🚨SHOCKING🚨 China's SILVER Price "RUG PULL" on the COMEX... (Gold Price Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:02
Silver is at a major crossroads right now.
• 0:05
We're going to look at a chart that will show you definitively
• 0:08
we are in for the fight of our lives at $29.00 per oz in
• 0:13
silver. What about $33 per oz silver?
• 0:16
You want to sell your silver for $33 per oz?
• 0:19
I'll show you where you can do that.
• 0:21
And and on top of that, it's going to be real interesting
• 0:24
when you consider that this place where you can sell your
• 0:27
silver for $33, they're running out of silver.
• 0:31
But let's go to the chart 1st and see why we are in for the
• 0:35
fight of our lives. This one comes from our friend
• 0:38
Oren over at the hold on a second.
• 0:42
We're gonna slow down. There we go.
• 0:49
  OK, The silver hermit. Oren.
• 0:51
Right. Silver's approaching A moment of
• 0:53
decision. Guys, we are in a big fight
• 0:55
right now. This is the chart of silver
• 0:58
going back to March. Remember back in March?
• 1:00
Let's take a, let's take a second to how do you feel when
• 1:04
you remember that just back in March, we had silver around
• 1:09
$22.00 per oz, OK. But look at this trend line
• 1:13
going up, up, up, up, up. We can see right here.
• 1:17
Not too long ago, what about a month ago, we were at $32
• 1:21
silver, again, $32 silver. As you know, we've been at a bit
• 1:25
of a downtrend. We did not.
• 1:27
We failed yesterday. We failed to hold $30.00 an
• 1:31
  ounce. I warned you guys.
• 1:32
I said I thought we could have a big surprise with the inflation
• 1:35
numbers. And then during yesterday's live
• 1:37
stream, we talked about the Fed could throw cold water on the
• 1:40
situation. They have indeed done that.
• 1:43
  OK, Doesn't mean that everything's done, everything's
• 1:47
over. It just means we're in for a
• 1:48
fight right now to hold support right here at the $29.00 range.
• 1:54
You see the red line coming up, the blue channel coming down.
• 1:58
As you can see, $29.00 had been kind of a resistance level.
• 2:03
Hey, look, if we get below 29, I'd said it a few weeks ago, we
• 2:06
could go to 26. I don't think that's going to
• 2:09
happen right now. We're going to be optimistic and
• 2:12
we're going to believe basement dwellers that we can hold the
• 2:16
line on the silver price at $29.00 per oz.
• 2:21
Even 2850 per oz is OK, right? Let's go out and get an update
• 2:26
on the price right now live. This is not the actual price.
• 2:30
I need to press the refresh button.
• 2:33
OK, Hey, not too bad guys. Gold is trading right now at
• 2:37
2315 dollars, Silver $29.18 per oz.
• 2:44
Thanks to our friends at Pinbec's where you, if you're
• 2:47
interested in buying some silver, gold or platinum group
• 2:49
metals, can get the best prices, best service and a great
• 2:54
selection of metals. And if you ever want to convert
• 2:57
all or part of an IRA into precious metals, you'll always
• 3:01
find that you get more metal for your money at pin backs.
• 3:05
Give them a try. Thank you pin backs for the
• 3:07
quote as well. Let's go back here guys.
• 3:10
So yesterday yesterday was a weird day.
• 3:13
What, what if I told you that we don't even really have to worry
• 3:17
about the inflation numbers. We don't even really have to
• 3:20
worry about what the Fed says. We're going to talk more about
• 3:23
that later. But I also, I forgot to tell you
• 3:26
we have a big special guest today, Patrick Holland is going
• 3:29
to join us. You know Patrick, right?
• 3:31
He's been on liberty and finance.
• 3:33
He's becoming famous and rightfully so, because this guy
• 3:38
can share insights with you on the silver and gold market,
• 3:41
things you've never thought of. Every time I talk to Pat,
• 3:44
there's like a new just when, just when you think there may
• 3:48
not be another light bulb in this head or maybe your head as
• 3:51
well. Pat Holland can turn on some
• 3:53
light bulbs for you. So we'll look forward to seeing
• 3:55
Patrick here in just a little bit.
• 3:57
Where can you? What if I told you you could
• 4:00
sell your silver for $33.00 an ounce right now?
• 4:04
OK, last night we had a big beat down in the silver price, right?
• 4:07
But, but nonetheless, I want you to take a look at this because
• 4:13
when we go to our friend the Oriental Ghost, he points out
• 4:16
for us that, yes, last night AG, that's silver on the Shanghai
• 4:22
Gold Exchange closed at $33 per oz.
• 4:27
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange, OK, silver closed at
• 4:31
3320 per oz. That's the physical market.
• 4:36
I'm going to say it every day till the end of time.
• 4:38
  That's a physical market. That's not a make believe
• 4:41
Unicorn fart dust paper leverage derivative market.
• 4:46
That's a real market. But what if I told you that the
• 4:50
amount of metal and you have to actually have physical metal to
• 4:53
trade in the Shanghai Gold Exchange market, to trade
• 4:57
silver, you have to have the silver on deposit.
• 4:59
What if I told you at this market where they're selling
• 5:02
silver for, if they're selling for $33.00 an ounce, wouldn't
• 5:05
you think they'd have like mounds and mounds and mounds of
• 5:09
it? Wouldn't you think that would be
• 5:10
the case if their price is so unreasonable compared to the
• 5:14
United States of America, where we're fighting for $29.00 per
• 5:17
oz? Wouldn't you think that on the
• 5:20
Chinese market, the physical market where they're charging so
• 5:23
much more, $4.00 per oz more for one ounce of silver, that they
• 5:29
would just have mount? No, because when we look at it,
• 5:32
the vaults of the Shanghai Futures Exchange dropped to a
• 5:35
new low and fell below 700 tons for the second day since 2020.
• 5:43
Look at this guys. The red line is a chart of the
• 5:48
amount of inventory at the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
• 5:51
OK, look down, down, down. Despite.
• 5:56
Doesn't that make you go huh? Like what Doesn't that doesn't
• 5:59
that make you a little curious that if they're charging such a
• 6:02
high price for physical silver in China, why is the amount of
• 6:07
inventory they have available for sale going down, down, down?
• 6:12
  I don't know. I'll let you, I'll let you
• 6:15
ponder on that one because it doesn't make sense, right?
• 6:19
It makes absolutely no sense. But it does make sense when you
• 6:23
look at it through the prism of the fact, right, that the silver
• 6:27
price is blatantly manipulated in the United States and in
• 6:31
London at the COMEX and the LBMA, those boys over in London,
• 6:35
England, they've been manipulating the price of
• 6:37
precious metals for decades and decades.
• 6:40
And the East is taking control of the market.
• 6:43
OK, so we're at this war. We're at a critical juncture
• 6:47
right now in the silver market. Look, we could go lower, but
• 6:51
remember this guys, right? Think about it.
• 6:54
  Think about it. It's funny.
• 6:57
Almost. I mean, it's sad and funny.
• 6:59
Look, I gotta, I gotta be honest with you.
• 7:01
I have to give you a a confession, OK?
• 7:04
I have more than half of my net worth somehow tied to the value
• 7:08
of precious metals. So I eat my own cooking, right?
• 7:11
I am. I am all in on the idea that the
• 7:15
metals are undervalued. I know it's painful, and I know
• 7:19
if we go to $26 silver, it's not gonna be any fun, but it's
• 7:23
almost humorous when you really take a step back.
• 7:26
You ever do that? Take a step back and look at
• 7:28
what's what's really going on in the world?
• 7:31
What are the real fundamental drivers, right?
• 7:33
The solar demand for silver, the all the supply demand, just the
• 7:37
whole big picture of what's going on with the BRICS
• 7:39
countries, the fact that they still in the West are attempting
• 7:44
to suppress the value of silver and gold.
• 7:47
I mean, it's sad, but it's almost funny at the same time.
• 7:51
OK, let's run over to our friends at the at the Silver
• 7:55
Academy. This was from two days ago.
• 7:58
This was before the even more egregious down, down downdraft
• 8:03
in the amount of silver, physical silver.
• 8:06
Remember the people that are selling it for this sky high
• 8:10
price of $33 per oz, they can't keep it in stock.
• 8:14
What does that tell you? Huh?
• 8:16
It's kind of like if you wanted to go buy some hamburger, if you
• 8:18
needed to buy some hamburger meat and, and, and the Walmart
• 8:22
grocery store had it for $5 a pound, but the local ALDI had it
• 8:26
for $4.00 a pound. But you go to the ALDI and
• 8:29
there's no hamburger, right? Obviously the hamburger's worth
• 8:33
more. Wow, what a horrible analogy I
• 8:36
  just gave you. I apologize.
• 8:37
Shanghai bolts bleed to 8 year low.
• 8:42
Vaults sink. This is from two days ago.
• 8:45
Listen to this. What does this tell you?
• 8:46
Vaults sink to a level where India could wipe out the
• 8:50
Shanghai Gold Exchange vaults in one month.
• 8:53
OK, silver bleed continues at a fierce and intense rate,
• 8:57
draining the vaults to an 8 1/2 year low. 722 tons or 23 million
• 9:03
oz. We know now guys, let's go back
• 9:06
here real quick. We know now it's no longer 722.
• 9:10
  It's like below 680. I mean, it's just unbelievable.
• 9:16
Now, keep in mind, keep in mind, just just one of these little
• 9:20
things you might wanna keep in the back of your mind.
• 9:24
There's been no significant silver discoveries on the
• 9:27
planet. The world is running out of
• 9:30
silver. There's another chart of the of
• 9:32
  the inventories. It's unbelievable here.
• 9:36
Here's a great silver, starting to look very good.
• 9:38
Let's take a look at this chart from Rashad, right?
