- 0:23You may began, I'm ganging again, show comes down, comes,
- 0:32it comes to month. Is it just I'm a doing I'm gonna go on
- 0:40the way you made Vegan Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. Let me listening to
- 0:47the Sports Shock Show. I am the Sports Shock Wayne Candy, Good morning
- 0:51to you out there in listening land. Glad to be here with you.
- 0:56As we wind down twenty twenty three, we are three days away from a
- 1:04new year. As we run into Monday, we will be into twenty twenty
- 1:11four. How was your twenty twenty three? Did everything you start off with
- 1:17on your heart and mind in January become part of your pattern of this year?
- 1:26Only you will know that, But I hope you have an exciting and
- 1:32happy last three days of this year as we turn that corner into the new
- 1:40year. Got a lot of sports still on tap. As you know,
- 1:45the NFL season is winding down. We are two weeks away from the postseason
- 1:52of that the Christmas break is over for the NBA, so I guess now
- 1:56they will decide to get out and play. We got Joah Morent back last
- 2:04week. Got the chance to go watch him play on a Saturday here in
- 2:10Atlanta. His dad Tea is still up to those same old antics. I
- 2:20don't know who can really am men. But he's back to the come to
- 2:24the court and change seats nine times. He just moves around anyone that he
- 2:31thinks he knows. You would think he was at a high school basketball game.
- 2:37Is right back. And then a couple of days later you see John
- 2:38Morant back to the shooting the gun. So it's business as usual for the
- 2:46Moran family and they back they off of suspension. The job morant sneaker line
- 2:52is back up. He's backballing, but it seems that they only pause for
- 2:57the suspension. The anti are back. So for the bad producer and those
- 3:02of his heart, they will love it. And for a lot of people
- 3:07who I've discussed this with over the last couple of days, they'll be confused.
- 3:12Of you would think John Morant was the first athlete who had a dad.
- 3:20I mean, it's just you know, nobody else has ever had a
- 3:23dad or a parent. So I guess Tim Moran is the first. I
- 3:27guess everybody else came from another planet. But Thursday Night football is upon us.
- 3:31The Jts, Jets, Jets and the Browns will do battle. Is
- 3:37not really a significant game for the Jets, but it is for the brown
- 3:42under the tutelage of Joe flyc Oh. Yeah that Joe Flyoh, the Super
- 3:46Bowl champion with the Ravens. The Browns are still in the playoff hunt and
- 3:53trying to ride a season where remember all this started back with Deshaun Watson,
- 3:59and we have skipped around to the point that we have found ourselves with Joe
- 4:02Flacco trying to lead this team into the playoffs. The Broncos with that great
- 4:11defense is just having a spectacular year. And this is the kind of team
- 4:16Joe Flacco as a quarterback. When you talk about a Cam Newton and his
- 4:24comments, Joe Flacco is a guy that plays very well in what we would
- 4:31call a game managing situation where it's about play action, fake running the ball,
- 4:40don't turn the ball over and put the defense in bad position. He
- 4:44did it with the Ravens to the point he got in a Super Bowl and
- 4:47he's doing it right here later in his years where he's just not getting in
- 4:51the way. And sometimes this old school kind of mindset seems to be confusing
- 4:58the defense. They're looking for some special and exotic like Andy Reid or Kyle
- 5:03Shanahan, and he's give him the old Tom Landry. Just get the ball
- 5:08down the field and make it happen. So the Browns at home with a
- 5:12lot to play for the Jets at this point, looking at the draft,
- 5:16Aaron Rodgers has been greenlighted to practice. For you to have a problem with
- 5:20that, I don't know why you would have a problem. They put him
- 5:25on the active rockster so he can get a couple of reps, be around
- 5:28the team and start trying to bun for next year if it's going to happen.
- 5:33But the Browns are ten and five with two games ago and trying to
- 5:38solidify a playoff and Saturday Detroit will take on Dallas. There is no Monday
- 5:43night game, so everything will be done by Sunday, but Detroit and Dallas
- 5:50on Saturday night. Dallas, you know, trying to find some momentum with
- 5:56that ten the attendance five as well, But with that team, you want
- 6:00a little more energy going into the playoffs. So that is Saturday night football
- 6:05for you. We do have an announcement that on January to ninth here in
- 6:10Atlanta, if you're anywhere around Atlanta, if you can get you a ticket
- 6:16from Charlotte on the new train system that commandchi Greg was talking about. They're
- 6:24building a train system that gets you from Charlotte to Atlanta in two hours.
- 6:30Basically, you could do the same thing. If there was no traffic,
- 6:33you probably could get on the highway and punch it. But you know,
- 6:38the traffic going in between Charlotte and Atlanta will freeze you for an hour and
- 6:42a half in its own right. But commandchie Greg under the pseudonym of what's
- 6:49your stage name, it's my government name, which I'm not. I don't
- 6:55know if I should give out on the area. I'm trying to pub your
- 6:59show. Gro help me help you? Oh you're trying to help Ike,
- 7:04You're gonna help I mean, I'm trying to help him on his on his
- 7:09is that's the stage name you call yourself? Government name? Coming to the
- 7:13stage government name? Yeah, that's it. Okay, Well, the government
- 7:17name will be at the Laughing Skull Lounge on an open mic on the ninth
- 7:24of January twenty twenty four. Now, I don't know if you will know
- 7:30him from the show. All I can give you is a description of him.
- 7:35To know that who we're talking about. If you're not watching, maybe
- 7:38you're just listening. But we called him command you Greg. Around here,
- 7:44we've had a couple of VJs, DJs mixers, board operators that go buy
- 7:49a bunch of secret government names someplace else. So this is not my first
- 7:55experience which you undercover code name people that's to won't to exist. A couple
- 8:01of guys we've had over there. I know two of them. I don't
- 8:03that wasn't their name because I would write their check. But then what they
- 8:09would say that wasn't their name. So so this is not a new thing
- 8:13for me. I feel you you're running from whoever. We always figured there's
- 8:18a couple of children out there that you're running from. Anyway, But you
- 8:22will be at the Laughing Skull, Yes, and you will be on as
- 8:28an opening act. Do you know when you're going on? No, it's
- 8:35it's an open mic, so there'll probably be about twenty different comments. So
- 8:41how would the people that's listening different you as the person to be clapping loud
- 8:46for. They won't. They won't. Oh, okay, okay, tell
- 9:01name. Well, I've done my part. Tell him your name. The
- 9:05January the name twenty twenty four laughing's called Loune. The guy incognito, one
- 9:11of the comedians up there works at the Sports Shock Show. I guess that's
- 9:16all I can can give out right now. But Big Kenny the funny man
- 9:18himself is in the building. Command Shee Greg as he's on here is in
- 9:22the building, and the bad producer is in the building this morning as well.
- 9:33I'm tempted to go by my government name today just because he won't use
- 9:37his, just because he won't use his attempted to use my full government name.
- 9:43So, guys, we've got to try to get down there and see.
- 9:46Yet, we don't know what time, right, We don't know what
- 9:52time to arrive. We don't know what time he going on. We just
- 9:54know what time. Do you know what time it starts? It starts at
- 9:58eight apm. Eight p twenty people how many minutes? Five minutes a slot
- 10:03four minutes. Well yeah, and they'll let him do the full four minutes
- 10:07because they don't boom where he's going, because you know, some of that
- 10:11stuff be like twenty people, but the first eighteen be about three minutes total,
- 10:15so you might go on between eight thirty, nine fifteen. I don't
- 10:20know. The last time I went on, it was like nine forty.
- 10:24Okay. Basically we would have to sit the whole time. Yeah, that's
- 10:28why I'm trying to figure out that I don't pull up. Got you,
- 10:31got you? Okay, okay. So our version of commands you Greg once
- 10:37again the Laughing Skull on the ninth of January, a four minute set,
- 10:41yes on an open mic. So if you get a chance run by there,
- 10:46you won't know who he is, but you know, maybe he'll stand
- 10:50out with his comedy and at the end you'd be talking about I'm doing this
- 10:54the hard way, trying to stand out with the comedy, not mi.
- 11:01I remember those days. Uh. But sit back, relaxed. We got
- 11:05a great show for you today. We're gonna talk about the Pistons, Russell
- 11:09Wilson, John Morant, Randy Mass, Generations, z Eudonnas Haslam, Aaron
- 11:18Gordon, Zaire, Alexander Serena Williams. Got a lot to talk about.
- 11:24Some of the usual suspects. As we wind down twenty twenty three with you,
- 11:28We'll be back with more the Sports Jock Show right after this. I
- 11:33got you deep in the heart of me. You're so deep in my heart
- 11:43you are really a bard on me. Jn't by Wayne Born of The Sports

- 12:56abandoned by her family and placed in foster care at fifteen year years old.
- 13:01Her life was full of uncertainty. She thought she'd never have a permanent place
- 13:07to call home. Before I was adopted, I felt like I wasn't enough.
- 13:11I had this hole in my heart and I never knew what I needed
- 13:13to patch that hole. But when my mom asked to adopt me, that
- 13:18hole was closed. It feels so normal now to say that I'm a part
- 13:22of this family. I am surrounded by love, I feel safe, and
- 13:26that hole inside of me is gone. I am whole. I'm finally enough,
- 13:31just as I am. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is changing the

- 14:43it to a completely different level this year where we highlight an appolte that has
- 14:48taken their game to the next level. H you do who you think you
- 15:05are? Stop? You're never gonna get my love? What makes it this
- 15:13wry Shock Show? I'm the horse Shock Wayne Candy. Good morning to you
- 15:18out there listening, Land glad to be here with you. The Gang is
- 15:22in the building one more time for twenty twenty three. Speaking of the Gang,
- 15:28the Detroit Pistons now hold the single season record for consecutive losses in Detroit.
