Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_02: If you're here because you're wondering whether this kind of work could actually help you, I want to show you what it looks like through the eyes of people who have already done it.
- 0:08SPEAKER_02: These are real reviews and case studies from real people who came in stuck, frustrated, and tired of being told everything looks normal while they still felt awful.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: They were still dealing with the diarrhea, the bloating, the urgency, constant reactions to food, that constant feeling of, can I trust my body today?
- 0:30SPEAKER_02: And that's exactly why we don't guess.
- 0:32SPEAKER_02: We look, we test the gut environment.
- 0:35SPEAKER_02: We find out what is actually driving the symptoms.
- 0:38SPEAKER_02: So today I'm going to walk you through a few client reviews and show you what changed once we stopped treating IBS like it was the final answer.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And I really could not do plan on going out necessarily to eat or to enjoy necessarily family dinners because I never knew when I was going to land up with those episodes of diarrhea, as well as just sitting at home and running into that very same problem.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: So every day was always a guest.
- 1:07SPEAKER_02: When Nadine said this, I knew exactly what she meant because this is what so many people with IBS or chronic diarrhea are actually living with.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: It's not just I have diarrhea sometimes.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: It's waking up and wondering, is today going to be one of those days?
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: It's knowing where every bathroom is before you ever even leave the house.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: It's saying no to dinner, traveling, running errands, going to church, your grandkids' games, even taking a walk around the block because you don't trust your body.
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: And by the time Nadine came to us, she had already done what most people are told to do.
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: She had seen all of the doctors, she had done all of the basic testing, she had been told everything looks normal or there's really nothing else that we can do.
- 1:51SPEAKER_02: But she still had symptoms.
- 1:52SPEAKER_02: And this is the part that I want you to hear.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: When someone is living like that every day, they don't need another person telling them just to manage it.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: They need someone to ask, why is this still happening?
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: And that's what we did with Nadine.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: The stool test is amazing.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: It tests for so many things.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: And the uh Western medicine doesn't test it like that at all.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: I love this review because she's not even talking about a supplement.
- 2:21SPEAKER_02: She's not saying Brooke gave me this magic protocol.
- 2:24SPEAKER_02: She's talking about finally having information.
- 2:27SPEAKER_02: And that matters because most of the people who come to me have had testing, but they have not had the kind of testing that explains why their gut is acting the way that it is.
- 2:37SPEAKER_02: A lot of conventional testing is designed to rule out the big scary things, cancer, ulcers, things like that.
- 2:45SPEAKER_02: And that's important.
- 2:46SPEAKER_02: But once those things are ruled out, many people are basically told, well, it's IBS.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: And IBS becomes the end of the conversation with their doctor.
- 2:55SPEAKER_02: In my world, IBS is the beginning of the conversation.
- 2:58SPEAKER_02: Because if you still have urgent diarrhea, bloating, cramping, food reactions, or you're scared to leave the house, then something is still driving that.
- 3:07SPEAKER_02: The testing that we do helps us look at the gut environment.
- 3:10SPEAKER_02: Are there infections?
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: Is there inflammation?
- 3:13SPEAKER_02: Is there yeast?
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: Is there bacteria overgrowth?
- 3:16SPEAKER_02: Parasites?
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: How's the digestion working?
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: Is your gut able to break down and absorb what you're eating?
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: That's the difference.
- 3:24SPEAKER_02: We're not guessing based off of your symptoms.
- 3:27SPEAKER_02: We're looking for the reason that symptoms are there in the first place.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: What else?
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: I've been out to the grocery store now, which I wasn't doing any of that.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Um to the bank.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: Exciting places.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: Grocery store bank.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: Um where else it would be like today, we're gonna we're gonna go to um a local farm because I want to look for um honey.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: I want to look for local honey.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: And I'm not I'm really not worried about it.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Like it'll be fine, you know.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: I'm not which is that was not me, you know, how many weeks ago.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: This isn't about just getting better lab results back.
- 4:05SPEAKER_02: This is about getting their life back, eating with their family without stress, getting on an airplane, going to a wedding.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: It's about sitting through church or a meeting or a grandchild's game without scanning the room for the closest bathroom.
- 4:19SPEAKER_02: That's what we're really working toward.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: Let me tell you about Leslie.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Leslie was 52 when she came to us, and before we worked together, her gut was running her life.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: She had bloating, pain, urgent bathroom trips with zero warning.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: At one point, she had been told it's just IBS.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: At another point, she had been told it was IBD.
- 4:39SPEAKER_02: But either way, nobody had really explained why this was happening in her body.
- 4:44SPEAKER_02: And when you don't know why, you start shrinking your life around your symptoms.
- 4:49SPEAKER_02: Leslie stopped walking her dog.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: She avoided work dinners.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: Even going to the park with her kids was way too risky because she didn't know if she would suddenly need a bathroom.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: And like most of my clients, she had already tried a lot.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: She had tried seeing a naturopath, she tried probiotics, she tried finding her food triggers, she tried eating low FODMAP, tried changing her diet over and over again, and nothing was giving her her life back.
- 5:16SPEAKER_02: But the moment that finally made her reach out was not a lab result.
- 5:21SPEAKER_02: It was when she overheard her 12-year-old ask his dad, why is mom always in the bathroom?
- 5:27SPEAKER_02: That hit her hard because suddenly this wasn't just about digestion anymore.
- 5:32SPEAKER_02: Now her little boy was noticing that she was missing.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: And this is why I always say that these symptoms are not small.
- 5:38SPEAKER_02: When your gut is controlling your life, it affects everything: your work, your marriage, your kids, your confidence, your ability to show up.
- 5:47SPEAKER_02: So with Leslie, we didn't just guess, we tested.
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: We looked at what was actually happening in her gut, and then we built the plan around what we found.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: Three days after starting, her urgent bathroom trip stopped.
- 5:59SPEAKER_02: Two weeks in, her bloating was gone.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: By eight weeks, she was eating foods that she had been avoiding for years.
- 6:05SPEAKER_02: She was off her medication and she was back to being the mom who could go to the park without planning an escape route.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: That is the difference between chasing symptoms and finding the cause.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: And I want to be clear, that doesn't mean every single person has the same exact timeline.
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: It does not mean that every case is going to be simple, but it does mean this.
- 6:26SPEAKER_02: When you stop guessing, you have a completely different path forward.
- 6:31SPEAKER_02: If you're watching this and thinking, that sounds like me, then the next step is simple.
- 6:36SPEAKER_02: Book a call with my team.
- 6:37SPEAKER_02: We'll talk through what you've been dealing with, what you've already tried, what testing you've already had, and whether advanced functional testing makes more sense for you.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: Because if your life has gotten smaller because of diarrhea, bloating, urgency, food reactions, fear of being away from a bathroom, you deserve more than just another guess.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: You deserve to know what is actually happening in your gut.