• 9:40
This guy's a very smart guy. There's that updraft we looked
• 9:44
at earlier. There's that zone where we are
• 9:47
right now, OK, And he shows it. Boink.
• 9:51
  Wow. He actually predicted the
• 9:52
  future. Boink.
• 9:53
  Boom. Let's hope he's right.
• 9:55
OK, let's hope this level right here where you see that
• 9:58
hourglass is $29.00 per oz that this holds.
• 10:02
If we go lower, guys, it's not the end of the world.
• 10:06
OK, I want to show you something.
• 10:07
I see my friend Pat Holland is on.
• 10:10
We're going to get with Pat in like 60 seconds because I just
• 10:13
want to, I want to go out to Pembecks one more time quickly,
• 10:17
and I want you to look at these numbers.
• 10:20
  OK? All right, Sure.
• 10:24
Gold 2310, silver 29 on the dot. Wow.
• 10:28
Took a little downdraft since last time we looked.
• 10:30
Nonetheless, guys, we have $29.00 silver.
• 10:34
We have $2300 gold. OK, all is not lost and I'm
• 10:39
going to bring on. I need to put on my headphones
• 10:41
and we're going to have Pat Holland on here.
• 10:42
We're going to have some fun. Hello, Mr. Holland, and there
• 10:48
  you are. Hello, Pat.
• 10:49
Hey there, Ron, good to see you again buddy.
• 10:51
And hello to all the basement dwellers out there.
• 10:54
Yeah. And on behalf of all the
• 10:55
basement dwellers, thanks for joining us, Pat, you're always
• 10:58
so much fun to have on the channel.
• 11:00
We were just talking about the, the, the, the, the mini carnage
• 11:04
that we've been having in the silver price.
• 11:07
Any any insights, any thoughts you have on what what you've
• 11:10
been seeing going on in the silver market?
• 11:12
Well, the insights are, are are big picture, broad scope
• 11:15
insights and that is gang. You have to understand it is
• 11:20
literally their prerogative because they have control to
• 11:24
control the price of silver. The reason being it is
• 11:27
competition to the dollar. It is the only way to make the
• 11:30
dollar look better then then, and I'm talking about not better
• 11:34
than necessarily silver and gold, but better against all the
• 11:38
other currencies of the world. This is literally what they do.
• 11:41
This is how they do it, and they've done it for a long, long
• 11:45
  time. Long time.
• 11:47
They, they, they've been at it. They do not want gold or silver
• 11:51
for that matter, to do well. Do you think, Pat, that that if
• 11:56
we, if we do broaden the scope and look, look back at history,
• 12:00
though that history teaches us that gold and silver actually
• 12:03
always come shining through in the end?
• 12:06
Sure, absolutely. There's lots of examples of this
• 12:09
if we could go through actual, honest to God history of
• 12:13
economies in the world. Or we can even go to the movie
• 12:16
The Wizard of Oz that tells us that gold and silver are the
• 12:20
  way. Gold and silver.
• 12:22
Let me let me pull this up real quick and then we are going to
• 12:24
talk about the way. But our old friend this is from
• 12:26
Alan Greenspan and, and, and, and this tells us, right?
• 12:30
A former Fed chief said this himself.
• 12:32
He said in the absence of the gold standard, there is no way
• 12:36
to prevent confiscation of savings through inflation.
• 12:41
He actually said that in 1966, right?
• 12:43
He probably changed his changed his tune a little bit later, but
• 12:47
in his early days he was telling the truth.
• 12:49
Yes, he was. And Fed presidents have been
• 12:52
known to tell the truth about gold and silver before in the
• 12:55
past. Of course, their mantra now is
• 12:58
the US dollar. The US dollar and the Fed, by
• 13:02
the way, it should be collecting gold that you would think that
• 13:06
they would be collecting gold right now in the basement.
• 13:08
And the reason being is because all the other central banks in
• 13:11
the Eastern hemisphere are collecting gold in historically
• 13:15
high increments right now. They have never collected as
• 13:19
much gold as they're collecting right now.
• 13:21
They have plans that include gold. the United States have
• 13:24
plans that don't include gold. And that's literally digital
• 13:28
enslavement through a central bank digital currency.
• 13:31
Yeah, the whole, the whole idea of everything being based on
• 13:34
credit, right. And the whole idea of a, of a
• 13:37
dollar that under the best case scenario loses only 2% of its
• 13:42
value per year really is, I mean, I mean, it, it, it's, it
• 13:47
sounds, I feel extreme when I say this, but it, I just, I
• 13:51
can't, I can't say any of the way it is like enslavement of a
• 13:54
vast majority of the population, right?
• 13:57
Like we're gonna pay you with these, with these, these, this
• 14:00
paper currency that's guaranteed to lose value.
• 14:04
While we benefit from, you know, we benefit from inflation,
• 14:08
right? The wealthy, the ultra wealthy
• 14:09
benefit. They, they don't call it
• 14:10
inflation. They call it a bull market in
• 14:12
the stock market or, or their, or their real estate portfolio
• 14:17
does well or whatever the case may be where the average working
• 14:20
person is, is is is can't even tread water.
• 14:26
That makes me mad. Pat Yeah.
• 14:28
And and here's the worst part. You know, this is campaign
• 14:31
season. I'm not going to get all into
• 14:33
politics right now, guys. I'm going to tell you, during
• 14:35
campaign season, I have seen so many Missouri politicians
• 14:40
literally tell, you know, the people in their messaging how
• 14:44
much they care about the Missouri people.
• 14:46
But I have seen these people up in Jeff City.
• 14:48
I see what they do. Politicians, by it far and
• 14:52
large, not all of them, but most of them literally don't care
• 14:55
about you. They care about their job.
• 14:57
They care about power. They care about money, that's
• 15:00
what they care about and you can see it in their work when
• 15:03
they're working in their state capitals.
• 15:05
So don't be confused folks. You know, basically you're going
• 15:09
to have to take care of yourself in this matter.
• 15:11
You're going to have to demand that your state acknowledge gold
• 15:14
and silver as legal tender in your state.
• 15:16
I'm sorry, I tried not to get into politics because we're
• 15:19
we're out of session in Missouri finally.
• 15:21
Yeah, yeah, No, no, I mean, that's really the way that I
• 15:24
mean, the, the basement dweller, the viewer who's joining us
• 15:26
today, Pat is, is a gold and silver enthusiast, right.
• 15:30
So they, they need to hear this and they'll benefit from hearing
• 15:33
and, and I think most of them, I can, you know, this third person
• 15:38
who's joining us right now knows that, yeah.
• 15:41
You know, silver and gold are probably historically speaking,
• 15:46
the best chance that they have at protecting their wealth, at
• 15:50
protecting their family as they, you know, as they as they, as we
• 15:54
go into the future, 'cause it's not getting any better.
• 15:56
I mean, we could look at the US debt clock, right?
• 15:58
I mean, well, let me let me back up.
• 16:00
I wanted to throw something in here.
• 16:01
You're talking about Missouri and how, let's say non concerned
• 16:08
are most of our politicians are with the general population.
• 16:13
I'm sure if we go to Washington, DCI mean it's even worse, right?
• 16:17
I mean, they're not looking out for they're not looking out for
• 16:19
the average person. Jerome Powell does not care
• 16:23
about the average. And they'll they'll all say
• 16:25
these things and you know, and and try to try to make everybody
• 16:29
feel warm and fuzzy, but the reality is they don't care.
• 16:32
And if people want to if if if their viewer cares about
• 16:35
themselves and cares about their family, which they do right,
• 16:39
Most of them are interested in protecting themselves with with
• 16:43
things like silver and gold. And now there's some other real
• 16:46
assets also. Yeah, nothing's more important
• 16:48
to gang and I, you know that I used to do a lot of financial
• 16:52
stuff, you know, on truth, money and freedom.
• 16:54
But one thing that I've talked about is inflation is killing
• 16:58
everyone's savings. So this is really important to
• 17:01
understand. A lot of people who have
• 17:04
$1,000,000 or so in their, let's just say their retirement,
• 17:08
whether it be a four O 1 Kira or, you know, even a convertible
• 17:13
life insurance policy. We could go through all of these
• 17:16
aspects of things, gang, but they're all losing out to
• 17:19
inflation. What is literally keeping up
• 17:21
with inflation is gold and silver.
• 17:23
If you don't have a very good portion of your retirement in
• 17:26
gold and silver, just look at Venezuela.
• 17:29
That's the future of America. It's unfortunate.
• 17:33
Go ahead. Sorry, Pat, I accidentally
• 17:36
deleted you for a second. Pat was saying look at
• 17:38
Venezuela. That's the future of America.
• 17:41
Yeah, I work with the the in the evening where I work, there's a,
• 17:46
a cleaning crew of Venezuelans. Mama, she's in her 70s.
• 17:50
Some people on the channel, I've I've, I've brought her up before
• 17:53
and her two sons and their spouses, and it was absolutely
• 17:58
horrible, right? And I have a chart somewhere I
• 18:00
could dig out maybe when you're talking all behind the scenes,
• 18:03
that shows the price of silver in Venezuelan bolivars, I think
• 18:07
is their currency. I mean, yeah, it, it, it saved
• 18:11
people's lives. And that's what that's what Mama
• 18:13
says. She's like, you know, and it's
• 18:14
hard for, but it's like, you know, gold and silver literally
• 18:18
saved people's lives in that, in that situation.
• 18:22
So yesterday we got a big, big news from the Fed, right?
• 18:25
Was a big Fed day and Jerome spoke and, and now they're not
• 18:28
gonna lower rates. Or maybe instead of doing it
• 18:31
three times, they're saying maybe one time.
