  Speaker 1: have the Holy Spirit be able to speak through this mic,

  Speaker 1: go through the listeners' ears, and be able to reach
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: their hearts and minds and be able to apply these
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: verses to their lives.

  Speaker 2: In the Lord Jesus Christ's name I pray, amen.

  Speaker 1: So there is distractions, there is noises in the background.

  Speaker 1: I highly encourage you to grab your Bibles and get

  Speaker 1: on your Bible lap and read along as you hear along.

  Speaker 2: But you don't have to. You can just listen.

  Speaker 1: So, Acts chapter 7, Stephen speaks to the Jewish leaders.

  Speaker 1: The most important priest said to Stephen, These men are
• 0:48
  Speaker 1: saying things against you.
• 0:50
  Speaker 2: Are these things true?
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: And Stephen says, Men of Israel, my friends and leaders,
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: listen to what I say. Our God appeared to our ancestors, Abraham,
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: when he was still living in mess. This happened before
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: he went to Hardin. God said to Abraham, leave your
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: own country and your own family and go to a
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: different country. I will show you Where they will be.

  Speaker 1: So Abraham left.
• 1:30
  Speaker 2: His country. Where. When we think about. How much pride
• 1:37
  Speaker 2: we have. Where we. Our hometown.
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: Where we come from. How many conversations have we had
• 1:44
  Speaker 1: that right. But God has bigger plans for us right.

  Speaker 2: Like.

  Speaker 1: Let's apply these verses to our lives for real. As

  Speaker 1: for me. And, yeah. Let's think about that, right? When

  Speaker 1: you leave your own, you're not going to always be

  Speaker 1: around people. You're going to feel lonely. But you should
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: never ever feel alone. It's okay to feel lonely. Let
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: me repeat that. It's okay to feel lonely. And as
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: I enjoy this weather, I want to get deeper into this.

  Speaker 1: So Abraham left this country. Comes down to verse 5.
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: At that time, God did not give Abraham any part
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: of the Kenna. For his own family, he did not
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: give Abraham even a very small piece of ground. God
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: made a promise to Abraham. He said, this land will
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: become your own country. It will also be your descendants' country.

  Speaker 1: When God said this to him, Abraham did not yet
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: have any children.
• 3:06
  Speaker 2: This is what God said to him.
• 3:08
  Speaker 1: Your descendants will live in a foreign country for 400 years.

  Speaker 1: The people in that country will cause your descendants to
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: be They will be very cruel to them. But I
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: will punish those people who cause your descendants to work
• 3:25
  Speaker 1: as slaves for them. So listen, just because somebody gets
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: away with treating you some type of way, you got
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: to let God spend a block. You got to let
• 3:34
  Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit take care of you. Because people are
• 3:38
  Speaker 1: going to come and go. And some people are going
• 3:40
  Speaker 1: to hurt you whether they love you or they don't.
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: But here's the thing. You can't stay where you were
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: just born. You know what I mean? You want to stay,
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: then you ain't going to really learn the way. And
• 3:59
  Speaker 1: that's what I've been able to encounter.

  Speaker 2: Moving forward, got to Acts chapter 7, verse 8.
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: Then God made a covenant with Abraham that his descendants
• 4:14
  Speaker 1: would be his special people.
• 4:17
  Speaker 2: God said, you must circumcise.
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: All your baby boys. Later, Abraham became the father of Isaac, Abraham,
• 4:26
  Speaker 1: and so on. And when we're talking about these circumcised.
• 4:33
  Speaker 2: It's also.
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: Being able to give up and surrender as well. It's
• 4:42
  Speaker 1: not necessarily just for.
• 4:45
  Speaker 2: The procedures. In the operation. There's more to it.

  Speaker 2: Getting deeper into.
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: Acts chapter 10. God saved. Him from all his troubles.

  Speaker 1: And he helped him to live in a wise way.

  Speaker 2: Because of that. Think about all the times. You just.

  Speaker 2: Escape death. Or escape some form of abuse. Or something.