- 15:39They've lost over twenty seven games in a row. I think it's the
- 15:45mark. Yeah, they're at twenty seven this season, which is a third
- 15:54of when you do what do think, you know, think about the math
- 15:58eighty one games? Yeah, so that's a third of the season is just
- 16:03in losses. Already, Detroit under the head coach Monty Williams, are pulling
- 16:11this off. It doesn't seem to be a lot of noise outside of the
- 16:15basketball community. I guess it stands out for us old basketball fans because we
- 16:25remember the bad boys. We remember those teams like the Chauncey Billups and Rip
- 16:30Hamilton that brung home the trophy as well. And you would think Detroit,
- 16:36who's been down a lot of recent years and been in that lottery of the
- 16:41NBA consecutively, you would have enough talent through that to not go on a
- 16:48twenty seven game losing street. But the other night, during the game,
- 16:55the fans were chanting sell the team, and you picture Detroit without a team.
- 17:03Ponder that for just a second. Now, the Pistons, we we
- 17:07we love to go to places when we talk about teams like the Charlotte Hornets,
- 17:12or we like to go to the Pelicans, or we'd like to run
- 17:15in the NFL to Jacksonville and be quickly to throw them on get them out
- 17:22of town. But Detroit without a basketball team? Can can you? Can
- 17:32you envision that? No? I don't think I think they would have a
- 17:37new owner, not that they would like move or do you think like if
- 17:40they if the team was so that they would just move, they will move.
- 17:44That's what we're here. I mean, that's what I'm saying. Nobody
- 17:47thinks of Detroit without a team, right, But the fans are in there
- 17:51chanting sell the team, and one or two about people standing were they were
- 17:56they talking about just the owner, just sell the team because he's not doing
- 17:59putting a good productgal or they Is that more of the case just they were
- 18:03going to get rid of their owner. I think that's what Greg, You're
- 18:04saying the same. More or less, it starts like they're not there,
- 18:10they're not talking about the owner they're talking about the team right, like they
- 18:18no longer want the team. Y'all have skipped the whole nothing because you don't
- 18:21want to ponder what I'm asking you to ponder. You're trying to jump to
- 18:25get their owner out of there. I mean that would be selling the team.
- 18:29That would be that would be the owner selling the team. No,
- 18:32get rid of the team, right, But you're not acause you're doing a
- 18:36bad job. But I don't think they I don't think they move now.
- 18:40Yeah, I mean when if that's the case, they might. They must
- 18:42be really feeling themselves about the Lions this year year because the Lions. They
- 18:47should have been hard to sell the Lions years ago. You'll sell anything in
- 18:51Detroit, Okay, not not the Piston. So basically I'm talking about the
- 18:56Pistons that we were talking about the line about the line. I'm just saying,
- 18:59if you gonna sell anything, I wouldn't sell the pistol. Well,
- 19:02the man that owned the man that owned the Pistons and the person that owned
- 19:07the Lions are not the same people. And the guy that owned the Lions
- 19:11is listening right now, like we win it. Why you got us throw
- 19:14it off? Fit thiss we win it. So you know that that was
- 19:17another year you talking about. We're talking about this year, and they want
- 19:21them to sell the Detroit Piston and do what replace them with another team?
- 19:26Do they want to just be NBA team less? Are they hoping that someone
- 19:32will jump the border from Canada and replace them? Are they going to go
- 19:36under a different name? How will that work? I mean, we're talking
- 19:38about a team that gained legendary status in their series against the Chicago Bulls.
- 19:48That was an iconic basketball matchup to the point where people still try and make
- 19:55the Detroit Pistons the Chicago Bulls major rivals. I'm just saying in a time
- 20:00and age where the Raiders are in Las Vegas, they did go to Las
- 20:07Vegas. They're in Las Vegas. I know y'all are old traditionalists some days,
- 20:15but they didn't want to be libertarians the next I don't know but one
- 20:21or two markets that you can say a team. I can never really see
- 20:27how and what and how the Lakers could not be in La I don't see
- 20:33how the Knicks would not be in New York. But that's a short list.
- 20:41Other teams don't give me this feel that they are cemented to where they
- 20:48are. What about Boston? You know what I'm saying, They're on that
- 20:51short list, the short list of teams. But a couple of weeks ago,
- 20:55when we were talking about the Vegas family that bought the Mavericks, Yes,
- 21:00and I was saying the Dallas the Vegas Mavericks, and y'all were like
- 21:06no, And I'm like, well, why not. I don't know that
- 21:11they have a traditional fan base that could defeat the numbers I might be able
- 21:15to get in Vegas. Right, They're not the Knicks, They're not the
- 21:22their regional team. So I don't know. But but you got when you
- 21:29say the Raider that's a nation like raiter nation. Wherever the Raiders go,
- 21:33they're going to be yeah, but but all over it. But everyone had
- 21:37had imagined that that stigma, the Raider nation, that label stuck with them
- 21:45because they were loyal to the Bay Area. Now, and I'm saying you
- 21:52you would have thought that that was the only way that you thought that they
- 21:56would travel well to see them play opponents, but to actually leave the Bay
- 22:02Area to go to an entire now, not the city across the Bay,
- 22:06a whole nother state, a lot of people don't think that the Raiders would
- 22:10be willing to do that. Like a lot of people probably don't think that
- 22:12Detroit Pistons are willing to do it. But what we're seeing now is there
- 22:18is no allegiance to anything. That is the fan base, that is the
- 22:26city, that is the supporters, none of that. We're talking people are
- 22:30going to go where they think they can get the best deals and the best
- 22:34stadiums. Yeah, even if the NBA ends up putting another team back in
- 22:38the city at the exit, because the NBA wants it to be in Detroit.
- 22:48We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show. Right after this. We'resting
- 22:55away again and search in form, shigure out, Don't bow Away. More
- 23:08of the Sports John Show with Wayne Gandidius comming up next. Attention homeowners,

- 24:18quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece of financial security, yet
- 24:23only forty nine percent actually have life insurance. When I was twenty five,
- 24:27me and my wife were just getting started with our family and thought we lived
- 24:30forever life insurance. What's the last thing on my mind? What about you?
- 24:33Will you be leaving benefits or bills? When I was forty with a
- 24:37kid in college and bills piling up. I was worried how my family was
- 24:41survive without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with the insurance informant.
- 24:44Information gives you power and life. Insurance gives your family security no matter what
- 24:48stage of life you're in. Now that I'm older, I don't worry about
- 24:51whether I'll leave my family with bills or benefits. The answer is easy,
- 24:55whether you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a little or a lot,
- 24:57all you need is the insurance informant to help you build a foundation of
- 25:02security, because without you, your family will have two options, benefits or
- 25:06bills. Which legacy will you leave behind? Log on today benefits or bills?
- 25:11Dot com? That's benefits or bills dot com. Hi, we're the
- 25:17Goo Goo dolls. We're fortunate that our daughters have what they need to grow
- 25:19and learn, but that isn't the case for nearly thirteen million kids in the
- 25:23US that struggle with hunger. Childhood hunger is a heartbreaking reality that Feeding America
- 25:27is working to change. Each year, the Feeding American network of food banks
- 25:32rescues billions of pounds of good food that would have gone to waste and provides
- 25:34it to families and children in need. You can help kids in need in
- 25:37your community by visiting Feeding America dot org. Brought to you by Feeding America
- 25:44and the ad Council. And now back to the sports John Wayne Gandy in
- 25:57the Rayzo side side, simply wild baby, it's the people's chip. Look
- 26:26about to the shower. I'm the sports shock Wayne Gandy. Good morning to
- 26:30you. Funny story coming out of here in the Atlanta area. Before we
- 26:36get back to sports. Uh. Down in the Riverdale area. For you
- 26:40who land in Atlanta, that south of the airport. So even if you're
- 26:45not here, most of you when you land you go north. If you
- 26:49go south, there's a little town called Riverdale. At a waffle house.
- 26:52At that down in Riverdale, UH, a woman posed as a waffle house
- 26:59waitress for about eight hours. She worked, came in, she told the
- 27:07other employees that she had been sent there to join that shift, and she
- 27:18worked a couple of hours and took one hundred and thirty dollars from the register
- 27:25by the time she left, so she got her tips for the tables and
- 27:30also took one hundred and thirty dollars. Now big Kenny. Now you you
- 27:37applauding crime. This is what I always tell you guys, y'all go from
- 27:44y'all go from praise the Lord God, thank you for getting me through another
- 27:48day, to applauding criminal activity in the same breaststroke. Sir, sir,
- 27:56first of all, is that not what you were doing. I was not
- 28:00applaud in crime. I was applauding creativity. That's what I was plawting it.
- 28:07Now, now the energy was misdirected. The energy could be focused better.
- 28:15But the creativity that it took, the willingness to commit to that role
- 28:22to go in. I mean, because now this is the thing, this
- 28:25is the thing that I understand because I used to manage waffle houses. To
- 28:29pull that off, you have to know the menu prices. Waffle house does
- 28:33not have prices on their menu. The waitresses do not ring that stuff up
- 28:40by hitting a button, and it calculates. You have to know the menu
- 28:44prices in your head to fill out the tip correctly. If it's not filled
- 28:48out, the other people will notice because that's not the price of this stuff.
- 28:51That's not how much onions cost to add on hash browns. So she
- 28:55had to have had some knowledge. She had to have had a uniform,
- 28:57because just can't walk off street in your street clothes and work at a waffle
- 29:02house. There had to be some knowledge of waffle house procedure or she used
- 29:07to just work at a waffle house. That's what I'm saying. Somewhere and
- 29:10she went then decide to make it come and I'm finna rob them instead of
- 29:14clock of the inn. I need some money. It's around the holidays.