• 18:34
Is it all just a bunch of BS? Pat, I, I, well, let me, let me,
• 18:37
I'm, I'm just gonna say it. I think it's all a bunch of
• 18:39
noise. It's all a bunch of BS.
• 18:42
It's all a bunch of distractions.
• 18:44
Why the Federal Reserve has become more of a public
• 18:48
relations firm than a bank, right?
• 18:51
I mean, they really have, right? And, and, and, and why have they
• 18:54
had to become a public relations firm?
• 18:56
  Because they're, they're managing competence.
• 18:59
They're managing, you know, they're not managing anything
• 19:01
real. They're managing make believe in
• 19:04
people's beliefs. And, you know, any thoughts on
• 19:07
on that whole situation? And, and as you, as we talk to
• 19:10
our viewer here, I mean, I know it's so confusing, right?
• 19:13
Like the rates are going up, rates are going down, inflation
• 19:18
and every and all this stuff. But at the end of the day, is
• 19:21
it, is it just true that like, like the value, the real value
• 19:25
of silver and gold are gonna, are gonna come shining through?
• 19:28
It will, they always do and it it did give me the name of a
• 19:31
country and they always do. In fact, gold and silver are has
• 19:34
historic highs in most nations around the planet in their
• 19:39
indigenous currency. However, there is something I'd
• 19:42
like to ask you because United States is rolling something like
• 19:46
$7 trillion worth of debt this year.
• 19:49
And if they have to do it at the Fen fund rate, I suspect that
• 19:52
we're gonna be paying about $1.5 trillion of interest per year
• 19:58
after this debt rollover if they do not lower interest rates.
• 20:02
Can the United States afford that?
• 20:03
The answer is no. They will borrow more money from
• 20:06
the Fed to make their interest payments on their debt.
• 20:08
That's what they do. And so that borrowing more money
• 20:12
into the economy will increase inflation, the very same problem
• 20:16
  we started this conversation with.
• 20:18
It's a snaking its own tail and there's just no way out.
• 20:21
  Unfortunately, there really isn't.
• 20:23
They can lower interest rates, gang.
• 20:25
And by the way, it it's a very precarious situation for the
• 20:29
Federal Reserve right now. We've been talking about this in
• 20:32
truth, money and freedom since 2015.
• 20:34
  They're, they've painted themselves into a, a corner now.
• 20:38
There is too much debt out there.
• 20:39
And the problem is there's a lot of interest with that debt.
• 20:43
The Federal Reserve does not print the interest when they
• 20:46
print the principal. So the next following year they
• 20:49
print more principal that's meant to have a dual role pay to
• 20:54
help pay interest from the previous year's debt and then
• 20:57
add more into the system that can be fractionally reserved
• 21:01
  through the commercial banking network.
• 21:03
Guys, this will not end well. Now, am I saying it's going to
• 21:06
all end this year or next year? No, I my crystal ball is broken.
• 21:10
But I will tell you, I think it and Ron, you can correct me if
• 21:12
I'm wrong. Is it a right around $7 trillion
• 21:16
of debt the US has to roll? Yes, yeah, but I've heard
• 21:19
different numbers, but it's a lot.
• 21:21
And I and I, you said something fascinating, Pat and I want, I
• 21:23
want our viewers to to to, to to consider this, OK, all this debt
• 21:29
needs to be rolled. We have the 35 trillion in debt,
• 21:32
right. So if, if the Fed, if the Fed
• 21:37
lowers interest rates, let's say three times by the end of the
• 21:40
year, right, and the, and the rate on the debt goes down.
• 21:44
The problem is nobody wants it. We already have China, we
• 21:48
already have Saudi Arabia. All these countries that are
• 21:51
saying are, are selling our debt right now, right?
• 21:54
Who's gonna buy the debt? Who's gonna buy a 30 year
• 21:56
treasury note at a lower rate than it is?
• 21:58
They're gonna be like, if you want us to buy your debt, the
• 22:00
rates have to be higher, right? So then, like you said, the only
• 22:04
option is for the Fed to come in.
• 22:07
And I think they call that what yield curve control.
• 22:09
It's what Japan's been doing forever now.
• 22:12
And the Fed says, well, OK, nobody wants to buy the debt.
• 22:14
So I guess we'll just make up some new money.
• 22:18
We'll turn on the printing press and we'll buy the debt, right, I
• 22:21
mean. There's all kinds of interesting
• 22:23
mechanisms to make exactly what you say happened, but the repo
• 22:27
window is a big one. These member banks, these big
• 22:30
six member banks, you guys know them, Citibank, JP Morgan,
• 22:34
Morgan Stanley, you guys know who I'm talking about, Goldman
• 22:37
Sachs. What they can do is they can buy
• 22:40
these bonds that Saudi Arabia sells and then they could sell
• 22:44
it right back to the Fed. They'll buy it at, you know,
• 22:47
basically a premium. They'll sell it back to the Fed
• 22:50
for that same premium and get cash in return. the Fed is the
• 22:53
buyer of last resort gang. This is called monetizing the
• 22:56
debt. This is something Ron Paul has
• 22:59
warned about for 35 years. It's happening right before our
• 23:03
eyes, but the average American is far too busy watching what's
• 23:06
going on politically, you know, basically in Washington, DC
• 23:09
right now, rather than watching what's going on with the
• 23:12
financial system. But I assure you, the actions
• 23:15
being taken right now will cause a financial earthquake.
• 23:20
  And I don't know when it'll happen.
• 23:21
But I'd like to float a theory with you, Ron.
• 23:23
How about a Black Swan event so that the Fed has to lower
• 23:27
interest rates suddenly. So for an unforeseen
• 23:31
circumstance, something that happens in the next month or two
• 23:35
and then suddenly they say, oh, because of this event that no
• 23:37
one saw coming, we're going to have to lower interest rates.
• 23:40
But guess what? Banks are popping.
• 23:43
It's just not in the media. Banks are actually starting to
• 23:46
go down again. And gosh darn if I can't
• 23:49
remember the last one that went down.
• 23:50
It went down about two weeks ago, but it was a fairly big
• 23:53
  bank. But there's a, there's several
• 23:57
more coming gang. These banks are not going to
• 24:00
stand the pounding right now. I mean people and, and by the
• 24:03
way, people may ask why banks are failing, Most of it's on the
• 24:06
commercial real estate side. Businesses are going out of
• 24:09
business. The The new inflation is killing
• 24:11
  their business. So go ahead.
• 24:14
Well, so, so, so and, and, and if the, and if the Fed were to
• 24:17
allow interest rates to go up, right, which nobody talks about,
• 24:21
but really that's what the market is going to demand.
• 24:25
The market is would demand that. No, if you want us to buy this
• 24:28
debt because nobody wants it and you have so much of it for sale,
• 24:32
you have such a huge supply, nobody wants it because oh, by
• 24:36
the way, we can work a calculator.
• 24:38
You need to pay US 7 or 8% or 9% if you want, if you want us to
• 24:43
give you money for 30 years that just that the banks are, are
• 24:46
done. I mean, right, yeah, I mean,
• 24:48
they're, they're already done right now, right.
• 24:51
I mean from a if you weren't doing Disneyland accounting on
• 24:54
the bank's balance sheets with commercial real estate and their
• 24:57
and their treasury holdings, literally unrealized losses,
• 25:01
Disney World type accounting, the banks are done.
• 25:04
So if they did let the rates go up, then the whole, I mean the
• 25:08
consumer everything, everything would just complete.
• 25:11
The only thing they can do to perpetuate the system, I think
• 25:13
we figured it out, Pat, is to print more money.
• 25:16
That's all they're going to be. And and and devalue the dollar.
• 25:19
That's right. That is the only thing the Fed
• 25:22
has left in their quote UN quote tool kit.
• 25:24
I love when they say that their tool kit, the tool kit is to
• 25:27
literally, literally keep printing money and interest
• 25:31
rates be darned one way or the other.
• 25:33
They go up, they go down. It doesn't matter.
• 25:35
They're going to print money. And The funny thing right now is
• 25:39
they are not taking as much money out of the system anymore.
• 25:42
What that means is people are not paying down debt.
• 25:45
The reason people, entities, corporations, you name it, and
• 25:50
the reason being is they can't afford to.
• 25:52
Inflation is killing them. They literally don't have enough
• 25:55
money to make debt payments anymore.
• 25:57
And that makes what we call zombie companies, zombie
• 26:01
corporations walking around, still operating, but operating
• 26:05
at a net loss every year because they can't afford the interest
• 26:09
payments. Yeah, yeah, yeah, they did well
• 26:11
during the zero interest rate environment, but the zombies and
• 26:14
it's kind of like the United States government, right?
• 26:16
It did pretty well during the zero interest rate environment.
• 26:20
But the party is over and, you know, the only, the only outcome
• 26:25
is it's unfortunate we don't like it.
• 26:27
Look, we're both, I think you and I are patriotic people.
• 26:30
I love what Andrew Jackson stood up for and Thomas Jefferson and
• 26:34
these guys. But the reality is the value of
• 26:36
the dollars going down. I mean, there's just no other.
• 26:39
  I mean, it's there, there's, there's it, it's, it, it, it,
• 26:43
it, it sure. You know, maybe they could, they
• 26:46
could inflate our way, which is what they'll try to do.
• 26:48
Inflate the way out of it. Mean inflation's going up and
• 26:51
the dollar's going down. And the value of gold and
• 26:53
silver, the real value, whether you measure it in in loaves of
• 26:58
bread, gallons of gasoline, how many ounces of silver it takes
• 27:03
to buy a house, or, or if you decide to measure your dollar,
• 27:06
your your, your silver and gold and Fiat dollars, it, it's going
• 27:10
up. The real value of the metal is
• 27:12
  going up. That's right.