  Speaker 1: And. And. You just can't... I mean, there's so many
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: testimonies out there. Of people surviving car crashes and.
• 5:24
  Speaker 2: You know, different accidents and... I mean... Call it what
• 5:32
  Speaker 2: you want. Because it goes deeper into this... Passage. It
• 5:42
  Speaker 2: is so deep because....
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: When I'm looking at it, and I normally just go
• 5:54
  Speaker 1: through the verses, but I'm really trying to locate something
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: that stands out to me.
• 5:59
  Speaker 2: I'm trying something different. So bear with me.

  Speaker 1: But this is, this is a lot of, I think it's,
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: I remember something that was really deep. Forgive me. Acts
• 6:15
  Speaker 1: chapter 7 verse 42, but God turned away from his people.
• 6:19
  Speaker 1: He let them do what they wanted to do. He
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: let them worship the stars in the sky. One of
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: God's prophets wrote about this long ago. God said to
• 6:28
  Speaker 1: the people of Israel, listen, when you were in the
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: wilderness for 40 years, you brought sacrifices and gifts to me.
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: But you did not really worship me when you did that. No,
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: you carried with you the idol of a God called Malik.
• 6:47
  Speaker 2: So, When we have been astray from God... And... Doing
• 6:56
  Speaker 2: our own thing... It's not just a matter of.
• 7:05
  Speaker 2: Reconnecting and... Things are forgotten....
• 7:10
  Speaker 1: On your part... God's already forgiven you... Before you even have...
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: Come to Him... And tried to repent.

  Speaker 2: Because... Just.

  Speaker 1: Trying shows that you're curious to see what it is
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: like to live on the other side of this dimension.

  Speaker 1: And this isn't a religion kind of Bible study. It's

  Speaker 1: very spiritual. Because I come from a realm of both sides.
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: And it's a great perspective because... order to defeat your
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: enemy you must know your enemy you must know your
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: enemy your enemy's weaknesses their strengths and it's not like
• 7:58
  Speaker 1: it's like you're going to look out for a battle
• 8:00
  Speaker 1: but either way you have the authority of the holy
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: spirit amen i know i do and i'm just not
• 8:05
  Speaker 1: that dude and i say that respectfully because even if
• 8:11
  Speaker 1: i do lose when it comes to you i'm going
• 8:14
  Speaker 1: to heaven so Meaning if that's the final destination or
• 8:20
  Speaker 1: the final, you know, conclusion, then so be it. But
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: at the same time, you know, of course I want
• 8:34
  Speaker 1: to live. I want to be able to do God's will.
• 8:37
  Speaker 1: I want to be able to give back to recovery.
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: I want to be able to have a significant other.
• 8:42
  Speaker 1: You know, be with my brother, be with my mom. And...
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: I couldn't have done those things. Two and a half
• 8:48
  Speaker 1: years ago. So as I got six more minutes. I
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: want to go to also. Verse of the day. Which
• 8:56
  Speaker 1: is always great. Second Corinthians chapter nine. Verse six states.
• 9:03
  Speaker 1: Remember this. If a farmer plants only a few seeds.
• 9:07
  Speaker 1: He will get much as a result. But if he
• 9:10
  Speaker 1: plants plenty of seeds. He will get a big harvest.
• 9:14
  Speaker 1: You have to be able to. Plant not only good
• 9:22
  Speaker 1: seeds in business. But good relationships. Because that's what's going to.
• 9:27
  Speaker 1: Bring in. Not only just when it comes to the money.
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: But quality time. With the right kind of people. God
• 9:38
  Speaker 1: doesn't want you to. Continue to be. Stuck in. The same.
• 9:47
  Speaker 2: Place you were a year ago. maybe even six months ago,
• 9:51
  Speaker 2: depending on your process. Because, I mean, it's all a process.