- 29:18I'm gonna go in and get the only hustle I know. I won't be
- 29:21stealing out of people's cars. I won't be breaking windows, so I'm kind
- 29:25of working, but I'm stealing because I'm gonna get my tips. Well,
- 29:27she has been. The Riverdale Police Department have issued a warrant for her arrests.
- 29:36I doubt one hundred and thirty dollars will get her bailed out. It
- 29:38will not, it will not. I don't know one hundred and thirty dollars
- 29:41baill And they got cameras everywhere in the waffle house now, so they got
- 29:45a clear image of her. But I saw the story and I thought,
- 29:48Wow, the lengths in which people will go to we'll go to for when
- 29:56these in this fact you worked a couple of hours. You could have just
- 30:00got a job. You could have really just and been like, hey,
- 30:06can I work here at the house. And this is the thing which is
- 30:10dangerous to me is that. And I'm sure, I'm sure, when you
- 30:15have a place that's open twenty four hours and it requires staffing that entire time,
- 30:18there may be times when you send somebody to fill in for you.
- 30:22But for someone to be able to walk into a business and have no affiliation
- 30:27with that business and then be allowed to just run rough shot in that business
- 30:33for about eight hours, it's scary to me. Anybody could have been up
- 30:37in here with us that entire time. The Denver Broncos are deciding in these
- 30:41last two games to go in another direction. They're going to put in Jared
- 30:47Stitham or ego there to you Jarrett. Jared was quarterback at Auburn for two
- 30:52years. This is his fourth year in the NFL. He spent two years
- 30:59with the Patriots and the last two years he's been with Denver. Sean Payton,
- 31:07the head coach of the Broncos, says that this is not a financial
- 31:12move on his part. Well, you have to give him credit that he
- 31:23has never seemed to be a Russell Wilson fan, So it does seem to
- 31:30be lining up with how you would handle this situation with two games to go,
- 31:37They've lost three of the last four after winning about five in a row.
- 31:41You got two games left. Maybe I'm getting a look at Jared Stitham's
- 31:48in these two games so I can get rid of him too. I'm saying,
- 31:51maybe, I know I need to get a little tape to see because
- 31:53if I need to justify cutting it, getting everybody out of here, I
- 31:57don't even have to go into the all season wondering who I'm going to have
- 32:01to cut next. Well, I can get me a little look right here,
- 32:05and we can go get us the best guy that's available for the next
- 32:09possible future going question. So reportedly this was decided two months ago that they
- 32:17wanted to move on from Russell Wilson. And this was before that winning streak.
- 32:22So what do you think that like it was? What do you think
- 32:28that meant that, like despite the winning streak, like there's really nothing Russell
- 32:31could do to like change their minds about this. No, I think they
- 32:36if the decision was made months ago, he was given an opportunity to see
- 32:40if he could lead us to the playoffs. There's still a chance to make
- 32:47the playoffs, not enough chance for me not to need to go ahead on
- 32:51and evaluate your chance. Is I have to win two games? Correct?
- 32:55Yes, and then about four other teams have to do some other stuff.
- 33:00They Yeah, they would also need the Chiefs to lose their last two games.
- 33:04Yeah, so they need a lot of help. But and mathematically,
- 33:09teams go with the one they have the one because I've been in this situation
- 33:15as long as you're on the first or second option, meaning that if this
- 33:22team does this and this team does that, then you have hope when it
- 33:28starts to be I need four things that happen. Hey, you bring a
- 33:32girl. I need these two teams to lose two games. These two teams
- 33:37that lose to particular teams. Let's just get ready for next year. Does
- 33:44she have a friend, Yeah, but if you like them tall, but
- 33:46her hair ain't that long. But she kind of slow and she run.
- 33:51So I've been in that. I remember with the Steelers we were playing out
- 33:54and this was when the Chargers were still in San Diego, and we went
- 33:59in to that game just needing one thing. To happen outside of us winning.
- 34:05We beat the Chargers and some one thing happened. That's cool when it
- 34:09starts being that just is good for you Vegas betters that want to, oh,
- 34:15if this happened, it's some hope. Man, go ahead and put
- 34:16that e beside my name eliminated because you're telling me his third place kicker could
- 34:29hit the goal post. And then they only lose by three, which would
- 34:35make sure that we got pushed into the wild card Brown that would allow us
- 34:40to face the person who loses three games to the guy who won. And
- 34:44that's not like the Falcons. The Falcons need to win their last two games.
- 34:49I didn't get the finished one and they need Tampa to loser game.
- 34:54What I was gonna say, win the Vision, and that was to get
- 34:59in a hole. That's they need. They don't need for people to fall
- 35:01down, go ahead and finish, because that we got to pull for the
- 35:07Saints to lose to I'm not pulling. I'm not pulling for the Saints.
- 35:10They don't need the win. They need the Saints to win this weekend,
- 35:16So that's what I'm saying. No, they just need are they playing the
- 35:20Bucks, That's who all I know is that I was it was supposed I
- 35:24was reading What's Carolina plays the Bucks too? I don't know. We gotta
- 35:30have we got one week, we gotta pull. It's like we got to
- 35:32pull for the Saints. As a Falcons fan, you're hoping the Saints do
- 35:37something win out and I'm like, no, I rather forget that, not
- 35:43pulling for the Saints. But that's your short sidedness that you don't want to
- 35:46playoff games. I'm pulling for whoever to get meetings they might want to lose
- 35:55because we told them go ahead. Use you said you wanted to hear Okay,
- 36:00I'll take account of I said I want to hear it, but you
- 36:05you let him say it because you couldn't say shut the mic off for both
- 36:09of them. Because I don't have an enemy, I won't cheer for if
- 36:14it's gonna benefit me, right, I don't have that enemy. I don't.
- 36:20I don't even know how that works that I wouldn't cheer for for me
- 36:22to get a title fight. I need Big Kenny to beat Commands. Greg.
- 36:29I'm gonna be sending Big Kenny flowers, hoping and all kinds of stuff,
- 36:34because if you beat come in Greg, get you get your shot.
- 36:37Oh, I got it. I'm your biggest fan. I ain't gonna be
- 36:40like I don't want no contender to win. So whatever this guy is talking
- 36:45about ladies and gentlemen. What what does the judge tell the juror disregard disregard
- 36:52that. God, don't listen to that. And Greg before the show go
- 36:57off, make sure I got this right. The Falcons just need to win
- 37:00their last two games. Yes, and they need Tampa to lose a game.
- 37:06Is that correct? Uh? Yes, they're They're one game back,
- 37:13so they yeah, they need at least one. Okay, it's it shapes
- 37:16up to be more like that. Yeah, Twy talking about if the because
- 37:22they have the tie breaker against the Saints, right, or they would play
- 37:25for them to win their last two games, they have to play the Saints.
- 37:29They the last game against is against the Saints. Bad produce all like
- 37:35and when and then Carolina? Yes, right, so there is so they
- 37:43you need the Saints to win to have a chance. I don't want I
- 37:46don't forget it. I'm just leaved and we'll be back for more of the

- 41:39You can find this one and also Deezer the Deezer App. Deezer App.
- 41:45I'm gonna need you to write all those down so I can remember to mention
- 41:49them as we go through. You know, a secretive. Though the show,
- 41:53we talked about Russell Wilson being benched a little bit for Denver going with
- 41:58Jared Stidham over the at least this week. I think Russell will be the
- 42:02backup. A lot of this is Russell's salary a lot of it is Russell's
- 42:07age, and it's where Russell fits into what Sean Payton, the new head
- 42:12coach, wants to do headed forward. You know, it's just more of
- 42:17it is the beloved Russell Wilson, who has entertained us for years, especially
- 42:22when he was in Seattle. He has struggled in Denver, whether it's age,
- 42:28whether it's learning a new system, whatever it is, has been more
- 42:32of a struggle in these last two three years then we remember him in Seattle.
- 42:38So which factor we don't really know. But as an organization, these
- 42:44are those moments where you have to make those tough decisions if you don't feel
- 42:49like that person is still on top of their game and you can figure out
- 42:52a way to get and move on from them for that kind of salary,
- 42:58you can understand why Denver is making this move and in these last two weeks.
- 43:04And that's the dangerous things about playing a lot of teams. You start
- 43:07getting different looks. These are dangerous teams. These teams that don't have nothing
- 43:13to play for have a lot to play for, especially when you start seeing
- 43:16backups come in because a lot of times you don't have any film to study
- 43:22on them, and also those guys know, hey, this is my audition.
- 43:28I'm on the bubble. I'm one of those people that I can show
- 43:30the team to keep me and they don't need to draft this young guy.