• 27:14
And it also because of the historically high value of gold
• 27:17
and silver in many currencies around the planet, it's creating
• 27:20
an arbitrage opportunity to suck the physical out of the United
• 27:23
  States. Yeah.
• 27:25
So this is something a lot of people aren't talking about
• 27:27
right now. I believe in China right now
• 27:30
silver is the equivalent of $38 per oz.
• 27:34
  Yeah, I think that's 3333. Yeah.
• 27:37
Here, I can pull it up. Hold on.
• 27:39
We, we, we looked at this earlier, but let me do this real
• 27:43
quick and I can show you. This is from the guy, the
• 27:46
Oriental ghost. He posts this every day.
• 27:50
So right there is silver on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, if you
• 27:53
can see that, 3309 and then on the Shanghai Futures Exchange
• 27:58
  30. What's interesting though, Pat,
• 27:59
we were talking about this before you joined us.
• 28:02
Is that the, the vaults over there that the Shanghai Gold
• 28:07
Exchange is a physical market, right?
• 28:09
It's not like the COMEX and the LBMA, you have to have the metal
• 28:11
on in the, in the, in the, the inventory of metal, even though
• 28:16
  they're, they're the high-priced provider, right?
• 28:18
They're $4.00 an ounce higher. The amount of metal in their
• 28:22
  inventory available is like plummeting.
• 28:25
So, you know, I mean that. What does that tell you, right?
• 28:29
Yep. That tells you if you don't hold
• 28:31
it, you don't own it. And Chinese follow that same
• 28:33
rule too. I don't speak, you know,
• 28:35
Cantonese or anything funny like that, but I believe they
• 28:38
probably have a saying that's very similar.
• 28:40
If you don't hold it, you don't own it.
• 28:42
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I want to say one more thing
• 28:44
about the about the Fed and to remind our viewer of this,
• 28:47
right, 'cause even this morning Susie was watching the Today
• 28:50
show and she's like, oh, I paused this for you, 'cause
• 28:52
they're going to talk about the Fed, you know, and they had some
• 28:54
person on there saying about raising inflation and raising
• 28:58
interest rates and lowering rates and blah, blah, blah.
• 29:01
I think it's so critical for us to remember the Fed's full of
• 29:04
poop, OK? I mean, we can remember three
• 29:07
years ago when the Fed said, oh, inflation's temporary O,
• 29:12
  inflation's transitory O, inflation's not a problem.
• 29:16
And we all know how that worked out.
• 29:18
And I want to point out, Mr. Holland, that, that, that the
• 29:21
Fed had also been on their dot plot for so long that everybody
• 29:25
talks about had been predicting that they weren't even going to
• 29:27
start raising interest rates until the end of 2023, right?
• 29:32
And we know that they started raising interest rates like 2-2
• 29:34
years earlier and significantly. So whatever the Fed says, it's
• 29:39
like, you know, they're, they're full of it, right?
• 29:41
They also say that they're looking out for the average
• 29:43
middle American, which, Nope, is complete.
• 29:46
I love how they say that they're, they're data reliant,
• 29:49
that they make their decisions based on data.
• 29:51
No, they're decisions they make are really, really based on hold
• 29:56
on to the seat of your pants. You know, there is a financial
• 30:00
firestorm coming because of what we did last year.
• 30:03
And we have to do this to avert, you know, absolute, total,
• 30:06
complete disaster. That's how they operate, gang.
• 30:09
They don't know what they're doing.
• 30:11
You know, these fancy, you know, degrees, you know, saying, oh
• 30:14
geez, well, we're smarter than the average bear, you know,
• 30:18
because we have these fancy degrees and we're, we're the
• 30:20
smartest people in the room. No, these guys literally it's
• 30:23
  modern monetary theory now, gang.
• 30:25
It's not even Kansian anymore. Kansian is dead.
• 30:28
We're monetary Monet, Modern monetary theory.
• 30:31
Print as you go, print as you need it.
• 30:33
That is literally the way the Federal Reserve is working now
• 30:37
and believe a lot of western central banks are doing the same
• 30:40
thing too. However, they're going to start
• 30:42
doing it in Canada and Australia next year with their new digital
• 30:47
currency being put forth by their central banks.
• 30:50
  It's coming, gang. Yeah.
• 30:52
You know, and you and you talk about Pat, how how, how they're
• 30:56
kind of flying by the seat of their pants.
• 30:57
I think it's also critical for us to remember that we're in a
• 31:00
new environment, a new, a new geopolitical worldwide
• 31:03
environment. I mean, they had a hard enough
• 31:05
time, right? They, they, they screwed it up
• 31:08
real good. I mean, if they're so smart, how
• 31:10
did I mean, a lot of what we're dealing with now is fallout from
• 31:14
the 2008 great financial crisis where they just kind of papered
• 31:17
over everything. If they're so smart, right back
• 31:20
in 2006, 2007, when America was a completely 20 years ago, it
• 31:26
was a completely different world geopolitical environment. the
• 31:30
United States exerted much more control and authority over the
• 31:34
world financial system. Why couldn't they see that
• 31:36
coming? So now, right now that they're
• 31:39
dealing with the ramifications of having never really dealt
• 31:42
with what happened during the great financial crisis.
• 31:44
We're also coincidentally in a new world, a new world
• 31:49
geopolitical environment where obviously of the BRICS
• 31:53
countries, you have different countries that are that aren't,
• 31:56
aren't aren't just so willing to just go along with whatever the
• 32:00
United States says. Is that is that safe to say?
• 32:03
I would say so. In fact, you know, you could
• 32:06
stretch that point out into many, many different arenas.
• 32:08
But guys, I'm here to tell you the Fed literally is flying by
• 32:12
the seat of their pants right now.
• 32:14
And in fact, it's all looking out for the Fed and the six
• 32:19
member banks. That's all the Federal Reserve
• 32:21
does. They don't care about the United
• 32:22
States government. And but I want to remind you one
• 32:25
thing, we we have to go back to 2000 for this.
• 32:28
And this was when Alan Greenspan printed up, I believe it was
• 32:31
$435 billion to bail out the stock market.
• 32:36
I don't know if everyone remembers that or not, but we
• 32:39
had a stock market crash in 2000 and another one in 2001.
• 32:44
And in response, there's something called the Plunge
• 32:47
Protection Team. You know, there's the Exchange
• 32:50
Stabilization Fund. These are both arms of the
• 32:53
Treasury. They're not official, but they
• 32:57
are unofficial ways of actually stabilizing the economy when
• 33:00
there's a stock market crash. Now, here's what Greenspan did.
• 33:05
Because the NASDAQ took such a massive hit, he printed up some
• 33:09
435 billion with AB dollars. Back then.
• 33:12
That was a lot of money gang, by the way, but he printed up that
• 33:17
much money. And that's what led to the
• 33:19
housing crisis in 2008 because even though that money was
• 33:23
placed into the stock market, it eventually got fractionally
• 33:26
reserved into something, you know, akin to about $6 trillion,
• 33:30
six trillion with AT so 435 billion became, you know,
• 33:36
trillions of dollars. And that went into real estate
• 33:38
because when the Federal Reserve prints money, that money sloshes
• 33:42
around the system looking for a home and it inflates markets.
• 33:46
And that's exactly what Greenspan did that caused the
• 33:49
2008 crisis. And then what they did, to quote
• 33:52
UN quote, you know, treat the the symptoms, the problems of
• 33:56
2008 was to bail out the banks, the very same entities that
• 34:01
caused the problem in the 1st place.
• 34:04
Is there another Black Swan coming like 2008?
• 34:07
I don't know, but I'm telling you if if the Fed has to roll
• 34:13
over its debt at what is the Fed funds rate right now?
• 34:16
  5.25 Ron. At 5.25.
• 34:19
Yep, If the Fed, literally, or I'm sorry, the federal
• 34:22
government has to roll over its debt at 5.25% interest, I'm
• 34:26
telling you, gang, you'll see it in the debt clock next year.
• 34:29
It'll be pretty stark. You're going to see the interest
• 34:32
that we're paying on the debt, which is really about a trillion
• 34:35
dollars, are getting really close to it per year.
• 34:38
You'd have to collect a trillion dollars from you and me, Ron and
• 34:41
all the citizens every year just to pay interest on the debt.
• 34:45
This doesn't even hit the principal.
• 34:47
It'll go up to 1.5 trillion, another $500 billion if as they
• 34:52
roll over 7 trillion of debt at the today's interest rates.
• 34:56
  Yeah, it's a, it's a debt spiral.
• 34:58
I mean, and you and I and I and I agree with you.
• 35:01
I think, you know, obviously the Fed's not going to let on to the
• 35:04
fact that that they're in crisis mode, but I believe they are in
• 35:07
crisis mode. I think, you know, I think from
• 35:10
a number, from a geopolitical perspective and also just from a
• 35:14
pure mathematical perspective with the amount of debt that
• 35:17
they have that that they are in absolute crisis mode.
• 35:22
Knowing that, I mean, Jerome's in a box, right?
• 35:25
I've got a box down here with Jerome in it.
• 35:27
I mean, they are in, in big, big trouble and you know, and I
• 35:33
think the world knows that as well, you know, and I think it's
• 35:36
true what you, I, I agree with you about the fact that all this
• 35:40
printed money had to find a home really since 2008, right, is
• 35:44
what you said. And, and all that money that's
• 35:47
been fractionally reserved. And then you look at what
• 35:49
happened during the C19 crisis and the amount of money that was
• 35:52
printed then where did it go? Well, it went to my house, went
• 35:56
up two times. Supposedly my house has worked
• 35:58
twice as much as it was four years ago.
• 36:02
I mean, are you kidding me? Right.
• 36:04
I mean, and oh, by the way, a loaf of bread cost about twice
• 36:06
as much as it did four years ago.
• 36:08
And, you know, everything's gone up.
