  I mean, I could go to the gas station, I could go to a

  restaurant, all the race tracks, everywhere I go, all of you come

  I don't know, 3-4 years ago, you know, things were controversial

  and I, I would get on this phone.

  Well, I found coffee with Kenny quite therapeutic.

  Made me feel good. It's like I want to get things

  off my chest. You know, back in the day,

  people had Diaries and they would, they would write in their

  daily Diaries. They're like a journal.

  And they, they would write things down, get it off their

  chest. Me, I just turn on the damn

  phone and I tell you all what I'm feeling.

  And boy, oh boy, you all have responded.

  I mean, it's, it's unbelievable coffee with Kenny.

  Who would have ever thought? And I know I never had a name

  for it. It was my daughter's.

  They gave me that little blue jacket, you know, that little

  jacket I wear once it starts getting a little cold out

  weather's really nice here in Saint Louis.

  So I'm not wearing the blue jacket today.

  Just those little socks. They feel so good.

  They just, I don't know, I like these pajamas.

  So all right, I just want you to know I appreciate you all so

  cook on Instagram. He says what we cook today and

  he makes some jambalaya. I met him at Charlotte.

  He's a good guy. I thought about hiring him to

  come up here to the house one day, getting all 13, we're at 13

  family members and, you know, laying some paper out.

  Do that jambalaya, you know, that shrimp and corn, corn on

  the cob and some sausage. I don't know, maybe that's in

  our future. Get old Cajun cook on from

  Instagram. He's right down the road down

  here in Arkansas. All right, so about last night,

  we won. We want a big race.

  You know, it paid a little bit more to win than it normally

  does. There was 23 race cars had a

  boatload of caution flags. You know, I had some guys keep
• 3:36
  wrecking and so they dropped the green flag.

  I took the lead right away, but they said I jumped the start.

  I did not jump to start. I'm not going to argue it.

  What happened is I started outside.

  Well, I swept wide and I got a hold of some really good
• 3:52
  traction and by the time I got start finish line, I was going
• 3:58
  all all my friends, you know, of course your friends are going to

  tell you what they think. But everybody really, I mean, I
• 4:03
  didn't think I jumped the flag. Well, that that screwed me
• 4:06
  because they got a hard rule over there.

  They say you jumped the start of the race, you go back one row.

  So they put me back one row fourth.

  Well, that pissed me off, so on lap one I went from 4th to 2nd.

  I threw a slider, we went through 1/2, I got a good run
• 4:24
  and got into second and then the cautions kept coming out.

  But my car was good. And Danny M's this local, he's
• 4:35
  another #36 this guy is good. Danny M's is one of those local.

  He's just a gnarly son of a bitch.

  He runs that cushion like a Tasmanian devil.

  I told everybody last night, I said the best at running the
• 4:49
  cushion right now is Michael Long.

  Michael Long's number one. Of course, Mike Harrison pretty
• 4:54
  much always going to be the king, but I put Harrison to
• 4:57
  Harrison's probably number one of all time.

  But right now Michael Long's the man.

  He's the champion of of, you know, the Midwest and he's won

  it all. So Michael Long number one at

  running the cushion, then Mike Harrison in this Danny M's, this

  Danny M's, he had his quarter panel tore off.

  I was like, holy shit, this guy's going to knock his whole

  ass head off trying to stay in front of me.

  So finally I wore his ass down. But boy, he's a good racer.

  I like him, I brag on him. And we finally got a good run

  coming off turn 2 through the slider.

  The old 61 year old man threw a slider and yes, I was right.

  Hey, for me, for me, I was riding high, not afraid to die.

  Can he do it? Jack Hewitt took the lead come

  around next lap and threw the white flag.

  I'm like, holy crap. It was a 25 lap race on a, on a

  big a big half mile. Granite's a big trap fast.

  Son of a bitch. All right, so big win last

  night. I get to Victory Lane and they

  say congratulations on what's it feel like to win the Russ

  Wallace Memorial? I'm like, Oh my God, it was my

  dad's race and I just totally forgot about it.

  I'm so focused on my race car and the race.

  So pretty cool. Won my dad's race.

  They call it the Russ Wallace Memorial.

  I was proud that there was 23 cars there.

  They only start 20, but I believe they started all 23.

  I think they did just to say thank you to everybody.

  So we won that race. Got got the $1000.

  It paid $1000 to win and stood around a little bit, had a lot

  of fans there. Had one guy that was getting

  ready to get married. He must had 20 guys with him.

  They all had white T-shirts on. They all handed me a big old

  Bush light. I was thirsty so I drank a

  couple sips and I don't drink that much anymore.

  I'm teasing. We've been friends forever.

  I said, Junior, me and Charlie Mobile, we're just jacking

  I'm up in the Canadian Rockies. And they said, man, we know

  you're on vacation. This is really short notice, but

  day show, Friday nights a feature, Saturday night it's a

  Promotions. That's the end of the year.

  And then we'll wait a month and then November we'll go to