- 43:35And that's where you are. And what you do is you get a good
- 43:38effort. So dangerous teams in these last two weeks, a lot of teams
- 43:44still have a lot to play for Denver. Going in another direction, the
- 43:47New York Giants going back to Tyrod Taylor. Danny DeVito, the backup quarterback
- 43:54who's been in there for five six weeks. He is going back to the
- 43:58backup spot. He was three and three while in there. Everybody had fun
- 44:02with him. People made wine and named pizzas after him. Now we're going
- 44:08back to Tyrod Taylor for the Giants as well. But I think the veto
- 44:15it showed enough for the Giants to keep him around and it's solidified a backup
- 44:21spot for next year. Whereas a Tyrod Taylor, no knock on him,
- 44:24but you know, Tyrod is in his thirteen fourteenth years, So most likely
- 44:30I'm gonna go with the younger guy who showed me when I did put him
- 44:32in there. He can get me through because this is still Danny. What's
- 44:37the guy got hurt? Daniel Jones, Jones the team at least that's who
- 44:42they signed all the money to. Daniel Jones got hurt. So different direction
- 44:46there up in Green Bay. Zair Alexander, the cornerback, the All Pro
- 44:54being benched this week. Thank you, Matt Lafleur. I like this,
- 45:00this is this is some of that Bill Belichick, Bill Parcells old school get
- 45:07your mind right kind of coaching. Typically a starter, especially a talented starter
- 45:15like JayR Alexander, coaches try to figure out how this wasn't wrong. But
- 45:22JayR Alexander decided that he would join the captains at the coin toss and even
- 45:30called the coin flip. He was not one of the three captains for this
- 45:34week or last week, but he decided since the game was in Charlotte and
- 45:40he was from the Carolina area, he would inject himself out on the field
- 45:49and they're handling and there, yeah, he injected hisself. He called a
- 45:53coin. They asked him did he want to defer? He said, we
- 46:00want to play defense, which is not how you answer. It's either you
- 46:04want to receive or defer. Then the referee asks you what side goal you
- 46:07want all that, but he wasn't even supposed to be out there and it
- 46:14didn't work in a negative for Green Bay. But Matt Lafleura, the head
- 46:19coach, still handled this in the correct way. Your sensibilities and what you
- 46:23want to do at the expense of the team is not going to be stood
- 46:30for. You might have some kind of issue with coach all week, then
- 46:36you should have went in bed coach to make you the captain since you wanted
- 46:40to go out there as the captain, since you was back in your home
- 46:44state. Because that's what it sounds like. Now, you've caused yourself the
- 46:46embarrassment of this and a game check all over that you decided that you wanted
- 46:54the honor of being the captain. They didn't vote you to captain that week,
- 47:00and it's just a you know, I applaud Matt Lafleur and the GM
- 47:06and the owner to take it this far, because this is how this should
- 47:12be handled. Mister Alexander, I just don't understand, and I know a
- 47:20lot of people, Oh that's no, it's not minor. No, it's
- 47:22not it's not minor at all at all. It's not minor at all.
- 47:25I was going to ask you oftentimes have taken us inside the helmet of the
- 47:32professional football athlete. Where does that part come from? I mean, I
- 47:37get it. I'm the starter. I'm a wide receiver. We know that
- 47:40quarterbacks, we know wide receivers, we know safeties, guys like that have
- 47:46different mentalities. We've seen where we can kind of make allowances for the antics
- 47:53of some positions. The Odell Beckhams have almost been given leverage to be different.
- 48:00But that is more than ego. That's more than That's more than anything
- 48:06I've seen before. For me to go to an official proceeding of the game
- 48:12and just be on some not hold my beer. I got this. How
- 48:15does that even formulate in your mind, let alone you act on it.

- 50:51Center cord on sports News, Gossip, blah blah blah blah blah, our
- 51:21best they did love. Back to the Spoyshock Show, the spot Shock Win
- 51:25Candy, Good morning to you. We left off talking about Green bays Ill
- 51:31Here Alexander the cornerback six years in the n f L, two time pro
- 51:37bowler. Last Sunday's game against Carolina in Charlotte. Zaire Alexander, who is
- 51:45from the Charlotte area, decided to supersede over rule his coaches and teammates decision.
- 51:55Green Bay is one of those teams that they don't they rotate their captains.
- 52:00This was typically the way that it had been done in football. Whoever,
- 52:07the team captain was just the team captain. We've always had team captains
- 52:13and fifteen sixteen years ago they decided to start marking those captains and making them
- 52:21permanent. But it used to be a week to week basis. There was
- 52:23a team captain within the ranks, so you know, we always had team
- 52:29captains, they just were not the captains for every game, and they didn't
- 52:34have the Sea on their chests in some kind of separation from the team.
- 52:39You just was known as the team captain. So now you have the Sea's
- 52:45on your chest. Green Bay still goes with the old school where they rotate
- 52:50who the captain is, typically based on your leadership or your performance from the
- 52:54last game, to give everybody that honor, almost like the player of the
- 53:00week. Well, green Bay had their three captains. They send him the
- 53:05middle field for the coin toss. Those three players would have been the players
- 53:08that coach Matt Lafleur would have to explain what he wanted. We're out there,
- 53:15we can call the coin. The other stuff the coach has told us.
- 53:19We're not out there picking what goal, which side of the field.
- 53:22We're not picking whether we want to play offensive defense. No, I'm just
- 53:27out here for the coin, so that when the referee asked me heads or
- 53:32tail, that is my decision. Everything else the coaches told me. If
- 53:37we win, we want the ball. If we win the toss, we
- 53:40want to defer the ball. When we defer the ball, we want to
- 53:44protect this goal. When we win, we want them to kick this way.
- 53:47That information comes from the special teams coach. He's trying to gauge to
- 53:51win, or where the coach wants his signage to come in the fourth quarter.
- 53:59But me, somehow he likes his team, so he wants them driving
- 54:01into this end zone or that end zone. I don't want them playing in
- 54:06this en zone because it's closed based on how the stadium. So if I
- 54:08win the toss, I want to make sure that my team is not driving
- 54:12into that noise. If we had the ball last all these things, but
- 54:16that ain't on me as a player. Mine is just is it heads or
- 54:20tails? The rest of it is on that Zaire Alexander had none of that
- 54:23permission. He wasn't a team captain. He asserted himself out there in midfield,
- 54:29and I'm telling you that this is not me being hard at all.
- 54:34This means that if coach came in and asked me a team vote, I
- 54:36would have raised my hand that we can't have this now, this big Kenny,
- 54:43I think to answer your question was more that you know, as much
- 54:46as we are all alpha males and everybody wants that consideration. He's from Charlotte,
- 54:52so he got a probably got fifty people at the game. He wants
- 54:57that privilege. Now if do anything the week before to earn captain this week,
- 55:04then maybe you could have went and dead coach maybe and told him your
- 55:09story. Hey, coach, I'm from I always dreamed about being team captain,
- 55:13and maybe he would have went with it, but for you just to
- 55:15decide bad producer. Do you think Matt Lafleoyd handled this correct I mean,
- 55:22yeah, he handled it correctly, But my concern is about the other three
- 55:27captains that allowed him to come on the field with them. I didn't allow
- 55:30you to do anything that he would even allow him to. But they're the
- 55:34captain. Somebody just said get I mean, you would think they would say,
- 55:37what are you doing now? Now? Now? And why do you
- 55:39put everything on somebody else to have to be something for you? You're your
- 55:45own man. They're the captains, though they're chosen to as the captains of
- 55:50the week. And this man walks out on the field, you're not gonna
- 55:52ask him what is he doing? No, listen, listen. There's a
- 55:58thing when you're in the professional realm that people call professionalism in sports. They
- 56:06talk about you play your position. We all out here getting a check.
- 56:09You know where you're supposed to be, just like you know where you're not
- 56:14supposed to be. You've been doing this long enough to know you ain't supposed
- 56:17to be out here. Why would I turn around and make a scene.
- 56:21You've already proven to me that you are beyond reasoning with. Because surely someone
- 56:25said to you when you were getting ready and hyping yourself up in the locker
- 56:30room, I'm gonna go out there anyway. Surely someone saying, ah,
- 56:31come on, man, that's a bad idea. Surely someone in yourself has
- 56:37said to you know, that's a bad idea. So I'm going to be
- 56:39the last guy, the last line of defense. No, you've already shown
- 56:44that you're beyond reasoning with. I'm gonna let you do your thing and let
- 56:49the team vote for you to be suspended or cut or whatever it is they
- 56:52deem its necessary. It probably wasn't a bigger that he was out there.
- 57:00Uh, but it was just what he did in the coin toss, like
- 57:06he didn't follow the instructions. He uh, he spoke out of turn.
- 57:12No, it's like, as far as from the players, I'm telling you,
- 57:23you surely wouldn't be out here if somebody didn't send you out here.
- 57:32It's as simple as that. This is y'all are trying to complicate it.
- 57:37Surely we all went out You wouldn't have come out here. You caught me
- 57:45totally off guard. Coach must have sent you out here late, right,
- 57:49had to, had to. You wouldn't have just came out here and inserted
- 57:52yourself. That's why you're a starter. Why would you be doing for more
- 58:00attention? Then here's aire, Alexander, you the bad boy. You wouldn't
- 58:04just jog out here because you're from the all time. Come on, surely
- 58:08Desire here wouldn't do that, would he? I thought we were about to
- 58:12play, right were Green Bay? I mean green Bay Bay. It's as
- 58:17similar as that. So those three guys, they're being taken off guard because
- 58:24I would imagine you had to have gotten permission and come out. Coach must
- 58:29have changed his mind and what he told you to go out there late and
- 58:34sportshock. What it's akin to is when we were in another location, there
- 58:37would be people that would walk into that radio station and just mill around,
- 58:43and everybody would kind of be on some I don't know who they are,
- 58:46but surely they are supposed to be here, because who just walks off the
- 58:50street into a radio station that just walks up in a booth and starts broadcast,
- 58:54And surely these people have some sort of affiliation with the station. And
- 58:59then there days when we learned they did. If Green Bay loses this week
- 59:02and out of the playoff picture, I'm suspending you next week me too as
- 59:07well, me too. The only reason I'm not doing you two weeks is
- 59:10because I might need you in the last week to win a game. But
- 59:15if we out of the picture, come Sunday because I gotta put my foot
- 59:19down so everybody. This needs to echo for everybody. Yes, this is
- 59:22a true selfish move. Yes, we'll be back to more than Sports Shock

- 1:02:05Show, I'm the Sworshock Wing Gamdy, good morning to you. We are
- 1:02:09winding down twenty twenty three. Thursday Night Football Chests versus Brown Saturday Night Football
- 1:02:15Detroit versus Dallas. The other games. Everybody is up. There are no
- 1:02:21more bye weeks. Everybody else is playing on Sunday, and no more no
- 1:02:24Monday night game this week after that triple hitter on Christmas this past week.