• 36:11
So. And, and then on top of that,
• 36:13
though, I think the biggest bubble of all that nobody that,
• 36:16
you know, everybody, nobody really is the general stock
• 36:19
market, right? These unbelievable valuations in
• 36:23
the stock market, the S&P 500, the NASDAQ, and, and I mean,
• 36:28
are, are people just asleep? I mean, and, and you like to use
• 36:32
  this word nominal confusion, right?
• 36:34
Like people, I mean, people are like, oh, well, you know, I just
• 36:37
put money in the stock market and it goes up and up and up.
• 36:40
And, and I don't care if I, if I, if it's down, 'cause I know
• 36:43
it always comes back because that's all it's done for the
• 36:45
last, what, almost 20 years, right?
• 36:47
You just put money in the stock market and magically it becomes
• 36:51
more money. But that could change, right?
• 36:53
I mean, that could that could come to an abrupt ending.
• 36:57
Yes, it could. And abrupt is the proper word
• 37:00
here because we've seen the abrupt ending of of a bull
• 37:04
market before 1987. I mean, I was alive to see that
• 37:08
and and I'm sure you were too, Ron and we're paying attention.
• 37:12
That was really huge and it came out of the blue.
• 37:15
No one saw it coming. At least no one in in
• 37:18
  traditional banking saw it coming.
• 37:20
Maybe the big bank saw it coming, I don't know.
• 37:22
But but you're right, an abrupt end, you know, basically to this
• 37:26
gravy train of printed dollars, I, I believe is actually already
• 37:31
here because most people are not keeping up with inflation now.
• 37:34
So that's the end of the train for you and me, Ron, We're done.
• 37:38
We just have to pay more by getting the same amount of
• 37:40
income. We have to pay more for
• 37:42
everything. So we have less expendable
• 37:44
income. And this is where people have to
• 37:46
start making tough choices. And by the way, I'm a big, a big
• 37:50
advocate of people using YouTube University to learn how to fix
• 37:54
the stuff in their house. I'm a big proponent of that as
• 37:58
opposed to paying for a professional to come out if you,
• 38:01
if you were hurting for money, learn how to fix things
• 38:04
yourselves. And, and it's a great trip to do
• 38:06
that too. And it's a lot of satisfaction
• 38:08
in fixing your own stuff. Oh yeah, yeah, I I do it all the
• 38:11
  time and it's absolutely satisfying.
• 38:13
And a friend of mine once said, we'll get back to gold and
• 38:16
silver here in a second. But a friend of mine once I put
• 38:18
a new power steering pump and our Acura, I've, I've fixed,
• 38:22
I've been fixing stuff my whole life.
• 38:24
I love, but I'm not a car mechanic.
• 38:26
But a friend of mine once said, you know, if you try to do it
• 38:29
and it doesn't work, you're not gonna usually not gonna hurt
• 38:32
anything. You're not gonna make it any
• 38:34
worse, you know, So it doesn't, it doesn't hurt to, it doesn't
• 38:37
hurt to give it a shot to try to, to try to fix it yourself,
• 38:40
you know, and you're right because, you know, you a lot of
• 38:43
times, and then I'll, I'll promise, I'll, I'll just go back
• 38:45
to silver and gold basement dwellers.
• 38:47
But a lot of times you can fix things with a $15 part that you
• 38:52
buy on Amazon that if you brought your car to the
• 38:54
dealership, for instance, they're gonna charge you 400
• 38:57
bucks to do the exact same thing.
• 38:58
  I mean, it's nuts. It's absolutely, absolutely
• 39:02
crazies. Oh, last week, Pat, we had this.
• 39:07
We had this, this big downdraft, almost $80.00 per oz in gold.
• 39:12
And the reason why was because the Chinese central bank, they
• 39:16
didn't sell gold. They just stopped buying for one
• 39:19
month, right? And I think Peter Schiff was the
• 39:21
first person who I heard bring this up.
• 39:23
He said, well, let's remember that that the the month of May
• 39:28
now we know the Chinese central bank didn't buy any gold, but we
• 39:31
also hit an all time high in gold for the month during the
• 39:34
month of May. You know, to me, do you think
• 39:38
there's a concerted media effort to jump on any reason available
• 39:43
to push down and to and to speak poorly about the precious
• 39:46
metals? Yes, it is because it's getting
• 39:48
big in the States. It's not so much guys.
• 39:52
I mean that's another thing too is, you know, we haven't even
• 39:55
talked about the States and what the states are doing.
• 39:57
But if you think the federal government hasn't noticed our
• 40:00
efforts in the states to make gold and silver legal tender,
• 40:03
  you're mistaken. They have noticed.
• 40:05
They know this. In fact, there's been efforts,
• 40:07
you know, even though half hearted ones, because we know it
• 40:10
can't work on the federal level. There's been efforts on the
• 40:12
federal level to go back to a gold standard and somehow back
• 40:16
up the dollar with gold. But the problem is it'll never,
• 40:19
ever, ever, ever happen on the federal level.
• 40:22
Never. But look at the states are doing
• 40:24
it. And this is actually a very,
• 40:27
very good thing. And it's very timely.
• 40:29
And let's talk about one state here real quick.
• 40:32
Let's talk about Louisiana, Louisiana this year.
• 40:36
And by the way, we should do another show.
• 40:37
I'm not prepared for this right now, but there's like 9 or 10
• 40:40
states that have actually done stuff with silver and gold.
• 40:43
But I do know Louisiana literally has the golden ticket.
• 40:48
They got, you know, silver and gold as legal tender in their
• 40:52
state. They actually got it done wrong.
• 40:55
And so they're the only state that got it done.
• 40:58
Now, we should talk about Missouri at some point why we
• 41:00
didn't get it done. But I think most people know
• 41:02
that. In fact, I think Daniel Diaz
• 41:04
came on your show and talked about that.
• 41:05
But the fact is only Louisiana got it done, but other states
• 41:10
did other things that are. Here, Pat.
• 41:12
Hey, Pat. Pat, I'm gonna interrupt you for
• 41:14
a second because I'm gonna pull up the an article briefly about
• 41:19
what you're talking about. This is wrong one here it is
• 41:23
from silver Seek Louisiana reaffirms gold as legal tender.
• 41:28
JP Cortez wrote this and I had some highlights.
• 41:32
Louisiana Sound Money Bill simply affirms that any gold or
• 41:36
silver coins, specie or bullion issued by the US government is
• 41:40
considered legal tender whenever voluntarily agreed upon by both
• 41:44
parties to a contract. The measure enjoyed popular
• 41:48
support, receiving only one no vote on the floor throughout the
• 41:53
Louisiana House and Senate. What do you think about that,
• 41:56
Mister Holland? It makes me wish that we had the
• 41:59
Louisiana General Assembly in the state of Missouri.
• 42:05
There's it. By the way, Congratulations to
• 42:08
them. This is a huge move for the
• 42:12
state of Louisiana to protect their citizens.
• 42:14
And this is what many states are trying to do across the United
• 42:17
States of America. But there is resistance in the
• 42:20
case of Nebraska. Nebraska actually got rid of
• 42:24
capital gains tax on gold and silver.
• 42:27
That's another huge move. Some people call it income tax
• 42:29
on gold and silver, but what it is, is you pay a tax on gold and
• 42:33
silver as the value goes up, right?
• 42:36
You, you, you hold on to physical gold and silver and
• 42:39
then you go and sell it. And then suddenly they, they
• 42:41
want to tax your income and you made on the difference from your
• 42:44
purchase price versus the sale price.
• 42:47
So you, you got to get rid of that when you do legal tender
• 42:49
too. Nebraska is clearly moving to
• 42:52
legal tender and they got done what they thought they could get
• 42:55
done in 2023 or I'm sorry, 2024, which was get rid of capital
• 43:00
gains tax. So any states that are actually
• 43:03
moving in this direction and, and I have been involved in that
• 43:06
the Citizens for Sound Money have been involved in this and
• 43:10
others. But the fact of the matter is
• 43:12
this is the only way I have thought about this for decades,
• 43:17
gang, decades and decades. This is the only way to protect
• 43:20
citizens from inflation from and now from the threat of a central
• 43:25
bank digital currency. This is it.
• 43:27
This is all you got. This is why the, the Eastern
• 43:30
hemisphere is actually collecting gold in their central
• 43:33
banks gang. This is why they see it too.
• 43:36
Yeah, well, and, and, and, and, you know, I think it's wherever,
• 43:41
whatever state, right, most and, and not everybody who's with us
• 43:44
is in the United States. A lot of people are maybe in a
• 43:47
country that that holds gold and silver in a different regard,
• 43:51
but probably 80% of the people. So for the viewer, I'll ask you
• 43:56
if you are in the United States and if you want to hold silver
• 44:02
and gold to protect yourself, to protect your family, then this
• 44:06
legal tender legislation is, is exciting and it's, and it's
• 44:09
happening state by state by state.
• 44:12
I know it's probably not the best analogy, but I, to me, it
• 44:15
feels like a lot like, like, like when marijuana was
• 44:19
  legalized throughout the country, right?
• 44:21
It was little by little by little.
• 44:23
And then suddenly, even though on a federal level it's not now,
• 44:26
it's pretty much been been accepted in, in many, many
• 44:30
states throughout the country. And that's what it feels like is
• 44:33
happening with the gold and silver legal tender legislation.
• 44:35
It's, you know, it's not all gonna happen in one year.
• 44:38
But you know, I think Wisconsin passed some type of legislation.
• 44:42
There's been all types of these little pieces that are coming
• 44:45
together protecting people's constitutional right to use
• 44:49
silver and gold as legal tender. That's right.
• 44:52
And so that makes Louisiana officially the 6th state.
• 44:58
We're hoping it would be Missouri.