  Speaker 2: It's definitely a process. So, I'm going to get into.
• 10:10
  Speaker 1: Acts chapter 7 again. I went right back to where
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: we were at. Acts chapter 7 verse 44. When our
• 10:27
  Speaker 1: ancestors were in the wilderness, they carried a special tent
• 10:31
  Speaker 1: with them. It showed that God was there with them.
• 10:35
  Speaker 2: And that is where they worshipped him.
• 10:38
  Speaker 1: God showed Moses how he should make that tent.
• 10:44
  Speaker 2: People made it in that way that God had said. See,
• 10:48
  Speaker 2: this is.
• 10:48
  Speaker 1: Something that I know I can relate because the Holy
• 10:51
  Speaker 1: Spirit has been able to show me certain places to
• 10:55
  Speaker 1: be able to pitch up the tent because I am
• 10:58
  Speaker 1: homeless with my brother. And we sleep in a tent.
• 11:02
  Speaker 1: Air mattresses. And it's a different routine than you would think.
• 11:08
  Speaker 1: But we make it work. But anyways, hopefully it's only
• 11:11
  Speaker 1: a couple more months. Hopefully less. But The truth of
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: the matter is, it's having that ability to put that
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: tent up and be able to bless it by praying,
• 11:27
  Speaker 1: looking at the moon, and not only just the moon,
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: but being able to sit down on a bench and
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: be able to think properly.
• 11:37
  Speaker 2: So I just wanted to just make that as much
• 11:41
  Speaker 2: as possible. Let me see how much time I have left.
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: I got three minutes, so I want to dedicate these
• 11:52
  Speaker 1: three minutes to the love of my life. But she
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: broke my heart again, but it's okay. Forgiven. And not
• 12:00
  Speaker 1: only just forgiven, but driven. The love is not only
• 12:05
  Speaker 1: just ours, it's borrowed from heaven.
• 12:09
  Speaker 2: And that's okay. It's, uh.
• 12:12
  Speaker 2: I know how you... Anyways.

  Speaker 1: I'm very grateful to be alive. Very grateful that I've
• 12:22
  Speaker 1: been able to say. I love you to somebody and
• 12:25
  Speaker 1: mean it. And vice versa.
• 12:29
  Speaker 2: And.
• 12:30
  Speaker 1: Let's see what God has in store. Because it's God's will.
• 12:34
  Speaker 1: That's number one. Everything else underneath it. It's a lesser
• 12:41
  Speaker 1: priority for a reason.
• 12:45
  Speaker 2: So.
• 12:48
  Speaker 1: The top of the priorities don't let you down. But
• 12:53
  Speaker 1: the people that love you most will hurt you the most.
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: They don't mean to. They got their own life going on.
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: They got their own choices to make. They got their
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: own free will. I know that I lived for 20
• 13:09
  Speaker 1: years the way I wanted to and I can't stress
• 13:13
  Speaker 1: it enough or share enough about it. I'm just so
• 13:16
  Speaker 1: grateful that I'm not that person anymore. And who I'm becoming.
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: I'm actually very excited. Because even though I'll never be perfect.
• 13:28
  Speaker 1: I will say some slick things. I will always be
• 13:34
  Speaker 1: able to love. Because.
• 13:37
  Speaker 2: The Holy Spirit loves me. I have all this love
• 13:42
  Speaker 2: to give. And. So do you.
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: And with this last minute, I also want to just
• 13:50
  Speaker 1: bring in the listener. You know, if you're going through
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: a hard time in relationships and things have been said
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: that are negative and you don't know how to process it,
• 14:03
  Speaker 1: just give it to God. Get out what you need
• 14:07
  Speaker 1: to get out and also you're going to be ready
• 14:08
  Speaker 1: to apologize. And actually mean it. That takes time. and
• 14:16
  Speaker 1: really allow God to really be able to fix the
• 14:20
  Speaker 1: whole structure of the relationship. Keep it into consideration that
• 14:28
  Speaker 1: having this authority brings responsibility. And the more you go
• 14:34
  Speaker 1: deeper into the Bible, the more that you're going to
• 14:37
  Speaker 1: fall in love with it.
• 14:38
