think they are doing this now?
- 44:20I think it has a lot to do with the movement in the uh the federal court case on Trump's attempt to deploy the National Guard department.
- 44:27He's been trying to do this since the start of September.
- 44:29It's been tied up to District Court judge tied up his original attempt to deploy the Oregon National Guard, then the attempt to get around that by deploying the California National Guard.
- 44:39The movement is there is we were awaiting a decision from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that came out on Tuesday night, and it wasn't exactly clear where that was going to go.
- 44:52I think they were trying to get out ahead of that decision and some movement from the Ninth Circuit.
- 44:57The Ninth Circuit has now decided that they're going to review the district court decision, one of which, or that the pro it was it actually wasn't a district court decision, it was a Ninth Circuit uh three-judge panel decision that would have allowed the National Guard deployment to go forward.
- 45:13They're now going to review that decision with an 11-judge panel.
- 45:17But my thinking on why this is happening now, I think that state of Oregon, City of Portland, they want to beat Trump in court.
- 45:26And one of the key arguments about why this National Guard deployment is necessary is the circumstances on the ground.
- 45:33That is to say, if if enforcement of the law is not possible through the usual means, that is a justification potentially for the president to federalize and deploy the National Guard.
- 45:44If, however, the circumstances on the ground are totally normal, that's a key Trump argument that is taken off the table.
- 45:51Yeah.
- 45:51It doesn't make a lot of sense to me, though, in that, okay, you beat Trump in court by doing what he wanted you to do.
- 45:59Right.
- 45:59So is that a win?
- 46:01I the strategy is not totally clear to me, but I'm convinced that the decision to remove the camp has something to do with the movement in the court case about the National Guard.
- 46:12That's a good point.
- 46:12Uh, the president of the United States, regardless of who that is, they have a right to use National Guard to protect federal buildings and or ICE federal agents, they can do that.
- 46:24And it shouldn't take a court to come in and say you can do that if that's all Trump is going to do in this case, which I think that's all he is.
- 46:31I mean, every time he sent somebody in or the National Guard in, it's been two or three hundred people.
- 46:36It's not thousands of troops, as the Democrats would say.
- 46:39I don't know if you saw this.
- 46:40I covered it on the program last night, but Cash Patel announced the arrest of nine people from the protest back in June over the ICE agents.
- 46:49So that was good news.
- 46:50This is good news out of Portland as well.
- 46:53Let's move into Arctic Frost real quick.
- 46:56What do you make of this?
- 46:57I see that the you know, the house wants this investigated and uh they're all upset.
- 47:04I, you know, I keep asking the question: why now are you upset?
- 47:07Why weren't you upset over the last four or five years when all of us were being spied on by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and our bank accounts being spied on?
- 47:17Now suddenly it's you.
- 47:18And I saw that there were 197 subpoenas issued for about 430 Republicans, Republican organizations, even turning point USA was one of those.
- 47:30And every one of those subpoenas was signed by none other than Judge Bosberg.
- 47:37And now really, yeah, I saw Byron Donald's calling for his impeachment.
- 47:42It's time for him to go.
- 47:43And you know, what are you making of all of this?
- 47:46Do you think this is actually going to go anywhere?
- 47:48Or do you can you see or say that uh, you know, Jack Frost in investigating this would want to know all of the truth and get to it, or did he just weaponize it like he has done everything else?
- 48:01Yeah, I haven't followed this one extremely closely, so you might have to catch me up on some of the details.
- 48:05But of course, uh I I've followed the weaponization of the Justice Department under Joe Biden throughout his entire tenure, and that's why I get such a kick out of the warnings of a weaponized justice department now.
- 48:15Imagine what would happen if our legal system were turned, were turned against uh people for political reasons.
- 48:21Wow, what a what a crazy country that would be.
- 48:25But but I'm looking at some of the the news coverage right now.
- 48:28So, okay, the the fundamentals of this uh scandal here, it's that the the Biden's FBI had subpoenaed 197 Republican and General.
- 48:37430.
- 48:38Yeah, correct.
- 48:39430 with 197 subpoenas.
- 48:42Yeah, correct.
- 48:42Okay.
- 48:43And do we know what their aims were, or they were just trying to obtain records from these people and these groups for what reason?
- 48:50Do we have clear?
- 48:51I would think it had to do with January 6th.
- 48:54That's about the time frame that this was taking place.
- 48:57So they were investigating them in what they were doing around January 6th, the quote, insurrection, unquote, when that happened.
- 49:05That's where this goes back to.
- 49:07Yeah, we know Jack Smith did a bunch of this uh pursuant to his uh his his former case against uh Joe Biden.
- 49:14So this would this would make sense.
- 49:16And you think about the implications of January 6th and uh the political tool that that became.
- 49:22But this is one angle of all of that, uh, you know, depending if you if you believe that January 6th had a lot of opportunism about it, whether it was designed that way or not.
- 49:34One one angle I haven't thought a lot about is just the potential openings for spying on your political opposition generally.
- 49:41I mean, it's possible this thing was so much broader than just damaging uh the outgoing president to try to ruin his at that point assumed run in the future that we saw in 2024.
- 49:53But man, I mean, this whole thing could have been and perhaps was the pretext to just go after political opposition.
- 50:00Much more generally than Donald Trump.
- 50:02And I I think it's January 6th, skeptical and critical as anybody, but the depth of this, I just not considered I I didn't, I didn't think it was necessarily that broad in aim if it was really about going after political opposition far beyond just Donald Trump.
- 50:18Well, now if you go all the way back to 2016 and the Hillary Clinton Donald Trump election and the Russian hoax and 51 Intel officers saying that it wasn't uh Hunter's laptop before the Biden Trump uh election, it they've been doing this for eight or nine years now.