• 44:59
The the weird part is, gang, I'm, I've been in touch with
• 45:03
some politicians in other States and they're getting this stuff
• 45:08
done without even a massive grassroots effort, without any
• 45:12
  grassroots effort whatsoever whatsoever.
• 45:15
In fact, when I was talking to representative in Arkansas
• 45:18
talking about how they got it done so easily and so quickly,
• 45:21
they said it just is common sense.
• 45:24
There was no resistance to this in in Arkansas.
• 45:27
There was none in Tennessee. There was none in Louisiana.
• 45:29
There was none in Alabama last year.
• 45:31
There's just no resistance in Missouri.
• 45:34
It's political resistance. It's a Dean Plocker who is
• 45:37
actually running for Lieutenant governor, decided single
• 45:40
handedly for two years in a row that the state of Missouri
• 45:42
cannot have silver and gold as legal tender.
• 45:45
He made the decision. He did this unilaterally.
• 45:48
Dean Plocker. And so at any rate, Dean Plocker
• 45:52
has termed out Gang so he will not be Speaker of the House next
• 45:55
year. So we could see what we can get
• 45:57
done with Dean Plocker finally gone.
• 46:00
And so this is literally what it was, gang.
• 46:04
It was a single man deciding that Senator Eigel, who
• 46:08
sponsored the bill, can't have a win because he's running for
• 46:12
governor and Dean Plocker hates him.
• 46:15
That's literally what it came down to.
• 46:17
That's how petty things are. And one more thing I'd like to
• 46:19
say, you know, before we get off the subject, I want to make sure
• 46:22
it's covered. Daniel Diaz came to help us here
• 46:24
in the state of Missouri with Citizens for Sound Money.
• 46:27
He has never seen anything as dysfunctional as he's seen in
• 46:31
  the Missouri General Assembly. Never.
• 46:34
Never. He's been to a lot of states,
• 46:35
lobbied in a lot of states. I don't lobby in other states,
• 46:38
gang. I make a lot of phone calls to
• 46:39
other states. I'm, I may or may not have made
• 46:42
a trip to a capital here and there close by Missouri, but by
• 46:46
far and large, I do my work by phone and by e-mail and by
• 46:49
video, by video conferencing. And the fact of the matter is I
• 46:55
have had an easier time dealing with most other states than I
• 46:57
have dealing with my own. But it's because of the power
• 47:00
brokers like Dean Plocker, who literally refused gold and
• 47:04
silver legal tender in the state of Missouri.
• 47:06
By the way, I'm saying this very deliberately, gang.
• 47:09
Dean Plocker single handedly decided for the state of
• 47:12
Missouri, we can't have gold and silver.
• 47:14
And the reason being is because he hates the sponsor, Bill
• 47:18
Eigel, who is running for governor.
• 47:20
That's why. So that's how petty things can
• 47:22
  get in Missouri. Absolutely petty.
• 47:24
So remember this, Dean Plocker's running for Lieutenant governor
• 47:27
in the state of Missouri. He's he has shown how petty he
• 47:31
is. Do we want him in his Lieutenant
• 47:33
  governor? Absolutely not.
• 47:35
You know, pick someone else. In my opinion.
• 47:38
By the way, I don't tell anyone who to vote for, but I tell
• 47:40
people who not to vote for, you know, all the time because I
• 47:44
have experience up at the Capitol.
• 47:45
I know all these players. I know these people.
• 47:48
And for that reason, a lot of people are asking me who to vote
• 47:51
for. But I generally just say who not
• 47:53
to vote for on our live streams. I'll tell you who I am voting
• 47:56
for, but I don't endorse folks. But so you need people in your
• 48:00
General Assembly. And by the way, Ron, you and I
• 48:03
should plan on probably between Thanksgiving and Christmas, you
• 48:08
and I should plan on doing a special one hour episode after
• 48:12
elections are over about getting gold and silver legislation in
• 48:16
your state. And actually, you know.
• 48:18
Step by step guide, we can provide you all the materials to
• 48:22
make it real easy for you. Every state should be working
• 48:25
towards this. Or it's legal tender.
• 48:27
Yeah, because the world is working towards it.
• 48:29
You know, we were, we were, we were talking anyway.
• 48:32
Yeah, the Eastern world. Well, because, you know, we're
• 48:35
talking about how in the United States this is, is starting to
• 48:39
catalyze, right? It feels like there's more and
• 48:41
more people waking up, right. And we know state by state
• 48:45
efforts of people like you and Daniel Diaz from Citizens for
• 48:48
Sound Money, it's growing in the States.
• 48:50
But I, I wanna run through this list.
• 48:52
There's just some recent headlines that I've seen.
• 48:55
We know in China, right? Hundreds of thousands of people
• 48:58
are lining up at times to buy physical gold.
• 49:02
There's been some recent reports in Vietnam.
• 49:05
I've got I I pulled up a couple live stream to the Vietnamese,
• 49:09
the Vietnam Vietnamese newspaper showing people lining up at the
• 49:13
banks because they can buy physical gold.
• 49:17
Korea has has now has these like are starting to put the gold
• 49:22
vending machines in their convenience stores.
• 49:24
And interestingly enough, North or I'm sorry, South Korea has
• 49:29
more convenience stores than anywhere else on the planet.
• 49:32
People, all young people, young people are buying this gold all
• 49:37
over the world, right? It's happening all over the
• 49:40
place and starting to, I think catalyze here in the United
• 49:43
States and it's and it's been it was part of our history.
• 49:46
I mean, we gotta remember, right, like we were, we were a
• 49:49
country that was based on gold and silver.
• 49:52
And during that period, right, the United States accomplished
• 49:57
economically what would have never been accomplished in the
• 50:02
history of the planet. So, you know, going back to some
• 50:04
type of gold backed, silver backed system, it, I think now
• 50:10
it's like, it's like, oh, you're, you're acted like an,
• 50:12
you're treated like an outcast or, or whatever the case would
• 50:15
be. Well, it worked pretty darn
• 50:16
well, right? And it's worked pretty well for
• 50:18
other countries throughout history as well.
• 50:20
What about the Wizard of Oz? Pat, what are your, what are
• 50:23
your thoughts on the, the, the the classic movie that before it
• 50:27
was a movie was a book, you know, that really, I think had a
• 50:32
lot to do with the struggles with silver and gold in this
• 50:35
country. Yes, in the, in the 1890s, Frank
• 50:38
Baum, I, I, I think it's L Frank Baum is the author, I think of
• 50:42
The Wizard of Oz. And I do believe it might be the
• 50:44
year 1900 or 1901 that the book came out, The Wizard of Oz.
• 50:48
But it was based on what was going on in the presidential
• 50:51
election cycle of 1896 because silver was temporarily
• 50:56
demonetized. So in in in the 1890s, they were
• 51:00
talking about doing that and keeping on a very restrictive
• 51:03
gold standard. The people wanted silver.
• 51:07
They were OK with gold too, but they definitely wanted silver.
• 51:10
It was much easier to transact with for smaller transactions.
• 51:14
So the, you know, that's The thing is the Ruby slippers on
• 51:18
Technicolor, you know, actually were supposed to be silver
• 51:21
slippers because that's what they were in the book.
• 51:23
But silver did not show up as well in color back then with the
• 51:28
technology they had as Ruby the eye popping Ruby slippers.
• 51:33
Interesting. So that's what it was, but the
• 51:36
the fact of the matter is silver will save you, silver will bring
• 51:40
you home. And so that was the kind of the
• 51:43
message in the book. And so the.
• 51:46
So the yellow, so the so the yellow brick road.
• 51:49
And, and it was my understanding, and correct me if
• 51:51
I'm wrong here, that at the time the big bankers wanted gold.
• 51:56
And the reason the big bankers wanted gold was because the big
• 52:01
European bankers, who at the time, this was before World War
• 52:04
One and World War 2, the European bankers were kind of
• 52:07
the equivalent of what the United States is now, right?
• 52:10
They were the world hegemony. And they were pushing the
• 52:13
American bankers to, to, to be more focused on a gold backed
• 52:18
system 'cause that would have benefited them as well.
• 52:21
But it's, pardon my language, screwed over the average
• 52:25
American, who at that time was generally a farmer, as I
• 52:28
  understand it. Right, that's correct.
• 52:31
So the yellow brick road was this this idea they were trying
• 52:34
to lead the Dorothy's of the world who was a farm girl,
• 52:38
  right? Yeah.
• 52:39
  The. Average person.
• 52:40
Yeah, the followed followed the yellow brick road to the Emerald
• 52:43
City, and then when they got there, they realized the man
• 52:47
behind the curtain was a dirty banker, right?
• 52:49
Sure, sure. As a dirty banker, you know, it
• 52:51
was a facade of prosperity in in the the land of Oz, the Wizard
• 52:57
of Oz OZ short for ounces and you know that's you know, it's
• 53:04
an abbreviation for Oz, which is the measure for gold and silver
• 53:08
speak to the economic policies and the illusions of wealth that
• 53:12
dominated during bombs time. This representation of the
• 53:17
economic system in the quest for financial stability kind of
• 53:21
reveals the complexities of the American dream and the
• 53:24
challenges of achieving at the landscape marked by inequality
• 53:27
and illusion. I meant this was the Wizard of
• 53:30
Oz was literally a slice of history that basically keeps
• 53:36
repeating over and over and over again.
• 53:39
And the reason it does, and it's so relevant, whether or not
• 53:42
you're you're living in America, it doesn't matter the monetary
• 53:46
system effects you. It doesn't matter what country
• 53:49
you're in and the world reserve currency effects you, and it
• 53:52
doesn't matter what country you're in.
• 53:54
So this story still remains pertinent today, and it always
• 53:58
will be. And so, but yeah, there was talk
• 54:01
of getting off a silver standard.