- 1:02:32Bowl games all around, they're just popping on. No real kind of semblance
- 1:02:39of when and where and how they are played. They are just on the
- 1:02:45They're pulling eggnog on people, they are pulling mayo on people, all kinds
- 1:02:52of traditions in these bowls. I have to confess I haven't watched any of
- 1:02:57the bulls. I watched some of the Celebration Bowl that kind of kicked off
- 1:03:00the season. But they are on random times four or five players on each
- 1:03:07side, regardless of college. Anyone that thinks they're going to the pros,
- 1:03:12most of them have opted out of even playing in the bowl games. We
- 1:03:15have some bigger bowl games coming up this weekend. I'm not sure Florida State.
- 1:03:22Seems like at least everybody that thinks they're going to the pros are not
- 1:03:27playing in that game. Here in Atlanta is the Peach Bowl Old Miss versus
- 1:03:30Penn State. I know about four Old Miss starters that think they're going to
- 1:03:36the Pros are not playing. So it seems that the bowl season has become
- 1:03:40just more if it's not your team, most likely you're not caring to watch
- 1:03:46as in other years when you were trying to catch some of those key players
- 1:03:51or stars you had known throughout the season to play. Now next week we
- 1:03:55do have the playoffs where Alabama playing Michigan, Texas playing Washington, so a
- 1:04:04lot of interest will go into that, but some people, the fever of
- 1:04:08that seems to have tempered too. Haven't had a lot of conversation about those
- 1:04:12games, and some of that is the unfairness people felt that was given to
- 1:04:15Florida State in that. You know, as the days get closer, I'm
- 1:04:19quite sure people will tune in, but it did lose a little of its
- 1:04:23luster by the committee making that move. So where your bowl game fits in
- 1:04:30there a couple of to day as we have mocked and kind of talked about
- 1:04:36this for years, there's almost about forty two forty three bowls, so basically
- 1:04:45all you need is a six and six record you can go to a bowl
- 1:04:48game. And it's just becoming I don't know that people are even that interested
- 1:04:54anymore. Is filling time on the television if anything? For certain, have
- 1:05:00you guys watched much, uh of the bowl games. I've been watching a
- 1:05:06couple of halfs, just catching in between. I was going to say I've
- 1:05:12seen some accidentally, like oh, a bowl game. I mean, if
- 1:05:15it's no other sports on, if something else is not only The most I've
- 1:05:18seen is the we talked about the Pop Tarts Bowl. I saw the trophy
- 1:05:24where it's they have two slots for it, like the it's a the football
- 1:05:29is like a toaster you put the pop Tarts in it. That's the most
- 1:05:31college football. The two bowl games that I've caught, by surprise were last
- 1:05:39night, what was Aloha Bowl? Was Aloha Bowl? Last I know,
- 1:05:44there was the Holiday last night I think was the Holiday Bowl. And and
- 1:05:48then I accidentally caught the Gasparilla Bowl as well. And I wanted to ask
- 1:05:55when Florida State was snubbed. One of the pervacient reasons they gave was with
- 1:06:00the quarterback not being the regular quarterback, might not be the same caliber of
- 1:06:04game. But all of these guys decided to opt out. How does that
- 1:06:09affect the game? I mean, you know a lot of these guys that
- 1:06:11are opting out of the starters, so you're not playing the same team,
- 1:06:15And now what it takes someone like me not to want to watch? If
- 1:06:23those guys are not gonna you already have minimized Bowl effect because you're saying that
- 1:06:28if it's not a playoff, then it doesn't matter, so there's no actual
- 1:06:32weight on it. And then if I can't tune in and see Marvin Harrison
- 1:06:38play, then why do I need to watch? And this quarterback is in
- 1:06:44the starting quarterback is in the transfer protocol, and the two starting receivers say
- 1:06:49they leaving. So if I'm not a fan of that team, what am
- 1:06:56I watching? We had the Jade Daniels won the Heisman, it's not playing.
- 1:07:00I don't know if LSU has already played their bowl game, but he's
- 1:07:02not playing, So we don't even get to see like one last game from
- 1:07:06the Heisman winner the previous year, Kayleb Williams, he didn't play in the
- 1:07:11Holiday Bowl and he didn't play last night. Yeah, so, uh,
- 1:07:16if they weren't in the playoffs, excuse me? Well, no, no,
- 1:07:21no, I'm saying so, and I'm saying and you're saying that the
- 1:07:28reason an undefeated conference champion didn't get in to the playoff was because they had
- 1:07:35a second string quarterback winning for them at the time that they won their conference
- 1:07:41championship. Now you you just said with your own words, the starters aren't
- 1:07:46even there, So you cheated these people for a reason that doesn't even hold
- 1:07:51up at the end of the day. So bold season is upon us.
- 1:07:56As we talked about winding into the playoffs with it are Monday. All those
- 1:08:01games Monday that you playoff games are Mondays, okay between Alabama and Michigan and
- 1:08:09Washington versus Texas. Those games will be played. Guys, write down your
- 1:08:15four greatest receivers of all time in the NFL. Well do you think your
- 1:08:23four favorite? Just four? Not three, not five? Four And we
- 1:08:29will talk about that a little later in the show. The Denver Nuggets Aaron
- 1:08:34Gordon attacked by a dog, having to miss some time due to this dog
- 1:08:40attack the Comanche. Was it his dog? Did the report say? I
- 1:08:48saw the report, But the report, I said, didn't denote whether it
- 1:08:54was his dog or what. It just said that he was attacked by a
- 1:08:59dog. Uh, it was a family dog, So I don't I don't
- 1:09:04know if that was his dog. A family dog meaning the dog had a
- 1:09:09family. The do the dog oh, okay, okay. I just saw
- 1:09:16the report and it didn't say it says that he had to get twenty one
- 1:09:20stitches and the dog back to his face and hand. But he's gonna miss
- 1:09:27a couple of games due to that, and Gordon who's having a solid season
- 1:09:31after winning a championship last year with Denver, so they're going to miss him
- 1:09:39especially he's one of their To me, his biggest impact is his size and
- 1:09:44his defensibility. He can match up with mostly anyone if you've got someone like
- 1:09:49you know, Kevin Durant, Lebron James. He has the athletic ability,
- 1:09:54he can jump all that, he's averaged about fourteen point seven rebounds, but
- 1:09:58his defense has been outstanding to me, big part of why they win.
- 1:10:02But he will be out for a while with dog bikes, and I always
- 1:10:09wonder what these because we've had a couple of stories over the years. I
- 1:10:14just remember there was time where dog bites you. Dog had to be put
- 1:10:17down period, period. Okay, so it was just it had to be
- 1:10:24period, and a lot of time they get put down right where they bite
- 1:10:29you. But now there's a whole different process where they're advocating for the dog.
- 1:10:33You know, he's just a misguided dog. Is misguided. Maybe you
- 1:10:38did something wrong. We're gonna talk to the dog and see if we can
- 1:10:41work this out. John Morant back last week. In the four games that
- 1:10:47he has been back, uh, the Memphis Grizzlies are for and oh in
- 1:10:55those games. H John Morant, the star point guard, missed the first
- 1:11:00twenty five games of the season. He was voted to be the Player of
- 1:11:04the Week and here in his last game, bad producer. After making a
- 1:11:12spectacular play, he did a celebration where it seemed like he was shooting a
- 1:11:19gun. I seen it, labeled it as a dance, but it seemed
- 1:11:29like he caught hisself. That makes it said he called hisself. Yeah,
- 1:11:31you can tell he caught hisself. It looked like he shot. He was
- 1:11:34shooting. He went and then and then he caught itself and realized, hold
- 1:11:41up two guns is wrong. Basooka's bad. But it was the dance though
- 1:11:46you know the Okay, which song does that dance? Go to? The
- 1:11:53shoot two guns? When I score song? Walk in looking like a trapple.
- 1:11:57I guess you know something? No, and what and as his advocate,
- 1:12:00what would you talk to him? About in this situation. Oh man,
- 1:12:06I don't he got a pops man. I had to talk to his
- 1:12:11dad first. I mean we had to sit down, me and T.
- 1:12:15Well. I asked your talktor to Jaw that apparently nobody could talk. I
- 1:12:21mean, nobody's getting to it, so you know, yeah, yeah,
- 1:12:25yeah, but I'm gonna go to break and I see in twenty twenty three,
- 1:12:29you still don't understand how conversation works. I asked you what you would
- 1:12:33say to Jaw. I ain't nothing I can say to him, That's what
- 1:12:36I'm saying. I mean, we are. I didn't say you couldn't say.
- 1:12:40I said you could talk to Jaw, And I asked you what you
- 1:12:44would say to Jaw. I tell him to keep playing hard. I mean,
- 1:12:46I don't see nothing wrong with the celebration or dancing and stuff. Okay,
- 1:12:51now you could have said that forty five seconds ago when I first asked
- 1:12:56you that. Who was about forty five? Yeah, but I mean,
- 1:12:59well, I'm gonna talk to the about if he's playing. I mean,
- 1:13:00that's what I'm just saying about him being a monkey. We'll be back show
- 1:13:10right after this. John Bow, Wayne Or of The Sports John Show with

- 1:16:54That's why I keep emphasizing Deezer. Very okay birthdays here going into the new
- 1:17:00year, a lot of big names, household names as well some of the
- 1:17:05legends in their industry. Val Kilmer, the actor sixty four, Dallas Austin
- 1:17:13fifty three, the Great John Voight eighty five years of age. Miles Garrett
- 1:17:19of the Browns twenty eight, Auburn head coach when they won the national title.
- 1:17:25Gene Chissitt is sixty two, the Great Adam Vinetteri is fifty one.