- 50:36And you had uh a clapper, Brennan, Comey, Obama, Biden, all involved in that, even the unmasking of General Flynn, if you remember that.
- 50:46That took place in January of 2017, right before Trump came into office.
- 50:51All of this, I believe, is tied together.
- 50:54The problem is what crime was committed.
- 50:57That's what I can't understand.
- 50:58And I try to manage people's expectations that you know, they everybody's going to get mo.
- 51:03Well, nobody's going to get Mo.
- 51:05You know, that's just not going to happen.
- 51:07There is no plan, and I don't know what crimes have committed, which takes me into a conversation about the autopen because that's picking up.
- 51:15We see that a House judiciary has sent it for referral, and maybe the House Oversight, actually, with James Comer.
- 51:22Is that going anywhere?
- 51:25Uh so to clarify, I'm not aware of a of a ref of any kind of criminal referral coming out of that.
- 51:31Well, it was a referral to the DOJ to look into it.
- 51:34Not a criminal referral.
- 51:35If I said criminal referral, that's not right.
- 51:37Okay, maybe I misunderstood what you meant.
- 51:39But um, but yeah.
- 51:40Um so yeah, the the Oversight Committee has investigated uh Biden's use of the autopen.
- 51:46They have determined that because he was in mental decline throughout his presidency, and we can't we don't have contemporaneous written evidence of his consent to these pardons, that they should be presumed void, which you might have some questions about that, but that's that's their position.
- 52:04Um and they've they've sent uh a letter to Pam Bondi saying please investigate this.
- 52:09And you know, theoretically, there might be some additional records at the Justice Department that maybe Congress hasn't seen yet or or something that maybe Pam Bondi could assist in that way.
- 52:19But this is a very uh it's very interesting uh situation because you have fundamental constitutional questions, that is to say, if House Republicans are right, and Joe Biden didn't have knowledge of the people he was pardoning, and he he told the New York Times in July he did, but you know, do we believe him?
- 52:40That's up to you.
- 52:41You have the legal question there of like it is the presidential pardon power as broad and almost unrestricted as it is, is that delegatable to others?
- 52:52But you have the subsequent question of if it was wrongly done, uh how do you go about challenging that?
- 53:00And the only way I can think of doing that, because you can't just if you're Pam Bondi, you can't just bring a lawsuit to a court and say we don't think these are valid.
- 53:10I I don't know how that would play out.
- 53:12The only way I could see this happening is they would have to to charge an attempt to prosecute one of the pardoned people.
- 53:20So when you Hunter Biden is not one of the autopenned guys, that one was actually signed by Joe Biden.
- 53:26If you want to test this, you'd have to go after Fauci, Millie, Adam Schiff, the January 6th committee.
- 53:34To me, uh the most interesting way to go about it would be to bring a charge against Fauci.
- 53:39I've said the same thing, Matt, for a while.
- 53:41Yeah, that's the only way you can do it.
- 53:43And then when you look at the auto pen, I can't find a law for exactly how the auto pen is supposed to be done.
- 53:50And I would love to see the Republicans right now make a law.
- 53:54You know, there needs to be a law.
- 53:55Here's the protocol.
- 53:57It has to be done this way.
- 53:58And if it's not done this way, it's not a signature of the president because there's there's nothing there.
- 54:03Even that would have a lot of legal questions because whatever Congress says by statute, does that how does that apply to what is otherwise a constitutional provision?
- 54:14Like can can Congress even set the rules of pardoning?
- 54:17Probably not, uh, unless it's by constitutional amendment.
- 54:21Well, and but for the use of electronic signature is what I'm talking about specifically.
- 54:27More broadly than just pardon.
- 54:28Yeah, yeah, for everything on an electronic signature.
- 54:31Here is the law.
- 54:32You have to do it this way.
- 54:33Five people have to see that the president agrees with this and wants this done, and he said, put my signature on it.
- 54:40There needs to be something like that because there's nothing now, which I think because of that, they're gonna run into problems and people's expectations are going to be much greater than they probably should be with this.
- 54:51Yeah, I was talking about this on my stream last night because like you, I'm not trying to sell a bunch of false hope, like, oh man, they're gonna bring the charge against Fauci and they're gonna get him and the Biden autopen pardons are gonna be undone, and it's gonna be this double whammy that's amazing.
- 55:05I don't think any of that's going to happen.
- 55:08But I do to me, you you can file this with the Comey prosecution, the Letitia James prosecution, neither of which I think are likely to be successful, but I still think they're necessary.
- 55:21I would like to see the DOJ make a move in an attempt to prosecute one of these pardoned guys, just to test it.
- 55:29I I think I think ultimately the courts, I think even the Supreme Court would say, you know what, that's a very broad constitutional power.
- 55:35We're not touching it, they play it safe.
- 55:37Yeah, it's got to be tested somehow.
- 55:39Yeah, I mean, uh what are your thoughts on that?
- 55:41Would you like to see them try it or is it?
- 55:43Absolutely.
- 55:43Yeah, no, I think I I said the same thing.
- 55:46I believe I said it with Matt Palumbo one night, probably two or three months ago.
- 55:50That's the only way to get this to the Supreme Court is to actually go through the process and then have them say, No, I've been pardoned, I'm appealing this, you can't prosecute me.
- 56:00And then it ends up in the Supreme Court, then we can get an answer on this.
- 56:04And I really believe that's what the Donald Trump administration, the Department of Justice is going to have to do when it comes to the pardons.
- 56:11They are going to have to prosecute somebody.