• 54:03
And that's why Dorothy, the average person, had the silver
• 54:06
slippers that could always save her.
• 54:08
They always had the capability of saving her as an individual.
• 54:12
And she just didn't know how to use it.
• 54:15
So she had to be taught by, you know, the the good witch
• 54:18
Gwyneth, I believe, you know, literally how to use silver to
• 54:23
save yourself. And also, you know, there's a
• 54:26
lot of underlying tones in that movie.
• 54:28
But it was based on what was happening in 1896 in the
• 54:31
presidential election cycle. That's what it was truly based
• 54:34
on. And, and, and one of the
• 54:35
candidates got got assassinated, which that was very one of the
• 54:40
guys who was in favor of going back to the silver at the same.
• 54:43
Time I didn't know he was assassinated.
• 54:45
I I knew he died. But was shot or or well, OK,
• 54:48
maybe maybe I may have misspoke there.
• 54:50
So I want to clarify that for the audience.
• 54:52
But he died shortly after. It was very, let's say there's
• 54:57
there's a an air of suspicion over his death, is what I read,
• 55:01
  Yeah. Sure.
• 55:02
And so at any rate, when you're watching The Wizard of Oz, you
• 55:06
know, wonderful tale, just remember it was based on
• 55:09
political and economic heat upheaval in 1896.
• 55:13
That's what the story was based on.
• 55:14
And it was based on gold and silver and how literally silver
• 55:19
can save you just like it saved Dorothy in the end.
• 55:22
  She just didn't understand silver.
• 55:24
She didn't understand how important it was intrinsically.
• 55:27
She didn't understand, you know, basically the the fact that it's
• 55:31
used in industry. In fact, they were starting to
• 55:33
use silver and industry back then because they were making
• 55:35
film with silver. The silver screen.
• 55:38
They made movie screens in the early 1900s basically
• 55:42
impregnated with silver. So you know, they that mirror
• 55:46
like thing going on there. That's why we still call it to
• 55:49
this day the silver screen that has nothing to do with silver
• 55:52
anymore in the screens they, you know, project movies on to but
• 55:55
but still it's in your TV screen gang.
• 55:58
So you still have the silver screen at home.
• 56:00
But this is the importance. Go ahead.
• 56:02
Go ahead. No, you go ahead.
• 56:03
No, this is the importance of the lessons we should learn from
• 56:07
the movie The Wizard of Oz, which was based on a book.
• 56:09
Now, it's an entertaining film. I get that.
• 56:12
But there's so many lessons in there.
• 56:14
And for those who have not read the book, I do recommend you
• 56:17
read the book if you want to get, you know, some of the
• 56:19
deeper meanings that that that Baum was trying to get across in
• 56:23
that timeless book that. Timeless class?
• 56:26
Yeah, I think 99% of people including me that have watched
• 56:29
The Wizard of Oz that have no idea that what it was really
• 56:33
truly stating. Do you have 5 more minutes pack
• 56:36
'cause I have one more subject I wanna cover with you and get
• 56:39
your opinion on this one. One of my viewers, well we're
• 56:41
we're gonna talk about skyrocketing and demand for
• 56:44
  silver. OK, possibly skyrocketing prices
• 56:47
as we go into the next decades. But one of my viewers pointed
• 56:51
out this idea and I don't know if it was original to him or it
• 56:54
doesn't really matter, but that that oil and as you were talking
• 56:57
about the industrial uses of, of silver just coming onto the
• 57:01
scene then. But oil really around the 1920s
• 57:05
became like oil was nothing up to that point, not very
• 57:09
important. But oil over the last 100 years
• 57:12
from 1924 through today has become like the base of the
• 57:16
world economy, right? The the energy source, the used
• 57:20
in plastics, all this stuff. This gentleman brought up this
• 57:23
idea that that silver going into the next 100 years could almost
• 57:27
become like the new oil, right? And if you think about it, it
• 57:31
does make sense, right? Because silver now is being used
• 57:34
in solar panels. Like unbelievable amounts of,
• 57:38
of, of silver are being used up in solar panels.
• 57:40
It's used in everything electronic and electronics are
• 57:43
permeating every corner of our lives, he said.
• 57:48
He said silver, his prediction is like silver could become the
• 57:52
new oil. Any thoughts on that one?
• 57:55
Absolutely, it's the second most useful commodity on the planet
• 57:57
after oil. Oil's number one gang silver's
• 58:01
number two. And by the way, hemp is #3 just
• 58:04
in case, you know, that's the packing order.
• 58:06
And we're talking about the versatility of, of, of minerals
• 58:10
or, you know, basically resources that we have in the
• 58:13
  planet. Oil is number one.
• 58:15
It's incredibly versatile. It just, it's not just for
• 58:18
getting your plane to and fro and your car to and fro.
• 58:21
Oil is plastic, oil is pharmaceutical.
• 58:24
I mean, we could. Go on fertilizer, Yeah.
• 58:26
  That's right. Yeah.
• 58:28
But as we go ahead, well, I mean, Dan, but as we go into
• 58:31
this next 100 years and we look at like where is energy gonna
• 58:34
  come from? Go ahead.
• 58:36
  Yeah. That's right.
• 58:37
That's exactly right. And, and I have got a tail for
• 58:39
you and a warning. Everyone's seeing their energy
• 58:43
prices go up. My wife and I were talking about
• 58:46
our energy bill recently, electricity bill.
• 58:49
We're on a Co-op and our, we, we're getting all hit with all
• 58:53
kinds of new fees and increasing prices in electricity.
• 58:57
What you may not know is this is a federal mandate for the prices
• 59:03
of electricity to go up. Where is the extra money going
• 59:07
when it's literally federal red tape or EPA regulation that's
• 59:12
causing electricity prices to go up?
• 59:14
I can tell you exactly where it's going.
• 59:16
It's not going to make you happy, or it may make you happy.
• 59:19
We're subsidizing solar panels. Remember what I was talking
• 59:22
about? When the the corporations, the
• 59:24
big corporations and the rich people and the bankers never pay
• 59:28
full price for anything ever, They get a discount, right?
• 59:32
  Well, that's exactly what's happening.
• 59:34
They're getting a discount on solar panels and that discount
• 59:38
is coming right out of your wallet in the extra subsidies
• 59:41
that you are paying your electric company.
• 59:45
So silver for solar panels is being directly, the price of
• 59:49
silver is being directly affected by this.
• 59:52
So this is something a lot of folks may not know about, but
• 59:55
This is why your prices have increased for electricity.
• 59:59
Is your subsidizing the people getting silver, Believe it or
• 1:00:04
not. So Ron, it's directly linked.
• 1:00:07
So thank you for bringing that up.
• 1:00:08
I probably would have forgot about that otherwise.
• 1:00:10
Yeah, yeah. And the number of of solar
• 1:00:12
panels and the most recent data I read is there's about 2/3 of
• 1:00:16
an ounce of silver per solar panel using the using the
• 1:00:20
  current kind of dominant technology.
• 1:00:22
But this next level, I think it's top con is the next type of
• 1:00:26
panel gonna come out. We'll use some people say up to
• 1:00:29
50% more, but let's just say there's like an ounce of silver
• 1:00:32
eventually in every solar panel. And Jim, one of my other viewers
• 1:00:37
brought up a great point. He works in the electric field.
• 1:00:39
He said you got to remember too, when that silver goes into that
• 1:00:43
solar panel, you can say bye bye to it for at least 15 or 20
• 1:00:47
years, right? And we don't know that we'll
• 1:00:49
ever be able to get it back out of that solar panel.
• 1:00:51
And when you look at the amount of panels it being manufactured
• 1:00:56
in China and India right now, it's staggering.
• 1:01:00
And you, and when you think about India, let's just look at
• 1:01:02
India quickly alone. India has like the, the, the
• 1:01:06
most rapidly expanding consumer class in the world, right?
• 1:01:10
The Indian economy is doing well.
• 1:01:11
You got hundreds of millions of people that are suddenly moving
• 1:01:16
from huts to little houses. And guess what they want?
• 1:01:19
They want electricity. And what's the easiest way for
• 1:01:22
them to get electricity, right? Put some solar panels on the
• 1:01:25
roof and run a wire and they have electricity.
• 1:01:28
It's like instantaneous, it's clean, right?
• 1:01:31
So this that this demand for for silver, for solar panels will
• 1:01:36
likely just continue to explode. Yep, and just so you remember,
• 1:01:41
the folks out here that are paying the sky high electricity
• 1:01:44
bills are literally helping to keep the price of silver down.
• 1:01:49
Believe it or not, this is the mechanism they put in place.
• 1:01:52
You and I, Ron, by paying higher electricity bills are
• 1:01:55
subsidizing the undercutting of the actual value of silver.
• 1:01:59
These are the kinds of tactics they use, gang, whether it be
• 1:02:03
central banks, businesses, government, but the Subs, the
• 1:02:07
subsidizing of solar panels is not a new thing.
• 1:02:09
They've been doing that for quite some time now.
• 1:02:11
But that is also a way to keep the, the silver gold ratio nice
• 1:02:16
and high. I mean, what is it right now,
• 1:02:18
like 80, you know, 85 or something right now, Silver gold
• 1:02:22
  ratio. Yeah, around there, yeah.
• 1:02:25
It's absolutely insane gang. It should never have been that
• 1:02:28
high. And even at its worst in
• 1:02:30
America, the ratio was 16 to one, you know, basically when we
• 1:02:36
were still on a precious metal standard.
• 1:02:38
So, yeah, silver is getting whipped and, you know, and, and
• 1:02:42
being taken to the woodshed daily by the United States
• 1:02:45
government. I want to remind you all that,
• 1:02:48
and this is once again from a guy who's been looking at this
• 1:02:50
for a long time, You have to remember now the the COMEX is
• 1:02:55
controlled by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, which is
• 1:02:58
controlled by the Treasury. So actually, the lineage goes
• 1:03:02
directly to the executive branch of the United States government.