- 1:17:30Sep Myers TV host fifty, John Legend is forty five, Gail King is
- 1:17:39sixty nine years of age. Eric Berry, long time chief, is thirty
- 1:17:45five years old. Denzel Washington is sixty nine years of age. Who else
- 1:17:54do we have on here? Donald Trump Junior forty six, Gabby Douglas twenty
- 1:17:59eight, Barry Alvarez, great Wisconsin coach all those years, Ron Dane,
- 1:18:05those guys back in the day seventy seven years old. Ty Willingham seventy a
- 1:18:12legend, one of those people you never saw play, but you always heard
- 1:18:15his name. Sandy Kofax right eighty eight years old. If you like baseball,
- 1:18:21he's just one of those names that you never saw the person played baseball.
- 1:18:27It was black and white when Sandy was out there. He's eighty eight,
- 1:18:30Yeah, so that means he was in his baseball That's what I'm saying.
- 1:18:34His career was over in sixty five. That kind of thing is the
- 1:18:40great Sandy Kofax. But he's eighty eight years old. And I'm staying on
- 1:18:44that because I thought Sandy Kofax had passed away. But he's still ticking eighty
- 1:18:47eight. That's how much of a legend his name is. It's like echoes
- 1:18:53of greatness. Matt Lauer, who has been off here by what it was
- 1:18:58about five six years y'all put mettof U PC generation command to Greg and his
- 1:19:03people put him off TV that I didn't put the button on the desk.
- 1:19:06Sixty six years age, La la Ali, leila Ali, excuse me?
- 1:19:12Is forty six. Carson Wentz thirty one, Tyrese Gibson is forty five.
- 1:19:18Anthony Hopkins, the actor, it's eighty six seven the Clerkicy my Man.
- 1:19:24Jason Campbell, former Auburn Tiger quarterback played for the Raiders, played for the
- 1:19:30Washington Redskins. Not saying that being disrespectful, but that's who we played for.
- 1:19:38Is forty two years of age. And then two of the most iconic
- 1:19:44men of sports figure in modern history if you were making, especially if you
- 1:19:49were making, their names are big enough to really be where you have to
- 1:19:55consider them for one hundred years. But I'm just using the last twenty five
- 1:20:02years. The four people or Mount Rushmore of the last twenty five years,
- 1:20:09Serena Williams, Tom Brady and these two gentlemen Tiger Woods forty eight and Lebron
- 1:20:18James thirty nine. When those four people last twenty five years, right or
- 1:20:26wrong, love them or hate them, it's been something about those four people
- 1:20:31a lot of winning, a lot of winning. Whether do you despise them
- 1:20:36or you know you've been praying for their downfall like the bad producer with some
- 1:20:42of them, or they just control the media. It's been some article about
- 1:20:46those four people for the last twenty five years, that minimum twenty five That
- 1:20:55just is rude, you know, And that's about the Expand you know Tom
- 1:20:59played what twenty two years, Tiger's been around on the pro scene for thirty
- 1:21:03of almost of his forty eight years, Lebron's in his twenty first year,
- 1:21:10and Serena has been around for twenty five years. O, yes, lord,
- 1:21:13last twenty five years. Till I say that out loud, You said
- 1:21:17that heard that bad? It was out loud. I was thinking out loud.
- 1:21:23They addressed I was. I was watching reading because I didn't get to
- 1:21:26watch. I've never been a Simpsons fan. Are you guys a Simpsons fan?
- 1:21:30Well, not anymore. It was for the first seven seasons maybe,
- 1:21:35but it is thirtieth year. I stopped watching some time ago. Any of
- 1:21:40you guys Simpsons guys, No, in the beginning, like Kenny, through
- 1:21:44the years, it's like, nah, don'tkay. Well, the Simpsons,
- 1:21:46they had this last episode they had on Uh. They addressed different cheating scandals,
- 1:21:55like the Michigan football team. Uh. They kind of did a little
- 1:22:00montage to the guys who waited the fish down. The whole episode was about
- 1:22:09cheating sports and cheating different different things over recent times. I might have to
- 1:22:15stream that episode that addressed everybody's cheating scandal. I wonder what made them go
- 1:22:20that direction was pop culture so that those have been very iconic moments in sports
- 1:22:28throughout the year. Well, I think they were a dread of the article.
- 1:22:31They were addressing how we brush off cheating right now in our society.
- 1:22:41You know, there was there was a time where you got cheating and you'd
- 1:22:44be banned, get banned. They were saying they had some part about the
- 1:22:47referees. Like in soccer, you just pay the referees to call penalties.
- 1:22:54It was something it was telling me. I haven't caught the show. I

- 1:23:13and the cheating episode was hilarious, which would allude to them still watching it

- 1:27:02see my tailock. What about just what shock shot? I'm just what shock
- 1:27:10wing game? You come warning, Chug, you come at you, Greg,
- 1:27:14Big Kenny and the bad producer in the building. Bad Producer has come
- 1:27:18in with some snacks that he says that his mom made. Guys, he
- 1:27:23brought it in a clear bag. He mentioned it before the show. That
- 1:27:29was his passive aggressive opportunity where he wants us to try his mom's holiday snack.
- 1:27:36He says it's the hit of the party and he didn't want to push
- 1:27:43us, push him on us. But you know who he is and how
- 1:27:46he is his sensibilities is he instead of just saying what it is for real,
- 1:27:54he loves to try to find you know, one of those guys lukewarm
- 1:27:58Christians as they call him in It's Warm Christian. Now look now I'm saying,
- 1:28:04I ain't trying to go to the strip club, but if y'all want
- 1:28:06to go, he's a loop warm Christian to say the least so bad producer.
- 1:28:12If you would like to open up the bag of snacks. He called
- 1:28:15them hash fries. What's the name of them, haystacks. I've heard of
- 1:28:20them, I've heard I don't think I've ever tried them, per se that
- 1:28:26he wants commandchi and it all us to pass around and have a piece of
- 1:28:33the haystacks. Now, now, sir, when we try these, would
- 1:28:39you like us to give our opinion on that? Yes? Yes, yeah,
- 1:28:42yeah. Mama put herself out there if she wants if she ain't want
- 1:28:45to be clown, and she shouldn't have sent them to the sports job show.
- 1:28:50Now get ready. Now whatever your comment that the bad producer want a
- 1:28:55fight, now, I ain't gonna want to fight. If you ain't really
- 1:28:59down with it, he's gonna want to fight you over it. But you
- 1:29:02know, I've never heard of hay stack uh, and I've known it to
- 1:29:05be a lot. This smells almost kind of sweet. I've known him to
- 1:29:10be savory, so this is a different kind of thing. But I will
- 1:29:14try it since Mama Bad Producer sent them, yeah, and uh, we
- 1:29:18can't. We're all about everybody, get your little piece and let's let's see
- 1:29:25what Mama Mama Bad producer working with. Mm hmmm mm hmmm mm hmmm mm
- 1:29:38hmmm hmm okay, m kay, okay, yeah not man, I'm right
- 1:29:51with that. I conrite with that. Come mantion. I'm like one of
- 1:30:00the teams. I give him a I give him an eight. Okay,
- 1:30:08okay, okay, man, you grade with the eight. But Kenny,
- 1:30:12I'm about eight five eight, about nine five I give him. I give
- 1:30:16him eight strong, eight solid solid. Okay, Mama, I see,
- 1:30:24I see why they're party favor hay Stacks hay Stack. Now, is this
- 1:30:30something they sell in the store as another brand? No, she know what
- 1:30:35I'm saying. Is this her play on something else they sell called Haystacks.
- 1:30:39I'm not for sure. I just know. Hey, I just know they've
- 1:30:42been around since I was little. Okay, I didn't. I didn't know.
- 1:30:45I'm just when I asked that question, I'm saying, you know how
- 1:30:48like you have something and then you make your own version of it. Yeah,
- 1:30:55I had that. I will ask her to find out. Yeah,
- 1:31:00but something she came up with. But I mean, like I said,
- 1:31:03they pretty you know you don't get them at the holiday season. Why is
- 1:31:08that? I guess they rich to Uh. I mean, I don't know
- 1:31:14from where it comes back from. Today. Like I said, there's a
- 1:31:16lot of ingredients, different things, so you know, everybody bringing their own
- 1:31:21dessert to the party. So you try to bring something different. So this
- 1:31:26is her version of deviled eggs. Okay, that's a good analogy. That
- 1:31:31seemed like a bad producer thing. No, just to bring hay stacks instead
- 1:31:38of be like, hey, I'm gonna bring the deviled eggs, okay,
- 1:31:43and you show up with Okay, tell mama, you know I see him,
- 1:31:49we see she should be. She probably watching her listening. So and
- 1:31:55that's that's truth to the heart. That's no bias, that's no, that's
- 1:31:58no they say she eight tell mama. Yeah, it could be one of
- 1:32:03those things that for the holiday. I would make sure your mom well,
- 1:32:09not you. Well, I would invite your mom because I know she's gonna
- 1:32:13bring them, and then not invite you at all. Right, Yeah,
- 1:32:16yeah, she asked about you. You understand what I'm saying. We invite
- 1:32:21anybody around him, but they don't tell him. Don't tell him, just
- 1:32:26just skip on to him. But I can go with the haystacks right there.
- 1:32:30I asked you guys to write down your four receivers. Did you get
- 1:32:33those four receivers down? I did it. You wrote your four receivers down.
- 1:32:38Now let me let me let me hear what you got right there.
- 1:32:41Hold on one second, Big Kenny, I have Lynce Wan okay, Jerry
- 1:32:46Rice okay, Pearl Owens, you said Pearl always, and Wes Welker,
- 1:32:56Wes Walker okay, Wes Walker kind of guy okay, Producer, Randy Moss
- 1:33:01okay, Jerry Rice okay, Julio Jones, and Mark Super duper Mark,
- 1:33:11Mark duper duper, eleven of it Mark, I know, I didn't know
- 1:33:16if I'm going with Mark bad, I mean command and Jerry Rice, Randy
- 1:33:25Moss, Terol Owens, and Larry Fitzgerald, Larry, Jerry Rice, Randy
- 1:33:33Moss t O. And make sure I got this right. Bad Producer,
- 1:33:43you had Randy Moss, Jerry Rice, Julio Jones, Mark Duper Command,
- 1:33:50you greg at, Jerry Rice, Randy Moss t O and Larry Fitzgerald.
- 1:33:57And Big Kenny had Lynn s one, Jerry Rice t o in Wes Walker.
- 1:34:05Correct. So, and you, sir so, looking at the list
- 1:34:12between the four, the one common person we have is Jerry Rice. Yes,
- 1:34:15okay. And I asked that because that's kind of how I tally up
- 1:34:20when they say who's the greatest. Now, Randy Mall says that he is
- 1:34:24the greatest receiver all time. He was in the interview last week. He
- 1:34:28said, no disrespect to the greatness of Jerry Rice, but he feels like
- 1:34:31he is the greatest receiver. Can't knock a man, That's what he's supposed
- 1:34:34to. Why would I tell you somebody else is greater than me, especially
- 1:34:38in this kind of sport. But I always tell people Jerry Rice thing is
- 1:34:44like it is because he becomes the most common name. He seems to be
- 1:34:49on everybody list. So as the other person might be on ninety percent of
- 1:34:54the list, Jerry Rice's person and every single list on that list. Long
- 1:35:00time listener from New York's Rice Moss, Branch and Owens. Of course Branch
- 1:35:06would go in, who is Branch Cliff Branch receiver for the writers? Was
- 1:35:14he even the greatest raider receiver? Tim Brown was? I thought Tim Brown,
- 1:35:19he's trying to go out of the box. He wanted he wanted a
- 1:35:23raider on the list. He'd be a short but special today. I thought
- 1:35:27that, Yeah, I was thinking Tim Brown the greatest And didn't Rice even
- 1:35:32put on the black and honor what he's because Jerry came there in his last
- 1:35:36year or two. I'm talking about as far as I'm saying, don't honor
- 1:35:41what he's doing by discussing it long because he he thinks he ate with that.
- 1:35:45Now. Randy Moss's four receivers were Jerry Rice, himself, Arrel Owens,
- 1:35:54and Calvin Johnson Megatron. That was he is four, uh and from
- 1:36:02from our list three of them we would have to give him because everybody mentioned
- 1:36:06those in their mind. I didn't say, t oh, but Randy Moss,
- 1:36:11Jerry Rice, t or three of the guys that y'all consistently shed.
- 1:36:15Nobody said Calvin Johnson in that sense Megatron and he's a bad boy. Now,
- 1:36:23yeah, he is whatever he was and I didn't think he was going
- 1:36:28to hit any of your lists, but he was on Randy Moss. And
- 1:36:32I would say he has him because he was kind of in that that Randy
- 1:36:38mossain vein of receiver. When you look at his body of work. Where
- 1:36:44where would go ahead? I was gonna say with Kenny we almost had a
- 1:36:47dual Linse one. He was between my Mark Duper, but Duper always was
- 1:36:53just like to me, was just that guy that that damn Marino had to
- 1:36:58have. So but you know that if you would have said a five.
- 1:37:02Swan would have been on that. But I'm just saying it's just that close
- 1:37:05to me as far as when you put them on there, I mean the
- 1:37:11receivers. And see, I wouldn't have had Lyncewan over. It's a lot
- 1:37:15of guys I would have picked over Lance Swan. Oh, he was poetry
- 1:37:18of motion. He wasn't even the greatest still a receiver. Hey, hey,
- 1:37:28in all time, he's not the greatest. Think the greatest still the
- 1:37:30receiver then, I mean Antonio Brown, Hines Ward, even John st Even
- 1:37:45was greater than you know what. You don't listen to him, Swan,
- 1:37:57I love you, cover your ears, yes, sir, mister Swan,
- 1:38:00mister Swan, but I got four or five receivers of stealers that were greater
- 1:38:04than I'm not sure that Lance one was better than Santonio Moss. Hey,
- 1:38:10sorry, mister man has given us his form, Rice Moss, m Harrison
- 1:38:18and t O okay, Rovin Harrison on that list. And it's just that
- 1:38:23fourth guy is more gonna be You're gonna get them first three probably just based
- 1:38:27on statistics, that fourth is gonna be your personal preference. A lot of
- 1:38:31times nobody give you that list. It's gonna be what you feel that has
- 1:38:38nothing to do with numbers, just the guy you thought. That's why I
- 1:38:41can't. You can't argue somebody's list, you said, Lynce one, because
- 1:38:44that's how you saw, and I see the greatness that you're talking about,
- 1:38:46and everyone Larry at Cheryl you it was Mark duper and it goes on and
- 1:38:54on, but no, Lance one was not the greatest. For We'll be
- 1:38:59back with more than fourth right after this. He gonna do a bad producer
- 1:39:03always don't go awayne Or of the Sports Josh Show with Wayne Dambidius coming up

- 1:41:45And now back to the sports John, Wayne Gandy. It's many log on
- 1:42:11so you can see a sports chaint a shit. Even the big can wait
- 1:42:21about to the Sports shops Show. I'm the sports shock Wayne getting up morning
- 1:42:25to you. I had to get swallowed those past friesta tytat peanut butter,
- 1:42:31cinnamon, haystacks cinnamon. But I've seen to open a can of worm when
- 1:42:38I put this wide receiver thing. Because Babbs over here losing his mind.
- 1:42:43Uh, talk about Alvin Harper was better than Michael Irving. I don't even
- 1:42:46know where you're getting this kind of information for him from. I mean,
- 1:42:51that's cute and noll, but no, that's not that's not true either.
- 1:42:58But but it's typical for you by Alvit Harper making the plays. We believe
- 1:43:04that you say something. Some days Michael was off, you know, not
- 1:43:11many days. No, Michael was misster consistent about his game. So we
- 1:43:15and it's it's always an interesting question of the greatness. But that's why I
- 1:43:20said, Jerry Wright seems to be at everybody's list. And Randy Moss,
- 1:43:28you know, he showed us a lot there in the in between his career
- 1:43:31too, in that middle park where he became more than just a guide that
- 1:43:35threw the ball down eighty yards, because those first five years that was all
- 1:43:40it was, just throw the ball down the field. As he developed his
- 1:43:43game, he started becoming a receiver that you can go to, not just
- 1:43:48when he needed a big play. Right, So I have a question,
- 1:43:54is it what's the word I'm respectable? As respectful? Is it proper when
- 1:44:03doing an all time greatest list? To put yourself on that list? That
- 1:44:09seems a little bit, Uh, I don't disingenuous? Maybe to just be
- 1:44:16like I mean, sure he could. He played, and he's retired,
- 1:44:20so I guess he could, but to just be on smay, I'm better
- 1:44:26than all of y'all. And here's my top four, me and three other
- 1:44:30dudes. Well, so Jerry Rice shouldn't put itself on the list. Yeah
- 1:44:34he should, then I'm saying, And if you in that list, if
- 1:44:39you can make the conversation, then now if it's somebody that you felt like
- 1:44:44it wasn't, you can see how they're not on there. The dude he
- 1:44:50there's clear cut, Yes, the dude that he mentioned over, Michael Irvin.
- 1:44:55What was his name? An Harper? Yeah? That that guy right,
- 1:44:59right? But I don't I don't know anybody on this list that we're
- 1:45:01mentioning putting himself on the list. What makes sense? I wouldn't if I
- 1:45:04asked Marvin Harrison, I would imagine he would feel like his numbers and what
- 1:45:11he did would put him on the list as well. Yeah, so you
- 1:45:15know, we'll see Doctor j didn't that when they asked him riously, He
- 1:45:20didn't put himself on the list. But he might not have thought that though.
- 1:45:24Oh yeah, I'm just putting it out there that he when Kenny said
- 1:45:28that, I've heard players who you think that would say or would possibly,
- 1:45:31but they would you know a lot of times they would leave themselves off and
- 1:45:35they know that they could be on that list. But that's not maybe what
- 1:45:41they think. M h. Maybe we think it, but David, they
- 1:45:45see somebody that deserves it better than them and and that's that's admirable. You
- 1:45:55would put your favorites on regardless of what the numbers say. No, I
- 1:45:59wouldn't pu of my favorite. I'll put the best. No, how many
- 1:46:03would think that the baboos put his favorites on or who's the best If we
- 1:46:08asked like a top ten NBA players of all time, I know Lebron's not
- 1:46:13going to be on there. It won't be on your list. And we've
- 1:46:16done that and he was not on your list. You told me he was
- 1:46:19number eleven. We've actually had a show and you said, Lebron James finish
- 1:46:26and you could to come up with ten people. Carroll, he's ahead of
- 1:46:35Lebron. We met you before. Man, you might just be meeting yourself,
- 1:46:40but we have met you and Commands. She ain't even been around but
- 1:46:45a short time, and he has realized that, like you really are that
- 1:46:48way. I don't know that you know that about yourself, but you will
- 1:46:53go out of your way to not include people based on you likes and dislikes
- 1:47:00if they don't fit to qualify, you know, if it don't fit.
- 1:47:03You know they don't I mean, if they're not in that Just so no,
- 1:47:08no, I'm gonna say it real quick because I have to move on
- 1:47:10to you. Donna's happening has them there's no universe and no planet and nowhere
- 1:47:15on the planet of Earth. As much as you want to try to fight
- 1:47:19it that Lebron James is not one of the top ten players that ever played
- 1:47:26the game. I didn't I didn't ask you to speak. I didn't ask
- 1:47:30you to say nothing on the mic. Now you don't have to put them
- 1:47:33at one, you don't have to put them at two. But you're not
- 1:47:35gonna find ten players. So if you do, then you're just hating and
- 1:47:44you don't have nothing to do that. I even have to be a Lebron
- 1:47:48fan. It has to do with that. That's not possible. You're just
- 1:47:54finding a reason to limit the man. Le shrimp should not be in front
- 1:48:00of Lebron. I should say that's all you. You got that left shrimp
- 1:48:06in front of Lebron to dismiss this man's greatness based on that. You have
- 1:48:14a natural hate for a man, and you come up with other reasons,
- 1:48:18Oh, he hasn't finished his career. He has when you reached year twenty
- 1:48:25one, I have reached my end of my career. When I reached year
- 1:48:28fifteen, I put in the whole career and then I just played some more.