• 1:03:05
That's the president of the United States.
• 1:03:07
It doesn't matter who the president is.
• 1:03:09
Silver and gold are manipulated, particularly silver.
• 1:03:11
  Yeah. Yeah, it doesn't.
• 1:03:14
It doesn't matter if it's the Democrat or Republican, they're
• 1:03:16
gonna they're gonna keep pushing down the price of silver.
• 1:03:19
And I know John Little at the silver Academy's dug in and,
• 1:03:23
and, and even like the defense industry needs massive amounts
• 1:03:26
of silver, the space industry needs massive amounts of silver.
• 1:03:31
  Like everybody needs massive amount.
• 1:03:32
It just doesn't it just it. And I know it's frustrating for
• 1:03:36
me and for I know you're a silver.
• 1:03:38
I mean, to me, I just kind of keep a long term generational
• 1:03:41
view that the price of silver, the value and at the price, you
• 1:03:46
know, I mean the price. Who knows what what, who knows
• 1:03:48
what a dollar is gonna be worth 15 or 20 years from now or five
• 1:03:51
years from now, Who knows but that the real value of silver is
• 1:03:55
there. And you know, it's just insane
• 1:03:57
too, Pat, when you think about the fact that there's less and
• 1:04:00
less silver coming out of the ground every year.
• 1:04:02
I mean, they can't find it. There's no, there's no money.
• 1:04:06
This is. And then I promise we'll, we'll
• 1:04:08
wrap this up, but there's no, there it, it makes no sense to
• 1:04:11
me that the entire market capitalization of the entire
• 1:04:15
silver mining industry is less than 50 after a day like today,
• 1:04:20
probably less than $14 billion. The market cap of GameStop was
• 1:04:26
over that last week, right? The market cap of Home Depot,
• 1:04:29
and I know it's a big chain about hardware stores, but it's
• 1:04:32
$300 billion. That means that the entire
• 1:04:36
silver mining industry is, is worth less than 4% of the value
• 1:04:41
of Home Depot, a big box hardware store.
• 1:04:44
  I mean, that's right. It's, it's just insane.
• 1:04:47
So there's no money going into it.
• 1:04:49
And you know, and then you got Mexico who's who's, who's like
• 1:04:53
doing everything they can to stop any mining development in
• 1:04:57
their country. I mean, the Mexico's the number
• 1:04:59
one provider of silver in the world production.
• 1:05:02
There's down like almost 30% in the last two years.
• 1:05:05
  It doesn't it's it's crazy. It's absolutely.
• 1:05:08
Well, you talked about silver being the energy of the future.
• 1:05:10
Mexico realizes this too. And they have literally, they
• 1:05:15
have underground banks, you know, because they have so much
• 1:05:18
silver underneath their soil. They want to hold on to that.
• 1:05:22
And if it's mined out, it is much more likely it's going to
• 1:05:25
actually enter the system, which is not what they want at this
• 1:05:28
time. They want to hold on to the
• 1:05:31
silver that they have until it's really worth what it's truly
• 1:05:34
worth and you know, in terms of pesos, dollars or whatever the
• 1:05:39
next World reserve currency will be.
• 1:05:41
Yeah, Mexico. Is smart and they have a lot of
• 1:05:44
oil too. Mexico is just is just resource
• 1:05:47
rich. They have a lot of stuff in
• 1:05:50
Mexico, Mexico. And by the way, I foresee a time
• 1:05:53
when we're bowing to Mexico because they have all the wealth
• 1:05:57
they have all the oil, they have all the silver.
• 1:05:59
This is the energy gang, the energy that moves the planet and
• 1:06:03
Mexico's got it in spades. So, you know, this is something
• 1:06:07
that the United States knows, understands, and that's why we
• 1:06:11
try to keep Mexico as a friend. And also, Mexico has been
• 1:06:15
exploited for years for its cheap labor and for its
• 1:06:18
resources. But the new Mexican government,
• 1:06:22
or at least in the last five years, have anticipated this has
• 1:06:25
to stop because they are the energy kings of the future.
• 1:06:29
They have oil and they have. Silver, yeah, yeah.
• 1:06:33
And silver is in a lot of ways, a big component at minimum of
• 1:06:38
the energy of the future, but it's also obviously a massive
• 1:06:42
component of the technology revolution going on in the world
• 1:06:46
  as well. It's gonna.
• 1:06:47
It's gonna be an interesting ride.
• 1:06:49
Pat. We've had 900 people join us.
• 1:06:51
  That's massive. Yeah, I know.
• 1:06:53
Everybody. Everybody, please say thank you
• 1:06:56
to Pat in the comments section. If you wanna learn more about
• 1:06:59
Pat, I have a link to his organization in the description.
• 1:07:04
Pat, you wanna give everybody a a little.
• 1:07:06
A little. First look, want to let you guys
• 1:07:10
know and thank you for that run. Want to let you guys know I will
• 1:07:14
be literally in New Hampshire for a week and it starts next or
• 1:07:19
this coming up Sunday all the way through the a lot of folks
• 1:07:23
would recognize that time frame. That is what they call Pork Fest
• 1:07:27
or Porcupine Fest. It's a libertarian thing.
• 1:07:30
Now I do not associate with the the Libertarian Party.
• 1:07:34
I have lots of libertarian friends, but but Daniel from
• 1:07:38
Citizens for Sound Money and myself and many others like Rob
• 1:07:43
Kines is going to be there. Keens and are going to be there
• 1:07:47
actually with the sound money management machine in our tent.
• 1:07:53
So we're actually introducing a lot of folks to Sound Money or
• 1:07:57
helping them with legislative efforts, basically spreading the
• 1:08:01
word about Sound Money. And we're going to have a live
• 1:08:04
stream on, not this Saturday, but next Saturday, and that will
• 1:08:09
be on Citizens for Sound Money's YouTube channel, and it's going
• 1:08:12
to be a Yuba Tuba Thon. We're going to have a lot of
• 1:08:14
really, really cool people. Come on, Ron, I think you may
• 1:08:17
know several of them personally. You may even be one of them,
• 1:08:22
actually. Yeah, I think they, they, I
• 1:08:25
talked with Daniel this morning. I think I'll be on there and
• 1:08:27
then I'll be doing a live stream on Thursday morning, I think
• 1:08:31
  9:15. With Central.
• 1:08:33
  With Adam Band. Right.
• 1:08:34
With Adam and Dan, you'll be on there.
• 1:08:36
So it's going to be, it's going to be really exciting.
• 1:08:40
If people want to support you, it's the Missouri Freedom
• 1:08:43
  Initiative. Is that right?
• 1:08:44
That's right. And we don't take financial
• 1:08:46
donations, gang. We're not that kind of
• 1:08:48
organization. But please do if you're,
• 1:08:50
especially if you're in the state of Missouri or if you're
• 1:08:53
in another state and you want to get gold and silver legislation
• 1:08:57
done in your state, one thing you can do is sign up to our
• 1:09:00
e-mail list. There's no charge and we don't
• 1:09:02
sell or share your information with anybody.
• 1:09:04
Get on the e-mail list. And we do talk about other
• 1:09:07
things other than silver and gold, but that's our top
• 1:09:09
priority legislatively with the Missouri Freedom Initiative and
• 1:09:13
getting depository in the state of Missouri.
• 1:09:15
So that's Missouri Freedom Initiative's top priority and
• 1:09:18
Citizens for Sound Money are doing this in other states as
• 1:09:21
well. So you know, basically we're
• 1:09:24
teaming up, you know, basically with the people who of like mind
• 1:09:27
that are that the same exact goals to get the same exact
• 1:09:30
thing done. And Citizens for Sound Money is
• 1:09:33
doing this fantastic job doing this as well.
• 1:09:36
So please do. And by the way, we'll give you a
• 1:09:39
heads up when we do this, but should be a lot of fun.
• 1:09:41
We should have a lot of really, really cool guests coming on.
• 1:09:45
But the main message is, and always has been, literally sound
• 1:09:50
money legislation in all 50 states.
• 1:09:54
Get it done, turn it into laws so we can start using gold and
• 1:09:57
  silver again and protect ourselves.
• 1:09:59
No matter how much inflation Uncle Sam throws at you, you'll
• 1:10:02
be protected because the business down the street deals
• 1:10:05
in gold and silver. You deal in gold and silver.
• 1:10:08
Your local bank is actually dealing in in in gold and silver

as well. This is how we survive as as a
• 1:10:15
country. Yeah, just like the the
• 1:10:17
legislation in Louisiana points out, right, that businesses can
• 1:10:20
deal with each other and so that's correct.
• 1:10:23
So thank you. Pat, given the choice, that's
• 1:10:25
it. That's all we're asking for is
• 1:10:27
that people get a choice. We are not trying to get rid of
• 1:10:30
the dollar. You know, the dollar will still
• 1:10:33
be there, gang, and it will still be the, the, the, the
• 1:10:36
currency that they measure everything else against.
• 1:10:39
It'll be there. But if you have the option, you
• 1:10:41
can save your wealth and save your savings.
• 1:10:43
Save your retirement, save your family.
• 1:10:46
And and silver and gold, Pat, on behalf of myself, on behalf of
• 1:10:51
our viewer who's been with us today, you've been very generous
• 1:10:54
  with your time. As always.
• 1:10:56
It's always fascinating to hear from you and get your
• 1:10:58
perspective on things. Thank you and we'll look forward
• 1:11:01
to seeing you next time in the basement.
• 1:11:03
Thank you very much, Ron. God bless all of you guys.
• 1:11:06
Keep up the good work, gang.