- 1:48:32Right, But the career is this, that's all, bro. Don't
- 1:48:42limit it. That's like me telling you your mom hay stacks don't taste good
- 1:48:48because I don't like you. That's the kind of person you are. You
- 1:48:54sit here and eat this knowing your mouth is saying God, bless America,

- 1:51:04Now it's time for the school board when we put a spin on life and
- 1:51:10sports and how they intermingle on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. This
- 1:51:20is something new the Casper Slide Part two feature in the Platinum Band. At
- 1:51:26this time, we're gonna get it. Walk back to the show. I'm
- 1:51:30the sports Shock Wayne Candy. A couple of the guys here wants me to
- 1:51:33name my four greatest receivers. Uh okay, here we go. Isaac Bruce,
- 1:51:41I be Heinz Ward, Joe horn oh Man, Roddy White, all
- 1:51:57people you played with. Those are my four receiver. That's my receiver,
- 1:52:00Joe, my teammates. Those were the greatest receivers at the time that I
- 1:52:03was on the team with the Rams. Isaac Bruce, who was in the
- 1:52:08Hall of Fame, Hines Ward, who should be in the Hall of fame
- 1:52:10at some point in life with the Stillers, Joe Horn, the three years
- 1:52:15I was in New Orleans and we played one year in Atlanta, and Roddy
- 1:52:18White, who arguably most people go with Julio Jones, but Roddy right is
- 1:52:24right there. So if I was gonna pick, those are the guys I
- 1:52:29played with. So there, y'all go. And my list is different because
- 1:52:33you know, I don't have to speak in a second or third person.
- 1:52:36I can write and can talk. Yeh, say say I played in the
- 1:52:41NFL without without saying I played in the NFL. Sports jock, we all
- 1:52:45get it. You Donald's Haslam has an issue with Bill Russell, and no
- 1:52:53he really doesn't, but I get his point. U D who has played
- 1:52:58for Miami his entire just retired after twenty years, use an explicitive word that
- 1:53:06I can't use stors with an F forget Bill Russell. Basically, after the
- 1:53:12league announced his league white jersey retirement, UD went on to explain that basically
- 1:53:20that Bill Russell is a heat I mean it's a Celtic and he doesn't believe
- 1:53:26a Celtic jersey should be hung in a Miami arena. Is how he's looking
- 1:53:32at it, Guys, whoa that it should not be now from that perspective,
- 1:53:42the competitor, Yeah, I get it. I don't see a Kareem
- 1:53:50abdu Jabbar jersey hanging in the Boston garden. You don't. I just don't
- 1:53:59see. I would imagine for me when I heard this, the first thing
- 1:54:05that I thought is, do is the blood between Boston and Miami bad enough
- 1:54:14for you Thomas to be feeling that way? Well, he played there his
- 1:54:17whole career, so he would know the battle all that issue back in the
- 1:54:21day with Lebron and KG those battles. There is one issue with that.
- 1:54:29Okay, even when he got there, the Heat have had retired number twenty
- 1:54:35three for Jordan They pat Riley retired that number. But the reason why the
- 1:54:45league retired number six for Bill Russell, for his social activism and the impact
- 1:54:54he had on the league. It's hard to see, like how that is
- 1:54:59surpassed by your competitiveness because of the team being your rival. Really, so
- 1:55:05we're gonna hang a Nick Saban jersey or name plate in Auburn Stadium, not
- 1:55:17for the not for the same reason that no, no, no, no,
- 1:55:19no, that was number six is retired. I don't care the reason.
- 1:55:24Where are we gonna You're gonna take it to the Auburn people that like
- 1:55:28other than them, that they're gonna hang Bear Bryants. Because now, Kirby
- 1:55:33Smart was at Alabama for a minute, wasn't he Yes? And that's what
- 1:55:38I'm saying. And now are they gonna hang a Kirby Smart banner and Alabama?
- 1:55:43Now I doubt it that they got a picture of him and they like
- 1:55:47all time. Now that's in the lobby. Yeah, that's they have all
- 1:55:53former staff members in the lobby. I'm just giving you is based on the
- 1:55:58sensibility of rival. I don't see Danny Hurley Jersey in the in the hanging
- 1:56:04in North Carolina gym. And it's based on how deep you see the rival.
- 1:56:12Now you can get a Tim Tebow and we can put him in Auburn
- 1:56:15Stadium all the other teams. But I don't see Alabama nothing being hung.
- 1:56:24They used to. They wouldn't when I got to Auburn. I always tell
- 1:56:27people this story. When I got to Auburn, they wouldn't sell Alabama products
- 1:56:31in Auburn. So you can go to now, you can go to gas
- 1:56:36station, you can get you some Jalen Millroe stuff and all that, but
- 1:56:43they if you wanted Alabama something, you couldn't go to the foot locker,
- 1:56:46not at Auburn. Mall say and get it. That's how deep it was.
- 1:56:50And it's still that way. The Cowboys. Who's your headed rival the
- 1:56:55entire NFC? So you who are you gonna hang up in at and T
- 1:57:02Stadium? Not nobody's played for those teams. I mean, I get it.
- 1:57:09So and I think with the Bulls, that's not how he maybe sees
- 1:57:14Michael Jordan or the Bulls. Maybe that's not how you, Donna sees.
- 1:57:18Maybe he has some bad blood that is a Celtic, right kind of things,
- 1:57:25you tell them some other team. He ain't got no problem with that.
- 1:57:28Maybe it's just the that he's a Celtic. And you mentioned that pat
- 1:57:30Riley who hates the Celtics. You know already, So that's probably instilled in
- 1:57:36Donald's hassling. But I want to ask a question because Greg did bring up
- 1:57:40in point because they said it because of his civil rights issues and Warrior and
- 1:57:45all that, Jackie Robinson, his numbers retired across the board. Uh,
- 1:57:50you know, it's just that's something that they I've seen the leagues have done
- 1:57:55as far as with people who have transcended or tried to do something that's different.
- 1:58:00So I mean, I don't see nothing wrong with it. Maybe he's
- 1:58:03just the first to speak up. I'm sure there's some other people who probably
- 1:58:06like man that dude should be in out of rafters, But the NBA is
- 1:58:11bigger than my opinion, so they just deferred on stating their opinions openly.
- 1:58:16Wayne Gretzky's number is retired. Yeah, so I think there's one or two.
- 1:58:23I think he said seems to be echoing on the whole Celtic and he
- 1:58:29would know more than anybody else that's ever been a heat. Whatever the Heat
- 1:58:32feel about the Celtics, because he was there to put it in their cafeteria
- 1:58:35whole career. At the Bronze ceremony, it's gonna be a little awkward for
- 1:58:40the heat. Retiring number six, yeah, I think to take on that
- 1:58:45too. They have to put him up there for both I guess the King
- 1:58:49and and uh, they have to put two number sixes up there. Everybody
- 1:58:53would know, well, because Bill Russells is not going to be in a
- 1:58:56heat Jersey. I doubt it right, It's just gonna be up there as
- 1:59:01a six for Russell. Yeah yeah, So it wouldn't be in a Celtic
- 1:59:05Green. I hope it wouldn't. It was probably just being a generic.
- 1:59:11Would imagine it to being a Celtic however, Michaelan Michael Jordan. Is he
- 1:59:15up there before we go? Is he up there like a bull? Or
- 1:59:18he's just up there as well in those colors at least? Okay, But
- 1:59:23the bull is not on the No, you just see the name and number.
- 1:59:28But it's those colors red and black, gotcha okay? And we are
- 1:59:30in those. The truth is he will throw your in the ocean. It's
- 1:59:38time to wrap things up on the Sports Judge Show with Wayne Gandy. When
- 2:00:15your designs an ocean, it gives us wat shout test a minute to vent.
- 2:00:19We like to think the crew not only for the day, but for
- 2:00:24the entirety of twenty twenty three. Commandchee, Greg Big Kenny, the funny
- 2:00:29man himself and the bad producer for all your contributions in this year doesn't seem
- 2:00:36like a New Year's upon us. And maybe it's our age where we don't
- 2:00:42see it as glorious as it once may have been just like another day rolling
- 2:00:48around, but by the time you hear us again, we will be in
- 2:00:53twenty twenty four. We hope you have a safe and happy entrance into twenty
- 2:01:00twenty four. Be calful out there on these weekend activities, as we know
- 2:01:09this is the time of year where everybody wants to claim that the stress of
- 2:01:15life pushed them to do different things to hurt other people. So be safe.
- 2:01:21If you're driving, hey, call a calv No drinking and driving,
- 2:01:29Big Kenny, no smoking and driving, bad producer, no porn and driving,
- 2:01:33and command you Greg stop practicing your skit in the mirror while driving.
- 2:01:41Okay, thank you, but no, we like to thank you for taking
- 2:01:45the time this year letting us entertain you as much as we can. It
- 2:01:48has always been a privilege to turn on the mic and do so. And

- 2:02:06goodbye, have a new year. Okay. See, and I like,
- 2:02:09how y'all finally it took all year to get you just to say what
- 2:02:12I said, And yeah it is at the at the end so we'll work
- 2:02:17on that over the next couple of days as well, but from the Sports
- 2:02:21talk show, as we always say, we'll see you in the future.
- 2:02:27The future just happens to be twenty twenty four. Peace,
